Long waiting times, no card payment in the drive and the quality is also extremely poor.

No big Burger King and a little further away from the highway. You eat here for the burgers, not for the atmosphere!-) Small parking lot and tables close together. There is also some place to sit outside. We were there around 7:00 PM and it was still quite busy. Not very fast either. But moving forward...

The wait for the food wasn't long (max. 10 minutes) Food was hot. Fries a little heavily salted. Tables, ordering terminal and floors were more dirty than clean. The table top was loose and wobbled badly. The toilet has no hand paper, toilet paper was empty, toilet seats were dirty, floor was very dirty.

I will definitely report this place to the health department!!!! Fries tasted rancid and the nuggets tasted like old grease and the crispy check burger was dry and has. Waited 45 minutes for our food. And that in a fast food restaurant. In the end half of it was missing and the food was cold. The burgers looked like they had been squished, even the cheeseburger was missing the cheese slice that gave it its name. The fries were a joke too. The bag was only half full and the french fries were dripping with grease. Everything went in the bin. I could have set my €20 on fire and the result would have been the same.

05/16/21: 25 minutes of waiting in the drive in and another big king is missing 05.02.24: had to choose our own order from 4 large bags and after waiting 25 minutes. Had 2 of the 4 large bags. Our order: 4 big king, 2x chili frize, 2x small fries, 1x large 17 chicken nuggets with souercream and 1x onion.... We received 2x big king, 1x chicken nugget burger, 2x chili frize, 4x small fries and the large chicken nugget package without sourcream!!!!! Tasting makes you sick. You can taste the old fat and the dirty kitchen out of the petis! A case for the health department!!! The chicken nuggets taste like they have been warmed three times!!!! Will definitely report this mess!!!!!!

For me, BK's burgers are clearly better than those of other fast food chains. If that weren't the case, I would rather give my money to the competitor. Why? Dieser Laden auf der Waldnielerstr. Wird immer schlimmer. Coupons werden da nicht mehr angenommen. Obwohl ich eine App habe. Sehr unfähige, unfreundliche personal. Das war mal mein Lieblingsladen. Auch die Sauberkeit, naja note 4. Ich bin ohne was zubestellen wieder raus gegangen. 1 Stern ist noch zuviel. Bin sehr entäuscht und kann dieses Restaurant NICHT EMPFEHLEN.

seit dem letzten wiederholten skandal war ich bestimmt ein jahr nicht mehr da, dann heute mehr oder weniger gezwungen im drive in was geholt und das war dann auch wieder das letzte mal, habe fast 30 min gewartet und es war nur ein auto vor mir, hat mit fast food nichts zu tun und die burger waren auch nicht gut, genau so wie früher

Ich habe heute bei Drive bestellt und ein halbe Stunde lang gewartet. Das schlimmste ist der „Drive“ den kann man eher „fahren sie ein Stückchen vor bitte. Das Essen bringe ich Ihnen gleich.“ nennen. Nach halbe Stunde, musste ich von Auto aussteigen und nach meiner Bestellung gefragt. Hab King Beef Selection als Menu mit Chili Cheese dazu bestellt. Als ich zu Hause alles aufgemacht hatte, kein Wunder Chili Cheese fehlt. Essen dazu noch kalt. Furchtbar 😣 nie wieder 🙅🏽‍♀️

Mir gefällt die Bestellung am Screen überhaupt nicht..und ich bevorzuge frische Fritten und warme Burger. Leider tut man sich hier schwer...

Richtig unangenehm dieser Dicke mit blonden Haare musste mit Karte zahlen weil das mich angeekelt hat

Absolut nicht gut. Chili Cheese Nuggets waren alt und verschrumpelt. grosse pommes war halbvoll mit alten pommes. die burger waren kalt und den patties hat man angemerkt das sie länger in der warmhaltebox lagen. Erste und Letzte mal. Zusatz: Dieser .... kostet mittlerweile 23 Euro!

Eigentlich hat der BurgerKing hier nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Wir haben bei kaum Kunden eine halbe Stunde auf unser Essen warten müssen. Das Essen war deutlich schlechter als sonst. Zudem hatte man beim Burger die Soße vergessen und beim drauf hinweisen wurde der Service pampig.

Leider bin ich nicht zufrieden Essen kalt Mitarbeiter völlig lustlos und unfreundlich ich kenne einen besseren Service von Burger King . An der Sauberkeit des Ladens muss sich was ändern ich fand den Laden sehr dreckig auf der Theke Flecken und Dreck

Durch die Hallen erklang es an andauernden Kinder Geschrei. Die Speisen waren zu erwarten, nicht von höchster Qualität, jedoch sättigten sie an einem kalten Winterabend

Am drive inn muss man lange auf die Bestellung warten auch wenn nichts los ist

Auffällig lange Wartezeit, bei kaum Kunden. Zubereitung bereits mehrfach nicht wie gewohnt, leider deutlich schlechter. Und eine kleine Pommes scheint nur noch aus ca 14 Pommes zu bestehen. Einfach lächerlich und unverschämt.

Leider waren die Gerichte allesamt nicht mehr heiß. Die Wartezeit war für Fastfood Produkte enorm lang, was völlig okay wäre, wenn das Essen dann auch heiß ist.

Der Laden auf der Waldnielerstraße lässt echt wieder nach. 2x war ich vor kurzem dagewesen und jedesmal habe ich bei der king box einen schon älteren burger (Boden teilweise hart) bekommen Nachtrag 30.08.23 Nach Umbau mit Bestell-Terminals Die Mitarbeiter brauchen noch Schulung damit das "Nacheinander" reibungsloser läuft und die Burger sind sehr trocken, da fehlt definitiv mehr Soße drauf

"Naja" beschreibt den Ort ganz gut. Hatte ein Menü bestellt was kein großer aufwand ist und hatte die Verkehrte soße, es hat 15min gedauert und man hat mir nach diesen 15min erstmal das gebracht was für ein Auto bestimmt war welches schon lange den Platz verlassen hatte. Irgendwie lief das nicht ganz so gut... Ich war dann irgendwann auch mal zu besuch da mit ein paar Freunden, wir waren die einzigen gäste und mein Essen war fertig wärend die Menüs der beiden anderen so 20min in anspruch genommen haben. Irgendwas läuft da nicht ganz rund

Personal freundlich aber extrem unmotiviert. Bestellungen dauern trotz geringer Gästezahl überdurchschnittlich lange und stellenweise wurden auch Produkte der Bestellung vergessen. (Was grundsätzlich kein Thema ist, wenn es einmal vorkommt. Jedoch ist es hier häufiger der Fall gewesen.)

Nuggets vergessen, Burger verbrannt lange gewartet,. Das war der 2. und letzte Versuch

Meine Eindrücke beziehen sich auf das bestellen in dieser Filiale und da muss ich gestehen. Gibt es keinerlei Grund zu meckern . Das Essen kommt grundsätzlich sehr schnell und ist immer lecker und warm.

Die Sauberkeit des Restaurants ist wirklich unterirdisch. Sehr schmutzig und es war nur eine Toilette verfügbar. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber lieblos zusammengequetscht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch freundlich.

Freundliche Personal, aber die Sauberkeit im gesamten Restaurant ist wirklich erschreckend. Klar liegt das in erster Linie an den Gästen oder ggf. an falschem Personalmanagement. Aber es sieht nicht gut aus
