Burger King in Oldenburg (Oldb)

Very annoying: the sanitary facilities are only accessible for a fee. For a gastronomic company, even if it is just a fast food restaurant, this is absurd. At least guests should have access free of charge. The new ordering machines aren't bad, but the ordering process is a bit complicated. This is somehow better solved with the capital “M”. By the way, there is also guest WiFi there, but apparently not in this BK branch. Unfortunately, the shop always seems a bit dingy and a renovation is probably overdue.

No orders are placed at the checkout, really bad!!! Both self-service terminals are full and the employee is laughing up her sleeve!!! Then it's better to go a few meters further to the competition, where you can still order at the checkout!

Hello, This Burger King is located right at the highway exit and is integrated into an Aral gas station. Positive: + Good connection to the motorway + Aral gas station + Quick and tasty preparation Neutral 0 Sanitary facilities were not used Negative: - Few parking spaces (about 6) because it is at a gas station - No drive-in (King Drive) There are two self-service screens and about 16 tables with four chairs or two benches. The food is prepared fresh and tasty (unfortunately I only have a very bad BurgerKing near me). The tables and floor were relatively clean. Wheelchair users are also welcome. The dining room has a round glass front facing the adjacent main street, which lets a lot of natural light into the otherwise dark room (black ceiling to hide the technology, black floor and black room divider). The "noise" from the kitchen (the beeping of the appliances or calls from the staff) was very low, which is why the stay was very positive. We didn't use the toilets, which is why we can't give a review. I think it's a shame if you have to pay extra to use the toilet. If you like my review, please leave me a "Like" or "Like".

Absolutely disappointing! This morning at 11:20 a.m. I was standing in front of the Burger King, which according to the opening times should already be open. Unfortunately the door was locked and no employee was in sight. This is not only annoying, but also poor service. If you advertise fixed opening times, you should stick to them. By far the worst Burger King I have encountered on this planet. The location is chic from the outside. But parking only (with luck) at the gas station, which is probably part of it. The toilet also belongs to the tank, so there is a charge. Cash registers closed during rush hour, the two terminals cannot be used, at least for Vodafone customers, as there is no reception. And no WiFi. Help? Open cash register? None. The extremely annoying order (hotspot from a Telekom cell phone) then brought the really and truly worst burgers ever. Bun dry, salad little and limp, pattis (long chicken, long chicken vegan, cheese melt beef) all fried too long and hard. Wanted to pick up two Cheese Melt Beef for someone later. From the cash register, an employee was there. He didn't want to. And I don't go to the terminals again. Really miserable from A to Z. And I have never wanted a bad review in my life, I am easy to care for. You could tear down the Burger King and turn it into a parking lot.

I dared to eat at Burger King again: a serious mistake. I woke up the next night bathed in sweat and had a very painful stabbing sensation in my stomach. I don't think it's food poisoning, but I still feel dirty after 24 hours. Whatever was wrong with the food was definitely to blame for this situation. Never again! If you're thinking about eating something here, then don't do it. I can only advise against it.

My vegan burger had bacon on it.

Relatively small Burger King that is integrated into the Aral tank rack. That's why there is no drive-in here. The food was good as usual, the cleanliness of the restaurant was also okay. Overall, this Burger King cannot keep up with the new, state-of-the-art branches visually alone. But overall everything was good.

Normal Burger King, only everything seems a little more crowded and disorganized than usual. The TV has been off for weeks and a paper poster was stuck in front of it with scotch tape. My BigKing had two top halves as a bun and instead of iced tea and cola we had two iced teas. Cleanliness could have been a little more here and there. What I find most annoying is that the use of the toilet is not even free for guests. The gas station shares the toilet with the Burger King, and both parties have to insert money here. Maybe this should be reconsidered for guests. The parking situation is also shared with the gas station, but you can always find something except at peak times.

