Keine plant based Burger im Angebot und die plant based Nuggets waren mir zu teuer

Ich habe von da bestellt und die Bestellung hat 2 Burger gefällt und es war scheiße obwohl ich die 2 börger bezahlt habe habe ich dir nicht bekommen

Das Einzige, was diesen Laden (Bahnhof McDonald's) rettete, waren die Tauben. Ansonsten wurden wir von einem Mitarbeiter unfreundlich behandelt. Leider ist der Laden offensichtlich nicht auf Kundenservice ausgelegt. Man kann nur an der Kasse bestellen. Das wäre kein Problem, wenn das Personal nicht so unfreundlich gewesen wäre. Besonders eine Frau gab uns das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein (vor allem, als wir versuchten, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren; unser Deutsch reicht noch nicht für eine Bestellung). Die anderen Mitarbeiter wirkten zugänglicher, aber uns wurden Dinge wie Strohhalme verweigert. Das Essen selbst wurde schnell zubereitet, schmeckte aber schlechter als in anderen Filialen dieser Kette. Die Pommes wirkten nicht frisch und unsere Getränkebecher waren nicht ganz voll. Der Rest war aber in Ordnung. Wir hoffen, dass andere positivere Erfahrungen gemacht haben als wir.

Der Service war sehr gut und das Essen ist in Ordnung, ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Mcflurry schmeckt immer gut. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiterin gewesen, die heute gearbeitet hat (11.06.26).

Nie wieder! Ich habe noch nie bei McDonalds so schlecht gegessen. Dazu eine extrem unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, die sichtlich keine Lust auf ihren Job hat.

Der Service bei McDonald’s war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten unfreundlich und haben mehrfach Bestellungen falsch aufgenommen – selbst einfache Wünsche wie „ohne Zwiebeln“ wurden ignoriert. Dazu kamen trockene Brötchen und Fleisch, das alt geschmeckt hat. Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung.

Wirklich sehr unfreundlich!! War hier fast jeden tag und nur die relativ junge servicekraft mit den braunen Haaren ist freundlich. Die alte mit den weißen Haaren ist so kack frech! Man darf nicht mal äußern, wenn man keine gurken drauf haben will. Dann wird dumm geseufzt

Bei meinem Besuch bei McDonald’s war ich insgesamt ziemlich unzufrieden. Die Wartezeit war unnötig lang, obwohl es nicht besonders voll war. Am Schalter wurde kaum auf mich eingegangen und die Kommunikation war eher kühl. Außerdem war die Bestellung nicht vollständig, sodass ich nochmal nachfragen musste. Das Essen selbst hat leider auch nicht überzeugt – alles wirkte lieblos zusammengestellt und nicht wirklich frisch. Insgesamt keine Erfahrung, die ich wiederholen möchte.

Der Kassierer war super unfreundlich, hat das Essen einfach hingeworfen und zusätzlich waren die Sachen falsch. Und wenn man ihn dadrauf hingewiesen hatte, wurde er super unhöflich. Ebenfalls reagierte er auf nachfrage von den Aktions angeboten von Super Mario Film auch super patzig und meinte das sie sowas nicht haben und das wir Pech gehabt hätten. Man hatte ihm von seinen aussagen und seiner Art einfach angemerkt das es überhaupt keine lust auf seinen Job und diese Filiale hat. Das Essen war ausserdem Kalt und nicht lecker. Die Cola schmeckt wie schon 3 mal geschüttelt und Tage rum gestanden.

Immer Sosse vergessen soll ihr Hobby sein, wenn ich den erstes mal da reinkam, dachte ich wäre ich in einem Taubennest, wenn es überhaupt solche gibt

Eine der trostlosesten McDonald's-Filialen, die ich je gesehen habe. Sie war unglaublich klein und hatte nicht einmal eine Toilette. Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte war ebenfalls sehr begrenzt. Das Essen, das wir schließlich bestellten, war frisch zubereitet und heiß. Der Service des freundlichen Mitarbeiters war allerdings ausgezeichnet.

