Just Mc's. It's very similar everywhere. Nothing special. It tastes better the hungrier you are, in my opinion.

Nothing to complain about during the day

I had the coffee after the coffee machine had been rinsed. I could still taste the lemon. Unfortunately, it was a takeaway coffee, so it's difficult to exchange.

And at the McEssen drive-thru, everyone goes crazy because ONE PERSON behind the counter is driving everyone crazy with "Wallah - nuggets are out." - "Wallah, I've already asked for cheeseburgers 20 times," "Wallah - do this, wallah, do this..." ... and there they might lack in one or two service points, but certainly not in staff. There are enough people. They just need to be left alone to work. As I was leaving I just thought "Wallah - crisis" 👍😉 All in all, thumbs up!

Cheeky blunder. We ordered a vanilla, shocked, and strawberry milkshake. The chocolate one simply had "SCH" written on the lid, but it was filled with vanilla. And a drink was missing. The employees are also more concerned with chatting with each other than doing their jobs properly.

Unfortunately, something is always forgotten when ordering. Fries are always rubbery or cold. I've never experienced them being fresh and warm. Ice cream is made first and then sometimes sits for 10 minutes or more. It then melts. If you say something to the staff, you get stupid answers.

The slide is not suitable for toddlers at all, which is a shame. They just need to put a little more love into this branch, then it would be perfect.

Dirty and unkempt. Horrific conditions. Why doesn't the authorities intervene? It's been terrible here for years. I've had coffee here four times in the last few years. Tables aren't wiped clean, nothing is put away. It's simply beneath human dignity!

I ordered two honey mustard wraps and an iced caramel latte. I got a box of 20 chicken nuggets and a cappuccino.

Worst store ever. You order plant-based nuggets and get bacon. What a disgrace for vegetarians! Why even click on plant-based? Four employees could just stand at the checkout the whole time and stare stupidly, nothing more! Never again!

Today, May 20, 2024, we had to wait almost 45 minutes at the drive-thru for our food. A very friendly employee then asked us if we'd gotten our food, which we said no. He made our food and then brought us two ice creams as an apology. This isn't acceptable! You can't keep your customers waiting that long in a fast-food restaurant. Something needs to change internally!

My mother and I were there today around 8:30 p.m. It was incredibly crowded and extremely busy. The employees were trying their best to keep up with the workload and were naturally stressed. A group of about three women and one guy had three different orders and started arguing because they weren't ready at the same time. It was absolutely clear that they had no idea what they were doing and were in no position to complain. The incredibly friendly girl (Sofie) unfortunately had to put up with it and tried to stand her ground. She was unfortunately on her second day and was already doing a really good job. I find it absolutely unbelievable that the shift manager didn't intervene. They just stood by and watched. Later, when a man checked his order and noticed a missing burger, a young man was yelled at. He had already been working overtime and responded incredibly kindly (others would never have done that). We met him briefly outside again and found him to be super friendly there too. So, to sum up: The manager was absolutely not trained enough, nor was the lady interested in protecting her employees. The lady (presumably Indian) should undergo further training or perhaps consider a career change, because that has nothing to do with fulfilling her position. Oh, and the great colleague who first talked about teamwork. It makes little sense to talk about teamwork and then minutes later start gossiping about a new colleague in front of guests. I've rarely experienced something so disrespectful.

A lady here at MC Donald’s in MG is unfortunately the unfriendly employee I have had the pleasure of experiencing in my life. I'm really disappointed because she was repeatedly so unfriendly. Very unsatisfying when you leave the actually great fast food restaurant with a high heart rate and wanted to sip your iced latte with oat milk in peace and with a lukewarm black coffee with ice cubes and a cheeky “BYE!!!” breakfast is served. I then had to beg for extra ice cubes… unfortunately this happened repeatedly. As is well known, the iced coffee is ready in a tetra pack, the black coffee with three ice cubes simply tastes disgusting. I'll be happy to save the €4 soon! One less customer.

We ordered ice cream from McDonald's and unfortunately found an insect in the middle of one of the portions. I completely understand that something like this can happen unintentionally - it's human nature. When I asked the employee in a friendly manner and said that there was an insect in the ice, he replied directly: “It could be yours too!” – without understanding or apology. This is one of the filthiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Unfortunately, I'm a regular here, but it's never been satisfactory. The too few employees are still working reasonably hard in the kitchen and delivering, but they never manage to finish the food reasonably quickly. Unfortunately I can only confirm that the ground floor is sticky. Apparently still? A bench on the ground floor was not cleaned properly; there was something dirty there. When I was there it wasn't that crowded. The service was quick, less than 10 minutes for 5 people and the food was warm.😃 I would have been happy if they had given me a straw and napkins, but instead I had to go to the counter myself and ask 😠☹️

You save wherever you can! So we were there today. To be fair, I have to write that it was very crowded. So we ordered and went up the stairs, on the way an MC employee came flying towards us, she had visibly hurt herself, which she didn't notice, she hit my son on the head with the table number when he fell. Our food came, there were fries in the soda (1 tablet instead of 2), unfortunately there were no toys in both Happy Meals, so my son went back down, explained it and got the missing toys straight away. It can happen too!! Bite into the chicken burger, no sauce. 🥴 Went back down and got a new burger without any problems. Unfortunately, our fries weren't really hot from the start, so cold fries🙈 The kids wanted some ice cream, perfect would like a milk shake. Vanilla with chocolate sauce (+0.40€), which of course wasn't in it... The chocolate sauce. I think we would have received another new item, but honestly we didn't feel like it anymore. 🙊

When you drive to McDonald's and/or McDrive, you assume it's fast food. But there is absolutely no question of that here. I'm well aware that there's more to do on a Saturday evening, but if I stand in the drive-thru for 40(!!!) minutes, then the concept here is completely out of the question. If I hadn't ordered via the app, I would have turned around - so unfortunately I was "forced" to wait for an incredibly long time. Food was then also thrown into the packaging, as if the burgers had been thrown in from five meters. I waited a full 15 minutes from the time I ordered to eat just for the fries to be cold and the fries to be half warm. Wow fast food restaurant was different.

Unfortunately one star is still too many for this branch! I waited over 20 minutes for a menu and two individual burgers. The number is called to adhere to the times, but then you just keep waiting. I order 2 cappuccini. I want these drinks in cups to be sustainable. I get the cappuccini served in paper cups. I complain about the order and get an answer. "I do not care" Why I got 12 paper napkins with the drinks was also a mystery to me. Conclusion: the employee is unsuitable!

Sie kommen nach genau 5 Minuten zurück und haben das Ticket. Obwohl man dort 90 Minuten stehen darf und die Parkplatzaufsichtsfachkraft genau gesehen hat wie sie ins Lokal gegangen sind. Mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben. Vielleicht trifft es „ Asozial“ ziemlich gut….

I am absolutely disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. We ordered via the machine and paid by card. After an incredible 40 minutes of waiting, we finally got our food - but without the iced coffee we ordered. None of the employees informed us that the machine was broken. We only found out when we received the order. To make matters worse, we were then told that we couldn't get any money back because we had paid by card. Instead we got a McFlurry worth €3, even though the iced coffee cost €5. This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows poor customer service. I will definitely not recommend this location and will avoid it in the future.
