The staff was unfriendly, they asked what the amount was again and then there was a cheeky line-up of numbers instead of just '25 cents please' .. if the technology worked, that wouldn't have had to happen, but oh well. Just Burger King

On February 22nd, 2025 we ordered 4 menus at the drive counter and... from the next day onwards we were all lying flat because of poisoning... Diarrhea, vomiting... Full program We also reported this to the health department...Today March 4th we still have stomach pains... My son always struggles with severe pain and diarrhea. Tomorrow, March 5th, we'll go to the doctor again and this time we'll do all the laboratory tests. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS!!!!!

Service is bottomless! Please don't come here under any circumstances, I would be treated like dirt, I hope everything is renovated so that a better Burger King comes along. I've never had such a bad experience in my life, I've done everything wrong and didn't want to take it back and don't even know German! A RUDE WOULD GIVE MINUS 1 STAR IF POSSIBLE!

First of all, I love Burger King because their grilled burgers are simply better. But this branch hadn't done so well on the last visit. But this time it was a disaster. The store was very full this time, but that's what it looked like inside the store. The floors were full of leftover food and there was still leftover food from the previous person on the tables. Unfortunately, the burgers that were served weren't worth the money. The burgers were cold, even though they were “freshly” prepared. The cheese didn't melt and the rolls were totally dry thanks to the lack of sauce. So I will continue to go to Burger King. But definitely not in this branch again... It's a shame about the 30 euros

Bad condition. Food is miserable, meat is burnt, bread is rubbish. If you order a Schockoshak, you get a vanilla shake. You mention it to the waitress and show it to them, but they still claim it is a chocolate shake. That was my last visit to the fast food store.

I like Burger King (despite the past scandals). The food was tasty, just a little too warm. The young woman at the checkout was really nice (friendly and helpful). The store was clean and has modern furnishings. So I'll probably go there again and just say that I would like my food to be a little warmer! 😉

Well, not many people were working, so everything took a little longer. We all know that Burger King isn't the best ambience

I only go to a fast food chain about once a year, and I remember why. The chili cheese burger was undignified, the fries were OK, but that wasn't enough. At least the place was pretty clean. Only a few guests. That's why there were free parking spaces. The cashier was overwhelmed with the app and had to scan 4 times. Who goes there regularly? No idea.

By far the best Burger King in Berlin!! The food always comes super quickly, today it was unbelievably 2 minutes later, and it is always super tasty and fresh. The atmosphere is also very cozy since it is so small. We've been going there 1-2 times a month since it's been around and have always been satisfied 😄

I'm not a fan of Burger King at all, but after 5 years of just trying it, it was good. Didn't know about these self-service checkouts where you just go to the counter. Quick preparation and the burger was good

Really slow employee because of 2 burgers I had to wait 35 minutes, never again in this shitty shop.

Oh, it's a shame that it's no longer the same as it was back then, where cleanliness is important. The toilet smells like urine stone, you don't even dare touch the door handle. Food is cold, tables are not cleared or cleaned. Gloves are not worn and meat is touched without protection. Private t shirts are worn.

It always took a minute longer at the drive-thru, but it was always freshly prepared and tasty.

...Eat normal Bürgerking...but be careful when paying in cash...at the checkout the money was given back to me in such a strange way that I had to count it straight away...and lo and behold, 1 euro was missing...none Sorry - not a word...She was just mad that I caught her...if you try that with every customer, you can make something extra...Guys, watch your change!!!

Nobody there speaks German enough to take error-free orders. There is always something missing in the bag or something wrong was given out. Iced tea instead of the Fanta we ordered. Chilli cheeseburger instead of double cheeseburger etc. Bacon is soggy, sauce on the burgers is sparse. 5 visits, none of them satisfactory. That was the last time there. Never again! Guys, if you can't implement system gastronomy, you're in the wrong business.

Visually a really nice BK. Service is also very friendly. However, my girlfriend and I had major "digestion problems" for several days after visiting this branch. We will no longer visit this branch.

Very clean and modern BURGER KING. Staff behind the counter was friendly. Ordering at the self-service terminal went smoothly. The food came quickly and was warm. The kitchen behind the cash registers is visible and seemed very neat and clean. The seating was also clean and well maintained. The trash can and tray return were emptied - BK seems to have learned from the recent scandals! Very pleasant fast food experience. Toilets were clean. The entire BK is barrier-free. Anyone who goes to BURGER KING knows about the taste. I don't rate the food here.

