You often wait much longer for your food here than at other branches. No matter whether McDrive or inside. But I recommend the McDrive, then you can't see how much food is on the floor in the kitchen.

I will never go to McDonald's again after watching a very cruel video about factory farming.

The children really enjoy this place, it is one of the few McDonald's that has games for children. I think it is excellent 👌

Well, as you can see from the photo, another guest has already said everything. "swallow" If you keep the store open 24 hours and you can't keep it clean, you should reconsider the concept. We were at the restaurant around 2 p.m. and there was nothing going on. There were barely 10 guests there. The staff support each other behind the counter and no one feels the need to pick up a broom or rag. Floor dirty, chairs dirty. You can hardly see through the Plexiglas partitions. I was at a McDonald's restaurant in France in June. Packed to capacity and still super clean. The order was also processed and served more quickly.

The chairs outside are very uncomfortable and itchy on the body!

We were intercepted in front of the building by employees who wanted to sell us that they were no longer open. 5 minutes later we see 2 cars coming out of the drivethru with mc's...

Ambiance is only 1 star because of all the talahons, but the main problem is the service, as I ordered table service and an underprivileged employee cheekily refused. Such unfriendly people should have their employment contracts terminated

First you wait forever until the order is ready and then something is still missing. Not a good Mc Drive service. Not the first time.

I'm only rating the service here, as the food never arrived again and again. The lady on the phone was completely unfriendly and seemed to be already off work. Instead of communicating in a friendly manner, you were the opposite, which even makes you angry as a customer. Especially when you ask for help if the order is incorrect or doesn't arrive at all and you just hang up during the conversation. The sound makes the music and here it was definitely “Sister EWA” & not “Florian Silbereisen.

Actually a normal McDonald's restaurant if it weren't for the outdoor area. Extremely dirty greasy tables. Short of disgusting. A pity!

After waiting 20 minutes for our order in a half-empty restaurant, I was initially ignored by the service. When I asked where our food was...no answer....when my mood changed and I asked the restaurant management for an answer, they apologized that it had been forgotten. No problem... wanted my money back... not possible because of EC payment... Seriously???? We only got 3 vouchers that are valid for 8 weeks and only in the branch.... I'm looking forward to the next time....

A good McDonald's restaurant, better than most. There is a children's playground on site. Very busy on weekends!

What else can you write about this🤣 It's Mcdonalds. I can pre-order everything in the app, pay with Paypal and pick it up with a code. Food is fresh and delicious as always!

If I could I would give zero stars. It's the same thing every time, half of the orders are always missing, that wouldn't even be the problem, but then they also get snotty, cheeky and insulting when you point out that you also want the food you paid for. In addition, a serious mistake was made recently when ordering - a chicken burger was ordered without sauce because of a chili intolerance - very acute, with a rash and shortness of breath. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I took a bite that I noticed that the sauce was still on the burger (even though there was a sticker on the chicken burger that said it had been ordered without sauce). Then I told the staff, no apology was made or any other steps were taken, no compensation - nothing at all (apart from the fact that I had the feeling that the staff didn't even understand what it was all about) That was definitely the last time I visited this place, McDonalds - you should urgently change something about your staff!

I ordered a Royal TS with extra sauce. What did I get? A TS WITHOUT sauce. It's not the first time that they've messed something up or an item is missing. It doesn't work at all!

Definitely not recommended at breakfast time on the weekend! We waited almost an hour (!) for our order. You have to imagine sitting at the table at McDonalds for around 55 minutes and waiting until you receive your order. The breakfast products were lying around in the warming area for ages, but the staff was overwhelmed to bring these products to the tables. Accordingly, the products were only lukewarm. No idea what's going on.

