Christmas day and all the stores are closed except McDonald and these workers have to deal with huge queue. Its very shameful for McDonald to push workers while its Christmas day!!!

Please train your staff in hygiene... Red-haired lady collects cash and then reaches into the salad tray while preparing a citizen. When you come from the restaurant yourself, you pay attention to how the employees work and here in this McDonald's it was unfortunately not an isolated case. Often extremely unclean work. Really shocking at times... Please keep the store clean. It's a shame that it has to be mentioned but unfortunately this is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited in terms of hygiene. Unfortunately.

So let's start with the fact that they don't accept coupons. For example, they never have any apple tarts, you order 4 hamburgers and you only get 3 and if you ask for salt and pepper for 4 hamburgers, you ask if one sachet is enough for you. I ordered here while waiting for my train and was simply disgusted. The McDonald's is tiny. It smells terrible and looks totally unhygienic everywhere. Nevertheless, I thought to myself, I'll order...I'm hungry. When ordering, it was clear that the full menu wasn't offered here. The employee couldn't even give me a clear answer to my questions because she obviously didn't have a plan herself. The food we ordered was cold and soggy and was simply pulled out of a drawer. I have no idea how long it's been there. Absolutely disgusting. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly and the whole experience was just terrible. I for one will never order here again.

The other day, when I was transferring trains in Kassel, I stopped by this McDonald’s. I was feeling really down that day, but I met this super sweet and pretty staff lady who kept complimenting me, saying I was cute and she loved my outfit. It really lifted my mood, and I’m so grateful. I was happy even before I started eating! I just want to say you’re really adorable too, and thank you so much 🥰. The other staff members were also polite and friendly, but I got the feeling that the working environment wasn’t great for them. It’s a small store with lots of customers, and it seemed like the staff was under a lot of pressure. Five stars for the lovely staff, three stars for the work environment. I hope you all have a great day every day!

What a disgrace! Prices are simply significantly higher than in any other McDonald's and the selection is limited to the bare essentials. Almost €4 for a double cheese? Then another 4€ for a cola??? Nobody expects this when they order - and the operators know that for sure. They shamelessly take advantage of the fact that many travelers order something innocently, are in a hurry and often can't come by anyway. It's also a shame that the parent company goes along with this!

At first we had to wait a really long time (even though we were in the second row) because the young lady in front of us didn't fully understand the orders and took a long time to process it. We ordered two burgers and one 9 piece nugget. Unfortunately we saw too late that we had received 6 nuggets and had paid for 9 nuggets. Since we didn't have a receipt, there was nothing we could do.

The food is OK, just typical McDonald's. I've had far worse. The store is far too small for such a location. I don't even go in if there are more than three people in front of me. The prices are a disgrace. I travel a lot but have never seen a Mcs (a restaurant with uniform prices) just increase their prices like that. You can't justify anything with inflation, all the other branches get it too. Hygiene isn't really there either. How bad can the service get at this place? Underground is probably the best way to describe it here. Instead of cleaning the small restaurant in quiet times, people prefer to laugh at videos on Tiktok or go outside. The unfriendliness of the employees is hard to beat and as a customer you almost want to apologize for disturbing the people on their cell phones. I was in the restaurant for a good 15 minutes and ate there. Apart from me, only 2 customers came and bought ice cream. Enough time for one of the 4 employees to clean quickly.

Not a large selection of classics. Shop very small for one of the main train stations. Staff MEGA unfriendly and do not respond to customer requests. And just because of the rudeness of the staff, which I've unfortunately noticed several times (actually twice today, in the morning and in the afternoon) I won't go there again!

Small offer with big prices. Coupons and similar promotions do not apply there, but coffee prices more than double within 5 months. Previously €1.00, from October 2023 to €1.50 and from March 2024 a whopping €2.19. But at least it's a particularly small restaurant without any service (reasonable seating, toilet, etc.).

For the second time I bought the Mcsmart menu and it is once again unbelievable. The burgers had been under the heating lamp for at least an hour. Dry and not remotely like a burger at McDonald's tastes. You absolutely cannot eat here. I realize that the price is low, but you can also buy something fresh from the butcher for that price. Worst branch in all of Germany. Unfriendly to customers and confusing service. You order a menu - 2 people order the identical menu after you - they both get the menu before you! Also higher prices in this branch than usual. You'll never want to visit a McD branch again. I really hope that this shop will be closed.

A tiny McDonald's with two tables so you probably have to take it to go. The service was nice but they said there would be a straw in the bag eventhough there wasn't one. Food was typical for McDonald's.

So gut wie in dieser Filiale schmeckt es mir sonst nirgendwo. Hier stimmt einfach immer alles und die Mitarbeiter sind auch alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit, selbst wenn der Laden voll ist und sie Stress haben. Ich bin hier bisher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen und finde es sehr schade, dass dieser Store so viele schlechte Bewertungen bekommt, nur weil hier keine Coupons eingelöst werden können und die Karte nicht ganz so umfangreich ist wie in den großen Restaurants. Es ist ja nur ein kleiner Store im Bahnhof und hat daher nicht die Möglichkeit alles anzubieten. Die Klassiker sind aber alle vorhanden und ich finde das Angebot auch völlig ausreichend, so dass für jeden etwas dabei sein sollte.

