Occasionally I go to the drive in Burger King Krefelderstr. Total disaster. No staff to drive in and serve guests on site. I've been waiting in the car for 20 minutes for my order. I've been to the order counter twice now to talk to the staff. There, too, the guests waited 30 minutes for the food, which had already been paid for. The line of cars got longer and longer... We then all put the car in reverse and drove.

Unbelievable waiting time, food cold, tables greasy. After 30 minutes I thought I'd just leave the money there and go somewhere else.

I waited over an hour for my food and when it arrived it was completely cold. There was almost no sauce on my burger and the fries looked like they were a few days old. I will never order here again

That was once upon a time: King bacon, delicious and still hot after a 5 minute drive (at the competition it was all cold twice) Now: Wait 4 minutes before you can place your order at the drive, then 3 minutes later I get my order!!! Good: the whopper went to the house because he was waiting, oh yes, the parking lot was empty and 2 customers in the store, but I NEVER had anything freshly made in the bag, so unfortunately it was, cold fries and the burgers were probably already an hour old. For the food - 5 stars. You have to avoid this Burger King until a new tenant comes along, it's a shame because you're better than the competition

The food was cold and the shop was totally dirty and when I spoke to the staff about the cleanliness they told me there wasn't enough staff, that's awesome a diaper and rubbish in the chute and on the floor and the tables were also dirty The toilet was full of urine and the buckets were so full that nothing could fit in and it was totally overpriced for what you got.

Terrible . Food is cold. The shop is really dirty and littered. When we say that we need to be cleaned, we are told that there are no staff. Dear burgerking owner, even if you are a fast food chain. Your customers want to eat clean. Your food is too expensive for that, so you can demand cleanliness. I didn't decide on a pigsty. We won't come eat anymore.

Unfortunately, the burgers are always very dry and burnt compared to other Burger King restaurants. There is hardly any sauce used. The staff is friendly, but the quality of the food could be better, even by Burger King standards.

Unfortunately, the modernization of the chain in this branch has not achieved anything good. By placing orders at the digital stations, the service employees receive more orders than they can process in a reasonable amount of time. On the one hand, this creates significant stress for them, and on the other hand, it leads to long waiting times - which makes the term 'fast food' absurd. The concept of preparing the products fresh when ordered sounds good at first, of course; Unfortunately, the result (due to the parallel processing of orders) is often cold food. The bag with the finished products ends up in the 'warming station', but it is not warm enough to keep it at eating temperature for the sometimes 20 minutes from the first to the last bagged burger. The drive-in doesn't make any sense, because it's rarely quicker here either. Especially since, due to experience gained in the past, it is often necessary to check the goods again for completeness before departure. In short: stressed service employees who are overwhelmed by the system, waiting times that are too long and do not do justice to the term fast food and the quality standards of the goods. At least if you are not just one of three customers.

Whopper repeats almost without any toppings or sauce, totally dry 😖 Fries are ready there sometimes for more than a quarter of an hour. At home then only cold cardboard. 👎🏼 Hygiene and cleanliness really borderline. Doesn't the health department come and check every now and then??? 🤔

Grab something quick to eat... The branch was still locked almost 20 minutes after official opening time, but an employee opened the door when she saw me. No “good morning” or anything like that. But that came from me. From the counter I was directed straight to the ordering terminals. Such bullshit. I stand in front of the employee, I was the first and only guest. The order could have been taken much quicker in person. This is how you cut your own jobs. When it's busy, these on-screen orders may save time, but I always prefer ordering from the staff. I also prefer paying in cash, especially when the amount is less than five euros, as here, but it is not possible at the machines. I ordered 2 plant based burgers to take away, which were prepared straight away and met my expectations. I think it's a good offer as a meat-free alternative.

I ate there for the second time and again I have stomach cramps after eating hamburger there. The cheese can also be put on the meat without gloves.

The place was empty and my burger was almost cold. There is no more to be said. I didn't complain because, in my opinion, something like this is a no-go and I no longer visit this burger chain. There are enough alternative locations.

The standard of cleanliness is and remains a disaster. So bad that I even took the time to leave this here. This can and should be done more consistently. Staff needs more time and leisure. No AI can solve that either.

