McDonald's in Kassel

Ich war über die letzten zwei Jahre hinweg sicher schon mindestens 10-mal hier und bin durchweg zufrieden. Manchmal muss man zwar eine kurze Wartezeit einplanen, aber das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Das Essen war bisher bei jeder meiner Bestellungen in einem top Zustand, schön heiß und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich aber mein heutiges Erlebnis: Mir fehlte für ein Schließfach im Bahnhof noch eine 1€-Münze und ich hatte nur einen 5€-Schein. Nachdem ich zuvor bei gleich drei anderen Geschäften im Bahnhof (teilweise wirklich extrem unfreundlich) abgewiesen wurde, hat mir das Team bei McDonald's völlig unkompliziert geholfen. Und das, obwohl sie selbst knapp mit Wechselgeld waren. Das nenne ich echten, menschlichen und kundenorientierten Service, wenn man mal in der Klemme steckt. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team!

Ich ging mit meiner Familie hinein, um etwas zu essen zu holen. Ich sah mich um und beobachtete, wie die Angestellten Lebensmittel ohne Handschuhe anfassten und zubereiteten. Von Handhygiene keine Spur. Sie fassten den Gefrierschrank an, um Pommes herauszuholen, und halfen dann beim Belegen von Burgern und so weiter – ohne Handschuhe oder Händewaschen. Absolut inakzeptabel. Wir gingen wieder hinaus und rüber zu Subway, wo die Handschuhe nach der Zubereitung jedes Sandwiches gewechselt wurden.

McDonald's in Deutschland ist in gewisser Weise eine Ausnahme – im negativen Sinne. Das Essen ist nichts Besonderes. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Komfort und Atmosphäre sind durchschnittlich. Service und Schnelligkeit sind nicht besonders gut. In der Ukraine ist McDonald's deutlich schneller, das Essen schmackhafter, die Bedienung präziser und sauberer. Und vor allem ist es dort immer sauber, und die Mitarbeiter sind jung und freundlich. In Deutschland ist das Niveau von McDonald's wirklich sehr niedrig. Überall! Ich habe noch keine einzige anständige Filiale gesehen.

Online über die offizielle McD-App bestellt, vor Ort erklärt bekommen, dass das eigentlich gar nicht geht und ich das Geld wiederbekomme. Der Chef war sehr entgegenkommend und hat mich mit meinem Milchshake auf die Reise geschickt... so geht Service, danke!

Burger dröge, Preise außerirdisch. Letztes Mal, dass ich hier war.

Sehr schlechter Service, keine Sauberkeit. Sehr unhöfliches Personal. Ich bestellte einen Cappuccino und bekam stattdessen einen kalten Milchkaffee. Sehr enttäuschend.

Am Samstag hatte ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben und ein Mitarbeiter hat einfach Pommes und Spielzeug nicht rein gemacht. Unser Kind war sehr traurig deswegen. Außerdem war der Mitarbeiter auch sehr unhöflich. Noch dazu war kaum Mayonnaise auf den Burger und auf dem anderen Burger nur eine Gurke, wie Geizig ist das bitte?! Schließlich habe ich dafür Geld bezahlt. Schade....

Sie haben sogar kein Strohhalm! Ich habe ein großes Cola bestellt, aber ohne Strohhalm? Wie kann ich das trinken?

Ich habe eine Onlinebestellung getätigt direkt gezahlt und bin dann an damit zur Kasse. Mir wurde dann gesagt die Onlinebestellungen funktionieren dort nicht und ich müsste die Bestellung stornieren und mein Geld käme in 3 Tagen zurück. Dann wollte ich an der Kasse Plant based Nuggets bestellen, was neben den Pommes das EINZIGE ist was man bei McDonald’s als Veganer essen kann. Dann hieß es sie haben keine Plant based Nuggets… Selbst an dem Aushang mit den Produkten wurde angegeben das es diese hier gäbe und online wurde mir die Verfügbarkeit für genau diesen McDonalds so angezeigt. Dafür das ich am ende nichts essen konnte hab ich viel zu lange dort angestanden (über 15 min). Dafür das es ein relativ großer Umstiegsbahnhof ist find ich das schon echt unausgestattet…

