My date and I really enjoyed the food. The fries were warm and extremely well salted. The burgers were warm and refreshing. Gladly again! Cool. 🤗👍 (Ps. Got an iPhone 15 pro max for free!)

My favorite MC's in Mönchengladbach. One girl (black hair, piercing in her lip) at the checkout particularly stands out because she is always incredibly friendly and tries to treat a customer like a king :). I keep coming back

Pure chaos. Ordered and paid for via the app. There was a system failure on site and the order had to be recorded using an error code. Big crowd and long waiting time. Then part of the order was not packed and no one felt responsible for the complaint. A customer was looked after by 3 people, the rest had to wait. I know this is better regulated elsewhere. The food was as expected and the location was as uncomfortable as any McDonald's

Preferably 0 stars. Employees completely overwhelmed, you wait forever for your order. The store is completely overcrowded because everyone waits ages for their order, then they don't even have everything they ordered and to top it off, the employees are unfriendly. I'd rather drive 15 minutes further to Krefelerstrasse, 1000 times better there.

No wonder a few employees were missing that day. The branch manager tried to save the situation. He managed that too. He was represented at every post. Good performance. I'll save any further information about the food. It tastes just as good everywhere. McDonald's just. I'm sure it's quieter during the week and you can handle the situation better.

Unmotivated staff, dry burgers, very unclean. I think that should be enough. I was recently urged to pay via Apple Pay so that I could get it straight away and faster. I said no because I wanted to pay in cash. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and noticed how one person after the other placed the order after me I've been completely ignored When I asked what happened to my order, I only got the Lep answer. You didn't want to pay with Apple Pay. In other words, my order wasn't even taken. This wasn't communicated to me directly, no! Only after I realized that three other people had placed a new order I squeezed in between one of them to ask what it looked like and he simply told me, no, you have to wait now

First of all, you couldn't redeem any coupons/points due to a technical error - which is still somewhat bearable. But the fact that an expensive burger was missing instead of the usual missing sauces when the goods were handed out is not acceptable. I.e. paid for goods not received. Addendum April 17, 2024: Despite immediate complaints (on several online channels) there has been no response to date. Addendum: July 4th, 2024: Still no reaction. Zero point zero. Neither from McDonalds Germany nor from the operator.

Completely uncoordinated and received incomplete order. When I was asked to hand over the missing mayo, etc., this was done in a very unfriendly manner. You really outdid yourself today! After standing in the drive for almost 30 minutes around 10 p.m. (inside wasn't any better), we got our order, which was missing 2 of 6 burgers. I admit, it's pretty damn hard to count to 6. Our mistake was not to check straight away - then we got into trouble at home. On top of that, we were allowed to throw away the entire McChicken salad because it had already turned black/brown and smelled rotten. That was definitely the last visit!

It's a McDonald's. You won't experience any culinary surprises here. Late at night, this is the only place where there is still something to eat. Easily accessible for both drivers (plenty of parking spaces on the property) and train travelers, as it is only a few minutes from the train station.

I just wanted to enjoy some happy metal for a moment when I was almost run over by a pretty fat boy with brown hair and glasses that literally said "lactose" on them. At the counter he ordered 10 big tasty bacon and stopped the whole line! Nevertheless, I always like to go here and enjoy my delicious happy metal.

Unfortunately you have to give stars...quick restaurant...? Well, we waited 20-25 minutes for the food and it wasn't really full. The food was lukewarm to cold. You could choose McDonald's glasses at the terminal, but there weren't any left. THE TERMINAL SHOULD BE UPDATED BLA BLA...ZERO service and friendliness, the cleaning comes with it a rag and a bottle with cleaning supplies goes out with the ONE rag over all the tables plus chairs. The rag is not washed out in one or the same epidemic distribution 2.0 just disgusting if the health department flew in I wouldn't be surprised if the shed was closed would be.

Things are now much quicker at McDrive than before and the service is mostly friendly. Most of the food was good bus very good. But please, throw away old donations rather than sell extremely hard stuff. It's no longer possible to bite through one of them, the other is half as hard and the rest is extremely dry... just ancient. Longer than 3 days for sure!

