We ate there for the first time today after the renovations, and I have to say that McDonald's looks really good now. The terminals work perfectly and everything was clean. The food came quickly and everything was clean. What I also like is that there are two counters at the McDrive, so you can understand the employees very well. I also like that there are reserved parking spaces for people who have ordered via the app. A McDonald's of the future that other branches could learn a thing or two from. 👍👍👍

The employees are very rude! It would be our fault if we pre-ordered online and McDonald's then made a mistake. I paid for fries and didn't receive them, and the employee refused to give me the fries despite having proof of order. When I complained, she replied that I didn't need to come back. Anyone who employs such staff shouldn't be surprised that McDonald's is losing customers. If the store management reads my review and wants to take action against the staff's behavior, I'm happy to help.

McDonald's. Not upper-class gastronomy, but expectations met.

The driveway at the drive-in restaurant has been expanded to 2. Result, it's quicker but the food is no longer fresh because it is prepared and warmed up to do everything quickly. Nuggets were warmed up and the cheeseburgers were cold.

Was there yesterday for the first time after the renovation. People sit chatting like chickens on a perch in the store. It's very loud. The employees try the best but everything is very stressed and from behind you can hear the boss scolding the employees. You wait a long time to eat. I don't find it pleasant to eat there because the stress reflects back on the customers, which unfortunately the employees have. I waited 10 minutes for my food and during that time there were a few complaints because the wrong food was served.

Totally overwhelmed employee who then becomes unfriendly (the gentleman with the headset). Press on the monitors that the order is ready so that they cheat on the system... and you are then harshly approached and told to keep the areas clear, and when you ask why it says at the top that the order is ready for pickup, they say the system is new, the same monitors that have been used at Mcdonalds for years...

Been there three times, three times at least one item ordered at the Drive Inn was missing, which was paid for according to the invoice but wasn't in the bags. It says you should check the completeness of the order immediately, but when there are already 5 cars waiting behind you, you always trust that everything should be there and then you are disappointed every time you get home. That's underground because packing a bag isn't rocket science. Plus, it adds up over time and it's usually not the cheap things that are missing, but the expensive burgers. Never again McDonald's Wickrath.

it's just McDonald. System as usual. you can't complain. Great connection in any case. especially because KFC and Subway are within walking distance.

I didn't think I would rate a Macces, but here and now I had no other choice. There was a woman on site with a “crew training” t-shirt and this person made us feel so well taken care of, it just had to be mentioned. She felt omnipresent without being intrusive; as soon as a brief question mark appeared on her face, she was there as if she could smell it. Mega friendly and peace personified. Today Macces was a star restaurant in terms of service. Thank you for that

Today I just got hamburgers like McDonald grew up. Just no cheek, small, hardly any meat in it, you won't see me ripping off again.

After the reopening, we were able to look at and test the new business for the first time today. After ordering we had to wait 15 minutes and received no status after we asked. The goods were all lined up on the side counter, but nothing was served because the beverage representative also carried out table service. The food was cold and not at all attractive. The front round lamp to the parking lot was full of dead flies and there was no handle on the men's toilet. Washing your hands was therefore unnecessary.

We picked up food here last weekend. The branch looks well maintained after the renovation. The employee who served us didn't even say hello. The food was disastrous. My salad was rotten, there was a quarter of a cucumber salad cut into two parts, totally dried out. Not even our guinea pigs touched it. My burger looked exactly the same and I've had problems with my stomach ever since. That was the last time I ate something

An order!! Are you serious???????? Incredibly little in the way of fries, impudence. Bag not even half full! It doesn't work at all.

If you want to eat something from McDonald's and be served by absolutely unfriendly, completely overwhelmed people, and in a location that is worlds worse than before, then you've come to the right place. They said we should wait in the waiting area. When asked where it was because it wasn't signposted, a young woman said 2 meters back. Then you stand in front of the toilets, but what the heck. Food was ok, cold as usual, fries warmed up, but that's standard, but I definitely won't go into the store again. Everything is very narrow and impersonal. The store was worlds better before.

