Schnell Restaurant….😂😂😂 Ich würde euch empfehlen, wenn ihr Hunger habt, und ihr das Ambiente genießen wollt, bestellt euch ne Pizza….das geht bestimmt schneller…. Ganz traurig und nicht das erste mal… Motivation bei der Arbeit sieht anders aus. Keine Servietten, Pommes kalt, Wenn man sich während der Wartezeit mal den Tresen anschaut, bemerkt man das regelmäßig irgendwo eine Bestellung nicht passt oder was fehlt,,, echt traurig…

Leider mehr als schlecht, die Mitarbeiter waren der deutschen Sprache kaum mächtig, konnten das richtige Wechselgeld nicht herausgeben und Essen hat auch gefehlt. Man hatte auch das Gefühl, es wird in der Muttersprache über die Kunden gelästert. Darüber hinaus lange Wartezeit & Essen, was scheinbar vergessen wurde zu entsorgen. Schade ums Geld, wird sicher nicht erneut aufgesucht.

Das war der sauberste und freundlichste BK in dem ich war in meinem Leben. Wir waren nur auf Durchreise. Würden wir in der Nähe wohnen, wäre man bestimmt öfter da. Sehr freundlich, schnell und vor allem. Sauber. Überall.

Das Essen ist okay aber die Wartezeit ist einfach unterirdisch. Egal ob es leer ist oder ein paar Leute da sind man wartet teils über 30 min für eine einfache Bestellung.

Sehr schlechte Filiale absolut lange Wartezeiten für ein paar Kleinigkeiten nicht zu empfehlen nicht mal einen Stern verdient.

Ein burger king der als Getränk nur wasser und fanta anzubieten hat, die hälfte der coupons nicht verfügbar sind, hat eigentlich nichtmal diesen einen stern verdient. Da dies praktisch nicht möglich ist dieser eine stern. Finger weg!! Pfui !!

30.04.2026 22:00Uhr, viel los 9 Bestellungen vor Uns an der Reihe.Eine Frau im Drive, eine Frau im Service Kasse und Essen packen, 3 Männer in der Produktion.Eine halbe Stunde gewartet auf Zwei Burger, 4 Chicken Tender das ist eindeutig viel zu lange und inakzeptabel, am Tag wo Alle Geld bekommen muss hier mehr Personal stehen min. 2 Leute!!!Das vorhandene Personal war ruhig sachlich und relativ strukturiert, trotzdem war der Andrang nicht zu bewältigen.Essen war warm und lecker aber die Becher für die Tender Soße sind nen Witz, wir hatten gefühlt einen Espresso Becher.Hier wäre ein flacher und etwas breiterer Becher wie bei Eis besser um auch gescheit an die Soße zu kommen.

Dauert immer mindestens 40min, haben aber auch schonmal über eine Stunde gewartet, obwohl nicht übermäßig viel los war

Drive in warte ich für meine Bestellung von 9 Onion rings 30 Minuten und es war keine da vor mir der Mitarbeiter nimt Geld macht Fenster zu und dann warte zwit zu lange das sollte man keine weiter empfehlen und am Ende bekomme ich die Onion rings kalt 👎👎👎

Keine Ahnung wie man es schafft, dass immer etwas fehlt. Bestelle ein Menü mit 2 Burgern und 2 extra für meine Freundin. Einer fehlt bei ihr. 2 Menüs bestellt. 1 Burger fehlt. Möchtest Eistee zum Menü. Kriegst Cola. Einfach jedes Mal für dumm verkauft werden 😂 Mit ist bewusst, dass die Mitarbeiter nur Mindestlohn bekommen, gebe deswegen auch gerne Trinkgeld oder runde wenigstens auf den nächsten Euro auf. Aber dann nichtmal dass mindeste zurückbekommen is schon frech 😂

Also wenn man nur Mitarbeiter einstellt die der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig sind braucht man sich nicht wundern wenn jede zweite Bestellung falsch ist, alles 5x so lange dauert (hat mit Fast Food nichts mehr zu tun) und alle unzufrieden sind. Der Betreiber sollte sich hier mal Gedanken machen. Kenne keine so schlechte Filiale. Zu Hause dann bemerkt das natürlich was fehlt.

