Saturday evening and there is an employee for drive, normal orders and the self-orders...waiting for 2 ice creams for 20 minutes...how is that supposed to work? Very bad personnel planner or franchise manager

I ordered 3 times and 2 times it took more than 2 hours. It took a while and I didn't accept the food. The food came “quickly” three times, after 1 hour. 45 min. Cold and then inedible 15€ in the bin never again there are now enough burger providers for example Jumbo Junior Burger warm and quick for 10€ with lots of meat 👍my tip Burger King 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

It really is one of the worst stores ever. NEVER ORDER THERE!!!!!!

We will not visit this store again. The first time we were given the wrong order at the drive-thru. The second time a card payment was not possible. The third time, the intercom at the drive-in apparently didn't work. In any case, the young man didn't hear us, but we heard him. Suddenly he comes running onto the intercom and insults us as to whether we were doing this on purpose. His behavior was completely inappropriate and anti-social. We then drove away without ordering.

The employees fall asleep standing up at the pace they work, there are hardly any customers and you still wait almost 20 minutes for your food. When ordering, half of it was wrong, after which you had to wait again, or it was completely missing and the other half was just slapped down, making you wonder whether the kitchen was drunk. Where to start. The store was almost empty. There was a time to make a good burger. The fries... they were cold. First of all, I ate in the store, I didn't waste much time either. I think the plant burgers are really tasty and fill you up too. What unfortunately doesn't work at all is ordering shakes with sustainable, deposit-reusable cups via the terminals. I've already received a disposable cup three times from different employees. The staff definitely needs to be trained.

Was allowed to spend 15 minutes in the parking lot cleaning up my car because I spilled something there. Meanwhile my friends were inside and ordered. Fraud system with the crowns is unbeatable. Went to Burger King again on Friday evening after a long time. Now I know why I haven't been there for a long time. Reaction from the employee well photo and reality is always a little different. But please don't fool us like that, everything was missing. Incredibly, RTL and co visited them with zero insight and change. Then I'd really rather go to the competition and accept the journey. I absolutely can't recommend Burger King, not that. And you're forced to give a star here otherwise the post won't go out 😡

Ordered here for the 2nd time and no delivery arrived for the 2nd time. That's really pretty outrageous. Not recommended...

I waited almost 1 hour for my order because it said I had ordered and paid for two crispy chickens, instead of two long chickens as it was actually shown on the app under broken. In the end I wanted my money back because it took so long, but none of the staff were able to give me the money. They actually said that I should come back tomorrow so that I can get my money back. In the end I said such bad service you know what just give me my order. Out of sheer fear, the employee even forgot to give me my drink, which was included in the menu. Since in the end I just wanted to get out and I didn't care and I'm going to give a bad rating for such bad service anyway, I didn't mention the drink anymore!

November 6, 2024 Staff unfriendly, disrespectful and also incompetent! The door is simply locked and we only open it when we want! Unprepared! No one at the checkout and when they come to the checkout the employee is very disrespectful and unfriendly, insulting and makes fun of customers. Big King in King of the Month will not be released! It says it's sold out but you can order a Big King as well as a fries and a Coke individually! Rip off! After the young lady was very rude, we canceled our order and wanted to leave, she turned to a member of staff and said yes no work we can take a break. The boss is happy. 😉

There is little activity at non-peak times. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before eating. The burgers are not warmed up but only prepared when served. This restaurant takes part in almost no current promotions.

I ordered food via Lieferando and it took over 90 minutes to travel 3 km. I would have hobbled back and forth with my crutches. Eat only lukewarm.

This branch is a disaster. A couple of Talahons who couldn't get anything done waited over half an hour for a menu. The meat tasted as if the animal was still alive. The Talahons at the checkout don't understand a word and are unfriendly... Hygiene regulations are also not adhered to.

