Kentucky Fried Chicken in Mönchengladbach

The food is cold and the meat looks like it has been fried for many hours and has an unpleasant color, the fries are equally cold and have an ugly color, I did not like it at all, I was super happy with the KFC food but this place is nothing like KFC.

I have never seen such a dirty, disgusting store like the one behind the train station in Mönchengladbach. Not only was there food leftovers on the floor everywhere, no, the toilets surpassed everything. Clogged bowl so that all the poop was floating out and in the other toilet I use a women's sanitary napkin open and just on the floor. There is an urgent need for action in this branch!!!!!!

I recently got a chili cheese burger from KFC to break my fast - no extras, just normal. At home I took a bite and after the second bite I realized something was wrong. There was bacon in the burger - which is an absolute no-go for me as someone who doesn't eat pork. I find this particularly disappointing during Ramadan. I deliberately didn't order any extras, and yet something like this? Very unfortunate. (you couldn't see the bacon from the outside)

Despite being busy, a positive experience! Since McDonald's was closed today for unknown reasons, KFC was busy. The waiting time was therefore a little longer, but the staff was still very friendly and accommodating. Overall a positive experience – thanks to the team!

I had a very unpleasant experience in this branch. There was a fly in my fries and the meat was undercooked! This is absolutely unacceptable and a health hazard. If you're craving fly fries and raw meat, then you've come to the right place! I have attached photos as evidence and hope that KFC urgently improves its hygiene standards. I definitely won't eat here again and advise others not to!

They work very slowly. Not tasty. I was here for the first and last time. I won't come here anymore. Too dirty! People wait for hours for their orders. That's not normal.

Never again! No soap in men's toilet. Ordered at the kiosk and opted for food in the restaurant. Waited half an hour. My number had disappeared from the display. Asked an employee where my order was. He started right away, but first he had to greet his friends who came to order at the counter. Then he packs everything into a bag to take with him. I didn't feel like waiting any longer. I had already reached my final conclusion. I'll never come here again. One of the two drinks machines is defective, so wait for your turn. This makes food cold. Piece of chicken as dry as Sinterklaas's ass. Burger bun was cold. I just don't know if this is the case, because I never go to KFC. And so there won't be any more. Fast food chain at Google can be deleted. Just a self-service restaurant seems like a better concept to me.

It's ok. They are fast. It hurt a little to sell but I think it's more because my stomach is a little delicate but overall it's very correct.

You would actually think that you would get the same quality of food in this branch as is usual for other branches of this chain. FAR FROM THE MISS! It can happen that an order doesn't fit. It shouldn't happen that the food doesn't meet the usual standard, but it can happen. If this becomes the RULE instead of the exception, you as a customer should pull the ripcord! HEREBY DONE! Today was absolutely the last time we bought/eaten anything in this branch. The new thick fries weren't even NEARLY done and therefore disgusting. As is often the case, the chicken pieces were so dark and "crispy" that they were only fit for the trash can (they usually have timers on them and are foolproof to prepare, so what happens to the food???). It's a shame about the price we paid for it, but we've finally given up the repeated complaints. We pick up/eat in this branch NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had dinner there yesterday and sat alone at the table. Then the cleaning lady came, she pushed the other chair against the table so hard that my table banged loudly and my drink almost tipped over. What's that supposed to mean? No respect when dealing with customers. Afterwards I could see that she “cleaned” both the floor and the chairs at the same time with the same broom. What kind of hygiene standards are there here?

Extremely deteriorated over the years. the restaurant is completely deserted every time I come here. The employees don't feel like it and it looks like a mess. The main thing is to make the menus 10€ more expensive every 5 days.

Food is OK, just KFC. Store was acceptably clean. The staff were friendly but not outstanding except for one employee who seemed to be enjoying his day. Just smiling and laughing. Otherwise a sweat shop in the system catering. No different than McD or BK.

Visited Mönchengladbach for the first time today and ordered takeaway. When I got home I noticed that the 2 classic burgers were missing from my original bundle and I only received my additional Crispy Burger, as a side dish I also added cheese and bacon fries, instead I received fries without everything and I was missing The bundle even includes two portions of fries. I think that's cheeky and a disgrace, especially since you're paying for it. I can't go back and say that some things were missing here. I ADVISE EVERYONE WHO ORDERS FROM THERE TO LOOK INTO THEIR BAG. THIS IS REALLY A BOLD RISK AND FRAUD CASE. Next time I will check this on site and if it turns out that the oak mesh is being done again, then I will confront the boss about this matter with legal advice if necessary. OUTRAGEOUS AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR.

