I ordered food via the app and waited almost 45 minutes in parking lot 1. Only after going inside and alerting the staff did they take care of it. The food was also cold by then.

Good afternoon, everything is fine, but the toilet is just awful! The stalls are dirty and there are cigarettes lying around!! People are smoking in the toilet! It's very old, please renovate the toilet!

Not the best McDonald's. My two McRibs were a complete disaster. Hardly any sauce, squashed, boxes torn. It made a mess of everything else in the bag. Plus, it's crowded, understaffed, dirty... you just want to get out of there as fast as possible.

Friendly service and a great selection.

We ordered at the terminal, which unfortunately malfunctioned after payment. Ten minutes had already passed before we could speak to an employee. It seemed that a shift change was taking place in the preparation area (which was absolutely unacceptable and certainly not permitted by headquarters, as employees' children were likely to be there). After sorting things out with our order, we asked the woman again after another ten minutes. She very rudely informed us that she was there and that there were only two service staff members. Several other customers also complained about the very slow and unfriendly service. To top it all off, we realized at home that the sauces were missing. If you continue like this, the place won't last much longer.

Long wait and then they forgot all (5!) sauces. When do you notice that? When you're already home with your takeaway order.

The service today, November 30, 2025, at the breakfast drive-thru was an absolute disaster. The employee was very rude and shouted. Furthermore, the service was too slow and disorganized.

An absolute disaster. I don't understand why so many people come here to eat. The burger was cold, the fries pale and soggy. I got a flat Coke. And to top it all off, I didn't get any napkins (because of the drive-thru). €27 order.

I waited for hours, the food was cold, and there was a long hair in my wrap that I pulled out of my mouth. I tried to complain, but the staff didn't react at all. They rudely threw my wrap away and offered no replacement.

Things are often missing, but it's a disgrace that you get lukewarm fries. Card payments are often not possible in the drive-up. Improvements are welcome 😉

McDonald's used to be much better. The burgers are getting more and more expensive, but they look like they've already been eaten. Maybe they should hire people who actually want to work and who speak German fluently. And when people give you numbers, they should understand them and not constantly enter incorrect information. Unfortunately, I'm more than dissatisfied with the McDonald's chain. I'd rather eat at a restaurant; you'll get full and the food will be better.

I just ordered McDonald's through Uber Eats, and I ordered a couple of bundles, which usually includes a large fries. Guess what was missing? The large fries weren't included, so I called my local McDonald's. They couldn't really help me, which I find really outrageous. Because I'm not ordering from Uber Eats, but from McDonald's, and if it's not included, then in my opinion, McDonald's should cover it and just send me a new order of fries. Honestly, I was really looking forward to it. I haven't had anything like this all day.

The best thing was the service. The burgers are like cardboard... true to the motto 'hunger makes you eat it.'

If you're looking for chaos and staff who barely understand you in a restaurant, this is the place for you. The staff is rude, can't manage orders properly, and as I overheard, several customers were missing something every time. I strongly advise against this McDonald's; we ended up going to a different one because it was unbearable there.

It was absolutely awful and dirty. We waited 50 minutes for our order, and the hot chocolate was already cold. On top of that, the employee cut the cake with her bare hands, without gloves. And this is supposed to be "fast food"???

Today was the first of about six times when all the products were included. We were quite surprised, then I tried my strawberry shake and realized it was a regular vanilla shake, so I was disappointed again. Oh well, at least this time we didn't have to go into the store after the drive-thru to pick up the missing products.

Delivery took over an hour. I ordered a double meal, but unfortunately, it didn't come with a glass. I was very disappointed. The food was almost cold. The ice cream was only half full, if that, and all for a whopping €4.49! Sorry, but McDonald's isn't what it used to be. Plus, no response from customer service. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them. The prices are outrageous. A discounted meal with a coupon used to cost €14, whereas it was less than €10, if not under €8. P.S. Negative reviews are systematically deleted.

I've received the wrong product several times 😖 it's gotten really bad, I ask myself how you can do something wrong when everything is visible on the computer and this happens several times... you simply don't get what you actually wanted. McDonald's is the last stop, I'd rather go to Subway. You can no longer pay with cash via the app if you want offers there, they only accept card payments.

Went to the MC Drive today, but now you only pay with a card. Cash payments aren't accepted via the app. It's disgusting. We continued on to Subway. It was wonderful, and you actually get what you order. McDonald's is the last stop. Simply awful, never again.

The fries were ice cold. A complaint was made and they were exchanged without any problems. Used trays left by guests who were too lazy (or too stupid?) to clear them away were cleared away relatively quickly. A guest sleeping on the table was not disturbed. Oh well.

