Mal wieder in Oldenburg gewesen und Lust auf Burger gehabt - bin hier nicht enttäuscht worden, alles frisch und lecker. Team war auch sehr freundlich - weiter so, gerne wieder 🍔👑

Ich war zur Mittagszeit da. Laden war gut gefüllt. Trotzdem war alles was ich bestellt habe frisch zubereitet. Selbst die Pommes waren gut gewürzt und knusprig. Das kennt man von anderen Burger King Filialen anders. Also alles top

Nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

Es war unfassbar dreckig und einfach nicht zu genießen. Wir waren zu viert. Und alles kam auf dem Rückweg das Essen wieder hoch

Schlechtesten Essen ever! Alle 3 Menüs waren kalt, der zum LongChicken gehörende Cheesdip war hart und kalt und somit zum dippen nicht geeignet. Pommes kalt und labberig. Service keiner vorhanden, Damen und Herren hinterm Tresen haben sich angeregt in ihrer Landessprache unterhalten und waren nicht ansprechbar. Nie wieder!!!

Wie bei jedem Burger King, gutes Fast Food

Wollte über lieferando 2 zum Preis von einem bestellen und musste dann feststellen dass das nur für Fleischesser gilt. Der Vegetarier/Veganer geht leer aus. Schade, so wurde dann leider nichts draus.🫤

Alles andere als schnell. Es war nichts los und trotzdem haben 4 Cheeseburger sehr lange gedauert.

Sauber und Lecker, bis man das Männerklo betritt.

War am 10.05.2026 definitiv das letzte Mal in meinem Leben hier beim Essen. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns spontan dazu entschlossen, eben was bei BK essen zu gehen. Habe mir ein King des Monats bestellt, sowie einen Chickenburger. Schon während des Essens dachte ich mir, dass der Whopper Jr. (King des Monats) anders schmeckte als sonst. Ich dachte mir aber, dass ich mir das einbilde weil ich seit langem nicht mehr bei BK essen war. Circa 2-3h später fingen bei mir die Bauchschmerzen an. Mittlerweile habe ich mich 16x übergeben, habe nun die Bauchschmerzen meines Lebens und fühle mich so elendig wie selten zuvor….. Zudem kommt, dass ich spätestens wirklich alle 30min auf der Toilette sitze….. Habe mir eine richtig schöne dicke Lebensmittelvergiftung in dem Laden abgeholt. Danke dafür….. Dass ich eine Rezension um 01:30 schreibe sagt schon einiges darüber aus, wie sehr ich den Laden weiterempfehlen werde, nämlich gar nicht! Im großen Bogen umfahren…. 0/5 Sterne Edit: bin um 02:50 aufgrund von anhaltender Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Durchfall und mangelnder hydration ins Krankenhaus gefahren. Auch hierfür danke! Last Edit: War von 02:50 - 09:00 im Krankenhaus und schaffe es immer noch nicht aufzuhören zu kot*en…. Sobald ich einen Schluck Wasser nehme, muss ich sofort wieder erbrechen. Werde mich asap mit dem Gesundheitsamt in Verbindung setzen sobald es mir besser geht! Absolute Unverschämtheit!!!

Die Kuchen waren so stark geröstet, dass sie fast verbrannt waren.

3/6 Burgern in Drive In erhalten, nachdem alle bezahlt wurden. Musste dann rein und mich rechtfertigen, was „angeblich“ fehlt. 2 fehlende bekommen. Der dritte ist mir leider erst auf dem Heimweg aufgefallen. Maximal enttäuschend.

Die teuren Pommes eine riesen Frechheit....die 3er Kombi Bürger gute Idee....aber Bürger ohne Pommes geht bei uns nicht...darum nie wieder

Seit der Renovierung ist dieser Burger King endlich auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Dekoration ist gut, das Bestellsystem ist sehr gut gestaltet mittlerweile, das Tempo ist hoch und das Essen jetzt immer frisch, da nur noch nach Bestellung zubereitet wird. Lediglich wie in allen Fast Food Restaurants ist es manchmal nicht überall sauber.

Man merkt das Burger King nicht mehr so angesagt ist wie die Konkurrenz. Es hat sich in den letzten Jahren nicht viel getan, gerade in dieser Filiale. Etwas schmuddelig und wenig motiviertes Personal.

