Ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken!!! Tried 3 times in the last 2 weeks - broken every time. Others have also complained about this here and they claim that there are no known downtimes. Aha?? Then why don't you ever have ice cream? Update 04/2024 Ice cream maker is still broken hahaha

No breakfast, no cappuccino, no latte macchiato... we didn't eat or drink anything there...

Every now and then we go to McDonald's this time to drink a cappuccino and latte macchiato with a piece of cake. The cappuccino and latte macchiato were good and the cake was average

Like any McDonald's, nothing special

Extremely long waiting time. We came at 3:45 p.m. and ordered. A few people got there before us, but they had only been standing here for a few minutes (not half an hour like us). After these few orders came before us, after waiting half an hour we were told that the food had been forgotten somewhere in the counter. There was cold food in front of us, which we then put into new production. Staff not very communicative and very confused. We didn't get any compensation either. Very disappointing experience.

That was the last time for me, the service is good but you can order in almost any language, only in German, not a thousand employees but you will be put on the park so I worked there once but nothing like that

I always order via the app and pick up the order at the drive-in, it works without any problems. Special thanks to the employee this morning, you made my morning with the apple turnover :) thank you 🫶🏼

ATTENTION intellectual allergy sufferers! I think the employees have to dance their name or probably count to 3 as a requirement for the job... what could be so difficult about reading a piece of paper? Again there were ingredients in the dishes that I expressly didn't want. You get something unhealthy once a month and almost every time the order is wrong. I'm beginning to suspect that people there can count their IQ on one hand... but nothing is being done about it. Despite the tons of negative reviews here. Having to throw 10€ of 30€ of purchases in the trash because of the intolerance. Thanks for nothing!

...just Macen! Get in quick, eat quick, get out quick.

For me, this is a particularly well-run McDonald's restaurant. You can get your food quickly both in the restaurant and in McDrive. The cleanliness is good, including in the sanitary area. The staff is friendly even when there is a lot of crowd. I like being here.

High prices, bad service, undesirable

Very bad, the staff is not connected to cashless payment and then says it doesn't work, so I would say the money was spent more on training the staff and not on any stupid things

Guys, it's a McDonald's. So please don't compare it with a star restaurant or with grandma's stuffed cabbage. If you don't like fast food you should eat somewhere else. That’s in advance. I like to grab something there every now and then, the staff are always friendly. Food is fresh and properly prepared, also well packaged (you can fail with that) Where you still need to improve something: if you offer “individualization” of the products, then that has to work. So if I order "without tomatoes, but with additional onions and cheese" (via the app and also correctly noted on the sticker on the product) and then you leave out not only the tomatoes but also the onions and cheese completely, then that's a Problem. This happens occasionally, not often. And if you don't pick up your burgers straight away and complain, you'll experience a culinary disappointment at home - and then of course you won't go back. Oh, and the atmosphere: on Friday and Saturday evenings your audience is unbearable - there are people you don't want to meet. My sympathy for the employees. Away quickly. I'll keep coming to you :-)

I came here recently and ordered and had it brought to my table. An hour later there was still nothing there. Then I went to complain. I got my food but all the things were missing. That really doesn't work

We were run over and shouted at by the employee because we obviously used the wrong entrance. You can still remain polite, right?

The food was all fresh and warm. The tables are cleaned in between. What more do you want .

Food like at all MCDs, staff too. Usually you have to check at the McDrive whether everything has really been packed. But I don't know of any other branch.

Clean, fast and everything as it should be.

The food was ice cold, the service was unfriendly and totally overwhelmed......... The public toilets at Hamburg Central Station are cleaner........ But when I read what is written here, nothing changes here!

Fast food? We waited half an hour for 2 burgers and a small fries. Something is wrong here.

Even 1 star is still too much, on Friday and Saturday the young people think their tea drawer is at McDonald's, the benches are usually full of sauces and the staff barely understand German... impossible to be honest

Lange Wartezeit, mittlerweile spricht kaum noch jemand deutsch und dann ist das Essen kalt. Super wird immer besser ...

