Burnt and waited forever to see if the shop was empty What's going on here?

A great chocolate milkshake! Not. The brunette/black-haired younger lady wanted to make it clear to me twice in a row that this vanilla shake is a chocolate shake. When I tried to enlighten her, she claimed that all shakes look like that and only the flavor is chocolate. Learned something again. Of course it wasn't chocolate. Who would have thought. The vanilla shake was at least halfway okay. Sometimes I really wonder if you even need any qualifications for this shop or if just being able to breathe is enough. Maybe train the employees again in terms of colors so that the nice lady can distinguish chocolate brown from white. Another fun experience in the shed. Sad and funny at the same time. So entertaining that I'm writing a review because of a shake because it's really hard to believe 😂

I decided to give Burger King another chance, but the cheeseburger tasted terrible again, I took a cheeseburger with regular beef, it tasted kind of bitter/burnt, I don’t understand how you can ruin a burger like that. This is the second time in my life when I was hungry, but couldn’t eat a burger, both times at Burger King Coffee is ok, service is terrible and unfriendly. It would be better to make a McDonald's in their place near the shopping center.

The shop itself is nice and you can eat there in peace. Unfortunately I have to say that it's always the same, you order extra without cheese and still get it. If you raise this, you first have to prove that you ordered without cheese otherwise it will not be taken back or exchanged. The same thing in the drive-in. Unfortunately I gave up on it because I've been complained about several times. Otherwise it is well attended there.

I ordered something in the drive and when I wanted to eat my order a little later I noticed that a corner of the bun was missing from my burger. When I looked closer I discovered why, on the far corner I could still see traces of mold. At that moment I thought about the numerous reports about Burger King. That was the last time I ordered something from this chain.

Well, it was just normal Burger King except that I waited forever for my food and my burger was under the warming thing for about 15 minutes and when I had it it was also cold, the fries were very salty... when I mentioned that the burger was cold I was told there was no other way...

Despite there being few guests (5 couples), the service seemed completely overloaded. Except for the pb nuggets, our order was ready at the counter, while the nuggets on the shelf simply went unnoticed. A few minutes later someone came up with the idea that these could be nuggets and added them. The result: Citizens & Co. of course cold - very dry, nuggets overcooked. Our cups were of course disposable as ordered (we paid for reusable ones) and there was no ice, which was supposed to be included in one of the two cups. This made Cola Zero and Cola Light indistinguishable, as the nubs in the lid were of course not pressed in. And of course: forgot a sauce.

Worst Burger King in all of Hesse. Wrong order, cold food and a real disaster in terms of taste. Money back once.

I'm not a hardcore vegetarian or vegan, but if you get a normal burger instead of plant based, I feel sorry for the people who are this with full conviction. I only realized it after a few bites. I was later given the plant based burger, but something like that definitely shouldn't happen.

I go there every now and then and unfortunately I've had it several times that the burgers I paid for weren't included. And whenever you're at the car counter. Sometimes you only notice it on the highway 🛣, it's just an annoying thing.

There were a few things wrong with the food... Instead of Cola Zero we had Diet Coke, the jalapeño was missing from the Chilli Cheese Fries and instead of fries we had Curly Fries. And instead of a tray they wanted to hand us a bag... something can go wrong, but not that much... If you can't run a restaurant, then maybe it's better to close it...

The food is okay, just like any other Burger King. Sadly they sometimes either don't have certain items for an extended amount of time or straight up forget certain items.

Of course there are better restaurants in the area, but to fill up quickly I prefer BK every now and then. The food is generally good and mostly fresh. What is particularly worth highlighting is that complaints are responded to seriously and extremely accommodatingly. In my case: the 9 onion rings I ordered were no longer quite as fresh, so I complained about them. After a short wait, the friendly employee brought a fresh portion of onion rings and, as compensation, ice cream to the table. That's what I call customer focus. Keep it up!

If you could give zero stars, this Burger King wouldn't get any more. After we took one bite of our burgers and they were completely cold, we paid and gave them back and asked for new ones. A short time later we got the same citizens back who had been bitten. These seem to have been warmed up somehow. I've eaten here several times and gotten stomach aches. I always thought it was a coincidence or that I ate too quickly or something, but it's because of this Burger King. I won't be coming back, they should send the health department over.

