McDonald's in Bad Oeynhausen

Ich habe trotz korrekter Bestellung als Vegetarier Fleisch serviert bekommen. Bei Reklamation wurde mir unterstellt, ich hätte das meiste davon gegessen, obwohl ich das Essen noch in der Hand hielt, um es zurückzugeben. Ich bekam anschließend meine 20 Plant-based Nuggets, allerdings nicht mal ein "Entschuldigung". Fragwürdig, wie das gehandhabt wurde, aber eventuell war es ein schlechter Tag der Mitarbeiterin(?).

Das Restaurant liegt zwar etwas abseits, ist aber gut. Der Service ist schnell, freundlich und völlig ausreichend.

Pommes und Bürger waren lauwarm und habe nicht die Anforderungen von MC Donals, Ach und das schlimmste sind die Kinder Stühle, da sind noch die Reste von letzten jahr drauf und die kleben wie sau, da kann man kein kind rauf setzen, da muss man auf passen das die kinder nicht krank werden

Ich habe mir ja schon eine Menge gefallen lassen in dieser Filiale, aber heute Abend ist der Tag tatsächlich gekommen, wo ich hier schreiben muss. In der Bestellung waren 2 Menüs mit je einer Portion Pommes und einer Portion Gitternetzkartoffeln enthalten. Bekommen habe wir nur eine Tüte gemischt mit Pommes und Gitternetzkartoffeln. Hingegangen reklamiert und eine neue Portion Pommes bekommen. Gitternetzkartfoffeln waren alle, würden mir gleich an den Platz gebracht. Denkste… ich würde da noch Weihnachten sitzen und warten… zwischenzeitlich habe ich meinen Burger gegessen. Mittlerweile vom Essen auch durstig geworden, greife ich zur Cola und stelle fest… handwarm…. Die Cola meiner Frau zum Vergleich angefasst… eiskalt. Einen Schluck getrunken… hmm… stand der Becher wohl schon ne Stunde irgendwo rum. Lecker abgestandene Cola. Hoffentlich nur abgestanden… Vielen Dank dafür. Die Gitternetzkartoffeln könnt ihr auch behalten. Wie oft soll ich denn nach vorne laufen, bis meine Bestellung vollständig und einwandfrei ist. Und der Laden war nicht wirklich voll. Also am Stress hat es nicht gelegen. War heute das letzte mal in Löhne. 👋

Habe das Menü bestellt mit den Glas drinnen. Bekomme keins und nur würde gesagt sie hätten meines mehr und dürften mir keine Ersatzleistung geben. Finde es echt scheiße man gibt mehr Geld aus wegen dem Menü mit dem Glas was man nicht bekommt.

unfassbar können nicht mal ordentlich die bestellung vorbereiten die packen mir mir was anderes ein als meine bestellung und weniger soße und ich finde noch ein haar in meinem burger und musste not operiert werden

Sehr schlechter Service, den Mitarbeiter ist es egal ob die Bestellung fehlt oder wenn irgendein Fehler bei der Bestellung aufgetreten ist.

Essen hat viel zu lange gedauert bitte schneller arbeiten

Dieser McDonald's ist eine Katastrophe. Ewig lange Wartezeiten. Kaltes Essen. Das Personal packt alles an und wäscht sich noch nicht mal die Hände. Einfach eklig. Dieser Laden hat noch nicht mal einen Stern verdient 😔

Das Bürger Fleisch ist ständig verbrannt und ungenießbar. Ich gebe es langsam auf und fahre nicht mehr zu McDonalds. Für solche Preise und dann mit so wenig Liebe, essen zu bereiten. Nein danke. Einfach nur noch schlecht.

Die Getränke wahren richtig schlecht. Trinke immer den Lipton Eistee und meine Freundin eine Sprite und das beide ohne Eis. Man hat richtig geschmeckt das die Getränke voll verdünnt wahren da kaum süß !!! Kenne das garnicht so von McDonalds da ich da sehr oft esse. Der Chickenbürger war auch wohl richtig ekelhaft da meine Freundin den nicht aufgegessen hat da er richtig komisch geschmeckt hat. Da werden wir auf jedenfall nicht mehr essen fahren !!! Andere McDonalds sind deutlich besser was das Essen angeht.

