McDonald's in Porta Westfalica

Disorganized, our takeaway order was incomplete! Complaints weren't possible because we took our order in the car, and turning around on the highway isn't possible. Very disappointing and annoying!

A McDonald's like any other. It's a real mess during the holidays, but the staff has everything under control.

You are ignored at the Mac Café and customers who come in have already received their order without even a single employee coming to the Mac Café.

You don't expect a 5⭐️ at McDonald's, but when 2 out of 3 burgers are wrong and 2 are completely forgotten...that's pretty stupid. Friendliness isn't a priority there. Fast food means fast food, but not rude behavior towards customers, and not so many wrong or forgotten orders.

Quite often you don't get what you ordered.

I come here twice a month for business, and I usually eat something then... Like most McDonald's restaurants, there are standards here that I won't be subjected to. When I visit this fast-food chain, I'm interested in peculiarities and unusual occurrences... Yesterday, there was one such outlier... Yesterday I ate a Vegan TS® with some soggy, rotten pieces of lettuce on the burger... That's completely unacceptable...this isn't a hamburger for €1, but a meager meat-free patty for €3.89...so I expect a certain standard of quality. This needs to be improved, and the staff needs to be involved. I've already communicated this via McDonald's criticism function and am waiting to see what happens next...

This was truly the nastiest McDonald's I've visited in years. The restroom was dirty, there was no soap, no towels. Literally every (!) table was dirty in some way (ketchup, sauces, napkins, fries...). The app might have been the reason why the coupon wasn't redeemable, but the same meal could be ordered without a discount. The milkshake with whipped cream was the first time I've ever experienced it. However, the sauces I ordered were missing – but they were, of course, kindly provided upon request. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

McDonald's at the truck stop always means long waits. Especially since McDonald's switched its preparation concept to on-demand, I feel really sorry for the employees, because it's pure stress for them. The food was okay, as always. McDonald's was clean.

Not really. The staff at the MC Cafe are completely overwhelmed. There aren't enough china for coffee and plates for cake. One plate is enough for two pieces of cake for two people. There's no cup that fits the amount of coffee. After asking, we were told we didn't have any more plates or a cup that fit, as it was very busy before. What did the customers get after us? 🤔That's for a large company. The men's restroom was filthy; the flies were in heaven. Not surprising, given the strong smell.

I was here at breakfast time. Even at that time, the place was surprisingly busy. The staff was obviously completely overworked. The coffee machine was broken, and three employees were working there. As a result, the service was completely neglected, even though the place was very busy. We had to wait almost 15 minutes for three simple things.

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Some of the chairs in the McCafe were completely broken. There was trash and food everywhere. Our Happy Meal was completely forgotten. It happens sometimes; we went to get it, but it still wasn't complete. Plus, it was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. I feel sorry for every employee who has to work there for hours.

A typical McDonald's designed for walk-up customers. Not particularly clean, and the restrooms lacked soap. The staff was probably okay, as the food was tasty and hot, but they seemed rather indifferent to us.

I ordered BigTasty with 4 cutlets, they gave me 3, later when I pointed it out, instead of replacing it they added meat to the old burger and gave it back to McDonald's, plus the manager did it, Shock Shock!(

A McDonald's Drive-Thru employee preferred playing on her phone to serving customers. I stood in line for 30 minutes at the McDonald's Drive-Thru, and when it was finally my turn, the woman was playing on her phone while standing in front of the computer. When she was finished playing on her phone, she put the phone in her back pocket and took care of my order.

Terrible, I'm still thinking about returning my food. So unhygienic. Almost all the ordering terminals are broken. The drink machine is broken, the wait time is extremely long, and the restrooms are a disgrace. €13.99 for a Big Mac and six chicken nuggets is not worth it! Shame on you!

We had called 20 minutes in advance to say that we were coming by coach and asked if they could prepare the standard as we wanted to move on quickly. This was refused despite ordering from the app and so on, products were simply forgotten and ordered glasses in the mc menu were embezzled.

Worst McDonald's in Germany... even one star is too much. Despite ordering online, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food at the drive-thru counter. Behind us was a hugely long line, complete with honking horns. When we asked how long it would take, the extremely unfriendly lady at the window told us to drive ahead, as it would take a while. After another 10 minutes, our food finally arrived... but without the drinks we ordered; the unfriendly employee must have forgotten them in the rush... almost 45 minutes of waiting at a fast-food restaurant, unbelievable.

Can you recommend this place? No, unfortunately not. The employees aren't aware of which product they should serve in which glass or cup. After we pointed out that the coffees we ordered were pictured on the order list in glasses and not in paper cups, the ladies became even more unfriendly and gave rude replies. One drink was served in a glass, the other was supposedly only to be served in a cup. They clearly need some service training.

Tragedy. First time commenting on MacDonald. I ordered a set for PLN 10.99 and used the machine to pay for it by phone. After paying, the computer started to reset and I did not receive a receipt with the order number. I received a message from the bank about the deduction of the amount at 10.99. I reported it to the staff, they told me that I couldn't see the payment and told me to check the transactions on my account. I have an English account so it wasn't visible in the translations. Of course they ignored me. I bought it again and got a receipt with my order number. I showed the staff that I had received the message again and there was nothing in my account for transactions. They ignored me again. I got so irritated that I thanked her, gave the lady my order number and left. I spent over 20 euros and left with an empty stomach. I ordered a Mc Wrap honey mustard on site on April 30th! The first one came without cheese. When asked, the employees don't understand German and are unfriendly. Then got a new one with cheese. But when asked, there was a blob of sauce on it without honey mustard sauce. Never again this McDonalds!

