Absolutely unfriendly staff. Food was ok. The rest absolutely without words. First, the waitress rudely comes at you from the side in front of the door because you're standing there and smoking, and then the same thing happens in the store. If you don't want to have guests, just the right place behind the counter 👍🏻

Bad service and unfortunately poor food.

Last week we had a reservation for about 10 people as a larger group. When we arrived we found we had been allocated a high table. However, since three of us had babies with us, it was simply impossible for us to sit there. I then politely and respectfully asked if it would be possible to push two normal tables together, especially since they were free anyway and the restaurant still had enough space. But what happened next was simply unbelievable. Mr. Thomas J. treated me extremely unfriendly and embarrassed me in front of the whole group because he was of the opinion that it made “no sense” to put the tables together. Even though I calmly explained to him that we preferred a group table to have a better conversation, he didn't even let me finish. Instead, he repeatedly made derogatory comments and arrogantly told me that I should either "accept his opinion or leave the store." I work in the catering industry myself and therefore know how important it is to interact with guests. But this manager not only has absolutely no sensitivity, but also absolutely no respect for his customers. He called me directly and was consistently cheeky and condescending. Ultimately we decided to leave the store and go somewhere else. Conclusion: Definitely not recommended! If you value good service, give this restaurant a wide berth. One of the unfriendly experiences I've ever had - and with a group that would have certainly brought in several hundred euros in sales for the restaurant. Better stay away if you want to have a nice evening!

I order baguettes there regularly and literally every TIME! It tastes the same and perfect. It's not too dry, not 5 kilos of tuna like the other Baguettski shops. I'm just going to Willi Allee! You are the best 🙏

Wondering if there are different baguettes here than in the other branches? This is not an upscale restaurant so please, dear service staff, do not behave like in a high-end restaurant. Yes, normal citizens actually come in. Not just clients from Bad Wilhelmshöhe.

Had the salmon sandwich. Very crispy and fresh. The price is also quite okay for the size. Self-service.

I always find it very tasty at Baguettski. Very nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

The last post is incorrect. This guy demanded and loudly harassed all the guests full of aggression. Other males offered to help the waitress and throw him out. But the waitress confidently managed to put the man in his place. There's never been anything like this before as long as I've been going to this great store. What is now being claimed here shows that the men should have thrown him out.

I only asked for 4-5 napkins and the manager didn't want to give them because they would cost money. She only gave me 2. I have never experienced anything like that in my life!!!!!!!!

Good healthy baguettes for a fair price

Very tasty salads. Everything is always fresh.

I found it very good there. The food is great, it's clean and the furnishings are comfortable and cozy. The service is quick, but in my opinion the processing behind the counter is not extremely demanding, as long as a coach doesn't drive up... The kitchen is more challenged. The waiting time between ordering and picking up was ok 👌

Super delicious baguettes and salts. Unfortunately, an underground service! After 8 p.m., the only thing on the mind of the employees is getting off work. The gentleman who works there prefers cleaning the ice cream machine or putting away trays to taking orders. He also likes to let customers feel that they are no longer welcome as a guest in the evening. The other day there were two of them serving, or rather, two of them cleaning up. I waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken. In between, the two even prefer to eat ice cream themselves.

The food here is delicious. But it's impossible to see how the boss fleeces the employees here in front of the customers. Addendum: Staff was very unfriendly and didactic today.

Very tasty and fresh food. Nice and clean and nice service. Unfortunately I have to change my rating. When I was there a few years ago, I was very positive about the amount of food. Today unfortunately convincing but negative. The baguette is always 30% smaller and smaller. The prices are not that cheap either. At least you could be full. Unfortunately the baguette isn't enough. Therefore from five stars to three.

There is a reasonable selection of baguettes and salads. What I've had has always tasted good. The ice cream with fruit in particular is a real highlight in summer. You can also sit nicely inside and outside on site. However, I found the staff to be rather unfriendly on my last two visits. My takeaway food was presented to me without comment. Without “please”, “bon appetit” or anything else. There wasn't even an answer to my "goodbye". That doesn't leave a particularly nice feeling. It's a shame.

A self-service restaurant, you order at the counter and get a buzzer and then have to pick up the food. That's why service only 3 stars, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is really tasty, we had a baguette and a salad. It was plentiful and highly recommended.