- Finding a parking space was difficult - Garbage was lying and standing outside around the entrance - no good to no internet - no "bring" service to the tables - We sat at the table on the right when you come in. A bit dirty but okish for a quick lunch

The patties on the vegan burger were very black. It tasted a bit burnt... What was particularly negative was that you couldn't easily use the toilet. It runs on a system such that you pay 50 cents and can then redeem the voucher for your next purchase or at Aral... I don't think it's good.

Everything is good as always at Burgerking.

I really liked it, the service was very good.

Unfortunately, it often happens that parts of an order are missing as soon as you have more than 4 parts in the order. Given the prices, it simply can't happen that burgers for €5 aren't available when you get home. I recommend always checking whether everything is available when you order take-away.

The place is calm and serene, and you are served with a 120 degree view of the surrounding. The service is available even late at night. The food is also top-notch and I personally feel no one serves burger better than Burger King. Overall, the environment is quite welcoming and feels like home away from home.

Were there three days ago. The burgers were hot, the fries were fresh and the drinks were cold. That's how it should be. The staff was extremely friendly. Help was given to carry it to the pitch. Extra requests for the burger (without salad) were taken into account. And everything was clean, the tables were wiped down and no fries on the floor. 👍

Food was as you would expect from fast food. Was fine. Was freshly made and hot. Were helped nicely by Pascal. Good service. Went the extra mile to make sure we had a good time.

The food is constantly not prepared as ordered. Must be really hard to make a burger without tomatoes. Or with cheese on it.

When consumed in the branch, the food ranges from freshly prepared/hot to lukewarm. Please check your orders carefully, as sometimes even burgers are missing. Anything missing will be supplied later without any problems. During the last few visits, employees at the checkout seemed overwhelmed, as if they were new, but they were friendly. Unfortunately, tables are not always clean.

Very nice service and very friendly employees. The plant based nuggets were very fresh and the fries were nice and warm.

Gave Burger King a chance today. We tried burgers with meat and also vegan products. The Emmental burger had delicious, thick burger meatballs, the plant-based cheeseburger has the meatball as thick as a slice of cheese, but really damn well seasoned! The plant-based long chicken burger was also quite ok. The churros were very tasty! Unfortunately there wasn't enough of the wings, the fries were also forgotten and the employees unfortunately couldn't answer any questions about the veggie burgers. The toilets were also very dirty, not lockable and cost money.

It's not really mine! But it's the people working here (also at other chains) who want to convey this stupid, monotonous attitude that tries to convey "friendly" with all their might and in most cases they fail!

The food is just terrible. I worked there for 3 days as a trial. The employees are disrespectful and they just use you like a poor worker, And then they tell you that you're not needed here. These people are sooooo mean I'm speechless. Burger King is just a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT

No soap or towels in the toilet, but money is charged to use the toilet. After a long break, the branch was given a chance. Unfortunately. Cheessy Onion Fries come with almost no sauce and only two or three small fried onions. Just cheeky to sell something like that to the customer for 4.99 euros. If I had looked at the product in the restaurant, I would have returned it without comment

I go there every now and then during my lunch break. Vouchers are accepted without any problem, the employees are all nice and in a good mood. It really doesn't take long to get the order ready, even when it's busy. Top!

Terrible location. Food is regular, the staff was alright. But the location itself is old and small, which in itself is not a problem except that they have no toilets. You have to pay 50ct to use the toilets that are shared with the gas station next door. They are filthy. Also very little parking. No playground for children. Do not recommend.

The food is amazing, the flavor of the hamburger and the potato's is very amazing.

The food was quite good one should try plant base nugget burger the man and woman working their are very friendly even if you make mistakes in your order they help us and change it after we already ordered.

Food is edible, but the milkshake was more like soft ice cream. There is often a smell of burnt fat around the restaurant, which is very unpleasant.

Where do I start... I went to Burger King yesterday because I've been craving it for a long time. So I walked into your store, everything was fine and dandy and then I ordered. The cashier didn't even know which menus were meant, he had to constantly look at the menu poster. So ordered, waited and then it came. We sat down and then I looked at my Whopper Jr. menu and was really shocked. The bullete was almost as thin as a slice of cheese. I complained about it and was just told yes, it's all Photoshop up there. Well, that may be true, but there is a HUGE difference between Photoshop and reality. I got a new burger, not really better, but at least the bullet was a little thicker. I always thought it was a shame that BurgerKing had lost its reputation and wanted to give it another chance. Well now I can understand why everyone prefers to go to McDonalds. Kind regards

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommener Burger King. Das Essen ist gut und die Bedienung nett.

