Burger King in Berlin

Ich mag Burger King mehr als die Konkurrenz und hatte mich gefreut, dass an dem alten Standort wieder ein Burger King geöffnet hat. Leider hatte ich mehrmals schon die falschen Speisen in der Bestellung beim Drive in und habe es natürlich erst zu Hause gemerkt. Oder Soßen fehlten usw ....aber darüber kann man manchmal hinwegsehen. Was mich eigentlich wirklich richtig stört ist, dass wirklich alle weiblichen Angestellten dort ihre sehr langen Haare nicht richtig zusammen binden. Die Haare müssen zu einem GESCHLOSSENEN Zopf gebunden sein. Ein einfacher Zopf wo die bis zu 60 cm langen Haare bis zum po hin und der über das Essen wedeln sind so nicht sehr appetitlich und auch für die Gastro einfach nicht erlaubt. Wer längere Haare hat muss diese entweder flechten oder hochbinden oder den Zopf anders fixieren. Sollte sich das irgendwann ändern bekommt der Shop gerne wieder 5 Sterne von mir.

Die „Partyboy“ mit 3 Mini-Burgern ist ziemlich cool. Und Tipp: Die Plant-base Variante schmeckt besser (herzhafter, rauchiger) als die Fleisch-Variante!

Ich esse hier sehr gerne. Das Personal ist immer freundlich. Das Essen wird schnell zubereitet und heiß serviert. Die Pommes sind schön knusprig und die Burger saftig. Man kann auch draußen sitzen, wo es angenehm ruhig ist. Für mich einfach perfekt.

Heute war ich zum ersten Mal in genau diesem Burger King und ich bin wirklich begeistert! Ich komme aus Frankreich und habe mich über den herzlichen Empfang sehr gefreut. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und angenehm. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und höflich. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und die schöne Atmosphäre! Wenn ich wieder in Berlin bin, komme ich sehr gerne wieder. ❤️

Seit dem Umbau ist es sehr schön hier geworden, bis jetzt hatte ich immer die richtige Bestellung und Extrawünsche wurden immer berücksichtigt. Und es gibt hier Beef Tortillas, die gibt es in vielen Filialen häufig nicht ♡

Ich bestellte hier einen Cheeseburger ohne Gurken, bekam ihn aber MIT. Und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, versuchte diese indische Angestellte auch noch zu streiten, anstatt die Bestellung zu korrigieren. Schämen Sie sich!

Die Arbeitskräfte sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Burger Kind ist sauber und übersichtlich.

Wirklich schrecklicher Laden! Mitarbeiter*innen total Inkompetent und verwirrt. Abseits davon ein älterer Herr am rumlungern und Leute anquatschten, sodass man sich total unwohl fühlt! Würde nicht wieder kommen.

Ich bin ehrlich schockiert über die Zustände in dieser Burger King Filiale. Es geht mir hier nicht einmal um das Essen, sondern um die Arbeitsbedingungen. Im Restaurant herrschten gefühlt 40 °C. Von einer Klimaanlage will ich gar nicht sprechen aber es schien nicht einmal eine funktionierende Belüftung zu geben. Schon nach wenigen Minuten war die Hitze kaum auszuhalten. Am schlimmsten taten mir die Mitarbeiter leid. Man konnte ihnen deutlich ansehen, wie sehr sie unter der Hitze litten. Während Kunden jederzeit wieder gehen können, müssen die Beschäftigten stundenlang unter diesen Bedingungen arbeiten. Das ist weder menschenwürdig noch akzeptabel. Kein Arbeitgeber sollte seine Mitarbeiter solchen Bedingungen aussetzen. Gerade in einer Fastfood Küche, in der zusätzlich Grill und Fritteusen laufen, ist eine funktionierende Lüftung das absolute Minimum. Burger King sollte sich dringend um diese Filiale kümmern. Solange sich an diesen Zuständen nichts ändert, werde ich diese Filiale nicht mehr besuchen nicht wegen des Essens, sondern weil ich solche Arbeitsbedingungen nicht unterstützen möchte.