Good baguettes, nice staff, great location. Cozy and invites you to feel good while enjoying the baguette. It was prepared quickly and looked good too - after all, your eyes eat with you.

Delicious food but sometimes very unsympathetic staff. I've probably visited 10 times and it's confirmed every time. The boss's tone towards his employees is also not good at all. And everyone notices it.

We took the baguettes with us. We had good fillings and tasted good.

Eating there is definitely worth it. Quality and price ratio is perfectly fine. In my opinion, the portions of the salads were large and the baguettes were also large and generously topped. Every order is freshly prepared. It tasted sensational. It's a shame that this shop only exists in Kassel.

Super tasty food, fast service, the only drawback: there are no vegan milk alternatives. What a shame for such a great all-round concept! The salads there, especially with the house dressing, are terrific and the yoghurt ice cream is highly recommended during the warm months! Definitely try it out 🙂

First of all, I have to mention that we have been regular customers here in Kassel/Wilhelmshöhe to this day. We were always very satisfied with the food and felt comfortable. Dear Managing Director, Dear Mr. Jüngst, please don't let this unfriendly creature, who took the orders at the cash register today, March 9, 24 at around 2 p.m., loose on your guests. The lady with short dark hair and glasses will scare your customers away! I've only ever heard of her from my friends and today we were able to get to know her when she took our order! I was born in Kassel and we regularly visit restaurants of all kinds but nothing like this has ever happened to us and we are really simple and not fussy... Everyone has a bad day sometimes but that is an absolute NO GO! She took our order and repeated every word and corrected it in a arrogant sarcastic tone even though the lady understood us very well! And if you want to correct house dressing instead of yoghurt dressing or are upset because you mix up chicken breast or turkey breast then that can certainly be done NORMALLY and FRIENDLY!!! There was much more, after us there was an older gentleman who spoke quietly and more slowly and she really rounded him out too. I still cook when I think about it! I regret that we even ate anything there... This kind of bitter dissatisfaction doesn't belong in the service. We will avoid this branch in the future as long as they serve you there.

A very good self-service restaurant. The various baguettes and also the many salads are freshly prepared and taste very tasty. The prices are absolutely acceptable. Many a large chain can learn a lesson here.

Just been there. It was dark inside, but people were there. Didn't see a sign and grabbed the door to check if it was open. Door open! Suddenly I'm yelled at: "It's closed!! You can see that!!" Extremely unfriendly. That was the last time

Hello, my dears. I was there for the first time that day. For food, it was very good. The selection is clearly laid out. The size of the baguettes is manageable. If someone is very hungry, I unfortunately find the baguettes to be small. Because of course the shop is beautifully designed and everything is beautifully prepared. But the prices are already relatively high. My companion had a salad that cost around €12 and wasn't really big for the price, but was very tasty. There was also cake which was also delicious. All in all a great shop. But I don't think the price/performance is that great. Ambiance ***** Service ***** Cleanliness ***** Eat ***** Price/performance ***.5 I will test more in the future and keep you updated.

Nice, light room with comfortable seating. There is no service in that sense. Self pickup. The counter staff is usually friendly. The food is just fast food. Nice selection of drinks.

Just a tip for guests: be sure to handle your coffee carefully. If it accidentally tips over, it will not be replaced, instead you will have to pay for a new coffee :) Even at McDonald's, guests are given more value and their coffee would be replaced. A pity.

Cup of hot water with tea bag €3. No WiFi, salt and sugar only to be used quickly and brought back after they were recently 'chained' on a shelf. It gives the impression that the boss is a petty penny pincher 😑

The Baguettski branch in Wilhelmshöhe is great, the baguettes are super delicious 😋 we feel very comfortable there! And our dog is also welcome! Always my pleasure!

