Clean and “Great service and delicious food!” I went to this McDonald's today and was impressed by the fast and friendly service. The restaurant was clean and my food was freshly prepared. I particularly liked the atmosphere – it was quiet and pleasant. I'd love to come back! Good for quick

Big Macces, unfortunately the tables are dirty.

By far the best McDonald's in the area. The staff was very friendly, the place itself was very clean. The food was still hot and neatly put together and not all soggy.

Unfortunately the shop was very dirty. There was a lot of garbage and leftover food on the floor. The tables & chairs were sticky and greasy. Even the tablet on which our food was served was stuck to the wheel with sauce. The fries were cold, but the burgers were great and the staff was very polite

Just wanted a fries and waited in line for 20 minutes. My friend only got half.

This McDonald's is my favorite in Oldenburg. A really nicely set up shop. I recommend eating on site rather than taking the food with you, because it tastes much better warm and it's actually quite cozy at the back under the glass roof.

The cleanliness has deteriorated significantly in recent years and eating there is no longer a pleasure. Apparently the tables were no longer wiped and had to be cleaned themselves.

Dirty.. no table numbers even when asked.. display board for collection broken.. shelves for residual waste totally overflowing.. just disgusting here..

Unfortunately only cheeky staff, unfortunately you clicked on the wrong sauce because it wasn't visible in the app, so we wanted to swap a closed mayonaise for a sweet and sour sauce and they just said you ordered 3 mayo you ordered 3 mayo. Then you say to yourself a scumbag and then this one employee comes along, did you say a scumbag to me? Hey, this store is really just for the trash. 1 star is still too much for the store.

Was here today. The employees are very courteous and attentive. The boss seems very personable, which conveys a feeling of welcome. The only thing to complain about is the volume. But the employees/(boss) can't do anything about it. So everything went great. 👍

Unfortunately, the McDonald's branch leaves a negative impression in many ways. There is a lack of structure, and you notice that clearly as soon as you order. Orders are often incomplete or issued incorrectly, which is frustrating, especially when relying on a quick meal. Sometimes items are missing, sometimes you even get something you didn't order. In addition to these organizational deficiencies, the way we deal with customers is also negative. The shift manager, Ava, does not treat the guests very respectfully; he often seems annoyed and rude. You don't feel welcome as a customer and that adds to the overall poor experience. An improvement in service and more appreciation for customers are urgently needed.

I have rarely experienced such a rude and bad-tempered employee. If the lady doesn't feel like going to work on a Sunday, she shouldn't. The bottom was sticky and the burgers were cold.

Was here for breakfast, had a McMuffin with chicken. The only thing that was tasty was the roll and the salad. A little disappointing but otherwise fine.

Breakfast burger a bit tasteless. Coffee too strong. Iced tea watery, ask for ice cubes yes/no would be good. Dark chocolate delicious. Food is brought to the table. Friendly staff. The shop looks a bit old-fashioned, but quite clean. Toilets are dirty.

Something that is forgotten always happens. This is the fourth time that the toy has been forgotten in the Happy Meal. At home you have sad children. It was the last time we got anything there. When you talk to the employees there is no understanding and no explanation as to what happened. Super bad 🙅‍♂️

A comfortable, accessible place, quick and neat service.

Very hidden shop, carts full of leftover food everywhere, at 32 degrees, smelly. Shift management instead of trying to get everything in order, she discusses with customers.

This place has my heart! This small little place, is so adorable, especially the sitting area outside that it simply doesn't let you know how much time you've been sitting there chatting heartily with a friend of yours. The food too is good and the service is great as well! This being my very first experience to visit a McDonald's outlet outside of India, it sure was a memorable one!!

Today August 22nd at 8:15 p.m.: Extremely bad service and a totally unfriendly blonde employee, also a 20 minute wait and forgot a burger and said I had hidden it secretly. Impossible

Fast service. Unfortunately our hamburger TS wasn't good. Something was wrong, literally. We suspect it was the lettuce, there were brown, slimy spots on it. I complained about mine and got a new one. But as bacon, which she hadn't ordered. Doesn't matter. Didn't feel like going to the counter again.