Personnel is everything but kind, they don’t know the meaning of service. You should train your personnel to understand that kindness with a smile is the sales generator. Bad experience.

The drink machine was broken and the replacement bottles of cola were only for delivery, they only gave us water instead of cola, just ridiculous!!!

Vending machines don't work properly. Got the wrong things + I had to wait 10 minutes for my drink. Food quite good. Loading was always ok but today was fatal

Burger bun was cold and the burger was generally not really warm. Bacon was weak and not crispy. Service was good and cleanliness was ok.

In my opinion the best BK in Berlin, very clean and my order has always been complete here, which is unfortunately quite a rarity with other BKs... Food was warm and tasty, what more do you want

The Burger King branch I trust. Very nice staff and always relatively clean. I really enjoy eating here and have never been disappointed. Sure, it's fast food, but it's very good.

I ordered the food and unfortunately paid via PayPal. After two hours the food arrived cold. The delivery driver can't help it, they're the stupid people who work in the kitchen there. You incompetents should be doing a lot more work than playing on your cell phone. I will never order anything there again, let alone go shopping.

RUDE!!!! Ordered via Lieferando, order value over €40.00, 2.8 km route, delivery costs €3.79 + service fee €0.99 (Whatever that is supposed to be??) + transaction costs €0.29 So it couldn't be more brazen! ! Then the driver expects a tip.

New opening hours: until 11 p.m.!! Due to a lack of staff, it's quite annoying if you drive there and the shop is closed, so it's better to change the times on Google Maps!

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. After 10 minutes I asked how long it would take, two young women were chatting comfortably in the background and neither the fries nor the cheeseburgers were yet in production. After almost 15 minutes I asked for my money back and left. 2 craftsmen who came after me also received the answer that it would take time, although not a single customer was there shortly before 11 a.m. in the morning.

Expensive, six euros for a Whopper is already a 🔨. As a menu, just under eleven €. Not even payback. Danny would rather not Currywurst 😜.

King Burger in the menu at €13.99 is absolutely disgusting. The bacon that was served seemed to have expired nicely. Fibrous and dry. The gray minced meat burgers weren't any better either.

On the day of my visit, card payment at the ordering terminal was not possible, so you had to pay in cash at the counter after ordering at the terminal. That didn't happen because all employees were busy packing various large orders for delivery drivers into several bags. In front of me was a customer who also wanted to pay for his order. After several minutes an employee came and collected the money from the customer. Instead of serving me right away, which would have been washing up, the employee disappeared back into the kitchen area. Now I waited again for several minutes until I lost patience and left the restaurant. So I just walked a few meters further to the competition. During the time I was waiting to pay for my order, no customers who had already paid were served. I counted five customers. Honestly, that's not how you treat customers, problems with card payments or not. Long waiting times are out of the question for a fast food restaurant.

Negative: Drive in closed areas, why don't you just put up barrier tape? This way you can save yourself the lap of honor. The entrance doors are very unappetizing, everything is full of grease fingers and possibly glue residue from old signs. Positive: fast and friendly service. If the burger patty had been completely hot, it would have tasted even better. Unlike its competitors, the selection of vegetarian dishes is good and also inexpensive.

Eating on site works well, but not exactly comfortable. But for a quick snack it's okay. Big point of criticism: you always have to check everything carefully! Today we had a large order for 50€ to take away... big mistake!: the children's meals only contained fries and toys. No burgers, no drinks, no sauces, no squeezes. That was very disappointing. Especially since we ordered extra fried onions for a burget and paid for it...since the burger didn't arrive, there were no fried onions either. So we'll be ordering takeaway there again! Positive: We like the large selection of plant-based :)

I choose Burger King anytime over any other franchise. I find Burger King food to be of much much better quality. Staff in all the burger Kings that I have been to in Berlin were excellent.

Can only say something about delivery, but every time we order between 11 p.m. and midnight the order is canceled. That's absolutely annoying then the order times change???? If you can order until midnight, then orders should be accepted until then. lazy

Many of the burgers and nuggets are apparently already sold out 2 hours before closing time. I also found a hair in my nuggets. Unfortunately not unique. Cannot recommend this Burger King to anyone.

