It doesn't get much worse. Waiting 30 minutes in the drive for food is outrageous!

Very unfriendly, coupons don't work. Food is cold. You always have to check your order on site because the food you paid for is often missing. No goodwill if coupons don't work. Shift management very rude and unfriendly.

Wait 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a coffee to take away. The coffee and burgers were almost cold when we got them.

After eating with friends, I wanted to grab some ice cream on the way home. That's why you ordered and paid for ice cream online via the app. Due to a bug in the app, a menu slipped in. Unfortunately, they were so inflexible that they couldn't cancel it on the spot. €8.50 for a McFlurry... at least one homeless person was happy about the menu which I then gave away.

The service is really not good, I've tried it several times now and it was a disaster, you have to chase after the things you ordered.

A pure impudence! Ordered at 1:19 a.m. The order included 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 chicken burger and an apple spritzer. When I asked you in 1.39 what happened now, the answer was "oh I have no idea what went wrong" I asked for the money back, which was done without any problems. It's not just when it comes to food that quantity seems to take precedence over quality. An employee couldn't even give the number without an accident. (I was also allowed to hear one or two numbers while waiting and not because it was so full but because there were some ice creams).

Waited 40 minutes for ice cream. No apology, nothing. Simply underground.

I would like to give a big shout out to McDonald's, especially for the outstanding customer service I recently experienced. There was a small error with my order, but what really impressed me was the prompt and generous resolution of the issue. Not only did the team offer me a delicious meal for free, they also refunded my money - a gesture rarely seen today! The service was not only quick, but also extremely friendly. I really felt valued as a customer. It's great to see that McDonald's cares about customer satisfaction and is always ready to provide a positive experience. I am so grateful for this experience and will definitely continue to be loyal to McDonald's. A big thank you to the team for the excellent support – experiences like this make the difference!

We were waiting for order 20! Minutes! The staff works slowly and is constantly distracted by something 😳 They forgot to put a gift with the Happy Meal. There is an unpleasant smell in the hall.

Maybe I was there on the wrong day. But came with two children, both of whom were hungry and we had to wait almost 40 minutes for food. Then of course it arrived cold - and when I returned a €6.99 burger I was looked at askance... Well, wrong day. But something like that just has to come out.

The service, especially in Drive, is sometimes subpar... during peak times you sometimes have to stand in front of the terminal in Drive for at least 5 minutes until an employee answers. Parts are regularly missing from orders, there are wrong burgers in the bag and extra requests that have been paid for are not taken into account...food is like in any other McDonald's, so it's pretty average...the service urgently needs to be changed!

Are there regularly. Food is ok, toilets clean and staff really nice. There are also chairs and free balloons for the children. It's a shame, however, that the slide has been out of operation for a long time.

Unfortunately, we haven't had any good experiences there for a long time now. Order processing no longer does justice to the term 'fast food' thanks to the new system - unfortunately the monitors above the counter are also permanently switched off, so you no longer have any orientation about the status of your order. Often the food is only lukewarm, which is particularly annoying when it comes to take-away meals. Finally, the most expensive burger was missing from the bag. (Of course I should have checked the bag - only it was pretty stuffed up and I was in a hurry and didn't notice it until I got home.) Unfortunately, there is also the fact that you hardly come into contact with the employees. There's a hectic hustle and bustle behind the counter, but rarely is anyone really approachable. It's unpleasant to have to get someone to help you, for example, to clarify errors in the order or something similar. Anyone who still knows the old Mäcces (without order monitors etc.) will certainly understand what I mean by 'Fast Food is different'... The food as such is okay.

It's bad service, first you wait 50 minutes for your order, other customers are given priority even though they arrive later and then you get completely cold burgers that are served so rudely

This team is a complete disaster! How long the queue is and still only one checkout! So many customers lining up and leaving... that's so counterproductive if you want to achieve maximum sales, so the upper department should get together and work it out...

The store is really run down and very poorly organized. Waiting 19 minutes for an order is just way too long and doesn't correspond to McDonald's philosophy at all. If you're in a hurry, it's better not here!

It always tastes delicious, but the fact that you can see that the people who prepare the burgers are working without gloves is disgusting.

It's very big, has a parking lot, and a spielplatz that children like. You need to apply to use the toilet. Overall, it feels good.

It's not normal that the monitors don't work permanently and the salespeople have to shout the numbers loudly. Every now and then something is missing from the bag, so my advice - always check before you go home. We sat outside one summer and celebrated our birthdays. I asked to open the big parasol because it was very hot. Unfortunately, after asking repeatedly and for 2 hours, nothing happened. We were repeatedly put off: “The caretaker is coming soon”. 😔

Worst drive in ever 45 minutes for about 10 cars

McDonald's in Mönchengladbach is the dirtiest McDonald's there is. The employees work without gloves and without hairnets. They prepare the food without gloves and give it to the customers.

