This Burger King doesn't even deserve a point. Old burgers that are only heated in the microwave. The store itself is old and practically falling apart. I would never recommend this Burger King.

All the employees are very friendly. We'll be happy to come back. The atmosphere is always very pleasant. The store is always clean and tidy.

If there's nothing else in the world, maybe you can eat a burger thing before you starve. It wasn't the first time that the staff was so semi-motivated and the food was so cold in the bag that you'd think it was intentional and that the "restaurant" was actually selling bricks. The floor is sticky, and apart from the lack of air conditioning in the summer and the nonexistent heating in the winter, it's simply not a place where you should prepare or "enjoy" food. If a corporation thinks it's found a good location with no competition, it should maintain its standards and not sell cold, old junk for a lot of money. In conclusion. Today I ordered "food" for two people worth almost €50, which in itself is a disgrace considering it's "fast food." The only thing edible was the fries, the rest... cold and rubbery. I'm lost for words. For that amount of money, I could have gone to a steakhouse.

I find it a shame to see Burger King deteriorating further and further. Half of the lights are broken or flicker strangely. The entrance door has been repaired with tape. When you arrive in the evening, the area with the tables and chairs is often closed. It was 9:40 p.m. I don't understand why we couldn't sit down to eat there. The ordering machines are messed up and dirty. We also received cold burgers, the buns were no longer crispy, and the chicken was burnt, almost black. The prices are constantly rising. With service like this, I will never return to this Burger King. I prefer to eat at a restaurant where we receive better service, the price is even cheaper and fairer, and the food tastes better. A huge disappointment, because Burger King has usually been better than McDonald's. But I won't be setting foot in either of these fast-food chains again, even though I've only eaten there occasionally. It's also a very poor solution to offer real burgers right next to the plant-based vegan burgers. They should have put them in their own menu section, as it is very confusing.

I went to Burger King yesterday and was unfortunately very disappointed by the hygiene conditions there. 1. An employee was standing at the checkout, touched her mouth with her fingers, and then immediately touched the fries without gloves – that is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. 2. Another employee probably had long fingernails and also touched burgers and other food without gloves. That's completely unacceptable – hygiene should be the top priority in the restaurant industry. For me, that means: never again! Disgusting, disgusting.

I'm just shocked. Not because of the branch. Some things have even improved. Hygiene... I'm shocked by the prices and the portions. Chicken nuggets have become so thin that you wonder if there is any meat in them at all. And a nugget costs almost one euro. Was there gold in there?... Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. But next time it should definitely happen at all.

I would like to positively emphasize that the Afghan employee on site is always friendly, helpful and committed. I also observed that he regularly cleans the tables and ensures order. However, I have repeatedly noticed that the PB dishes (patties) have a noticeably strong fishy smell and taste. As far as I know, these products should be prepared in separate frying oil, which may not currently be done consistently. I ask that you check this

I generally prefer Burger King to its other major competitor, but I often left this branch thinking I wouldn't come back, which I did again a few weeks later anyway. If there is little going on, then there is nothing to complain about here, apart from the frequent malfunction of the milkshake and ice cream machine. As soon as the crowds are larger, you should have enough time and patience. It can then happen that parts of the order are simply forgotten or that meat is plant-based instead of what was ordered. Recommendation if there is little crowd, be careful if the house is full!

If you don't have enough time or it's too late, this option is an excellent alternative. The professional demeanor of the drive-in staff is convincing; the food received conveys an authentic American flair.

There's ALWAYS something missing when you order at the drive-thru, ALWAYS. Check your order EVERY TIME! This really isn't acceptable. I have to drive back at least every time, if not twice, or go inside and get my missing burger or fries. Coke and Coke Zero are also often mixed up.

If one could give zero stars, the way the shop presents itself would do it justice. Constantly changing staff. Service at the drive-up counter takes a while. Burgers that are only lukewarm and have far exceeded their waiting time. If you complain about the burger being too hot, you have to listen to comments. I try it every six months and nothing changes. The principle of fast food has been misunderstood here. I don't think the staff can even help it. That might be more the fault of the franchisee.

It's a shame but people... I don't understand at all, I've probably ordered from you 10 times via the BK app and it's always been clear. But today I called after an hour and said the driver had just left and 1.5 hours later the doorbell was still ringing. So a total of 2.5 hours. Never again!! It's a disgrace what you do to your customers. My order should be here in 59 minutes. After 2 hours I tried in vain to reach the branch. After more than 2 hours the esssn arrived. I told the driver that we had been waiting for 2 hours and that I didn't understand paying full price for cold food. Then he boldly says to me have you read the reviews? It says one and a half hour delivery time. Boy, if the order confirmation says 59 minutes, it should be that way! That has absolutely nothing to do with the ratings, right? He said it's always like that, he was the only driver and that we either pay the full price or he takes the food back with him. How bold can you be? Simply outrageous. Never order there!!!

The fries were way salty, and the burgers were not warm. My friend got the wrong burger and drink And that's just about food. Inside is just dirty. The floor and tables have food on it, and some were sticky. I suppose that this is what you get when you put a bunch of untrained kids together. But I would expect some supervision on them. Absolute disaster. Called after a 1.5 hour wait and was told that the food would be there in 30 minutes. After 2.5 hours there is still nothing. If there is no capacity for delivery, then just leave it alone. Corrosive.

Disaster! The tables were extremely unhygienic - it felt like we were at an Indian street food market by Rajesh. Every single table in this hovel was covered in crumbs and dirt. The fries were sticky and cold, even though we ordered fresh. The chili cheeseburger was the worst I've ever eaten at a Burger King!

