Best fries I've ever had at McDonald's

The food took a little longer, but every burger was freshly prepared. The tables were wiped down, and we were asked at the table if everything was alright or if we needed anything.

My takeaway order was missing a double cheeseburger! That's really annoying! Who's going to reimburse me?!

The food was okay. I had to wait and overheard a staff member in the front kitchen getting stressed and reprimanded. That's understandable, but I didn't think the way it was handled was acceptable as a guest. I'd been there before and experienced a very friendly atmosphere.

I was at the drive-in on July 11, 2025 at about 5:15 pm and I have to say that I haven't experienced such a friendly McDonald's employee in a long time.

The employee yelled at us at full volume in the drive-thru instead of serving us. Maybe next time she should just take off her headphones if she's already too busy and has a meltdown over two customers in the drive-thru.

The food is good, the service is excellent, and the staff are good.

It often takes a little longer, but when we asked whether the order was still being prepared or had been forgotten, the receipt was simply taken from our hands and turned around until another employee finally said it was being done. Otherwise, everyone seemed to be moving at a snail's pace and so relaxed, as if they didn't have a care in the world. On the plus side, the food was hot. We don't usually wait that long, but the employees are constantly rotating, so things can't run smoothly.

If you're looking for something fast and reliable, McDonald's is usually a safe bet. The quality is similar everywhere, and you know exactly what you're getting. On my last visit, the restaurant was well-maintained, the atmosphere calm, and the service friendly. Ordering was quick, and the food arrived hot and fresh. The fries were crispy, the burger was well-prepared, and everything was neatly packaged. I find the digital ordering kiosks particularly useful – uncomplicated and modern. Even during busy times, everything runs relatively smoothly, and you can tell the staff is trying to remain friendly despite the stress. The prices are reasonable and absolutely fine for a quick bite to eat. Overall, a positive impression – not fine dining, but exactly what you want from McDonald's: fast, uncomplicated, and reliable.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced.

Aside from the very tight parking lot and drive-thru, this McDonald's doesn't have much to do with fast food. I've tried it several times, but every time the wait times, both for ordering and for receiving my order, are unbelievably long. It's simply a tragedy.

The efficient staff is always eager to fulfill all customer requests as quickly as possible. The clean and friendly atmosphere is a real eye-catcher after the renovation and newly designed interior. The friendly atmosphere invites you to linger.

I was just eating here with my family and after 15 minutes I got bad diarrhea.

The order took a really long time; I waited about 30 minutes.

It wasn't from the restaurant, and yet we still had to wait over 20 minutes for the food. Both burgers were cold, and the one we ordered without onions had onions only barely scraped off (incomplete) and they weren't even labeled which one was which. Furthermore, the tables were dirty and hadn't even been wiped down. But there were enough staff on site, and I could clearly see what they were doing. To put it mildly, there wasn't much enthusiasm. Once and never again.

Simply cheap...both in price and taste. After 30 years, I went back to MC Doof and realized there's a reason not to go there.

McDonald's is one of the worst restaurants I've ever seen. I wanted breakfast, but it showed up at the drive-thru, but no breakfast. Then it opened at 9:45 and could only offer me cold drinks.

At the weekend it was two cheeseburgers. Before that, a fries. It's also worth the money. So it's better to always check at the counter when ordering... Addendum: Even months later nothing has changed. Time and friendliness top. But the forgetfulness. Holla, the forest fairy: wrong toy, missing burger, not enough fries. In one order. Forgetfulness/carelessness are part of our everyday lives, but it's not good for customers in the long term...

I would prefer not to give a star at all. I was traveling with my kids and stopped at the drive-thru. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken burgers and 1 wrap. Very unfriendly, listless service, Well ok, that food took a while... it came and we set off, on the way home The wrap was so awkwardly squeezed into the package that almost everything came out, the cucumber pieces were so huge, some almost as long as my finger. Then we noticed two burgers - the chicken burgers were missing. But we were already 6 km further and didn't turn. Never again ordered food in this dirty shop, waited for a quarter of an hour and didn't get anything, then asked where it was after half an hour and still nothing, then asked again and was told that we supposedly hadn't ordered at all and no order had been received from them. There's a lot going on here at the weekend. You can wait 35 minutes for 2 coffees. In my opinion that doesn't work. The driveway to the parking lot is very difficult. Getting in and out of a parking space is also complicated. I've never experienced anything so tight before. The staff seems completely overloaded. But it's friendly. The boss tries everything possible to keep the shop running. Toilets clean, restaurant clean and tidy. But as I said, the wait for the food is too long.

No matter how many times you go there, there is always something wrong in the bags or half of them are missing. You order a menu, then the mayonnaise or even the fries or lattice potatoes are missing... You order a set of 20 nuggets and have to eat them dry because there are no sauces... Etc, etc, etc... In principle it's not a problem, but that also happens if you're the only one there. The same thing happens with orders at the terminal. Within seconds the order is set to ready for pickup even though the order is not yet ready. Here the time measurement is obviously distorted to their advantage. The customer counts for nothing here. The main thing is that the times are right. I won't go here anymore.

Very long waiting times for food, too much hassle or inexperienced staff at the serving desk. It couldn't have been due to understaffing, but rather a lack of coordination among the colleagues and then in between the management with the no-matter attitude and the statement "then the customer has to wait." Unfortunately, McDonald's standards are not met here and with comparatively few walk-in customers.