Der schlechteste McDonald’s in der ganzen Welt. Service ist unnormal schlecht. Dreckig. Haben garnichts zu Verfügung. Man soll den entweder schließen oder verbessern

War noch nie gut! Aber daseist wirklich das schlimmste, was ich je erlebt habe… es stinkt in dem Laden und ist eng, heiß und dreckig. Das Personal spricht weder deutsch noch englisch, alles schmeckt nach Nix plus Gammel, Burger kalt, Pommes ungesalzen und nicht fertig und die Coke kommt trotz zweimal extra darum bitten ohne Eis und ohne Kohlensäure.

Kein Bestell Terminal Dauert ewig Klein und ungemütlich

Ich habe einen Erdbeer-Milchshake bestellt, aber einen Vanille-Milchshake bekommen. Der Manager hat ihn ausgetauscht und mir versichert, dass es ein Erdbeer-Milchshake ist. Ich habe nicht das bekommen, was ich wollte, und habe außerdem über 3 € mehr bezahlt! Er sieht nicht einmal rosa aus, und der Geschmack ist vanillig.

Ich habe gerade 2 komplett verbrannte Cheesburger bekommen. Leider war ich schon im Bus und konnte nicht mehr reklamieren. Unmöglicher Laden.

Unfreundliche Kassiererin (strenger Blick)!! Keine Speisekarte verfügbar!!!! Drinnen zu essen ist überhaupt nicht praktisch; der Platz ist sehr klein, besonders wenn Leute am Tresen bestellen.

Drive Inn - Katastrophal ! 40 Minuten Wartezeit und Essen für 30 Euro war kalt ! Immer mal wieder versucht und immer wieder enttäuscht! Rate vom Besuch DIESES „Schnell“ ( Witz…) Restaurants definitiv ab!

Heute habe ich diesen Ort besucht. Ich habe ein Menü für zwei Personen bestellt. Da die Person, die die Bestellung aufnimmt, gleichzeitig auch den Service macht, muss man sehr lange warten und eine Person allein reicht dafür nicht aus. Die Hamburger, die ich bekommen habe, waren offenbar bereits vorher zubereitet und wurden dort warmgehalten. Deshalb ist das Papier am Brötchen kleben geblieben und ließ sich nicht mehr entfernen. Geschmacklich entsprach es leider auch nicht meinen Erwartungen. Insgesamt war es eine große Enttäuschung.

Ich gehe seit einiger Zeit überhaupt nicht mehr zu McDonald’s. Nur sehr selten, und nur dann, wenn ich sehr hungrig bin und es das nächstgelegene Restaurant ist. Nach etwa einem Jahr war ich wieder in dieser McDonald’s-Filiale am Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe. Ich habe lediglich einen Chili-Cheeseburger bestellt, doch leider wurde dieser eine Burger in zwei Teile geteilt und so serviert. Leider hatte ich es eilig und konnte den Laden nicht früher verlassen. In Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene befand sich das Restaurant auf einem sehr niedrigen Niveau. Außerdem habe ich Pommes bestellt, die völlig roh waren. Ich werde diesen Ort nie wieder besuchen und kann ihn anderen Kunden nicht empfehlen.

Das ist mit Abstand der reudigste MCs den ich in den letzten Jahren an großen Bahnhöfen gesehen habe. Kein Platz zum Sitzen, Angebot extrem minimalistisch, Preise dafür so hoch wie ich sie selten gesehen habe. Dafür dass das Restaurant an einem derart wichtigen und großen Fernverkehrsbahnhof gelegen ist wird hier wirklich die unterste Schublade geboten. Auch werden die wenigen Sitzgelegenheiten von Obdachlosen belagert sodass einem beim Eintritt in das Restaurant aufgrund des Geruchs schon direkt der Appetit vergeht. Wenn dann auch noch wie bei mir die McChicken völlig verhunzt werden ist das Erlebnis wirklich vollständig.

