1. Too many flies, 2. The cash registers were broken, 3. No towels, 4. The food was cold, 5. It was 2 p.m. and they only had iced tea, 6. I ordered a Coke but got iced tea. My advice is, don't go there.

The worst service in probably all of Germany. Arrogant and completely out of touch. Plus, you eat with pigeons wandering through the place. My recommendation: keep the doors closed and quickly find dedicated, customer-oriented staff. They're just lucky that they're the top dog at the station anyway.

The app cannot be used, there are no vending machines for ordering, and the selection of herbal products is limited.

No, I can't recommend this place because this McDonald's is very dirty and you can't even order with the app. The employees are unfriendly, and the hygiene isn't exactly good either. My fries were simply thrown into the bag and half spilled out, and the burgers were only half-wrapped.

Never eaten such old, dried-out cheeseburgers and chicken burgers. Tasted like they were yesterday.

We weren't allowed to order after midnight and we arrived at midnight. The cashier didn't even blink an eye.

I was a little disappointed 😞 that there was no milkshake. I was really thirsty. But everyone deserves a second chance 🤗

The branch did an incredible job – the "midnight buffet" at our wedding was supposed to be McDonald's burgers, and the OL-Bahnhof branch managed to produce countless burgers and deliver them to us, hot and delicious, exactly at the scheduled time. Our guests were thrilled! Many thanks to all the staff!

It was very busy. I waited 45 minutes before I got my food and then everything was full.

The employees are great! Unfortunately, the store no longer looks so good, although it is swept and garbage is regularly disposed of. The food is good, unfortunately not a large selection. Unfortunately, the coffee machine breaks down every now and then, which is a shame because the coffee is fantastic and attracts me to the shop every morning. Bad service, cold burgers and zero insight! Cheese not melted, meat ice cold, after swapping I got ice cold burgers again. The fries aren't even salted, let alone warm. 🤢🤢🤮 Been there again. Burger cold again and half chopped. Mcdonalds doesn't seem to care because the same people have been working for years with consistently poor service!

Good evening, I was there today (October 29th, 2024) shortly after 4 p.m. I visit this McDonald's often because I go to school there. And I wanted to get rid of the fact that the employee was the tall one with the glasses and the bald head was a little wider (not meant in a derogatory or bad way) Totally friendly and always! Today I noticed it again and I wanted to notice it too, super always so accommodating and funny, friendly, quick, does his job, super, really great, please keep it in always 😁👍🏼

I was there on a Thursday evening with my wife. Even though it was relatively busy, we were able to order quickly. The employees were very friendly and you could tell that, despite all the effort, the fun of teamwork is very important here. We enjoyed it too.

Tastes like plankton in a trash can But I still give it 3 stars because the employees try to do their best and they are quick. Unfortunately it doesn't change the taste, but it's just like a train station and pretty small. Good if you need something on a fast wave

I've never been to such a disgusting McDonald's. Pigeons run around the store. The cola tastes like water, the fries taste like they were made yesterday, and the patty was already hard. Then you'd rather have a frozen pizza. Edit 2024 Tried the food there again today and had to throw up at home afterwards. Just disgusting there.

The burger was decent, and the service was fast. However, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, as the table I sat at was dirty.

Employees are nice but the food is terrible there. We got old fries, old nuggets and old burgers with old salad and rolls. When we were there, not only did we request fresh food, but so did other customers. And since the reviews here say the same thing about the food, I would think twice about not going somewhere else next time.

I think the slightly fatter employee is quite dissatisfied with her life. I noticed earlier how she shouted at a German pensioner and chased him out of the store just because he wanted to grab a Coke from the tray in an emergency. I would have liked to drag you over the counter how inhumane can you be, I hope you feel the same, you conceited fat thing, you've never seen such a heartless employee, I hope you lose your job and go clean toilets and with your character you might be capable of that

The branch does not have a toilet, but does not accept the 50 cent vouchers from the Sanifar toilet in the train station. To me that means that people are enriching themselves at the expense of other businesses. There is no need for your own toilet. Therefore coffee from “Deine Backstube” and not from McD!!!

