No service, screens freeze, prices update even though the prices in the app are fixed. And to top it all off, the order gets deleted. After being asked 5000 times if I'm still ordering.

It's a real shame that Burger King doesn't have security. We were panhandled by a homeless person, which was very unpleasant. From then on, I lost my appetite for Burger King.

No service. Very long waiting times. Food was still cold. I even went to the Burger King on Druseltalstrasse. I thought it might be better there. It wasn't. It's Burger King's fault, not the location.

For once, it was tidy and clean – I've experienced much worse at other branches. Fresh menus and friendly staff. As for the ambiance, what can I say? Everything felt sterile; it wasn't exactly cozy.

We ordered takeaway, waited a very long time, and then discovered at home that half our order was missing. Almost €10 worth of items were missing. And this wasn't the first time; sauces that we ordered separately are almost always missing. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from this branch, as you end up not receiving half of your order.

Unfortunately, it's too quickly overwhelmed when there are multiple orders. Otherwise, I think it's the nicest Burger King, spread over two floors.

I am absolutely disappointed with the Burger King on Leipziger Straße in Kassel. The food was completely cold, even though I waited over two hours. My drink was forgotten, as was the sauce – and when I asked for it, I was treated rudely. The manager was also anything but helpful. I have never experienced such poor service at a Burger King. In my opinion, this is by far the worst Burger King in all of Germany. I honestly can't recommend anyone to order from here.

We ordered a kids' menu and, as 15-year-olds, we didn't get any toys. Is it okay to feel young again in this society?!

I still don't understand how this place can still be open. They should give the health department a hefty sum. They sell stale bread, some of the food is burnt, sometimes even moldy, so you want to puke or end up with a burger. The stuff tastes so rancid, the lettuce is often brown in places, and they even put this stuff on your burger. I don't even want to know how often they just relabel their products and keep selling expired stuff. Absolutely terrible. This place should be closed.

Unfortunately, the chicken burger gave me severe diarrhea and I felt nauseous for three days. I had eaten the same burger three days earlier at BK in Bad Hersfeld, and it tasted much better. Never again at BK in Kassel. They really should have reported it to the health department.

I noticed an employee (on July 31st at 6:02 PM) scratching his face twice while preparing my food... I asked the woman at the cash register about it, and she said they wash their hands every 5 minutes... which didn't interest me... of course, I was laughed at by four employees... you guys are disgusting! I'm never coming back!

Prices have risen dramatically! One Whopper costs €8.39 in July 2025.

I come here often because I charge my car at the Aral Pulse stations right next to Burger King. While I'm there, I always order something. The food is typically Burger King, and the cleanliness is often rather mediocre. The restrooms seem unkempt. There's no Wi-Fi, which is especially annoying when you're trying to get coupons with the app. Ordering via mobile isn't possible. McDonald's really does everything better.

Now, the order should be checked for completeness upon pickup. This time, something was missing in our case. Upon request, it was promptly replaced. The food and drinks are delicious, just like at any Burger King.

The lady was very rude and complained because I asked if I could have a second ketchup.

I rarely go to the Burger King on Leipziger Strasse, and when I do go, something is always forgotten! I call? No one ever answers! The service needs to be improved.

If I could give it a 0, I would. Simply disappointing. Every time, something gets forgotten when ordering, even if it's just a few items. It's really not difficult to remember four things. I pay for everything and end up getting less – that's just bad and outrageous. I'd rather go to McDonald's :)

Literally EVERY time, something's missing. Sometimes a burger, sometimes nuggets. 14 euros for the whole thing. We're going somewhere else now.

Good food, lovely staff BUT...we've been harassed for money four times now by the same unfriendly and aggressive beggar in front of and inside the restaurant. As far as I could tell, we bought him something, and he still harassed every other customer for more money. I think it's a shame that the staff noticed him constantly going in and out, talking to every customer, and YET he wasn't removed from the premises! Otherwise, it's like any normal fast food restaurant, but this is really annoying.