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht, war dort vor einer Weile und ich fands toll. Sauber und schnell. Konnte mich nicht beschweren

Heute gegen ca. 15:00 Uhr habe ich bei Ihnen eine Portion Pommes Frites gekauft. Leider musste ich beim Essen feststellen, dass sich am Boden der Verpackung ein bereits benutztes Kaugummi befand. Das war für mich äußerst ekelhaft, schockierend und in keiner Weise akzeptabel, insbesondere wenn es um Hygiene und Lebensmittelsicherheit geht. Da ich es sehr eilig hatte, um meinen Zug zu erreichen, war es mir leider nicht möglich, das Problem direkt vor Ort zu melden oder einem Mitarbeiter zu zeigen. Ich erwarte von einem Restaurant wie McDonald’s deutlich höhere Standards. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorfall ernst genommen wird und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergriffen werden.

Ein sehr sauberes Restaurant und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Bei meinem Besuch gegen 15:40 war ordentlich zu tun, trotzdem ging alles recht schnell, ordentlich und frisch. Gerne wieder 😊

Am liebsten garkein Stern Hygiene wird hier nicht angesehen Essen schmeckt wie es als hätte es vor 2 Wochen da gestanden ich würd niemanden empfehlen dahin zu gehen Mitarbeiter richtig unfreundlich 13 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich ein andere der zumindest sich mehr lohnt

Im Internet steht zwar das der Laden geschlossen hat, jedoch hatten sie offen und der Laden ist gut besucht gewesen. Heute am 24.12.2025 habe ich um kurz vor 21 Uhr gesehen, dass das McDonald’s offen hatte und da ich sehr hungrig war/bin, habe ich mir einen Double Cheeseburger und einen Bigmac gekauft für etwas mehr als 11€. Der Bigmac hat den Standard von mc Donald nicht entsprochen, der Salat war schon alt und nicht mehr knackig und der Burger lag schon länger dort als erlaubt, der Double Cheeseburger war nicht mehr warm und im Gegensatz zu dem Bigmac der keine Salz-pfeffermischung gesehen hat, hatte ich hier die 4 fache Ladung. Ich weiß warum ich den Laden seit Jahren gemieden habe, da man für den Preis überall besseres Essen bekommt und mehr Respekt an der Kasse. Danke aber das war’s jetzt endgültig McDonald’s (so ich kenne mich aus weil ich früher mal selbst als nebenjob in einer anderen Filiale gearbeitet habe)

Es ist Katastrophal! Die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und haben gar kein Bock auf ihren Job. Denken die würden hart schuften gehen. Das Restaurant sieht ungelogen aus wie ein dreck Stall hat man gar kein Appetit.

Ich habe am 19.11. und 20.11. gegessen. Essen war Lecker, laden war sauber. Personal war nett und freundlich.

Einer der schlechtesten McDonalds die ich je gesehen habe. Essen schmeckte selbst für McDonalds Qualität schlecht und es war nicht sehr sauber. Pommes wurden zu warm gelagert. Fanta war aus Raumtemperatur.

Zwischen 2014 und 2018 war ich Stammkunde dort. Ich ging aus der Heerstrasse 3 raus direkt zu McDonald um ein Cappuccino im Becher zu kaufen. Ich habe mir ntv angeguckt bevor ich den Zug nach Wolfsburg nahm. Später baute ich McDonald's Roboter aus den Becher und Deckel. Ich bin jetzt in meinem Heimatland zurückgekehrt ich kann kein McDonald's Becher finden und die Teile aus Polin Elektronik bestellen daher habe ich aufgehört mit den mcdonalds irobots.