Ach die Jungs oder Mädels die den armen Laden so herunter machen, würden an der gleichen Stelle, sehr wahrscheinlich, einen noch viel schlechteren Job machen :-) Also McDoof und ich darf das sagen, weil ich schon mindestens 35 Jahre dort hingehe und sie es geschafft haben, ihre Qualität auf WürgerKing herunterzuwirtschaften, nun damit muss man halt leben. Aber Leute, die heutzutage nicht raffen, dass es unterschiedliche Franchise Modelle gibt, sind ja heutzutage schon traurig genug, ihr werdet noch Überraschungen in eurem Leben erleben, solltet ihr jemals, übern Tellerrand geschubst werden ;-) Also um zum Schluss zu kommen (Da ich bestimmt nochmal irgendwo bei euch essen gehen werde, führe ich meine Sterne Rezension, dann dort weiter), leider nur 2 Sterne:-( Personal war cool und ja leider halt lahmarschig, (Hallo Franchise Typipy du hast da einen Umsatz Garanten und lässt so schlechtes Essen rausgehen!) Darum kriegen die beiden vor Ort 4 Sterne, sie können oder wollen halt nicht besser, außerdem hatte ich eine Stunde zu warten daher war es mir egal der Verlangsamung zuzuschauen, die Realität ist immer noch das Beste Kino und der Geschäftsführer oder Franchise ist das Problem dort! Ich meine beim Burger, Pommes oder dem Getränk verkackt ihr es ja bei 1 von Dreien eigentlich immer, egal welches Land oder Franchise, alles 3 in gut oder besser zu erhalten ist heutzutage seltener als Milliarden beim Lotto zu gewinnen :-) Nur dieser McDoof schafft es echt, ja wirklich echt alles 3 zu versauen:-) Und dann erzählt mir noch ein früherer regelmäßiger Kunde, dass er nicht mehr seinen Kaffee bei euch holt, weil er mehrmals kalt war, 3,xx € für nen kalten Kaffee ......,....... Sorry für den langen Text, Tagelang Bahnfahren verursacht sowas manchmal ;-) Ich esse bei McDonald nur noch 2-3 im Jahr, früher war es teilweise wöchentlich. Naja Augen auf und wenn man schon nicht kochen kann oder sonstwas kann, dann bewertet doch nicht die Leute schlecht, ohne die ihr nicht überleben würdet ;-) Besonders lustig waren die Mädels, die sich über abgestandene Cola beschweren ........... HALLO Ihr habt bei dem Personal alle Handgriffe gesehen und wenn euch frische Cola voller Kohlensäure so wichtig ist, dann schüttelt halt die Becher nicht so ;-) und erzieht eure Essensspender halt besser. TL;DR leider der bisher schlechteste McDonalds, allerdings kleiner Tip, Franchise und Bahnhof, geht selten gut. Was will man erwarten wenn man in so einen Laden geht? Die 5 Sterne gehen raus an das freundliche Personal. Zur frühen Stunde schon ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Unbezahlbar.

McFlurry war lecker, aber weder die McDonalds App Gutscheine noch die Toilettengutscheine anzunehmen ist mehr als schwach

Nette Mitarbeiter, aber der Mcs müsste dringend renoviert werden. Es gibt keine Monitore zum bestellen und sonst ist diese Filiale sehr alt.

Mir reichts jetzt wirklich. Ich bestelle jedes Mal 2 Cheesy und 1 Chickenburger mit Mayo. Zum 3. Mal habe ich jetzt aber 2 Chicken und 1 Cheesy bekommen, UND das, OBWOHL ich es noch 3 Mal wiederholt habe. Manchmal wird auch noch die Mayo vergessen, was dann dazu führt, dass ich meine Chickenburger auch noch halbtrocken essen muss. Das kann nicht wahr sein. Letztes Mal waren dann 2 Cheesyverpackungen und 1 Chicken drin und zack muss ich im Zug bitterlich feststellen, dass die falsch eingepackt sind und ich wieder 2 Chicken und nur einen Cheesy hatte. Mir reichts. Aufgrund der kurzen Umstiegszeit, hatte ich auch wieder keine Zeit die Burger noch umzutauschen und musste wie immer damit leben. Ich bin wirklich wütend über diese dauerhaft nicht zufriedenstellende Situation, welche meinen Sonntagabend Woche für Woche enttäuschender macht. 2 Sterne, weil die Burger wenigstens wie immer geschmeckt haben.

Schnelle Zubereitung von Speisen

Stellt doch mal bitte Leute ein, die auch der deutschen Sprache (wenn nur auch ein wenig) mächtig sind. Ich wollte lediglich einen Double Cheeseburger und einen Chickenburger, stattdessen bekam ich einen Double Chili Cheese und einen Hamburger, der später sogar noch auf der Rechnung stand. Der Mitarbeiter wusste nicht, wie er das rückgängig machen sollte. Außerdem hat sich das Burger-Angebot extrem verkleinert, einen Triple Cheeseburger gibt es nicht mehr.