Lettuce leaf and tomato on burger was forgotten Instead of Zero Cola, I got regular Cola. Fries not fresh. Despite little activity and 3 employees in the kitchen and 1 employee taking orders, we waited forever. Overall it was NOT tasty.

Terrible service, dirty tables, take away numbering not working, things advertised and paid for not available. Had to serve myself a drink which didn't taste like the pepsi I ordered. Altogether a very grim experience.

Yesterday at 9 p.m. we were there and ordered 1 bucket with stripes (tasted old and musty) and chicken something with fries (cold), 2 x mayo and 2 Pepsi zero. The staff was rude and unfriendly, the hint that something was missing was obviously too much. The shop was really dirty, the toilets were unacceptable (ladies). An employee pulled a giant garbage bag across the store and left a wet trail of dirt, which stayed that way. I also felt sick after eating... That was the last time I was here.

I don't recommend it, it's the worst I've ever eaten

Once again the very last one! Waited an hour for a little bit of food. Then get the wrong burgers. This was complained about... Then got a cold replacement. Other parts of the order were also inedible. 60% of the €35 order was left behind! Stray screaming homeless people harassing customers in the store. When asked by several customers whether these could be referenced. It says "there's nothing we can do about it". After 5 minutes of screaming, an employee gave the woman money. Instead of a house ban and police. Then you don't have to be surprised if the visitors keep coming back!! Conclusion: We then went over to the Goldene Möwe where we received excellent service and were able to leave the store satisfied!! We don't come here anymore!!

Best fast food restaurant (better than Mecces and BK). Nevertheless, the shop is actually always empty, but you can refill drinks endlessly 👍🏻

Overpriced to the point of not being possible anymore. The chicken pieces are no longer what they used to be. There are advertisements for Pepsi Lime everywhere, including on the panel where you place your order, then you want to fill up 😂 and there is no Pepsi Lime 😂

Absolute chaos in the kitchen and service. The food only came after 30 minutes after multiple complaints and then by far incomplete. What came was edible... The shop wasn't even full. I don't know what went wrong... We paid almost EUR 50 and ended up having food for maybe EUR 30. Since the lady at the service “meant well,” she took our receipt after 30 minutes and tried to put it together manually. Unfortunately, as I said, almost half of it was missing. Since I had two whiny, hungry children with me, in the end it didn't matter to me. It will take a lot of time before I go there again. I'm just afraid that the kids have worse memories.

Eat what you expect. KFC was delicious. Fries unsalted but otherwise classic KFC. But every table was dirty. The employee just dances back and forth without doing anything and deliberately ignores all the tables. Service on the drive was a disaster. Arwgsr you hours. Never-ending staff shortages. Work like snails.

Trust is good, control is better. Bought takeaway today. It was only when I got home that I saw that two portions of mayo that I had paid extra for were not in the bag. It's not the first time that something was missing there, although I'm only there maybe 4-5 times a year. There is also a piece of meat missing. That's a shame, but I'll check everything on site soon.

I wouldn't visit the restaurant again. The burger didn't taste good, one piece of meat wasn't cooked properly, the other was too hard! And that on a burger. The fries were soft and fluffy. The price for this service is unacceptable. Almost half of the tables outside were not cleared and wiped down. The service person I dealt with was helpful in choosing the monitors.

We ate there with 4 people and paid €80 for nothing and then the food was rubbish. Afterwards we had a real stomach ache and heartburn, which is not recommended at all

Apparently we hadn't been there for a while 🙈🤷🤗 On the one hand there are: Food orders can only be made digitally at the terminal. The good thing about it is that you can put together the dishes the way you want, right down to the smallest detail! 😋😍 After completing the order, you can also pay with card at this terminal. But it's not a must. The process is completed when the order is printed. With the receipt you also get an order number, which is then called up and you can then pick up the finished food at the sales counter. As I said, you can pay by card or pay in cash when you pick up the food at the counter. In terms of price, I think it's a bit higher, but I think this is still due to Corona. Everything has become more expensive and that is no different with KFC. We ate the food on site. It wasn't too crowded, there were enough seats. However, I would like to make a suggestion, we sat at a round table with two adults and a child. With two tablets at this table it was a bit tight. A square or rectangular table would have offered a little more space and comfort. But all in all positive. 🤗🥰🙏

I have been living in this area for over a year and every time I feel like eating KFC and go to this place, I promise myself that I will never go there again. Dirty, long wait for order, food incomparable to KFC Poland. Dry chicken, fries without salt. I don't recommend it sincerely.