Sehr gutes Etablissement, hab ich erst vor kurzem für mich entdeckt. War Jahre lang bei Mcdonals und hatte nach jeder dort getilgten Mahlzeit Bauchmschmerzen. Seit dem ich bei Burger King bin ist das nichtehelichen vorgekommen und ich werde auch nach einem Burger satt. Viel Dank liebes Burger King Team

Richtig widerlich unhygienisch: Der Mitarbeiter (gerade eben), der die Bürgerbrötchen mit Sauce beschmiert, fässt sie mit bloßen Händen an ohne Handschuhe!!! Der hat alles angefasst und dann mit bloßen Händen alle Brote angefasst. Ich gehe da sehr häufig essen, ab jetzt nie wieder. Zudem haben eure Mitarbeiter über 20 Minuten gebraucht. Eure alten Mitarbeiter konnten das besser. Liegt daran, dass der unhygienische Mann mit der Blondine ganze Zeit ohne Pause geplaudert haben.

ich habe hier bestellt und betzahlt mein essen ist nie gekommen. als ich versucht habe anzurufen ging keiner ran und als ich versucht habe mein geld zurück zu kriegen sagten die dass die das nicht machen können. schrecklich!

Eigentlich schreibe ich ungern schlechte Bewertungen, aber diesmal war ich leider enttäuscht. Wir haben im Drive-in für 2 Menüs und 2 zusätzliche Burger knapp 20 Minuten gewartet. Als wir die Bestellung später geöffnet haben, haben Ketchup und Mayo gefehlt, die Pommes von einem Menü waren nicht dabei und die Netzkartoffeln waren weder frisch noch die Portion, die man bei einem großen Menü erwartet. Für extra Soße auf den Burgern haben wir sogar bezahlt, drauf war sie leider nicht. Ich habe Verständnis, wenn Personal fehlt oder gespart werden muss. Aber bitte nicht auf Kosten der Kunden. Ich bezahle schließlich für eine vollständige Bestellung und nicht dafür, dass die Einsparungen auf meinem Nacken ausgetragen werden. Am Ende bin ich von meinem Burger ohne die fehlenden Pommes nicht einmal satt geworden. Schade. 😅

3 Leute die den Laden zur Mittagszeit schmeißen. Das hat zu recht langen Wartezeiten geführt. Ich habe fast 15 Minuten für 2 Burger, Pommes und ein Getränk warten müssen.

Something should be done about the cleanliness of the tables and floor, and it shouldn't be colder inside the restaurant than outside. Simply switching the air conditioning to winter mode would be a good idea 👍.

Last night, my boyfriend and I went to the drive-thru. We ordered our food and drove up to the window to pay. The employee made my boyfriend pay twice because, apparently, it hadn't worked the first time.

Everything was excellent, the wait time was very short. One star less because the place was cold, and the heating was either off or ineffective.

I waited 10 minutes for service, then after 10 minutes I left. The service was absolutely terrible.

Dogs are not welcome here. Because the gourmet restaurant is now cleaning up. Just type "Burger King" into Google. Wallraff reveals.

Terrible service and completely unprofessional! I placed an order and instead of getting what I paid for, I received a completely wrong delivery. Ordered 9 onion rings – only got 6! Ordered extra bacon in my burger – there was only a tiny piece, even though it was supposed to have bacon in it anyway. Paid for extra sauce – NOT delivered! As a customer ordering takeout, do you really have to dissect every single product to check if it actually contains what you paid for? Unbelievable! Get a grip on yourselves – you're only losing customers. Today I wasted money.

Of all the Burger King branches I've been to in Berlin, this is by far the best. The employees are always very friendly, especially today when I forgot my reading glasses and had to order at the counter. The food is always hot, the restaurant is always clean, and so are the restrooms. August 19, 2025, approximately 11:10 a.m.

We just ordered food. First, the terminals were a disaster; they crashed several times during the ordering process, so I had to repeat everything each time. The food arrived after a while, but it was completely cold. The burgers were ice cold, the fries were soggy and cold, and the chili cheese nuggets were old, hard, and sticky. After initially complaining politely, I was only rudely offered to put the food in the microwave. I then asked for my money back, which was more or less thrown at me... Afterward, I was compared to the competitor with the M.

On warm days, the milkshake machine regularly breaks. Apparently. August update: Milkshake machine still broken.

We were told at the drive-thru to please order at the restaurant, even though the restaurant was operating normally and the customers in front of us could all place their orders via the drive-thru. Furthermore, the employee was incredibly rude!

Good luck ordering from here. It rains outside and my order is late 2 hours. I would give you a chance if you actually answered the phone. Absolutely horrible performance.

