Toilet catastrophic! You don't even want to squat over the bowl. Sad, because there are certain rules and regulations for restaurants regarding maintenance cleaning of the sanitary facilities. A lot of it is stainless steel, but you still don't want to touch anything. There is a need for improvement. Do the kitchen and service employees actually have to do this? The food actually came quite quickly and everything was warm. One lady, however, seemed very distressed at work, I would have liked a smile back, ☹️ but well, sometimes you can't do that. There's a lot going on here at the weekend. You can wait 35 minutes for 2 coffees. In my opinion that doesn't work. The driveway to the parking lot is very difficult. Getting in and out of a parking space is also complicated. I've never experienced anything so tight before. The staff seems completely overloaded. But it's friendly. The boss tries everything possible to keep the shop running. Toilets clean, restaurant clean and tidy. But as I said, the wait for the food is too long.

Unfortunately disappointed again. The drive-in counter seems completely overwhelmed. Even if the drive-thru isn't busy, they can't pack the entire order. The last three orders were incomplete. Today again. And there was really nothing going on. No other vehicles in the drive-thru. And still fries and a burger are missing. One wonders whether it is actually that difficult to read the order completely from the screen and pack it.... Or is it perhaps the system to always leave something out??? Every time at least 10% of the order value is missing. So for me it was the last time and I advise everyone to avoid the drive-in counter or just unpack the bag on the spot to check. (Then it would actually be best to pack the order yourself). At least the employees are friendly 🤷🏼‍♂️

No matter how many times you go there, there is always something wrong in the bags or half of them are missing. You order a menu, then the mayonnaise or even the fries or lattice potatoes are missing... You order a set of 20 nuggets and have to eat them dry because there are no sauces... Etc, etc, etc... If you order at the drive-in, just look according to what you get...

Unfortunately I am always disappointed here and will no longer go here. When ordering at the drive-thru, you are ALWAYS sent to the waiting area so that the timing is correct. In principle it's not a problem, but that also happens if you're the only one there. The same thing happens with orders at the terminal. Within seconds the order is set to ready for pickup even though the order is not yet ready. Here the time measurement is obviously distorted to their advantage. The customer counts for nothing here. The main thing is that the times are right. I won't go here anymore.

Classic McDonald's with the usual offerings. Service is usually quick and friendly. The branch is clean and well located. There are enough parking spaces available. The only negative point: sometimes it can get a bit crowded. Overall, a solid option for a quick bite.

The incompetence is hard to beat, I don't know how much you can do wrong, the store is super empty, there were 2 orders (including mine) on the order board, I waited 20 minutes. Then something else was forgotten and issued incorrectly. I don't know what people do there for a living, but in my opinion it's the worst McDonald's I've been to. Very long waiting times for food, too much hassle or inexperienced staff at the serving desk. It couldn't have been due to understaffing, but rather a lack of coordination among the colleagues and then in between the management with the no-matter attitude and the statement "then the customer has to wait." Unfortunately, McDonald's standards are not met here and with comparatively few walk-in customers.

The service is unbelievable. My son picked up some burgers for us. Including 3 double cheeseburgers. 2 of them should be without onions and cucumbers. No then all without. In my opinion they should get a new boss. Understaffed, especially on a Saturday.

Very customer unfriendly. You wait 60 minutes for your food and are complained about when you ask where the food is. Catastrophic table service is apparently a foreign concept at this McDonald's branch. Yesterday I redeemed a coupon for the limited edition Coca Cola glass Glow in the dark. Unfortunately there were no glasses left in stock. After I asked, the boss made sure that I could still get the glass I ordered. He called the Minden branch and asked if they still had glasses in stock. I'm sitting here right now and have been waiting for 2 burgers and a small fries for 21 (!!!!) minutes. There are 5 people in the restaurant including me, so it can't really be due to being overwhelmed. Unfortunately I have to give one star for the food, I didn't get anything to eat after a whole 21 minutes, so actually 0 stars. Edit: I complained after 26 minutes and received my order after another 3 minutes. Conclusion: Not suitable for quick hunger.

