I ordered a chicken burger and a cheeseburger from the drive-thru... the employee was super nice and polite, but unfortunately, both burgers were COLD... what was that again? They're only allowed to sit in the counter for a maximum of 7 minutes? They definitely sat there longer, as the bread was already a bit hard... really COLD!

Always check your orders; I was almost always missing something, especially point redemptions. And who planned the remodel? More counters = more problems (confusion, mix-ups, crowds), etc. Makes no sense to me. Wait times seem longer because you order earlier (double the number of orders, but the food still takes just as long as before and is still only served in one lane). Theoretically, you'd have to build a small branch in the parking lot to make the two lanes worthwhile. Currently, you've created more problems for yourself, more work for the same result. You haven't saved time, money, or employees; quite the opposite.

Delivery took over an hour. I ordered a double meal, unfortunately without a glass, and was very disappointed... The food was almost cold. The ice cream was only half full, if at all, and that for a whopping €4.49. Sorry, but McDonald's isn't even what it used to be anymore... Plus, no response from customer service... Unfortunately, not really recommended. Prices... They're out of this world. A discounted meal with a coupon was €14, back then it was less than €10, if not even under €8. What's wrong, just your money, you vultures!!! Disgusting.

In my opinion, that's far too long for a fast food restaurant, especially since we ordered at the terminal and didn't have to wait in line at the cash register. Were there today because my son really wanted to try the new mozzarella wrap. We already finished the order on the way and waited at the table with our number for our order. It was full, so we waited for half an hour and then I wanted to ask. But hardly anyone understood me and I was told to keep waiting. Then it said system error and our order was swallowed. No problem. The food arrived quickly but the sauce was wrong, a burger was missing, the fries were soggy. My husband tries to complain, my son bites into his wrap, looks funny and realizes he has bitten into chicken. Since he's been eating vegetarian for years, of course not so well. Second wrap also with meat. I tried to complain again. It's been over an hour. Then at some point someone who understands me and makes 2 wraps, even before I can say anything that there are special requests like no sauce etc. for the 2nd wrap, the person disappeared. After a long wait, I get 2 mozzarella wraps with sauce that you can't eat down and after all the waiting, the bad experience with the chicken wrap and the €36 we spent in total, I really wanted what we ordered. So I complained again. The employee then said she was off work and someone else would take care of it. Again trying to catch someone and get what I ordered ages ago. At some point I did it. I really understand all the mistakes and the waiting time, but today was an absolute disaster. The fries weren't edible but that was the least of the problems.

Pure disaster. I was there with my family. First, half of them were forgotten and the glass and the wrong toy were given. The employees were completely overwhelmed. Today we bought food for the children and ourselves at around 5 p.m. We haven't had anything that bad before. The fries were really soggy and you couldn't eat them at all. All of the sauces were completely missing. The milkshakes were all only half full, if at all. Then one was completely light, which by the way wasn't the first time Orders. Then you wait forever for your food. Furthermore, it would be really nice if McDonald thought about blocking the view of the customers or not putting the food at the front of the counter, it's so disgusting that every customer goes over it, coughs over it, reaches over it or something else. That's not possible. Sometimes the food is there for 10 minutes until the rest comes, which means cold food with maybe still bacteria in it from other customers. Worst branch so far in my opinion. There were at most 12-13 cars in front of me, but I was in the drive-thru for over half an hour. The employees at the counter were not friendly. The staff makes an effort and does quite well even during peak times. But I would avoid the branch at lunchtime. At least towards the weekend. When it is full, an overload effect quickly sets in. The result is annoyed guests and overwhelmed staff. Then you have to wait half an hour and maybe ask twice more when things will continue. So much for fast food.

By far the best McDonald's in the area. Absolutely clean, great staff and incredibly fast. We don't live in MG but when we are there we like to go there. All the shops in Viersen, Tönisvorst and Krefeld, on the other hand, stink to the max. It's a difference like night and day. This is how gastronomy works, more of it please!

The staff are friendly, which is a plus. If you eat there, it usually works. You're constantly being chatted up by some junkies... or there are OLs who stink to high heaven sitting there complaining about everything. Close to the train station. You're not safe in the parking lot either; you'll either be chatted up on the way to or from the restaurant or someone will knock on your car window. You should be aware of this if you want to eat there. Unfortunately, it is often the only shop that is still open after work during late shifts...

Ordered food, burger without onions. Onions on it, but not cucumbers. Another burger with extra beef, also paid for, not on it.
