McDonald's in Oldenburg (Oldb)

My plant based nuggets simply had some made of meat :( that's really uncool.

My Pokémon cards were forgotten. The employee was clearly quite disappointing under the influence of cannabis!

I ordered a cocoa with oat milk and got cow's milk. I was the only customer in the store and that wasn't the first time either... If that doesn't happen, it's a classic, good McDonald's.

Absolute disaster. We were there every day and were always satisfied. But for some time now... nothing has been going on. An incredible 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and ice cream. Other customers experienced the same thing, some had their money paid out again.

You have to wait ages after you order the food, and the quality of food sucks

For the third time in a row, something was missing from the Mcdrive order. Just today I paid another McRip for free. Fries were again cold and soggy. However, service was good as always.

I was driven here by hunger for breakfast and a long wait. I'm not a McDonald's goer and I had to ask around first. The employee for Order 105 gets 6 out of 5 stars. Something customer-oriented, great! The food itself... well. I had a wrap with scrambled eggs and bacon and a bacon & egg muffin. You could definitely have used the wrap as a towel in the bathroom and the size of the muffin makes you wonder because it fits into a chocolate box and the lid can then be closed easily. Summary: great staff but I would go somewhere else for breakfast soon.

I ordered via the app and once again products were missing. This time all the sauces and a salad. Left almost 60 euros there. Really annoying. V.H.

Very nice service Unfortunately, you can't have a conversation at all with the loud music.

We don't come here that often but when we do get something the food is always fresh and delicious. To date we have never had any problems with incorrect items that we received instead of the actual order. The store is also clean and the employees are nice. It's just a shame that the employees don't understand you exactly or you don't understand the employees because there's still a big language barrier here. This makes it a bit unnecessarily difficult for the guest to find out things if their colleagues don't speak German.

Ordered takeaway food. Since the order was relatively large, I unfortunately didn't check for completeness on site, which was wrong. We were missing 3 cheeseburgers worth over €7. Never go back!!!

Actually a solid McDonalds. Sometimes very long waiting times, ice cream is often not available. Seats are often full of rubbish.

One of the nicer McDonalds in my opinion. I'm mainly interested in the coffee bar there, but my children love certain burgers; my daughter even eats a veggie burger with hot sauce there. Nice people, that's already worth half for me.

I am a child of the 80's. The portions get smaller every year and the prices get higher. The BigMac was always a highlight, now it's two cheeseburgers with lettuce and the awesome sauce. With a family of four and two small children, you can easily spend €50 on a meal that doesn't satisfy you and won't keep you full for two hours.

Unfortunately, there was a regular chicken nugget in my plant nuggets. This absolutely must not happen. Furthermore, you have to be extremely careful that you have the right products in your order and that nothing is missing. Really very bad. Correction: Two out of 6 of the plant nuggets were actually chicken nuggets. That's absolutely not possible.

Only got the food after 20 minutes, 11 people in front and couldn't get anything done, catastrophe! In addition, the food was lukewarm. There were 3 cars outside that waited at least as long, one of them even came into the restaurant and complained! I will never enter this restaurant again!

Dirty and disgusting, the tables were sticky with dirt, the glass lamps were already milky and covered in cobwebs. Cobwebs were everywhere on the ceilings and paneling. The floor was sticky and there were chips or dirt everywhere. We saved ourselves having to go to the toilet. The whole store is unfriendly and very loud. Eating in the store is a disaster and very unpleasant. The touch displays for ordering were completely full of everything that people have on their hands - it was just disgusting. After that you had to use disinfectant from your bag - luckily you still had it with you. The meal was enough for two people at almost €45 and it didn't taste good at all. The McRip was probably older, the other burgers had probably been there for a while. Coke without ice was ordered with it, of course, as always, no one pays attention to the nuggets 20s anymore with cheese dippers was also underground. After the renovation, this store used to be unpleasantly loud and disgusting. A new operator will probably have fewer staff and those on site are no good.

By far the best McDonald's in the area. The staff was very friendly, the place itself was very clean. The food was still hot and neatly put together and not all soggy.

Unfortunately the shop was very dirty. There was a lot of garbage and leftover food on the floor. The tables & chairs were sticky and greasy. Even the tablet on which our food was served was stuck to the wheel with sauce. The fries were cold, but the burgers were great and the staff was very polite

This McDonald's is my favorite in Oldenburg. A really nicely set up shop. I recommend eating on site rather than taking the food with you, because it tastes much better warm and it's actually quite cozy at the back under the glass roof.

