McDonald's in Oldenburg (Oldb)

Wegen Umbau nur Mc Drive geöffnet... War auf der Durchreise, zu spät erkannt, dadurch über 30 min. in der Autoschlange gestanden (hatte bereits kurz vor der Ankunft online bestellt und bezahlt 🙈). Dann auch noch kalte Burger und pappige Pommes...

Ambiente ist schwierig zu beurteilen, da zurzeit dort Renovierung statt findet. Das Personal war super freundlich und das zu einer sehr frühen Zeit 😁

Bis Anfang Juli wird renoviert, nur McDrive offen. Die Kollegen vom Bau dort sind aber top drauf

Ich habe über die Mastercard-App bestellt, woraufhin ein junger Mann mit Brille an der Kasse unhöflich war und behauptete, die Transaktion sei abgelehnt worden (ich hatte mit PayPal bezahlt, und zu allem Übel waren meine Punkte weg). Ich konnte nicht mit Karte zahlen, da ich weder Karte noch Bargeld dabei hatte. In einer anderen Filiale lief dann alles reibungslos. Ich hätte die Bestellung einfach nur annehmen müssen, anstatt sie zu ignorieren.

Als Pendlerin und Vielfahrerin habe ich bereits in sehr vielen McDonald's-Filialen gegessen – sicherlich in einer dreistelligen Anzahl. Noch nie musste ich jedoch 30 Minuten auf mein Essen warten, bis heute. Nachdem ich nach etwa 20 Minuten höflich nach dem Status meiner Bestellung gefragt hatte, erhielt ich keinerlei Reaktion vom Personal. Erst nach insgesamt 30 Minuten wurde mir das Essen schließlich an den Tisch gebracht. Als ich anschließend anmerkte, dass diese Wartezeit ungewöhnlich lang sei, wurde mir zudem in einem unhöflichen Ton geantwortet. Ein derartiger Service ist für mich absolut enttäuschend und entspricht nicht den Erwartungen an eine international etablierte Fast-Food-Kette. Ich hoffe sehr, dass hier künftig an der Organisation und insbesondere am Umgang mit den Gästen gearbeitet wird.

Wir haben ganz regulär am Terminal mit Tischservice bestellt. Restaurant + Drive-in waren sehr gut gefüllt, es gab aber auch sehr viel Personal. Die Filiale war sehr dreckig, sowohl in den Toiletten, als auch hinter dem Schalter. Es lagen überall Papierreste, Essensreste und herrenlose Getränkebecher rum (wohlgemerkt: HINTER dem Schalter). Nachdem wir über 30 Minuten gewartet und Gäste, die nach uns kamen, bereits ihre Bestellung erhalten haben, mussten wir nachfragen. Nach ein paar weiteren Minuten kam unsere Bestellung: lauwarm, Cheeseburger ohne Zwiebeln und ein Getränk fehlte. Keine Entschuldigung - nichts! Das fehlende Getränk haben wir am Schalter nachgeordert, es herrschte komplettes Durcheinander, keiner war dort organisiert o.ä. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Leider absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen, wobei die Filiale mal richtig top war!

Es ist für uns Tradition auf dem Hinweg zu einem Festival dort zu Essen. Bis jetzt war es immer soweit okay, was man eben bei einem Fast Food Laden erwartet. Aber dieses Jahr war es echt grausig. 4 Cheeseburger (ohne Zwiebeln bestellt) kam ohne Käse, Gurken und nur minimal Soße, bei 2 großen Burger (ebenfalls ohne Zwiebeln bestellt) mit Zwiebeln bekommen, ein großer Burger (wieder ohne Zwiebeln bestellt) nur Brötchen, Fleisch und Käse drauf, kein Salat, kein Bacon, keine Soße.... Auf dem Bon dann gesehen, dass ein Coupon nicht berechnet wurde und es hieß dann nur, ist halt so, Pech gehabt. Es wurde dann zwar wiederwillig neu gemacht, aber die Gute Laune war dann erstmal verflogen. So sollte das lange Wochenende eigentlich nicht starten.

