I had just ordered at the drive-in restaurant in a hurry and had to wait 25 minutes for a small menu... when ordering, the Bpger King employee first yawned into the microphone. Unfortunately that doesn't work at all, sorry...

Food is just Burger King 😂 What can you say about that? Staff... well. Often listless. But still friendly. More motivation would actually make the stay more enjoyable. Ambiance is great. I find the architecture here in this branch very exciting.

Very nice Burger King branch. Unfortunately you can't call it fast food here, we would have to wait over 20 minutes and it wasn't very busy. But the employees are very friendly and the store is clean. The food is otherwise quite OK, as can be expected from Burger King.

Today the three of us went to Burger King. The last time I was there with my wife, we needed help ordering from the machine. Today with three people it was pure chaos. It is certainly largely due to our ignorance. However, that doesn't detract from anything when you think about what it's like these days when you place an order at Burger King. It used to be that you went to the counter, placed your order and everything was okay. Today you need 10-15 minutes to place the order. A catastrophe. In the future it's best to go alone and just order one burger.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-in, then got the completely wrong one and only got the money I paid too much back after I asked for it. More of a slow food than a fast food.

Well, in general everything is fine, but orders take a really long time to complete, but sometimes they do it quickly, depending on what shift it is.

To all negative reviewers. You eat the cheapest food in a cheap burger chain, but you probably expect the underpaid staff to be always cheerful, bright and polite and not to make any mistakes in the stress. You write reviews as if you were disappointed by a 3-star restaurant. What's wrong with you guys? Why do people even eat this inferior food? Anyone who visits a chain like this knows what they are getting. I really can't understand this artificial indignation.

Under no circumstances should the same employee deliberately issue the wrong order over and over again.

Well it's just Bürgerking so 4 out of 5 is fine, but unfortunately the 6 chilli chese nuggets were missing but it's a good Bürgerking 4/5 stars

Ordering at the machine with the QR code only worked on the second attempt with the code, but once you knew it it worked. The order was freshly prepared, the food was very warm and took a moment longer than usual. The toilet was clean and parking was also easy as there were enough parking spaces.

Don't you feel like working? Somewhat red eyes. Listless and then say card payment not possible... But with a friend but could it be done earlier? Where: Drive in 2 minutes, waited at the display and asked, it doesn't work because she said it would, but they're here now. I'd rather shop in the other one. Ordered Rösti Lover in the drive and got a Frankenstein made from Röstilover without Rösti, but with a Mac'n Cheese Pattie that was fried beyond recognition. The Mac N Cheese is currently not available. So how long was this in the TK and who keeps the inventory here? In any case, I had lost my appetite...

Disaster! Large portion of fries for 3.99, although the bag is mini, ordered chili cheese nuggets, got chicken nuggets, waiting time was just within reason, motivation of employees looks different. Better eat somewhere else!!!!

Even after the renovation, it's a very bad restaurant, the employees are nice and always try hard, but the ordering system actually leads to a slowdown and the quality of the food has unfortunately also decreased.

The burgers were freshly prepared and were very tasty. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and tidy, except for the children's game screen which was a bit smudged.

Every time I'm there, the offers in the advertising aren't there. Hardly anyone speaks German and today there was no carbonation in the cola. Good is different 😡

I know all the Burger King branches in Kassel and Baunatal, but this is the worst of all! Poor communication (hardly any knowledge of German) And long waiting times are standard here. (The drive is always processed as a priority, even though you were in the shop before the cars.)

A car! and waited half an hour for 2 burgers and a fries. Repeated 4 times what was NOT supposed to be on it, after the “service person” questioned it x times, and still gave it out incorrectly. 2 people because no one understands you. Unbelievable! Maybe give your employees a language course before letting them loose on customers. The big thing on top: 60 cents for a slice of fake cheese... I'd rather go to the kebab shop I trust, it tastes good there and I get what I order after I've said it once and not 4 times!!!!

Disrespectful boss, bad food (old starts to mold, tastes like chemicals, cold). Employees do not speak German and converse in English. No sympathy in the company. The boss is very rude and just hangs up, treats the customers impossible. This restaurant is a disaster.

Ate there yesterday and have had diarrhea and vomiting since this morning. Anyone else affected??? Never again !!!

This is by far the worst Burger King in Germany. I waited 35 minutes for 2 burgers and a coke with 3 other customers in the store. You can sole the shoes of the employees behind the counter while they walk. I think even a sloth from the zoo would be more motivated and faster. Catastrophe Never again!

Worst Burger King branch I've ever been to The colleague at the checkout was totally overwhelmed, the burgers were already piling up in the display and he simply couldn't cope with the orders, We also had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food, which is a huge disgrace for a fast food chain, and then we weren't even allowed to eat in the restaurant anymore with the cheeky statement that they were about to close. Really not worth another visit unless more competent staff work there

Took them 20mins to prepare a simple meal. Staff was chatting instead of working. Overwhelmed by orders, didn’t stress them at all. Why we were waiting several meals were returned for having wrong items including ours. At the end mine burger was really soggy too much sauce and no taste also onion rings were really dry.

Fast food, more like monkey food, was waitin 20 mins for a burger and fries. Burger was drenched in a sauce.

AND I don’t get why, but what is with main benefit of BK where are your free refill drinks? I would not recommend to eat here in any cost. Better spend a little bit more time and go to McDonalds, this place is nowhere near!! I give 1 star for food and -1000 stars for everything else

Below average branch, waiting time was very long with really little activity, on one of the hottest days of the year the air conditioning was not working and there was a sauna atmosphere.

