Wäre geil wenn zumindest einer da drinnen seinen Job machen würde.

Das Personal ist viel besser geworden; die Wartezeiten sind deutlich kürzer. Es ist zwar etwas klein, aber gut gelegen.

Es war köstlich und hat uns viel Freude bereitet.

Wir steuern diesen Burger King jedes Mal an, wenn wir mit dem Auto aus Richtung Bremen auf dem Heimweg sind – egal ob nach einem Festival oder dem Besuch bei Freunden und Familie. Die Lage ist einfach top: Kurz von der Autobahn runter, schnell essen, durchschnaufen und entspannt weiterfahren. Wir werden hier selten enttäuscht und kommen immer wieder gerne vorbei! 👍 Der einzige Schwachpunkt ist leider das WC. Durch die direkte Anbindung an die Tankstelle ist dort viel los, die Toilette ist bei Ladenöffnung von Burger King schon unsauber. Da die Nutzung immerhin 50 Cent kostet, sollte bei dieser Frequenz definitiv öfter nach dem Rechten geschaut werden – wenn die zuständige Reinigungsfirma hier vielleicht nur morgens und abends sauber macht, reicht das leider nicht aus. Für den schnellen Hunger auf der Durchreise ist das Restaurant aber absolut zu empfehlen!

Gegessen wurde diesmal ein Doppelchesburger mit extra Bacon und käse gesponsert bei BK selbst da ich Prämienpunkte einlöste . Die extra Beilagen von der Menge her waren okay und es schmeckte , einzig die Kartoffeln schmeckten ein wenig ungewürzt... Der BK selbst ist sehr sauber innen wie außen das Geld für das WC kann man beim kaufen einlösen . Obwohl zum Essen im Restaurant gewählt habe , gab es eine Plastikabdeckung für das Getränk. Was ich immer sehr gut finde das eine kostenlose Lokalzeitung ausliegt zum Mitnehmen, ich hätte mir persönlich ein bisschen mehr Entertainment in Form von Bildschirmen gewünscht.

Habe dort gegessen, habe danach fast gekotzt.Und da Parken ist auch nicht schön, dass Ambiente war eher schäbig.

Erneut im BK im Prinzessinweg gewesen - toll, hier scheint das Restaurant neu renoviert worden zu sein. Alles sauber und ordentlicher Eindruck. Essen lecker und frisch, Team war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Das Hänchen war ein bischen angebrannt. Und Ketchup fehlte.

Ideal für eine Tasse Kaffee, während Sie Ihr Auto aufladen.

Haben mir normales Cheeseburger statt Double gegeben, und ein mal Sosse vergessen.

Das Essen ist fantastisch, der Geschmack des Hamburgers und der Kartoffeln ist einfach unglaublich. Es ist ein ausgezeichneter Ort, wenn man Lust auf Hamburger hat. Die Bedienung ist gut und freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Beilagen sind nicht kostenlos. Wenn man gerne Pfeffer isst, hat man keine Zeit, die Box auszupacken und dann zu sagen: „Ich brauche Pfeffer 🫑🌶️, Salz 🧂 oder Soße 🫙“. Das ist nicht optimal.

Unmöglich das man 0,50€ zahlen muss um mit dem Kind auf Klo zu gehen, nachdem man hier speisen verzehrt hat.

Ist ein Burger King wie jeder andere auch. Das Essen ist billig, aber nicht günstig. Die Wartezeiten sind vertretbar. Für den schnellen und kleinen Hunger kann man da kurz vorbei fahren

Toiletten bezahlung? Das geht besser. Laden sehr klein. Sonst, wie jede andere burger king.

Von der Aufmachung her toll gemacht also die Form wie im Diner. Allerdings kein Drive in Schalter und wenige Parkplätze. Die Zufahrt gestaltet sich auch irritierend schwierig

Es ist ein Burger King Restaurant... Aber: man sitzt ziemlich auf dem Präsentierteller, was dem Einen nicht ausmacht, den Andren aber vielleicht ein wenig stört. Auch ist das Restaurant nicht besonders schallfreundlich aufgebaut. Bedienung sehr freundlich und das Restaurant sehr sauber.