Service und Ambiente lassen sich schwer bewerten, ist eben System-Gastronomie. Aber die Auswahl an Veggie-Alternativen ist einfach sehr gut. Sogar die Mayonnaise ist von Haus aus vegan, bleibt zwar ungesund, aber ethisch viel besser.

Bis jetzt mitunter das schnellste und beste BK. Gab schon andere da musste ich ewig warten die Qualität war auch top.

Die Angestellten sind viel zu langsam und verstehen einen nicht.Zwiebelringe waren viel zu dunkel und schmeckten nach altem Fett.

Es ist ein etwas älteres Burger King Restaurant, welches aber beim Essen und Service. Nicht hinterher hängt. Hier kann man zufrieden und satt das Restaurant wieder verlassen.

Bis auf Probleme mit der Kartenzahlung alles in Ordnung

Bisher habe ich immer gute Burger und Pommes bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedes Mal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was mich stört, ist die Toilette. Muss man dafür echt zahlen? Ich finde nicht. Deswegen habe ich einen Stern abgezogen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren absolut freundlich, da gibt es nicht zu beanstanden. Allerdings schmeckten die veganen Nuggets ganz anderes als in andren Filialen. Wirklich nicht schmackhaft. Der ganze Boden war voller Dreck und Pommes. Das beste, das WC kostet für Kunden auch noch Geld.....

Payback funktioniert schon mal nicht wirklich, die Hütte sieht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aus. Personal aber bei meinem Besuch sehr bemüht und freundlich

Ein ganz normaler Burger King. Anscheinend nur 2 Leute vor Ort, der Schichtleiter war an der Kasse und hat alles super gemacht und war freundlich. Bei dem Kollegen in der Küche hat man aber gemerkt, daß er keine Lust zur Arbeit hatte. Die Art und Weise hat mich gestört.

Wir waren gestern dort. Die sind dem "Mitbewerber" aber einiges voraus, was vegetarisch und auch vegan angeht. Die Burger werden erst zubereitet, wenn sie bestellt werden und das schmeckt man auch. Was mich am meisten überrascht hat, war die Aufmerksamkeit und Geduld der vier Mitarbeiter. Durchweg super freundlich, das erlebt man so auch nicht oft. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Super liebe Mitarbeiter. Ich habe einmal meinen Rucksack dort vergessen, den sie mir wieder gegeben haben. Das Essen war auch sehr schmackofatzig! Es könnte zwar etwas mehr aufgeräumt werden, aber das ist für mich nicht besonders ausschlaggebend.

Zum wiederholten Male konnte man keinen Kaffee bekommen, da die Maschine wohl defekt war

Das Essen hat geschmeckt. Aber die Toiletten sind furchtbar.Dreckig, nicht abzuschließen, da das Schloss schon seit Ewigkeiten kaputt ist

Wir hatten 3 Bürger bestellt sind direkt aufm Parkplatz gefahren und sie waren kalt der Käse auch. Mein Chicken burger war labberig und kalt auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen

Kann nur jedem raten, nicht zu diesem Burger King zu gehen. Ich habe es immer wieder versucht, aber fast immer war irgendwas schlecht. Fleisch nicht durch, kalt, Salat braun, Pommes nicht durch kalt etc. Die Krönung war, dass ich letztens ein Fleischmenü statt meines bestellten vegetarischen bekam. Wenn sowas einmal ist, kann man sagen Zufall, aber bei mir ÜBERWOGEN die schlechten Erfahrungen, so dass ich wenn nach Kreyenbrück gehe obwohl die viel weiter weg ist. Frage mich, ob die Angestellten dort besonders schlecht behandelt werden und das deswegen immer wieder passiert.