Der schlechteste McDonald's aller Zeiten. 15 Leute stehen in der Küche und trotzdem kriegen die absolut nichts auf die Reihe – da könntest du noch 10 mehr reinstellen und es würde genauso chaotisch laufen. Über 30 Minuten Wartezeit für Fast Food, komplett lächerlich. Jede zweite Bestellung falsch, kaltes Essen, null Organisation und der Service eine komplette Katastrophe. So einen schlechten Laden habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Absolut peinlich für eine so große Kette.

Ich habe eben zum 1x im Auto 2 Getränke bestellen wollen, 2x habe ich das Tropcial-Getränk erwähnt sowie ein Matcha-Getränk. Jedes Mal wurde dann von einer männlichen Stimme, die ich aufgrund des Akzents nicht richtig verstand, wieder auf diesen Matcha angesprochen. Ich war der Meinung, ich bekomme nun jeweils 2 unterschiedliche Getränke Weit gefehlt: 2x Matcha. Als ich sagte, das habe ich nicht bestellt, wurde die gute Person sauer und meinte, sie habe mich 2x deswegen gefragt. Ja: ich habe nicht verstanden, was du von mir wolltest! Ich hatte schließlich 2x auch den Tropical erwähnt! Ich musste es nehmen, keine Kulanz. Fazit: ich habe es Zuhause in die Tonne gehauen, da es mein Sohn nicht mag. Wow - ein (auch finanzielles) Erlebnis, was seinesgleichen sucht!

Nach Bestellung locker eine knappe halbe Stunde gewartet. Cappuccino lauwarm, Donut 🍩 hart ungenießbar.schlimm 👎😏

Personal bringt immer nur die Hälfte vom Essen und ist nicht in der Lage die Namen von der eigenen Karte zu verstehen

Berger kalt, Burgerbrot schon leicht trocken an den Rändern, Wartezeit auf ein paar Cheeseburger etwa 15 Minuten. Erschreckend viele MitarbeiterInnen für eine Leistung weit unter dem Standard des goldenen Ms :(

Schreckliche, unhygienische Zustände! Das ist wirklich die schlimmste Filiale, die ich je auf der Welt besucht habe.

Hierbei handelt es sich um ein kleines verstecktes Restaurant hinter einer Tankstelle. Das Restaurant ist wie die meisten McDonald's, man kann hier gut essen. Die Zufahrt finde ich eng und nicht schön, gerade wenn es sehr voll ist wird es schwierig zum Parkplatz zu kommen.

As a woman, I would advise you not to go there alone if you don't want to find yourself in an unpleasant situation! At the McDonald's drive-thru, a group of guys were standing at window 2 in a completely unprofessional manner. They totally made fun of me and then laughed at me. I'm a customer who ordered and paid for my food. This kind of thing shouldn't happen! It was so rude that one of the guys eventually said, "Hey, that's enough, leave her alone." Such behavior towards customers, especially just because I'm "a woman," is unacceptable!

I'm giving this place 5 stars because this McDonald's sets hygiene standards I've never seen before. I'm referring to the sink inside the restaurant and the way the person opens the door of the restroom with their sleeve. That's a real customer focus.

It's generally the best McDonald's in Oldenburg, but I recently ordered chicken nuggets and there was one too few.

It was a shame that the children's playground outside was partially closed. The food was excellent and the service very friendly and attentive. It was also very clean.

Sorry, but this is the slowest McDonald's in Oldenburg. You feel like you have to stand in the drive-thru for half an hour for 10 hamburgers, and then they're still cold. Sorry, that's unacceptable, even just after closing time.

I rarely go to fast food restaurants, but today I was craving a fried egg burger and a delicious coffee. Both were delivered to my complete satisfaction; the cappuccino was first-class, and the burgers were served fresh and hot at my table. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the excellent service.

Many dishes weren't served, even with a coupon. And my little one already got an upset stomach from breakfast. Now that I'm reading about the unsanitary conditions, a lot of things make sense. The food was often cold.

I was made to wait forever at the drive-thru. The order was wrong and incomplete. The cashier was rude and spoke so little German that I could barely tell him the code.

You can only really come here for breakfast in the morning if you want something quick and good. They also tend to stuff old stuff into the Happy Meal without any notice if something is missing, and 50% of the lettuce from the burger ends up in the package instead of on top. Otherwise, it's pretty standard for McDonald's.

