McDonald's in Reinfeld (Holstein)

The food is standard but we waited for our order until we started asking where it was.First we had to pay then we were served.There is no information on how to pay cash.

Unfortunately, I gave Mc Donalds in Reinfeld another chance today, I could have given it to myself 😑 After waiting 35 minutes at the table, I went to the counter and asked where the food was? After minutes of perplexed rummaging around in the cash register system, I got the answer, it's coming soon. After another 7 minutes the food was brought, unfortunately a third of the products were missing, so we went back and let them know. The rest of what was delivered to the table was sometimes really cold😡 Now the lukewarm to cold stuff is finally over

McD check your store here - the meat from the burger tasted so disgusting as if it had expired. My life was in 1 million McD, I've only experienced something like that The machine is broken and doesn't accept cards - the staff doesn't care But the fact that they offer rotten meat is very disgusting and there is no hate or spam! Really check that out.

Very nice and courteous staff. Upon request, they even showed all the toys they still had so that my niece could choose the toy she wanted.

Everything is perfectly fine and 100% what you expect at MC Donalds in Reinfeld, but no MCDONALDS in the world deserves more than 4 stars... The employees are top, hence 5 stars for service, everything is clean and even when the shop is full at lunchtime, everything runs as quickly as it should. The toilets aren't dirty, but it could be better - since Reinfeld is almost a motorway rest stop, it's hard to estimate and it's definitely not bad or anything. 9/10 on the McD scale.

This is a beautiful place! The toilets are very clean, the tables are constantly cleaned, there is no trash anywhere. Orders are made and delivered quickly. The staff are smart, thank you!!!

On the way through, eat something, go to the toilet and then move on. Things are now more relaxed without long queues when ordering.

Solid McDonalds restaurant. The staff is friendly and quick. Everything tasted as usual. Worth a visit if you're passing through. The toilets were clean!

Problems when ordering via machines - card recognition, Lukewarm hamburger + more fries on a tray instead of in a bag.

It's right on the highway - so it's not a big detour to leave. Eager friendly staff. McRib and M were both freshly made and it was quick. Flexible: the fries in the menu could be exchanged for a vanilla shake. Toilets clean. I wish all meckes were like that.

It's a disgrace. The counter says it's ready to be picked up, even though it was still being prepared. There were no sauces for the 20 nuggets even though they were selected at the ordering terminal. Statistics say hello. In the future without me. Things got really bad here, especially since the store was almost empty.

McDonald's is getting better... never had such a bad meal! Unfortunately never again. Unhygienic and the food didn't taste as usual. Very disappointed.

So far I have always received good service and received everything I ordered.

The colleague at the MCDrive counter (September 25th 10:25 a.m.) made us wait 2 minutes before taking our order and then laughed when we said that we still had a breakfast order. He then allegedly entered the code several times in vain and said it wasn't possible. Feigned incompetence because you don't seem to want to work.

Super fast and nice staff. Food was freshly made and you can sit outside on the terrace. The restaurant was clean and we felt comfortable ☺️

I didn't understand the servant because he spoke very poor German, which was a shame because he obviously wanted to help me. The food was ok but not special. Some lettuce leaves are not entirely fresh. The store was extremely dirty, the carts were full of trash and no one cared. But talking to each other and standing around was okay. I won't go in there again.

We were stuck in a traffic jam for 2 hours. Were hungry.

We weren't in the store at any rush hour. There was hardly any activity. Still we waited over 20 minutes for 3 simple menus. And yet things were forgotten. The premises were dirty. There were stains all over the tables and the floor was dirty.

Just dirty from the toilets to ketchup on the seats. Fries are everywhere on the floor. Tables stick and look greasy. Better not stop here!!!!

I haven't stopped here for a while. The menus became quite expensive and once again there were no shakes. That's why I canceled my visit while I was still ordering.

Tray trolley completely overfilled, so that you couldn't put anything on it...everything was a bit run down...toilets were horribly dingy, smelled of urine... Food but good, service satisfactory... definitely not enough choice Vegetarian...

Mac Donald's typical "restaurant" I find the prices almost outrageously expensive now! But the burgers don't look quite so "mushy" anymore! Maybe it was also super freshly prepared? I always pay over 30€uro for Big Mac, DobbleCheese, Mac Chicken Fries and small Cola Zero for myself and my son.

Make sure that you were understood correctly when ordering and that everything is listed, and also make sure that you receive all of the goods that you paid for. This McDonald's deserves minus stars because it happened several times that we did not receive the correct goods, but we diligently paid for them. Receiving a free offer as an excuse doesn't help get over the prospect of showing up there again. I will never ever go to this store again. I'd rather travel 10km and buy somewhere else. Horrible business conduct, underground I don't normally do this, but others need to be made aware. Make sure that you have been understood correctly when ordering and that everything is listed, and make sure that you receive all the goods that you paid for. This McDonalds deserves negative stars because we have not received the correct goods several times, but have paid for them diligently. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, every table was completely dirty. The ground was littered with garbage and leftover food. And the toilets haven't been cleaned for hours. The food was good as usual, took a little longer, but was hot.

