Very good food and really correct staff

The store will soon be closed, but I fully agree. Whenever I felt a little hungry on the way home, I stopped here and was always annoyed. Unmotivated employees, sometimes marginal audiences, dirty and uncleared tables, dishes and waste pile up at the return station. The sandwiched burger bears little resemblance to the glossy photos above the counter; price and performance don't match. Also, no toilet for guests and overall nothing that I will miss...

I was just there recently and there was such an unfriendly employee. They just handed me a bag without saying a single word. I said a friendly hello and some more and wished me a nice day. I didn't even get a reply to that. Unbelievable. I ordered the same thing today from the McDrive. Instead of getting my fries for almost €10, which is already way overpriced these days, the bag contained a packet of nine nuggets and two mayo sauces. I had to drive all the way there to exchange it because I couldn't search through the bag in the queue because people were already pushing in behind me. When I tried to exchange it, they reacted really annoyed and the employees are always very unmotivated and unfriendly anyway. It has happened a few times that you get completely different orders or something is forgotten. On top of that, the food is almost always cold and just tastes like pure oil from frying. When you eat there, it simply reeks of feces from the dirty toilets. You really shouldn't be surprised if you catch something there at some point. Next time, I'd rather drive further to Lohfelden or Göttingen, but definitely not there again. This place has messed things up too badly once. It doesn't even deserve a star.

Rösti Lover ordered in the drive and got a Frankenstein made from Röstilover without Rösti, but with a mac'n cheese pattie that was fried beyond recognition. The Mac N Cheese is currently not available. So how long was this in the TK and who keeps the inventory here? In any case, I had lost my appetite...

Short version: unfriendly, inflexible, narrow-minded, and the customer is NOT king. Long version: We came to enjoy four drinks as a family. Since my wife can't drink cold drinks due to sensitive teeth, I ordered two spritzers and a latte macchiato, along with an unchilled sparkling water. This wasn't available. So I asked for unchilled medium or still water. When that was also impossible, I asked for tap water. At this point, an older gentleman behind the counter (presumably the manager) intervened and refused very firmly and unfriendly. I made it clear that I hadn't come to be stingy and that my wife unfortunately suffers from chilled drinks. The gentleman, however, didn't want to hear this, so I said I'd lost interest and didn't want any more drinks. The man at the counter, however, insisted that I pay for the latte macchiato, as he had already started it. After at least 20 visits in the past few years, that was our family's last visit there. What a shame!
