I often went to Burger King with my wife in our white car. We ordered food. Later, when things went downhill, my wife left me, and I came alone in the winter of 2018, even in the snow, because I couldn't cook anymore. I ate chicken there. Later in 2019, living alone became too much for me. I left my fully furnished apartment at Heerstrasse 3 and never returned to Kassel.

Quiet, clean, fresh food. What more could you want?

Food is cold and tastes different than at other branches and the employees are unfriendly and have no idea what to do

The food was cold and tasteless. The staff were unfriendly and had no idea what they were doing. Orders arrived incorrectly or were missing. We had to wait a long time for our orders because they were still arguing in the back.

I chose the Whopper here, but unfortunately, there was too much ketchup on it, so you could barely detect any other flavor. However, the service was quick.

I waited almost 30 minutes for a burger. Orders came one after another, and they barely worked. I also ordered without sauce, and it was first put on and then simply scraped off the burger, so there was still residue. My friend also got the wrong order. The lady at the front desk just greets you with an eye roll and doesn't really want to talk to you. Sep. 13, between 11:50 PM and 12:40 AM. Very disappointed, but very nice from the outside.

Update: This Burger King now also has ordering kiosks. The good thing about it compared to MCD is that you can log in using the app, a QR code, and then you have all your personal coupons to choose from. The new ambiance isn't as cozy as the old one with leather seats and armchairs. The fries here are still very hot and well salted. The food is also well prepared. Unfortunately, the prices have risen to an unhealthy high, just like at MCD. It's a shame. The employees aren't the same old familiar faces anymore; many new faces have joined the staff. Due to the new layout and the lack of (reduced) personal order taking, the employees aren't as present anymore. Before This Burger King is great; they still have human order taking, and it's a great Burger King ambiance with cozy colors. The second floor is also very nicely designed. The temperature is a bit chilly, but that's the case everywhere these days (climate crisis). The fries are always very hot and well-salted, simply delicious. It's usually easy to find a free spot in the parking lot. There are sometimes long lines, but Burger King isn't as big a crowd-pleaser as the nearby McDonald's. The employees are always friendly and have been there for a long time (over five years), which speaks volumes about this branch. I always enjoy coming back. Thank you.

The cheeseburger was tasty, whereas the consistency of the milkshake was too thick in places, which detracted from the enjoyment.

For a Burger King, everything is top-notch. Of course, you wouldn't expect high-class food or ambiance here; it's just a regular Burger King. The staff and food are generally good.

Restrooms are upstairs, and the disabled restroom is on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the restrooms are always very dirty. Otherwise, everything is as you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant.

They save on air conditioning, there is no air to breathe in the rooms.

Great, beautiful, and clean Burger King. It's a shame they only remove stains from the tables instead of cleaning the entire tabletop.

I ordered the Naruto menu tonight. The burger was completely fresh and absolutely amazing. The employee even checked the storeroom to see if they had a size L T-shirt left and actually found one for me. Overall, super appreciative.

Very friendly staff, clean location, toilet also very clean, the only thing missing is an order display upstairs.

I was informed by an insider, that this place has halal chicken. If you would like to have be sure to order halal checkens, I would advice you to talk to an arabic or turkish staff and request them if they can provide you with the option. The outside sitting arrangements During the summer months, I would say is captivating. It would be worth a try.

It's just a bus stop. Free parking, restrooms available, and average bus stop food. The terminals are easy to use.

Unfortunately not, here, personal matters are more important than the customer. The onion rings and fries were soggy, and it wasn't busy. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a burger, fries, onion rings, and a drink. Thanks, but not here again.

I've gotten something for the first time in ages, and it was beyond bad. Everything was too salty and wobbly. The food came back up. Never again.

This is awful, I ordered ice cream and it turned sour! They offered to change it and they did, but it also turned out sour! They tried to convince me that it was good but it wasn't! They ruined my mood.

The food was generally quite good, but we got a double cheeseburger instead of two fries. Unfortunately, we only noticed it when we got home.

The terminals remind me of computers from the 1990s. Ordering isn't possible at all, and scanning a QR code is even more difficult. It takes a while to get your food.

Edit: Even after a 2-year break, yesterday it was delicious again at the BK in Druseltal. The woman at the "checkout" did a fantastic job. Warm, competent, approachable. The plant based burgers were again hot and tasty. The baklava churros with pistachio sauce jummi. 😋 Please keep it up. Really great feeling, great team and delicious plant based burgers! Dear BK team, you pimped the taste of my rehab stay in Kassel every Sunday evening for 5 weeks. Very nice team that treats each other very friendly, always laughs heartily and patiently made me a different plant based burger every time. Every single one was delicious, hot and prepared quickly. Thank you! 🙏

The only problem is that you can only order at terminals. You have to figure it out first if you've never done it before. Prices are already very reasonable.

