I have been a satisfied customer for years and am simply overwhelmed by the quality of the food.

Very tasty, very friendly staff, everything fresh, would gladly come again.

Everything was great: the food, the welcome, the music, everything. (The decorations are also fantastic for photos 😉). If there are children, they make smaller (and cheaper) portions.

Chili Cheese lives up to its name; the burger, fries, and salad were delicious. I will definitely order again.

We ordered here via Liederrando and were not disappointed. - Delivery was fast - Very good value for money - Food was very tasty 👍 There are places that offer even more amazing burgers, but they're also quite a bit more expensive. The combination of the burger with the sauce and the interplay of the ingredients was amazing, only the meat could be better (but it was really good). - Unfortunately, we can't rate the ambiance because it was a delivery order, but we'll be stopping by the restaurant soon 😁 Highly recommend it :)

We ordered for the first time today and are absolutely thrilled! So delicious! My husband even said they were the tastiest noodles he's ever ordered from a delivery service. They also accommodated my special request (without chili) really well. On top of that, the delivery was really quick, even though it was a Saturday evening and the delivery time was actually longer. Definitely recommended, and we'll be ordering from here again!

It is more a BurgerDeliverService, then Take-a-Date-out-restaurant. Burgers are ok, BUT If you did some waves in LK, you will def. get the BEST KOTTU ROTI in Kassel! If the father of the family is in the kitchen, tell him you have been in there and you love your Kottu spicy - local, not european spicy ;-) Only poor thing is, they used to be really friendly, but with growing bigger and more restaurants....they are less friendly

I use to be here with my friends but on this day with my „used to be favorite“ particular schnitzel schmand.. and the portion and serving strategy. Very annoying! With the attitude following it. This is not just acceptable.:: I can’t pay so much for you to fill my plate with Pommes!!! I kept quiet the last time and it then got repeated!

Yesterday, after some good advice, I ordered pepper beef rice at Jackmans. Highly recommended, very tasty. The employee was very understanding and helpful, even in my unusual situation. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. I'd be happy to come back. Cons: The only thing is that the prices are a bit too high. The dish is absolutely worth the price, but not everything on the menu justifies its price.

A very nice and pleasant atmosphere. The prices are more than fair – especially considering the generous portions. Besides classics like burgers, schnitzel, and pasta, the menu also features several Sri Lankan specialties. This makes Jackmans Restaurant a highly recommended and culinary addition to the Wesertor area.

Came across the store in Tik Tok. Burgers 4/10. Buns standard, meat the cheapest apparently. Fries like cardboard. Not crispy… I don't have much to say about the salad. Quite normal. In any case, thumb down. Requested mayo and ketchup, no one said it would cost extra. I would give the store -1 star. Not even worthy of 0 stars. Too expensive too. Menu without drink €16.50. Ketchup mayo extra, drinks pay extra. That wasn't a delivery. Were on site. I would like to write more here if I could what I think about the store.

We really enjoyed the food, the portions were generous, and we were full. The delivery service was fast, but I would have preferred a warmer version. I highly recommend the Freestyle Burger.

The cheeseburger and crispy chicken burger were amazing. We've ordered several times now, and while it always takes a while, it always arrives hot and fresh. I'd like to know exactly what kind of sauce is on the brioche cheeseburger. It's ridiculous.

Very spicy is hardly spicy. Schnitzel was not displayed as a turkey schnitzel at Lieferando and is really not worth its price. (Habanero schnitzel)

Super delicious cheese burger! Soft brioche bun, topped with fresh and fried onions, cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce. Everything fresh and crunchy. I can absolutely recommend it!

The burgers are highly recommended, the special fries are world class. Collection, delivery and eating on site are no problem and the orders are prepared as requested. There were also times when something was forgotten, but a replacement was offered.

Unfortunately too expensive for a snack. Quality is okay, but prices are too high.

The food was very good, but unfortunately it was delivered cold. The driver accused us of giving the wrong address when ordering because he was in a completely different part of the city. The boss personally spoke to us on the phone and said that the driver had gone to the wrong address and that we were not to blame.

A small shop on the main street. Food is A1. Delivery always arrives warm and has never been soggy. All drivers are always friendly. Burgers & fries are really good! A bit expensive but you can treat yourself. Even when I picked it up it was a snap. The shop is already set up.

Please avoid looking into the kitchen during operation. If a health department representative shows up during this time, it could result in the restaurant being closed.

I found out about the shop via Google because I was passing through and I can only say that I'm very complicated when it comes to food, but the burger and the fries were absolutely top. I can only recommend it. When I'm here again, I'll go there again straight away very nice service

A little small shop, but it's worth ordering from if you're not going out to eat with up to 4 people to watch football. Great burger for a great price. Always happy to sink my money in the store! That's why there's fut in the stomach.

I actually ended up in the “wrong” Jackmans, but I’ll definitely be back on Weserstrasse! Mainly takeaway but also tables available, my recommendation: eat on site. Great selection, great food (chilli burger with salad and habanero fries), great service! Thanks for the advice on the level of spiciness, next time we'll go one better😅.

Ordered cheeseburger, fries, salad, chicken wings. Unfortunately all is not well. Burger was still the best, but not more than average. Patty looks like TK. Salad wasn't fresh. Fries, probably made in the deep fryer for everything else, smelled funny and were soggy. Wings with a rub that was too salty, but at least spicy. 28 euros is very sporty.

Otherwise always been satisfied. But now the whole thing has pissed me off. Ordered food before 1:30 am, so 1:20 am before closing time and I'm still waiting for it. Presumably it was actually 00:30. Even called but no one picked up. Very dissatisfied right now.