Es gab kaum Kundschaft, genügend Personal und dennoch gab es weder ein sauberes Klo noch einen sauberen Tisch 🥳

Die Chicken Tenders nur lauwarm u. Poppig. Der Käsedipp eiskalt u. Hart

Der Doppel Whopper mit fast allen Extras die man bestellen ( alles außer extra Zwiebeln) war zufrieden stellend , das Fleisch hat seinen typischen Grillgeschmack was mir immer wieder sehr gefällt, der Kopfsalat hat keine braunen ränder , also knackig und lecker , die Tomaten waren okay , ur ein bisschen zu grün , dafür waren reichlich vorhanden .... Es gab auch noch Chili cheese Nuggets die passend nicht zu heiß serviert wurden, was sonst sehr oft der Fall ist . Gitterkartoffeln waren schön salzig und kross , ich liebe sie mit sour cream, man könnte leider kein fuze Eistee bestellen , Zum Ambiente : Da ist es eher schon die Standard BK Version , keine geilen Bildschirme mit aktuellen Angeboten und Werbung was Grade geht bei BK und oder Regionalwerbung... Sauber war das Restaurant zu meinem Besuch auf jeden Fall , da kann man die Schulnote 1 vergeben ... Das WC wurde zum Händewaschen genutzt , dieses war sauber Kurzes Fazit : das Restaurant bedient die Standard BK Voraussetzungen der Doppelwhopper geht in Ordnung ...

wie schafft man es eigentlich jede 2te Bestellung zu verbocken ... ich bestelle chicken nuggets und werde sogar noch gefragt welche soße ich dazu haben will und am ende ist ein chickenburger und die soße in der tüte, soll ich jetzt den burger in die soße stecken? selten so unfähiges personal gesehen, wird echt zeit dass an der cloppenburger ein MC Donalds öffnet update: ihr habt es wieder verbockt .. absolut unfähig

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, sprach mäßig deutsch, brauchte hilfe und die wurde mir verwehrt. Hatte die 3 mini Burger, die sind direkt nach einem bissen in den müll gewandert, da die Burger eisig kalt waren... mich sehen die nicht wieder Mit einer vernünftigen Betriebsleitung, würde der laden anders laufen

Seit der Renovierung und der Übernahme von neuen Inhabern ist es hier wirklich top für einen Burger King.

I'm surprised about the new Bürgerking, great ambience, it looks chic and clean. It doesn't look like fast food but like a burger restaurant. It also tasted very good.

Gehe selten bei Burger King essen, aber sie schaffen es tatsächlich fast jedesmal ein Teil der Bestellung (Mitnahmeessen) zu vergessen.

Katastrophal ! Wir haben am Drive Inn bestellt. Es war zu der Zeit sehr ruhig dort. Die Liste der Mängel ist lang ... # In den Curly Fries waren mehr Pommes als Fries. # Der Big King meiner Frau hatte nur 1 Pattie, 1 Käse. # Der Long Chili Cheese war "alt" und lauwarm. # 1 Mayo wurde vergessen. # Bestellt waren Chicken Nuggets, wir bekamen Chilli Cheese. # Alles war lieblos gequetscht, lauwarm oder ganz kalt. Ich wollte zurück fahren, aber das hätte auch wieder gedauert und noch mehr Stress verursacht. Wir wollten nur in Ruhe etwas WARMES essen. Fazit : Wir können vor diesem Laden nur WARNEN !!! Tip : Direkt gegenüber der 4-spurigen Strasse ist ein wirklich sehr guter Berlin Döner, den wir aus eigener Erfahrung sehr empfehlen. Nach langer Pause und Wechsel des Besitzers waren wir heute noch mal dort, aber drinnen. Bestellen nur noch am Automaten, keine Servietten mehr, dafür Papier-Strohhalme. Ist das Essen fertig, erfolgt eine Durchsage. Das ist so persönlich wie eine Fütterungsanlage und passt zu dem neuen Ambiente mit dem Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Neu ist nicht immer besser, hier eher schlechter.

Wie immer in Fastfood Restaurants ist die Sauberkeit so ne Sache..