Naja, MC Donalds... Das Essen hat kein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Der Service war früher besser, die Wartezeit auf das Essen war damals kürzer. Liegt wohl am reduzieren Personal. Diese Idee einer Kaffeebar ist wohl nicht so toll, es ist totes Kapital das nicht genutzt wird. Alles in allem muss es schwer sein hier noch Gäste zu animieren hier zu essen. Auch kann es nicht wirtschaftlich sein in dieser Art und Weise seine Gäste zu bedienen.

Die Burger sind immer anders. Mal zu wenig Soße, mal Kalt und und und. Dort ist es generell immer sehr schmutzig.

Guten Tag Ich habe heute in dem McDonalds in Kassel bei dem A7 Club etwas miterlebt was mich fassungslos gemacht hat. Ich war mit meiner Frau und kleinen Schwester essen und wir haben echt viel bestellt insgesamt für 60€.Als sie uns das Essen gebracht haben hat ein wrap gefehlt,also sind wir zur Theke und meinten da hat ein wrap gefehlt.Dann haben die einfach geantwortet,das er sicher dabei war ,ich meine als ob wir bei so viel essen und noch etwas erschleichen wollen würden.erst nach mehrmaligen überzeugen haben sie dann meiner Schwester ihren wrap gemacht und ich habe kein Entschuldigung oder sowas in der Art gehört,nur genervt Blicke miterlebt. Also die Frechheit zu besitzen und statt das Problem lösen zu wollen einfach zu behaupten das wir "klauen" würden ist schon echt die Höhe Die sollten sich echt was schämen,und meine Schwester ist 11 Jahre alt,als ob die sodas mit dem Alter machen würde. Achja das war übrigens der Manager und eine Mitarbeiterin.

Würde 0 Sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre. Habe einen Erdbeer Milchshake bestellt und eine Erdbeer Milch bekommen. Wollte einen neue haben und habe darauf hingewiesen dass der Shake total flüssig ist. Aber anstatt dass darauf eingegangen wird, wurde mir meine Milch😂 abgenommen und das Geld zurück erstattet.

Lernt doch mal zu lesen was man bei euch bestellt. Chicken statt Plant based. Man sollte euch dafür verklagen! Monopoly Sticker fehlen auch obwohl dafür geworben wird.

Nie wieder Samstag Abend...war brechend voll, dadurch sehr laut und ungemütlich. Wir mussten sehr lange auf das Essen warten und vorher auch lange anstehen(egal wie man bestellt hat). Tisch war sehr schmutzig, einfach zu wenig Personal für Samstags. Das Essen war leider auch nicht der Hit...der Burger fast kalt und in der Pommestüte waren Pommes mit drin, die waren schon ein paar Runden zu viel in der Fritteuse. Da nützt es auch nicht, wenn die Fastfood-Kette von dem Imbissbuden- image wegkommen will und auf hübsch versucht. Guter Service, Sauberkeit und vernünftiges Essen kann man wohl erwarten. Schade.

Schöne Filiale. Das Essen war richtig gemacht aber ich findet nicht gut dass, ich habe mal gesehen, eine Mitarbeiterin hat die Pommes gegessen und andere Tag hatte Probleme mit den App und auch die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich. Ich wollte eine schöne Zeit mit mein Kind aber war gestressig.

Burger sind meistens immer heiß wenn ich mal da bin

Leider bekommt man keinen Cappuccino etc mehr aus dem McCafé schade da ich den McCafé Kaffee ja auch zahle und keinen kva Kaffee ( hatte das schon vor längerer Zeit erwähnt nun bekam ich wieder eine kva Kaffee sehr schade!!‘ )

Was soll man sagen,....es ist ein McDonalds. War schon oft da und es hat immer gut geklappt.

Einkehr nach kurzer Wanderung bei Kaffee und Muffin bzw. Kuchen und auch veganer Burger mit Ringelpommes. War alles sehr lecker im wohlfühlenden Ambuente.

Alles bestens. Kann ich sehr weiter empfehlen.

20 Minuten zwischen Terminalbestellung und Lieferung an den Tisch. Und dann von 7 Positionen 2 vergessen. So geht Schnellrestaurant heute. 😡 Zum Glück gibt es noch andere.

