It was okay. Can't write anything special about it. Food was good. The rest is pretty average.

Everything has been brought up to date on the inside. Eat fresh and hot. Service top I'd love to come back!

We gave Burger King a second chance under new management. After it was clear on our first visit that we wouldn't go there again... things were different. Our order was also defective today. Several drinks were swapped in size, dips were missing and unfortunately only some were warm and tasty.

Since the renovation and renovation it has become much better, cleaner and tasty.

The best Burger King I've been to so far. Burgers were right, well topped and there was enough sauce. So it tasted really, really good. And there was enough mayonnaise with the fries! Finally more than just 1 packet of mayo for a large portion of fries... But it took a few minutes longer than expected. But at night, without a lot of activity, it's not that tight either.

Great ambience after the renovation

5 to 6 employees stood around with 2 guests and that was around 6 p.m. Shop inside as new. Parking spaces sufficient.

Since everything is new. The store has a certain flair.

Food was good. Furnishings are also OK after renovation. Unfortunately the service is very bad. You are lied to just because you have no idea. And you don't get a real apology either. I would have liked to express my opinion to bk-feedback. But it didn't work because the receipt was so poorly printed that you couldn't see anything.

Last chance wasted. It doesn't get worse than bad. Despite the new team management, nothing has changed. A portion of fries, a portion of lattice potatoes and a medium Sprite almost fifteen euros. Food was cold, half of the lattice potatoes were inedible and we waited almost twenty minutes at the drive-thru counter. Never again Burger King. Now first throw the lattice potatoes at their heads

The Burger King in Kreyenbrück has made a name for itself... Looks good...

It's really underground when your own Burger King app gives the wrong opening times for this branch.

The restaurant has been refreshed inside, everything is bright, open and appealing, I think. Staff is friendly. The terminals are finally available to order here. Food is typical Burger King. It was nice with you.

Was a really good BK in comparison

After the renovations, I visited the Burger King on Cloppenburger Straße again. Overall, makes a good overall impression. In addition to the seating options in a new room layout, the newly designed food serving area also caught the eye. Orders can now be entered on the screens. The new sanitary areas have also been completely renovated, but should be cleaned more regularly. Staff very friendly and attentive.

We waited more than 20 minutes for our food even though there was nothing going on. There was trash and crumbs on the table outside.

Bad service management The last few times I ordered things were missing twice and I immediately took pictures and told the store that I was missing things. The service manager said yes, you should have called because I can't help now Should I call at 10 p.m. when no one answers anyway? Although my order again today, things are missing No solution orientation so it's best not to give any stars for the service management otherwise the staff at the counter and the food was great

Hello, we ordered on November 8th, 2024 at 6:48 p.m. The delivery arrived at 7:40 p.m. Unfortunately the order was not complete. A portion of fries and a portion of plant based nuggets were missing. The food was also virtually inedible because everything was almost cold. I tried calling 4 times by phone. Unfortunately no success. And now Burger King? I would be happy to receive a comment.

Our 2 citizens were good. Unfortunately, the fries, netted potatoes including mayonnaise and ketchup as well as any napkins and all toys were forgotten. Regardless of the fact that we had to wait over 10 minutes for the food in a fast food restaurant, the result was unfortunately very incomplete. I'm surprised about the new Bürgerking, great ambience, it looks chic and clean. It doesn't look like fast food but like a burger restaurant. It also tasted very good.

New management and renovated, actually improved a bit. Like other fast food chains, they have switched to ordering terminals.

Although the facility looked new and modern, almost all of the tables were dirty and dirty, including completely dried liquids, leftover food, streaks of grease or packaging. Although there wasn't much going on and most of the tables were free, none of the employees felt responsible for the guest area. We left early during dinner and ate the rest in the car. In the future we will only get something from the drive-thru because the food itself was hot and good. We will avoid indoor areas in the future.

Disproportionately long waiting times for a fast food restaurant, several times when redeeming coupons I received the meat version instead of the plant based one.