Leider ist die Sauberkeit ein riesen Faktor. Die Tische und Bänke sind bei jedem Besuch dreckig. Wenn man das Personal bittet einen Tisch zu reinigen, wird dies leider nur sehr halbherzig erledigt, sodass der Tisch weiter klebrig bleibt.

Grad bestellt für 50 Euro und zuhause darf ich festellen das ziemlich viel einfach nicht eingepackt wurde.

Gutes, schnelles Essen, freundliches Personal, sauberer Laden. Immer gerne wieder. Die vegetarischen Optionen sind vielfältig und schmecken super.

Für 2 Cheeseburger und eine mittlere Pommes 9,27 Euro. Hatte erst gedacht, ich hätte mich verhört, aber dem war nicht so. Aber ist ja Silvester und man gönnt ja gerne.

Also, ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich habe früher gerne bei Burger King gegessen. In letzter Zeit bekomme ich dort allerdings nur noch Mist serviert. Gestern habe ich dort bestellt und vier kalte Burger bekommen. Insgesamt habe ich für zwei Personen knapp 40 Euro bezahlt. Da es gestern nicht geschmeckt hat, dachte ich mir, ich gebe dem Ganzen heute noch einmal eine Chance. Ich habe dasselbe bestellt und extra erwähnt, dass ich gestern vier Burger nicht essen konnte, weil sie kalt und matschig waren. Heute war es wieder dasselbe. Also insgesamt 74 Euro zum Fenster hinausgeworfen. Das war’s dann leider. 3 Sterne, weil ich früher wirklich gerne dort gegessen habe.

The burgers were freezing cold, unfortunately. And we were freezing in the restaurant too. No wonder everyone was eating in jackets...

Great attention is paid to cleanliness. The food was prepared quickly and neatly, and the staff are very friendly!

The guest area and the toilet are truly disgustingly dirty. Cobwebs and grime on the walls. Everything in the toilet is falling apart. No wonder more and more guests are staying away.

I recommend this branch in Oldenburg. Ordering at the terminal was quick, and everything was ready shortly after so we could enjoy our meal. The staff was friendly. I'll gladly come again.

Waited 10 minutes for 3 simple burgers No fries, no drink ordered, and I was the only customer inside at the time... and then wait that long?

After a long day at work, I just spent €38.76, which isn't the worst thing. The burgers were from yesterday or something... the new Whiskey Burger had patties so black they were scared and ran away. The chili cheeseburger was cold, and the chicken burger tasted like old kitchen sponge. The fries were misshapen, like four-week-old potatoes on the kitchen shelf. The Coke was pretty good, but otherwise, take an extra seven minutes and go to McDonald's.

Fast and friendly service. The burger was very well prepared. The ice cream for dessert was also excellent. There's a large parking lot at the restaurant and excellent public transportation connections. I'd be happy to go back.

Went there for dinner on Saturday evening at 9 p.m. Unfortunately, the food was cold (burgers and chicken nuggets). Both were more cold than warm. Unfortunately, no comparison to a McDonald's restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very chilly. The temperature also felt too cold. Once, and never again.

Solid place. Slightly better than the Burger King at Westkreuz. Everything is up to franchise standards.

Incomplete order check your order before leaving

I was at BK again to get a quick bite to eat. After often being disappointed here in the past, everything is now great (presumably under new management). The staff is super friendly, and all the extras are taken care of. It also looks much more modern after a facelift. Great!

Dear staff and good preparation!

A drink packet for my son. What's in it? 200 ml of apple juice. 3 euros. That says it all, right?! Those are New York prices. I have no idea who Burger King thinks it is. A load of crap! 70% of the salespeople don't speak German. The atmosphere is great, but unfortunately, it doesn't make the impression any better. Never again Burger King! The competition is far ahead, and rightly so!

Burger was missing, cold, not nice

We ate there with my children. The children received gifts. Everything was delicious and wonderful – thank you so much!

Burgers are getting smaller and more expensive

The food was better a few years ago. Only the fries were hot and crispy. The burgers were supposed to be warm when you got to the table. The burger bun was cold and the meat was dry (inedible).

Since the renovation, it's been a complete disaster. Waiting 40 minutes for a Happy Meal is saying something. During that 40-minute wait, I also heard countless complaints 😮‍💨. Sorry, but that's just not acceptable.

It could be better. At least it's clean.

