After 30 minutes of waiting I got cold fries, drink with ice (ordered without ice). While waiting, I watched as friends of the staff were brought forward and given fries, drinks and ice cream. Outside, I filmed rats searching through the open trash cans and garbage bags lying on the ground and had direct access to the kitchen through the open back entrance. Unacceptably disgusting! Somehow everything doesn't quite fit.

The children's play equipment was dirty and partly defective. One step was only half attached. You didn't get a receipt and you had to choose your food from the display for the employees. Overall, the employees were a bit overwhelmed. The tables were dirty, especially outside. Probably not enough staff to do a lobby tour. After the conditions in the lobby, we decided to have our food packed. I would have preferred to have it canceled.

Waiting time without other customers: 20 minutes. We ordered wedges, churros, ice cream and a cheeseburger with bacon. We paid everything and then waited. Then they said there was no sauce for the churros, unfortunately it was out. There weren't any wedges either, instead she gave them fries. I explained that I had paid more in the order. Answer: I can't change it. The burger was ice cold and without bacon, so I went back and complained. Then we got a new one. The bacon was placed raw on top. Rarely have I experienced such poor, unfriendly service. A car in the drive-thru drove angrily after 30 minutes without his order. There were 5 employees there and what felt like 15 customers in an hour. All dissatisfied. Incomprehensible!

We had already considered breaking off because a lunch break doesn't last two hours... But that was no longer friendly but cynical... I also found what she wanted to tell us beforehand anything but interesting... Thank God I didn't understand much through the mask because it doesn't interest me as a guest... But her vocabulary was more along the lines of what they would do to ensure that I got my food on the table... Ladies and Gentlemen This Burger King was a complete disaster before it was closed, as it is today. About my visit to the drive-in counter today: -Screen on the order column has been broken for over a year -Employees are still “children”, you always see new staff after a few weeks -Staff unfriendly -The girl behind the drive-in counter was more busy with her cell phone (Whatsapp, etc.) when she finished the order. -no please, no thank you, no question about ketchup or mayonnaise -Toys were no longer available, which we were only told after I said again that the toy was missing. You should have informed someone, because after all you are paying for the toy! -Everything was carelessly thrown into the bag and flew wildly around instead of taking 2 bags -I had to say several times that I didn't need any tomatoes on my burger and was looked at stupidly several times. - regardless of whether you order in the restaurant or at the counter. It ALWAYS takes 10-30 even for small orders!!!! Minutes until you receive your order, which is because the employees are hopelessly underqualified! -Hair open, no masks, no spit protection It's not for nothing that this BurgerKing has some of the worst reviews far and wide on any platform. No matter which visit (30+ in the last 6+ years) there was always something missing or completely wrong. We were in the drive-thru and ordered, the employee asked after each product if we were ready, as if he wanted to work as little as possible. Nuggets and cheeseburgers were ok so far, the Long Chicken and Bacon Kind were both ordered without sauce, the Long Chicken just left the sauce on and the Bacon King was NEVER a Bacon King but something else that was probably just wrong. Because I was in a hurry, I just checked to see if everything was there and only realized when I got home that it was the wrong one. I would prefer not to give this branch even one star What I experienced with my family in the branch has never happened to me in any way at a fast food restaurant. We waited a whole half hour to pay in cash after placing our order at a broken machine that reset our order 3 times. After half an hour, despite being asked, we were still not allowed to pay with the reason “What should I do, I'm alone?” we left. I have never been treated so unfriendly and disrespectfully in a Burger King. Everyone who paid with a card and came after us got their food straight away. If you smell manhole covers and sewers out the window in the back kitchen, then you should ask yourself what is being prepared in the kitchen. The smell is really horrible. However, this is not due to the branch itself, but rather to the overall merchandise management quality of all stores or the concept. We ordered from this store today on a Tuesday at quarter to 9 via the Burger King app. We live 1.8 km (!) away. Of course, after more than 1.5 hours, the food arrived completely cold. We ordered two menu items (burgers, sides and drinks) and 3 more burgers. The entire order was squeezed into a regular BK bag. Because of this, all the burgers were completely squished. Furthermore, the delivery was wrong, things were missing and special requests such as "extra bacon", "extra dip" (which we paid money for!!), "without tomatoes" etc. were completely ignored. I absolutely cannot recommend this location & will not order here again in the future!

I've never experienced anything like that. The Driveputa first took our order incorrectly and then didn't want to cancel the cheeseburger, even though we didn't want it, only for a fee (???). Manager then says that it can't be canceled (€1.99) and gives it to us after he gets cheeky. Another order was taken, they received it, something was missing from the receipt. Manager books it up, we drive away. Then we notice that 3 products are missing, rush back quickly and then we get the rest. The 3 products are hot, the rest are cold like my soul. I have no idea what their mission was, but I won't come here again! I was shiik shaak shook. Thank God the next McDonalds isn't far, next stop. Addendum: I paid the 2€ and didn't receive the cheeseburger, as we can see now :(

I wanted to visit the wonderful Burger King with my friends. However, when we drove into your parking lot, we unfortunately discovered that the chairs had been put up again at 10:40 p.m. and we couldn't visit this Burger King. Impudence!!!! an impudence! I ordered at 2pm and my food came at 4:52pm! I tried to call them 3 times but they only answered once. I was told it would only take 10 minutes!! How long did I wait after that? yes, right 1 hour??? When he finally came he asked for a tip for the ice-cold food. I said that he should make it cheaper for me because I have children at home who are hungry! No, then he's so cheeky and demands a tip! the food didn't taste good and no good service!

I can't give any stars, service is rude. Today I was in Burgerking and got the receipt from the machine so I could pay cash at the checkout. Den Laden gibt es seit 2005, anfangs waren die ganz okay, aber der Hype verflog recht schnell, sodass ich den Laden schon seit 15 Jahren Müll finde und den Laden weitestgehend gemieden habe, bis auf paar Ausnahmen. In den letzten 2 Jahren habe ich auch 3-4 mal so eine Ausnahme gemacht. Und was soll ich sagen... die haben bei mir gar nicht mehr den Müllstatus, sondern jetzt zusätzlich noch den Siegel " Vollkatastrophe, mit absoluter Unprofessionalität mit einem Hang zur Gesundheitsgefährdung. Ein Schnellrestaurant, wo ein Kunde normalerweise sein Essen schnell bekommen sollte, aber jedes mal 20-30 Minuten warten muss, bei normalen bis wenig Betrieb, ein Schnellrestaurant wo Mitarbeiter als auch Schichtführer teilweise nicht Ihre eigenen Produkte kennen, ein Schnellrestaurant mit einer unübersichtlichen digitalen Speisekarte, ein Schnellrestaurant, bei denen mir fast immer kaltes Essen aushändigt wird, sollte echt die Lizenz entzogen werden.

Es ist wie es ist, Werbung und Realität hat nichts miteinander zu tun. In der Werbung auf den Bildern/ Plakaten sieht's 1000 Mal besser aus als in der Realität. Matschiges Brötchen mit matschigem Fleisch (?) und matschiger Geschmack. Leider garnicht lecker geschweige denn optisch ansprechend echt mies.
