Normalerweise sehr gut aber,1 Stunde 20min gewartet und die meinten die ganze Zeit kommt gleich,kam aber nie. Nach einer Stunde 20 fragen wir nochmal,plötzlich sagen die haben wir vergessen . DER RESTURANT WAR LEER!!!!

Jede Bestellung ist falsch. Können die Leute die da arbeiten überhaupt lesen?

Bestellung passte nicht im Ansatz. Boden, Tische, Toiletten total Dreckig und versifft.

Wie kann das passieren, dass die Mitarbeiter 10 Minuten nach Gutscheine suchen ??? Und viel zu teuer. Am besten nicht mehr hingehen

Wie üblich lassen Service und Sauberkeit im deutschen McDonald's sehr zu wünschen übrig. Allerdings ist dies nicht der schlechteste McDonald's, den ich in Deutschland gesehen habe.

Der Service ist richtig unfreundlich wir waren heute um 3:30 dort gewesen haben was bestellt und mussten bis 4:45 warte obwohl die zu uns gesagt haben das wir 15min warten müssen aber haben über eine Stunde gewartet

Never ever... Toilettensituation absolut unterirdisch. Dreckig, Klobrille abgerissen, stinkend. Anhand der Rezensionen sieht man, dass die Zustände ein Dauerzustand sind. Möchte mir gar nicht vorstellen wie die hygienischen Zustände in der Küche sind.

Die neue Speisekarte ist toll, abwechslungsreich und lecker, aber Vorsicht mit den Limonaden, die sind zu kalt!

Toilette ist sehr schmutzig. Tische verdreckt, Boden und Fenster verbappt. Das muss man doch sehen. Das kann nicht von heute Vormittag sein. Ich bin um 12:30 hier… wenn hier gestern gewischt wurde, dann nur sehr grob. Das keine Seife auf der Toilette ist, kann passieren. Was positiv ist, es gibt Tücher auf der Toilette. 🧻 Das Essen war leider nicht warm aber qualitativ. Allerdings wenn es nächstes Mal hier so aussieht, fahre ich einfach zum nächsten und komme nie wieder.

Vor etwa 2 Jahren kostete ein einzelner BigMac bereits ca. 6,50€ über den Lieferdienst. In 2025 erhöhte sich der Preis auf 8,39€! Heute sehe ich, dass erneut der Preis erhöht wurde und ein einzelner BigMac nun stolze 10,69€ kosten soll! Und dass, obwohl die Mehrwertsteuer für die Gastronomie gesenkt wurde.

Früher war der McFlurry deutlich besser. Heute nur noch halb voll, oben ein großer Klumpen Topping und insgesamt längst nicht mehr so lecker wie früher. Schade, da hat McDonald's leider stark nachgelassen.

Die Wartezeit auf meine Bestellung war unglaublich lang. Als ich nachfragte, verlangten sie den Kassenbon, nahmen ihn mit und gaben ihn mir nicht zurück, mit der Begründung, sie könnten die Bestellung ohne ihn nicht bearbeiten. Oftmals fehlen dort auch Artikel bei der Bestellung. Insgesamt muss der Laden dringend an seinem Kundenservice arbeiten und seine Abläufe verbessern, denn es ist ein Albtraum – allein für einen Burger dauert es fast 30 Minuten.

Das ist das beste McDonald's der Welt! Sehr leckeres Essen, scharfe Chickenburger, köstliche Pommes, Eis, Getränke (Red Bull Zero Blaubeere).

Das Personal Könnte besser sein

Laut, dreckig und die Bestellungen sind fast immer fehlerhaft. Es ist ein Wunder, dass diese Filiale noch existiert. Und bei Lieferando wird neuerdings 7,50€ als Liefergebühr mit einem Mindestbestellwert von 25€ erhoben. Ihr habt sie doch nicht mehr alle.