Fast food and a 15-minute wait for a broken burger with cold fries when nothing was happening. It used to be better when real "professionals" were still working there a few years ago.

We won't be back! The staff was listless. It was barely busy, yet the tables were still very dirty, and no one felt responsible for cleaning them. Customer questions are extremely unpopular.

Never seen such a well-prepared fast food burger. It looks and tastes really good. The staff seems to get along very well with one another.

Does anyone like the new menu at this once good place? And the usual taste has changed, half of the cutlet was with pepper, half was not. And those awful potatoes in the shape of worms? The drink was given with ice, although I always choose without .. I am disappointed

Okay, this burger place has been modernized and is under new management, and the staff are motivated and hard-working. BUT, they only offer ordering at the terminal—the service couldn't be worse. AND, how is it possible that my already made burger has been sitting in the cold for minutes and then they realize they forgot to prepare the fries? OTHERWISE, it's clean and everyone is really trying hard.

I have dined many Burger King restaurants and can safely say this is the best experience I have had. The food is presented extremely well and with care, which is not always something you can expect from fast food restaurants. Service is quick and the environment is very clean. If you are a fan of Burger King, this particular franchise is well worth visiting.

Unfortunately, I cannot understand why the King principle is not also applied to customer service.

Dirty tables. Tray shelves not emptied. Not recommended!

Coupons are not accepted, the tables are sticky and the staff is rude.

The menu is mixed up, the desserts are not separate from the hamburgers, it is not clear what desserts they offer, nor the price of these.

Thank you very much, the food actually tasted quite good but appearances can be deceiving. I didn't order the intestinal cleansing, but if anyone has problems with purification, this shop would be recommended.

Slow service, unfriendly staff, cold, chilly environment.

It used to be better, but recently a lot of orders have been mixed up and employees have become ruder. It's a shame, I would have liked to get something here more often, but if it continues like this I'll have to look for an alternative

We gave Burger King a second chance under new management. After it was clear on our first visit that we wouldn't go there again... things were different. Our order was also defective today. Several drinks were swapped in size, dips were missing and unfortunately only some were warm and tasty.

Since the renovation and renovation it has become much better, cleaner and tasty.

The best Burger King I've been to so far. Burgers were right, well topped and there was enough sauce. So it tasted really, really good. And there was enough mayonnaise with the fries! Finally more than just 1 packet of mayo for a large portion of fries... But it took a few minutes longer than expected. But at night, without a lot of activity, it's not that tight either.

5 to 6 employees stood around with 2 guests and that was around 6 p.m. Shop inside as new. Parking spaces sufficient.

It's really underground when your own Burger King app gives the wrong opening times for this branch.

The restaurant has been refreshed inside, everything is bright, open and appealing, I think. Staff is friendly. The terminals are finally available to order here. Food is typical Burger King. It was nice with you.

Was a really good BK in comparison

After the renovations, I visited the Burger King on Cloppenburger Straße again. Overall, makes a good overall impression. In addition to the seating options in a new room layout, the newly designed food serving area also caught the eye. Orders can now be entered on the screens. The new sanitary areas have also been completely renovated, but should be cleaned more regularly. Staff very friendly and attentive.

We waited more than 20 minutes for our food even though there was nothing going on. There was trash and crumbs on the table outside.

Bad service management The last few times I ordered things were missing twice and I immediately took pictures and told the store that I was missing things. Hello, we ordered on November 8th, 2024 at 6:48 p.m. The delivery arrived at 7:40 p.m. Unfortunately the order was not complete. A portion of fries and a portion of plant based nuggets were missing. The food was also virtually inedible because everything was almost cold. I tried calling 4 times by phone. Unfortunately no success. And now Burger King? I would be happy to receive a comment.

Our 2 citizens were good. Unfortunately, the fries, netted potatoes including mayonnaise and ketchup as well as any napkins and all toys were forgotten. Regardless of the fact that we had to wait over 10 minutes for the food in a fast food restaurant, the result was unfortunately very incomplete. Unfortunately, the fries and netted potatoes that were delivered were cold. The atmosphere is more reminiscent of a school cafeteria than a restaurant. Unfortunately the tables are very small. Furthermore, you couldn't order the tortilla advertised by BurgerKing.

This is the second time I order a burger and the burger meat I want is not used. this is a rip off