Update: Prices have been increased and free delivery is no longer available. It's a shame ☹️ Food is still great and delivery is quick too. Citizens are really extremely good. Fries are great too. And the food came twice after about 15 minutes. Always happy 😁👌

I have ordered here twice so far. The food always tasted super fresh, arrived still hot and the fries were still crispy. The burgers also taste very good and the prices are fair. Delivery was always super fast, even on weekend evenings!

We ate there with my wife after ordering online several times. Also very tasty on site! The chicken burger was really "crispy" and the cheeseburger was really good. We are looking forward to the new restaurant and will definitely visit it too. Absolute recommendation!

We ordered dinner there. The food was really very good, good portions for a reasonable price. What wasn't good at all is that the food was delivered way too early. We wanted it to be between 8 and 8:15 p.m., but the food arrived shortly before 7:30. So next time we'll order for 9:30 and it should be there at 8. That's really a bit stupid if you're not ready for it yet and it just doesn't fit at all.

Don't order anything spicy. It's unnaturally spiced up at way too many jalapeno slices. Not edible Nichts scharfes bestellen da der burger oder die Pommes mit unnatürlicher Würze künstlich geschärft und viel zu viele jalapeno auf dem Essen verwendet wird. Nicht essbar Die normalen Burger sind lecker.

Einfach nur zu empfehlen, schnell gut und mega lecker.

An sich sind die Burger und Fritten sehr lecker. Leider kamen in letzter Zeit die Speisen fast kalt an und auch die Lieferzeit von über einer Stunde ist meiner Meinung nach zu lang

Restaurant, klein aber fein und modern, das Personal absolut freundlich und Sonderwünsche werden sehr gut aufgenommen und umgesetzt. Wir hatten vor Ort die Süßkartoffelpommes mit Schmanddip und Mozzarellasticks, mitgenommen haben wir uns den Jackmans Freestyle und den Chilli-Cheese Burger. Vorweg: Nicht perfekt, aber das ist Geschmackssache ! Die Pommes hätten gern etwas mehr sein können, und die Käsesoße auf dem Chilli-Cheese war mir persönlich an der Grenze von der Schärfe (zum Glück hatte ich die Jalapeños weggelassen), ansonsten sehr gutes Essen, frische Zutaten, Umbestellung von roten auf gebratene Zwiebeln gar kein Problem. Wir kommen gern wieder und testen demnächst den Lieferservice 👍

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, bei Unklarheiten über die Adresse (Campingplatz) wurde einfach kurz angerufen. Netter Lieferant. Super leckere Burger, die Pommes waren leider ein wenig salzig, aber dafür immer noch knusprig. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Bulette vom Cheeseburger war leider nicht frisch, schmeckte wie eine fertig Bulette (TK). Das Butter Chicken schmeckte einfach nur nach Curry. Wir werden in Zukunft nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Wir reisten aus Frankfurt an, weil wir dies Restaurant testen sollten von Testando als Restaurant tester. Nun unser Eindruck. Ambiente: ist einfach mega dazu gibt es nicht zu sagen. Service: ich habe noch nie so ein schlechten Service gesehen, Aufmerksamkeit wird hier ziemlich klein geschrieben. Sie kennen alle es nicht an dich Tisch zu kommen und zu fragen ob alles ok ist, oder ob noch Getränke benötigt werden...nein man müsste aufstehen und an der Theke selber Getränke bestellen. Zuerst mussten wir uns eine Speicherkarte teilen! Bis der Tisch neben an uns dann Ihre Karte gab, traurig. Die Frauen die da arbeiten, denken eher sie arbeiten auf irgendeinen Laufsteg, auch total unfreundlich. Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig, wie viele schon erwähnt haben mit den Bürgern. Wäre mal schön wenn man mal wieder kommt und die Kellner dann auch viel aufmerksamer wären! Ausgeführt von Testando

Als ehemaliger Naturkosthändler hatte ich immer Vorbehalte gegen Lieferdienste. Nun habe ich schon mehrmals bei Jackmans bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem "Standard Menu Hamburger und Beilagen". Ich bin immer offen für neues , die Sri Lanka Spezialitäten haben mich allerdings noch nicht so überzeugt, ich werde dann noch mal probieren. Der Lieferdienst ist sehr schnell und immer freundlich.

Wo sind die 6 Sterne? Das jackman's ist mehr als nur ein Imbiss. Hier gibt es allerfeinstes Essen und die Begeisterung des freundlichen Personals überträgt sich direkt auf den Gast. Je nach Laune kann man beim knusprig panierten Schnitzel bleiben oder exotische Köstlichkeiten aus Sri Lanka kosten. Wer in der Nähe wohnt, hat hier sein neues Stammlokal gefunden. Wie wir! Weiter so, Jungs!

Essen ist gut und das Personal ist freundlich

Ich habe ein Cesar Salat bestellt und es war alles anderes als ein Cesar Salat, das Fleisch war nicht gut und das Dressing naja hat nicht geschmeckt nach was ich erwartet habe, bin sehr enttäuscht 🙁

Hab ein Schnitzel gehabt und wollte gebratene Zwiebeln dazu Habe dann ca eine halbe Zwiebel bekommen für 2€ extra 😅 Vorsicht bei Extras

Die Fritten mit Jägersauce haben mein Leben verändert! Man schmeckt hier einfach raus das der Koch Spaß an seiner Arbeit hat. Frische Zutaten werden hier gut kombiniert und werden zu einem Abenteuer für den Gaumen. Lieferzeit deutlich schneller als angekündigt, alles verlief unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Wäre top wenn da eine Klima gewesen wäre auf diese Hitze, sonst super leckere Essen und preiswert und gut zu wissen dass da nur Becks als bier serviert wird! Ich kann es aber herzlich empfehlen!