It was quick and clean even though it was busy. The taste and price is just McDonald’s… that’s how it goes…

The very last MC Drive. The employees all seem (!) to be incompetent. It's just not possible to get a correct order even once. Not recommended...in addition, they are unfriendly and simply incapable of taking the simplest orders despite the PC age. Inexplicable to me. Today was definitely the last time we were there. The employees don't give a damn about the customers and prefer to chat. Management should take action.

I pulled into the mcdrive and was asked to wait. When someone called shortly afterwards to take my order, they said that it was unfortunately exactly one minute late for me to order breakfast. Incredibly bad service.

The size of the burgers has become an absolute disgrace.....from a price/performance perspective, you could think that they have been given legal guidelines by the current government.....

One of the really best organized Mc's I've visited. Ordered 3 menus in the parking lot and when I went in everything was ready. The toilets were also all spotlessly clean. Many thanks to the team. See you next time

Food was as always at MC. Service can still be improved. Take away order ice cream and coffee. Ice cream was ready long ago, but the coffee didn't come.

When ordering in Mc Drive, there were always missing parts, in the restaurant burgers were sometimes lukewarm (cheese not even remotely melted), fries were hard. Complaints are dealt with in a friendly manner, but if it happens again and again, you simply cannot recommend the branch

Today I was in the drive in around 12:30 a.m. and I was told we were closed and when I said you'd be open until 1, the light outside went out completely.

4 stars only for the nice boss, who helped us very well. He was very friendly, despite the stress. He definitely deserves a pay increase. Top keep it up.

How long do you have to wait for your burger here? After 20 minutes we were finally able to get back on the motorway and bite into the burger. The thing was great, ice cold. But not the worst of it, the drinks for the children were completely missing, but they were paid for. This is total failure!! It's unbelievable how incompetent you can be

Food OK. Toilets very dirty (floor and basin) One toilet was clogged, another had no toilet paper and the third was dirty. Disgusting!

Never experienced anything so unfriendly. Even after a long, repeated discussion, the widely advertised Kaulitz menu was not sold to us as it was advertised (you can only order in the app, this is only possible in other branches, the colleague didn't know how to do it... the Excuses were limitless). The employees weren't interested in finding a solution and since we were in the drive-thru, we felt pressured to just accept it. Even if we ordered exactly this menu in this constellation at the counter in this same McDonald's two weeks ago...?! There was no straw with the milkshake we ordered. After we asked if we could have one, we were told there weren't any. When I pointed out that this could be said when ordering and when I asked how my friend should drink the milkshake, they simply replied that they couldn't help it and gave me a spoon. The Coke Zero tasted stale and we had to go and exchange it. Unfortunately, the second cola tasted exactly like the first. All in all we left Dannen confused and upset as there was no apology or compensation.

Actually a completely normal McDonald restaurant. But inside!!! Tables, chairs and benches are just unclean. You should avoid the men's toilet. The floor, sinks and toilets dirty and smelly. The service staff is absolutely overwhelmed. She serves the guests and still has to ensure cleanliness.

We had breakfast there in the morning and it was completely forgotten. Scrambled egg wrap with lettuce and fried onions was completely inedible, and only half of the MC toast was brought to the table. The only good things are coffee and cappuccino. But no more scrambled eggs or sensible mc toast. Really sad and once and never again for the money

The employees who served us were extremely unfriendly We actually just got the wrong things and it was very dirty. The cashier dipped her finger into my mc flurry and licked it twice 😵🤮 I thought I wasn't looking properly (I didn't eat it either)

I haven't seen such a dirty McDonald's in a long time. It feels like the shop hasn't been cleaned properly for months, except with the wet mopping machine. Since this is only suitable for the “rough, large” floor covering, the rest of the store looks the same. There are also extremely strong puddles everywhere where cleaning apparently took place. There was no cocoa either, just coffee or cappuccino. The mini pancakes have a crispy touch. The lady who took the orders was very nice. I always find that I prefer to avoid these stores because the price-performance ratio is simply no longer right.

It's the only thing that was still open in Reinfeld.

Contact point for through traffic for travelers going home, huge crowds guaranteed, but I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised 👌 Order processed quickly and even ordered something directly at the counter while the food was being prepared. Friendly and very attentive staff, helped me carry the food to the table, thank you for that. Branch was clean and spacious outside area.

Burgers thrown together listlessly. Packed uncleanly. McFlurry delicious, although not filled properly. Young employee doesn't understand me and just smiles. Even after repeating the question, no answer.

We had ordered a 9-piece chicken nuggets menu... A menu with vegetarian nuggets arrived. When asked about a complaint, the answer was: "No, it's in the computer and you can't change it!" replied.