The service was very polite and attentive. Toilets were super clean and so were all the tables. We are happy about the employees. Food is just Burger King.

It was just 12:35 a.m. and we wanted to eat, the drive-in was closed, so we wanted to order inside and unfortunately found that the doors were already locked and the employees were playing music loudly, even though according to Google the branch only opened at 1 Clock should close. Incredible.

Ein schönes zentrales Burger King, ich habe per Autostrecke ToGo bestellt und war sehr zufrieden, besonders mit dem Service.

Vier Tische waren besetzt, alle habenauf ihr Essen gewartet...sehr lange Wartezeit. Essen endlich fertig und keiner sagt Bescheid natürlich war es dann kalt ! NIE WIEDER DORT

Man kann elektrische Bestellung aufgeben und erhält eine wartenummer, bezahlt mit Karte. Dadurch geht es fließend voran. Normal am Tresen bestellen war nicht möglich. Richtig blöd für alte Menschen. Oder wenn man nicht gut sehen kann, wie ich. Keine Hilfe. Burger war gut.

Da setzt man sich nach Jahren zurück an einen ehemaligen Standort und mit berechtigt angeschlagenen Konzernimage. Ich erwartete das BK endlich der schlechtesten Mc Donalds Filiale in ganz Europa Großbeeren Straße eine Konkurrenz bieten würde... Wohl gemerkt, was hier bei Mc D. abgeht, war für mich Anlass, für über 3Jahre überhaupt kein Mc Doof mehr zu besuchen. Aber diese Burger King Filiale versucht nicht im positiven Sinne in Konkurrenz zu treten, sondern versucht auf der Kreuzung Großbeerenstrße, die Vorherrschaft der schlimmsten Fastfood Filialen aller Zeiten in der Hölle zu gewinnen. Hier wäre es gelobt von Sondermüll sprechen, wenn man von einen Big King XXL spricht.. Dieser Standort ist erbärmlich. Zum Vergleich kann jeder der meine Aussage anzweifelt mal bei BK am Hauptbahnhof oder im Bahnhof Friedrichstraße essen gehen. Mag sein das man dort länger wartet, aber dort wird BK serviert 🤷‍♀️

Hier, Berlin Mariendorf, Großbeerenstrasse: Eine der schlechteren Filialen. Technik versagt auf ganzer Linie, keine Kartenzahlung, unfreundliches Personal, Burger kalt. Sucht euch eine andere Filiale oder geht die paar Meter rüber zu McDonald's...

Neenee. Fast 18€ für 2 Burger (die am Automaten bestellt und bezahlt werden müssen, weil niemand sich persönlich kümmert). Kalt, labberig, fetttriefend an schmuddeligen Tischen essen. Das war mein letzter Besuch bei BK.

Jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter der Kundenkontakt hat, fristlos kündigen und dafür sorgen dass sie nie wieder Kundenkontakt haben. Da spricht kein einziger vernünftiges Deutsch. Also bitte nicht falsch verstehen, aber ich würde in einem Fast Food Restaurant gerne Fast bestellen. Aber das ist jedesmal ein hin und her bei der bestellung, weil sie einen nicht verstehen. Neulich um 00:52 am Drive-Inn Schalter „Hallo kann ich bestellen? Höre nur ein kichern über Lautsprecher und anschließend „wir haben in 2 Minuten Feierabend“ (mit jugoslawischem akzent) Geile Lage vom Geschäft, aber das wird euch auch nicht lange helfen.

Burger wie gewohnt lecker..aber am Sonntag abend mit rel. guter Angestellten-Besetzung fand ich die Wartezeit viel zu lang ..gute 20 Minuten von der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt im drivethrou!! 👎 vor uns war nur ein Kunde !!

Seit einem Jahr ist es leider bei jeder Bestellung dasselbe - es fehlt IMMER etwas. Vom Getränk, dem Eis, Pommes, einem Burger bis hin zum Kinderspielzeug hat bei den letzten Bestellungen JEDES MAL etwas gefehlt. Die Bedienung ist desöftern nicht wirklich freundlich und genervt, wenn etwas fehlt. Keine Entschuldigung, nix. Wir waren durchschnittlich 1-2x in Monat dort, aber ohne Kontrolle der Bestellung geht da leider gar nichts. Gestern hatten wir bei der Bestellung einen Hot Blondie bei, der mit schokosauce und Eis getränkt war. Der lief dann leider auch noch aufm weg nach Hause aus, klebte alles voll und war zuhause leider durch das vermatschte Zeug ungenießbar. Vllt wäre da Sahne oder Ähnliches bei Kunden, die es mitnehmen sinnvoller.

