War kaum was los an Gästen. Essen war lauwarm. Die Nuggets waren matschig. Pommes wurden tatsächlich frisch gemacht. Burger lieblos belegt. Personal kaum bis kein Deutsch

Nach meiner Erfahrung einer der allerschlimmsten McDonald’s überhaupt. McRib fast ohne Sauce? Was soll das? Und wozu gibt es am Bildschirm beim Happymeal die Möglichkeit das Spielzeug selbst am Schalter wählen zu können, wenn das Personal das offenbar nicht beachtet? Das war mein letzter Besuch dort.

Mitarbeiter welche sehr sehr schlecht Deutsch sprechen und dann noch statt der bestellten McPlant Nuggets, Chicken Nuggets abgeben. Aufgrund meiner Befürchtung, dass es sich vermutlich nicht um McPlant Nuggets hält, hat mein Partner welcher Fleisch isst sie vorher probiert…. Und siehe da… Chicken Nuggets… Guter Service sieht anders aus… als Vegetarierin NIE WIEDER!

Man muss immer mit dem Auto noch ewig warten. Die Shakemaschine seltsamer Weise auch dauerhaft defekt. Das Personal nett, aber das war es auch.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Fast Food dauert nicht 30 Minuten. Aber kein Wunder wenn die Bestellung 2 mal gelöscht wird und die Führungskraft selbst komplett überfordert ist. Komme nie wieder.

Wie immer flotte freundliche Bedienung. Kein Anlass zur Klage

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Leider war es drinnen sehr kühl und wir mussten unsere Winterjacken anbehalten.

Über das gesamte Jahr war ich 3x Sonntag morgens dort, jedes mal habe ich in der App vorbestellt und jedes mal musste ich minimum 10 Minuten am ende des drive in stehen und warten, dass das Essen zubereitet wird, heute sogar 18 Minuten... vielleicht haben wir unterschiedliche Definitionen von Fastfood, aber das hat mit "Fast" nix mehr zu tun.

Eine halbe Stunde auf das Essen gewartet. Getränke bereits ohne Kohlensäure. Pommes sind sehr pappig. Und Burger schon lauwarm (Take Away Bestellung).

Man musst lange auf das Essen warten und jeder Tisch war verschmutzt....

Pommes immer kalt , Tische oft vermutzt, Toiletten nicht sehr sauber. Bedienung lässt Kunden warten beim bezahlen.

Selten so lange im Drive Inn oder Thru darauf gewartet die Bestellung abgeben zu können obwohl nur 2 Autos vor uns waren..Und bis das Essen kam (es war 12.30 Uhr, da sollte man schon mal auf Publikum eingestellt sein) vergingen wieder endlose, lange Minuten. Kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen. Leider seht enttäuscht 😞

Leider war das essen schon kalt und die Tische aich nicht gerade sauber. Servietten hat man leider auch vergeblich gesucht.

Essen schnell wie erwartet. Durchschnittliche Mcces Qualität, aber die hälfte des Restaurants ist schweinekalt.

Extrem lange Wartezeit, falsches und fehlendes Essen, kaltes Essen. Selten so schlecht bei McDonald's gegessen. 2 Jahre später, gleiche Ergebnis. Die Mitarbeiter versuchen das Beste zu machen, aber bitte nicht alles auf einmal. Das klappt nicht.