Ich bin unzufrieden ich habe drei mal gesagt ich möchte 1 Fanta der Mitarbeiter hat 2 abgerechnet und hat mich zahlen lassen … ich hab 3 mal gesagt das ich nur eine Fanta möchte und hab 2 bekommen Genau so bei Pommes mit MAYO hab Ketchup bekommen das kann’s doch nicht sein und dann auch noch total unfreundlich…sind vielleicht Kleinigkeiten aber trotzdem regt es einen dann auf …

Ist ein kleiner McDonalds dementsprechend gibt es nicht alle Produkte. Aber dies ist ja bei der Größe bekannt und Konzept von McDonalds.

Kleine Mäcces Filiale - eigentlich mit Potential, ganz süß. Leider zu eng, unsauber und mit sehr eingeschränktem Angebot. Coupons aus der App sind nicht einzulösen, die Mitarbeiter:innen wissen nicht warum und können einem auch nicht verbal verständlich machen, warum dies so ist - das schade. Wollte mir nen kurzen Snack holen, habe es dann aber aufgegeben und bin frustriert gegangen.

5 Sterne war überrascht das der Kaffee noch 1 Euro kostet

Mit dem Betrieb selbst hab ich zwar keine Probleme, sondern eines eurer Mitarbeiterinnen. Ich wollte Triple Cheeseburger bestellen, da meinte sie, dass die die nicht haben und hat nach den Fächern gezeigt wo die Burger sind, statt den Kollegen meine Bestellung weiterzuleiten (hat sie schon beim Kunden vor mir gemacht). Hatte stattdessen Pommes bestellt und da schien sie etwas genervt zu sein. Im großen und ganzen hatte sie die typische ''Ich hab kein Bock'' Stimmung gehabt. Seitdem hab ich beschlossen nur zu euch zu gehen, wenn ich sie nicht sehe. Mitarbeiterin ist ca. 1,70 groß, etwas dunkelhäutig, schwarze Haare und eine Brille. Falls ich sie wieder antreffe, gehe lieber zur Filiale in Bad Wildungen. Ansonsten seid ihr bei Sachen Schnelligkeit relativ Top. Hat keine 2 Minuten gedauert.

Kleines MCDonalds in Bahnhof mit eingeschränktem Angebot. Ab und an hole ich mir mein Morgenkaffe dort und für 1€/kleiner Kaffee kann ich mich nicht beklagen

The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Specially Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes and beautiful presentation.

Ich glaube, ich bin so der typische "Etwas-Zu-Gut-Bewerter", weil ich ganz gerne so etwas wie "schwierige Zeiten" in meine Bewertung einbeziehe. Bei 2 Sternen können Sie also diesen Bonus bereits einberechnen. Ich möchte Sie auch gar nicht durch epische Statements über den Verfall der Kulinarik langweilen. Ich begrenze mich auf ein Foto von einem Cheeseburger und die Feststellung, dass ich etwas so Trockenes und Pappiges in meinem Leben noch nicht zu inkorporieren gezwungen war. Ich war aber auch schon in gut funktionierenden Filialen, so viel zur Ehrenrettung der Kette.

Hier würde ich mich nur in die Schlange stellen, falls genügend Zeit bis zur Abfahrt des Zuges bleibt, ist eine eher kleine Filiale. Edit: Rezession angepasst, da Betreiber bemüht ist Verbesserungen umzusetzen.

Schlechter Umgang mit Kunden essen schmeckt ok Preise teurer

Ein toller Aufenthalt für die Tage in diesem Dorf. Hier ist alles so schön ruhig, dass ich gerne wieder komme um zu entspannen. Das miteinander im Ort ist noch wie früher richtig Dorfhaft

Mein erster Eindruck vom Lokal war gut. Ich hab mir einen Doppel-Cheeseburger und einen Erdbeer-Milchshake bestellt, bis mir gesagt wurde, daß der Milchshake nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Der Burger war ok, wobei der Käse sich schon außen am Papier festgeschnolzen hatte, aber geschmacklich war er gut. Die Dame an der Kasse war auch sehr nett, womit sich der Besuch gelohnt hatte. Bis auf diese paar Kleinigkeiten die aufgetreten sind, gab es nichts weiter zu meckern. Denn in vielen Mc Donald's Lokalen sind manche Sachen halt nicht verfügbar. Daher gibts von mir 4/5 Sterne.

Je to podprůměrný Mekáč. Je to malá provozovna, takže tu mají pouze malý výběr a není tu téměř místo k sezení. Na druhou stranu jídlo nám udělali velmi rychle.

Ein absoluter Standard-McDonald's, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Besonders sind hier aber die teils auffallend niedrigen Preise im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald's-Filialen, so kostet ein McChicken Classic hier etwa nur 2,50€! Ansonsten sollte man aber keine großen Erwartungen haben, es ist ein sehr kleiner McDonald's wo man sich mal eben beim Umstieg was zum Beißen holt.
