We've ordered pizzas here (several times, haven't tried other dishes yet). They were consistently delicious, and with a few herbs on top, I found them a positive difference from other delivery pizzas. To put it in perspective: We're talking about a delivery service with very good value for money, not a fancy Italian restaurant. For that and the fast delivery, I give it 5 stars. I will order here again (when I'm in the mood for a quick pizza).

The delivery man was very friendly. The food arrived on time and was hot. Everything tasted okay; the only drawback was that the pizza wasn't pre-sliced.

We ordered three pasta dishes and a pizza. And what can I say?... Here are a few cooking tips: -Yes, fat carries flavor, but that doesn't mean everything tastes better when it's swimming in oil. -Dishes don't necessarily taste better when you top them with cheese without asking, especially if you use the cheapest cheese you can find and just throw a handful on everything. -The flavor of the ingredients on a pizza comes through more intensely when they're not literally buried under cheap cheese, and you can't taste the herbs on top if they're completely burnt. -A pizza oven should be cleaned every now and then, so there aren't any burnt pieces of the last pizza stuck to the floor. -The only positive thing is that you can still order something late at night.

I've never experienced a worse delivery service. The pasta contained something that wasn't listed in the description and definitely didn't belong in the dish. It also tasted incredibly sour. The pizza bread was completely dry despite the sauce. The "sour cream schnitzel" consisted of a (presumably) pre-made schnitzel and a dollop of sour cream. The only positive point: fast delivery (but that was probably due to the pre-made ingredients).

It was fantastic there. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry and was able to enjoy watching the play. It's probably the State Theater's rehearsal room, because all the employees were just pretending to be working. We waited 25 minutes for two soft-serve ice creams with dressing, even though there were only four people in front of us. The next customer isn't asked to place their order until the previous customer has been completely served. This leads to endless waits. There are employees milling around in the background who seem to have only been instructed by the director to walk back and forth. The script could use some reworking here.

Kassel, Hesse, Germany Disappointing. We waited almost 40 minutes for two fries, only to receive the wrong order. On top of that, the fries were only mediocre. The waiters were nice, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Friendly, but quite slow and couldn't keep up. The fries are definitely not worth the money.

Leipziger Str. 194Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The burger was lukewarm and carelessly assembled. The cheese was still cold and there was way too much sauce. I wanted to speak to the staff, but nobody felt responsible or even spoke German.

Wilhelmshöher Allee 288We're disappointed. We always enjoyed going out for baguettes. Everyone notices the price increases in their wallets. What I don't like is when something gets more expensive and the quality declines. €9.50 for a baguette with Camembert and a few cranberries seems quite steep. The baguette tastes like a bad roll from a gas station. The topping was rather meager. For €9.50, I would have expected a spelt or whole-wheat baguette, and the topping could have been more generous. The cranberry jam isn't the cheapest, but there could have been a bit more. It seems to me that profit takes precedence over quality.
