FRIES LOVERS in Kassel

Disappointing. We waited almost 40 minutes for two fries, only to receive the wrong order. On top of that, the fries were only mediocre. The waiters were nice, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Friendly, but quite slow and couldn't keep up. The fries are definitely not worth the money.

The service was poor, and the staff were unfriendly. The food was very expensive for how poorly it tasted. Both portions had hair in the sauce. I really can't recommend it.

I'm here right now on July 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. For €5.80, I got an extremely small portion of fries with barely any sauce – truly unsatisfactory. The salesperson was also very unfriendly, which made the experience even worse. It was absolutely not worth the price.

What can I say, I like it. A perfectly ordinary snack bar for people who like fries. Decent staff, hot and fresh food, and reasonable prices. I order from here occasionally, hence the 5 stars.

Haiyaaa. We had a "currywurst" with fries for €7.80. I thought the price-performance ratio was poor, for fries with a bratwurst that was fried beyond recognition (???) and a dollop of spiced ketchup. They didn't even include curry powder. Never again.

The food tastes quite good. The staff, of Turkish/Syrian descent, are extremely unfriendly! We will never come back! In hindsight, we should have known this, given the lack of customer service. We will never come back!

Excellent service, very good and fresh food. I highly recommend it.

The waiter spoke English. It’s well cooked, hot, and very good. The service is fast, even when there is no influence. There is room to eat although we are in a food court with several restaurants. Be careful, it was 1:40 p.m. on a Saturday when I was there, so maybe there would be more people around 12 p.m.

Fries lover and no 3 portions of fries in stock. The fries could also have used a little salt.

Price-performance ratio is absolutely not right here, for fries and sauce from a can. I'm sorry but the portion is way too small. Well, it's clear that there is no service. All in all not recommended.

The sweet potato fries taste good and the portion is okay, the currywurst also tastes very good. The taste of the currywurst reminds me more of sucuk, but I still think it's tasty, it's something different, but unfortunately the portion could be larger here.

I can't agree with the bad reviews! I don't know if they are new employees but the food is fresh, I got a salad twice and wasn't disappointed. Chicken was crispy, avocado sauce was right and the ingredients looked and tasted fresh too! Fries are delicious 😋 I was also asked if they tasted good and the staff is very friendly. One point deducted because it is a bit expensive for the portion but overall very satisfied and enjoy eating here

The “Beautiful Vegan” burger does not contain vegan cheese and vegetarian means full of pork and chicken. Nasty stopper trap for vegetarians/vegans and allergy sufferers!

Completely unmotivated staff. Running on the cell phone. No hands are washed afterwards. I preferred not to look at the food being prepared. Hygiene poor.

Sehr leckere Pommes + Burger. Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich.

Der Name hält nicht was er angibt zu sein. Pommes sind okay. Hab mehr erwartet.

Hatten Knoblauchpommes und einen Burger. Mega lecker und netter Mitarbeiter, lediglich für das laute und stressige Setting im City Point muss man in Stimmung sein, aber da kann der Imbiss ja nichts für.

Chili con carne mit süsskartoffeln, sehr lecker nicht zu scharf und die käsesosse rundet alles ab.

Kann man essen, Saucen sind nicht so lecker. Pommes gehen klar, Service ist naja .

Raffinierte Pommeskreationen, auch für Vegetarier geeignet, Fleisch ist hier halal.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Nr. 6 und Nr.5 schmecken sehr gut. Die Wartezeit war für pommes ziemlich lange. Deshalb gibt's einen Stern Abzug.

Ich bin von der Nummer 15 Champion Salat mehr als nur begeistert. Meine Partnerin die nummer 9 gegessen hat ist ebenfalls begeistert. Wenn wir beide wieder in kassel sind essen wir wieder dort.

Ewig lange gewartet , der Mitarbeiter nett , aber anscheinend etwas überfordert. Das Essen ansich war auch nix . Pommes zu hart , Hähnchenbrust 5 kleine Teile, bisschen Soße. Ne also das brauche ich nicht nochmal.

Leider hatten wir an den stand großer Erwartung die nicht erfüllt worden sind. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich doch leider hat es sehr lange gedauert bis wir unsere Portion Pommes bekommen haben. Ich kann verstehen dass aufgrund der Inflation die Preise sehr ansteigen doch für eine kleine Portion Pommes mit ein bisschen Soße 7 € zu zahlen ist schon eine Abzocke. Ich muss sagen dass man bei jeglichen anderen Ständen bessere Pommes kriegt. Für niemanden zu empfehlen nicht mal für Veganer 😅

Schnitzel dieses Mal ist richtig sehr lecker 😋 die Mitarbeiterin mit dunklen Haaren ist sehr lieb und freundlich, immer wieder gerne

Die Personal sind sehr nett und freundlich obwohl ich da am Samstag abend kurz vor der Schließung war Ich habe Pommes gestellt und die waren sehr gut und richtig frittiert. Die Gelbe Sause mit Senf war sehr lecker

War jetzt viermal dort und bisher waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Pommes sind sehr gut. Das Schnitzel ist okay, durchfritiert halt. Die Currywurst ging gar nicht. Die Salatportion ist für 2,60€ ein Witz. Dass es nur 0,2l Getränke gibt, ist auch nicht besonders dolle.

Endlich Mal eine Pommes, bei der das Ketchup bis zum Schluss reicht.
