The cakes were so toasted that they were almost burnt.

Sad experience, awareness training for the employees in the evening would have been very appropriate.

Food was fresh. Friendly service, and the food was freshly prepared.

Went there for dinner on Saturday evening at 9 p.m. Unfortunately, the food was cold (burgers and chicken nuggets). Both were more cold than warm. Unfortunately, no comparison to a McDonald's restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very chilly. The temperature also felt too cold. Once, and never again.

Solid place. Slightly better than the Burger King at Westkreuz. Everything is up to franchise standards.

Incomplete order check your order before leaving

I was at BK again to get a quick bite to eat. After often being disappointed here in the past, everything is now great (presumably under new management). The staff is super friendly, and all the extras are taken care of. It also looks much more modern after a facelift. Great!

Dear staff and good preparation!

A drink packet for my son. What's in it? 200 ml of apple juice. 3 euros. That says it all, right?! Those are New York prices. I have no idea who Burger King thinks it is. A load of crap! 70% of the salespeople don't speak German. The atmosphere is great, but unfortunately, it doesn't make the impression any better. Never again Burger King! The competition is far ahead, and rightly so!

Burger was missing, cold, not nice

Burgers are getting smaller and more expensive

The food was better a few years ago. Only the fries were hot and crispy. The burgers were supposed to be warm when you got to the table. The burger bun was cold and the meat was dry (inedible).

Since the renovation, it's been a complete disaster. Waiting 40 minutes for a Happy Meal is saying something. During that 40-minute wait, I also heard countless complaints 😮‍💨. Sorry, but that's just not acceptable.

Fast food and a 15-minute wait for a broken burger with cold fries when nothing was happening. It used to be better when real "professionals" were still working there a few years ago.

Never seen such a well-prepared fast food burger. It looks and tastes really good. The staff seems to get along very well with one another.

Okay, this burger place has been modernized and is under new management, and the staff are motivated and hard-working. BUT, they only offer ordering at the terminal—the service couldn't be worse. AND, how is it possible that my already made burger has been sitting in the cold for minutes and then they realize they forgot to prepare the fries? OTHERWISE, it's clean and everyone is really trying hard.

I have dined many Burger King restaurants and can safely say this is the best experience I have had. The food is presented extremely well and with care, which is not always something you can expect from fast food restaurants. Service is quick and the environment is very clean. If you are a fan of Burger King, this particular franchise is well worth visiting.

We gave Burger King a second chance under new management. After it was clear on our first visit that we wouldn't go there again... things were different. Our order was also defective today. Several drinks were swapped in size, dips were missing and unfortunately only some were warm and tasty.

The best Burger King I've been to so far. Burgers were right, well topped and there was enough sauce. So it tasted really, really good. And there was enough mayonnaise with the fries! Finally more than just 1 packet of mayo for a large portion of fries... But it took a few minutes longer than expected. But at night, without a lot of activity, it's not that tight either.

5 to 6 employees stood around with 2 guests and that was around 6 p.m. Shop inside as new. Parking spaces sufficient.

It's really underground when your own Burger King app gives the wrong opening times for this branch.

The restaurant has been refreshed inside, everything is bright, open and appealing, I think. Staff is friendly. The terminals are finally available to order here. Food is typical Burger King. It was nice with you.

Was a really good BK in comparison

After the renovations, I visited the Burger King on Cloppenburger Straße again. Overall, makes a good overall impression. In addition to the seating options in a new room layout, the newly designed food serving area also caught the eye. Orders can now be entered on the screens. The new sanitary areas have also been completely renovated, but should be cleaned more regularly. Staff very friendly and attentive.

We waited more than 20 minutes for our food even though there was nothing going on. There was trash and crumbs on the table outside.

Hello, we ordered on November 8th, 2024 at 6:48 p.m. The delivery arrived at 7:40 p.m. Unfortunately the order was not complete. A portion of fries and a portion of plant based nuggets were missing. The food was also virtually inedible because everything was almost cold. I tried calling 4 times by phone. Unfortunately no success. And now Burger King? I would be happy to receive a comment.

Our 2 citizens were good. Unfortunately, the fries, netted potatoes including mayonnaise and ketchup as well as any napkins and all toys were forgotten. Regardless of the fact that we had to wait over 10 minutes for the food in a fast food restaurant, the result was unfortunately very incomplete. I'm surprised about the new Bürgerking, great ambience, it looks chic and clean. It doesn't look like fast food but like a burger restaurant. It also tasted very good.

New management and renovated, actually improved a bit. Like other fast food chains, they have switched to ordering terminals.