Just bought a cappuccino at McCafe. The employees didn't want to prepare the cappuccino on the portafilter machine, but instead pulled a coffee from the fully automatic machine next to the deep fryer. After I asked the employee about it, he told me that they would taste the same. Never again McCafe!

Selten einen so dreckigen Mc Donalds erlebt hinter der Theke lag alles mögliche auf dem Boden. Die Getränkeautomaten total versifft besonders die mit Kaffee hier war alles runtergelaufen. Im Restaurant der Boden voll mit Bons und Dreck. Tische nicht abgewischt. Toiletten unterirdisch schlecht…. Nichts zum Händetrocknen. Das gesamte Personal mega unfreundlich die Kunden wurden ignoriert als wären sie nicht da. Wir waren schon vor einigen Jahren bei der Durchreise dort werden diese Filiale aber zukünftig meiden weil es einfach nur ekelhaft ist.

Thursday 5 p.m. Wanted to order something to eat. Take a quick look behind the counter and it looks totally dirty. There are crumbs and stains everywhere. The coffee creamer pot looked completely crusty. Everything around the coffee machine is brown. There were paper bags on the drip tray of the ice cream maker so that you couldn't look into the tray. A layer of dust and dirt under the cupboards. There was NOT a single toy in the shop window. Staff ignores guests at the counter. We moved on without ordering.

You could smell the stinky toilets from the entrance. The tables were dirty. We are not used to see this in any McDonald. Very disappointed.

I had ordered the big savings menu, but they wanted to tell me that it was only available via the app, two weeks ago they told me in the same place that the menu wouldn't be available at all... At the machines you get aggressive, the employees asking unnecessary questions don't make it any better.

We were there yesterday and it was a complete disaster. We waited over an hour for our food and the order wasn't even complete. Products that had been ordered in advance were suddenly no longer available. You should normally know that it could be stressful next to the motorway on a public holiday. Were there on April 11, 2025 at around 9:30 a.m. and wanted to get a coffee. I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's in my life. The men's toilets were so disgusting, the whole floor was a mixture of piss and other liquids, your shoes stuck to the floor, you felt completely dirty when you left the place. Afterwards we ordered our coffee and a small snack from the ordering machine and chose to pay in cash. When we went to the counter at Mc Café we saw what it looked like, it was a huge disaster. Coffee, crumbs, etc., everything was spread out on the worktop... The people who work there have zero standards of cleanliness and hygiene. If you notice that in the customer area, then I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen. We then left the store because we lost our appetite. With the horrendous prices, there is no discipline in our own store. My goodness, where have we gone...

The burgers were cold, not enough sauce and the jalapenos tasted different than usual. The fries were hot and came quickly. Hence the 3 stars.

Basically, you now know what you are getting into at McDonalds. However, I find it very sad that what was then a child-friendly concept went against a profit maximization strategist. I just ordered a HappyMeel for our son and when we asked him to swap the toy for one he wanted, the answer came: “I don’t speak German.” This would be okay or acceptable if the employee hadn't spoken German to everyone during the 15 minutes of waiting. All the other employees ignored me and I drove away with a sad child. So everyone: It's better to go to another branch with children.

I paid for a big mac and a cheeseburger

I waited 1 hour for my food, which was then served cold. As always, I ordered a Royal TS and chicken nuggets. The food was rather defiantly put on the table (almost thrown). Unfriendly good hunger and that was it. W Everything was cold and some of the nuggets were still cold and frozen in the middle. As the saying goes, you work the way you earn. I can understand that the pay is bad these days and a lot is deducted from the state, but the customers don't have to suffer because of it. I used to be happier with you, and I'm happy to go there too. I've saved myself any kind of review on hope. But what kind of atmosphere has prevailed in the last two years and how it has unfortunately deteriorated in the last two years, I can unfortunately only advise against the McDonalds. Especially since the toilets are really an imposition. The toilets stink of urine and feces and the toilet seats are partly stained with urine drops. Unfortunately I have to advise against it, which is no longer nice at all.

mccs always has good food, especially mc crispy spicey, which I love and also always stabilo, but it's not exactly cheap either but you also know what you're getting (mc crispy (the coupon with nuggets, fries and a drink is best))

Were there yesterday. Ordered takeaway food. Briefly visited the toilet. Conclusion. Toilet a complete disaster, no paper, wet and dirty on the floor. No soap. Disgusting! The food was cold and only half was in the bag (my mistake, should have checked). The waitress was very unmotivated, “threw” the bag on the counter and called out the number loudly. Even one of my questions was not answered! Well, it's a shame McDonalds, but now many of these so-called fast food restaurants are of this brand.

A major catastrophe. Toilets are barely accessible, free tables are not cleaned. You basically don't have to order at all, you can still find leftover food from 3 previous customers. When I asked if I could get a cloth for the table, I was promptly answered with “No, we have something to do here,” WOW! This is service at the bottom of the flag, congratulations! By far my worst visit to McDonald's!