Today the three of us went to Burger King. The last time I was there with my wife, we needed help ordering from the machine. Today with three people it was pure chaos. It is certainly largely due to our ignorance. However, that doesn't detract from anything when you think about what it's like these days when you place an order at Burger King. It used to be that you went to the counter, placed your order and everything was okay. Today you need 10-15 minutes to place the order. A catastrophe. In the future it's best to go alone and just order one burger.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-in, then got the completely wrong one and only got the money I paid too much back after I asked for it. More of a slow food than a fast food.

Well, in general everything is fine, but orders take a really long time to complete, but sometimes they do it quickly, depending on what shift it is.

It has really gotten better, but of course it can also get better! My criticism is: “FASTFOOD!!!” As a branch manager, you have to explain to the employees that things have to happen quickly!!?? And you really get processed there, even though it's not even fast. Greetings, thank yous or farewells are sometimes not responded to, even by the branch manager.

Well it's just Bürgerking so 4 out of 5 is fine, but unfortunately the 6 chilli chese nuggets were missing but it's a good Bürgerking 4/5 stars

Ordering at the machine with the QR code only worked on the second attempt with the code, but once you knew it it worked. The order was freshly prepared, the food was very warm and took a moment longer than usual. The toilet was clean and parking was also easy as there were enough parking spaces.

Where: Drive in 2 minutes, waited at the display and asked, it doesn't work because she said it would, but they're here now. I'd rather shop in the other one. Ordered Rösti Lover in the drive and got a Frankenstein made from Röstilover without Rösti, but with a Mac'n Cheese Pattie that was fried beyond recognition. The Mac N Cheese is currently not available. So how long was this in the TK and who keeps the inventory here? In any case, I had lost my appetite...

Disaster! Large portion of fries for 3.99, although the bag is mini, ordered chili cheese nuggets, got chicken nuggets, waiting time was just within reason, motivation of employees looks different. Better eat somewhere else!!!!

Even after the renovation, it's a very bad restaurant, the employees are nice and always try hard, but the ordering system actually leads to a slowdown and the quality of the food has unfortunately also decreased.

The burgers were freshly prepared and were very tasty. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and tidy, except for the children's game screen which was a bit smudged.

Every time I'm there, the offers in the advertising aren't there. Hardly anyone speaks German and today there was no carbonation in the cola. Good is different 😡

I know all the Burger King branches in Kassel and Baunatal, but this is the worst of all! Poor communication (hardly any knowledge of German) And long waiting times are standard here. (The drive is always processed as a priority, even though you were in the shop before the cars.)

A car! and waited half an hour for 2 burgers and a fries. Repeated 4 times what was NOT supposed to be on it, after the “service person” questioned it x times, and still gave it out incorrectly. 2 people because no one understands you. Unbelievable! Maybe give your employees a language course before letting them loose on customers. The big thing on top: 60 cents for a slice of fake cheese... I'd rather go to the kebab shop I trust, it tastes good there and I get what I order after I've said it once and not 4 times!!!!

This is by far the worst Burger King in Germany. I waited 35 minutes for 2 burgers and a coke with 3 other customers in the store. You can sole the shoes of the employees behind the counter while they walk. I think even a sloth from the zoo would be more motivated and faster. Catastrophe Never again!

I always wait here forever, whether drive in or in the restaurant. There are 14 orders waiting to be prepared and no one in the room has anything to eat. It's unclear to me how that can be.

Worst Burger King branch I've ever been to The colleague at the checkout was totally overwhelmed, the burgers were already piling up in the display and he simply couldn't cope with the orders, We also had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food, which is a huge disgrace for a fast food chain, and then we weren't even allowed to eat in the restaurant anymore with the cheeky statement that they were about to close. Simply the worst Burger King, couldn't get an order right... I had ordered a complete burger to be delivered and there was just one thing in the package, of course all the mayo packets were missing, but that was already standard

Took them 20mins to prepare a simple meal. Staff was chatting instead of working. Overwhelmed by orders, didn’t stress them at all. Why we were waiting several meals were returned for having wrong items including ours. At the end mine burger was really soggy too much sauce and no taste also onion rings were really dry.

Below average branch, waiting time was very long with really little activity, on one of the hottest days of the year the air conditioning was not working and there was a sauna atmosphere.
