McDonald's in Oldenburg (Oldb)

Crap shop, forgets the 6 piece when there are 3 parts, last time No sauces packed again, neither curry sauce nor mayo, what's so difficult about that? And again too stupid to pack the curry sauce, despite asking.

My wife and I wanted to eat something there today, scanned vouchers using the app as usual, got everything ready and then wanted to pay by debit card, pressed it and then nothing, the terminal completely hung up. It's an open secret that these things are a disaster, but we found what followed outrageous. I first spoke to an employee and he said, annoyed: Then just order at the other terminal. (It didn't work because everyone was full when one was free, but I tried to log in and said that I was logged in at the other terminal. I then saw that the shift manager, or at least a senior employee, was standing at the counter, so I went up to the lady and explained to her rationally what my problem was and she just said in a rude tone: I don't have time for that now, I don't care . I am of the opinion that customer service and such should sound different and I found that outrageous. We then left without ordering or eating anything.

The fries are often way too salty. Edit: when eating takeaway, the wrong products are packed or something is missing. Approximately every third order. Some of the staff are very unfriendly.

For what you expect, it's a good process here. Always clean and relatively quick.

Typical good McDonald's. So far everything has always been ok and things went quickly.

You're used to a lot from the people of Oldenburg, but if you say "Merry Christmas" even on Christmas morning after three times. Still being looked at like you're stupid Dan you're really losing hope in people. So Merry Christmas again, hopefully you at least have a smile left for your family.

Friendly staff and everything happens quite quickly

Yesterday, December 21, 2024. The last thing, in a MC Doonald Nadorst, you feel like you are in a pigsty with automatic feeding. Forced to order at the terminal, no friendly word, no smile if you just want a capucino, no information at MC Caffee. Nothing is just left standing, despite ordering a drink here, the bad capu was served in a paper cup, the other half of the group got it in a cup. Pastry forks missing the fries were soggy, which I could see was underground. I can't understand why you go there, there's a better capuchino at every gas station and a smile for free on top, especially when 14 Santa Clauses show up. The croissants that were accepted in both orders were out. I agree with the comments about cleanliness, it looked really bad behind the counter, the men's toilet looked clean. Sorry for the 3,... eur for the capu was really in my stomach, underground stuff like that. I will continue to use all mc doofnalds & co. avoid touring on my motorcycle, and everyone who is friendly supports but not something like that.

Hello, we ordered food via Ubereats and it arrived here after 2 hours. The food was cold and no longer enjoyable. After I called there, I was strongly advised against Ubereats because they weren't that good. Then I ask myself why they still drive for McDonalds. There was no answer, when I said I would bring the old menu and take a new one, I was told it wasn't their FAULT. I'll go to the new McDonalds owner or the office nearby ;). Or call the boss yourself Rei****. I'll definitely complain.

Right in the morning at 5:30 a.m. on McDrive December 14, 2024, all the food was fresh, but the meatballs were lukewarm, not even the minimum temperature. So just one point

This mc donalds was okay but it was really dirty inside and i just saw one person cleaning up but they didnt clean up the tables. The food was good like in every mc donals and the service was mid we waited abt 20-30 min for a food even tho its called " fast-food " over all it was pretty okay.

OUTRAGEOUS WAITING TIME!!! I will never order anything there again! Wait 30 minutes so you can take your food with you, which is already so cold and tastes like shit. Then you didn't even get an apology, let alone a voucher. You can be glad that the order didn't come back to your store! Actually minus 10 stars and very incompetent employees!

Food tasted good. Service was unfriendly/bad-tempered. This is how the food was put on the table. The cleanliness of the restaurant was not good. The floor was pretty dirty. Luckily you eat from the table. Nevertheless, something like that shouldn't be the case. Makes a bad impression.

There's even something missing from the order when they deliver it themselves... I actually feel like every 3rd-4th person is missing it. Order something. At least there they are reliable.

Mc Donald's, it's always McDonald's, very kind staff and super fast

When we entered the restaurant we noticed a strange smell. Some of the terminals work poorly or not at all. The employees are demotivated, trash isn't cleared away (there was nothing going on) and the service area looked dirty. There was also a semi-flood in this area with French fries floating in it. Overall one of the worst Mcs branches. We're not feeling particularly well this morning. Except for the fries, everything was limp and worse than any cafeteria or canteen food.

Order was forgotten. Waited almost 40 minutes for 2 burgers.

McDrive is increasingly “closed” in the evenings. Breakfast times are probably not really known to the employees and salt on the fries has become a rarity.

The wrap wasn't done at all!! The dough stuck to the paper like it was raw dough! The nuggets are way too hard, almost like stone. For this price NEVER AGAIN! The staff said it was completely normal... which I don't think is right!!

