We arrived at the store at 2:00 AM. We placed our order for dine-in and received it in takeaway bags at 2:15 AM. We were then told that only takeaway food was available until 3:00 AM... not exactly customer-friendly! It's also news to me that I, as a customer, am not allowed to stay until closing time. Aside from the fact that it's cold in the store, the staff's behavior was quite unfriendly.

I went to Burger King today and was really pleasantly surprised! The food was freshly prepared, the fries were nice and crispy, and the Whopper was perfectly topped – exactly how you want it. I especially want to commend the staff: super friendly, fast, and attentive, even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the tables were regularly wiped down. All in all, a really great visit – this is how fast food should be! I'll definitely be back. 🍔🍟👏

Sunday afternoon, hardly any customers: tables and chairs weren't clean. There was no water at the sink in the men's restroom, and no explanation was given. The double Whopper was exceptionally bad: the bun was barely toasted, the burger meat tasted like it had been boiled, hardly any flavor, and none of the usual grilled aroma. I've rarely had such bad fast food. Only the Fanta was good…

It's a small restaurant near the highway, making it very easy to reach. Parking is also readily available, so there's no need to search for a spot. The restaurant itself is charming, small, and very clean. The restrooms are also spotless. Special requests regarding orders were handled easily and without any problems.

I just went through the drive-thru and it smelled overwhelmingly of cannabis. This isn't the first time employees have smelled so strongly of cannabis or alcohol. Looking at the people, I wonder if I'm at Burger King or Frankfurt Central Station. This should be investigated. I won't be coming back.

Sorry, this is the third time I've been disappointed. The burger wasn't hot, even though it was eaten five minutes later. I don't want to list any more, but I won't be coming back. By the way, I won't be getting delivery through Lieferando anymore either. Last time, I waited an hour and a half, and despite complaining, there was no response. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. The delivery took quite a while, and when the food finally arrived, the driver called and told me to come downstairs to pick it up. When I asked her to come upstairs, she was visibly annoyed. On top of that, the burgers were already cold. It's a shame; I would have expected much better service and friendlier behavior from a major provider like Burger King.

I was here around 12:30 a.m. Not only did I receive friendly service, but I also found the store very clean. The ice cream machine worked perfectly. As a test, I asked about the difference between a Diet Coke and a Zero Coke – the answer came immediately and competently. I ordered a Whopper without a tomato, and that's exactly how I got it. It was delicious. The server was extremely friendly until closing time and served us with a smile. In my opinion, he more than earned his time off. I'd be happy to come back anytime. CONTRARY to the 2.8 stars! Definitely deserved 4 stars.

You buy a medium-sized fries, get a small one; ask for... "Oh, that's medium," compare it to your colleague's order... same packaging, same size. The woman at the counter was simply too lazy to correct her mistake. Overall, the staff seems unmotivated and overwhelmed. With three orders, with a total of 10 products on the display...

A run-down branch. Tabletops are missing, the doorknob is also torn off, and the veneers are torn everywhere. This place needs renovation. Unfortunately, the burgers came with dry buns and were only lukewarm. We had problems again because we ordered reusable drinks and paid a deposit, but received disposable ones.

The order was a complete disaster because we only got half of it, and even things we hadn't ordered. They didn't look at special orders, so we got a tomato on a burger that we had removed. Otherwise, it was quiet (probably due to the bad reviews), and we got the (half) order for four people fairly quickly.

We visited this Burger King for the first time, and unfortunately, the reviews were accurate. First, the toilets: in the women’s restroom the trash bin was overflowing, the toilet wasn’t very clean (with visible stains), and the sink didn’t work. Ordering at the self-service screens was easy, and since it wasn’t busy, we received our food quickly. Unfortunately, more than half of the order was wrong. We had to return to the counter several times because we received the wrong items and others were missing. When we finally sat down to eat, the fries were cold, and a special fries order was still undercooked. To end on a positive note: there was toilet paper available in the restrooms, and the ordering screens clearly indicated when an item was unavailable.

I ordered through Wolt and would never do it again. As far as I know, Burger King is always clean and the food is freshly prepared. I only order from Burger King myself now and no longer from Wolt. They're very unclean. Delivering food without bags isn't nice anymore. It's really unacceptable that animals get into the food. It's unacceptable. Nevertheless, Burger King is one of my favorites, and I'll always be happy to continue ordering from them.

The food was probably okay for teens. The service was okay. The place was dirty, the restroom was broken, the entrance door handle was broken, and the windows had the same smear marks from children's hands on them for weeks. McDonald's is a bit more clean, just a bit further along.