I imagined something different. The staff was listless and more busy chatting. Maybe that's why my food looked unremarkable.

Only the toilet on the ground floor is open. Cleaning is a foreign word. It doesn't work at all.

There was little going on. The ordering process was even quicker. Everything was warm, fries very fresh and crispy. Very clean place in the upper area. The only drawback is that there is a very unpleasant smell in the men's toilet.

Been there twice now and had to change the citizen twice because it was cold, annoying.

Customer service needs to be improved

Disgusting place, there was a hair in the potatoes, they work without gloves or caps on their heads, no hygiene. I don’t recommend it 👎👎👎

I don't usually write many reviews, but in this case I just have to say a huge thank you to the amazing staff on the evening of 1/16/25. My girlfriend and I ordered ice cream and a hot brownie - with a few extra requests that made the order a little more complicated. Nevertheless, the two ladies were incredibly warm, patient and implemented our wishes with so much kindness. This service really made our evening! Once again a big thank you and kind regards, B&A

It's a fast food place but still our favorite Burger King

Yes. I really like this Burger King branch. The ability to park your vehicle, proximity to roads and proximity to Dez Shopping Center provide transportation and social opportunities. There are plenty of dining tables inside and two game screens to keep the kids entertained. It seemed to me that the employees were doing their job, but they weren't doing it with joy. That's why I gave it 4 stars. You can go there with peace of mind.

40 minutes at Burgerking. Not a single table is clean, no one even comes to clean it. The trash has been lying all over the store for 40 minutes. Well, the burgers are about fridge temperature!

This is one of the most beautiful and pleasant Burger King branches in Kassel. Anyone who goes to Burger King usually knows what selection of dishes awaits them here. Nevertheless, the classic, the Whopper, can always be recommended. But the chicken nuggets or the chili cheese burger are also quite tasty.

When the deposit is returned, the statement is: I don't understand anything, so no deposit back either! Bad air is to be expected on the upper floor. Ventilation system seems to be just decoration. There is now a new interior design and the ventilation on the upper floor is still decorative.

Very disappointed with the food at Burger King in Kassel. We ordered a salad but got almost scrap pieces - pieces of iceberg cabbage. It seems that the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the service here clearly leave something to be desired.

It’s a good place for people who transfer trains. I ordered cheesy sticks (super delicious and airy), French fries and chicken nuggets for less than 10 euros. I’m really happy to be able to enjoy such a space.

It's nice that the BK has been renovated. It really doesn't look bad either... But can someone explain to me why everything that was once there for children has really disappeared? The climbing tower outside had to go so that more people could eat and smoke there at the same time. The children's area on the 1st floor has also disappeared. Very family friendly. One of the worst burger kings I've seen in terms of staff. Super super Incompetent at what they do, I waited in the drive-in for 2 burgers for over 10 minutes. You can understand that the order in the previous car was bigger, but you could have had the people drive to the side so that the others might just have them Small things could have been dealt with quickly, but that wasn't the case.

I'm standing at the counter in an empty Burger King and want to order something when a small foreign waitress tells me I have to order from the machine. If that doesn't work, I can come to her, that's not possible. So I left and went to Mac Donalds across the street. Apparently Burger King doesn't need it... Very poor performance.

Friendly, very competent staff, ordering at the new terminals went great. The food came quickly and very fresh. The only negative point in the introduction is that it is very warm upstairs.

Food was good. Unfortunately the music doesn't fit in at all. I like rock music, but it has to be in a fast food restaurant. I don't think that's for everyone, unfortunately that's why my husband wanted to get out quickly.

Very unfriendly staff, we were supposed to order at the counter and were told this very rudely, half of the counters were broken and had to wait in line at the counter, so personal ordering was not possible. Behind the counter it was underground dirty, there were all sorts of things on the floor: fries, cups, 2 rags, chicken mc nuggets, something that looked like dirt in the middle of the kitchen aisle, a trash can standing in the middle. I've never seen anything like this in Mac Donalds!!

The service staff were friendly and after checking, the missing part of my order was given to me. It can happen sometimes ;-). The food is now a disgrace and I was really shocked that a BIG King could be so small.
