I was there yesterday and bought food to take away, I think it's bad where I saw that the food was prepared without gloves, only one employee had gloves on, I don't find it pleasant!

Busy, long waiting times, unfortunately very dirty

I was attacked by two rioters in this McDonald's. My previous request to throw them out was ignored by the employee. When the police requested the video footage, this was denied. Unbelievable

Don't be surprised, it's a McDonalds. The only thing I found really strange were the hygiene dispensers for hand disinfectant. There is a picture of a sensor on it so that you can tap without contact, but hardly anything comes out of it. When I asked an employee to refill it, she pumped the dispenser by hand!?

Hey, I think it's outrageous, I was eating there with the family today, we first waited half an hour for the food even though we didn't even order much, then the service/staff was as unfriendly as anything, I complained because it took so long, they took my complaint didn't even notice it and weren't interested in it. I love McDonald's. Food tastes delicious and the service is always nice, friendly and correct. Krefelder str. I think the Mc Donalds and the Mc Donalds behind the main station are great 👍🤗❤️🫶🥰✌️😉

Typical MC Donald. Even though it was busy, it was quite clean, which is something I've never experienced before. Food came quickly too. I like to order my burgers without greens and I got them that way. All in all a good shop. Addendum: This was the second time that my wife's milkshake was the wrong kind, vanilla instead of strawberry. In addition, both burgers were cold and carelessly eaten. I was used to something different before. It's a shame actually.

Way too slow. Even in the drive-in on Sunday evening at 9:30 p.m. we waited about 20-25 minutes. It seems as if everyone here is completely overwhelmed. This has nothing to do with FAST food. Other branches can do this much better.

Ordering at the drive-thru was difficult. But the burgers and fries were fresher and hotter than ever! This time TOP! Nogo was that the MA in the striped shirt reached into the back of his pants before serving in the store and then went to the customer with the groceries he had in his hand. The employee at the counter was asked about it and she was visibly uncomfortable. Unfortunately, actions like these by individual employees call into question the entire company hygiene! The food was thrown away on the way. Hence, unfortunately, the last visit.!

For forgetting 3 toys in 4 happy meals

I've been there several times now and I'm not convinced. Things don't work at all in the McDrive, things are often missing or you have the wrong things in the bag. The staff are friendly, which is a plus. If you eat there, it usually works. The following can be said about the location and surroundings: Sitting down indoors in the evening is generally not recommended. You're constantly being chatted up by some junkies... or there are OLs who stink to high heaven sitting there complaining about everything. Close to the train station. You're not safe in the parking lot either; you'll either be chatted up on the way to or from the restaurant or someone will knock on your car window. You should be aware of this if you want to eat there. Unfortunately, it is often the only shop that is still open after work during late shifts...

So the maximum wait in the evening is 30 minutes, especially with unfriendly and incompetent staff. Food has been there for 20 minutes but they are taking care of other things, so when asked, they only eat cold snot

Ordered food, burger without onions. Onions on it, but not cucumbers. Another burger with extra beef, also paid for, not on it. So it's clear that I have to look at the contents so that I get the correct number of burgers. But do I have to look at the individual components of the burger before I take my food to go?

It probably took 25 (!) minutes until the food was ready - cold.

According to the Lieferando app, the driver was on the way... with an interim delivery... after waiting an hour and still no delivery, I called MC. Nobody picks up. Food still not there... €25 for nothing...

It's about the delivery service, good in itself. But there's always something missing, today 3 things and two out of three I had to discuss with the suppliers - obviously only my order was in my bag and they claimed it would be impossible for someone else. Now it's not just that that's wrong packing but also the thought that one or the other supplier will take something....not all of them. That's not possible, something is always missing, impossible and very disappointing. On site you wait for over half an hour until the order is ready. Clearly a lot to do but then you should check the staff adjust.

Table service didn't work. After waiting for 20 minutes and then asking, I noticed that the food had been ready on the counter for a long time. When asked how long it had been there, the only answer was: I make new fries for you. No apologies or anything. Finally arrived at the table, fries hot, burger cold and ice melted into cola. So never again.

If you want to order something here, you can wait a quarter of an hour until the staff takes their time. We won't be coming back again. Went to Wickrath and were served directly there.

Rating for a McDonalds, if you're looking for ambience go somewhere else. - Ice maker works 9/10 times - Fries always warm - Order always complete even at insanely busy peak times - well organized team and very friendly employees Go there and eat there, don't have it delivered and then complain if the food is cold.