Absolutely catastrophic! The fries tasted like they had been stored since World War II - dry and inedible. The burger? Hard as the heart of a tax officer in a tax audit. The tables were so dirty I almost thought they were part of a chemistry experiment. And the toilets? Looked like someone had turned it into an excavation site. I can't recommend it to anyone at all!

A rather small BK. Unfortunately, it's usually quite rubbish and untidy. It could also be a lot cleaner and being polite and courteous to customers certainly doesn't hurt either. If you're nearby and hungry, you'll find something better nearby. You don't have to experience this BK.

The employee spoke German poorly and had forgotten several sauces. A joke from a fast food chain! I think the only reason this store is still standing is because the health inspector always ended up in a coma or worse and so never managed to close this building. Better drive a few minutes further and go to Mcdonnalds, really. It's coming out front and back. I don't think you want it. But just a little tip...

Please don't offer a delivery service if you simply don't have people to deliver the orders. I've ordered several times before with a wait of over 90 minutes but TODAY it was a blast...I waited over 150 minutes for 2 burgers. I thought there would be nothing more. I have something else to do than just wait for your delivery. Accordingly, the burger was lukewarm. And then there was also a rotten salad. That simply can't be the case! I really felt sorry for the delivery driver, he'll definitely be shit on by everyone who orders... At least hire people for peak times. Is Burger King really that bad? Well, if you continue like this you won't have to worry about it in the future, because the place will soon be closed... Maybe the king will switch places with the clown. He doesn't have a problem because he simply lets external people drive. Uber Eats or the Lieferando people. Then your own employees can stay in the kitchen. I don't want to work for you. Food good, speed fast, but the staff preferred to stand around bored at 8 p.m. on a Saturday evening instead of cleaning the tables. Every other table was dirty and crumbled and we had to look for a clean table. There were only four other people in the restaurant with us. The branch used to be really good. Now again cold, wrong or missing, there really aren't any big or particularly complicated ones. Today: Plant-Based Snack bucket small, sauces: mayonnaise and sweet and sour. Get: plant-based snack bucket small, forget the fries. Very annoying for €9.99

Dirty shop, everything dirty from top to bottom. I don't know why I keep finding myself here, not a table is wiped down, even the windows are dirty. The food is just like you would expect from a fast food chain.

After the renovation, it was a little more open and friendly. Similar to the competitor, the customer can/should enter their order themselves in a terminal. The menu navigation is a bit lengthy. UPDATE: If you order and pay for something in the terminal, you will NOT get your money back on site if the goods are sold out. In any case, I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for the refund from the head office 😞

Twice I have ordered food and each time they bring it wrong. I don't even want to talk about the 2 hour wait! They don't bring me the burger I ordered and the curly fries were half mixed with regular fries even though I didn't order them that way. Last time they didn't deliver the curly fries even though I paid for them. I will never order here again. With so many mistakes, they probably made my veggie burger with real chicken because it definitely didn't taste like a veggie burger. I don't recommend it to anyone. Definitely don't order from here, you will be really disappointed!

Ordering via screen isn't anywhere near faster than at the counter, is completely unnecessary and is probably intended to save staff. I insisted on ordering at the counter as this nonsense on my part is not supported. When my order was packed, the employee put the bag on the counter, pressed some button and my order was indicated as ready for pickup by a much too loud tone. Not even a brief eye contact with me. There were very few visitors on site and the order could have been handed to me personally. Personally..... That's completely over at Burger King, at least in MG. First the machines and the remaining staff are unfriendly - probably because the remaining employees have to take on more tasks per shift. Don't you already have something in development? A cleaning robot that I can order and pay for, e.g. b. Ordering via screen should be an option and not the first choice. After the scandals in the past, including in this branch, the issue has been resolved.

Relatively large Burger King branch with a large outdoor area. There was a sign at the checkout indicating that orders should only be made at the self-ordering terminal. Waiting time for the food was a little longer due to the high volume of orders. Unfortunately, both indoor and outdoor clearing trolleys were completely full so that people could no longer clear away their trays and so all the tables were full of empty trays. The food itself was good and relatively fresh.

The man at the counter with the drive headset was super unfriendly and impatient. He seemed happy and dissatisfied. It can't be due to stress. The shop was relatively quiet. If you meet guests with eye rolls, it's very rude. Or when you ask for the broom so you can sweep up something because the short one has spilled something. After over an hour he still hasn't removed it. So the employee missed the job. First and last time there. Ps: I can't blame the lack of staff or the working environment. Food was ok so far.

In my opinion, the offering and service have improved over the last few years. There are also vegetarian things now, even if they always take a little longer to prepare.

The nastiest food I've ever had. Drink: no carbon dioxide. Fries: You know that one brown fries that sat in the deep fryer outside of the basket for two months? All of my fries looked the same, inedible and this BK obviously has no money for salt or where is the salt on a fries? Burger: The meat looked so disgusting, the burgers just didn't taste good. My toilet wasn't a big fan of this meal either. French Fries Sauce: Is there no more mayo? This lawnmower vegan french fries sauce has the consistency of water and tastes disgusting. No substitute for mayo. The best thing about this BK was the parking lot as it is right in front of the door.

The wait for the food wasn't long (max. 10 minutes) Food was hot. Fries a little heavily salted. Tables, ordering terminal and floors were more dirty than clean. The table top was loose and wobbled badly. The toilet has no hand paper, toilet paper was empty, toilet seats were dirty, floor was very dirty.