I ordered online for pickup but hadn't paid yet at breakfast time. Instead of saying nicely that the food would only be made when you were there, the manager asked us stupid questions if we didn't read the terms and conditions. Not a proper conversation, just grumbling, no response was waited for and then he just walked away. I once worked at another McDonald's myself and this kind of behavior, especially from a manager, would never have been tolerated. Really a disgrace. We'll never go here again.

If you choose table service from the ordering machine but cannot use it because there are no stands, then you should cancel this service.

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service

Everything you would expect from a modern McDonalds is here too. The service was quick and the location is actually quite nice, even with the terrace outside very pleasant. I can only recommend it when traveling through. Even with your dog, there are opportunities nearby to stretch your legs for a moment without walking along the street.

A beautifully presented MCDONALD'S unfortunately the toasties of our breakfast burgers were burnt. Our food was only brought when we asked, which took about 30 minutes. We were almost alone in the shop.

Order to go. On 7/7/24 at 6:44:29 p.m. order number 147. It has now happened repeatedly that two things were missing (double cheeseburger and... 6 McNuggets). Unfortunately, it was only noticed at home. Call to the branch at 7:23 p.m. resulted in the following result. When you order from Amazon, you also check whether everything is complete. Conclusion: Don't trust us and always check your order on site. No accommodation and no refund for the missing products. Thank you very much

Came into the restaurant and went straight to the register to order a single large burger. Without having to deal with the digital order monster. I was served in a very friendly manner by the presumed store manager (clothing) and received my Royal after a very short wait. Great. The line of cars in front of the drive-in was long. I probably would have waited there for 10 minutes. Feels like customer king. Top.😁

This is probably the very last thing regarding ordering via Lieferando. Delivery time was stated as 35-45 minutes. It was delivered after 1 hour and 40 minutes. Called the restaurant with no result because the telephone number given was not in use, so no cancellation was possible and everything else was ice cold. Thank you very much...never again 🤮👎

It could be a little clean here

Dirty and disgusting, the tables were sticky with dirt, the glass lamps were already milky and covered in cobwebs. Cobwebs were everywhere on the ceilings and paneling. The floor was sticky and there were chips and dirt everywhere. We saved ourselves having to go to the toilet. The whole store is unfriendly and very loud. Eating in the store is a disaster and very unpleasant. The touch displays for ordering were completely full of everything that people have on their hands - it was just disgusting. After that you had to use disinfectant from your bag - luckily you still had it with you. The meal was enough for two people at almost €45 and it didn't taste good at all. The McRip was probably older, the other burgers had probably been there for a while. Coke without ice was ordered with it, of course, as always, no one pays attention to the nuggets 20s anymore with cheese dippers was also underground. After the renovation, this store used to be unpleasantly loud and disgusting. A new operator will probably have fewer staff and those on site are no good.

Food was served at the table relatively quickly. Seats with good seat width. Toilets could be cleaner, but overall ok.

I cycled far with my little son to have breakfast there today. Contrary to the information about the breakfast times on the Internet (Sundays and public holidays until 11:30), this was not the case when we arrived around 10:45. The employee on site asked the (probable) shift manager. He replied to me in a rather unfriendly manner that he wasn't based in Munich and made the tenders. So we were just unlucky! No apologies, nothing...what a shame! I come from retail myself and would never treat customers like that!! Really impossible!!

We were just there and ate and at the end we ordered 2 x hot chocolate. Firstly it was cold then I told the employee, it's crazy how unfriendly you can be. Actually you just have to apologize and say then we'll know but she repeated it like one parrot the machine heats up to 75 degrees But well..

The food and drinks were basically good. Fresh mint tea is offered but it was just dry mint tea. It was probably made from fresh mint. The pecan cookies are highly recommended.

Maybe you should think about hiring people who are able to speak and understand German, since it's not possible to take your food with you, although when asked whether it's to eat there or to take away, you answer that you want to take it with you People don't understand it and it makes you want to eat there, even when there's a lot going on, such a mistake shouldn't happen. Little guy on the sidelines just put people at the checkout who are also fully fluent in German and can not only say hello and goodbye.