Average. There was nothing to complain about! But nothing special about the service either.

We stood in the restaurant for almost an hour today waiting for our food. My boyfriend had to go to the front to complain. The explanation given was that the order was just there and no one had bothered to take care of it. When I finally got home with my order, I also noticed that they had packed several sauces as an "apology," but the sauce I had ordered wasn't among them.

This has happened twice already. I ordered 9 nuggets but received 6.

No covered outdoor seating, and you're often sent to the parking lot during drive-thru. The prices are ridiculous these days. The nuggets are nice and crispy, just right, so this is where we come when we want to eat!

They keep outdoing themselves with the wait times. For the quota, you're allowed to drive into the parking lot after ordering in the drive-up. And there we are. For 15 minutes. The person in front of us received his order after 25 minutes. And NOTHING is happening. Slow-food restaurant would be an apt description. You can make a burger faster at home. Addendum: After the long wait, instead of two McMuffin Fresh Chicken, we find two chicken burgers. At breakfast time. Fantastic. They were swapped, but going to McDonald's twice in an hour isn't necessary.

I've given this branch several chances, but after my last visit, I won't be going back. My order was: a cheeseburger, a chicken burger, a strawberry milkshake, and an iced coffee. However, an employee brought me two cheeseburgers and asked if that was my order. I explained that I only ordered one, but he could leave the second one. Shortly afterward, an older employee came over and, in an unfriendly tone, accused me of simply sending my colleague away, even though it was supposedly my order. She also told me that she was really angry. I have never experienced such disrespectful and inappropriate behavior—this was definitely my last visit to this branch.

I never thought I'd review a McDonald's, but here on Bremer Heerstraße, the entire team is always truly attentive. They even ask if everything is okay during table service. The young team is always friendly and helpful. Keep it up!

Who likes it, 🍔 were not hot, I don't like going there anymore

Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly common to have to wait 30-45 minutes. Sorry, but then I might as well invest my money in better restaurants; this has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Some employees even move in slow motion.

Bad service. Staff were completely overworked. A lot of people came. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our food. The floor was quite wet and slippery. It was cleaned much later. This is unacceptable. The staff has let up. Supervisors were very rude to customers. I haven't seen such a bad situation in a long time. In Osterburg and Oldenburg. Simply unclean, tables dirty, and leftover food from 10 other guests scattered around. The photo shows the third table that was changed—still harmless. After asking for the tables to be cleaned, only ours was cleaned; the others remained dirty.

McDonald's but nice service staff!

Always incredibly long waiting times, items are often missing from the order, it feels like they're always understaffed, and the outside of the building is very dated.

One of the worst McDonald's ever. The store isn't clean! We had to wait about 30 minutes for our order. We sloppily crammed the stuff into bags and then took it home...as almost always, something was missing. The employees there seem to be very incompetent. I saved myself the trouble of calling them because you can't expect ANYTHING anyway, and I just don't feel like getting into a rude argument (that's how it was last time). A chain this large and powerful doesn't give a damn about its customers because if I don't go there anymore, 10 new customers will.

Forgot something again at the drive-thru today. Given how often this happens, it can't be a coincidence.

It's unbelievable how dirty it is here. There's food all over the floor, all the tables are dirty, and you get stuck everywhere.

Well they are very overwhelmed and the food was there for at least 10 minutes so you really couldn't enjoy it it was full of tablets so I can't recommend it

We ordered the new "Samurai Mac" burger at the drive-thru, but instead got a Big Mac. We also ordered McPherson nuggets, but instead got the new garlic nuggets. The man was very slow on his feet and almost gave us the wrong order. This shouldn't happen.

Familiar taste but clean is different

Hello dear McDonald's team, We often come to your place, but today I was very shocked by how dirty the tables were, so I had to take a cloth myself before sitting down. I watched it for 30 minutes; there should have been time for an employee to clean it. I realize it's stressful, but you should take the time. You're still a great team, and we'll be happy to come back.

We got something completely different than what we ordered, waited over 20 minutes for two McFlurrys at table service... We had to pick up our order ourselves at the checkout.

Wait times are always long these days. Today it was 24 minutes for, among other things, open burgers (cold at home) and half-full fries.