Been here three times (unfortunately) General conclusion: 1. You have to wait a long time for food in a half-empty establishment, and when it is served it is already almost cold 2. Unfortunately the McDonals is getting weaker and I don't understand what the problem is. The staff was hopelessly overwhelmed on my last three visits. Today I waited 30 minutes! to my order via TischServive. All the tables were stuck. None were wiped. There wasn't even a lot going on, but the whole store seemed completely hectic. When I drove away I took 3 things with me via the McDrive. Again I waited forever on the side lane like everyone else. The simplest things seem to be out of stock. Mega mega annoying! Nothing is going well here.

After my son had to go to the hospital last night, we wanted to get something to eat at this McDo. Paid 18€. Fries had a strange aftertaste and were floury and only lukewarm. The cheeseburger was cold! The nuggets had cartilage. It was really disgusting and very annoying. Unfortunately we didn't try this on site, otherwise I would have complained about everything straight away. McDo is no longer an option for a meal...

Unfortunately it was once again a disappointment. It was my second time there as a guest and I have to say that some of the staff can't speak German. The service is accordingly. You had to wait a long time and the sauce was forgotten. That was the case on the first visit, but my partner and I waited 45 minutes for the food. I think the picture says a lot. Cleanliness is not known here (this is the case everywhere). Long waiting times, unfriendly staff. Cold food or anything else will not be exchanged or compensation given. The second time here, now never again.

Ordered Big Tasty menu without tomatoes and 2 cheeseburgers via Uber Eats, unfortunately the entire meal was cold and the Big Tasty was full of tomatoes. I complained to the shift manager over the phone, was yelled at in the most unfriendly manner on the phone and was supposed to clear it up with Uber Eats. McDonald's doesn't deliver were her words. Never again!!!!

Cheeky staff, half an hour waiting time in the morning even though it was pre-ordered and then as a customer you are assumed to have poured the caramel sauce over the food because the employee is obviously too stupid to do the packaging correctly. The coffee was cold and not even an apology or at least a new coffee.. So that's not how you treat customers. In any case, a complaint has been filed. Food on site was all OK. But there is no other McDonald's in Oldenburg that forgets items ordered during a delivery or at the MC Drive when the order is handed out. The same every time. Incredible

Placed small order with table service. After 25 minutes. Went to the counter and was there for another 5 minutes. ignored!!! My order had been sitting there for a while and was correspondingly cold (room temperature).

You often wait much longer for your food here than at other branches. No matter whether McDrive or inside. But I recommend the McDrive, then you can't see how much food is on the floor in the kitchen.

I will never go to McDonald's again after watching a very cruel video about factory farming.

The children really enjoy this place, it is one of the few McDonald's that has games for children. I think it is excellent 👌

We were at the restaurant around 2 p.m. and there was nothing going on. There were barely 10 guests there. The staff support each other behind the counter and no one feels the need to pick up a broom or rag. Floor dirty, chairs dirty. You can hardly see through the Plexiglas partitions. I was at a McDonald's restaurant in France in June. Packed to capacity and still super clean. The order was also processed and served more quickly.

Ambiance is only 1 star because of all the talahons, but the main problem is the service, as I ordered table service and an underprivileged employee cheekily refused. Such unfriendly people should have their employment contracts terminated

I'm only rating the service here, as the food never arrived again and again. The lady on the phone was completely unfriendly and seemed to be already off work. Instead of communicating in a friendly manner, you were the opposite, which even makes you angry as a customer. Especially when you ask for help if the order is incorrect or doesn't arrive at all and you just hang up during the conversation. The sound makes the music and here it was definitely “Sister EWA” & not “Florian Silbereisen.

Actually a normal McDonald's restaurant if it weren't for the outdoor area. Extremely dirty greasy tables. Short of disgusting. A pity!

After waiting 20 minutes for our order in a half-empty restaurant, I was initially ignored by the service. When I asked where our food was...no answer....when my mood changed and I asked the restaurant management for an answer, they apologized that it had been forgotten. No problem... wanted my money back... not possible because of EC payment... Seriously???? We only got 3 vouchers that are valid for 8 weeks and only in the branch.... I'm looking forward to the next time....

If I could I would give zero stars. It's the same thing every time, half of the orders are always missing, that wouldn't even be the problem, but then they also get snotty, cheeky and insulting when you point out that you also want the food you paid for. In addition, a serious mistake was made recently when ordering - a chicken burger was ordered without sauce because of a chili intolerance - very acute, with a rash and shortness of breath. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I took a bite that I noticed that the sauce was still on the burger (even though there was a sticker on the chicken burger that said it had been ordered without sauce). Then I told the staff, no apology was made or any other steps were taken, no compensation - nothing at all (apart from the fact that I had the feeling that the staff didn't even understand what it was all about) That was definitely the last time I visited this place, McDonalds - you should urgently change something about your staff!

