This branch is a disaster... there's nothing going on there, it's completely empty and they can't manage to take an order properly... it's always the same here... you wait and wait... hey, sorry, but if I want fast food then I don't want to wait a million years ;)... plus the staff (kiddies with a migration background for me) are absolutely unprofessional, overwhelmed and unfriendly... even 1 star is still too much here... a great branch several years ago, ever since Murat has taken over, you can safely bypass the shop...I tried it there again today, but after waiting forever I just drove...I'd rather take my money somewhere else ;))...you have to leave them there with their subterranean service

Nothing has changed after 3 years. Last time I was there, everyone was very slow and disoriented. Was there yesterday and just as bad. You wait 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. Normal restaurants are faster. This is not a fast food restaurant. You also have to wait a long time at the drive-in. Beginners, take a look at McDonald's and KFC! Absolutely not recommended!!! There is dirt everywhere and leftover food left on the tables. What's the point if you order cheese with the burger and it's not put on it, or without pickles and bacon and then they are put on it. This is a crap shop.

It's so dirty here, it's really disgusting. We were here on Saturday lunchtime. The dirt can't have come from half a day, which means it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The floor is stained and sticky, there are stains/splashes of an indefinable white liquid on the table and chair legs. The tables are dirty and obviously not wiped down between meals. Soap and disinfectant were missing in the women's toilet. One toilet was full, the other was leaking water and the toilet paper cover was on the floor. You actually have to inform the health department.

After four years, I visited this branch again yesterday, March 22nd, and... Nothing has changed, it's only gotten worse. Everything was covered in dirt, the garbage trucks were full. The kitchen equipment is terrible, and many things are broken. Get a different Burger King!! I've been to your store, located at 15273 in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt, four times in the last seven weeks. I mostly visited this branch on weekends between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Two of my visits followed the following pattern and ended the same way. Due to the current coronavirus situation, only the drive-thru was open. When I arrived, there were only three vehicles there, so the service was quick. As I approached the order booth, a gruff voice asked for my order. Once I had placed my order, I drove to counter two as instructed. Here, I wanted to add another item to my order, but this was only possible with great resistance. After waiting for 7 minutes on the hard shoulder, my order was handed to my car without comment. When I asked where the kids' drinks were, I was told they were all included. Upon arriving home (a 5-minute drive), the perfect disaster unfolded. All the dishes, including the burger and fries, were cold—not just a little bit, but completely cold. The orders were incomplete. There were no drinks for the kids (Fruit Tiger was simply replaced with Coke even though Fruit Tiger was available), no fries, no mayo and ketchup, and no tomatoes or lettuce on the burger. Instead of the nuggets I ordered, the Happy Meal contained a cheeseburger and nuggets. It just didn't fit! Furthermore, the following deficiencies were noted during my visit: - The display under the order counter at the drive-thru was visibly broken (for an extended period of time). - The employees were unfriendly, harsh, and clearly overwhelmed by the situation at counter two. - In addition, the employees' behavior was unprofessional. - Payments with Payback or collecting points were unfortunately not possible at this branch, despite extensive advertising. - The prepared food in no way meets the quality standards of SCHLOSS BURGER GmbH.

Sorry guys, but you definitely need to come up with something when it comes to your customer processing. I'm really not quick to complain, but you regularly have to stand with your legs in your stomach and tires in your car, both in the store and in the drive. Everything takes time, I understand that. But unfortunately what's going on with you is really over the top. Update: the new crew seems to be making an effort. However, it still takes a damn long time. It seems like the store is simply understocked. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers has deteriorated a lot... I think I'll avoid this location for now. I've been there many times because the nearest Burger King is very far... But unfortunately, with small exceptions, it's always disappointing, which in my opinion is due to the tense staff situation (sometimes there were only 1-2 people there, even at "peak times"!) It's simply unrealistic to get your food in a timely manner and at the same time have a clean restaurant...it is often very full or overcrowded at the tray drop-off point. During mosque times the parking lot is regularly full, which is something you should keep in mind if you come by car... I was really surprised that everything was full but there were only two guests in the restaurant! However, when it comes to food, an effort is usually made - it was rarely something that was poorly put together or "cold".

The employees fall asleep standing up at the pace they work, there are hardly any customers and you still wait almost 20 minutes for your food. Fraud system with the crowns is unbeatable. Went to Burger King again on Friday evening after a long time. Now I know why I haven't been there for a long time. The waitress lies mercilessly and boldly without blushing. Reaction from the employee well photo and reality is always a little different. But please don't fool us like that, everything was missing. Incredibly, RTL and co visited them with zero insight and change. Then I'd really rather go to the competition and accept the journey. I absolutely can't recommend Burger King, not that. And you're forced to give a star here otherwise the post won't go out 😡

I waited almost 1 hour for my order because it said I had ordered and paid for two crispy chickens, instead of two long chickens as it was actually shown on the app under broken. In the end I wanted my money back because it took so long, but none of the staff were able to give me the money. They actually said that I should come back tomorrow so that I can get my money back. In the end I said such bad service you know what just give me my order. Out of sheer fear, the employee even forgot to give me my drink, which was included in the menu. Since in the end I just wanted to get out and I didn't care and I'm going to give a bad rating for such bad service anyway, I didn't mention the drink anymore!