Normalerweise gehe ich sehr gerne in dieses McDonald’s und war bisher immer zufrieden. Leider wurde ich heute sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe dem jüngeren, dünnen Mitarbeiter mit Brille freundlich gesagt, dass meine Pommes fehlen, und ihm auch den Kassenzettel gezeigt. Daraufhin brachte er mir normale frische Pommes. Ich habe dann nett erklärt, dass ich eigentlich Shaker Pommes bestellt hatte. Seine Antwort darauf war jedoch sehr unfreundlich: „Ja, aber du hast gesagt Pommes, keine Shaker Pommes.“ Meiner Meinung nach stand alles deutlich auf dem Kassenzettel, und man hätte das auch einfach freundlich sagen können. Besonders sein Augenrollen und der genervte Blick waren absolut unangebracht. Danach hatte ich ehrlich gesagt gar keinen Appetit mehr, was ich wirklich schade finde. Außerdem habe ich vorher beobachtet, wie ihm ein Tablett heruntergefallen ist. Fehler passieren jedem, dafür habe ich Verständnis und hätte dazu normalerweise nichts gesagt. Aber sich danach Kunden gegenüber so unprofessionell zu verhalten, finde ich nicht in Ordnung.

McDrive. Bestellung am 12. Mai um 17:01 Uhr. Im Happy Meal war kein Spielzeug enthalten.

Schrecklicher Zustand des Restaurants. Fettiger, klebriger, dreckiger Boden und Tische, dreckige Getränkebecher.. die Fotos sollten reichen.. zudem war die ganze Bestellung auch noch falsch und kalt.

Mitarbeiter hat mir alle Fizzer Sorten aufgezählt. 10/10

Ich habe Hähnchen bestellt und Rindfleisch bekommen, die ganze Bestellung ist falsch.

Dieser Mecces hat nichts mehr mit einen Mecces zu tun. Diese Filiale ist eine Schande für das gesamte Unternehmen. Das Essen kam viel zu spät obwohl die Filiale fast leer war, auch die Pommes waren eine Katastrophe. Ich bestellte zum hier essen bekam jedoch zum Mitnehmen. Eine einzige Enttäuschung‼️‼️

Essen war arschkalt, beim Happy Meal hat das Spielzeug gefehlt was zu tränen führte, im MCWrap war nur Fleisch als Inhalt kein salat oder ähnliches, Wartezeit angegeben 25-45 Minuten - tatsächliche Wartezeit: 18:49-20:15 absolute Frechheit! McDelivery

Wir waren um 22 Uhr in diesem McDonald's und bestellten zwei Milchshakes und drei Softeis. Zu den Milchshakes bekamen wir Strohhalme. Wir gingen zum Personal, das wütend wurde und meinte, wir sollten sie so trinken. Aber wie soll man einen Milchshake trinken? Wir wollten unser Geld zurück. Wir hatten bar mit Scheinen bezahlt, bekamen aber alles in Münzen zurück – absichtlich. Das ist eine Schande für den Namen McDonald's. Geht bloß nicht hin, die Angestellten sind Feiglinge!

Ich kann die ganzen schlechten Kommentare hier nicht verstehen. Das war einer meiner besten McDonald's Filialen die ich in Deutschland besucht habe. Viele Parkplätze, Saubere Toiletten, Tische wurden regelmäßig gesäubert und ein kleiner schöner Außenbereich. Die Mitarbeiter konnten zwar nicht alle deutsch, finde ich aber bei Fast Food ketten nicht schlimm. Es war nur etwas blöd, als ich eine Dame gegrüßt hatte und darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich die Papierrolle zum Hände abtrocknen in der Toilette leer gemacht habe und ich nicht mal ein Hallo oder Danke zurückbekommen habe. Sie hat dann nur ihrer Kollegin was auf einer ausländischen Sprache gesagt. Das miteinander mit Kunden könnte man daher etwas verbessern. Aber der Chef war mega nett und humorvoll. Das Essen war super, heiße Pommes, alles war lecker. Wir waren auch 6 Personen, aber von der Bestellung war nichts falsch, obwohl der Laden voll war und wir mussten auch nur 10 Minuten warten bis das Essen an den Tisch kam. Wenn wir nochmal in Kassel sind, werden wir auf jedenfall wieder dorthin gehen.