If there's absolutely nothing else in the world, maybe you can eat a burger before you starve. It's not the first time the staff has been so unmotivated and the food so cold in the bag that you'd think it was intentional and that the "restaurant" actually sells bricks. The floor is sticky, and aside from the lack of air conditioning in the summer and the non-existent heating in the winter, it's simply not a place where you should prepare or "enjoy" food. If a corporation thinks it's found a good location with no competition, it should at least maintain its company standards and not sell cold, old garbage for a lot of money. In conclusion: Today I ordered "food" for two people worth almost €50, which is already an outrage considering it's "fast food." The only thing that was edible were the fries; the rest was cold and rubbery. I'm speechless. For that amount of money, I could have gone to a steakhouse.

I find it a shame to see Burger King deteriorating further and further. Half of the lights are broken or flicker strangely. The entrance door has been repaired with tape. When you arrive in the evening, the area with the tables and chairs is often closed. It was 9:40 p.m. I don't understand why we couldn't sit down to eat there. The ordering machines are messed up and dirty. We also received cold burgers, the buns were no longer crispy, and the chicken was burnt, almost black. The prices are constantly rising. With service like this, I will never return to this Burger King. I prefer to eat at a restaurant where we receive better service, the price is even cheaper and fairer, and the food tastes better. I went to Burger King yesterday and was unfortunately very disappointed by the hygiene conditions there. 1. An employee was standing at the checkout, touched her mouth with her fingers, and then immediately touched the fries without gloves – that is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. 2. I'm just shocked. Not because of the branch. Some things have even improved. Hygiene... I'm shocked by the prices and the portions. Chicken nuggets have become so thin that you wonder if there is any meat in them at all. And a nugget costs almost one euro. Was there gold in there?... Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. But next time it should definitely happen at all.

I would like to positively emphasize that the Afghan employee on site is always friendly, helpful and committed. I also observed that he regularly cleans the tables and ensures order. However, I have repeatedly noticed that the PB dishes (patties) have a noticeably strong fishy smell and taste. As far as I know, these products should be prepared in separate frying oil, which may not currently be done consistently. I ask that you check this

I generally prefer Burger King to its other major competitor, but I often left this branch thinking I wouldn't come back, which I did again a few weeks later anyway. If there is little going on, then there is nothing to complain about here, apart from the frequent malfunction of the milkshake and ice cream machine. As soon as the crowds are larger, you should have enough time and patience. It can then happen that parts of the order are simply forgotten or that meat is plant-based instead of what was ordered. Recommendation if there is little crowd, be careful if the house is full!

There's ALWAYS something missing when you order at the drive-thru, ALWAYS. Check your order EVERY TIME! This really isn't acceptable. I have to drive back at least every time, if not twice, or go inside and get my missing burger or fries. Coke and Coke Zero are also often mixed up.

If one could give zero stars, the way the shop presents itself would do it justice. Constantly changing staff. Service at the drive-up counter takes a while. Burgers that are only lukewarm and have far exceeded their waiting time. If you complain about the burger being too hot, you have to listen to comments. I try it every six months and nothing changes. The principle of fast food has been misunderstood here. I don't think the staff can even help it. That might be more the fault of the franchisee.

Disaster! The tables were extremely unhygienic - it felt like we were at an Indian street food market by Rajesh. Every single table in this hovel was covered in crumbs and dirt. The fries were sticky and cold, even though we ordered fresh. The chili cheeseburger was the worst I've ever eaten at a Burger King!

Absolutely catastrophic! The fries tasted like they had been stored since World War II - dry and inedible. The burger? Hard as the heart of a tax officer in a tax audit. The tables were so dirty I almost thought they were part of a chemistry experiment. And the toilets? Looked like someone had turned it into an excavation site. I can't recommend it to anyone at all!

Please don't offer a delivery service if you simply don't have people to deliver the orders. I've ordered several times before with a wait of over 90 minutes but TODAY it was a blast...I waited over 150 minutes for 2 burgers. I thought there would be nothing more. I have something else to do than just wait for your delivery. Accordingly, the burger was lukewarm. And then there was also a rotten salad. That simply can't be the case! I really felt sorry for the delivery driver, he'll definitely be shit on by everyone who orders... At least hire people for peak times. Is Burger King really that bad? Well, if you continue like this you won't have to worry about it in the future, because the place will soon be closed... Maybe the king will switch places with the clown. He doesn't have a problem because he simply lets external people drive. Uber Eats or the Lieferando people. Then your own employees can stay in the kitchen. I don't want to work for you.