By far the worst McDonald's we have ever visited. We were there at breakfast time, 7:30 a.m. There was probably some water damage, the staff was correspondingly unfriendly... it was dirty everywhere, the tables were even sticking from the bottom and I'd rather not start with the toilets. Aren't they cleaned after the late shift?! Coffee could not be offered due to the damage, but it was not taken out in the terminal, let alone we were informed about it when paying. At the table there was an orange juice with the statement “Yes, we have water damage, there is no coffee.” It would have been better to leave the place closed because even the food wasn't really edible. When we found out that there was water damage, we should have turned around straight away - because preparing food without running water for the staff is a bit questionable.

Unfortunately the wrong order was received and there was no apology and nothing extra or anything like that

The uncleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. The tables are not wiped and the toilets are completely dirty. Disgusting, it spoils the appetite.

Food was in the warming counter for a long time. Or whatever you call it. The encore was also cold and old. Not to enjoy. The employees are extremely unmotivated. Just the last thing. If you had worked there like that 20 years ago, I would have been kicked out immediately. We couldn't even get rid of the garbage properly.

It's just McDonald's. Good transport connections on the motorway. Less busy but definitely very crowded in the evenings.

Today we stood in the drive for a total of 50 minutes... 30 minutes of which were at the second window where apparently no one wanted to pack our order! And all for ice cold food and absolutely dead fried fries! The employees were all completely overwhelmed and preferred to chat rather than take care of the guests. That was definitely the last time we were there, unfortunately not the first bad experience with the store.

Really a totally bad Mcdonals Staff totally unfriendly, no hello, no goodbye, it's the simple etiquette, products are forgotten every time, don't even say anything about the sauces/dips, they're never there. I haven't sat down in a restaurant for a long time because it's mostly dirty.

The store closed over an hour earlier than stated on the door sign and online.

The systems crashed and all orders were gone. The store was crowded and there was no information. The staff was more than overwhelmed. One employee even barricaded the main entrance with a mop/stick. Later, the receipts were collected so that the orders could be processed. If you didn't want to wait long, your money was refunded. The toilets were dirty and everything was missing.

Ist nicht mehr das was es wahr. Sehr kalt da es versteht niemand was und lange warte zeite. Bei den Preisen geh ich Lieber richtig ins Restaurant

Essen war warm und frisch gemacht. Bestellung muss kontrolliert werden, es wird gerne was vergessen.

Essen okay, ist halt McDOnalds. Mitarbeiter freundlich genug. Der Ladeb steht aber teilweise richtig ab, müsste besser gepflegt werden. Ich hoffe nur das es in der Küche nicht auch so aussieht...

Leider steht man am Drive ewig rum da gefühlt nach jedem Auto erst einmal Pause ist und bei jeder Bestellung fehlt etwas oder ist falsch gepackt…es gibt hier in der Nähe leider keine Alternative

Ja ja wie immer bei mittlerweile fast jedem McDonald's fehlte was aber das Personal war super nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Lokal war sauber und aufgeräumt so wie ich es mir wünsche wenn man Essen geht. Das Essen war Appetitlich und genug um kurzfristig Satt zu werden.

Wie gewohnt. Nach dem Essen bekommt man schon nach einer halben Stunde wieder Hunger. Weiß nicht warum ich immer wieder dort Esse.

Alles frisch zubereitet,hebt sich deutlich von anderen ab.

Leider, wie so oft in MC Donalds Filialen, sämtliche Tische völlig verdreckt, klebrig, Soßenreste, Ketchupflecke. Traurig, dass man als Gast darauf aufmerksam machen muss. Nuggets ganz frisch und heiß, sehr gut.

War mal sehr Stress frei dort zu essen. Sauber und schnell.

Es wischt dort niemand die Tische ab, sehr unsauber kein Tisch ohne Krümel bzw. Ketchupreste. Essen war ok und ging schnell, man sollte lieber im Auto essen.

Erwartungsgemäße Qualität der Speisen dieser Kette Die Servicemitarbeiter waren nett und freundlich. Kleinen Abzug beim Ambiente, wir mussten erstmal einen Tisch suchen, der sauber war - nachmittags um 16:30 Uhr ist jetzt nicht die übermäßig stark frequentierte Zeit

Ein typischer McDonalds, unkompliziert und alles gut.

Auf der Durchfahrt lohnt es sich hier immer reinzuschauen, der Service war vorbildlich, auf einer Nachfrage meinerseits, da ich bei meiner Terminal-Bestellung einen Fehler machte. Der Mitarbeiter am Service-Tresen fixte mein Problem umgehend und korrigierte meine Fehlbestellung. Einfach ein paar nette Worte geführt in einem sehr stressigen Business. So war es eine gute Erfahrung in dieser McDonald's-Filiale.

Leider fehlte in der Bestellung wieder einmal etwas. Diesmal war es eine kleine Pommes.

Ich wünsche mir die alte Qualität zurück. Sowohl beim Essen, als auch beim Personal. Bei Problemen wird man stehen gelassen und als dumm hingestellt. Das Essen ist auch nur noch mittelmäßig. Ich wünsche mir Burger King nach Reinfeld zurück! Über Sauberkeit rede ich jetzt besser nicht. Und mit Fast Food hatte es auch mal wieder nicht zu tun, trotz genügend Personal.
