Absolutely bad Burger King - at least when it comes to plant-based products. Here 5 PB meatballs are permanently kept warm for several hours. You have to order at least 6 pieces to get a good burger. The other 5 have been kept warm for so long that they have already turned a yellow/brown color and are rock hard. They try to cover it up with an excessive amount of ketchup, but that only makes it worse. Unfortunately, I live nearby and have now tested the whole thing about 10 times within a year. Every time there are 5 absolutely inedible burgers. I don't understand how you can run a business like that. It's a shame that no one there even tries what he's actually selling. I'll be going back to the BK on Druseltalstrasse in the future.

Unfortunately, the offers on the ordering terminals are not completely the same as those offered by the food banks. When I asked that I would like to order at the checkout, I was turned away and told to order via the app, but I don't want another app. This is now the 2nd time. Announcement from the boss, prohibiting ordering via the cash register. I go to Burger King 4 to 5 times a week, in many different branches. Never experienced anything like that. Example, no King of the Month, no Big King, etc. At the terminal. Clearly lost a regular customer in this branch, a shame, had been there since it opened. Employees were nice but their hands were tied, the long-time shift manager didn't want to help me either... What kind of customer service is that? Speaking of which, the cleanliness is a 4 out of 10. One more thing, can you please finally repair the air pipe of the hand dryer? How blind and stubborn can you be?

Why does Burger King have the similar ordering system to McDonald's only without service, it takes 4 times as long and after ordering, in the worst case scenario you sit there and wait for almost 30 minutes, makes no sense to me at all, you can also continue in the Wait in line like before.

I just can't understand how something can be missing every time. We had our order delivered. The order came after an hour. The food was cold and three fries were missing. We also tried several times to reach the fast food restaurant by phone, but nothing! Simply disappointing that something is always missing. A tip: simply check it off when you have put the products in the bag for the respective order. This means that something is no longer missing.

I came here all the time but after today I will not! They weren t busy at all, I came when they opened so there was just a few people. I asked for 1 double cheeseburger but I got just a normal cheesburger and for one crispy chickenburger with double crispy pad and cheese and I got it wrong! Before I recieved them I saw that they took one and added raw bacon because they forgot to add it before. When I told them that it s wrong they just opened up my burgers and just add more ingredients. By the time the burgers were right they were cold and I didn t even touch them at that point! It s that hard to just make a new one if you saw they were made wrong? I think the problem it s with the girl chef that was making them, she just looked pissed and bored. I also went there last night and it was a male chef and everything was fine with my burgers! I hope that you guys will fix your problem with your chef because I really liked your food before!

This is a typical Burger King restaurant with a drive-thru and outdoor area.

Discovered small hairs in my burger 3 times in a row. That really ruins your mood! You pay, you're hungry and then you lose your appetite for the next few weeks!!! Look in the kitchen, the person serving the burgers there, no hair protection, no face mask, no gloves!!! Never again Burger King Kassel Leipziger Straße l!!! In every country there is this regulation: head cap, gloves, face mask! This unhygienic thing only exists here in Germany!

No long waiting time after ordering at the machine. The food was good, fast food like Burger King is just a matter of taste.

I actually wanted to eat something at Burger King since I worked until 11:40 p.m. Ordering only through a machine, I couldn't handle it and no one could explain it.

Nothing special about the atmosphere... Cold food, no one speaks German, no bad attitude from the employees. That might also explain the 30 minute wait for eating and moving around in slow motion. It might have been quicker if the employee hadn't tried to constantly flirt with the female employee and stop her from working. Been there again today. At least the fries were now warm but too salty. 5 people and overwhelmed with all the orders. You don't put the burger on the tray for 10 minutes... you notice 0 training

You can't say much bad about the food, it's just fast food. Dad Burger King is modern and has just been renovated. The service could be a bit faster.

If I could have given zero stars I would do so because this staff is the worst there is, how can you offer people such a service, something like that is impossible, most of them don't know any German and ordering at the checkout is not possible because they don't speak German and the food tastes stuffy and every time they forget the extra requests and the coupons don't even work and it takes half an hour to order

Apparently the guest area is clean and you feel quite comfortable in the current self-ordering concept. The problem with Burger King is the extremely long waiting times, especially at the drive-thru. You often get the feeling that this has nothing to do with system catering.

Unfortunately, waiting times are getting longer and longer, otherwise everything is clean and a must for burger lovers!

Of the 4 order terminals, 1 worked. After asking several times, the manager decided to get the other 3 running after 15 minutes. Then my order (1 burger, salad and 2 drinks) took an incredible 25 minutes to arrive. Worst Burger King in KS.

Ordered food at the drive-thru. Firstly, the order was incomplete for the second time. Secondly, when you get a menu at the drive-in, you are no longer asked about the drink or whether you would like mayo or ketchup with the fries. Während des Auto aufgeladen wird kann man was zu sich nehmen. Super!

Verbesserungswürdig. Bestellung ging gut über das Terminal, etwas umständlich mit der Payback Karte. Funktionierte erst beim 4.mal. Die Bestellung ging recht schnell. Die Tische waren leider nicht sauber,so daß man selbst den Tisch reinigen musste vorm Essen. Die Bedienung roch ziemlich stark nach Parfüm, so daß der Burger fast genauso geschmeckt hat. Nächstes mal wähle ich wohl wieder den Drive Inn.

Immer wieder gerne bleibt so toll wie ihr seid.