I ordered 2 long chickens and got 3, they weren't very tasty, the sauce tasted expired, the Sprite I ordered only tasted like water and the fries were very cold

Without words, cleanliness is a foreign concept in the store. Tables were not clean and sticky floor impossible, waited about 30 minutes to order. Some of the food was cold. We will never go there again.

Good food, Burgerking taste is king

It's been a complete disaster since the renovation, waiting 40 minutes for a happy meal says a lot, and in the 40 minutes we've also heard countless complaints 😮‍💨. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all.

I haven't been to BK for 2 years and after I heard that the BK on Cloppenburger Straße had a new management, I thought I'd give BK another chance. Food... standard BK nothing special. I had a chili cheese and a big king meal with coke and fries. Well, and since you know BK, of course the fries were missing. The burgers weren't the freshest either. Service... What can I say? There was hardly any staff present to interact with. Processing the order also took an extremely long time even though the restaurant had to process maybe 3 customers inside and 2 drive-thru customers. But of course that's no wonder if only 1 person makes the burgers, 1 person packs the bags and 1 person operates the drive-thru. I don't know if it's common practice now, but I've never experienced anything like that at Mecces. Ambience... If you like dirty and dark places, this is the place for you. The interior is extremely desolate and more minimally furnished than a Dacia Sandero. I've never experienced anything so sad. A screen on which the “menu” flickers (because it is defective) was the highlight. I didn't use the toilets, so I couldn't judge them. Honestly... I didn't expect anything else from BK, the quality of BK has been declining for years and since the Wallraff scandal it's only gotten worse in my opinion. BK is simply not worth it, so it's better to spend 1 euro more on the menu and go to Mecces. BK won't be around in Oldenburg for much longer. There are still 2 branches and the one on Cloppenburger Straße looks like they are losing the race.

Waiting times longer than for tropical fruits in the GDR era. Small children became fidgety from all the waiting and almost cried. As is usual for Kreyenbrück, people from all sorts of Far Eastern countries were present. If you want to get to know new cultures, this is the right place for you. But the employees were very nice! Taste is king.

The staff is unable to serve 2 burgers 🍔. Ordered Big King menu. Get Whopper Jr. Unfortunately noticed too late. I ordered there last time.

Ordered a delivery for 7 p.m. via Lieferando in the afternoon. Everything is displayed in the app, including that the order is prepared and delivered immediately. Shortly after 7 p.m. I received a message via SMS and in the app that the order had been canceled and could not be delivered. Totally great if you rely on it.

Landed here again for a long time... well, the toilet was dirty and NONE of the two taps worked - an absolute no-go in the catering industry!!! The only solution is to go to the toilet of the opposite sex. The staff also has no desire to correct these deficiencies or simply serve the customers. Completely listless and unmotivated. It's cold in the store. The tables are more for smaller people if not more suitable for children. The staff is absolutely unfriendly (while ordering you go to the drive-thru to take the order instead of finishing serving the customer first). Toilets are dirty even though the store only opened recently.

There's usually little going on inside. The drive is sometimes fast and sometimes slow. It all depends on who is currently working. No constant speed. Food has been quite hot the last few times. Unfortunately the fries don't always come.

Diarrhea guarantee. Every time I bought something at this Burger King and then ate it, I had stomach/intestinal problems afterwards, regardless of other foods. So when I get constipated again or want to flush out, this Burger King is my first stop. In addition, the burgers taste really good, at least the ones without salad.

I ordered a few burgers on the drive that were supposed to have extra jalapeneos. The extra price was also deducted. Not a single burger had jalapenos on it. There were no receipts either. First of all, it was nice to be ripped off...