Sie scannen deinen Code nicht, um Punkte zu sammeln. Und sie hören nicht, wenn du nach einem Getränk ohne Eis fragst. Und aus irgendeinem Grund kostet das Menü mit zwei Cheeseburgern 6,99, aber sie haben mir 7,49 berechnet. Das ist irgendwie nicht normal.

Keine Tabletts, sieht nicht so hygienisch aus leider

Das kleine MCes was ich kenne. Essen ist wie überall. Service war freundlich.

Das Angebot besteht fast nur aus typischem Fastfood – Frische fehlt leider. Getränkeauswahl ist sehr eingeschränkt, da es außer Cola und Co. keine Säfte gibt. Nicht jeder möchte nur Softdrinks trinken. Das Ambiente ist eher mittelmäßig, nichts Besonderes. Über den Service kann ich nichts Negatives sagen, die Mitarbeitenden machen ihren Job.

Eine Absolute voll Katastrophe. Ich war heute mit meinen Kindern da. Die Mitarbeiter sind völligst überfordert. Die Bestellung wurde nicht richtig bearbeitet es fehlten Burger. Die ich erst nach dem ich mich beschwert habe mit Augen rollen rausgegeben. Hygiene wird nicht groß geschrieben. Die Burger wurden lustlos eingepackt und die Pommes einfach darüber geleert. Da gehen wir sicher nicht nochmal hin.

So, my impression of this McDonald's branch: I'd prefer to give it 0 stars. The place felt "dirty" and old. I ordered nuggets with curry sauce, but got mayo instead... unfortunately, I realized it too late, and my coffee was simply placed in front of me without any care, so I didn't feel welcome. I won't go there again.

Went to this McDonald's today. The most horrible McDonald's I've ever been to... The staff is extremely unfriendly, very unhygienic, flies flying over the food, very dirty. One potato was very oversalted, the other was undersalted. The chicken chili burger is terrible: no sauce, no salad either, just a bun and meat, and the meat is made of water and toilet paper. The cheeseburger is also bad: the sauce and salad have the same problem, the meat is completely tasteless. Even Coca-Cola was disgusting in this McDonald's. Dear McDonald's, I advise you to close this place, because it only ruins your reputation.

Dear McDonald's Team, Today I bought a burger at your branch at Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe train station – for almost €10. Unfortunately, it was disappointing: • The burger was completely cold. • The meat seemed old and stale, as if it had been prepared since the morning. • Overall, it smelled unpleasant and was inedible. I was shocked to receive such a poor product – especially at this price. I expect fresh, hot food and better quality control from McDonald's. This experience was a clear negative surprise.

The McDonald's in Kassel is always a reliable choice for me – I've never been disappointed! The sandwich on my visit today was also very fresh, and the cheeseburger was also of excellent quality and delicious. The employees seemed a bit uncoordinated, but they still did a good job, and the service was generally quick and friendly. What I find very disappointing, however, is that currently, none of the McDonald's stores are selling the famous red promotional cups – that really disappointed me, because I used to look forward to them every year. I hope that changes in the future. Thank you for the consistently positive experiences so far – I will definitely be back!

Disgusting service. The unsanitary conditions are visible to the naked eye. The cashier handles and mixes the food with the same hands she uses to take customers' money – without any packaging or gloves. Although the restaurant is located at the train station and the employees should understand the importance of punctuality and fast order processing, this is handled with complete irresponsibility. Not only did you have to wait 10 minutes for a single pack of nuggets – in the end, you couldn't even pick up your order because the employee preferred to chat with colleagues and attend to other things instead of handing out the finished order. The faces are sadder than those of funeral home employees, and the work is carried out in absolute slow motion.