Schöner sauberer Laden, Essen war gut und Personal freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Typisch laut und sehr teuer. Der Whopper war zudem dermaßen in Ketchup ertränkt , dass man nicht reinbeißen konnte, ohne das Inhalt herausfiel. Alles was man schmeckte war Mayo, Ketchup und viel zu sauer eingelegte Gurken. Der typische Rindfleischgeschmack war davon völlig überdeckt. Die Mitkommenden gaben dem Whopper den Namen Tropfburger. Es geht in anderen Städten deutlich besser.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The burger was lukewarm and carelessly assembled. The cheese was still cold and there was way too much sauce. I wanted to speak to the staff, but nobody felt responsible or even spoke German.

No service, screens freeze, prices update even though the prices in the app are fixed. And to top it all off, the order gets deleted. After being asked 5000 times if I'm still ordering.

It's a real shame that Burger King doesn't have security. We were panhandled by a homeless person, which was very unpleasant. From then on, I lost my appetite for Burger King.

We ordered takeaway, waited a very long time, and then discovered at home that half our order was missing. Almost €10 worth of items were missing. And this wasn't the first time; sauces that we ordered separately are almost always missing. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from this branch, as you end up not receiving half of your order.

I am absolutely disappointed with the Burger King on Leipziger Straße in Kassel. The food was completely cold, even though I waited over two hours. My drink was forgotten, as was the sauce – and when I asked for it, I was treated rudely. The manager was also anything but helpful. I have never experienced such poor service at a Burger King. In my opinion, this is by far the worst Burger King in all of Germany. I honestly can't recommend anyone to order from here.

I still don't understand how this place can still be open. They should give the health department a hefty sum. They sell stale bread, some of the food is burnt, sometimes even moldy, so you want to puke or end up with a burger. The stuff tastes so rancid, the lettuce is often brown in places, and they even put this stuff on your burger. I don't even want to know how often they just relabel their products and keep selling expired stuff. Absolutely terrible. This place should be closed.

Unfortunately, the chicken burger gave me severe diarrhea and I felt nauseous for three days. I had eaten the same burger three days earlier at BK in Bad Hersfeld, and it tasted much better. Never again at BK in Kassel. They really should have reported it to the health department.

I noticed an employee (on July 31st at 6:02 PM) scratching his face twice while preparing my food... I asked the woman at the cash register about it, and she said they wash their hands every 5 minutes... which didn't interest me... of course, I was laughed at by four employees... you guys are disgusting! I'm never coming back!

I come here often because I charge my car at the Aral Pulse stations right next to Burger King. While I'm there, I always order something. The food is typically Burger King, and the cleanliness is often rather mediocre. The restrooms seem unkempt. There's no Wi-Fi, which is especially annoying when you're trying to get coupons with the app. Ordering via mobile isn't possible. McDonald's really does everything better.

Now, the order should be checked for completeness upon pickup. This time, something was missing in our case. Upon request, it was promptly replaced. The food and drinks are delicious, just like at any Burger King.

The lady was very rude and complained because I asked if I could have a second ketchup.

Good food, lovely staff BUT...we've been harassed for money four times now by the same unfriendly and aggressive beggar in front of and inside the restaurant. As far as I could tell, we bought him something, and he still harassed every other customer for more money. I think it's a shame that the staff noticed him constantly going in and out, talking to every customer, and YET he wasn't removed from the premises! Otherwise, it's like any normal fast food restaurant, but this is really annoying.

Today the three of us went to Burger King. The last time I was there with my wife, we needed help ordering from the machine. Today with three people it was pure chaos. It is certainly largely due to our ignorance. However, that doesn't detract from anything when you think about what it's like these days when you place an order at Burger King. It used to be that you went to the counter, placed your order and everything was okay. Today you need 10-15 minutes to place the order. A catastrophe. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-in, then got the completely wrong one and only got the money I paid too much back after I asked for it. More of a slow food than a fast food.

Well, in general everything is fine, but orders take a really long time to complete, but sometimes they do it quickly, depending on what shift it is.

Ordering at the machine with the QR code only worked on the second attempt with the code, but once you knew it it worked. The order was freshly prepared, the food was very warm and took a moment longer than usual. The toilet was clean and parking was also easy as there were enough parking spaces.

Ordered Rösti Lover in the drive and got a Frankenstein made from Röstilover without Rösti, but with a Mac'n Cheese Pattie that was fried beyond recognition. The Mac N Cheese is currently not available. So how long was this in the TK and who keeps the inventory here? In any case, I had lost my appetite...

Even after the renovation, it's a very bad restaurant, the employees are nice and always try hard, but the ordering system actually leads to a slowdown and the quality of the food has unfortunately also decreased.

The burgers were freshly prepared and were very tasty. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and tidy, except for the children's game screen which was a bit smudged.