At first you didn't know if they were even open because there were no lights on outside. The order was simply placed on the counter without any announcement. The fries were cold. On one burger the cheese was next to it and on the other burger there was only 1 slice of tomato instead of 2 and the sauce was missing on the burger. This finale doesn't learn from the negative headlines on TV. Not recommended then it's better to drive a few kilometers longer and go to McD.

What a juice shop. After waiting 30 minutes, I wanted to ask how the order was. I was then informed that the order had already been picked up. However, this was not the case. This is the second time this has happened to me here. Apparently the staff here is unable to coordinate orders.

Absolute impudence, delivery time long exceeded (1h20 more than BK stated), no one answers the phone even after 45 minutes. It was definitely the last time, the driver can eat, if he comes where I don't go, he will definitely take it with me again. I'm just glad I didn't transfer online in advance. My horror experience refers to August 2nd (Friday) at around 3 p.m. There were already a few customers waiting at the pick-up station, but we only noticed this after we placed the order via the terminal. We waited over 30 minutes for two menus and received cold burgers that were carelessly slapped together. The complaint that the food was cold was not addressed - never Burger King again! I don't even want to start talking about the hygiene behind the counter... the attached photo doesn't capture the mess correctly. There were open boxes lying around everywhere, some with their contents. After this experience I'm done with Burger King. Price no longer matches the quality offered.

This is the only fast food that you can even consider buying in Monchengladbach. I'm only talking about such large companies. He is the only one here who has decent food, the staff works and there is no crap on the ground. Any other fast food such as KFC or McDonald's is crap here.

Like everywhere else at BurgerKing, the food is subpar, the service and the ambience are subpar. Too few employees don't know what they're doing; the operator at the counter is also the one who operates the drive-in. Often dirty, there is rubbish in the restaurant, waiting times of up to 25 minutes for a normal order (Whopper menu). Go to the competition, it's quicker and cleaner.

I ordered a crispy chicken to take away and ate it straight in the car, I can only advise against it... Soggy salad and even hotter than if it had been freshly prepared, it had clearly been sitting for a long time and then warmed up in the microwave, I don't actually write reviews but I wouldn't wish that on anyone :( Update: Recently ordered here via Lieferando because I wanted to give it another chance ----'> not enough drivers : No money back :#

After 30 minutes of waiting I got cold fries, drink with ice (ordered without ice). While waiting, I watched as friends of the staff were brought forward and given fries, drinks and ice cream. Outside, I filmed rats searching through the open trash cans and garbage bags lying on the ground and had direct access to the kitchen through the open back entrance. Unacceptably disgusting! Somehow everything doesn't quite fit.

The children's play equipment was dirty and partly defective. One step was only half attached. You didn't get a receipt and you had to choose your food from the display for the employees. Overall, the employees were a bit overwhelmed. The tables were dirty, especially outside. Probably not enough staff to do a lobby tour. After the conditions in the lobby, we decided to have our food packed. I would have preferred to have it canceled.

Went to Burger King in the evening, something we rarely do. We ordered our food at the terminal. Printed out a receipt that said cash payment in large letters, went to the checkout only to find out after a few minutes that cash payment was not possible... what kind of country are we in now?

Always dirty, the floor is slippery, and there are rats outside! To top it off, the shift managers are so disorganized. Today, May 20, 2024, we had to wait almost 45 minutes at the drive-thru for our food. A very friendly employee then asked us if we'd gotten our food, which we said no. He made our food and then brought us two ice creams as an apology. This isn't acceptable! You can't keep your customers waiting that long in a fast-food restaurant. Something needs to change internally!

I'm just shocked. Not because of the branch. Some things have even improved. Hygiene... I'm shocked by the prices and the portions. Chicken nuggets have become so thin that you wonder if there is any meat in them at all. And a nugget costs almost one euro. Was there gold in there?... Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. But next time it should definitely happen at all.

Experience from May 7, 2025 around 6 p.m. I find ordering at the terminal more complicated compared to MCD. Unfortunately AMEX is not accepted. The food was put together quickly. I found the fries to be a bit too cold. There was no question as to whether a specific character was desired for the children's menu. The external appearance has been getting worse and worse for years. The slide was dismantled and is now lying in front of the parking lot. The area appears very unkempt. I notice this in many stores of the franchisee Schloss Burger GmbH. There is simply no more effort put into the appearance. All in all, the food was good, but the environment could be improved.

I ordered a chicken burger and a cheeseburger from the drive-thru... the employee was super nice and polite, but unfortunately, both burgers were COLD... what was that again? They're only allowed to sit in the counter for a maximum of 7 minutes? They definitely sat there longer, as the bread was already a bit hard... really COLD!
