Absolutely terrible. Zero customer focus! Apparently, this McDonald's isn't even remotely interested in satisfied customers. Every time we order here, the delivery is incomplete. We pick up the order, and burgers are ALWAYS missing! After multiple complaints, NOTHING has changed. We paid for food we never received. We've had enough! We're going to another McDonald's now because we're tired of being annoyed every time.

With one of the cleanest and tidiest McDonald's I know.

I really wouldn't recommend anyone go to this McDonald's. We ordered breakfast to go, and after a long wait, the employee spilled our coffee. They remade it, but otherwise we would have gotten cold coffee. When we got home, there wasn't a single product in the bag we ordered. When we went back, they barely understood. The staff were incompetent. They couldn't remake the food because breakfast was over. When we asked for a refund, the only answer we got was that it wasn't possible and that you could only get a McDonald's meal as a voucher. We will definitely never go here again.

I bought a meal for two here. Both drinks were a good 1cm below the calibration mark, and both large fries were only 3/4 full. That's fraud in my eyes. Never again. Purchased on 10/12/25 at 2:36 PM.

I went to McDonald's for breakfast in the morning. It was pleasantly quiet and not very busy, which was nice. The food was good overall—only the scrambled eggs could have been a bit better, but otherwise everything was fine. Friendly service and quick service.

I specifically ordered it without tomatoes. I don't know if they can read what I've ordered. I'm highly allergic to tomatoes, so I'm glad I still had some tablets.

I've been going to this McDonald's for a long time, not very often, but about once every two months. I always get a Happy Meal for the kids and something different for us. But the food is always cold, lukewarm at best, when it's handed out, as if it's been sitting there for a while. At first, I asked for the fries to be swapped, but later I just heated them up in the microwave at home. It only takes me a minute to drive home, so that can't be the problem. Today the food was ice cold again. Guys, please put the fries in the bag last, and everything else after that—burgers first, then fries. Maybe they could offer cheap insulated bags—they cost next to nothing, and you could even sell them. Unfortunately, almost all of the food today was inedible, so we had to throw it away. We won't be coming again.

One of the best restaurants and by far the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. They even ask if everything's okay every now and then. Top-notch, and they never let up on that... 🙋‍♂️

Apparently the ice cream machine was broken, and they only had chocolate ice cream. That's one thing, but the fact that the tables haven't been wiped down properly lately is completely unacceptable.

You can't really go wrong with the food, but I wasn't so happy that the employees taking payments spoke very little German. Our order was missing burgers, and I was glad they at least understood that. I didn't feel comfortable in the place.

The food arrived late. The service was very unfriendly and simply locked us out. They didn't want to let us back in (not nice).

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I got the wrong burger and had to return it. I noticed that I wasn't the only one; many other guests also had to complain because items were missing or their orders were incorrect. This seems very disorganized and causes unnecessary stress. I hope management pays more attention to the quality and control of orders in the future.

The entrance and exit to McDonald's are a bit confusing. I find the solution they found takes some getting used to. Otherwise, it's top-notch, just like any other McDonald's.

The restaurant had an international and diverse atmosphere. However, I personally found it so hectic that I didn't feel particularly comfortable eating there. So I ate my food as quickly as possible so I could leave.

You could really see how the team wasn't working together at all. Absolutely not worth €28, poor management performance on the shift.

One long evening, we arrived at McDonald's in Nadorst to celebrate our after-work party. Shortly afterward, we were surprised by a warm welcome. When we asked if we could have mayo with our fries, we were surprised again. After a long eye roll and a brief groan, the manager of the place suddenly threw a grimace shake at my companion, shouting "SCORE." Then he ran away, giggling. I was even embarrassed to mop the floor... unbelievable. Seriously.

Ordered food again today, and half of it was missing. When asked, they couldn't deliver it again because no one was there. Then they asked if someone would deliver when a driver was there again. Then no one could deliver. Really cheeky.

You can order in advance and pick up your order. It's super fast.

Stay away! As other reviews have already mentioned, the store is simply terrible. Lousy service, lousy food (beware of stomach/intestinal upset), antisocial employees who yell and insult customers. On top of that, the (juice) store offers delivery via Lieferando but then doesn't deliver, and other such stories. Customer service doesn't care either, since it's a franchisee. So, better waste your money on other junk.

I have no idea what happened here, but this is the worst Maccess I've ever experienced. Everything in my order was inedible. That burger could have broken a Nokia.

It's the worst Mecces in all of Oldenburg, and I thought it couldn't get any worse than the one at the main station. The customer service is so rude and unpleasant, and on top of that, you always get cold food. My daughter's nuggets were rock hard and not even cooked through?! What's wrong with you selling something like that? They refused to return it, and they also refused to send me a new portion. I'd rather starve than let you get my money.

Employees don't understand German, it takes too long, we stood in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Then we didn't get everything we ordered and were rudely told off as we were leaving that we weren't allowed to stay there when we noticed that we didn't have everything we wanted.

