I have actually been to many stores so far and have had a very good experience. Disaster in McDrive! Like several drivers, we had to wait for our food, but there was no free waiting parking space and there was a traffic jam at the back. Yesterday we had the worst chicken mc nuggets I've ever eaten. They were in the deep fryer at least twice. At least that's how they tasted. My husband had the Burger M, in which the cheese wasn't melted and the fries were lukewarm, as usual. You can only eat something here if you are in great distress or drunk.

Every time I eat there, the tables are completely sticky/filthy. I ate fries and a Mc Wrap there yesterday and have had a stomach ache ever since. In the evening I threw up...it was definitely the last time I was there. I'd rather be hungry...

I recently visited McDonald's and was overall satisfied. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food tastes good, and it's a nice place to take a break. However, I noticed that some dishes were prepared without gloves. This was a bit unpleasant to see as one would expect better hygiene in a large restaurant. Other than that everything was fine.

The MA don't get anything wrong 2 cars on the drive in a 20 minute wait??

The branch with probably the worst, slowest service in Germany! This has NOTHING to do with fast food anymore. You order at the drive-thru and are then sent to wait in a parking lot where there are already 7! more cars waiting for their food. After 25! Within minutes someone came out and brought the food. Of course half of it was missing. So service is different, even at fast food chains!

This is a good mcdonalds the food is good. Not a long wait. The employees are nice e.g. I asked if they carried bags, they said no but then they put the things in a big bag and they also put the cola in a bag👍🍔👍

Employees seem uncoordinated, after my order was considered "ready for pickup", I had to wait another 5 minutes in front of the checkout until I was actually allowed to pick it up. In the meantime, the real burgers were placed on my tray, then taken down again by another employee and put into bags, only to be unpacked again after a short time. When I tried to give feedback to two employees on site, neither of them seemed to understand me. Guests generally seem rather dissatisfied here.

Addendum 11/20/24: The quality of the food and the lack of competence of the employees leave a lot to be desired. Customer satisfaction seems to be the last priority here and leaves many questions unanswered! Today alone I waited 25 minutes for my food, many other customers were given priority and no employee spoke to me about my order or waiting time, but rather was ignored by all employees without exception. Best Mecces in a long time, and I get around a lot. Everything is perfect: food well prepared, with a long-lasting satiety effect (which is otherwise rather rare); Cappuccino/Cafe Latte was and stayed hot for a long time; Service friendly, sufficient staff! Definitely worth a visit.

Would be coldly ripped off! Ordered online, arrived and apparently the payment didn't go through. According to PayPal, the money was transferred and searched from my account and according to the app, the bestselling search was successful. Nothing further needs to be said about McDonald's. We go there occasionally and appreciate the standard. Here, however, when ordering for 3 people, the wrong thing was brought twice. The men's toilet was not really usable, mostly broken and could have used a cleaning. The question is why McDonald's doesn't provide a Wi-Fi hotspot without any frills - which is now standard in the catering industry.

Here it was explained to me that I needed the app to get the dish. I held up my phone and showed the app and the dish. The person behind the counter simply repeated his words. It's just MC. Donald's. Not a star restaurant, but very clean, it tastes good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Disappointing experience at the drive-thru I recently ordered at the McDonald's Drive-In: 2 Bigmacs, 20 nuggets (both with a coupon), 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken burger. After paying I was asked to drive to the front and wait for the food, which took about 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, the wait wasn't the worst part. While the chicken nuggets were hot, the rest of the food - especially the fries - was completely cold! The fries were ice cold and therefore had a terrible texture. It's really disappointing when you're hoping for a quick meal and then get such a poor result. I regret ordering here again.

I can confirm all the points from the other reviews, but why I still give it five stars comes at the end. After waiting 20 minutes for my order it turned out that it had somehow gone missing (then gave a free dip as compensation). The fries were a bit limp. German language skills are sometimes rather rudimentary (the question of where the toilets are was not understood). The floor was so wet and slippery that a guy fell and you could hardly walk without an accident, and you had to find a table that was wiped down first. So I also found everything that was criticized in the other reviews. BUT: it is the ideal place to spend the night warm and, above all, safe if you are stranded at Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe train station, because the branch is open around the clock! I was directly harassed there, but here in the DcDo there was peace. Sockets, a midnight snack and staff that I didn't find unfriendly - perfect. I'm really tired of knowing German, but everything worked out anyway. That was a saving grace for me and I'm really grateful for that. Therefore five stars.

Unfortunately, this is the worst McDonald's branch I've ever been to, the employees can barely speak German and misunderstand every order. Went here last night (11:50 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.) and experienced a completely overwhelmed crew Ordered table service but it wasn't done. Only after me were the table displays collected from the terminals. Order twice with errors in the desired preparation and the staff overwhelmed. Cleanliness even without comment. But this is also due to the majority of the clientele who stay here - not just to eat. This MC Donalds definitely won't see me anymore. Even if I arrive here in Kassel hungry at night, I go to bed with an empty stomach and look forward to breakfast here at the hotel.

This used to be such a good restaurant, it's a real shame!