At first you didn't know if they were even open because there were no lights on outside. The order was simply placed on the counter without any announcement. The fries were cold. On one burger the cheese was next to it and on the other burger there was only 1 slice of tomato instead of 2 and the sauce was missing on the burger. This finale doesn't learn from the negative headlines on TV. Not recommended then it's better to drive a few kilometers longer and go to McD.

Worst BK I've ever been to. Twice the staff took between 25 and 30 mins to serve the meal, with only 2 people in front of us. It will be the last time for sure.

The citizens were not prepared with the food that was ordered and had to be exchanged. Standard burgers fell apart and the salad (probably) from the previous day was not sorted out.

Yesterday we went to this place and ordered a food at 18:38. Order was ready at 19:29 with cold food and missing items. Obviously this place is understaffed and it needs retraining with working under stress and smarter way of working instead of checking 3 times in a speed of a turtle if this dip is a good one. I like Burger King from time to time, but that was too much.

After 15 minutes of waiting I went in there and shouted to the boys and thai! Never again!!! I hadn't been there for more than 5 years and thought to myself, give it another chance. But they have become even worse than before. It's unbelievable that the organization, not the location, is closing down when the tenant is such a complete disaster! I thought after all the scandals Burgerking would finally take action. Hmmm..... There should be a Mac Donalds there... At least they are always consistent in their work.

Unfortunately there are no skilled workers in this branch. Orders are very time consuming. Hygiene cannot be found with a magnifying glass, employees work without gloves.

The burgers are good but the staff is subpar. If you're totally into it, you can wear soles on your shoes while walking. Burgers remain on the shelf until they are almost cold. That was no exception, it's like that every time...

The employees really don't feel like it and are sometimes really rude. I've never seen such "service" before.

My horror experience refers to August 2nd (Friday) at around 3 p.m. There were already a few customers waiting at the pick-up station, but we only noticed this after we placed the order via the terminal. We waited over 30 minutes for two menus and received cold burgers that were carelessly slapped together. The complaint that the food was cold was not addressed - never Burger King again! I don't even want to start talking about the hygiene behind the counter... the attached photo doesn't capture the mess correctly. There were open boxes lying around everywhere, some with their contents. After this experience I'm done with Burger King. Price no longer matches the quality offered.

This is the only fast food that you can even consider buying in Monchengladbach. I'm only talking about such large companies. He is the only one here who has decent food, the staff works and there is no crap on the ground. Any other fast food such as KFC or McDonald's is crap here.

Like everywhere else at BurgerKing, the food is subpar, the service and the ambience are subpar. Too few employees don't know what they're doing; the operator at the counter is also the one who operates the drive-in. Often dirty, there is rubbish in the restaurant, waiting times of up to 25 minutes for a normal order (Whopper menu). Go to the competition, it's quicker and cleaner.

5:35 p.m. and just 1x employee on site. I've been waiting for my local order for half an hour. Never again! It's better to continue driving to another provider.

After 30 minutes of waiting I got cold fries, drink with ice (ordered without ice). While waiting, I watched as friends of the staff were brought forward and given fries, drinks and ice cream. After the conditions in the lobby, we decided to have our food packed. I would have preferred to have it canceled.

So after I moved from Mannheim I thought to myself, I'd go here on a Sunday evening. Strange people and lots of homeless people but oh well. And today I thought I would order something to eat, the food took almost 2 hours to arrive and of course it was cold. I strongly recommend ordering from here, oh and I almost forgot that. Waiting time without other customers: 20 minutes. We ordered wedges, churros, ice cream and a cheeseburger with bacon. We paid everything and then waited. Ordered at 4:10 p.m. and only delivered lukewarm at 6 p.m. (the salad was also lukewarm, by the way).... It has nothing to do with fast food anymore.

Overwhelmed service. Wanted reusable cups. Drink was served in a normal cup. I offered to take the normal cup if I got the 2 euro deposit back. An empty deposit cup was then placed next to me. The waitress disappeared into the back kitchen area without me being able to say anything.

We were in the drive-thru and ordered, the employee asked after each product if we were ready, as if he wanted to work as little as possible.