Today we were with the kids. How in comparison with Odessa. Very dirty, monitors with delivery numbers do not work, flies are flying around, biktasti bun with a foreign smell, overcooked cutlet, everything is falling apart, they gave out cola with a disgusting smell and a taste of perfume, they reacted to the comments about cola immediately and replaced them with zero reaction to the rest of the comments, like it should be like that. We politely asked for a specific toy and were rudely told by the employee that there were no requests and that we should take what we were given. When we then asked another employee, who was also willing to give us the toy we wanted, the first employee interrupted us again and instructed the colleague not to exchange the toy. Anyone who can't deal with customers should find a job without human contact.

Here's another good tip, of how to be a creative wiz kid. Go and collect some leaves and sticks and arrange them into your favorite color. Blue, Red, Green. Green is not a creative color

Large and well-stocked McDonald's. The food was quick, but unfortunately, the wrappers were a bit carelessly wrapped. Unwrapping them made a mess, and the salad tasted very stale.

McDonald's does what McDonald's is supposed to do: Fast and tasty, as always.

Unfortunately, the fries I order are usually not hot enough and are soggy. I'd rather wait five minutes longer and get fresh, hot food. The quality has declined significantly. A week ago, the fries weren't quite full, and they served the wrong burger. Just now, they served two cold, half-full fries instead of the three full ones I paid for. Lately, there's ALWAYS something going on, and the fries are never full. So, it's better to go to Osternburg, where you don't have these problems.

I got myself a fish burger meal. When I opened the package, I couldn't help but laugh at the joke inside: it was a baby fish burger. Not even for a hollow tooth. The biggest joke at McDonald's is the size of the fish burger. Never again, a single cent, for such childish crap. I've supported these places for decades, and that's thanks to McDonald's – ripping off customers at the highest level. Never again will I be a customer at such places. And that's at €10 for something like a meal.

First of all, this branch is modern and sufficiently large, but unfortunately that's about it. At the beginning I went to the toilet after ordering and immediately complained that there was no soap left. We then noticed that all the tables were dirty, ashtrays were full and some of them still had lettuce leaves or something similar lying around. Even when the service staff wiped the table when asked, rolling their eyes, they could have cleaned it several times. But sure, if you don't feel like it...hm. The tray carts were also overflowing with trash! Oh yes, and at the end the soap still wasn't refilled, but if the service staff even roll their eyes, it's no surprise...! Conclusion: Not necessarily recommended and it's a shame about the jobs that are taken away from those who would really enjoy their work!

I've been a McDonald's customer since 1990, even as a student. But you shouldn't wander into this branch. That's better. The management here is totally incompetent and verbally incontinent. As a customer, I had to watch and listen to the behavior of three 15-year-old TALAHONS at the next table for half an hour. The young guys behaved like they were in a 🐒 monkey house: spitting on the floor and shadowboxing. Loudly shouting, disrespectful, lacking in distance, and with no respect for other customers. My wife and I wanted to eat something there today, scanned vouchers using the app as usual, got everything ready and then wanted to pay by debit card, pressed it and then nothing, the terminal completely hung up. It's an open secret that these things are a disaster, but we found what followed outrageous. I first spoke to an employee and he said, annoyed: Then just order at the other terminal. (It didn't work because everyone was full when one was free, but I tried to log in and said that I was logged in at the other terminal. The fries are often way too salty. Edit: when eating takeaway, the wrong products are packed or something is missing. Approximately every third order. Some of the staff are very unfriendly.

For what you expect, it's a good process here. Always clean and relatively quick.

Yesterday, December 21, 2024. The last thing, in a MC Doonald Nadorst, you feel like you are in a pigsty with automatic feeding. Forced to order at the terminal, no friendly word, no smile if you just want a capucino, no information at MC Caffee. Nothing is just left standing, despite ordering a drink here, the bad capu was served in a paper cup, the other half of the group got it in a cup. Pastry forks missing the fries were soggy, which I could see was underground. I can't understand why you go there, there's a better capuchino at every gas station and a smile for free on top, especially when 14 Santa Clauses show up. The croissants that were accepted in both orders were out. I agree with the comments about cleanliness, it looked really bad behind the counter, the men's toilet looked clean. Sorry for the 3,... eur for the capu was really in my stomach, underground stuff like that. I will continue to use all mc doofnalds & co. avoid touring on my motorcycle, and everyone who is friendly supports but not something like that.

Hello, we ordered food via Ubereats and it arrived here after 2 hours. The food was cold and no longer enjoyable. After I called there, I was strongly advised against Ubereats because they weren't that good. Then I ask myself why they still drive for McDonalds. There was no answer, when I said I would bring the old menu and take a new one, I was told it wasn't their FAULT. I'll go to the new McDonalds owner or the office nearby ;). Or call the boss yourself Rei****. I'll definitely complain.

Right in the morning at 5:30 a.m. on McDrive December 14, 2024, all the food was fresh, but the meatballs were lukewarm, not even the minimum temperature. So just one point

This mc donalds was okay but it was really dirty inside and i just saw one person cleaning up but they didnt clean up the tables. The food was good like in every mc donals and the service was mid we waited abt 20-30 min for a food even tho its called " fast-food " over all it was pretty okay.