Bedienung erfolgt schnell und essen wird frisch zubereitet. Man kann an der Kasse bestellen oder eben am Bildschirm die Bestellung selbst machen. Zu den Bürgern kann man viel als extra auswählen, kostet natürlich extra. Aber man kann zum Beispiel extra Käse, Bacon, etc... auswählen. Essen ist lecker. Parkplätze gibt es auch genug und Drive in geht eigentlich immer recht zügig. Kann eigentlich nur weiterempfehlen hier zu essen wenn es schnell gehen muss

Erst mit drei Mitarbeiter die ultra langsam waren ,dann kamen zwei weitere hinzu und die Geschwindigkeit war die gleiche. Wenn ich so arbeiten würde ... waren mit 4 Personen da und haben alle die Soße auf dem Burger 🍔 gesucht ,zudem die Temperatur war auch nur noch leicht warm .Die Pommes 🍟 waren super ,wenigstens etwas was man positiv bewerten kann.

Update Der Laden wurde komplett umgebaut. Ab jetzt sind Selbstbedienungskassen dort verbaut. Allerdings ist die Wartezeit relativ lang. Habe am am Abend 20 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Fast Food ist was anderes. Dieser Laden ist momentan eine Katastrophe. Wir sind das zweite Mal nicht Bedient worden. Lieber unterhalten sich die Mitarbeiter über Ihre Überstunden anstatt mal die Kunden zu Bedienen. Sie standen zu Dritt hinter der Kasse, einer war fürs Drive zuständig und die anderen beiden für den Innenbereich und die sind nicht in der Lage 4 leute innerhalb von 15 min zu bedienen. Wir gehen gerne zu Bürger King aber nicht mehr in die Leipziger Straße!

Ein schönes Fastfood Restaurant an der Hauptstrasse, dass Essen war super alles Heiß, die Pommes waren auf dem Punkt. Der Service bedarf noch ein bisschen Hilfe in Sachen Freundlichkeit, ansonsten alles in allem empfehlenswert.

finde es super, vor allem die Spielecke fürKinder. Die ist wirklich toll gemacht 👍 ich hätte gerne noch ein Laktosefreien Milchkaffee genossen aber statt dessen gabs Wasser 🤷‍♀️. Das Personal ist mit der Deutschen Sprache nicht wirklich vertraut, die Bestellungen dauern länger als sonst und auf Vollständigkeit prüfen, da wird oft vergessen die Soßen mit rein zu packen.

Wir haben hier gute und schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Vorweg das negative: Wir haben 6 Burger bestellt, 5 davon hatten extra Wünsche (z.B. Salat oder eine Soße entfernen, haben also nur Dinge abgewählt und keine Sachen dazu gewählt, kann ja also nicht all zu kompliziert sein etwas wegzulassen), allerdings waren 4 der 5 Burger mit Extra Wünschen komplett falsch belegt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, es war auch nicht voll, ansonsten hätte ich natürlich Verständnis dafür gehabt, aber da es nicht voll war, finde ich das ein Unding. Dann war auch noch ein Getränk falsch, statt einer Cola wurde uns Eistee gegeben. Ich bin dann zum Counter gegangen und habe gesagt, dass die Burger falsch gemacht wurden, nachdem der Manager (?) kam und sich mein Anliegen angehört hat, wurden uns die richtigen Burger kostenfrei zubereitet. Eine andere negative Sache ist, dass man oft lange auf Bestellungen warten muss, obwohl nicht viel bis gar nichts los ist. Wir waren einmal die einzigen Kunden, das Essen lag bereits fertig in der Auslage, es hat sich aber niemand zuständig gefühlt uns unser Essen auf das Tablett zu stellen und uns zu überreichen. Das Essen war aber glücklicherweise noch warm genug. Einmal hatten wir einen zusätzlichen nicht veganen Nugget in unserer Tüte, obwohl wir die Planet Based bestellt haben. Da man das aber glücklicherweise erkennen kann, ist das nicht zu schlimm gewesen, sollte aber natürlich eigentlich nicht passieren. Manchmal sind andere Kunden sehr laut, wir haben einmal das Erlebnis gehabt, dass Kunden, die im oberen Bereich sehr laut geredet und lautstark absichtlich komische Geräusche von sich gegeben haben. Leider hat das Personal nichts dagegen getan. In solchen Fällen würde ich mir wünschen, dass das Personal den Kunden sagt, dass diese bitte die Lautstärke senken sollen. Jetzt aber zum positiven: 1. Das Gebäude sieht sehr einladend und auch die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr modern. 2. Es gibt Bestellterminals. An diesen kann man Zutaten ab- und dazuwählen, das gibt es leider nicht bei jedem Burger King, daher bin ich sehr froh, dass dieser Burger King die Option bietet. 3. Alle Veganen Produkte die im Sortiment sind gibt es in diesem Burger King.

Fast Food erwartet man hier vergebens, das dauert jedesmal eher 10 Minuten und länger.

Das Essen war die letzten Bestellungen immer kalt, schon halb vertrocknet und schwamm im Fett! Absolut nicht essbar. Das Niveau dieses Schnell Restaurants ist in den letzten Jahren sehr gesunken das Personal kennt offensichtlich keine Standardtisierten abläuft und es wurde jedes Mal etwas vergessen und das trotz Erinnerung bitte daran zu denken! 0 von 5 Sternen!

Cuando fui a parada me decidí a desayunar en Burger King. Mi intento de conseguir este servicio fue un fracaso. En vez de un desayuno grasoso café fue ofrecido dinero suficiente. Me pregunto si el dueño de esta tienda es demasiado rica para tener un servicio?