The cleanliness has deteriorated significantly in recent years and eating there is no longer a pleasure. Apparently the tables were no longer wiped and had to be cleaned themselves.

Dirty.. no table numbers even when asked.. display board for collection broken.. shelves for residual waste totally overflowing.. just disgusting here..

Unfortunately only cheeky staff, unfortunately you clicked on the wrong sauce because it wasn't visible in the app, so we wanted to swap a closed mayonaise for a sweet and sour sauce and they just said you ordered 3 mayo you ordered 3 mayo. Then you say to yourself a scumbag and then this one employee comes along, did you say a scumbag to me? Hey, this store is really just for the trash. 1 star is still too much for the store.

Was here today. The employees are very courteous and attentive. The boss seems very personable, which conveys a feeling of welcome. The only thing to complain about is the volume. But the employees/(boss) can't do anything about it. So everything went great. 👍

Unfortunately, the McDonald's branch leaves a negative impression in many ways. There is a lack of structure, and you notice that clearly as soon as you order. Orders are often incomplete or issued incorrectly, which is frustrating, especially when relying on a quick meal. Sometimes items are missing, sometimes you even get something you didn't order. In addition to these organizational deficiencies, the way we deal with customers is also negative. The shift manager, Ava, does not treat the guests very respectfully; he often seems annoyed and rude. You don't feel welcome as a customer and that adds to the overall poor experience. An improvement in service and more appreciation for customers are urgently needed.

I have rarely experienced such a rude and bad-tempered employee. If the lady doesn't feel like going to work on a Sunday, she shouldn't. The bottom was sticky and the burgers were cold.

Something that is forgotten always happens. This is the fourth time that the toy has been forgotten in the Happy Meal. At home you have sad children. It was the last time we got anything there. When you talk to the employees there is no understanding and no explanation as to what happened. Super bad 🙅‍♂️

Very hidden shop, carts full of leftover food everywhere, at 32 degrees, smelly. Shift management instead of trying to get everything in order, she discusses with customers.

This place has my heart! This small little place, is so adorable, especially the sitting area outside that it simply doesn't let you know how much time you've been sitting there chatting heartily with a friend of yours. The food too is good and the service is great as well! This being my very first experience to visit a McDonald's outlet outside of India, it sure was a memorable one!!

Fast service. Unfortunately our hamburger TS wasn't good. Something was wrong, literally. We suspect it was the lettuce, there were brown, slimy spots on it. I complained about mine and got a new one. But as bacon, which she hadn't ordered. Doesn't matter. Didn't feel like going to the counter again.

I ordered online for pickup but hadn't paid yet at breakfast time. Instead of saying nicely that the food would only be made when you were there, the manager asked us stupid questions if we didn't read the terms and conditions. Not a proper conversation, just grumbling, no response was waited for and then he just walked away. I once worked at another McDonald's myself and this kind of behavior, especially from a manager, would never have been tolerated. Really a disgrace. We'll never go here again.

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service

Everything you would expect from a modern McDonalds is here too. The service was quick and the location is actually quite nice, even with the terrace outside very pleasant. I can only recommend it when traveling through. Even with your dog, there are opportunities nearby to stretch your legs for a moment without walking along the street.

Unfortunately, it was only noticed at home. Call to the branch at 7:23 p.m. resulted in the following result. When you order from Amazon, you also check whether everything is complete. Came into the restaurant and went straight to the register to order a single large burger. Without having to deal with the digital order monster. I was served in a very friendly manner by the presumed store manager (clothing) and received my Royal after a very short wait. Great. The line of cars in front of the drive-in was long. I probably would have waited there for 10 minutes. Feels like customer king. Top.😁

This is probably the very last thing regarding ordering via Lieferando. Delivery time was stated as 35-45 minutes. It was delivered after 1 hour and 40 minutes. Called the restaurant with no result because the telephone number given was not in use, so no cancellation was possible and everything else was ice cold. Thank you very much...never again 🤮👎

I cycled far with my little son to have breakfast there today. Contrary to the information about the breakfast times on the Internet (Sundays and public holidays until 11:30), this was not the case when we arrived around 10:45. The employee on site asked the (probable) shift manager. He replied to me in a rather unfriendly manner that he wasn't based in Munich and made the tenders. So we were just unlucky! No apologies, nothing...what a shame! I come from retail myself and would never treat customers like that!! Really impossible!!

The food and drinks were basically good. Fresh mint tea is offered but it was just dry mint tea. It was probably made from fresh mint. The pecan cookies are highly recommended.