Leider sehr lange Wartezeit am MC Drive für Frühstück. 10 Minuten sind definitiv zu lang

Leider wird es immer schlimmer. 30(!) Minuten Wartezeit an leerer Kasse für Barzahlung, 60(!) Minuten auf 4-teilige Bestellung gewartet, dann fehlt trotzdem noch die Hälfte oder die Burger sind einfach nur zusammengeklascht. Anschließend ignoriert die Bedienung einen bei direkter Ansprache, als ob sie gar nichts versteht. Sollte sich etwas ändern, werde ich die Rezession anpassen.

Sehr sauber dort, Cola, Fanta etc schmeckt nicht so dolle, eher wie farbiges Wasser mit Kohlensäure. Aber der Pfirsicheistee ist spitze. Man hat beim Trinken das Gefühl in einen saftigen Pfirsich gebissen zu haben. Die Nuggets waren auch super lecker

Normaler mc donald kurze Wartezeiten

Es ging fix und hat geschmeckt.

Wir waren heute in mc donalds, wir dachten wenn wir im Laden bestellen ( wollten zum mitnehmen) wird weniger was vergessen, weil man beim mc Drive immer nur die Hälfte bekommt. Und siehe da, da wurde wieder was vergessen, leider haben wir es zu spät bemerkt. Zudem wollten wir was bei mc Cafe haben, haben 3 verschiedene Mitarbeiter gefragt ob da jemand gucken kann, 2 von denen haben mich wortlos angeguckt als wäre ich vom anderen Universum und eine meinte sie kommt sofort, nach langem warten haben wir uns entschieden zu gehen. Wir waren jetzt innerhalb kurzer Zeit 3 mal dort und jedes mal bekomm ich weniger als ich bezahlt habe, die Mitarbeiter sind einfach unfähig und können kein Deutsch!!!

Sehr nette Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre.

Wir haben Kaffee bestellt und fast 20 min gewartet. Wir hatten die Nummer 328. Aber unsere Nummer wurde einfach übersprungen. Man hat das Gefühl keiner der Mitarbeiter hat Lust Kaffee zu machen. Das ist nicht einmal passiert, sondern passiert sehr oft! Mir allein schon 4-5 mal.

Dreckige Plätze, gefühlt wurden diese drei Wochen vor meinem Besuch abgewischt. Essen war trotz Verzehr im Restaurant kalt. Schade das ich das so bewerten muss. Es kann natürlich sein das die Belegschaft einen schlechten Tag hatte.

Ich habe 25 Minuten für 2 Cheesburger gewartet . Eis welches ich mir mal alle 3 Jahre hole (oder es versuche ) schon zum 2. mal ist das Eis „ausverkauft“ oder die Maschine „defekt“ Klare Überforderung der Mitarbeiter ohne richtiges System. Zudem ist die Sauberkeit auch nicht wirklich gegeben Pommes auf dem Boden , Tische nicht abgewischt etc.

Super nettes Personal, schneller Service, Pommes und Sonderpommes waren super frisch... Scheint der Chef gewechselt zu haben....

Alles in Ordnung. Essen und Getränke schnell und vollzählig bekommen.

Einer der schlimmste McDonalds Deutschland Mitarbeitern sprechen kaum deutsch oder englisch, sie sprechen nur Mazedonien Bei Fragen Mitarbeitern werden keine Antworten dir geben sondern sie werden nur zwischen einander lachen Coca-Cola ist 99% Eiswürfeln und schmeckt nur nach Wasser Kaffee zum mitnehmen war so dünn und ganz ohne Geschmack

A Mac Donald’s like others. Nevertheless I generally feel the price pressure. Some toilets are not free anymore and at least one pissoir is always out of order. The ordering displays are not always operating and the keypad for the card are too low and the keys hidden. The hamburgers shrieked and the meat is more dry. The sundays portions, once my favorite, doubled the price and shrieked as well. This all is not really applying to this one, but somewhere I have to write it.

Essen wie immer. Aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. So ein Laden steht oder fällt mit dem Personal. Also dringend das Personal einarbeiten.

Auf unserer Reise nach Düsseldorf machten wir erneut Halt hier und sind ganz überzeugt. Alles lecker, schnell beim Gast und rundum waren wir zufrieden ☺️