One of the few branches where it tastes relatively good. However, staff should be friendlier and we don't need to talk about prices, they are far too high everywhere. Unfortunately they are often very dirty.

I have never in my life given a review on Google but this time I had to do it. Staff, rude disrespectful to customers, food cold and not fresh. Although the restaurant is completely empty. 5-star renovation, now a restaurant with ladies cleaning the tables

Terrible since the renovation. Drive-in had two lanes, but only one counter served. Three cars had already been ordered. When I drove up without ordering and wanted to order at the first window because I assumed there was a defect, all they could offer me was that I should stand in the full line again. This is underground.

For the money I would much rather go to Bürgerking. 2 EUROS FOR A SEISE HAMBURGER.

If the employees chatted less with their acquaintances and brought them free drinks, the order would certainly have been packed correctly. Unfortunately it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that two things were missing. Very disappointing.

I was here at lunchtime. Germany's best-run McDonald's branch: 1) This is the cleanest McDonald's branch I've ever visited. There isn't a crumb on the floor anywhere. Here's why: 2) The staff is extremely attentive. Two employees are constantly checking to see if anything needs to be done. Leftover food trays are immediately removed. Abandoned tables are cleaned promptly. Someone is practically constantly cleaning the floor. The same goes for the restrooms. 3) The food was ordered for self-pickup at the counter. The employee there noticed that I kept looking at the number display and simply brought my food to my table. That's what I call attentive service. My order was ready immediately. I've never received my food so quickly at a McDonald's. 4) The staff greets and smiles at their customers. You're not ignored like usual. The atmosphere is simply great. Yet not loud, even though it was busy. Must be because of the many artistic room dividers? 5) Unfortunately, this isn't the case at all branches: the burgers and fries taste exactly as they should. Not too little, not too much sauce. Warm and delicious. 6) They provided enough napkins. Not too much, not too little. Oh yes, I think that's important 😁. 7) The branch looks super modern. The interior design is perfect. Room dividers with artistic motifs. 8) There's a great café here, incredibly delicious coffee. Lactose-free or oat or almond milk... Caramel? No matter, all wishes are fulfilled. The coffee is served at your table in proper, wide ceramic cups. A barista works at the mc café? She knew so much about the coffee and how it's prepared. The milk foam was creamy and delicious. Yammy. Cheesecake? Delicious! Strawberry shortcake? Fresh and tasty. Forget Starbucks, go to McDonald's. (The photos were taken on a different day)

My colleague and I wanted to take a look at the McDonald's after it was built and we were thrilled. We've known him since we were young and always enjoyed eating there. When we wanted to make a video from the inside, we were threatened with being banned from the house. From now on we prefer the Jüchener McDonald’s.

Today I wanted to visit the new renovation with my best friend. When we saw the new renovation, we were very happy and of course shocked. Of course we took photos to post on Google and send to friends to show how beautiful it looks. Well, the gentleman at the counter probably didn't like it at all and said: "I'm banning you from the house, I'm serious." "Do I look like I'm joking?", "Should I film you too?" I just think to myself “Wow”. The employee wants to ban me from the house even though I've been eating here with my family since I was a small child? What should I tell my parents if they want to go there with me? “Mom is banned from the house”? That doesn't work at all. I have now decided that this McDonald's did not deserve my money today. Many people take pictures and post them on Google. You can't recognize anyone in the pictures. The ambience was filmed. Kind regards

Very dirty place, it took me more than 15 minutes to wait for an ice cream. The brand should withdraw their franchise, because they are embarrassing.

I just say it can always be worse, but not in Wickrath. The food came very quickly on a Saturday. There are other branches within about 25 km that are much worse. I'd rather go there. Had dinner there today. The burgers and fries were 100 percent warmed up because the fries were weak and soaked in oil and the cheese on the burgers crumbled. Of course, something was missing too. I told the staff that I would rate them negatively because the food was not okay. The answer is really cool: 'Yes, do that.' From now on we will go to another branch. Maybe the manager should read the reviews for his branch.