I ordered a Royal TS with extra sauce. What did I get? A TS WITHOUT sauce. It's not the first time that they've messed something up or an item is missing. It doesn't work at all!

Definitely not recommended at breakfast time on the weekend! We waited almost an hour (!) for our order. You have to imagine sitting at the table at McDonalds for around 55 minutes and waiting until you receive your order. A telling example of incompetence in system catering is the McDonald's branch on Wilhelmshavener Heerstrasse in Oldenburg. Everyone makes mistakes (and if there are any in this text, you are welcome to keep them...), but if you actually make the same mistake in six orders even though you were kindly pointed out five times, that is at least ignorance, other names could be used for it be offensive... As a family, we like to order (or order) something from MC once or twice a month. Always with the app and with four blackheads never less than 20 euros... However, the branch in OL on Wilhelmshaven Heerstrasse probably doesn't like customers, doesn't like good service or is generally not interested in expanding its business activities. The existing incompetence in the company has demonstrably messed up 6 order processes in the last 12 months. Five times each with downstream communication with the service department, including the offer of assistance in minimizing or even eliminating the most significant sources of error. Ms. B. always had a lot of email texts and vouchers, but who wants that in the long run??? I would like to order, pay, pick up and then have and consume the goods I ordered at home. And that's where the problem begins. Ordering is possible, paying is possible, picking up is possible, but packing the right goods in the quantity ordered is not possible. Basically one or more people sit at home with too little or different food than what was ordered. And now six times in 12 months. McDonald's incorrect processing of orders at this branch raises questions about integrity and responsibility. It is disappointing that repeated complaints and advice have not led to improvement. My friend and I were on the way back from shift and grabbed some food in the car around 6:30. We were treated very badly by the ordering staff, she didn't even respond to us when we spoke to her. It's really very sad that we even threw away the food worth 30 euros. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The employee at the counter, with black hair, should be trained again. The nuggets were missing from my order and instead of my chili cheese burger, which costs €3.69, I got a dry, old chicken burger for €2.29. The slip from our other order was thrown away before this one was prepared, so we waited almost 20 minutes. Due to this long time difference, the other order was no longer as fresh. There wasn't much going on in the store and yet they were so overwhelmed.

Super bad! Waited 26 minutes for food and was even sooner served than customers who ordered easily 5 minutes before me. Business wasn't overcrowded, only the crew could still use a lot of training and the scoreboard was also broken. Food was put on the counter and everyone was allowed to see if it was their number. As a result, an older gentleman got a burger that had been lying there for a good 10 minutes. My Big Mäc was once really bad (extremely sour), a good 50% was thrown away, TS was good, fries like cardboard and around 50% of it was thrown away. It's better to go to Osternburg or Wechloy, it's been much better there so far.

You can eat in the restaurant here, but if you take it away, be sure to check on site whether everything is packed. 9 times out of 10 something is missing. If you complain to guest services, all you get is a thank you and they will improve the situation. Not even the offer to get the missing item for free on your next visit.

Normally you tend to write reviews when you notice something negative, but I have to write one now because I noticed something very positive. I was just here (4/26/20) and there was more hell going on than ever before when I was there. But the team was SO great, service-oriented and friendly. I particularly noticed a man with a checked shirt and head set who seemed so quick and so friendly at the same time. Thumbs up for the employees for how they handled the rush! :)

We have often been to MC Donalds in Nadorst. Wanted to redeem codes there. The counter stuck several times and we were unable to proceed with the order. The codes were then invalid and we could no longer redeem them. The employee then said that we should order at the checkout using the codes. We wanted to do this and then we were told that there was nothing we could do and we couldn't redeem a code anymore. It's an absolute impudence to claim that it wasn't their problem that it didn't work. And then the MC Flurry is still liquid like a drink :/ Does not have to be !!!

I feel uncomfortable in this store. I'd rather drive a little further to Wechloy or Osternburg. The store here is a complete disaster. The employees are mercilessly overwhelmed and I also question the shift manager. Why not get reinforcements from other branches if the store is too full?

The store made a good impression as soon as we arrived. The parking lot and the terrace with garden furniture were clean and well maintained. The same impression in the restaurant, everything was ok. Conclusion: is recommended.

Due to the low number of customers, I had to wait 15 minutes for breakfast and was served an extra salad on plates. The waitress serving food could only say “have a nice bite” and ran away. She also forgot napkins and coffee sugar 👎
