A rather small BK. Unfortunately, it's usually quite rubbish and untidy. It could also be a lot cleaner and being polite and courteous to customers certainly doesn't hurt either. If you're nearby and hungry, you'll find something better nearby. You don't have to experience this BK.

So, just no. I'm sure people here only go out to eat because there aren't any Mcdonnalds nearby. Food was terrible and hard to choke down. The mayo felt like it was just vinegar. The employee spoke German poorly and had forgotten several sauces. A joke from a fast food chain! I think the only reason this store is still standing is because the health inspector always ended up in a coma or worse and so never managed to close this building. Better drive a few minutes further and go to Mcdonnalds, really. It's coming out front and back. I don't think you want it. But just a little tip...

Please don't offer a delivery service if you simply don't have people to deliver the orders. I've ordered several times before with a wait of over 90 minutes but TODAY it was a blast...I waited over 150 minutes for 2 burgers. I thought there would be nothing more. I have something else to do than just wait for your delivery. Accordingly, the burger was lukewarm. And then there was also a rotten salad. That simply can't be the case! I really felt sorry for the delivery driver, he'll definitely be shit on by everyone who orders... At least hire people for peak times. Is Burger King really that bad? Well, if you continue like this you won't have to worry about it in the future, because the place will soon be closed... Maybe the king will switch places with the clown. He doesn't have a problem because he simply lets external people drive. Uber Eats or the Lieferando people. Then your own employees can stay in the kitchen. I don't want to work for you. If that doesn't work, then there will definitely be chaos and unhealthy stress.

Food good, speed fast, but the staff preferred to stand around bored at 8 p.m. on a Saturday evening instead of cleaning the tables. Every other table was dirty and crumbled and we had to look for a clean table. There were only four other people in the restaurant with us. This can certainly be improved and I used to be a service worker. There was no standing around...

The branch used to be really good. Now again cold, wrong or missing, there really aren't any big or particularly complicated ones. Today: Plant-Based Snack bucket small, sauces: mayonnaise and sweet and sour. Get: plant-based snack bucket small, forget the fries. Very annoying for €9.99

Dirty shop, everything dirty from top to bottom. I don't know why I keep finding myself here, not a table is wiped down, even the windows are dirty. The food is just like you would expect from a fast food chain.

After the renovation, it was a little more open and friendly. Similar to the competitor, the customer can/should enter their order themselves in a terminal. The menu navigation is a bit lengthy. UPDATE: If you order and pay for something in the terminal, you will NOT get your money back on site if the goods are sold out. In any case, I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for the refund from the head office 😞

Twice I have ordered food and each time they bring it wrong. I don't even want to talk about the 2 hour wait! They don't bring me the burger I ordered and the curly fries were half mixed with regular fries even though I didn't order them that way. Last time they didn't deliver the curly fries even though I paid for them. I will never order here again. With so many mistakes, they probably made my veggie burger with real chicken because it definitely didn't taste like a veggie burger. I don't recommend it to anyone. Definitely don't order from here, you will be really disappointed!

Ordering via screen isn't anywhere near faster than at the counter, is completely unnecessary and is probably intended to save staff. I insisted on ordering at the counter as this nonsense on my part is not supported. When my order was packed, the employee put the bag on the counter, pressed some button and my order was indicated as ready for pickup by a much too loud tone. Not even a brief eye contact with me. There were very few visitors on site and the order could have been handed to me personally. Personally..... That's completely over at Burger King, at least in MG. First the machines and the remaining staff are unfriendly - probably because the remaining employees have to take on more tasks per shift. Don't you already have something in development? A cleaning robot that I can order and pay for, e.g. b. Ordering via screen should be an option and not the first choice. After the scandals in the past, including in this branch, the issue has been resolved.

Relatively large Burger King branch with a large outdoor area. There was a sign at the checkout indicating that orders should only be made at the self-ordering terminal. Waiting time for the food was a little longer due to the high volume of orders. Unfortunately, both indoor and outdoor clearing trolleys were completely full so that people could no longer clear away their trays and so all the tables were full of empty trays. The food itself was good and relatively fresh.

The man at the counter with the drive headset was super unfriendly and impatient. He seemed happy and dissatisfied. It can't be due to stress. The shop was relatively quiet. If you meet guests with eye rolls, it's very rude. Or when you ask for the broom so you can sweep up something because the short one has spilled something. After over an hour he still hasn't removed it. So the employee missed the job. First and last time there. Ps: I can't blame the lack of staff or the working environment. Food was ok so far.