The store is incredibly dirty: tables, floor, seat cushions. As if no one had wiped over it in ages. The floor in the men's toilet was also very dirty and the wastebasket was full to the brim with paper towels. I have eaten on site and ordered there several times and in the future I would prefer to order from the competition and eat there too. My orders were made incorrectly twice during delivery. Nothing will be delivered later, which is why I had to get the money refunded via Lieferandosupport. That's just pretty stupid when a person's food is completely missing. To date, dips have not even been given out in the correct number, neither when ordering, nor when eating on site or drive in. I got the dips on site. I have now really gained these experiences and every visit there is really like playing the lottery to see whether everything will be good this time. The food is just Meccis and well, unfortunately the tables were sometimes sticky, which is annoying given the actually quite nice furnishings.

My chicken burger looks like a 180kg employee sat on it. The milkshake was more liquid than water and the fries were soggy as always.

Food was forgotten with a small order. Environment extremely bad, everything dirty especially the toilets. During my last visit there was a sausage in the corner of the toilet if you know what I mean. You pay for something and you don't get it or you don't get enough of it. Overall, a crappy place. Better to Burger King. McDonald's really didn't do a good job.

We arrived for breakfast in the morning because the branch was on the way to Holland. The slightly older lady in the café very kindly recommended the winter garden to us. A great tip, because the burning fireplace gave off a cozy warmth. We liked the entire ambience of this location and the friendly service so much that we... On the way back we took another detour from the motorway here. Unfortunately we didn't meet the nice lady this time, but she was granted a free Sunday! However, the staff was very nice this time too! If we drive this route again, we will definitely plan a break here again. Great team and great store. Well-equipped both inside and out.

Yesterday I ate nuggets that were only made up of crust and tonight I had a stomach ache etc. That's not possible at all. I won't be eating here anymore for now.

At this McDonalds restaurant you are forced to eat a vegetarian dish. Instead of a big Mac and a Fish Mac, I got a big Mac and an mc Planet. In Bad Zwischenahn the orders don't get through because there's not enough going on there and when a customer comes they're totally overwhelmed. And here they basically don't get it. This is the third time in a row that I have the wrong one in the bag. Next time I'll stop at the counter and check only when ten cars honk.

The food came wrong and the toilet facilities are extremely dirty

An MCD as we know it. Nicely furnished, spacious and most of the people who work there are very friendly. Unfortunately, MCD has decided to exclude vegan people from its customers. A better way was taken some time ago.

On February 13th, 2024 around 11 p.m. we picked up something to eat from McDonalds Am Tgelbusch to take away. Everything was fine with the food, but when I took a sip from my “Sprite” I felt small crumbs in my mouth. After opening the lid, we found a substance in the cup that we could not identify (see pictures). I stopped drinking the drink. And I will never order another one again. Because if a faux pas like that happens with a simple sprite that's transparent, I don't want to know what's in drinks that you can't see through. Hopefully I'll survive the night...apparently the cleaning of the drinks machine is more than overdue - an absolute no-go! I would advise everyone not to visit this restaurant because you don't know what hygiene mishaps await you.

Finally a McDonalds where there is a bit of ambience. The rest as usual - mediocre food and seemingly unmotivated employees, McDonads.

Just been there and ordered a menu. Mc Crispy, 6 nuggets, curly fries. The service staff definitely need to be trained in hygiene and care. The cashier smelled so bad that I felt sick. The person who prepares the burgers changes the trash bag and doesn't wash their hands afterwards. The patty was touched with his bare hand after he touched the trash. The third wore gloves with which she cleaned the surfaces, which were literally black. With these dirty gloves that were used for cleaning, the nuggets and the curly fries were thrown into the deep fryer and then served in the respective packaging with the same gloves. When I pointed this out to the employees, they of course knew better and didn't give my money back.

Perfect service and the cheesecake is really super delicious, I have never had a delicious cheesecake anywhere like at MC am Tgelbusch 🫶

Everything about the food is good and the employees are actually nice, but they can't manage to put everything in the McDrive that you order. We just got something from McDonalds and once again paid 10 euros too much because three things were forgotten. It really doesn't work that way.