Absolutely outrageous after a racket about the vanilla milkshake because strawberry was ordered, vanilla was received again and then the impudence of ordering the window was thrown. Disgusting, outrageous behavior...

The service is really not good, I've tried it several times now and it was a disaster, you have to chase after the things you ordered.

A pure impudence! Ordered at 1:19 a.m. The order included 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 chicken burger and an apple spritzer. When I asked you in 1.39 what happened now, the answer was "oh I have no idea what went wrong" I asked for the money back, which was done without any problems. It's not just when it comes to food that quantity seems to take precedence over quality. An employee couldn't even give the number without an accident. (I was also allowed to hear one or two numbers while waiting and not because it was so full but because there were some ice creams).

My husband just got food poisoning from breakfast on Monday, they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!

I would like to give a big shout out to McDonald's, especially for the outstanding customer service I recently experienced. There was a small error with my order, but what really impressed me was the prompt and generous resolution of the issue. Not only did the team offer me a delicious meal for free, they also refunded my money - a gesture rarely seen today! The service was not only quick, but also extremely friendly. I really felt valued as a customer. It's great to see that McDonald's cares about customer satisfaction and is always ready to provide a positive experience. I am so grateful for this experience and will definitely continue to be loyal to McDonald's. A big thank you to the team for the excellent support – experiences like this make the difference!

We were waiting for order 20! Minutes! The staff works slowly and is constantly distracted by something 😳 They forgot to put a gift with the Happy Meal. There is an unpleasant smell in the hall.

Maybe I was there on the wrong day. But came with two children, both of whom were hungry and we had to wait almost 40 minutes for food. Then of course it arrived cold - and when I returned a €6.99 burger I was looked at askance... Well, wrong day. But something like that just has to come out.

The service, especially in Drive, is sometimes subpar... during peak times you sometimes have to stand in front of the terminal in Drive for at least 5 minutes until an employee answers. Parts are regularly missing from orders, there are wrong burgers in the bag and extra requests that have been paid for are not taken into account...food is like in any other McDonald's, so it's pretty average...the service urgently needs to be changed!

Are there regularly. Food is ok, toilets clean and staff really nice. There are also chairs and free balloons for the children. It's a shame, however, that the slide has been out of operation for a long time.

Unfortunately, we haven't had any good experiences there for a long time now. Anyone who still knows the old Mäcces (without order monitors etc.) will certainly understand what I mean by 'Fast Food is different'... The food as such is okay.

It's not normal that the monitors don't work permanently and the salespeople have to shout the numbers loudly. Every now and then something is missing from the bag, so my advice - always check before you go home. We sat outside one summer and celebrated our birthdays. Worst drive in ever 45 minutes for about 10 cars

McDonald's in Mönchengladbach is the dirtiest McDonald's there is. The employees work without gloves and without hairnets. They prepare the food without gloves and give it to the customers.

It starts at the "new main entrance" where you can't/hardly get through with a walker. However, it is not noted that the side entrance is wider. The ordering system is a disaster just to order two cheeseburgers. And then there is an extras button where there are no extras. And the burgers; the patties are so thin that you can't taste them anymore. And the buns only taste like cardboard and are totally flabby. I haven't been to Mc for a long time, now it will be even longer, if ever again.

It's just mces... but I have to say that the employee was really sweet and nice. Really patient and just super friendly! A little stronger, long black hair and a super friendly smile. I'll come back because of her

The golden fries at McDonald's are truly legendary! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and always perfectly seasoned. They are simply irresistible. No wonder they are considered the best fries worldwide. And then there are the burgers: juicy patties, fresh vegetables and the unmistakable sauce, all between fluffy buns. Every bite is a pleasure. There's simply nothing better when you're craving fast food. The combination of the golden fries and the iconic burgers is simply unbeatable!

My favorite MC's in Mönchengladbach. One girl (black hair, piercing in her lip) at the checkout particularly stands out because she is always incredibly friendly and tries to treat a customer like a king :). I keep coming back

Pure chaos. Ordered and paid for via the app. There was a system failure on site and the order had to be recorded using an error code. Big crowd and long waiting time. Unfortunately, the entire team was completely overloaded. Apparently too few staff. At the checkout, people are stacked just like the trays. The tables were pretty dirty and wet. No wonder a few employees were missing that day. The branch manager tried to save the situation. He managed that too. He was represented at every post. Good performance. I'll save any further information about the food. It tastes just as good everywhere. McDonald's just. I'm sure it's quieter during the week and you can handle the situation better.