My go-to place for break from my work

I've been to many different Burger King restaurants, but this location really impressed me – it's by far the cleanest and best-organized Burger King I've ever visited. The clean and welcoming atmosphere immediately strikes you as you enter. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and very efficient. My food was prepared quickly and freshly, and despite the crowds, there was no stress; instead, there was a pleasant, professional atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by how clean both the dining room and the kitchen area were – you immediately notice that hygiene and order are taken seriously here. During my visit, I observed how regularly they cleaned and tidied up without it being intrusive. A huge compliment to the entire team on duty today! You do a fantastic job and ensure that guests feel welcome and well looked after. Such dedicated employees are not something you can take for granted these days – which is why I appreciate it all the more. I would also like to particularly emphasize the child-friendliness of the staff – I was very impressed by their friendly and patient interaction with young guests. I hope the staff will be promoted, as they are so good. I was here today, June 8, 2025, at 6:55 p.m.

On February 22nd, 2025 we ordered 4 menus at the drive counter and... from the next day onwards we were all lying flat because of poisoning... Diarrhea, vomiting... Full program We also reported this to the health department...Today March 4th we still have stomach pains... My son always struggles with severe pain and diarrhea. First of all, I love Burger King because their grilled burgers are simply better. But this branch hadn't done so well on the last visit. But this time it was a disaster. The store was very full this time, but that's what it looked like inside the store. The floors were full of leftover food and there was still leftover food from the previous person on the tables. Unfortunately, the burgers that were served weren't worth the money. The burgers were cold, even though they were “freshly” prepared. The cheese didn't melt and the rolls were totally dry thanks to the lack of sauce. So I will continue to go to Burger King. But definitely not in this branch again... It's a shame about the 30 euros

Bad condition. Food is miserable, meat is burnt, bread is rubbish. If you order a Schockoshak, you get a vanilla shake. You mention it to the waitress and show it to them, but they still claim it is a chocolate shake. That was my last visit to the fast food store.

I like Burger King (despite the past scandals). The food was tasty, just a little too warm. The young woman at the checkout was really nice (friendly and helpful). The store was clean and has modern furnishings. So I'll probably go there again and just say that I would like my food to be a little warmer! 😉

Well, not many people were working, so everything took a little longer. We all know that Burger King isn't the best ambience

I only go to a fast food chain about once a year, and I remember why. The chili cheese burger was undignified, the fries were OK, but that wasn't enough. At least the place was pretty clean. Only a few guests. That's why there were free parking spaces. The cashier was overwhelmed with the app and had to scan 4 times. Who goes there regularly? No idea.

By far the best Burger King in Berlin!! The food always comes super quickly, today it was unbelievably 2 minutes later, and it is always super tasty and fresh. The atmosphere is also very cozy since it is so small. We've been going there 1-2 times a month since it's been around and have always been satisfied 😄

Oh, it's a shame that it's no longer the same as it was back then, where cleanliness is important. The toilet smells like urine stone, you don't even dare touch the door handle. Food is cold, tables are not cleared or cleaned. Gloves are not worn and meat is touched without protection. Private t shirts are worn.

Nobody there speaks German enough to take error-free orders. There is always something missing in the bag or something wrong was given out. Iced tea instead of the Fanta we ordered. Chilli cheeseburger instead of double cheeseburger etc. Bacon is soggy, sauce on the burgers is sparse. 5 visits, none of them satisfactory. That was the last time there. Never again! Guys, if you can't implement system gastronomy, you're in the wrong business.

Visually a really nice BK. Service is also very friendly. However, my girlfriend and I had major "digestion problems" for several days after visiting this branch. We will no longer visit this branch.

Very clean and modern BURGER KING. Staff behind the counter was friendly. Ordering at the self-service terminal went smoothly. The food came quickly and was warm. The kitchen behind the cash registers is visible and seemed very neat and clean. The seating was also clean and well maintained. The trash can and tray return were emptied - BK seems to have learned from the recent scandals! Very pleasant fast food experience. Toilets were clean. The entire BK is barrier-free. Anyone who goes to BURGER KING knows about the taste. I don't rate the food here.

On Google it says open until 1:00 a.m. on Monday or Tuesday. The same thing is written on the front door. However, the store is apparently already closed at 0. Already happened twice. Does it always seem like that? Update times?