Wir dachten uns wir bestellen ein paar schöne Desserts bei der Filiale Naja... War ne dumme Entscheidung. Anstelle von einem NYC Cheesecake erhielten wir ein Kirschstreusel Kuchen. Dann bestellten wir noch einen Donut mit Pistazien Creme Füllung und hier bin ich echt absolut fassungslos. Der gelieferte Donut ist in erster Linie schonmal richtig geliefert geworden. Aber zum Essen ist der nicht geeignet, damit hätte ich maximal eine Scheibe einwerfen können so hart wie der war. Ergo war dieser mindestens 1 Tag wenn nicht sogar 2 Tage alt! Den Laden sollte man dicht machen. Müsst ihr wissen.

Es ist festzuhalten, dass die Lebensmittelpreise einigen Jahrzehnten nicht nur niedriger waren, sondern die Qualität der Speisen auch als höher empfunden wurde. Die mangelnde Nährstoffdichte von McDonald's-Produkten ist dabei eine unbestreitbare Tatsache. Dennoch gibt es einen jährlichen Anlass, bei dem man geneigt ist, über bestimmte Aspekte hinwegzusehen. Es ist jedoch festzustellen, dass die Preise für Speisen erheblich gestiegen sind, während die Qualität abgenommen hat. Beispielsweise besteht der Salat aus lediglich zwei Blättern, drei Gurkenscheiben und zwei Tomatenscheiben. Die Menge des Dressings ist unverändert geblieben, was dazu führt, dass der Salat darin ertrinkt, während es früher eher zu wenig Dressing war. Der "Crispy Chicken" war derart stark frittiert, dass er nicht nur chrispy sondern auch sehr trocken war. Außerdem ist der Burgerbun noch kleiner als bei einem einfachen Cheesburger. Hinsichtlich des Services ist anzumerken, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht einmal lächeln und man die akute Unlust im Gesicht stehen sieht. Bei der Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit einer Bestellung zum Mitnehmen fehlten sechs Nuggets. Diese wurden nach Beanstandung anstandslos ausgehändigt. Bedauerlicherweise handelt es sich hierbei nicht um keinen Einzelfall; solche Vorkommnisse treten in der Kohlenstraße häufiger auf...

Kein Kinderspielbereich innen, im Happymeal falsches Spielzeug erhalten, aber alles modern mit TV und digitalen Bestellservice.

Mitarbeiter unglaublich unfreundlich und nur in den seltensten Fällen eine vollständige Bestellung.

Essen war lecker aber wir hatten zum einen super lange warten müssen und dazu hatten wir für beide bestellten happymeals das falsche Spielzeug bekommen

Ich liebe meine Amelka 💙❤ 🦋🧡💚💛 McDonald's ist halt McDonald's: schnell, effizient und lecker, das reicht mir völlig.

Die Burger werden lieblos und teilweise kalt rausgegeben obwohl wenig los war.

Bei jedem zweiten Besuch beträgt die Wartezeit mehr als 30 Minuten. Dafür ist das Essen dann auch fast kalt und die Bestellung nicht komplett.

Die Bedienung hat 2 sachen von meiner bestellen vergessen und die habe ich immer noch nicht bekommen, ebenso haben wir bei dem lehren laden 45 Minuten auf die bestellung gewartet. Das war eine blonde frau mit ukrainischen akzent etwa 168 cm groß.

Das ist der schlechteste McDonalds in Hessen oder ganz Deutschland. Das Essen hat eine sehr schlechte Qualität: Pommes halb roh, viele konnte ich nicht essen, dazu labbrig, keine Sauce dabei. Die Burger waren kalt. Das Patty vom Veggie Burger war geschmacklich nicht gut, dazu sehr hart. Mir schien es, als ob alles nicht so durchfrittiert oder gebraten gewesen wäre. Zudem war es dort unterirdisch dreckig. Am Boden überall Reste vom Essen. Klebrige Stühle. Gehe dort nie wieder hin. Die Rezensionen sprechen für sich. Meine Meinung: Meidet dieses "Restaurant".

Am 22.03 Bestellung aufgegeben, Bestellung wurde falsch geliefert. Weder über die App zu erreichen noch über die Telefonnummer, werde weggedrückt und die Leitung wurde ausgeschaltet. Respektlos und asozial nichtmal in der Lage an das Telefon dran zu gehen. Und wenigstens die Bestellung zu korrigieren

Bestellung 235 d.d. 16.03. 11.25 bestellt und erst um 11:41 bekommen. Latte plus Burger. Schlechter geht nicht.