Whenever I'm nearby, I love going to McDonald's. So far, I've always had great experiences, and the food tastes great, just like typical McDonald's! ☺️

Hello McDonald's team! I asked for Plantet Burger, to which the employee said they only had nuggets. Not too bad, then I asked for a fish burger! He said with a laugh, "We haven't either." Fast service and friendly staff

I was just in this McDonald's that could win the award for worst in the world. Dirty atmosphere, no seating, the food is handed over in a bag without being asked (probably to collect the VAT difference) and the unfriendly staff you can imagine.

When we arrived there were no cheeseburgers left, after that we were laughed at because we checked the order... a big no go! Customer unfriendliness check.

McDonald's should revoke the franchise from the operator. I can only agree with the negative recessions. Please train your staff in hygiene... Red-haired lady collects cash and then reaches into the salad tray while preparing a citizen. When you come from the restaurant yourself, you pay attention to how the employees work and here in this McDonald's it was unfortunately not an isolated case. Often extremely unclean work. Food serves its purpose, it just smells abnormal in the store

So let's start with the fact that they don't accept coupons. For example, they never have any apple tarts, you order 4 hamburgers and you only get 3 and if you ask for salt and pepper for 4 hamburgers, you ask if one sachet is enough for you. I ordered here while waiting for my train and was simply disgusted. The McDonald's is tiny. It smells terrible and looks totally unhygienic everywhere. Nevertheless, I thought to myself, I'll order...I'm hungry. When ordering, it was clear that the full menu wasn't offered here. The employee couldn't even give me a clear answer to my questions because she obviously didn't have a plan herself. The food we ordered was cold and soggy and was simply pulled out of a drawer. I have no idea how long it's been there. Absolutely disgusting. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly and the whole experience was just terrible. I for one will never order here again.

The other day, when I was transferring trains in Kassel, I stopped by this McDonald’s. I was feeling really down that day, but I met this super sweet and pretty staff lady who kept complimenting me, saying I was cute and she loved my outfit. It really lifted my mood, and I’m so grateful. I was happy even before I started eating! I just want to say you’re really adorable too, and thank you so much 🥰. The other staff members were also polite and friendly, but I got the feeling that the working environment wasn’t great for them. It’s a small store with lots of customers, and it seemed like the staff was under a lot of pressure. Five stars for the lovely staff, three stars for the work environment. I hope you all have a great day every day!

What a disgrace! Prices are simply significantly higher than in any other McDonald's and the selection is limited to the bare essentials. Almost €4 for a double cheese? Then another 4€ for a cola??? Nobody expects this when they order - and the operators know that for sure. They shamelessly take advantage of the fact that many travelers order something innocently, are in a hurry and often can't come by anyway. It's also a shame that the parent company goes along with this!

It's a small McDonald's but the service is very good and, above all, fast. Order received complete and fresh.

After I saw the employee enjoying his hand and then continuing to work in the preparation without hygiene gloves without washing his hands, I lost my appetite. I left the store immediately. At first we had to wait a really long time (even though we were in the second row) because the young lady in front of us didn't fully understand the orders and took a long time to process it. We ordered two burgers and one 9 piece nugget. Unfortunately we saw too late that we had received 6 nuggets and had paid for 9 nuggets. Since we didn't have a receipt, there was nothing we could do.

The prices are constantly being increased. €2.59 for 1 cheeseburger and they get even smaller.

Higher prices were charged than shown on the boards. When complaining, they just said you don't have to buy it if it's too expensive.

The food is OK, just typical McDonald's. I've had far worse. The store is far too small for such a location. I don't even go in if there are more than three people in front of me. It takes too long for me and by that time I've already picked up something from the bakery. Otherwise, when I get something, the food has always been freshly prepared. How bad can the service get at this place? Underground is probably the best way to describe it here. Instead of cleaning the small restaurant in quiet times, people prefer to laugh at videos on Tiktok or go outside. The unfriendliness of the employees is hard to beat and as a customer you almost want to apologize for disturbing the people on their cell phones. I was in the restaurant for a good 15 minutes and ate there. Apart from me, only 2 customers came and bought ice cream. Enough time for one of the 4 employees to clean quickly.