Essen war soweit gut, leider hat einiges gefehlt und die Tische waren sehr schmutzig. Personal hat überfordert gewirkt, zu einer Hauptzeit, Lieferando usw. Nur 3 Personen die ich gesehen habe ist wirklich zu wenig.

Bestellung mit Automat dauert lange, reagiert nicht immer. Keine andere Bestellmöglichkeit, dafür Personal gespart und Preise erhöht. Positiv: vegetarische Alternative zum Beef schmeckt genauso wie Beef.

Zum Thema Essen: Es ist Burgerking, man weiß was man bekommt. Durch die Bestellterminals geht der ganze Orderprozess schnell über die Bühne und man muss lediglich auf die Bestellung warten, nachdem man am Terminal direkt bezahlen konnte. Das Essen war schnell zubereitet und auch das Personal war freundlich. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich an einem ruhigen Tag um Neujahr dort war.

Der Burger King in Kassel war so ist meine Meinung früher der einzige der im amerikanischen Style da stand. Der Charme von damals ist weg und heute nur noch ein steriler Raum wo man auch operieren könnte. An dem Essen hat sich nicht viel geändert immer noch das gleiche.

Essen ist durchschnittliches Fastfood. Kann man also nicht meckern. Die smart Deals (oder so ähnlich) ist billig und machen satt. Bedienung war mir persönlich zu langsam, aber vlt waren sie unterbesetzt. Das Ambiente lockt jedoch mit guter abwechslungsreicher Musik.

Einer der besten Bürger die ich kenne gibt es bei diesem Burger King die Bürger sind so lecker 😊

Wir waren donnerstags gegen 14¹⁵ Uhr da. Es war ziemlich leerreich. Wurden demnach sofort bedient. Meine Plantbased petties waren leicht angebrannt, wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann, aber dafür war alles warm. Is nh sehr schön Location!

Jedes Mal wenn ich durch den Drive Through fahre, warte ich 5-10 Minuten um meine Bestellung aufgeben zu können. Meistenst frage ich, dann ob jemand da ist. Das letzte Mal wurde ich dann gebeten einen Moment zu warten, nach 10 Minuten bin ich dann gefahren. Hungrig und ohne Essen.

War nur ein kurzer Stop, doch alles wirkte sehr sauber auf mich. Toiletten war gereinigt gewesen und auch der Gastbereich wirkte auf mich ordentlich. Ebenso der Service war sofort für mich da und nahm meine Bestellung entgegen. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet entsprechend war auch der Geschmack.

Die Dame am Schalter schien mich nicht wirklich zu verstehen oder hat alles falsch eingegeben. Man musste jedenfalls zwei Mal nachbessern. Insgesamt auch sehr teuer geworden, da gibt es gesündere und günstigere Alternativen.

Eigentlich ein gutes Ambiente, wenn es nicht ständig so schmutzig wäre. Ob es an seltenen Reinigungen durch das Personal liegt oder einem bestimmten Klienten, was sehr häufig dort alles verschmiert, ist schwer zu sagen.

Gestern einen King's Harissa für (Achtung anschnallen!!) 7,99€ im Drive In bestellt. Ergebnis:Mit wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Burger 8,29€ kostet - obwohl ausdrücklich der Preis mit 7,99€ ausgewiesen war. Hinweis einer Mitarbeiterin: Ja, das ist ein altes Plakat... Auf meine Intervention hin, dass eine Preisangabe verbindlich ist, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es den Burger nur für 8,29€ gibt, oder eben nicht. Ich habe mich eben für nicht entschieden, undmir selbigen Burger an einer anderen Filiale anstandslos für 7,99€ gekauft. Mal ehrlich, 7,99€ für einen Burger zu verlangen ist selbst unter Berücksichtigung der Rahmenbedingung schon greenzwertig - sich dann aber nicht mal an eigene Preisangaben zu halten ist rechtswidrig und unverschämt.

Drive in: eine kleine und eine große Pommes bestellt, eiskalte und zweimal kleine Pommes bekommen. Mega ärgerlich....

Lugar muy bien diseñado con no tan mesas limpias (08:30 de la mañana) y el aire acondicionado de temperatura más baja posible. Fuera era de unos 16-17 por dentro era mucho más fresco incluso el personal del te (sólo un chico) era sensación de frío. Sólo un chico estaba trabajando, así que tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos para conseguir "comida rápida"