I have ordered food here twice and have been disappointed each time. No churros the first time. The second time chicken nuggets were almost burnt and very dark. The churros were also totally dry and cold. This time I didn't let it go. I went back to complain. Answer from the saleswoman (the churros were too warm when you took them with you) sorry, I didn't understand what she meant by that. I didn't get an apology. Instead, a pulled face and arrogant behavior from the employees.

We ordered at 6 p.m. We waited until 10:20 p.m. for our food and half of it was missing then you call them and they say the phone is broken then the lady calls back on her cell phone then she says yes our driver is coming no longer going back.. then my partner went there and made a real fuss!! Every time something was missing from the order, I called them and was spoken to disrespectfully and was told a new driver, but the driver doesn't finish the order, the other employees do. The lady on the phone was very unfriendly, spoke disrespectfully and then just hung up and when I called again they didn't answer!!

Preferably 0 stars. The food was cold and the drinks were piss-warm. Who's drinking a warm cola please? Ice cube machine was of course broken and not noted anywhere. Drinks swapped with another order. So how bad can you actually be? Personnel have to be sorted out.

Nothing was done there. But deleting my review worked. You can also be happy if you get the change. I've never seen a store run so poorly.

The wopper wasn't even lukewarm and the cheese wasn't melted. Star just because it doesn't work without it. The manager also only wears the mask on his neck. Definitely not recommended. After the renovation, the store seems even colder and more uncomfortable. Maybe next time use an interior designer who doesn't just set up funeral cafés. Now not only the burgers are cold but also the fries. The cola mixture is no longer okay either, i.e. the color is there, but the taste is just sugar water. You would definitely have to deduct at least 10 stars.

Thanks to a coupon I had two X-tra long chilli cheese burgers on the menu. Unfortunately the quality of the 6 meat patties is really very poor, the meat content was very low in taste and it was more of a mass of pureed fat and some meat with a meat aroma. I will avoid the fast food chains in the future and prefer to eat something fresher.

Delivery was an absolute disaster, 40 minutes were given and now after almost 80 minutes it is still not there. Nobody answers the phone at the top store either. Next time order from a competitor, at least they deliver.

Tische dreckig, wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes (30 Minuten) auch nicht gesäubert, auch der Müll auf dem Boden wurde nicht entfernt. Bacon King mit rohem Bacon bekommen: auf Nachfrage, ob ich bitte gebratenen (knusprigen) Bacon bekommen kann, wurde mir gesagt, man brät den Bacon hier nicht. Soll er nochmal in die Mikrowelle? Danke nein!! Hier essen wir nie wieder!

TakeAway: Am besten die Tüte im Laden kontrollieren. Ist alles da, was bestellt wurde? Sind die Soßen korrekt? Sind die Burger noch warm? Bei uns war das leider dreimal ein "Nein". Hat auch ne ganze Weile gedauert bis alles fertig war (2 Burger jew. im King Menü) Vielleicht wars ein schlechter Tag - ich ändere dann gerne meine Meinung beim nächsten Versuch. Aber so geht's eigentlich nicht, BK!

Sauber und unglaublich freundliches Personal- kam hinterher und brachte die restlichen Tabletts mit Essen.

Am letzten Samstag war es hier super voll, ganze 2 Angestellte, die auch noch drive-in abdecken mussten. Bestellungen dauerten dementsprechend zu lange. Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten Whopper gegessen. Nix mit home of the whopper! Dreckige Tische, volle Geschirrrückgaben. Teilweise kostet ein Burger über 8€, da erwarte ich anderes. Bin maßlos enttäuscht.

Leider waren die Tische nicht sauber, ebenso die Böden. Obwohl die Burger augenscheinlich frisch zubereitet wurden, waren diese und die pommes bicht wirklich heiß. Schade eigentlich, bin dort gerne mal essen gegangen

Fast alle Terminals kaputt und keine Kasse zum bestellen offen. Aber Hauptsache Personal sparen. Im Laden die Tische auch noch dreckig. Seit wann gabs denn so einen Serviceverlust bei BK? /edit. 10 min nach dem posten wurden alle Tische sehr gründlich gereinigt. Ein Stern mehr.