Per App bestellt, am McDrive .USS man aussteigen und Klingeln?!?!? Alles sehr runtergerockt!

McPlant Nuggets wurden einfach still und heimlich von McDonald's aus dem Programm genommen. Für mich gibt es leider keine Alternative mehr, weshalb ich nur mit einem Stern bewerten kann. Ich bekomme kein Essen mehr bei McDonald's

Abgesehen davon, dass man in letzter Zeit Ewigkeiten auf seine Bestellung wartet (oder nochmal nachhaken muss, weil sie auf dem Bildschirm einfach gelöscht werden), sind bestimmte Mitarbeiter einfach nur unverschämt und haben meiner Meinung nach nichts in ihrem Job zu suchen.. meinem Kind fehlte das Spielzeug im Happy Meal, worauf es sich sehr gefreut hätte. Ich hatte dies als es auffiel normal angemerkt und der Mitarbeiter wurde laut und wollte seinen Fehler nicht einsehen. Meinerseits war es wie gesagt nur eine Anmerkung und er fühlte sich scheinbar direkt angegriffen und unterstellte einem direkt zu lügen statt sachlich zu bleiben. Meiner Meinung nach haben einige Mitarbeiter dort besser nichts mit Kunden zu tun.

Komplette Bestellung von 3 Menüs kalt. Wasser statt Fanta bekommen. Reine Müllhalde und Chaos in der "Küche".

Super freundlicher Service, obwohl wir zur Stoßzeit dort waren.

Das ist Betrug. Nachdem ich online bestellt hatte, erhielt ich den entsprechenden Code nicht, die Angestellten weigerten sich, mir das Essen zu servieren, und als ich eine Rückerstattung verlangte, wurde diese ebenfalls abgelehnt.

Jedes einzelne Mal, wenn ich dort im DriveIn stehe, muss ich zwischen 20 und 30 Minuten warten, um meine paar Burger zu kriegen. Selbst wenn nur zwei bis drei Autos vor mir sind ist das der Fall. Mir ist mittlerweile die Zeit dafür zu Schade. Wieso dauert das solange und wieso sehen bei der langen Wartezeit meine Burger trotzdem aus als hätte sie jemand mit verbundenen Augen belegt und sich anschließend draufgesetzt, um sie warm zu halten??? Meine Güte...

Jedes Mal das gleiche, das kann doch nicht so schwer sein, das auszugeben, was bestellt wurde. Bei 3 Menüs 3 falsche Burger bekommen.

Wir wären besser ausgestiegen und reingegangen😂 30min Wartezeit und das Highlight der Mcdrive führt durch den Eingang von McDonalds irgendwie schon wieder lustig. 😂

Ist immer wieder enttäuschend. Die Burger schmecken einfach nach nichts und fühlen sich von der Konsistenz her irgendwie künstlich an. Die Nuggets sind manchmal ganz okay und die Getränke wie Kaffee, Matcha oder Eis gehen klar. Aber insgesamt würde ich es nicht wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin unangenehm überrascht. Alles scheint mit der Zeit immer schlechter zu werden. Der Vorgarten sieht aus wie eine Baustelle. Nachdem ich einen Eiskaffee bestellt hatte, war fast der halbe Becher mit Eis gefüllt. Das ist schlichtweg Betrug am Kunden. Ich war nie wieder hier. Ich kann dieses Lokal NICHT empfehlen.

Ich habe abends zwei Menüs bestellt, darauf warteten wir 30 Minuten, bei moderater Besucherzahl. Die Mitarbeiter hinter dem Tresen wirkten sehr unstrukturiert und unmotiviert. Unser Essen lag wohl schon etwas länger in der Auslage und war nur noch lauwarm. Ich glaube das Arbeiten wurde dort nicht erfunden ebenfalls nicht die Freundlichkeit.