Although the facility looked new and modern, almost all of the tables were dirty and dirty, including completely dried liquids, leftover food, streaks of grease or packaging. Although there wasn't much going on and most of the tables were free, none of the employees felt responsible for the guest area. We left early during dinner and ate the rest in the car. In the future we will only get something from the drive-thru because the food itself was hot and good. We will avoid indoor areas in the future.

Without words, cleanliness is a foreign concept in the store. Tables were not clean and sticky floor impossible, waited about 30 minutes to order. Some of the food was cold. We will never go there again.

Good food, Burgerking taste is king

I haven't been to BK for 2 years and after I heard that the BK on Cloppenburger Straße had a new management, I thought I'd give BK another chance. Food... standard BK nothing special. I had a chili cheese and a big king meal with coke and fries. Well, and since you know BK, of course the fries were missing. The burgers weren't the freshest either. Service... What can I say? There was hardly any staff present to interact with. Processing the order also took an extremely long time even though the restaurant had to process maybe 3 customers inside and 2 drive-thru customers. But of course that's no wonder if only 1 person makes the burgers, 1 person packs the bags and 1 person operates the drive-thru. I don't know if it's common practice now, but I've never experienced anything like that at Mecces. Ambience... If you like dirty and dark places, this is the place for you. The interior is extremely desolate and more minimally furnished than a Dacia Sandero. I've never experienced anything so sad. A screen on which the “menu” flickers (because it is defective) was the highlight. I didn't use the toilets, so I couldn't judge them. Honestly... I didn't expect anything else from BK, the quality of BK has been declining for years and since the Wallraff scandal it's only gotten worse in my opinion. BK is simply not worth it, so it's better to spend 1 euro more on the menu and go to Mecces. BK won't be around in Oldenburg for much longer. There are still 2 branches and the one on Cloppenburger Straße looks like they are losing the race.

Waiting times longer than for tropical fruits in the GDR era. Small children became fidgety from all the waiting and almost cried. As is usual for Kreyenbrück, people from all sorts of Far Eastern countries were present. If you want to get to know new cultures, this is the right place for you. But the employees were very nice! Taste is king.

Ordered a delivery for 7 p.m. via Lieferando in the afternoon. Everything is displayed in the app, including that the order is prepared and delivered immediately. Shortly after 7 p.m. I received a message via SMS and in the app that the order had been canceled and could not be delivered. Totally great if you rely on it.

There's usually little going on inside. The drive is sometimes fast and sometimes slow. It all depends on who is currently working. No constant speed. Food has been quite hot the last few times. Unfortunately the fries don't always come.

Diarrhea guarantee. Every time I bought something at this Burger King and then ate it, I had stomach/intestinal problems afterwards, regardless of other foods. So when I get constipated again or want to flush out, this Burger King is my first stop. In addition, the burgers taste really good, at least the ones without salad.

During my visit, my food was intentionally delayed for a very long time and two of your employees were obviously making fun of me by constantly looking at me and laughing. I wanted to order food at the drive-thru at 10:45 a.m. We stood in front of the counter for a few more minutes and were surprised that there was no sound. We thought according to Google it should open at 10 a.m., but this is not the case. The employee who was supposed to work there kindly didn't point this out to us, but rather left us standing. Then we drove forward, but without success. The employee rudely sent us away with a hand gesture. Very rude!!!

On Saturday July 20th, around 4:00 p.m., in 30 degree heat, no air conditioning inside was working and while we were eating, bees and flies were flying around us. After all, the fact that a bee bit my 5-year-old son was reason enough for me to never go to Burger King again. Our only consolation was that the employee who took the orders was genuinely interested in our complaints.

Despite the bad reviews, we went there to see for ourselves. Ordering at the drive-thru took far too long even though there was hardly anything going on. We had 2 menus... fries were scattered in the bag and made with old fat, totally disgusting! The burger didn't taste good and we had a stomach ache afterwards... Only the milkshakes were ok. To be honest, I have never eaten so badly, definitely not again and absolutely not recommended!!!!!

Catastrophic! We ordered at the Drive Inn. It was very quiet there at the time. The list of defects is long... # There were more fries in the curly fries than fries. # My wife's Big King only had 1 pattie, 1 cheese. # The Long Chili Cheese was "old" and lukewarm. #1 Mayo was forgotten. # Chicken nuggets were ordered and we got chilli cheese. # Everything was carelessly squeezed, lukewarm or completely cold. I wanted to drive back, but that would have taken longer and caused even more stress. We just wanted to eat something WARM in peace. Conclusion: We can only WARN about this store!!! Tip: Directly opposite the 4-lane road is a really good Berlin kebab, which we highly recommend from our own experience.