Unfortunately, you were overwhelmed with two orders, waited 45 minutes for our food, and then only some of the orders arrived...

This is the most incompetent and most in-need-for-improvement MC I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, my wife and I live within walking distance of them and have repeatedly experienced how incompetent the employees, and thus also the store managers, can be. Don't make the mistake of ordering anything here! They are simply unbeatable in their incompetence. Blessings to the staff and store management. You make every other food establishment in the area a more worthy place to order! Oh yes, the reason is still missing. If they had provided the reason, this recession wouldn't have happened. And as described in many other previous reviews, the burgers look like they were designed by "da Vinci" himself.

The food there is okay, but ordering there is a disaster. Something is always missing.

Unfortunately you have to give stars. The burgers were all way too salty. It was a huge argument to get my money back. The person who prepared the burgers couldn't handle the criticism and got grumpy. Things get forgotten from time to time, which is just a discussion. The shift manager was also really grumpy. Change your job if you don't have any friends there.

Hey, I never write reviews, but this one has to be. I ordered a meal via the app, and when we arrived, I gave the correct code for the order. I received a completely wrong order and was then yelled at by three men on the spot. One was very young, the other probably in their 30s. I had paid by card at the previous counter. I wasn't given a price, so I didn't know I was being charged for the wrong meal. At the second counter, we encountered the problem that a small additional payment was required (of course). There, too, I was treated rudely and unequivocally with a refusal, so I can absolutely advise against visiting the McDrive at this location. The food was okay, though, just like McDonald's. Thank you for the bad feeling I had while eating and the time I wasted. I think it's a shame I was treated so poorly. I didn't receive a receipt either, which is a shame.

Toilets were not so good this time

Cleanliness has become increasingly poor. Floors and tables are often sticky. People no longer enjoy eating there. Meals also take longer and longer.

Yuck... Today, after a relaxing day at the pool, I thought I'd treat myself to something at McDonald's. When I ordered my food, I waited a full 30 minutes in the store, but it never arrived. Plus, it felt like a kindergarten outside, and because of the kids, I now have hearing damage. Luckily, I could smoke, otherwise the day would have been over. When the food still wasn't there after 45 minutes, I went into the store and yelled at some idiot. When the food finally arrived, it was disappointing. The chicken patty tasted like my acorn cheese and was very floury and undercooked—good stuff 👍🏻. Luckily, I was able to wash it down with iced tea. Ugh.

I really liked it overall, including the very friendly staff. The sink with water, soap, and a dryer in the entrance area is really something to be praised and would recommend to other hotels!

McDonald's... always consistent. They know what to expect and are rarely surprised. Not the healthiest way to eat, but fast, filling, and affordable.

When you go to McDonald's, you know what you're getting, so I'm only rating the location. Osternburg is one of four McDonald's in Oldenburg. Four custom-made service screens, otherwise the location is quite nice from a structural perspective. Highway access is right next door.

First they got the wrong burgers and then they forgot that the new ones were ready because everything was so disorganized. It was a disaster, and they didn't even get an apology.

We waited an hour for the food and then not even half of it was right, everything was missing and the people were unfriendly, I find it a disgrace, I really don't have to put up with that anymore, all the employees are overwhelmed and unfriendly and the food is terrible, there are fries everywhere, drinks sticking to the floor, really unhygienic, the food is totally cold, just awful and that for the third time in a row, we will never go there again and about 40 euros is rubbish

I just got myself a cappuccino. Looking through the back spoiled my appetite. Very dirty. I've never seen an MC this dirty.

Ordered 3 burgers and 1 fries. The burgers were so squashed and looked really unappetizing. At the exchange, the employee was totally cheeky and asked: "What do you expect if you order so much Burgwn?" I insisted on freshly made burgers and they were squashed again. The fries were inedible, as if they had been made the day before and were slightly warm. I have never experienced such bad food at McDonalds. Never again in this branch.

Really just a bad shop. Rarely seen such a bad Mcces. Every second order was made wrong and the parking lot was a disaster...

We go there maybe once or twice a year and just because the kids think it's cool. I simply get more for the money elsewhere. I find the food stuffy, expensive and inadequate.

The way McDonald's is, there's nothing to complain about! May 2025, everything is still fine as you would expect from MC Donalds!