Since the renovation, the rooms have become much nicer and in some cases better maintained, but the general hygiene (especially drink dispensers and toilets) is still not that good. The food is mostly good (with the exception of the burgers!!!) and tastes fresh, service okay. However, the price-performance ratio for a fast food restaurant is no longer relevant, the prices are rising more and more but the quality, especially of the burgers, has declined significantly. That's exactly why I'm deducting stars from the rating.

Didn't order again at the drive in. Someone was immediately annoyed because they had corrected themselves. So far so good, waited longer, received order. My husband said take a look. No, I said with 4 pieces there won't be anything wrong. 10 minutes later.. If I had looked in there wasn't anything we ordered. We then received 30 euros for 2 fries, 2 Coke and 2 bags of meat bites. But none of it was edible... A menu with a burger, a burger extra and a menu with bites were ordered.

Unfortunately not remotely recommended. We wanted to order 1x Chili Cheese Zinger Burger in the menu and 1x Zinger Burger individually and 1x Chili Cheese Zinger Burger individually. The staff didn't know the menu, so we ordered the Zingerburger menu once and 2 chili cheese zinger burgers individually. After waiting for half an eternity, we received completely wrong food, which we returned at the drive-in counter. Then, as we initially thought, we got the real food. At home it turns out that we once had the Zinger Burger in the menu in the bag (see photo 1), which had rotten salad and 2x chili cheese burgers, instead of the chili cheese ZINGER burgers we ordered. The burgers we got also looked rather dismal. Ultimately, I feel guilty for wanting to order something different this time because my friend told me in advance that it would fail because the staff there is always quickly overwhelmed. Well, unfortunately he was right. I thought ordering wouldn't be that difficult with a menu and 2 individual burgers.

My husband and I actually like eating at KFC, but we've been there less often so far. We had a stomach ache the second time we went, so we didn't think anything of it at first. But the last time blew us away. My husband had stomach pain and I had vomiting and nausea for 2 days. When I walked past the location while I was recovering, I was no longer surprised. Behind the counter it looks absolutely disgusting. I come from the food industry myself and that was an absolute no-go for me...

Hello, I cannot recommend this place! A woman comes to the table and begs for food. She doesn't leave until she gets something. There's a car with foreign license plates waiting in the parking lot and a bunch of savages waiting for free food inside. I took it as an attack. We went out with the family to have a nice afternoon, but well, we won't be there again!

A delivery is offered. If I ordered for 6:45 p.m. at 7:30 p.m. it should take another 26 minutes. If there is no staff to deliver the goods then please don't fucking offer very poor service.

What is absolutely not okay for me is that the homeless man harasses and begs you while you order at the counter. The staff does nothing about it. The food is actually good, but the prices are too expensive.

In the kitchen you could see various pieces of chicken on the floor and no one cared. Even when we left, they were still on the floor. We ordered something at the machine but we didn't get it. The service when making a complaint was very poor. Drinks machines sometimes didn't work at all. Definitely won't be coming back!

There are very friendly and helpful employees who will advise/recommend you and who will also accept and collect an order. - That is very commendable. And there are employees who just refer you to the terminal without any further advice/recommendations. - unfortunately. It's as tasty as in the other branches. Just ordering and paying at the terminal, without any recommendation/advice on what is best to put together and how, I don't find that exciting. But that's just my opinion.. It's best to go and test it yourself...

One star is still way too many! The food is stored in a warm-up container for about 30-60 minutes - which can be seen at the checkout. According to a KFC employee's own statement, I then wanted to have my Chrispys freshly fried - this was refused on the grounds that there was still enough pre-fried food left would be a warm cupboard. The restaurant was yawningly empty (almost no customers in the restaurant) - I really wonder why so many Crispys and chicken pieces are pre-fried. ! The management must urgently intervene here - and clearly communicate to employees that customer-oriented actions and customer friendliness are the top priority. If the customer orders freshly fried Crispys - they get them. It cannot be the case that the customer has to take chicken that has been kept warm. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to the rudeness canceled at KFC because the wish for freshly fried Crispies fresh from the fat was not fulfilled. I then drove to the competitor Mc' Donald right next door - my food was freshly prepared and the employees were very friendly. Customer wishes are respected. That's what I call customer-oriented acting!!!

We waited for the order for 45 minutes. Only 3 people worked. The food doesn't smell at all, it's very dirty, and the kitchen is horrible on the floor. The taste is worse than in Krefeld, the wings are probably overcooked and not so juicy, and there were very, very many feathers (the first time I see this).

Sehr modern aufgebaut eine tolle Wandgestaltung passend zu der Stadt. Das Essen wie gewohnt sehr lecker. Es wurde schnell serviert und die Portion war ausreichend. Der Preis ist etwas erschwinglich allerdings bekommt man was besseres als bei der Konkurrenz von nebenan