In my opinion, the offering and service have improved over the last few years. There are also vegetarian things now, even if they always take a little longer to prepare.

The nastiest food I've ever had. Drink: no carbon dioxide. Fries: You know that one brown fries that sat in the deep fryer outside of the basket for two months? All of my fries looked the same, inedible and this BK obviously has no money for salt or where is the salt on a fries? Burger: The meat looked so disgusting, the burgers just didn't taste good. My toilet wasn't a big fan of this meal either. French Fries Sauce: Is there no more mayo? This lawnmower vegan french fries sauce has the consistency of water and tastes disgusting. No substitute for mayo. The best thing about this BK was the parking lot as it is right in front of the door.

The ordering machines are not as good as the competition. Mobile internet on site is rather poor. As usual, food is the same everywhere.

Fries old and rancid. The crispy chicken burger was dry and also tasted like old fat, hardly any sauce, a crumb of lettuce and tomato on it... a joke... 5.79 for a burger like that. No more Burger King!

The table top was loose and wobbled badly. The toilet has no hand paper, toilet paper was empty, toilet seats were dirty, floor was very dirty.

Waited 45 minutes for our food. And that in a fast food restaurant. In the end half of it was missing and the food was cold. The burgers looked like they had been squished, even the cheeseburger was missing the cheese slice that gave it its name. The fries were a joke too. The bag was only half full and the french fries were dripping with grease. Everything went in the bin. I could have set my €20 on fire and the result would have been the same.

05/16/21: 25 minutes of waiting in the drive in and another big king is missing 05.02.24: had to choose our own order from 4 large bags and after waiting 25 minutes. Had 2 of the 4 large bags. Our order: 4 big king, 2x chili frize, 2x small fries, 1x large 17 chicken nuggets with souercream and 1x onion.... We received 2x big king, 1x chicken nugget burger, 2x chili frize, 4x small fries and the large chicken nugget package without sourcream!!!!! Tasting makes you sick. You can taste the old fat and the dirty kitchen out of the petis! A case for the health department!!! The chicken nuggets taste like they have been warmed three times!!!! Will definitely report this mess!!!!!!

Dieser Laden auf der Waldnielerstr. Wird immer schlimmer. Coupons werden da nicht mehr angenommen. Obwohl ich eine App habe. Sehr unfähige, unfreundliche personal. Das war mal mein Lieblingsladen. seit dem letzten wiederholten skandal war ich bestimmt ein jahr nicht mehr da, dann heute mehr oder weniger gezwungen im drive in was geholt und das war dann auch wieder das letzte mal, habe fast 30 min gewartet und es war nur ein auto vor mir, hat mit fast food nichts zu tun und die burger waren auch nicht gut, genau so wie früher

Ich habe heute bei Drive bestellt und ein halbe Stunde lang gewartet. Das schlimmste ist der „Drive“ den kann man eher „fahren sie ein Stückchen vor bitte. Das Essen bringe ich Ihnen gleich.“ nennen. Nach halbe Stunde, musste ich von Auto aussteigen und nach meiner Bestellung gefragt. Hab King Beef Selection als Menu mit Chili Cheese dazu bestellt. Als ich zu Hause alles aufgemacht hatte, kein Wunder Chili Cheese fehlt. Essen dazu noch kalt. Furchtbar 😣 nie wieder 🙅🏽‍♀️

Absolut nicht gut. Chili Cheese Nuggets waren alt und verschrumpelt. grosse pommes war halbvoll mit alten pommes. die burger waren kalt und den patties hat man angemerkt das sie länger in der warmhaltebox lagen. Erste und Letzte mal. Zusatz: Dieser .... kostet mittlerweile 23 Euro!

Eigentlich hat der BurgerKing hier nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Wir haben bei kaum Kunden eine halbe Stunde auf unser Essen warten müssen. Das Essen war deutlich schlechter als sonst. Zudem hatte man beim Burger die Soße vergessen und beim drauf hinweisen wurde der Service pampig.

Leider bin ich nicht zufrieden Essen kalt Mitarbeiter völlig lustlos und unfreundlich ich kenne einen besseren Service von Burger King . An der Sauberkeit des Ladens muss sich was ändern ich fand den Laden sehr dreckig auf der Theke Flecken und Dreck

Auffällig lange Wartezeit, bei kaum Kunden. Zubereitung bereits mehrfach nicht wie gewohnt, leider deutlich schlechter. Und eine kleine Pommes scheint nur noch aus ca 14 Pommes zu bestehen. Einfach lächerlich und unverschämt.