Es ist ein absoluter Saftladen jedes Mal, wenn ich da bin, fehlt immer irgendwas. Habe extra die Dame eben noch mal gefragt ist alles vollständig und mir fehlt ein komplettes Doppelpack Menü und ich habe nicht vor Ort geguckt. Ich bereue es aber die haben den Laden absolut nicht im Griff, wenn’s nur Sterne geben würde, würde ich auch mit 0 Sternen bewerten

Das ist ein beschissen McDonald's

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Absolutes NoGo dieses Restaurant. Noch nie sowas unprofessionelles, patziges und unhygienisches erlebt. Cola ohne Kohlensäure, Pommes labrig ungesalzen und Pommes mit den bloßen Händen angefaßt. Aufgrund meiner Durchreise war ich jetzt zum vierten Mal in der Filiale und ich werde diese Filiale in Zukunft meiden. Es fängt schon damit an, dass man nicht begrüßt wird, kein Dankeschön und nur bitteschön zu hören kriegt. Grundsätzlich wird auch vor den Augen des Kunden mit dreckigem Wischwasser hantiert und dazwischen Essen zubereitet, was allein schon ein NoGo ist. Auch ist es ein Unding, dass hier einschließlich mir, viele Kunden immer wieder dieselben Mängel beschreiben und darauf hier immer nur dieselbe Standardantwort kommt (scheinbar ki), aber sich nichts ändert. Also spart euch eure Standardantwort und ändert stattdessen wirklich was. Ansonsten wäre das vielleicht wirklich mal was fürs Gesundheitsamt.

Ich war nach längerer Zeit mal wieder bei McDonald's und dachte erst, ich hätte aus Versehen eine Kinderportion bestellt. Die Cheeseburger sind deutlich kleiner geworden – der Preis leider nicht. Das McSundae war zur Hälfte gefüllt, oben ein symbolischer Klecks Karamell. Kostenpunkt: 2 €. Früher hat man für 1 € noch einen richtig gefüllten Becher bekommen. Dieses Mal war das Eis in einer Minute weg – und mein Verständnis für die Preisgestaltung gleich mit.

Über lieferando heute abend bestellt. Falsch beliefert worden. Also ging die Bestellung zurück. Ich weiß nicht wer da jetzt der unfähige ist aber ich bin genervt und hungrig. Schade

Ich bin überrascht, wenn ich die Tüte zuhause öffne und alles vollständig ist; kommt aber leider so gut wie nie vor. In der Regel fehlen immer einzelne Produkte oder laufen andere Dinge falsch (z.B. alle Burger ohne Käse).

Bei McDonald’s ging alles super schnell und das Essen war frisch und lecker. Die Pommes waren knusprig, der Burger gut belegt und das Restaurant sauber. Freundliches Personal und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, komme gerne wieder! 😄

⭐☆☆☆☆ 4,80 € für 15 Minuten Ignoranz – beeindruckende Leistung Heute um 4:30 Uhr wollte ich mir einen Latte Macchiato holen. Preis: 4,80 €. Offenbar bezahlt man hier aber nicht für Kaffee, sondern für das Erlebnis, konsequent ignoriert zu werden. Ich stand 15 Minuten da – kein Hinweis auf Abrechnungszeit, kein „gleich für Sie da“, kein Lebenszeichen. Einfach stehen lassen, als wäre ich unsichtbar. Kundenservice auf „Ghosting“-Niveau. Dass abgerechnet wird, ist mir klar. Was mir nicht klar ist: Wie schwer es sein kann, in drei Sekunden zu sagen: „Dauert kurz wegen Abrechnung.“ Stattdessen lässt man Kunden dumm rumstehen und ihre Zeit verschwenden – morgens um halb fünf, wenn man einfach nur einen Kaffee vor der Arbeit will. Für 4,80 € erwarte ich kein rotes Teppich-Programm, aber mindestens die grundlegendste Form von Anstand und Kommunikation. Wenn das hier schon zu viel verlangt ist, dann läuft in dieser Filiale ganz grundsätzlich etwas schief. Definitiv mein letzter Besuch. Absolut lächerlich. 👎

Die Toilette ist wirklich dreckig Schmutzig Nicht sauer !