A telling example of incompetence in system catering is the McDonald's branch on Wilhelmshavener Heerstrasse in Oldenburg. Everyone makes mistakes (and if there are any in this text, you are welcome to keep them...), but if you actually make the same mistake in six orders even though you were kindly pointed out five times, that is at least ignorance, other names could be used for it be offensive... As a family, we like to order (or order) something from MC once or twice a month. Always with the app and with four blackheads never less than 20 euros... However, the branch in OL on Wilhelmshaven Heerstrasse probably doesn't like customers, doesn't like good service or is generally not interested in expanding its business activities. The existing incompetence in the company has demonstrably messed up 6 order processes in the last 12 months. Five times each with downstream communication with the service department, including the offer of assistance in minimizing or even eliminating the most significant sources of error. Ms. B. always had a lot of email texts and vouchers, but who wants that in the long run??? I would like to order, pay, pick up and then have and consume the goods I ordered at home. And that's where the problem begins. Ordering is possible, paying is possible, picking up is possible, but packing the right goods in the quantity ordered is not possible. Basically one or more people sit at home with too little or different food than what was ordered. And now six times in 12 months. McDonald's incorrect processing of orders at this branch raises questions about integrity and responsibility. It is disappointing that repeated complaints and advice have not led to improvement. Customers should keep this in mind when placing their orders and check that everything has been packaged correctly before leaving the location. So, if this has already happened to you, it only makes sense to stop at the goods issue point and check whether everything is in the bag or bags. This is the only way to save yourself time and effort and MC will respond because the output speed is decreasing rapidly. Unfortunately there is no other way. Only when sales fall does attention increase and customer satisfaction is the focus again. This isn't about me missing a burger for a few euros. It's about arriving home, unpacking the bags and then just being annoyed because not everything is there. The last time, on Friday June 7th, 2024, it was that time again. In that case, you forgot two burgers and a sauce. Economic damage? 7 euros or something, whatever… When you call them, someone says we're sorry (what else) but you can pick up the goods here free of charge. I'm sorry, what? For free? No, it costs my time and my nerves, two in the family only have part of their food and we won't be able to eat a burger together now, I have to get back in my car to pick up some goods that I have already paid for. What does that say about this MC branch? Do you like people or companies that always make the same mistake that annoys you? Then go to MC Donalds on Wilhelmshavener Heerstrasse in Oldenburg, where you often don't get what you ordered. I have no idea how many pickups feel the same way. Whether it happens several times that something is missing at the MC branch. If so, always check the bag at the goods issue ;-) I assume ignorance and that there are simply enough customers. So, off to MC, they are now selling surprise bags too! You wonder what will be missing again... I love it less and less...

My friend and I were on the way back from shift and grabbed some food in the car around 6:30. We were treated very badly by the ordering staff, she didn't even respond to us when we spoke to her. It's really very sad that we even threw away the food worth 30 euros. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I got my food after what felt like 5 hours, but it was delicious.

The employee at the counter, with black hair, should be trained again. The nuggets were missing from my order and instead of my chili cheese burger, which costs €3.69, I got a dry, old chicken burger for €2.29. The slip from our other order was thrown away before this one was prepared, so we waited almost 20 minutes. Due to this long time difference, the other order was no longer as fresh. There wasn't much going on in the store and yet they were so overwhelmed.

Super bad! Waited 26 minutes for food and was even sooner served than customers who ordered easily 5 minutes before me. Business wasn't overcrowded, only the crew could still use a lot of training and the scoreboard was also broken. Food was put on the counter and everyone was allowed to see if it was their number. As a result, an older gentleman got a burger that had been lying there for a good 10 minutes. My Big Mäc was once really bad (extremely sour), a good 50% was thrown away, TS was good, fries like cardboard and around 50% of it was thrown away. It's better to go to Osternburg or Wechloy, it's been much better there so far.

Picked up food and half of it was missing, no one could be reached by phone.

You can eat in the restaurant here, but if you take it away, be sure to check on site whether everything is packed. 9 times out of 10 something is missing. If you complain to guest services, all you get is a thank you and they will improve the situation. Not even the offer to get the missing item for free on your next visit.

Normally you tend to write reviews when you notice something negative, but I have to write one now because I noticed something very positive. I was just here (4/26/20) and there was more hell going on than ever before when I was there. But the team was SO great, service-oriented and friendly. I particularly noticed a man with a checked shirt and head set who seemed so quick and so friendly at the same time. Thumbs up for the employees for how they handled the rush! :)

McDonald's as we know and like it. A very clean and also very new employee.