I think it's a disgrace because you order an MC menu via Lieferando in order to get a glass with it, it doesn't say anywhere that it isn't included and you brazenly take a 5 euro delivery fee and never order there again! Then write in your description that they are only available locally!

Hello Bianca This is Ajanth i wanne make a complaint about the McDonald’s store at Rahracker 5 so today 01.01.24 02:30 ish i went with my wife to McDonald’s for a late night snack as we came to the portal we said we want the coupon as we repeat this 5 times after that we were instructed to close the app ans open again so we done this as followed we had the same coupon code so i told her its better we drive to the first window and show you but she said its not possible so we repeat the coupon and she said its invalid so we decided to drive to the first window and showed the coupon as the lady was really rude that we drove to her and as followed called an co-worker so she came and put the coupon in the system everything worked suddenly??? So we payed and before she gave our change she said to me for the next time dont drive to the window and if u dont like it u can drive away ??? Soooo i was abit in shock as am the customer and this is a international company????? I think McDonald’s never allowed this kind of service? But the second window i just told the lady my story and said as followed i wanne make an complaint and she told me that she is the ceo the manager whatever and to make the complaint to her straight as i said no i wanne make the complaint straight to McDonald’s Germany so I waited 5 mins and she come with this visiting card of her (boss) manager and i have to send my complaint here so this email will be send to McDonald’s Germany online complaint aswell as to the store manager! An absolute disgrace!!! I often come to eat at McDonalds, the app sometimes entices me and collects points. Today on February 9th, 2024 I wanted to redeem some of the points. Drove to the drive in counter and waited about 10 minutes until I could place my order. I wanted to redeem some of the 2,000 points I had collected, but the employee explained to me that it had not been possible to redeem the points for about a week because there were problems with the app. I came specifically for that, he said it wasn't his problem and he couldn't do anything about it. Kein Wort Deutsch gesprochen Essen kam kalt an haben wieder mal was vergessen und dazu richtig schlecht gelaunt ausgeschaut absolut unfreundlich und keine Lust auf sein eigenes Leben

Automat nimmt Bestellung nicht an. Service Personal versteht nur Bahnhof. Regulären Cappuccino mit Kuchen bestellt und kleinen mit Kuchen zum erhöhten Preis erhalten. Und dann noch so eine unappetitlichen Kuchen bekommen.

Hatte mir 2 Cheeseburger zum Mitnehmen bestellt am Terminal, hatte keine 5 Minuten gedauert trotz relativ vieler Kunden. War wirklich sehr lecker, einziges Manko ist das teilweise ohne Handschuhe gearbeitet wird.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Bestellung an dem Gerät vorne. Ein netter Mitarbeiter, der sich mit dem Namen Simon vorgestellt hat, hat uns bis zum Ende geholfen, obwohl der Laden voll war. Wer in einer solchen Situation einen kühlen Kopf behält und sich für einzelne Personen die Zeit nimmt muss einfach erwähnt werden. Wir kommen seit Jahrzehnten nach MC Donalds, aber sowas positives haben wir noch nie erlebt. Danke Simon, ich hoffe du bleibst Mc Donalds noch lange erhalten .

Essen wie gewohnt bei mc donald's jedoch gibt es seit Monaten Probleme einen Milchstraße auf der Korschenbroicherstr. zu bekommen. Mittlerweile bestimmt schon 5 mal wo es hieß die Maschine defekt.

Was soll ich sagen MC Donalds halt das Essen kennt jeder dieses Restaurant ist sehr sauber leider sehr hoher Besuch auch da kommt es schonmal zu Wartezeiten gerade am Drive Schalter manchmal katastrophal das Autos bis zur Straße stehen meine längste wartezeit war jetzt schon über 30min am Drive da gehe ich denn doch lieber rein und bestelle dort

Schau auf jeden fall genau nach was du bekommst wenn du zum mitnehmen bestellst sonst merkst du zuhause das du vegie Futter hast anstatt leckere chicken Nuggets