Today I was there with my children and asked for some pickled cucumber pieces for the children. Unfortunately, even though I wanted to pay, I was rejected more than once and told the employee I had to buy from outside!!!! Do I have to bring pickles so the kids can eat them with the burger?!!! I canceled the order and went to McDonald's. The treatment there was good and the children were given pieces of cucumber. I'm really sorry, but things are getting worse here.

The employees don't speak my language, but I would still have liked to place my order in German. The first burger was already packed, while the remaining ones took about 15 minutes. By this time the first burgers were already cold. When asked, it was said that only temporary staff were currently employed. No excuse. Absolute impudence!

I was in the branch on Leipzigerstr today on August 20, 2024. In Kassel. Besides me and my son, there were three customers inside. Since I can't handle the ordering machines and I was treated very unfriendly when I asked for help on my last visit, I now always have to take my son with me because the last time I wasn't allowed to simply place my order at the checkout . We are a household of five and always stop at Burger King when we are in Kassel. It always adds up to €50-60 per order. Not on that day because no one wanted to take my order. Finally I went and spent my money at Mac Donald's. Today I took my son with me so that he could place the order at the machine. After ordering we had to wait. Drinks were put on the counter. We waited for over half an hour while the service was busy at the drive-thru. But the best thing was that we were given the drinks that had been sitting on the counter in the warmth for ages. I complained, but then took it because of time constraints. The cups were already so soggy that they could no longer be carried properly. A black woman (unfortunately I don't know the name) was walking around the area with her cell phone in her hand and insulting the employees in the kitchen. My son's last words were, "That's the last time I ate!" I think he's right.

After all the revelations, not much has changed. At least old fries that have already been fried are salted and put in the grease again! Super! Waiters who don't speak any more German than BK's offer. Leave older customers out in the rain with the self-service kiosks! “Payment at the checkout not possible, please serve yourself”! Customers then left. Really zero service, unfortunately McDonalds is way better. It's a shame, because I actually like BK better.

There were animals outside that don't belong to the restaurant. The tables were dirty. And I cleaned our table myself. There was a bucket with a liquid outside and there was disinfection on the bucket. However, there was a paper towel inside. Wasn't very great. But it was very busy so I can understand it's just a shame.

Everything is okay, as you would expect. Good average, not bad but not outstanding either.

I would no longer order Überlieferando from Burger King. Unfortunately, they are not able to read orders correctly. Extra requests will not be accommodated. My son is not allowed to have a cheese allergy. I specifically wrote it twice, which means I get a cheeseburger even though I ordered a hamburger. Really annoying

Absolutely bad Burger King - at least when it comes to plant-based products. Here 5 PB meatballs are permanently kept warm for several hours. You have to order at least 6 pieces to get a good burger. The other 5 have been kept warm for so long that they have already turned a yellow/brown color and are rock hard. They try to cover it up with an excessive amount of ketchup, but that only makes it worse. Unfortunately, I live nearby and have now tested the whole thing about 10 times within a year. Every time there are 5 absolutely inedible burgers. I don't understand how you can run a business like that. It's a shame that no one there even tries what he's actually selling. I'll be going back to the BK on Druseltalstrasse in the future.

Unfortunately, the offers on the ordering terminals are not completely the same as those offered by the food banks. When I asked that I would like to order at the checkout, I was turned away and told to order via the app, but I don't want another app. This is now the 2nd time. Announcement from the boss, prohibiting ordering via the cash register. I go to Burger King 4 to 5 times a week, in many different branches. Never experienced anything like that. Example, no King of the Month, no Big King, etc. At the terminal. Clearly lost a regular customer in this branch, a shame, had been there since it opened. Employees were nice but their hands were tied, the long-time shift manager didn't want to help me either... What kind of customer service is that? Speaking of which, the cleanliness is a 4 out of 10. One more thing, can you please finally repair the air pipe of the hand dryer? How blind and stubborn can you be?

Why does Burger King have the similar ordering system to McDonald's only without service, it takes 4 times as long and after ordering, in the worst case scenario you sit there and wait for almost 30 minutes, makes no sense to me at all, you can also continue in the Wait in line like before.

I just can't understand how something can be missing every time. We had our order delivered. The order came after an hour. The food was cold and three fries were missing. We also tried several times to reach the fast food restaurant by phone, but nothing! Simply disappointing that something is always missing. A tip: simply check it off when you have put the products in the bag for the respective order. This means that something is no longer missing.

Had to wait a long time for a burger even though there was nothing going on. Then get beef instead of chicken. Sad thing like that

I came here all the time but after today I will not! They weren t busy at all, I came when they opened so there was just a few people. I asked for 1 double cheeseburger but I got just a normal cheesburger and for one crispy chickenburger with double crispy pad and cheese and I got it wrong! Before I recieved them I saw that they took one and added raw bacon because they forgot to add it before. When I told them that it s wrong they just opened up my burgers and just add more ingredients. By the time the burgers were right they were cold and I didn t even touch them at that point! It s that hard to just make a new one if you saw they were made wrong? I think the problem it s with the girl chef that was making them, she just looked pissed and bored. I also went there last night and it was a male chef and everything was fine with my burgers! I hope that you guys will fix your problem with your chef because I really liked your food before!

This is a typical Burger King restaurant with a drive-thru and outdoor area.

Discovered small hairs in my burger 3 times in a row. That really ruins your mood! You pay, you're hungry and then you lose your appetite for the next few weeks!!! Look in the kitchen, the person serving the burgers there, no hair protection, no face mask, no gloves!!! Never again Burger King Kassel Leipziger Straße l!!! In every country there is this regulation: head cap, gloves, face mask! This unhygienic thing only exists here in Germany!

No long waiting time after ordering at the machine. The food was good, fast food like Burger King is just a matter of taste.