We were at the McDrive in Wickrath around 3:30 p.m. today and were unfortunately deeply disappointed with the service. The lady at the first counter, with dark hair and very bright pink lipstick, who took our order was very, very rude and disrespectful to us. This has never happened to us here before and we would like to see the old service that we are used to from McDonalds back in the future.

It's a good McDonald's with quick service

Its easy going wenn you are on a long journey by car and we charged our car there. Friendly staff, food was warm. But the pancakes were dried out and hard to eat so for that reason today a 2 star.

McDonalds like McDonalds is nothing special, you treat yourself to something you eat every now and then and that's it. But it is not prepared with love, which is a big drawback. Ordered a cappuccino to drink in the restaurant. Nevertheless, it is served in a paper cup. The fact that it is even ordered as a McDuo and the cake is packed on china is completely ignored. The restaurant has a McCafe corner that appears to be for decorative purposes only. The great portafilter machine is apparently not being used. Instead, the fully automatic machine is used next to the deep fryer. The cappuccino tastes the same. Ordered food to be picked up in the app. The order was sent incorrectly and therefore put together incorrectly. Order was to take away, but was provided unpackaged on a tablet. McRip and BigMac were only lukewarm and cold, respectively. The ice cream melted very quickly. Waiting time was reasonable. Taste was as you know it and okay. Hectic staff. Very disappointing experience I have rarely been as disappointed with a visit to a restaurant as I was with McDonald's at this location. The atmosphere was absolutely unacceptable - everywhere was dirty, from the tables to the floors. It seemed as if there was no emphasis on cleanliness here. The highlight, however, was the behavior of the shift manager: I observed him throwing a cigarette onto the floor in the outdoor dining area and then making condescending and insulting comments behind his employees' backs. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable!!!!! The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location to anyone and hope that something urgently changes here.

Every time! When I'm there and order more than 3 things, the burger is always missing! Every time!! So always check the order directly!

Actually, no matter how McDonald's is everywhere, everything is ok. But, every time you order something at the drive-thru, something is forgotten or something completely different is put in for it! This happened exactly 5 times in the last 5 visits. Next time a complaint will go directly to management!

Neat MC to take a break. Busy in general, but enough staff so you don't have to wait too long for your food. Parking with a trailer or something like that is a bit more difficult here. Also at the Fast Food neighbors opposite.

When I eat, I can judge the freshness, preparation and packaging. It's just a fast food restaurant. The food was freshly prepared and hot. Neatly packaged, just as you would expect. Clean, very crowded because of the proximity to the Schlossbad Niederrhein, but still got the food very quickly because it was extremely well staffed.

The spaghetti at McDonald's is really an insider tip! They have a unique recipe that you can't find anywhere else. The pasta is cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauce is so rich and flavorful you'd think it came straight from a small trattoria in Italy. Many customers even claim that the spaghetti at McDonald's tastes so good that if you close your eyes you would hardly be able to distinguish it from that of a real Italian nonna. So if you want to try something new, definitely treat yourself to the spaghetti - you won't be disappointed!

We decided to eat at McDonald's in Germany before crossing the border to close off our holiday after a long drive. The location was not too busy and we ordered from the kiosk. The location was typical McDonalds, nothing out of the ordinary. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food. I had the 2xMcRib menu. The buns were soggy, meat was dry. Fries where cold. Comparing to the McDonald's in my home town this is not what I expected. I would not recommend getting McDonald's at this location. Maybe the other fast food chains located on the same street offer a better quality and experience. Will not return to this McDonald's.

The food was okay, just McDonald's food, but it was clean and you didn't have to wait long for the food.

We were here at the end of a wild evening because we were very hungry. The store was busy and a bit hectic. Nevertheless: the shop is clean, there is little rubbish on the trolley, the food is warm and of the usual McDonalds quality. Order complete and friendly service. All this just before midnight. What more do you want? If we are in Mönchengladbach again, we will definitely come back 😀