Sehr freundlich, keine Warmhaltung, Herstellung der Speisen erst auf Bestellung, Küche durchgängig (auch vom Drive in aus) sichtbar. Keine Wannen mit Lebensmitteln, alles frisch aus der Kühlung, Ketchup und Majo aus 250 ml Flaschen. Nach diversen Reinfällen mit BK endlich mal wieder ein Highlight. Burger schmecken so wie man es von früher gewohnt ist. Einfach lecker. Weiter so!

Leider waren die Burger wieder mal fast kalt. Der extra Speck nicht annähernd kross , schade.

Kleines, sauberes BK, freundlicher Service

Kleine Filiale (dort wo schon mal vor Jahren Burger King war..) nicht wirklich gemütlich, die Bedienung war zwar freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber das Essen bestenfalls noch lauwarm .... wirkte leider so als hätte das Essen schon auf Kundschaft gewartet 😏...(Im näheren Umfeld sind Bäckereien, McDonalds und Firmenkantinen...da sollte man sich etwas mehr Mühe geben....)

BK halt. Das Team in der Großbeerenstraße war freundlich, fleißig und schnell. Wie man es von BK erwartet.

Burger war lecker und die Pommes auch. Man kann am Terminal oder am Tresen bestellen.

Gefühlt schmecken die Burger derzeit wie eine Mischung aus was fleischähnlichen und Plant ...nicht wirklich lecker .

Personal musste Chefin zum Geld zählen hinzuziehen. Sie ist zudem die einzige vor Ort, die der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist... Geht deshalb generell länger und Bestellungen sind somit auch meist fehlerbehaftet...

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Bekam zügig meine Bestellung.Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden und (kann nur für die Herrentoilette reden) die Toilette sind sauber.

Heute haben die Chili Cheese Fries leider nach Schimmel geschmeckt.

Sehr dreckig, Krümel vom Essen mit einem Lappen sehen aus, als lägen sie direkt auf dem Boden. Die Tische sind nicht hygienisch. Es gibt keine rauchfreie Zone für Familien mit Kindern, man möchte nicht den schmutzigen Rauch der Raucher einatmen, das ist ekelhaft.

Was für ein schlechter Service.. stand 6 min an der Kasse bis endlich mal ein Mitarbeiter kam und mich direkt zu diesem bestell terminal schickte. Als ich ihn zum 4. Mal sagte das ich mit Bargeld zahlen möchte und ich am terminal nur mit Karte zahlen kann und deswegen zur Kasse kam wurde ich wieder zum terminal geschickt... Nach weiteren 5 Minuten haben die Mitarbeiter verstanden was mein Problem ist und ich durfte dann endlich an der Kasse bestellen und bezahlen. Soweit so gut... hab mir ein bikini botton burger bestellt. Doch leider hab ich gesehen wie das patty in der chicken fritöse geschmissen wurde und sage und schreiben 32 Sekunden zu früh rausgeholt wurde und Das obwohl mit mir nur ein weitere Kunde im.laden war. Alle Mitarbeiter standen nur dumm rum und haben gequatscht!!

Personal ist bisschen überfordert wenn 5 Menschen auf einmal viel Bestellen. Uns fehlten 3 Sachen eins war ganz falsch 🤔und wo endlich alles zusammen war war mein Burger fast kalt. Und Fast Food bekommt eine ganz neue Bedeutung im Namen😉

Die Burger sind wie immer gut, das Ambiente nicht wirklich gemütlich und die Bedienung erfolgt nur noch per Touchscreen. Okay, bei der Abholung am Tresen trifft man tatsächlich auf einen Menschen. Allerdings sollte man Zeit mitbringen und nicht sehr hungrig sein, denn es vergehen 10-15 Minuten von der Bestellung bis zum Abholen dürfen,obwohl es nicht voll war.

Speck um Burger leider kalt und Pommes waren auch nicht warm, obwohl im Restaurant gegessen. Dafür war ein Tisch weiter ein sehr hübscher junger Mann, der mir den Aufenthalt versüßte.