This isn't our first time coming here, but every time we've had problems with the service. Something is constantly forgotten, and this isn't the first, the second, or even the third time. Today, an entire €12.99 meal wasn't given to us. After my boyfriend complained, about ten minutes later, a completely "lost" employee came out, wandering slowly between the tables, apparently unaware of who the order belonged to. He eventually brought our order to other guests. Even though the girls said it wasn't theirs, he simply left the food with them and walked away. When I asked him if it was our order, he took the food the others had already unwrapped and touched and brought it to us without even apologizing. Additionally, two sauces were missing, but I didn't say anything else, afraid they'd mess something up again. I understand that the employees here might not be enthusiastic about their work, but a minimum level of attention and respect for customers should be a given. My boyfriend and I have decided to avoid this location in the future and instead drive a little further to McDonald's in another city, because we've never experienced such poor service.

Fast, nice. I don't know what it's like inside; I was at the drive-through. But I did see a medium-sized playground outside, if that helps. The workers are very friendly.

The warming time was exceeded by 2 (!) hours. This is documented and verifiable by a sticker on the item. A complaint to the store was ignored. Disgusting.

Please avoid this place! I gave McDonald's another chance after a long time, and it was a huge mistake. Ordered at the drive-thru: a chicken burger without sauce. That's exactly what it said on the package. What was in it? A cheeseburger with everything. It really makes you wonder: Do the people who work there aren't anybody who can read or think? When a place like this is run as if the manager is permanently drunk, nothing's surprising. I'll never go back! 👎🏼

We've given this store a chance several times now and have been disappointed time and time again. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and can't handle stress and large crowds. Orders are forgotten or incorrectly issued.

Maybe if food is ready for pickup you should also have food ready for pickup

Was only outside at the counter but fast friendly service

The burgers were brought to my table cold. When I complained, they told me they didn't care. The burger had been taken out 10 minutes ago, which was technically 1 minute after I paid with my debit card, and that's never going to happen in a full McDonald's. When I pointed this out, the manager in charge insulted me and sent me away. Worst McDonald's in Germany.

It's just like any other McDonald's

McDonald's offers ample parking, a drive-thru, and seating for guests waiting for their food. You can eat inside, outside under covered, sheltered areas, or completely outdoors. There's also a small slide for children, making it a particularly family-friendly visit. The staff is friendly, and the food is prepared quickly—all in all, a pleasant visit with delicious food.

Since remodeling its stores, McDonald's has changed its drink syrup. Now you can't enjoy Coca-Cola, Fanta, or Sprite anymore. It just tastes cheap. The Mac & Cheese sauce isn't the same anymore and doesn't taste as good. My conclusion: I won't go there anymore.

Worst McDonald's for miles around. The staff was completely overwhelmed. It took us 20 minutes to get two drinks. And if I hadn't started ranting, I'd still be standing there today. In the 20 minutes I was at the counter, not a single order was completed. Sad, sad...

After the renovation, the ambience is relatively good, but there are fewer and fewer German-speaking employees who do not understand the weather when you ask in a friendly way and do not speak English. The counter person (Indian looking women) is super impolite, I'm sure she said my number 126, but I checked the order it's not mine then she said why you said it's yours. Then she called 126, gave me the order for 226, then said impatiently isn't that your order. She doesn't even close my coffee cover, just put the cover on the dirty counter. in the end said super ironic "thank you for your order." Nice after the renovation. Unfortunately, many items are forgotten to be packed when ordering. Fries are always cold and count like rubber. Ice cream and drinks are prepared immediately upon ordering, so it melts and the drinks warm up.

I witnessed an incident today. A man wanted to pick out some food from the cart where the guests' trays of leftover food are set aside. He was aggressively yelled at by an employee and thrown out. A girl then approached the employee and asked what the problem was with him picking something out, since it would end up in the trash. But no, the three employees ended up defending the food cart and coldly kicking the man out. The girl also had to leave the store because she had defended the man because he was simply looking for something to eat. (No one was insulted or anything.) There were three of us there, we also left after this incident, and we won't be coming back. I haven't experienced such disrespect in a long time. 0 stars for the character of your employees.

I love McDonald's! 😍 The selection of burgers, fries, and snacks is huge, and everything tastes absolutely delicious. The restaurants are mostly clean, the staff is friendly, and ordering is quick—perfect when you're short on time. The drink selection is also great, and the Happy Meals are really fun for kids. One small drawback: ordering isn't always perfect. In some places, you can't order at all, and sometimes deliveries are missing something. But it doesn't bother me much, because the quality and taste make up for everything. McDonald's is always a highlight for me, whether for a quick lunch, dinner, or just a snack. I highly recommend it!

I've been begged for money by homeless people twice in a restaurant. The park in front of the restaurant looks like a drug den. It was a rather disturbing experience.