Always drive through the drive. Best McDonald’s around here. Service is simply 10/10. The employees are always extremely friendly and extremely personable. We've never had any problems with the food.

One star is actually too many. First there was a long wait in the drive to even be able to order and then a long wait at the counter until you were served. Super McDonald’s. Freundliche Bedienung. Außerdem hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Wiehengebirge. Zudem ist eine Rutsche für Kinder vorhanden. Eine Empfehlung von mir.

Kleine Spielecke für Kleinkinder, essen in Ordnung

Eine Mäckes-Niederlassung ohne nennenswerte Besonderheiten. Einen Drive In gibt's und genügend viele Parkplätze, jedenfalls als wir da waren... Essen war wie immer, also alles gut und keine Gründe irgendwas anderes als die 5* zu verteilen...

Einer der wenigen McD, bei denen scheinbar alles reibungslos klappt. Die Bestellung lief über App. Allerdings hatte ich das Getränk vergessen. War überhauot kein Problem. Nach Bestellung direkt zum Schalter. Die junge Dame hat uns bezahlen lassen und gebeten kurz Platz zu benehmen. Nach einer Weile habe ich noch das Getränk bestellt und es wurde nich hinzugefügt. Immer freundliches Mädel. Kurze Wartezeit, Essen fertig und eingetütet. Es fehlte nix. Das Essen war super frisch, nicht so pappig wie in so manch anderen McD. Alles war super sauber. Kein Müll etc auf den Tischen. Alles gewischt. Toiletten super sauber. Nix fehlte. Nix war kaputt. Da hab ich bei dieser Kette schon schlimme Zustände gesehen. Parken ist problemlos. Alles in allem war es der beste McD- Laden, den ich auf den letzten Touren besucht habe. Daumen hoch.

Niederlassung ohne grosse Besonderheiten, aber dafür auch keine negativen Aussetzer. Gut dimensionierter Parkplatz. Eine Drive In gibt's auch. Man kann am Automaten bestellen, aber glücklicherweise auch an der Theke. Man bekommt eine Nummer und dann das Essen an den Tisch gebracht. Alles OK also und kein Grund zu meckern‼️👍🏻🤗

Zügig arbeitendes Personal immer bedacht dem Kunden alle Wünsche so schnell wie eben möglich zu erfüllen. Sauber und freundlich gestaltete Lokalität.

Schöner Sauberer mc Nettes Personal. Bestellung im Moment nur an machine. Innen essen nur mit covid Impfung.

Hier war es ganz nett heute. Es wurde auf 2G geachtet. Das Essen kam ziemlich schnell an unseren Tisch und hat wie immer bislang gut geschmeckt.

Das Essen ist wie immer aber ich finde es schade das hier nicht professionell gearbeitet wird das hier Beleidigungen wie Hu***Sohn fallen und das ich auf eine Bestellung 50 min warten muss da hätte ich lieber bestellt

Es ist Fast Food, ist klar, aber es ist schade das die Burger auf der Werbetafel Größer abgebildet werden als diese wirklich sind, dann machst die große Pappschachtel auf und denkst so okeeee.... Aber gut er hat ganz ok geschmeckt, aber enttäuscht ist man dennoch. Fazit man geht woanders essen.

Sehr nettes Personal und sauberer McDonalds. Wir waren letzten Donnerstag außerhalb der Stoßzeit da und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Das man bei McDonald solange warten muss obwohl man ganz alleine da steht unverständlich. Dann noch unfreundlich !

Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich, dass man im Drive In 20 Minuten warten muss, damit das für andere nicht so lange dauert wird man zum Warten auf den Parkplatz geschickt. Und dann hat man solange gewartet und wenn man nach Hause kommt, wurde doch wieder etwas vergessen einzupacken. Scheint hier die Masche zu sein.

Was es bei Mc Donalds zu Essen gibt ist hinlänglich bekannt, aber der Service unterscheidet sich doch stark. Und wenn ich Bestell-Nr. 224 bekomme und die dann auch auf ZUBEREITUNG und dann auf ABHOLUNG steht, dann sollte das Essen auch da sein. Und wenn nicht, dann lass ich mich ungern vollpflaumen, dass "Numma nisch da".
