For a week now, there has been no toy for the King Jr Meal! When asked, they said if they don't like it, they'll eat somewhere else.

The food is delicious, but the staff don't seem to be enthusiastic about it.

This time it was truly a disaster. Half of it was missing. They admitted they were tired of folding the packaging after the third King Jr. 😏 All the drinks came without ice cubes, even though they had been ordered. The carts for the returned dishes were already overflowing. Just looking good isn't enough for this job, unfortunately. You should be able to read what's written there. Too many drinks, no caps on them, etc. That was ridiculous, people.

I haven't had such good plant-based burgers in a long time. Many burgers burn, but these were still juicy, but cooked through. The fries were also incredibly delicious. The chicken nuggets were "pretty good," according to my daughter. Swapping one ketchup for one mayo was also no problem.

A Whopper Jr. It was already cold after I'd eaten half of the Longschiessen. So it wasn't really edible anymore. Even the 60 cents for extra cheese didn't help. 2 King Shakes Chocolate, there's no chocolate in them at all. You can also order a shake without flavor. A King Fusion Oreo, wait a minute, they forgot that. So I had to reorder it. Curly fries with dip, OK, they were actually edible. A King Sunday with caramel, tasted okay too. However, the cups dissolve after 10 minutes, making them so wobbly that you can't even fit them into your car without them leaking somewhere. It's certainly not all down to this particular branch, but probably a general Burger King problem. But what the hell is going on with Burger King? Who would eat there anymore? And the prices are exorbitantly high for what you get. So, unfortunately, it failed.

Expired sauce on the churros. Instead of a chocolate milkshake there was a vanilla shake with chocolate sauce. Two stale citizens are given and sold as freshly prepared. When it is pointed out that the citizen is old, both employees discuss it and do not offer a fresh citizen.

I also can't confirm that the food arrived cold; the burger and fries were very warm. However, I found the Cola to be very cold, even though there were no ice cubes in it.

Actually we just wanted hamburgers without a drink and fries. They didn't get that. Menu collected and only hamburgers delivered, for €7.99. I was wondering why it's so expensive here. But we were in a hurry. Only later did we realize that we had been cheated. Never again Burger King and Co.

A great chocolate milkshake! Not. The brunette/black-haired younger lady wanted to make it clear to me twice in a row that this vanilla shake is a chocolate shake. When I tried to enlighten her, she claimed that all shakes look like that and only the flavor is chocolate. Learned something again. Of course it wasn't chocolate. Who would have thought. The vanilla shake was at least halfway okay. Sometimes I really wonder if you even need any qualifications for this shop or if just being able to breathe is enough. Maybe train the employees again in terms of colors so that the nice lady can distinguish chocolate brown from white. Another fun experience in the shed. Sad and funny at the same time. Our cups were of course disposable as ordered (we paid for reusable ones) and there was no ice, which was supposed to be included in one of the two cups. This made Cola Zero and Cola Light indistinguishable, as the nubs in the lid were of course not pressed in. And of course: forgot a sauce.

Well, it was just normal Burger King except that I waited forever for my food and my burger was under the warming thing for about 15 minutes and when I had it it was also cold, the fries were very salty... when I mentioned that the burger was cold I was told there was no other way...

And instead of a tray they wanted to hand us a bag... something can go wrong, but not that much... If you can't run a restaurant, then maybe it's better to close it...

The food is okay, just like any other Burger King. Sadly they sometimes either don't have certain items for an extended amount of time or straight up forget certain items.