Wie bei den meisten BK in Gladbach muss man hier lange warten weil mal wieder zu wenig Personal an der Kasse steht Wie schon woanders geschrieben, ist Freundlichkeit hier meistens ein Fremdwort. Außerdem finde ich es nicht sehr sauber hier und er Wagen für den Müll ist meistens voll.

Solide Burger zu fairen Preisen.

Am Drive -Inn gestanden und nix passierte. Also zum Schalter vorgefahren und dann komisch angesehen worden. Bei der Bestellung von drei Teilen wirkte das Personal dezent überfordert. Auch würde die ganze Zeit nur in einer anderen Sprache gesprochen. Habe ich normalerweise auch keine Probleme, aber nach der anfänglichen Reaktion des Personals wirkte es nicht freundlich mir gegenüber.

Essen war gut. Das Essen war auch schnell da. Alle waren freundlich. Die Tische und Bänke waren aber nicht sauber gewischt. Aber von Essen und Service her ein sehr gutes Burger King.

Nettes Ambiente und leckere Burger!

Ich wusste bis zuletzt gar nicht das es jetzt diese tollen Becher dort gibt. Da ich dort nichts esse kann ich nur zum Milchshake was sagen und das war wie erwartet. Milchshake eben 😅

An sich ein gutes Restaurant mit Terminal- Bildschirmen, wo man auch bestellen kann. Allerdings fehlt immer Seife in den Seifenspendern. Und Servietten werden auch nie eingepackt. Ausserdem würde ich den Mitarbeitern vielleicht empfehlen im Laden sauber zu machen, wenn Ladenschluss ist oder eben vor Ladenbeginn. Denn für manch einen Kunden ist es nicht einladend und es verdirbt den Appetit, wenn mit Besen und co. sauber gemacht wird, obwohl man gerade isst.

Teuer, schlechter service, unterbesetzt, unsauber und der Geschmack lässt zu wünschen übrig. Dann lieber gleich in ein echtes Restaurant.

Für einen chickenburger eine Pommes und eine Cola 8,50 € halte ich für zu teuer. Vor allem weil es eine grosse Pommes sein sollte und sie mir doch sehr klein vorkam. Hier war für Samstagabend wenig los.

Viel zu lange Wartezeiten beim Drive in. Bei gerade mal 2 Kunden 8 Min. Wartezeit im Auto. Hier sollte mehr Personal her. Verkäufer war nett aber überfordert.

Das ist das einzige Burgerking in Mönchengladbach wo man Essen kann, Bürger frisch, Onionringe frisch, Tische sauber und alles heiß bekommen. Das Team sehr freundlich, hier kann man essen

Hier gibt es sehr freundliches Personal, die sehr bemüht sind. Essen schmeckt auch sehr gut. Eine der besten Filialen in der Umgebung.

Habe mir was zum Mitnehmen geholt und hatte noch nie in meinem Leben, in einem Fast Food Restaurant, (was nicht negativ gemeint ist) sooo heißes Essen bekommen. War richtig lecker.

Nunja, ich habe schon bessere Burger gegessen. Klar von einem Fastfood Restaurant kann man nicht immer viel erwarten, gerade wenn man um Mitternacht kommt, anscheinend… Aber der bacon hätte schon etwas crosser sein können… Wäre das Personal nicht so überfordert gewesen. Aber gut ich wäre um die Uhrzeit womöglich auch überfordert, aber würde mir dann auch nicht so einen Job aussuchen. Alles in allem… Ehm… kann ich es nicht empfehlen. Dann lieber do it your self, oder bei jedem anderen Burgeranbieter. Zu mal der Kundenservice ziemlich bescheiden ist…

Das Personal hat die Ruhe weg, ist nicht in der Lage mehr als 2 Bestellungen gleichzeitig mit 2 Mitarbeitern abzuarbeiten. In der Zeit bis die Fritten fertig waren, waren die Burger fast schon wieder kalt....

Burger werden immer teurer, qualität wird immer schlechter.....