Ich würde lieber null Sterne geben man muss 20 min warten im mcdrive und hat dann immernoch nicht bestellt Mitarbeiterin höchst unfreundlich und unprofessionell also wirklich noch nie im Leben so lange gewartet für 4 kleine Cheeseburger und 3 x pommes

Ich habe vor etwa 25 Jahren in dieser Filiale gearbeitet – und das, was ich dort erlebt habe, war schockierend. Ein Stück McRib-Fleisch fiel auf den dreckigen Boden. Ich meldete es dem Schichtleiter. Statt es zu entsorgen, wurde es „sauber gemacht“ und mit dem Kommentar „das wird schon jemand fressen“ weiterverwendet. Für mich war das ein massiver Hygiene-Skandal und absolut respektlos gegenüber Kunden. Dieses Erlebnis hat mein Vertrauen nachhaltig zerstört. Hoffentlich sind die Standards heute anders.

Es ist einfach nur furchtbar. Erstens brachten sie nur einen Cheeseburger, obwohl sie vier hätten bringen sollen, zweitens brachten sie Sprite statt Fanta, und drittens fehlte die Hälfte der Happy Meals.

Betrug!! Ich habe ein „1 für 2“-Menü bestellt und den Betrag per Apple Pay bezahlt. Vor Ort wurde jedoch ein höherer Betrag von mir verlangt. Da ich nicht bereit war, den doppelten Preis zu zahlen, wurde mir die Bestellung verweigert. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es sich um einen Fehler gehandelt habe und dass mir der bereits abgebuchte Betrag zurückerstattet wird. Bis heute habe ich jedoch keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Der Filialleiter möchte davon nichts wissen. Das Geld wurde von meinem Konto abgebucht, aber ich habe weder das Menü erhalten noch eine Rückzahlung bekommen.

Heute schon wieder den Fehler gemacht dort für 46€ Essen zu kaufen. Preise wie im Restaurant, Essen wie von der Tanke… Klasse war dieses mal eine neue Masche. Doppelcheeseburger bestellt und bezahlt, bekommen haben wir das Papier vom Doppelcheeseburger mit einem normalen Hamburger drin. Leute, das ist nicht normal bei Euch in Löhne, ihr habt nur eine Aufgabe, Essen verkaufen. Nicht mal das bekommt ihr hin. Lasst es besser!!!! 2 mal 2 gleich 4. Recht simpel. Bei Mc Donalds in Löhne ist es immer irgendwas zu wenig. Heute war es einer von 4 Doppel Cheesburgern. Herzlichen Dank. Kriegen die Angestellten einen Bonus wenn sie genug vergessen oder machen sie das für Lau? Beschweren bringt übrigens auch nichts, da kriegt man per Mail pampige Antworten mit der Zusage das Geld zu erstatten. Ist jetzt ungefähr 5 Jahre her, die unfreundliche Mail wirkt aber noch immer 👍. Fangt doch mal an den Service so groß zu schreiben wie die Preise, das wär mal was.

Unendlich lange Lieferzeiten, hab 2std auf eine Bestellung mit 2 Menüs gewartet. Bestellung immer unvollständig oder falsch, es fehlen teilweise ganze Menüs, burger oder soßen. Geht da einfach nicht hin!

Ich habe etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt, darunter einen Kaffee mit zwei Karamell-Shots. Da mir bei Mc Doof schon häufiger Extras vergessen wurden, habe ich den Mitarbeiter gleich mehrfach darum gebeten, diesmal wirklich darauf zu achten. Er versicherte mir mehrmals, alles sei korrekt vorbereitet, und meinte sogar, so etwas passiere höchstens neuen Mitarbeitenden, nicht den alten Hasen. Umso frustrierender war es, als im Kaffee schließlich kein einziger Shot zu finden war. Dieses ständige Vergessen wirkt einfach dreist und hinterlässt den Eindruck reiner Idiotie im Ablauf. Für ein Unternehmen wie Mc Doof ist das wirklich enttäuschend.

Ist halt mecces, man bekommt was man erwartet. Also voll in Ordnung. Nur ein Mitarbeiter ist echt unangenehm.

The food was good and didn't take too long to arrive!