I would like to express my great disappointment with the service in your branch on (CloppenburgerStraße.300, 26133 Oldenburg) last week. During my visit, my food was intentionally delayed for a very long time and two of your employees were obviously making fun of me by constantly looking at me and laughing. This behavior was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional for me. I usually enjoy visiting Burger King and am a regular customer who visits your branch two to three times a week. I wanted to order food at the drive-thru at 10:45 a.m. We stood in front of the counter for a few more minutes and were surprised that there was no sound. We thought according to Google it should open at 10 a.m., but this is not the case. The employee who was supposed to work there kindly didn't point this out to us, but rather left us standing. Then we drove forward, but without success. The employee rudely sent us away with a hand gesture. Very rude!!!

We left again because we simply weren't served. Something was probably more important.

Staff unfriendly and incompetent - not recommended.

On Saturday July 20th, around 4:00 p.m., in 30 degree heat, no air conditioning inside was working and while we were eating, bees and flies were flying around us. After all, the fact that a bee bit my 5-year-old son was reason enough for me to never go to Burger King again. Our only consolation was that the employee who took the orders was genuinely interested in our complaints.

Top service and great employees. Ms. Abdullah and Ms. Siebrecht in particular were very open-minded and contributed greatly to a humorous visit with their friendly manner!

Great BK with a mega big drive lane, food was complete, warm and tasty. Ordering went quickly. Gladly again. 🍔👑

Was in the drive in, well, a Burger King

Despite the bad reviews, we went there to see for ourselves. Ordering at the drive-thru took far too long even though there was hardly anything going on. We had 2 menus... fries were scattered in the bag and made with old fat, totally disgusting! The burger didn't taste good and we had a stomach ache afterwards... Only the milkshakes were ok. To be honest, I have never eaten so badly, definitely not again and absolutely not recommended!!!!!

Very bad service, I paid for a product that I pointed out that something wasn't supposed to be on it.. of course it came with the sauce, when I exchanged it they didn't want to exchange it because you can only get this product with sauce??? 😂😂😂 Ultimately they took it back but I didn't get anything new or even get my money back. If you know one Burger King in Germany, you know them all. Simply system catering. You know what's coming beforehand and there are no unpleasant surprises!

Catastrophic! We ordered at the Drive Inn. It was very quiet there at the time. The list of defects is long... # There were more fries in the curly fries than fries. # My wife's Big King only had 1 pattie, 1 cheese. # The Long Chili Cheese was "old" and lukewarm. #1 Mayo was forgotten. # Chicken nuggets were ordered and we got chilli cheese. # Everything was carelessly squeezed, lukewarm or completely cold. I wanted to drive back, but that would have taken longer and caused even more stress. We just wanted to eat something WARM in peace. Conclusion: We can only WARN about this store!!! Tip: Directly opposite the 4-lane road is a really good Berlin kebab, which we highly recommend from our own experience.

The burger wasn't good, but the fries were okay. The shop was very dirty, there were crumbs and leftover food everywhere under the tables. The toilets were very unhygienic and not cleaned. I won't go back here unless the points mentioned improve as much as you can expect from a burger place like this.

One star is many, employees inside are not respectful, they are not nice. Some time ago I was there at 9 p.m. They told me that the store was closed and should close at 10pm. They did this so that he could go home quickly.

Were at this BK today (3/3/24 9:00 p.m.), a strange blonde in the kitchen who punches her colleagues and says “good for a girl, right”? There's flirting going on and in front of customers... just embarrassing!! She was a blonde, very, very thin with a long braid… underneath everything, she was a mess and felt uncomfortable and then at the table we saw how dirty she was…. But Madame has time to jump around in the kitchen... messes up the orders, well, good staff is hard to find!

We were at the door at 11:55 p.m. and were sent to the drive through. Seconds later we were told that they were already closed and no more goods

Schlechte Filiale. 2 Burger bestellt, beide waren komplett kalt, hatte auch miesen durchfall. Beim zweiten Mal dachte ich zumindest Kinkfusion sollte lecker sein, da kann man ja nix falsch machen. Hab mich geirrt, die Schokosauce war ja mal komplett billig und natürlich kalt XD.