Wir wollten heute mit insgesamt vier Mamas und neun Kindern nach der Schule und vor dem Weihnachtsfest lecker Baguettes essen gehen. Wir saßen mit den Kindern noch nicht mal 5 Minuten am Tisch, als bereits die vermeintliche Chefin an unseren Tisch kam und sich über unsere Kinder beschwert hat. Ich verstehe den Unmut von Servicekräften, wenn Kinder lautstark brüllend wie auf einem Spielplatz das Restaurant für sich vereinnahmen und sich aufführen, als gäbe es kein Morgen. Da würde ich als Servicekraft auch irgendwann einmal um Ruhe bitten. Wir saßen aber noch nicht einmal 5 Minuten ganz gesittet am Tisch, und die Kinder haben sich einfach unterhalten und gelacht. Nach der Beschwerde der Servicekraft ist eine unserer Mütter zu ihr nach vorne an die Kasse gegangen und hat noch einmal nachgefragt, was denn nun tatsächlich das Problem wäre. Daraufhin hat die diese Dame wohl ihre generelle Abneigung gegen Kinder zum Ausdruck gebracht und uns doch tatsächlich vorgeworfen, dass unsere Kinder nicht erzogen wären. Diese Behauptung ist völlig an den Haaren herbeigezogen, da wir wie gesagt noch nicht einmal 5 Minuten im Baguettski verbracht hatten und unsere Kinder gesittet am Tisch gesessen sind und sich unterhalten und gelacht haben. Ich kann daher nichts zu der Qualität der Speisen oder der Sauberkeit der Toiletten sagen, weil wir nach dieser unverschämten Ansage unsere Sachen gepackt haben und direkt nebenan in das italienische Restaurant Il Divo gegangen sind. Dies kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen, toller Service, nettes Personal und die Pizza ist einfach gigantisch.

So etwas Unfreundliches und Unqualifiziertes habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Ich habe selbst 12 Jahre Gastronomie Erfahrung. Niemals hätte ich mich so verhalten!!! Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Zur Erklärung, wir wollten gern in einer kleinen Gruppe dort gemeinsam essen. Ein Teil der Gruppe kam nach. Wir hatten es nicht einmal alle unsere Jacken ausgezogen, da kam eine ziemlich unfreundliche und pampige Dame zu uns und beschwerte sich über die Lautstärke. Ich bin kurz darauf zu der besagten Dame gegangen und sie ganz klar gefragt, wo genau das Problem liegt und ob sie ein Problem mit Familien und Kindern hätte. Daraufhin sagte die Frau: „Sie hätte ein Problem mit Kindern und Eltern, die ihre Kinder nicht erziehen.“ Ich habe gedacht, ich höre nicht richtig, unsere Kinder haben sich lediglich begrüßt und sich gefreut, einander zu sehen. Niemand ist in dem Restaurant rumgerannt, keiner hat rumgeschrien oder Ähnliches!! Bitte hängt einfach ein Schild bei euch ins Fenster, das Familien und Kinder unerwünscht sind oder sucht euch vernünftiges Personal!Sorry, aber so was geht überhaupt nicht. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder. Wir sind dann übrigens in das exzellente italienische Restaurant ( II Divo) zwei Häuser weiter gegangen. Dort haben sie tolles Personal und hervorragendes Essen.

Hier bin ich oft Baguette Essen lecker lecker Salat essen lecker lecker, hier fühle ich mich wohl

Heute seit langem wieder bei Baguettski essen gewesen und es ist nicht mehr das, was es einmal gewesen ist. Die Möbel teils stark abgenutzt, am Fenster, fällt die Farbe von der Decke (Feuchtigkeitsschäden) und wo man genau hinschaut gibt es etwas defektes zu sehen was repariert oder renoviert werden müsste. Die Bestellung ging dann Recht zügig. 2 Grosse Cola, 1 kleine Cola, 2 kleine Fanta, 2 Thunfischbaguet groß, 1 Bacon Budget klein ohne Tomate, 1 Bacon Budget groß, 1 Salami Buget groß ohne Paprika. Knapp über 50€ bezahlt und nach 15 Min wurde das Essen an den Tisch gebracht. Alles fast klar. Der Käse gerade mal angeschmolzen. Nach Zuruf um.bitte an den Tisch zu kommen, keine Reaktion der Servicekraft, da diese in Ihrem Handy rumtippte. Nun, es war nicht viel los im Geschäft zu dieser Zeit aber der Mann und die Frau (noch Recht jung) scheinten sich nicht für ihren Job zu interessieren. Ständig Gelächter und wen jemand eine Bestellung aufgeben wollte, zeigte man sich etwas desinteressiert. Auch die Nachbartische bemängelten das Essen. Es war nicht warm bzw. Heiß serviert worden. Woran das liegt? Einfach am fehlenden Personal und viel Schuld gebe ich der Führungsetage, welche scheinbar alles so hinnimmt wie es derzeit läuft. Dies war wohl der letzte Besuch in dem Laden und meine Familie und ich werden diesen nun meiden, bis sich etwas ändert. Schade. Früher viel besser gewesen und da war immer was los. Heute sieht man, das kaum Kundschaft kommt. Woran das nur liegen mag kann man sich dann wohl vorstellen. Geschmacklich auch nicht das was es früher war. Kaum Sauce und irgendwie fehlt der Kick von früher. Achja, bei den Damen von 3 Toiletten, 2 verschlossen und alles Toiletten eher dreckig wie sauber. Na dann, guten Hunger. Wohl bekommts

Das Essen ist echt gut und für den Preis total i. O., aber leider kann man hier immer noch nicht mit EC zahlen, daher einen Stern Abzug.

