Nie wieder! Der Chef zeigte sich uns gegenüber absolut kundenunfreundlich. Selbst sein Mitarbeiter musste sich für seine aufbrausende und unverschämte Art entschuldigen. Leider wurden wir massiv unfreundlich behandelt und es kam eine starke Abneigung gegenüber Kindern auf.

Es war sehr lecker, das Baguette war angenehm warm, der Salat war leider sehr klein für das Geld, Personal war freundlich.

Leckeres Essen aber die Dame an der Kasse ist sehr unfreundlich und weist jeden zurecht

Der Manager verscheucht seine Gäste. Unfreundlich, beleidigend, arrogant, ungeeignet und vieles mehr. Das Essen passt, die Lage auch. Personal auch. Der Manager mag es nicht, wenn man ungeniessbare Salatsaucen (Essig Öl) tauscht. Das Personal stimmt zu und tauscht sofort. Der Manager schaut seine Gäste schweigend an wie Dreck. Das Personal lächelt und sagt Hallo. Erwarten Sie nur Ärger und Arroganz vom Manager. Wenn er nicht da ist, ist Essen dort recht angenehm. Goodbye Baguettski.

Warum sind Hunde im Restaurant erlaubt? Mehrere Hunde die sich ankläffen und anbellen. Das geht gar nicht. Was sagt das Gesundheitsamt Kassel dazu?

Essen okay. Personal sehr unfreundlich

Essen war okay, aber das war’s dann auch mit dem Positiven. Eine ältere Mitarbeiterin mit weißen Haaren hat uns tatsächlich gebeten, leiser zu sein – bei normaler Unterhaltung, in einem fast leeren Restaurant mit gerade mal zwei anderen Tischen. Kein Mensch wurde von uns gestört. Trotzdem wurde man behandelt wie ein Störfaktor. Die anderen Gäste hat sie genauso mies behandelt, das konnten wir direkt beobachten. So geht kein Service. Ich komme nicht wieder und kann es auch niemandem empfehlen. Die Restaurantleitung sollte sich ernsthaft fragen, ob sie sich solche Mitarbeiter leisten will – denn genau das kostet Gäste.

Insgesamt lecker, aber leider sehr unfreundliche Angestellte. Das Essen holt diese unhöfliche Stimmung dann leider nicht raus. Schade, leckeres Essen, unschönes Miteinander

Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit wird hier KLEIN geschrieben… es startet beim Betreiber hört bei der Kasse auf… der Betreiber kann hier wirklich von Glück sprechen das der Standort super ist und das ganze auf Selbstbedienung ausgerichtet ist… alles andere ist dort eine Frechheit

Schönes Lokal, keine aufdringliche deutsche Musik, sondern leichter Jazz und Tango. Preiswert und sehr lecker. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Ich bin wirklich schockiert. Wir essen fast wöchentlich bei Baguettski. Heute haben wir zwei Aperol zum Essen bestellt, die wirklich nicht genießbar waren. Es fehlte der Aperol, statt Prosecco wurde Sekt genommen und das Wasser vergessen. Auf freundlich Nachfrage wurde patzig geantwortet, dass es „normal sei und nicht sein Problem“. Der bitte nach einem Schluck Wasser wurde nicht nachgekommen, stattdessen wurde lautstark darauf hingewiesen, dass er nicht sein Problem sei. Selten so eine unkulanten Mitarbeiter wie den Kassierer (hoffentlich nicht Filialleiter) erlebt.

Die Salate sind sehr lecker, genauso wie das Eis. Hier kann man auch gut mit einem Glas Wein sitzen. 100% Selbstbedienung Das Ambiente mit viel Holz, hell, mit einzelnen Pflanzen, Kunst an der Wand gefällt mir gut. Die Bänke hinten an der Wand, links vom Eingang könnten eine Überholung vertragen. Gäste sitzen hier gerne und das sieht und spürt man leider auch. Baguettski kann ich empfehlen.