Oldenburger Burger King hat mal wieder eine glanzvolle Leistung erbracht. Das erste mal im Lokal “Westkreuz” leckeres Schimmelbrötchen serviert bekommen und heute auf der Cloppenburger Straße Haare in meinem long chicken chilli cheese Burger! Fazit: Hygienische Vorschriften werden stets missachtet! Nie wieder Burger King.

Es werden mehrfach Dinge bei meiner Bestellung vergessen oder verwechselt. Der Burger King an der Cloppenburger Straße schuldet mir mehrere Crispy Chicken Burger. Ich bin extrem enttäuscht und sauer :(

Waren heute 2 Weihnachtstag essen Buerger kalt Pommes auch kalt wie beim letzten Mal schade drum

Null Kunden Kulanz die Mitarbeiter sind zu unkompent die EC Geräte zu bedienen was sie selber zu geben, die machen Fehler und man selber darf als Kunde hinterher laufen und dann meinen die das die nicht zurück buchen können aber doppelt abbuchen weil man zu doof ist die Abbuchungen im EC Geräte zu kontrollieren, nein das ist den guten zu viel 2 min vor Feierabend. Einfach schlechter Service auch wenn das Essen eigentlich immer ganz gut WAR.

Bedienung sehr freundlich, Verkaufsraum und Toiletten sauber. Long Chicken gut belegt, das kenne ich vom Wettbewerber oft anders. Da musst du den Burger erstmal in seine Bestandteile zerlegen und neu aufbauen. Pommes hätten 2° wärmer sein können, aber alles insgesamt gut. Hier kann man ohne Schläge nochmal einkehren.

Sanitäre Anlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht besonders gepflegt und gereinigt.

Gutschein ist Online drin. Vor Ort Laut Kassiererin Zitat ,,Ausverkauft,, laut einem Hangeschriebenen Zettel der bei der Kassierin an der Kasse hängt. Komisch alle einzelnen Komponenten sind einzeln bestellbar nur dann Natürlich deutlich teurer. Macht einen guten Eindruck (Nicht)

Alles top so wie man es von BK erwartet

Ist nicht meines, da stehe ich mehr auf den Mitbewerber.

Bin am Abend im Drive gewesen essen bestellt ca 800 Meter nach Hause gefahren, 1 es war komplettes Essen kalt 1 falsche Bestellung dann keine Mayo keine Soßen.

Ansicht war fast alles in Ordnung, aber wenn man 13 Euro für ein Menü bezahlt, und einen Weg von 1 min nach Hause hat und die Pommes safe 2 bis 3 Stunden alt war. Ich habe kein Pommes Eis bestellt sondern frische Pommes heißt und knackig.

Besuch am 14/10/23, ca. 17.15 Uhr: Top freundliches Personal, kurze Wartezeit, insb. die diensthabende Leitung Frau Kersten beriet uns außerordentlich freundlich, abgesehen davon, dass sie einen überaus freundlichen Ton ihrem Personal gegenüber an den Tag legt. Essen war einwandfrei, angenehme Musik im Restaurant - wir haben eine sehr zufriedene Stunde dort verbracht 🍔☕️🍦, bravo, ist leider nicht immer der Fall gewesen 😢, bitte weiter so🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

30 Minuten auf Essen warten im Drive in. 5 Kunden nach mir haben ihr Essen vorher bekommen. Keine Entschuldigung, kein guten Appetit, Kundenservice könnte besser sein.

Leider muß ich meine vorherige 5 Sterne Bewertung stark nach unten korrigieren! Die Toiletten waren derart dreckig, da sind zwei Sterne noch gerade in Ordnung.

Bis heute noch keine Schwierigkeiten gehabt bis auf das die Lieferung plötzlich nicht mehr bis zu uns möglich ist. Deswegen nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Ansonsten ist das Essen immer frisch und bis heute wie gesagt noch nichts negatives erlebt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