Unfortunately, this McDonald's has gotten even worse in recent years. I was there a few weeks ago in the evening, and it was quite crowded. However, I had to wait over 40 minutes for my takeout. When the fries are half-cooked and the burgers are already stale, you really feel uncomfortable as a customer. Since then, I've avoided this branch.

If you're going to offer table service, it should actually work. Waiting 30 minutes for food at a fast-food restaurant is a long time. The coffee was lukewarm, the extra sugar I ordered and something to stir with were missing, the apple turnover was anything but warm, the fries were okay, but the Big Rösti (which is why I went there in the first place) was an abomination. It was carelessly thrown together, barely had any sauce, it looked like it had been shoved past the Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), and the meat was cooked so dry it looked like it was supposed to be beef jerky. Only the Rösti patty was as expected, but there's not much you can do wrong with that. When I mentioned the missing sugar to an employee, she promptly brought me some, but I would have liked to finish my conversation so she wouldn't have had to run back for the spoon. All in all, I now remember why I avoid this chain!

If you're ever incredibly bored and have a ton of time on your hands, you go to McDonald's on Kohlenstrasse on a Sunday afternoon. If the tattooed, dark-haired woman isn't there, it's chaos. Drivers are constantly coming in and having to wait ages, customers are waiting and waiting, orders are piling up and aren't being processed in any particular order, it's unbelievably loud, but very entertaining because mistakes are constantly being made. Customers complain, and to top it all off, your own food is practically cold. So you need a lot of time, and you have to be able to afford it. It's a shame; it used to be a top spot, the managers had everything under control. The drive-thru isn't any faster, by the way. So it's not fast food, more like slow, cold food.

We didn't eat anything, the coffee was mislabeled. Otherwise, it was okay.

The usual terminal service is available, but not everything works perfectly all the time, so you might have to wait a bit, which isn't a big deal. The food is standard McDonald's fare and definitely not bad; it's perfectly fine. It's always very convenient on the way home or if you just need to pop into the hardware store next door and haven't eaten yet 😅☝🏽. I'll definitely be back. The restrooms are acceptable depending on the time of day, but finding a parking spot can sometimes be a bit tricky because of the adjacent gym and hardware store. For children, there's a playhouse outside (as is typical for McDonald's) and, of course, some tables where they can eat. The drive-thru is always busy, but the wait times are reasonable and things move along quickly.

A really nice Meggis, very clean, quick and uncomplicated. One of the better ones in the area.

Ice cream machine broken, no ice cream

The location and parking are good. The staff are friendly. My order was also quite good, but a bit thrown together. A major problem: Almost every time I'm there, I have to search for a reasonably clean table. Sauces on the tables or food scraps on the floor are not uncommon (and I don't mean just for 10 minutes; it stays like that for longer).

Absolutely awful! The food was cold, the drinks were flat, and the staff were engaged in private conversations while serving the food, completely ignoring you!

The seating was reasonably decent for McDonald's. The food arrived quickly, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The Happy Meal was missing the apple slices because they had run out. Despite this, we were charged full price, and when we asked for something else or a credit note, they simply said, "We can't do that." But charging for a missing item is okay?! The wrap was half air. So, you basically just ate the wrap itself before you got anything else in your mouth. The iced tea was nothing but ice. And there was no straw to even drink the meager amount of iced tea. The kitchen floor was littered with dropped fries, old cardboard, and other unidentified substances.

I'm actually a big McDonald's fan, but my visit to the Kassel branch on Kohlenstraße was disappointing. The hygiene in the restrooms was very poor (see photos) – unclean, and overall, the place didn't give a well-maintained impression. There were also clear quality issues with the food and drinks: the fries were only lukewarm, and the Coke was flat. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident, as the Coke was also flat about ten days ago. I'm not writing this on principle, but because I care about the brand. This branch struck me as falling far short of what one expects from McDonald's, both in terms of organization and adherence to standards. Please urgently review and sustainably improve the hygiene, beverage service, and overall quality of service.