Ich habe bei meiner Bestellung extra Partys hinzugefügt aber keine bekommen da ich das Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt habe habe ich dies erst Zuhause gemerkt und den Kassenbong nach dem rausgehen weggeschmissen

Die Bestellung hat lange auf sich gewartet und war geschmacklich eher dürftig. Darüber hinaus war das Essen nicht sonderlich heiß und das Lokal nicht schön.

Sehr nettes Personal, schneller Service, das Essen war frisch und lecker. Das Restaurant ist sauber und gut organisiert. Ich komme wieder! 👍🍔

Die Menge an Pommes frites in den Chili-Käse-Pommes ist sehr gering.

Bestelle 1+1 Plant Based whopper und bekommen welche mit Fleisch. Nach Telefonat soll ich beim nächsten Mal einen Ersatz erhalten - ändert den Ärger in der Situation zwar nicht, aber nachträglich kann man natürlich kaum mehr machen. Beim nächsten Besuch Ersatz bekommen. Mehr kann man Service-seitig nicht erwarten

Dies geht wesentlich besser, liebes Team. Toiletten Benutzung nur gegen Entgelt, dafür bekommt man ein Ticket das man dann wieder einlösen kann bei Verzehr. Blöd wenn man danach zur Toilette muss. Dann gibt es ohne erneuten Kauf nichts wieder. Ordnungsamt sollte sich das einmal alles anschauen.

This could be done much better, dear team. Using the toilets requires a fee; you receive a ticket that you can then redeem with a purchase. It's inconvenient if you need to use the toilet afterwards. Then you get nothing back without buying another ticket. The local authorities should really look into this.

My children and i enjoyed the burger. Customer service was good, though we were there during the less busy period. The only negative review was about the toilet. The one of the ladies toilet was very dirty while the gents toilet were all cleaned. Not what you one would expect after paying 50cent.

Small Burger King, very nice and cozy.

The service was good and the restaurant was clean, but the quality of the burgers has definitely declined. The patties on my burger were so shrunken. I rarely go to Burger King, and it was clearly noticeable.

I've seen a lot, but this Burger King takes the cake. It started with the staff, who were beyond unfriendly. Then there was the wait, which was also unacceptable. Since my companion and I both ordered individual burgers, one with meat and one vegetarian, we were expecting a quick service. Fat chance! We stood around for almost 15 minutes. They called me arrogant, but I've received larger orders in under 5 minutes at other fast-food chains where it was significantly busier. Now, let's talk about what this place calls a "burger." I've eaten at other Burger King locations, some even near the train station. And I never thought this experience could be worse. Considering the wait, the burgers should at least have been fresh. Again, no such luck; neither burger was hot, not even lukewarm. They were cold. And that makes me wonder how they even operate? If one of the burgers had been cold, I could have understood. But both of them? That was only surpassed by the rancid, greasy taste. In the end, both burgers tasted equally disgusting. Like grease. I'm definitely not going back here.

The food was good, as you'd expect from Burger King. The toilet area ruined the positive impression. The soap dispenser was ripped off the wall and missing. So there was no soap. The faucet was wobbly and broken. Overall, the toilet area wasn't well-maintained or clean. And they still charge money for this! Awful.

I was surprised, I hadn't been there in a while: completely new style, new burgers! Really good! I'll be there more often now! 👌

The toilet costs 50 cents, which can only be redeemed as a voucher at the gas station next door. The soap dispensers and hand dryers are broken or torn off. Only 2 of the 4 order screens are working. There is no Wi-Fi. I only had a decent signal outside.

The renovation was worth it; the new atmosphere is fantastic. The service staff is also friendly. However, the advertising for the burgers has nothing to do with reality... accordingly, I was very disappointed with the chicken-garlic burger – for the first time, mind you.

Top location.... But the fact that I was served the wrong burger twice and when I asked why that was, I was insulted and laughed at in Turkish, as I found out afterwards.

Ordered plant-based, got meat! I ordered a plant-based double cheeseburger to go today. At home, I unwrapped the burger, bit into it, and then realized it was a real beef patty. All three of my friends tried it and confirmed it was definitely real beef. I'm absolutely shocked that this could happen. The burger was wrapped in plant-based paper, and it's still meat. Dear friends, if you order plant-based products here, be sure to check what's in them! I'm sick to my stomach; this shouldn't happen under any circumstances; there's no tolerance for mistakes!