Immer wieder lecker und der Salat Mama ist der Hammer. Es müsste mal renoviert werden, aber sonst top. 👍

Ich habe einen Salat probiert mit "gratiniertem Ziegenkäse", die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Ich musste nicht lang warten und war im Büro von dem erwärmten Käse und dem Salat begeistert. Hier werde ich zum Wiederholungstäter!

Wir waren mit dem Gutscheinbuch vom Schlemmerblock gekommen, haben beim Bestellen darauf hingewiesen und wurden erstmal unfreundlich angesehen. Dann wollte ich nichts trinken , wir wurden jedoch genötigt, zwei Getränke zu bestellen . Es sei so in den Bedingungen vorgesehen, wurden wir belehrt.

Kartenzahlung ab 10€?! Es ist 2026.. Das ist absolut nicht zeitgemäß.

Ein Tag in Kassel muss mit baguettski verbunden werden das ist schon bei uns sein Ritual. Sehr nette Bedienung und zuvorkommend,muss man auf jeden Fall hier gegessen haben. Um den Eindruck und den Flair gesehen sind zu haben. Note 1 weiter so

Wir sind damals wirklich gerne hier hin gegangen, aber seit einiger Zeit ist der Service so unfassbar unfreundlich. Vorallem die blonde ältere Dame. Wir haben mitbekommen wie sie die küchenhelfer angemacht hat und auch wir wurden mit unseren Kindern sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Ständig sollten wir bloß aufpassen, dass unsere Kinder nichts anrühren. Es sind Kinder keine Erwachsene. Wenn diese hier unerwünscht sind sollte hier am Eingang ein Hinweis stehen. Dann kann sich jeder so eine Situation die wir erlebt haben sparen. Wir kommen nicht mehr hier hin.

Das Essen und das Ambiente sind wirklich richtig gut! 👍🏻 ☺️ Allerdings gibt es eine weibliche Bedienung, die bei jedem unserer Besuche unfreundlich ist, selbst wenn man freundlich ist, die „ältere“ Dame hat garantiert etwas. Fragen zum Essen etc. sind unerwünscht. Ein Tip: stellt doch Getränke zur Verfügung, die nicht nur eisgekühlt sind 🙋🏻

Ich war inzwischen schon mehrfach bei Baguettski in Kassel auf der Wilhelmshöher Allee und kann den Laden wirklich weiterempfehlen. Die Baguettes gehören meiner Meinung nach zu den besten, die man in Kassel bekommen kann. Besonders gut finde ich das Salami-Baguette, das ich zuletzt gegessen habe. Das Brot war frisch, außen leicht knusprig und innen schön weich. Der Belag war großzügig und geschmacklich sehr gut abgestimmt. Die Kombination aus Salami, frischem Gemüse und Soße passt einfach perfekt zusammen. Ich habe im Laufe der Zeit auch mehrere andere Baguettes aus dem Sortiment probiert, und ehrlich gesagt war bisher keins dabei, das mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Die Qualität wirkt konstant gut und die Zutaten machen einen frischen Eindruck. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Geschmack und ordentliche Portionen gelegt wird. Was ebenfalls positiv auffällt: Schnelle Zubereitung, auch wenn es mal etwas voller ist Freundliches Personal Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Größe der Baguettes Ideal für schnelles Essen zwischendurch oder zum Mitnehmen Das Konzept ist eher unkompliziert und auf schnelles, gutes Essen ausgelegt – genau das macht den Laden aus. Wenn man in Kassel unterwegs ist und Lust auf ein ordentlich belegtes Baguette hat, ist Baguettski definitiv eine gute Adresse.

