Why do McDonalds now only have rock-solid chairs and benches everywhere? I have trouble sitting on hard chairs. Thanks to an accident and a bruised tailbone, I can barely sit there. It's a disgrace what you're being expected to do. Uncomfortable seats are now hard to find on trains.

Worst MC Donald ever... I have never eaten such old and cold food in any of the previous McDonald's restaurants. We only drank mint tea from the entire set... nuggets/hamburger/curly fries - everything ended up in the trash...

Ordering the food was quick, it was brought to the table quickly and tasted as usual. However, the cleanliness in the guest room and in the toilets leaves a lot to be desired. The clearing stations were overcrowded and the dishes left on the tables were passed by.

The food was delicious and the employees are all very nice and friendly ☺️

Instead of vegetarian nuggets we were given chicken nuggets. This was already complained about at the time of issue, but we were told that these are vegetarian. It was only with the second complaint that we were listened to.

I received my entire order incorrectly today. I've never experienced it before. If something is wrong, you can understand it, but not completely. Instead of vegan nuggets, I received chicken nuggets and instead of chicken burgers for my children, I received cheeseburgers. Even though I ordered everything using the app. Oh yes and I didn't order Fanta and Sprite but rather Cola. We couldn't eat everything, my children don't like cheeseburgers and I don't eat meat and my children aren't allowed to drink cola either. Almost 30 euros for the garbage can.

Fast food, nothing more and nothing less. Quickly grab something to eat on the highway and then move on. The rest is almost irrelevant.

Moreover, it was cold inside, I was sitting in a jacket and a scarf because the staff had left the door wide open (it's December) to make it easier for them to take orders outside for mcDrive customers 🙈 the thing that made me laugh the most was the lady from the staff who brought my order to the table while wearing clothes. in a coat and hat 😂 and now I'm drinking coffee, which unfortunately I didn't try before I left the restaurant - which is a pity, because it turned out that it also didn't match the order 🫣 instead of oat milk, I use cow's milk in my latte - luckily I'm not allergic to it 😵‍💫 I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Automated processes are all well and good, but then please contact staff with a plan to use the technology. No information that the ticket system display is not working. This leads to endless waiting times, cold food and annoyed customers. The service at the table with the numbers also works suboptimally, so I see a lot of potential for improvement in optimizing the process for the customer. CIP is not the goal there.

Please take a look at the signs... and assume that customers haven't been to you yet. If you drive into the roundabout you lose track of MCD. The sign is in an inconvenient position and it is overgrown, I only saw that later when we drove back... until then I was upset about how it could be that MCD managed its customers so badly.

Very short waiting time! The only reservation I would have is the toilet itself, but without any drama...

Wir haben am 12.08.2024 auf der Rückreise von Düsseldorf gegen 16.30 Uhr einen Stop in Restaurant gemacht. Leider fällt unser Urteil sehr schlecht aus. Die Toiletten waren über und über mit Papier gefüllt, da die Behältnisse hierfür hoffnungslos überfüllt waren. Nachdem wir lange, obwohl wenig los war, auf den Kaffee und Eis gewartet haben, war es nicht möglich einen sauberen Tisch zu bekommen, obwohl sehr viele Tische frei waren, waren sie leider nicht abgewischt. Wir machen auf unserem Weg öfter Pause bei McDonalds und sind anderes gewohnt und wollten nicht versäumen, hierauf aufmerksam zu machen.

Worst McDonald’s we have ever visited. Everyone (of the many free tables) was dirty. Four employees stood behind the counter and chatted happily. The meat on the two Royal TS was totally cold. We complained and the staff were so rude. When we were served two fresh burgers, the waitress slammed the tray onto our fries. When we asked if she always does that, putting the tray on the fries, there was no response, let alone an apology. Never again!

Two double cheeseburgers ordered turned into a double and a normal one. Everything would be fine if the employee hadn't been rude and rude.