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, McDonald's wasn't that great. During the holidays, there were meter-long lines outside, long waits for the food, and forty-five minutes at the table, and unfortunately, the food was already cold. The same problem at the drive-thru as so often. The self-service machines also had long lines before you finally got to your table. So much has changed since the renovations; it's not as nice as it used to be, unfortunately. I wouldn't want to go there as often anymore. Maybe only when necessary. Best wishes to you all.

After a (pointless?) renovation, the space is poorly laid out and there's no waiting area; it seems to be a desired new image in the surrounding area as well. The system is constantly being manipulated; orders are simply booked out and disappear. Eventually, you get something, but it's late and the order is incorrect. Things are missing, or you get a "half" burger for more than three times the price of what was delivered.

Unfortunately, McDonald's has completely ruined the taste of its hamburgers. Even the fries were like leather. The sodas tasted like sugar water! I wanted to try them again after so many years, but I was sad!

This has happened before, and we were brought a regular Big Mac instead of the Chicken Big Mac. When we asked for a new one, no one came to our table again until we went inside after a 10-minute wait and were asked to pick up the burger ourselves... Lack of communication and constantly making mistakes, which is very annoying in the long run. Hence only 1 star.

A very pleasant atmosphere for breakfast, and the summer garden is inviting even on warmer days. The restaurant seemed clean to me, and the food is as you'd expect from McDonald's.

Once you get to McDonald's, don't expect to be served on a scooter at McDonald's because they said a scooter is not a means of transport! Considering that literally three or four weeks ago I also came here on a scooter and calmly ordered through McDonald's! Considering that I spent money standing in line on a scooter! Been there twice, received incorrect orders twice. Apparently, it's very difficult for the employees there to read. The first time, I got the dry Mc Checken Classic with no sauce or anything else instead of the extra bacon. Today, I got the regular garlic pepper nuggets instead of the garlic pepper nuggets.

The branch could use some updating, but unfortunately, there's not much you can do about the public traffic. However, we did feel uncomfortable here a few times.

Poor preparation, rude reception, everyone was unmotivated, and the service was poor. So, in the end, they just didn't feel like it.

So far, it's okay, but the hygiene in the restrooms leaves a lot to be desired. Service is almost nonexistent, as orders now have to be placed via screen. I used to prefer ordering in person.

Can I recommend this place? Definitely not. The parking lot is far too large compared to the number of seats available in the restaurant. It's packed, the noise level is infernal, and even if you do get a seat (which I strongly advise against), there's no separation from the person sitting next to you. People are happily jumping over tables and chairs, of course not just the one currently occupied by their extended family. The staff has very limited German and is hopelessly overwhelmed. You stand at the checkout counter and call out a number in a thin voice to the crowd. Not the one on the slip of paper, which is the order number, but any number. I had number 202, recognized the menu I'd ordered, and so went to the front. The person who was called out was "neununneune." The Sprite I ordered was Coke, and the burgers were cold. As we left the scene of horror, we saw a KFC right next door. We'll try there next time. It can't be worse.

We only ordered one ice cream and still had to wait a very long time. For such a small product, the wait is simply disproportionate. It's a shame – we were looking forward to a quick refreshment, but the service was unfortunately disappointing.

Things like sauces for nuggets or fries are missing, and it can be really frustrating. These "half-finished" things can seriously spoil the overall impression, especially when you're looking forward to your meal. It might be helpful to pass this feedback directly to McDonald's customer service so they can work on their quality and service. Have you had positive experiences, or was that more the norm? Well, you usually have to be careful. There are people who come from a little further, and in the end, things are missing. So it's a real shame. You have to pay more attention. You have the confidence that everything is there and you get home. In the end, things are missing. A very poor rating.

Maybe they're just understaffed. The new seating arrangements are also rather suboptimal. The food at the counter could be better protected from customers. In any case, I don't see any real improvement after the renovations.

Sorry, but that was so pathetic. After 15 minutes, my order wasn't even taken, and there was no warning. Drive-thru is given priority over everything else. Truly, truly sad. I've never had to write a review like this, but this is actually the first one. I've never experienced such ignorance.

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it anymore. I can't pinpoint why, but it's simply gotten much worse since the recent renovations. The drive-thru lanes are useless; they just make the employees more overwhelmed. I also have the feeling that there are fewer and fewer of them. Someone urgently needs to reorganize their staff scheduling. A 40-minute wait for food at MCs... KFC and Burger King, I'm coming.

My experience... Every second order was incomplete. Orders through Lieferando, which stated 30-50 minutes, actually took 100. Orders in person often take 20-30 minutes. They claim there's no coffee, but everyone drinks it, and if you speak to another employee, they suddenly serve coffee. It's annoying.

Today we wanted to test the new parking lot delivery service, but unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. We had to wait a really long time. Drive-thru would have saved us half an hour. The process should be changed. I won't be using this service again.