Wir waren in den letzten Monaten häufiger mit mehreren Personen dort- uns gefällt es immer sehr gut- gemütlich, gut erreichbar und man findet immer eine ruhige Ecke und abends wird sogar das Licht gedimmt- was sehr angenehm ist. Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten war auch immer sehr zufriedenstellend -. selbst als uns mal ein Kaffee umgekippt ist :-) Auch bei Sonderwünschen ( anderes Dressing extra ) war man nett und zuvorkommend. Die Qualität war bisher gut- die Salate sind groß und auch wirklich lecker und über die Baguettes konnte ich mich bisher auch nicht beklagen...Kuchen und Aperol gibts auch - diese Woche sind wir wieder dort und ich freue mich schon auf ein nettes Essen .

Baguettski macht seinem Namen alle Ehre – hier gibt es eine große Auswahl an frisch belegten Baguettes. Ob klassisch mit Käse (8,10 €), Schinken, Salami, Mozzarella oder Bacon (je 8,90 €) oder etwas ausgefallener mit Schafskäse oder Camembert (9,50 €), Thunfisch (8,90 €) oder Räucherlachs (10,90 €) – hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch kleine Kräuterbaguettes gibt es bereits für 3,00 €. Neben den Baguettes werden verschiedene Salate angeboten, zum Beispiel gemischter Salat (8,10 €), Mozzarella- oder Rucola-Käsesalat (9,60 €), Schafskäsesalat (7,50 €) oder Salat mit Hähnchenbrust (13,50 €). Besonders vielfältig ist auch die Auswahl an Spezial-Salaten wie Mama-Salat oder Lachs-Salat. Sehr lecker ist außerdem das Eis mit cremigem Joghurt und verschiedenen Toppings wie frischer Ananas mit Mangosoße, Erdbeeren, Heidelbeeren oder Himbeeren. Die Preise liegen hier zwischen 5,50 € und 6,90 €. Auch bei den Getränken gibt es eine gute Auswahl: Kaffee, Espresso, Cappuccino (inklusive Kuchen für 6,10 €), heiße Schokolade oder Tee. Außerdem verschiedene Biersorten, Wein und Aperol Spritz (6,30 €) sowie klassische Softdrinks wie Cola, Fanta und Sprite. Hunde sind hier gestattet und in der Regel ist immer etwas los, die Atmosphäre ist lebendig, aber dennoch angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gilt die Selbstbestellung an der Theke. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe – ideal, wenn man noch etwas essen oder trinken möchte oder sich etwas für unterwegs mitnehmen will. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswerter Ort für eine entspannte Pause oder einen schnellen Snack.

Ich habe diese Bewertung vor sechs Monaten noch mit viel Verständnis geschrieben – dieses ist inzwischen komplett aufgebraucht. Bei 4 von 5 Bestellungen ist etwas schiefgelaufen. Zwei Mal fehlten die Champignons auf meinem Schinken-Baguette. Ein weiteres Mal bekam ich ein Tomaten-Käse-Baguette statt Schinken. Heute wurde Salami bestellt, angekommen ist Schinken mit Schafskäse – immerhin diesmal mit Pilzen. Wichtig dabei: Alle Bestellungen wurden mitgenommen, Fehler konnten also nicht mal eben vor Ort geklärt werden. Umso ärgerlicher, wenn man zu Hause feststellt, dass schon wieder etwas falsch ist. Besonders unverständlich ist das Ganze, da die Bestellung fast immer laut wiederholt wird. Wenn trotzdem regelmäßig das Falsche eingepackt wird, läuft hier grundsätzlich etwas schief. Für mich ist damit endgültig Schluss. So viel Unzuverlässigkeit ist schlicht inakzeptabel – mein Geld lasse ich künftig bei Restaurants, die ihre Bestellungen auch korrekt umsetzen.

Wir sind enttäuscht. Sind immer gerne zum Baguette essen gegangen. Das alles teurer wird merkt jeder selber im Geldbeutel. Was mir dann nicht gefällt, ist wenn etwas teurer wird und die Qualität nachlässt. 9,50€ für ein Baguette mit Camembert und etwas Preiselbeeren finde ich recht sportlich. Das Baguette schmeckt wie ein schlechtes Brötchen von der Tankstelle. Der Belag ist recht übersichtlich gewesen. Für 9,50 € hätte ich ein Dinkel oder Vollkornbaguette erwartet und der Belag könnte etwas üppiger ausfallen. Die Preiselbeermarmelade ist nicht die günstigste aber etwas mehr könnte es sein. Mir kommt es vor, dass der Profit vor Qualität kommt.