The outdoor area (SLIDE) Very dirty. Tables and benches were covered in smeares, and the floor was also very dirty. It was only roughly cleaned after I asked. I don't need to go there again.

For three weeks now, I've only received warm, non-carbonated drinks. I specifically asked today if the machine was working again. Yes, the machine is working again! And what do I get? A non-carbonated drink. And instead of writing under every bad review to say you're sorry for the bad experience, why not actually change something? For example, a notice that you don't offer carbonated drinks, or maybe buy cases of Coke instead of automatically handing out warm, non-carbonated soda to customers.

The food was a disaster (even the burgers were cold), the fries were still raw, and the drinks were flat. We ordered them without ice, but there were ice cubes in them! The receipt had an invalid code! So, you're better off going to Vellmar; it was much better there last time!

This was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. After ordering, I had to wait five minutes before an employee came to the register to take my payment. Then I waited another 15 minutes or so for the food. The fries were cold, soggy, and practically unsalted. The "Coke," if you can even call it that, tasted like water with a little sugar in it, and it wasn't really fizzy at all. The double cheeseburgers were the same as the fries: cold, and all the grease had soaked into the wrapper. Another very negative thing: an employee who processed my order walked from the fryer to the counter while chewing.

I don't mean to complain, I never do that with food. I went to McDonald's after a long time and was craving a McChicken and a cheeseburger. The McChicken was awful; it was so dry, like it was two days old. There was hardly any mayonnaise on it. They didn't have any lids left on the drinks. The fries weren't good either. The only thing that was good and fresh was the cheeseburger.

I waited 20 minutes for a small black coffee.

The burger was cold, the fries were barely cooked, and the Coke was completely flat. When I asked for a new one, the server said there was a problem with the machine. When I asked for something carbonated, he said he'd ask his manager... P.S. 20-minute wait for what they call food here. P.P.S. The CBO Smokey Dip was a bright spot, but it was pre-packaged.

Unfortunately, the drinks tasted exactly like water again – they were replaced, but it was still the same 😅

Ordered at the drive-thru and then checked the order on the side and noticed that one of the fries was missing. Luckily, they gave us some right away. When we got home, less than five minutes later, the fries were like leather, probably because they'd been sitting in the sous vide too long at the counter… then the Big Mac 😂 was only half-filled and had barbecue flavoring, which I absolutely can't stand… Seriously, you spend so much money and then this happens? €40 wasted and half of the two meals went straight in the trash.

I got one less burger and my water cup wasn't as full as last time.

The option to pay for mobile orders with cash has been removed.

I ordered a large 9-piece meal deal with a shake. McDonald's is currently running Monopoly again. I didn't receive a Monopoly sticker with the shake, even after asking for one, although it was listed as an option when I ordered. The McDonald's looked like a bomb had hit it. There wasn't a single clean table left. Everything was covered in McDonald's trash. The floor was filthy.

Unfortunately, my food was cold and the McSunday was no longer edible as it had melted into a mush.

Where do I even begin? Three Big Monopoly Bacon TS meals, a kids' meal (20-minute wait, and the service was super slow), one burger was forgotten, I got it later, checked again, got it again, and then realized at home that the missing burger was the wrong one. They also forgot the drink and fruit snack for the kid. Yeah, what can you say? I even got a chicken burger without a patty once. 🙄 And of course, the fries in two McDonald's meals were a disappointment. I thought I wouldn't check this time, but now I always check to see if anything's missing.

It's just a regular McDonald's, but unfortunately, this branch isn't exactly shining at packing the correct orders right now. They packed the wrong takeaway meal for me. Unfortunately, I only noticed when I got home and looked in the bag. So, a tip for everyone ordering takeaway: check your bags when you get there.

Okay, it was busy, so I waited forever and then went home. Then came the surprise: half of it was missing. Hamburg Royal TS was missing!!!

Typical McDonald's. Unfortunately, the staff was overwhelmed.

The restroom and its anteroom were extremely dirty. Sinks, walls, and floors were all greasy and dirty. Worse than at the train station!