Gestern waren wir bei McDonald’s in Oldenburg und sind absolut schockiert über das Verhalten des Personals. Eine ältere blonde Mitarbeiterin mit Pferdeschwanz war extrem unfreundlich und arrogant. Ihr Ton war respektlos und ihr Umgang mit Kunden völlig inakzeptabel. So ein Verhalten habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt – man fühlt sich eher wie eine Störung als wie ein zahlender Kunde. Zudem waren mehrere Tische im Gastraum verschmutzt, ohne dass sich jemand darum gekümmert hat. Das ist für ein Restaurant dieser Marke absolut untragbar. Hier besteht dringender Verbesserungsbedarf in Sachen Service und Sauberkeit.

McDonald's - Oldenburg – äußerst enttäuschender Besuch. Der Service – insbesondere eine ältere blonde Mitarbeiterin – war bemerkenswert unfreundlich und sichtlich genervt von der bloßen Anwesenheit der Kunden. Der Tonfall war kühl, herablassend und in keiner Weise serviceorientiert. Ein solches Auftreten ist für ein internationales Unternehmen dieser Größe schlichtweg inakzeptabel. Wer im direkten Kundenkontakt arbeitet, sollte zumindest über grundlegende Professionalität und Respekt verfügen. Diese Erfahrung wirft kein gutes Licht auf das Management dieser Filiale. Für mich steht fest: Diese Adresse werde ich künftig meiden.

Mitarbeiterin verdammt unhöflich, vermutlich absichtlich die Hälfte unserer Bestellung vergessen. Unprofessionell und arrogant.

Eine wirklich erbärmliche Filiale. Morgens eine ewig lange Schlange und nur eine Person, die Bestellungen aufnimmt. Selbst für einen Kaffee braucht man 30 Minuten. Absolut lächerlich.

Einer der schlechtesten MDs, in dem ich je war. Klein, begrenztes Angebot, gestresste Bedienung, Taube lief durchs Restaurant.

Essen ist schlecht man muss davon kotze. Der chickenburger klebte an der Verpackung und er lag mindestens 30 min schon rum.

Gennerell wirkt hier alles eher funktional als gemütlich. Man merkt den Zahn der Zeit. Das macht die Atmosphäre eher schlimm und länger als nötig möchte man sich nicht aufhalten. Das Essen ist OK aber manchmal es ist es gequetscht.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Coupons weren't redeemable, the selection was too small, there were pigeons everywhere, it was dirty, the chairs were broken, and some of the fries were green (see picture). The staff were quite nice, though…

I think it's great that McDonald's is now selling cookies as burgers. They're really hard, dry as dust, and crunchy just like cookies 🍪. The price is a bit steep though; I think it was the most expensive cookie I've ever had.

After 9:15 pm you are no longer allowed to use the large seating area and are supposed to squeeze in with other people at two small tables, impossible.

The ice cream machine wasn't broken; the McSundae was as it should be: cold, homogeneous ice cream and warm chocolate sauce.

The service and food were as you'd expect from McDonald's, but unfortunately, the selection is very outdated; there's no sour cream, no potato wedges, and no delicious apple turnovers. Hence only 3 stars.

I wouldn't recommend it. The cashier was nice, but that's about it. The fries were soaked with old grease and it was the dirtiest place I've ever seen, with pigeons and lots of flies. The floor, tables, and seats were all dirty.

I ate here again and, as always, everything was simply excellent, very tasty, and everything was spotlessly clean! Great, keep it up!

1. Too many flies, 2. The cash registers were broken, 3. No towels, 4. The food was cold, 5. It was 2 p.m. and they only had iced tea, 6. I ordered a Coke but got iced tea. My advice is, don't go there.