We politely pointed out the mistake, but neither the waiter nor the owner was willing to take back or exchange the incorrect dish. The owner told us that we shouldn't be afraid of salt! We can eat extra salty salad! We shouldn't complain! There was absolutely no attempt at compromise, no goodwill whatsoever. On the contrary: they blamed us! He said (it's possible to forget and add a lot of salt, no big deal, we don't need to discuss it further). Never again!

A cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The prices are perfectly reasonable and the staff behind the counter are very friendly.

If you want to eat good baguettes, this is the place to be. Just be careful of the restricted parking zone in front of the door. You can quickly get a ticket if you park there.

One of the few places open on this tropical Monday. The terrace was very hot, and I couldn't find a good shaded spot. The atmosphere inside was strange, with rather loud elevator music. Only salads and sandwiches, all pretty similar. Salad with peppers, feta, or fried feta, etc. Not very imaginative. A button on the table beeps. You have to pick up your own order at the counter. Lots of staff. I think they put feta on the salad? Similar to La Place, but they do it much better.

The food is really delicious and reasonably priced. We came by bike and attached the bikes to an umbrella stand. We were then told that this wasn't possible and that the stands would break. The suggestion that side racks or other storage options would be useful was dismissed in a completely unprofessional and, above all, unfriendly manner. "We won't remove a table for this, we're so cheap" - a planter would work too, but that's just our opinion! 😜 That's how you drive away customers, and on top of that, Kassel wants to become a cycling city. It's just sad when the customer isn't king but a supplicant. Thumbs down for the service - thumbs up for the food and price level.

I had a €10 voucher, and the baguette cost only €8.90. Instead of deducting €8.90 from the voucher, they took the difference without question. My colleague wanted her food wrapped and was charged 0.50 cents for the package. What a complete impudence.

I really enjoy going to Baguetteski. My family and I often pick up something to take home. The baguettes and salads are very fresh and taste really delicious. The selection is great.

We were served the wrong baguette – we politely pointed out the error, but neither the waiter nor the manager were willing to take back or exchange the incorrect dish. Our son then had to eat a baguette that we hadn't ordered – and that he didn't like either. There was no concession whatsoever, no goodwill. On the contrary: They blamed us for not checking the receipt immediately. This reaction is completely incomprehensible to us – especially with such an obvious error in the order. My wife and I were also treated in a completely unfriendly manner; there was no polite tone. No apology, no replacement, no understanding – and that in a family-oriented restaurant? We are certain: This was our last visit to Baguettski. Customer friendliness and service look different.

So, technically they look top-notch. The service matches that. And now here comes the thing: my wife buys a tuna and a mozzarella bun. For her, everything was perfect, but for me, it was just a toenail, and not just any nail, but the one on my big toe. It was simply disgusting, which is what I did afterwards. So either you're against hygiene, like cutting your nails at work, or your food supplier is obsessed with hygiene. So whatever, I'm done with the dandruff.

Nice little cafe/restaurant. Unfortunately, there's no waiter service. The prices are okay. Recommended for a quick stop, but nothing more. Some of the benches were broken (the upholstery was badly torn), and the cakes were rather mediocre.

I really like going here. Sometimes the salads are very thin, with not enough greens. It's not worth the price. The atmosphere is nice, but it's very loud when it's full. I always loved eating ice cream here, but for the price, it's no longer an option. I hope things don't keep getting scarcer and the prices keep getting higher. It's no longer worth the drive all the way through Kassel.

There is no condition, you order in-house and if it takes longer you get a beeper. We tried the ice cream once with strawberries and once with blueberries. It was yogurt from the machine, nothing special. The sauces weren't up to snuff, the blueberries were just out of a jar and the strawberries weren't any better. Bridged our waiting time, it doesn't have to happen again.