We have often been to MC Donalds in Nadorst. Wanted to redeem codes there. The counter stuck several times and we were unable to proceed with the order. The codes were then invalid and we could no longer redeem them. The employee then said that we should order at the checkout using the codes. We wanted to do this and then we were told that there was nothing we could do and we couldn't redeem a code anymore. It's an absolute impudence to claim that it wasn't their problem that it didn't work. And then the MC Flurry is still liquid like a drink :/ Does not have to be !!!

I feel uncomfortable in this store. I'd rather drive a little further to Wechloy or Osternburg. The store here is a complete disaster. The employees are mercilessly overwhelmed and I also question the shift manager. Why not get reinforcements from other branches if the store is too full?

The store made a good impression as soon as we arrived. The parking lot and the terrace with garden furniture were clean and well maintained. The same impression in the restaurant, everything was ok. Conclusion: is recommended.

Really disgraceful... We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order and three families who came after us got their food before us. It really wasn't a nice Sunday at McDonald's. Better go to Varel! :))

Due to the low number of customers, I had to wait 15 minutes for breakfast and was served an extra salad on plates. The waitress serving food could only say “have a nice bite” and ran away. She also forgot napkins and coffee sugar 👎

I ordered at McDrive and the employee was incredibly unfriendly, saying things like: “Yes?” and “Second window!”. You don't feel welcome. Furthermore, I had long black curly hair (see picture) in my sprite! Absolutely disgusting, don't eat there!

I would like to share my experience, We had forgotten a cell phone there at the beginning of our two-week trip. After two hours we realized that the cell phone was missing and called the restaurant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The cell phone was fully charged for ten days so communication was still possible! That was a very positive experience. Thank you

A classic McDonald's. After 10 p.m., the Bluetooth box behind the cash register is turned on to provide guests with run-of-the-mill rap that consists more of autotune than real art. It feels like there are different staff there every time. The only constant is the cucumber stuck to the window frame. And it's been a solid 1.5 months 👍.

Hat insgesamt ca 45 Minuten gedauert bis ich das Essen hatte , vom bestellen am Automaten bis zum bezahlen am Tresen sind 15 Minuten vergangen. Stand als einziger Gast am Tresen zum zahlen , aber keiner hatte Zeit mein Geld entgegen zu nehmen obwohl ich der einzige war . Als das Essen endlich fertig war stellte ich zu Hause fest das alle Soßen für Nuggets und Pommes fehlten. Super weiter so ….

Leider - mal wieder - einen ganzen Burger vergessen (Royal TS). Natürlich erst zu Hause gememerkt. Und die Punkte zum sammeln wurden auch nicht berücksichtigt.

Die Rezension ist überwiegend für den McDrive, der uns jetzt zum 4. Mal zu wenig mitgegeben hat. Leider haben wir an diesem Standort bei gefühlt jedem zweiten mal das Problem, dass zu wenig eingepackt wird. Sehr gerne werden die Spielzeuge, Getränke für die Kinder oder die Äpfel vergessen. Das führt dann zu Hause zu sehr traurigen Kindern und ziemlich schlechter Stimmung. Heute wurden wieder die Bücher, Capri Sonnen, Äpfel und sogar eine Apfeltasche vergessen. Leider ist dies wirklich kein Einzelfall. Da prüft man einmal nicht nach und hat sofort wieder Probleme. Leider lohnt sich ein zurück fahren und reklamieren nicht... Wir hatten heute zum ersten Mal über die App zum Abholen bestellt, was aber an der Zuverlässigkeit scheinbar nichts geändert hat. Also McDrive Leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen, oder immer prüfen, was mit Kindern natürlich nicht so ganz einfach ist.

Toller Service, sehr schnell das Essen bekommen. Monopoly läuft!

Der Burger 🍔 war leider lau warm..18 min auf meine Bestellung gewartet

Das ist halt Mäckes wie überall. Aber um Himmels Willen, bedenkt doch bitte nochmal die Anordnung Eurer (entgegengesetzt zur Fahrtrichtung) schrägen Parkplätze, insbesondere an der E-Ladesäule. Wie soll man da rankommen, wenn alle anderen Parkplätze belegt sind......

Man hat sort schon öfter bei drive-in Bestellungen Ware vergessen einzupacken.10 Burger bestellt und 9 waren nur in der Tüte.Und das leider nicht nur einmal,daher nur 3 Sterne.