It starts at the "new main entrance" where you can't/hardly get through with a walker. However, it is not noted that the side entrance is wider. The ordering system is a disaster just to order two cheeseburgers. And then there is an extras button where there are no extras. And the burgers; the patties are so thin that you can't taste them anymore. And the buns only taste like cardboard and are totally flabby. I haven't been to Mc for a long time, now it will be even longer, if ever again.

It's just mces... but I have to say that the employee was really sweet and nice. Really patient and just super friendly! A little stronger, long black hair and a super friendly smile. I'll come back because of her

The golden fries at McDonald's are truly legendary! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and always perfectly seasoned. They are simply irresistible. No wonder they are considered the best fries worldwide. And then there are the burgers: juicy patties, fresh vegetables and the unmistakable sauce, all between fluffy buns. Every bite is a pleasure. There's simply nothing better when you're craving fast food. The combination of the golden fries and the iconic burgers is simply unbeatable!

My favorite MC's in Mönchengladbach. One girl (black hair, piercing in her lip) at the checkout particularly stands out because she is always incredibly friendly and tries to treat a customer like a king :). I keep coming back

A McDonald's store where you get reasonable service. The store is kept clean and you feel comfortable. The main thing the food was tasty and ok.

Pure chaos. Ordered and paid for via the app. There was a system failure on site and the order had to be recorded using an error code. Big crowd and long waiting time. Then part of the order was not packed and no one felt responsible for the complaint. A customer was looked after by 3 people, the rest had to wait. I know this is better regulated elsewhere. The food was as expected and the location was as uncomfortable as any McDonald's

Preferably 0 stars. Employees completely overwhelmed, you wait forever for your order. The store is completely overcrowded because everyone waits ages for their order, then they don't even have everything they ordered and to top it off, the employees are unfriendly. I'd rather drive 15 minutes further to Krefelerstrasse, 1000 times better there.

Unfortunately, the entire team was completely overloaded. Apparently too few staff. At the checkout, people are stacked just like the trays. The tables were pretty dirty and wet. No wonder a few employees were missing that day. The branch manager tried to save the situation. He managed that too. He was represented at every post. Good performance. I'll save any further information about the food. It tastes just as good everywhere. McDonald's just. I'm sure it's quieter during the week and you can handle the situation better.

Very anti-social here, the Chinese people who work here can't speak German and just keep walking when you ask them where the two ice creams that were ordered 40 minutes ago remain

First of all, you couldn't redeem any coupons/points due to a technical error - which is still somewhat bearable. But the fact that an expensive burger was missing instead of the usual missing sauces when the goods were handed out is not acceptable. I.e. paid for goods not received. Addendum April 17, 2024: Despite immediate complaints (on several online channels) there has been no response to date. Addendum: July 4th, 2024: Still no reaction. Zero point zero. Neither from McDonalds Germany nor from the operator.

It's a McDonald's. You won't experience any culinary surprises here. Late at night, this is the only place where there is still something to eat. Easily accessible for both drivers (plenty of parking spaces on the property) and train travelers, as it is only a few minutes from the train station.

You really outdid yourself today! After standing in the drive for almost 30 minutes around 10 p.m. (inside wasn't any better), we got our order, which was missing 2 of 6 burgers. I admit, it's pretty damn hard to count to 6. Our mistake was not to check straight away - then we got into trouble at home. On top of that, we were allowed to throw away the entire McChicken salad because it had already turned black/brown and smelled rotten. That was definitely the last visit!

It's just Mäcke's. Anyone who likes it knows it. Usually well attended and long waiting times. The employees are nice and try hard, but they aren't the fastest either.

I just wanted to enjoy some happy metal for a moment when I was almost run over by a pretty fat boy with brown hair and glasses that literally said "lactose" on them. At the counter he ordered 10 big tasty bacon and stopped the whole line! Nevertheless, I always like to go here and enjoy my delicious happy metal.

Unfortunately you have to give stars...quick restaurant...? Well, we waited 20-25 minutes for the food and it wasn't really full. The food was lukewarm to cold. You could choose McDonald's glasses at the terminal, but there weren't any left. THE TERMINAL SHOULD BE UPDATED BLA BLA...ZERO service and friendliness, the cleaning comes with it a rag and a bottle with cleaning supplies goes out with the ONE rag over all the tables plus chairs. The rag is not washed out in one or the same epidemic distribution 2.0 just disgusting if the health department flew in I wouldn't be surprised if the shed was closed would be.

Personal unmotiviert, die Pommes waren wieder einmal eine schlappe, hellgelbe Zumutung (was ist an der Zubereitung so schwierig?). Bekamen vegane Nuggets, obwohl nicht bestellt. Die Cheeseburger erinnerten optisch an ein chemisches Experiment. Never ever again!!! Vielleicht sollte das Geld mal in die Zutaten und nicht in die Kaulitz-Brüder gesteckt werden

Things are now much quicker at McDrive than before and the service is mostly friendly. Most of the food was good bus very good. But please, throw away old donations rather than sell extremely hard stuff. It's no longer possible to bite through one of them, the other is half as hard and the rest is extremely dry... just ancient. Longer than 3 days for sure!