Either the baguettes are too small or I'm too hungry. Could have used something else. Seating is okay and the service was friendly.

Went there for the first time today. Attractive atmosphere, nice seating, good location... My baguette tasted good, but unfortunately I wasn't full. 9.90 euros for a baguette with a few lettuce leaves, that's a lot and doesn't fill me up. My friend had a salad. It was well prepared, looked good and seemed much more filling. So gladly again, but no more baguettes.

Very friendly staff. I can highly recommend the salad with sheep's cheese and olives. The latte macchiato was also very tasty. We'd love to come back.

So it was great in itself, but the staff at the counter were a bit irritable with each other. I thought it was unprofessional, something you don't have to notice as a guest. My chicken salad with honey mustard dressing was great 👍🏼 a little too much dressing for my taste, but that was okay next time I'll just say that I want less dressing. I would still like to come back.

Short version: unfriendly, inflexible, narrow-minded and the customer is NOT king. Long version: We came to enjoy four drinks as a family. Since my wife can't drink cold drinks due to sensitive teeth, I order two spritzers and a latte macchiato and some unchilled sparkling water. This was not available. So I asked for unchilled water medium or still. When that was also impossible, I asked for tap water. Here an older gentleman behind the counter (presumably the boss) intervened and very firmly and unfriendly refused. I made it clear that I hadn't come to be stingy and that unfortunately my wife was in pain with chilled drinks. However, the gentleman didn't want to hear this, whereupon I said that I had lost my desire and that I didn't want any more drinks. However, the gentleman at the counter insisted that I pay for the latte macchiato since he had already started it. After probably over 20 visits in the last few years, that was the last visit there for our family. Too bad!

We ate a chicken salad and a salmon baguette. Both really tasty (although we didn't really like the sauce on the baguette.) Unfortunately the service was a disaster! We haven't been treated so rudely in a long time. I won't come here again. Too bad...

You never get what you order. The menu should be updated if there is always something different on the baguette.

I have been a loyal customer at Baguettski for many years and the trainees who were here with me were always enthusiastic and satisfied. The various croques and the other dishes on offer are consistently of good quality and at reasonable prices. You have to be aware that this is a self-service restaurant. You get a little alarm that vibrates and flashes when the food you ordered is ready and then you have to go to the counter to pick it up. The atmosphere is cozy, the various seating options (sitting high on the bench or comfortably in the armchair) offer something for every guest and the toilets are clean and well maintained.

The employees are totally unfriendly and very rude especially the young man with gray hair. And also the kitchen assistants are unhygienic. Their hands are not washed when they cut all the vegetables and fruits. With dirty hands. I don't recommend this restaurant.

So the blonde lady behind the counter was very rude and cute. The older gentleman at the next table was yelled at because he was sitting on the wrong chair. So despite everything, no one had to stand. Not what it used to be for a long time. Food was bland but tasted good.

I've been there many times and have never been disappointed. The baguettes always taste very good and the staff is always friendly.

Great salads, delicious cheesecake, ice cream with strawberries in the summer for years 😋 Quality always 👍 top. When we do our dog round 🐕 at Rammelsberg we end up at your place, as dogs are welcome 😊

Absolutely unfriendly staff. Food was ok. The rest absolutely without words. First the waitress rudely comes at you from the side in front of the door because you are standing there and smoking, then it goes on the same way in the store. If you don't want to have guests, just the right place behind the counter 👍🏻

Bad service and unfortunately poor food.