The place is just a typical Burger King. The food, service, and ordering kiosks are standard, just like at other Burger King restaurants. The seating has finally been completely redesigned after many years.

If you like cold fries and stale Coke, this is the place for you. There's no danger of burning yourself with the burgers (long chicken and Whopper) either. The "meat" is so cold that even the "cheese" doesn't soften. The fact that you have to pay to use the restroom completes the poor overall impression.

I don't know what's wrong, but the last three pickups have always been missing something. You really have to check the bag at the counter to make sure everything's in it. Fast food is no fun like this.

The coffee machine hasn't been working for a long time, and there's no ice either. Employees are unfriendly and just laugh when you ask when the coffee machine will be repaired. It's a shame you can't get the promotional drinks like King Shake Espresso or Iced Coffee Caramel there. It's a miracle this store is still there.

A wonderful fast-food restaurant! Very clean, modern, and tidy. The staff is also very friendly. The wait time was also more than reasonable. All in all, a great visit! 😊

A Burger King branch in need of modernization. The service was relatively fast. The burgers were okay. Unfortunately, the burgers have become disproportionately expensive. Absolutely outrageous. You have to pay 50 cents to use the restroom.

The restaurant needs to be modernized; an ice machine should be installed, and restrooms should be free for guests. Very poor. However, the food and staff were good.

One of the two terminals wasn't working properly, resulting in additional waiting times. Ordering regular fries wasn't possible because they were sold out. But they did have chili cheese fries—regular fries with cheese sauce and jalapenos?! Strange. When we asked how this was possible, the employee didn't answer. Prior communication was entirely in English, as German was not understood. The food took a comparatively long time to prepare. However, the food was warm and delicious when we ate it at home.

For a bit of fast food every now and then, Burger King, with its large vegetarian selection, is highly recommended. My boyfriend isn't a vegetarian, but he says the plant-based Whopper tastes at least as good as the meat one.

The size of the fries is unbelievable... In general the quality of the food is good but the price/performance ratio is not right. The designations of the fries sizes at Burger King should actually be as follows: Ultra Micro, Ultra Mini and small. Hello, This Burger King is located right at the highway exit and is integrated into an Aral gas station. Positive: + Good connection to the motorway + Aral gas station + Quick and tasty preparation Neutral 0 Sanitary facilities were not used Negative: - Few parking spaces (about 6) because it is at a gas station - No drive-in (King Drive) There are two self-service screens and about 16 tables with four chairs or two benches. The food is prepared fresh and tasty (unfortunately I only have a very bad BurgerKing near me). The tables and floor were relatively clean. Wheelchair users are also welcome. The dining room has a round glass front facing the adjacent main street, which lets a lot of natural light into the otherwise dark room (black ceiling to hide the technology, black floor and black room divider). The "noise" from the kitchen (the beeping of the appliances or calls from the staff) was very low, which is why the stay was very positive. By far the worst Burger King I have encountered on this planet. The location is chic from the outside. But parking only (with luck) at the gas station, which is probably part of it. From the cash register, an employee was there. He didn't want to. And I don't go to the terminals again. Really miserable from A to Z. And I have never wanted a bad review in my life, I am easy to care for. You could tear down the Burger King and turn it into a parking lot.

Relatively small Burger King that is integrated into the Aral tank rack. That's why there is no drive-in here. The food was good as usual, the cleanliness of the restaurant was also okay. Normal Burger King, only everything seems a little more crowded and disorganized than usual. The TV has been off for weeks and a paper poster was stuck in front of it with scotch tape. My BigKing had two top halves as a bun and instead of iced tea and cola we had two iced teas. Cleanliness could have been a little more here and there. What I find most annoying is that the use of the toilet is not even free for guests. The gas station shares the toilet with the Burger King, and both parties have to insert money here. Maybe this should be reconsidered for guests. The parking situation is also shared with the gas station, but you can always find something except at peak times.

The patties on the vegan burger were very black. It tasted a bit burnt... What was particularly negative was that you couldn't easily use the toilet. It runs on a system such that you pay 50 cents and can then redeem the voucher for your next purchase or at Aral... I don't think it's good.