The worst service in probably all of Germany. Arrogant and completely out of touch. Plus, you eat with pigeons wandering through the place. My recommendation: keep the doors closed and quickly find dedicated, customer-oriented staff. They're just lucky that they're the top dog at the station anyway.

The app cannot be used, there are no vending machines for ordering, and the selection of herbal products is limited.

No, I can't recommend this place because this McDonald's is very dirty and you can't even order with the app. The employees are unfriendly, and the hygiene isn't exactly good either. My fries were simply thrown into the bag and half spilled out, and the burgers were only half-wrapped.

Never eaten such old, dried-out cheeseburgers and chicken burgers. Tasted like they were yesterday.

We weren't allowed to order after midnight and we arrived at midnight. The cashier didn't even blink an eye.

I was a little disappointed 😞 that there was no milkshake. I was really thirsty. But everyone deserves a second chance 🤗

The branch did an incredible job – the "midnight buffet" at our wedding was supposed to be McDonald's burgers, and the OL-Bahnhof branch managed to produce countless burgers and deliver them to us, hot and delicious, exactly at the scheduled time. Our guests were thrilled! Many thanks to all the staff!

It was very busy. I waited 45 minutes before I got my food and then everything was full.

All the sauces were wrong, I forgot 2 mayo, the fries were cold and limp. Simply trash

The employees are great! Unfortunately, the store no longer looks so good, although it is swept and garbage is regularly disposed of. The food is good, unfortunately not a large selection. Unfortunately, the coffee machine breaks down every now and then, which is a shame because the coffee is fantastic and attracts me to the shop every morning. The gentleman who mans the “counter” in the morning is always friendly, patient and helpful.

Small but cozy McDonald’s station I have never experienced such exceptionally friendly staff at a McDonald's! The menu selection is unfortunately smaller than at other McDonald's, but the items on offer were good. All in all quite satisfactory

The person in charge was super friendly and attentive! Approached customers in an appreciative manner and calmly supported new employees with questions despite the stress. He also very kindly pointed out to unwanted people that their support was not needed. A mega job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad service, cold burgers and zero insight! Cheese not melted, meat ice cold, after swapping I got ice cold burgers again. The fries aren't even salted, let alone warm. 🤢🤢🤮 Been there again. Burger cold again and half chopped. Mcdonalds doesn't seem to care because the same people have been working for years with consistently poor service!

At the service counter, Shi always greets guests with a smile. The team is also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful.

Good evening, I was there today (October 29th, 2024) shortly after 4 p.m. I visit this McDonald's often because I go to school there. And I wanted to get rid of the fact that the employee was the tall one with the glasses and the bald head was a little wider (not meant in a derogatory or bad way) Totally friendly and always! Today I noticed it again and I wanted to notice it too, super always so accommodating and funny, friendly, quick, does his job, super, really great, please keep it in always 😁👍🏼

I was there on a Thursday evening with my wife. Even though it was relatively busy, we were able to order quickly. The employees were very friendly and you could tell that, despite all the effort, the fun of teamwork is very important here. We enjoyed it too.

I often come here on my lunch break. The food has always been good and the staff was super nice. I never once had rude service. All in all, in my opinion, one of the best branches, even if they don't have everything from the McDonald's range on offer. ^^

Little Mc'es in the train station. Usually there is a long queue in front of it with a long waiting time. The ambience on site is not that nice. But the products are always good.

You are not allowed to look around here! Every second table is dirty, the floor is dirty. Not inviting. If you weren't hungry and had time I would go somewhere else.

Tastes like plankton in a trash can But I still give it 3 stars because the employees try to do their best and they are quick. Unfortunately it doesn't change the taste, but it's just like a train station and pretty small. Good if you need something on a fast wave

I've never been to such a disgusting McDonald's. Pigeons run around the store. The cola tastes like water, the fries taste like they were made yesterday, and the patty was already hard. Then you'd rather have a frozen pizza. Edit 2024 Tried the food there again today and had to throw up at home afterwards. Just disgusting there.