Last week we had a reservation for about 10 people as a larger group. When we arrived we found we had been allocated a high table. However, since three of us had babies with us, it was simply impossible for us to sit there. I then politely and respectfully asked if it would be possible to push two normal tables together, especially since they were free anyway and the restaurant still had enough space. But what happened next was simply unbelievable. Mr. Thomas J. treated me extremely unfriendly and embarrassed me in front of the whole group because he was of the opinion that it made “no sense” to put the tables together. Even though I calmly explained to him that we preferred a group table to have a better conversation, he didn't even let me finish. Instead, he repeatedly made derogatory comments and arrogantly told me that I should either "accept his opinion or leave the store." I work in the catering industry myself and therefore know how important it is to interact with guests. But this manager not only has absolutely no sensitivity, but also absolutely no respect for his customers. He called me directly and was consistently cheeky and condescending. Ultimately we decided to leave the store and go somewhere else. Conclusion: Definitely not recommended! If you value good service, give this restaurant a wide berth. One of the unfriendly experiences I've ever had - and with a group that would have certainly brought in several hundred euros in sales for the restaurant. Better stay away if you want to have a nice evening!

I order baguettes there regularly and literally every TIME! It tastes the same and perfect. It's not too dry, not 5 kilos of tuna like the other Baguettski shops. I'm just going to Willi Allee! You are the best 🙏

Food is good, service depends on the day, but an absolute no-go: no card payment under €10…

Wondering if there are different baguettes here than in the other branches? This is not an upscale restaurant so please, dear service staff, do not behave like in a high-end restaurant. Yes, normal citizens actually come in. Not just clients from Bad Wilhelmshöhe.

Had the salmon sandwich. Very crispy and fresh. The price is also quite okay for the size. Self-service.

I always find it very tasty at Baguettski. Very nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

The last post is incorrect. This guy demanded and loudly harassed all the guests full of aggression. Other males offered to help the waitress and throw him out. But the waitress confidently managed to put the man in his place. There's never been anything like this before as long as I've been going to this great store. What is now being claimed here shows that the men should have thrown him out.

I only asked for 4-5 napkins and the manager didn't want to give them because they would cost money. She only gave me 2. I have never experienced anything like that in my life!!!!!!!!

I found it very good there. The food is great, it's clean and the furnishings are comfortable and cozy. The service is quick, but in my opinion the processing behind the counter is not extremely demanding, as long as a coach doesn't drive up... The kitchen is more challenged. The waiting time between ordering and picking up was ok 👌

Super delicious baguettes and salts. Unfortunately, an underground service! After 8 p.m., the only thing on the mind of the employees is getting off work. The gentleman who works there prefers cleaning the ice cream machine or putting away trays to taking orders. He also likes to let customers feel that they are no longer welcome as a guest in the evening. The other day there were two of them serving, or rather, two of them cleaning up. I waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken. In between, the two even prefer to eat ice cream themselves.

The food here is delicious. But it's impossible to see how the boss fleeces the employees here in front of the customers. Addendum: Staff was very unfriendly and didactic today.

Today unfortunately convincing but negative. The baguette is always 30% smaller and smaller. The prices are not that cheap either. At least you could be full. Unfortunately the baguette isn't enough. Therefore from five stars to three.

There is a reasonable selection of baguettes and salads. What I've had has always tasted good. The ice cream with fruit in particular is a real highlight in summer. You can also sit nicely inside and outside on site. However, I found the staff to be rather unfriendly on my last two visits. My takeaway food was presented to me without comment. Without “please”, “bon appetit” or anything else. There wasn't even an answer to my "goodbye". That doesn't leave a particularly nice feeling. It's a shame.

A self-service restaurant, you order at the counter and get a buzzer and then have to pick up the food. That's why service only 3 stars, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is really tasty, we had a baguette and a salad. It was plentiful and highly recommended.

Very tasty food but has now become far too expensive

I think the portion (size of the baguette) is a bit too small. Otherwise everything fits!

Good baguettes, nice staff, great location. Cozy and invites you to feel good while enjoying the baguette. It was prepared quickly and looked good too - after all, your eyes eat with you.

Delicious food but sometimes very unsympathetic staff. I've probably visited 10 times and it's confirmed every time. The boss's tone towards his employees is also not good at all. And everyone notices it.
