The meat was completely dry and inedible, and the color was disgusting too. The server said it was crispy chicken and that's how it's supposed to look. Disgusting!

If you grab the signage at another ordering terminal, you disrupt the customer's ordering process. Hence a deduction for "Service."

A case for the health department !!!!! This should be given -5 stars. I have never seen such a dirty McDonald's... whether it was in the restaurant or outside... dirty tables everywhere, endless trash on the tables, on the floor... the trash cans were overflowing... one look into the kitchen and it was just disgusting. Unfortunately, we ordered before we saw the kitchen! The food was cold, by the way! The last stop was the restroom... I just wanted to wash my hands... that wasn't possible, there was no soap... but apart from that, under these unhygienic conditions, it would be advisable not to even use the restroom. I wanted to speak to the shift manager... she came and I asked if she thought the way the store looked was normal, including the restrooms... the answer was "she will send someone right away"... why on earth doesn't any of the staff notice this??? I definitely advise against going there, at least as long as conditions are like this.

I can't fathom how you can wait 20 minutes for two sandwiches at a fast food restaurant... luckily it wasn't busy, because I'm afraid of what's going on here during peak hours. Coffee made at the start, sitting next to iced tea that should have been cold, was already lukewarm, not hot. We saw the girl shifting drinks over and over again because part of the order was missing. I think the sandwich guys are to blame, because the rest were rushing around. But the overall situation is what it is. The only thing that surprised me positively was that, despite being dirty... it was definitely the cleanest German McDonald's we've ever been to.

I wanted to try the Samurai Burger. What was served to me in the car was a disaster. If I hadn't been on the highway yet, I would have thrown it at my feet. It was dry, with barely any sauce, and the dry cheese made it clear it had been sitting around for too long. Outrageous.

I had a very long wait of 35 minutes. This isn't fast food anymore. Fresh burgers and cold burgers. Frankly, that's not a good standard.

I rarely go to McDonald's. Perhaps the brand's standards have been further lowered. Or (hopefully) it's only so abysmal in Kassel North. The food was lukewarm. I ate the chicken burger because I was hungry. The latte was lukewarm, as were the chicken nuggets. The apple turnover wasn't even room temperature. I exchanged it, and then it was really warm. The Coke was the best part of my fellow traveler's meal. The rest was also lukewarm. What's going on? There are hundreds of fries and several open sauce containers on the floor behind the counter. Overall, the place is pretty sticky/stained. Really gross 😳

I ordered there with a coupon. The cashier charged me full price. No greeting, no apology for his mistake, and he was generally cold and unfriendly. There is a spacious parking lot on the premises, so there is no problem finding a place for a car, which I especially appreciate during rush hours. As for the cons, the biggest disappointment was the men's toilet. During my visit, there was no soap, paper towels or a working hand dryer. The only option to dry your hands was toilet paper, which is not appropriate for McDonald's and spoils the overall impression. Overall rating is 4 out of 5. Good place with decent standard, efficient service and nice atmosphere, but sanitary conditions need improvement.

We waited an hour for our food until I discovered it was left at another table without any guests and was now cold. The shift manager made no attempt to apologize or offer new food. Instead, he blamed me and became rude and insulting.

I came to the McDonald’s after a long drive from Poland. It was 3 a.m. I ordered a McSmart Menu, 6 chicken nuggets and a White Choc Raspberry Bag. The burgers were okay but not the best. The nuggets were completely soggy and therefore inedible. Just like the fries. The raspberry bag was cold. The only acceptable thing was the drink. I wonder if they work there at night or if they let the food cool down there and don't prepare anything fresh. I'll avoid this McDonald's next time.

The location invites you to linger. The seating areas are suitable for a coffee ☕️ or by the window panes to spend time there with a larger group.

I was just there recently and there was such an unfriendly employee. They just handed me a bag without saying a single word. I said a friendly hello and some more and wished me a nice day. I didn't even get a reply to that. Unbelievable. I ordered the same thing today from the McDrive. Instead of getting my fries for almost €10, which is already way overpriced these days, the bag contained a packet of nine nuggets and two mayo sauces. I had to drive all the way there to exchange it because I couldn't search through the bag in the queue because people were already pushing in behind me. When I tried to exchange it, they reacted really annoyed and the employees are always very unmotivated and unfriendly anyway. It has happened a few times that you get completely different orders or something is forgotten. On top of that, the food is almost always cold and just tastes like pure oil from frying. When you eat there, it simply reeks of feces from the dirty toilets. You really shouldn't be surprised if you catch something there at some point. Next time, I'd rather drive further to Lohfelden or Göttingen, but definitely not there again. This place has messed things up too badly once. It doesn't even deserve a star.

The unfriendly employee at MCdrive expects you to know the entire mcces range by heart. To put it very offensively, I ask myself the question: Do I look like I'm a customer here every day?! I was definitely offended, thank you for that!

But my god the quality has gone down. First of all, shortly after placing my order, I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area. But I couldn't figure out what it was. I then sat very far back. The food was brought later and a burger was missing, which I grabbed at the counter. So nothing of everything we ordered tasted good except the packaged sauces. I don't understand how you can make fries taste so weird. The burger actually had no flavor at all other than sauce and the cola was completely non-carbonated. Please sell Coke in bottles, like in every other country in the world. So this is where I was for the last time.

I recently picked up an order through the drive thru. It contained two cokes, and upon my request I received the drinks in the cardboard holder. Drove for two minutes, when I got home, I lifted the drinks and the cola fell away, the holder was broken. Spilled all the cola. There is no response to complaints and no response from the branch manager. I'm writing the review here, maybe I'll get some professional feedback here! Good customer service. We went there to drink coffee, the latte macchiato came in a cardboard cup, the oat milk chocolate in a normal cup. No spoons with the drinks. I placed an order worth approximately €92 this evening (November 27th, 2024), but it was incomplete. If it's difficult to read an order on a receipt or on a monitor, find another job. I wasn't the only one who had problems with the order. Completely disappointing. I don't recommend this place.

Not everything is always the same... The staff (who don't speak German) make a real effort, but when the crowds increase, trained staff should be there. It's not nice for everyone involved to see the semi-skilled staff frantically running back and forth looking for solutions.

I ordered in the drive. Two burgers were missing. Found in drive and replaced. At home while eating I noticed that the patty was missing from a burger. I don't even know where to start... When we ordered, neither cola nor still water nor iced tea were available. Apparently you can get all drinks in bottles (25ct deposit) if you choose reusable cups (cost 2 euros) when ordering. The fact that I have never eaten such stale plant-based nuggets was the smallest problem. It's really a shame that you lose an hour on a long car journey in the evening for a stop like this instead of just half an hour like at any other branch and then drive on so dissatisfied. :( Oh yes, display boards for order numbers that are being processed or finished are not used either.

Mc Crispy was way too dry. The flesh was deader than dead! Sure, I could have exchanged it, but the food is just too good for me to throw away! In the future, just be careful not to style your hair for too long. After crispy comes hard... Otherwise everything was as usual. We cleaned the table ourselves beforehand, so we could have been a little more late!