Unfortunately, you have to give one star, but even that's not enough. It was the worst experience I've ever had. There were problems with my order, and the employee called the manager. He was an absolute disaster. He was so rude and told me I had to re-order the already paid order and pay again. He didn't see the problem and angrily sent me away.

I was disappointed this time. It was barely busy, and the wait was long. The first bite into my Big Mac slid right out. That wasn't great. The food was tasty. A little less sauce might have prevented that.

McDonald's like any other Unfortunately, there are only four outlets. Late at night, only three of them remain. Parking spaces also occasionally run out.

Unfortunately, today it's terrible again, which is why. Two weeks ago, half of the order from the McDrive-thru wasn't recorded (it would have been noticed if it had been repeated). Today, I wanted to play it safe using the terminal. Now, three servers are arguing about who will bring a tray to the table for longer than it takes to pack three new orders. 15 times before me, half of an order is already cold before it's even finished... there's an urgent need for training here!!!

I used to walk from Heerstrasse 3 to McDonald's for breakfast, especially after my wife left me and I lost my job. The service is good, and the cappuccino and cake are good. That was at the end of 2018. Later, I returned home and never drank a cappuccino again. Before that, I often came with my wife in a white car and ordered food. Those were good memories you won't forget.

"Fast food" takes on a whole new meaning here. Everyone who arrived after us at the drive-thru got their food before us. Some received two bags full, while we were only waiting for two menus. After 15 minutes, we said we were still waiting, to which we were only met with a "just a moment." The woman who had been waiting there before us also complained.

Very, very dirty, paper greeted you on the floor in the entrance area. Table service was not maintained.

This had nothing to do with fast food. After a long wait at the terminal at the drive-thru, I had to wait another 10 minutes before my order was even taken. The employees spoke very poor German, which made communication even more difficult and delayed the process even further. Then, I continued on to the much too small parking lot: all the cars had to wait there and somehow squeeze in – it was completely chaotic. In total, I waited almost 40 minutes for just two burgers. When I finally received the food, everything was complete, but one of the burgers was only half-wrapped and was loose in the bag. This was my worst experience at McDonald's so far. Definitely my last time there.

McDonald's in the Netherlands, especially in Amsterdam, is significantly worse than in Germany. There are things they don't have in Germany, but there are too few of the things I wanted. Most of them were sold out and, on top of that, EXPENSIVE compared to Germany! The McDonald's app doesn't work at all in the Netherlands either!

We ordered a warm iced latte. A Filet-O-Fish: a dry roll with half a slice of cheese, and a fish stick for €6, completely overpriced! A completely dry muffin. Total price: €18...never again

Title: Totally ridiculous – never again! 😡 Called today specifically: "Do you have the BTS menu?" – clear answer: "Yes, we do." So I went and ordered three because my daughter was really excited. And then, when I got there, the nerve: "No, we don't. Maybe tomorrow or the day after." No one really understands German, no one feels responsible, zero willingness to compromise. Now I've bought three Happy Meals for nothing, and my daughter is devastated. And to top it all off: No response on Instagram or TikTok – this scam just ignores everyone! 🤯

Dear McDonald's HR department, how can it be that you hire people who don't speak German and who have contact with customers? It can't be that you have to explain everything with hand gestures if you want to eat something quickly at a fast food restaurant! Of course, the order arrived incorrectly, which was obvious if you couldn't be understood. To top it all off, your employees are also unfriendly and not interested in making customers happy. It's sad.

A disaster when ordering. They forgot to give me the complete menu six times, and you couldn't understand them at the drive-thru because they don't speak German. It's not their fault, but who employs these people? It wasn't just me who had this problem; I've heard it so often from my neighbors. I simply won't go there anymore. Everything's bad, like the toilets are dirty, there's no paper, etc.

A truly lousy McDonald's. The wrong toy in the Happy Meal (they somehow don't want to give you the right one), orders are often wrong, and last time and the time before last, the bags only contained half the usual amount of fries. And if you politely tell the employees or point it out, all you get is a shrug or an annoyed look. We'll never go to this McDonald's again.

After the renovation, this store looks great again. Unfortunately, certain items are often forgotten when ordering at the drive-up counter. So, check regularly. Otherwise, everything's fine.