After 3 years, I ate a large majo fries and a cheeseburger in the McDonald's store in Oldenburg train station. It tasted great, was hot and the service was impeccable. It was also very clean there, which I personally really liked. It was delicious....! Thanks!

The worst McDonald's branch in Oldenburg. I worked there for two months. The boss wanted to order me work shoes, but didn't do it. So I had to work with my street shoes. The tone was terrible. A reason for me to quit Found a new MCDONALD'S restaurant where I am treated well.

A small train station McDonald's. Admittedly, I'm not normally a McDonalds customer. But today I felt like a latte. The McDonalds connoisseurs will have already noticed: it doesn't exist here. But instead of being told that, I was handed a coffee without comment and told: "There is milk behind it." When I complained about the coffee, I was met with an annoyed shake of the head and the explanation that if I wanted a Latte Maciato, I had to say so. Oh well, no order without technical language. If something is unclear, you probably don't think it's necessary to ask questions here. I ended up getting a Latte Maciato. But do you have to annoy a customer first?

The shift manager wanted to sell me a pink glass... that's a terrible thing. No fun, very nice employees. I like going there.

Highlights are missing. For the most part, coupons can therefore rarely be redeemed. There wasn't even TS today. There hasn't been coffee for months. The dandruff is getting worse. The usual things like hamburgers are available.

Just got there, waited 10 minutes for my order (there were only five people in there) and then did the wrong thing. I had to go to the train, no burgers, no money back, 10 euros for nothing! And no “I’m sorry,” just an indifferent face. So of course it was the last time I was there. Well...that's how you can make sales too. Who knows how many times this has happened and how many times.....well.... Not recommendable!

Personal sehr jung und unerfahren und unfreundlich. Bei Bestellungen wird bei jeden 2. Kunden etwas vergessen. Die Bürger sind matschig und gequetscht und einfach ins Papier eingeknüllt und das Fleisch ist teilweise sehr sehr trocken und hart. Es ist eine große Speisekarte aber davon ist mehr als die Hälfte seit mehreren Tagen nicht bestellbar weil angeblich ausverkauft. Ham-, cheese- und chicken burger werden in riesigen Mengen vorbereitet und sind teilweise schon mehrere Stunden alt bevor die raus gehen. Getränke schmecken total verwässert, Kaffee Maschine ist vorhanden aber wird kein Kaffee verkauft weil angeblich defekt und die Angestellten können sich komischer weise trotzdem ihren Kaffee machen. Die Leute in der Küche tragen keine Handschuhe und haben teilweise dreckige Hände und nutzen Sachen die auf dem Boden lagen. Habe schon in dem ein oder anderen Bürger Haare und sogar Steine drin gehabt. Nach dem Verzehr starke magenschmerzen und Übelkeit. Gesundheitsamt und ordnungsamt und Zoll wurden per Email benachrichtigt. Einfach nicht empfehlenswert diese Filiale. Habe diese Filiale mehrere Tage morgens, mittags und abends besucht und beobachtet und immer ist es das selbe. Ich werde als Kritiker dafür sorgen das diese Filiale geschlossen wird und nie wieder öffnen darf.

Wanted 2 Royal TS. I got 2 Royal cheeses that felt like they were 2 days old. Yummy.

I ordered a cola that had a white foam on top and didn't contain any carbon dioxide. When I asked the staff about it, they replied that I knew what CO2 was and there was obviously no carbon dioxide in it, so I asked why I wasn't told They asked how they knew that the Cola was not carbonated.

Unfortunately, as others have already described, poor service and not exactly friendly staff. Chicken nuggets menu to take away, the fries ended up completely in the bag and the sauces were forgotten for the nuggets.

After an hour-long journey, we were looking forward to a warm burger. Unfortunately, we discovered on site that the branch had already closed 25 minutes before the official closing time. After we got closer to the glass sliding door, we received an unfriendly and accusatory look from an employee. Unfortunately we can't get more than one star - afterwards we had some fast food with the competition, very tasty and recommended #BK