Nun ja, essen wie bei jedem McDonald's. Nette Bedienung, die mit einem Lächeln uns das Essen servierte. Wir saßen bei dem Kinderspielplatz und es war so unsagbar laut. Nein, keine Kinder, es war abends nach 20 Uhr. Vielleicht 10 Leute die an den Tischen saßen, es hallte wie der Mitarbeiter den Abfall entsorgt. Dazu sehr laute Musik, die in unserer Ecke sehr dominant war. Dazu gab es ab und an ein gehupe wie von einem Clown und massives gepiepe wie in einer Intensivstation.....das war sehr unangenehm. Der McDrive sehr stark besucht, deshalb mussten wir wohl auf ein Happy Meal und ein Smart Menü 10 Minuten warten. Sonst sauber und sehr neu. Wiederkommen.......nun ja, vielleicht ehr nicht. Sorry

Nicht der beste aber auch nicht der schlechteste McDonalds in und um OL. Bei diesem sollte man auf jeden Fall Geduld mitbringen.

Alles in allem ein schönes Fastfood Restaurant, aber die Tische und drumherum könnten regelmäßig oder häufiger mal gewischt werden. Man isst nicht gerne in den Resten des vorherigen Gastes. Sonst hätte man 5 volle Sterne geben können und müssen.

Der Typ der die Fritten macht mit den italienischen ,türkischen oder russischen Wurzeln mit dem kurzen bart und kurzen Haaren 1,65 groß oder sp ist voll niedlich mit voll den süßen Augen soll sich auf insta melden @versacejungeee

Parkplatzregelung ist sehr unübersichtlich.

Bekomme Bestellungen von anderen, Mitarbeiter rollen mit den Augen bei Problemen Vorne der Kollege ruht sich aus, wöhrrend Kunden daneben warten. Die Kollegen hinten stehen zu viert am lachen... lachen wahrscheinlich über sich selbst, das sie die Bestellungen mal wieder nicht hinbekommen... Ist leider aktuell normal bei McDonalds

Essen ging garnicht. Pommes waren warm aber haben alt geschmeckt und keine Ahnung was die mit dem Filet o Fisch gemacht hatten was ich hatte es hat einfach nicht geschmeckt.

Apfeltasche und Eis war OK. Personal freundlich. Die Bestellautomaten bieten einen Scanner um einen QR vom Smartphone zu lesen. Das funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Bei keinem Automaten, bei keinem Kunden. Das Personal verweist nur auf die Möglichkeit auch den Code einzugeben. Meine Frage was ich falsch mache wurde nicht beantwortet. Früher hat ein Mitarbeiter die Bestellung aufgenommen, gut das kann man selber machen wenn der Prozess funktioniert. Die Antwort vom Mitarbeiter war nicht zielführend, war aber mit allem gebotenem Respekt auch nicht die hellste Kerze auf der Torte. Die Automatisierung und Rationalisierungsmaßnahmen werden noch dazu führen das man die Burger selber zusammenbaut.

Wenn schon McDonalds dann auf jedenfall NICHT dieser hier. Wir haben jetzt als Familien bestimmt 6x dort was geholt und jedesmal hat irgendwas in der Bestellung gefehlt. Die kriegen es einfach nicht hin, n blöde Liste abzuarbeiten. Das letzte Mal haben sogar die beiden Hauptburger gefehlt. Ausserdem wartet man recht lange

Ich war am 17.08.2021 um 03:10 Uhr bei Mcdonals Nadorst mit Freunden zu Besuch um uns vor dem Flug etwas zu Essen zu holen. Da 3 von uns keine 18 Jahre alt waren und wir nicht wussten, dass man dann nicht im Laden sitzen darf, wurde uns das nicht nett gesagt, sondern wir wurden förmlich rausgeworfen und das mit einem dermaßen aggressiven Ton. Unglaublich, das hab ich noch nie erlebt! Echt schade und traurig dass die Arbeiterin einen so frechen Ton am Leib hatte. Sehr enttäuscht. Essen war kalt und das Bürgerbrot war total hart, als wäre der Bürger viel zu alt. Dazu kommt dass in meinem Wrap drei gezählte Haare waren- Keine von uns Nicht nochmal!o