Ich gehe gerne essen, da ich viel Unterwegs bin. Hier bei Baguettski, hat das Baguette und das Hänchensalat, sehr gut geschmeckt. ....

Essen war lecker und preislich ok. Allerdings war die Dame die unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat so gar nicht motiviert zu arbeiten. Freundlichkeit ist was anderes.

Baguettes wirklich sehr lecker und preislich auch vollkommen fair. Allerdings ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich, ich bekam am Telefon sehr patzige Antworten… sehr schade.

Restaurant mit freundlichem und modernem Ambiente. Große Freifläche vor dem Lokal, welche mit großen Schirmen vor der direkten Sonne schützt. Es gibt neben den namensgebenden Baguetts auch eine Auswahl an Salaten, Eis und Kuchen - da findet eigentlich jeder was. Die Speisen werden relativ schnell angerichtet und sind lecker. Personal ist normal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Inzwischen kann nun auch bargeldlos bezahlt werden.

Das Essen war echt gut, leider war die Frau an der Kasse sehr unhöflich.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, gutes Essen und Getränke zu einem guten Preis. Da kann sich die Weinstube Duck dich eine große Scheibe abschneiden. Hier gibt es eine frische Küche mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Leider wird hier kein gesundes Baguette angeboten und es gibt keine Dinkel, Roggen, etc. Alternative. Der Chef hat eine Art an sich, die sich am besten als extrem unangenehm beschreiben lässt. Diskutiert LAUTSTARK mit Kunden, während andere in Ruhe essen wollen. Auch erwähnenswert - 0,30 Euro Gebühr für EC Kartenzahlung unter 10 Euro.

Selfservice, fertige Baguettes die lecker schmecken. Noch besser würden mir gute Baguettes einer lokalen Bäckerei schmecken.

Super schöner Laden direkt an der Allee, leckeres Essen, Kaffee und eine gemütliche Inneneinrichtung!

Aktualisierung: mittlerweile kann man hier mit Karte zahlen das aktuelle Personal ist freundlich und daher kann ich natürlich auch durch das leckere Essen besonders die Salate den Laden empfehlen.

Salate und Baguettes sind richtig gut. Gut erreichbar, aber auch direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Sowohl zum Mitnehmen, als auch zum Essen vor Ort. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Leckeres Essen, die Preise sind okay und das Ambiente speziell. Interessant zu sehen, dass ein „Fastfood“-Restaurant für einen Aperol-Sprizz und ein Baguette besucht wird.

Essen war lecker aber etwas zu teuer. Sehr schönes Location und deswegen war der Preis auch in Ordnung. Deshalb 5 Sterne. Es gibt nur Baguettes und Salat. Nicht viel Auswahl aber dafür halt lecker. Salat ca. 10€. Baguette ab 7,50€ Wir waren zweimal heute da. Mittags und abends. Kann also nicht schlecht gewesen sein 😂

Wer Subway aufgrund des eher Brioche-artigen Brotes nicht mag, ist hier definitiv an der richtigen Adresse. Abgesehen davon gibt es keine großartigen Vergleiche zu solchen Ketten zu schließen, da das Konzept sich durch weniger Individualismus deutlich unterscheidet. Qualitativ kann man absolut nicht meckern. Die Kassiererin war nicht super freundlich, aber schon okay. Ich werde wieder kommen, wenn ich in der Nähe bin und Lust auf Sandwiches habe.

Alles lecker. Sind alle sehr freundlich und gehen auf Kundenwünsche ein.

Es kann nicht sein, dass ein Chef sich über seine Angestellten vor anwesenden Gästen äußert, dass gehört definitiv hinter die Kulissen, also nicht sehr professionell... schade... Ansonsten gute Baguettes und guter Salat mit gutem Dressing.