October 19, 2025. The entire kitchen resembled a pigsty. There was dirt everywhere, the toilet smelled extremely unpleasant of urine, and you couldn't understand the staff because they didn't speak German. The carts outside and inside the store weren't emptied. Unfortunately, I only have one photo of the mess outside, but this is truly the worst McCes in all of Germany! Some of the sinks were broken... eating there was disgusting.

We were hungry and went to McDonald's. We paid for everything we had to eat and unfortunately spent €50 on it. When we got home, we got three fake burgers, and they were almost cold. Simply awful; I'd give it a negative five stars. Definitely not going back. Also, the shelf above the table at the bar is completely covered in dust and cobwebs. It's been building up for weeks. Please see for yourself. It's actually true.

The team was in a fun mood, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Not like my donut, which was still frozen when I finally got it after waiting several minutes.

Waited half an hour for three McMuffins for breakfast. If you're in a hurry in the morning, better go somewhere else. The food was at least fresh and delicious after the long wait. German doesn't get you very far, by the way... The restrooms are awful.

Few parking spaces and 30 percent of them are blocked by McD vehicles.

A standard Meckes with unfriendly and uncooperative staff. I placed my order at the self-service display. A short time later, my order was ready for pickup. So I went there and had to wait a while longer. I then asked twice if the display was just wrong. The employee also looked at me but ignored me as if she were deaf and mute. Great behavior. A short time later, after I had already received my food, another customer had a problem. He had apparently ordered a while ago and was taking a short break. The food in front of him wasn't ready yet, even though there were few customers and his order was small. He wanted to cancel his order. Then the manager came out and, with a lot of blabla, his order was suddenly ready. The employees in charge just laughed stupidly. I love it.

The service was fast, and the food and drinks were good. We were only at the McDrive, but the service was OK. I would go again.

A disaster. Dirty!!!!! Trash all over the floor. Tables dirty. The men's restroom is a disaster. A stink everywhere! You're afraid to touch anything because everything is so filthy! The worst McDonald's I know. Awful again. Simply disgusting.

Dirty stores bring too much food and then become unfriendly and disrespectful. Unhygienic store. The one with the cap facing backwards. Bottom drawer.

Employees insulted us in their language and were very rude for no reason at all.

I've been to this McDonald's in Löhne several times and know other branches owned by the same company – but this one is truly a disaster. The tables, floor, and benches are so dirty that you can't sit or lean comfortably. Today, I observed several times that guests had to wipe their tables themselves because no one took care of it – so I wasn't the only one with this problem. Even if some guests don't eat properly, it should be a given that employees clean the tables regularly and promptly. This works much better in other branches, but unfortunately, it doesn't work here at all.

We waited 25 minutes for our breakfast, then one part wasn't ready, and another was completely forgotten. Not at all, very sad 😞

Very unfriendly, very bad. I won't give it a star. It takes a long time. The staff are very rude.

Subterranean. If you don't feel like working in the morning, stay home. Also, haven't had any cocoa for three months, or what?

Delicious meal there with the grandchildren

We ordered two Iced Coffee Shakes Caramel. Then we realized that we only got ice cream with whipped cream and a bit of caramel sauce. No problem, it can happen sometimes. Then we went to the cashier and politely pointed out that there was no coffee in the drink. Instead of listening to us, we were confronted and treated really rudely. We were told that they didn't have anything like that, even though it was clearly on offer. Only after a lot of persuasion did they finally listen to us and add coffee. Extremely unprofessional, never experienced that before. I usually just walk away when I order the wrong thing, but I would never have thought that I, as a customer, would be the problem when I want my order correct. I would advise some of the employees to familiarize themselves with Section 437 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Best regards from a nice customer!

Very crowded, tables and benches not necessarily clean

Unfortunately, it's just as described in all the reviews. Not exactly clean, incredibly long wait times (even when there's nothing going on), and hardly any German-speaking employees. I really wonder how someone who doesn't speak German well enough can be allowed to answer the intercom. With all the reviews, it's really "interesting" for a franchisee to continue to do so. Anyway... For me, the issue is over.

So far, everything went well. However, the ordered items weren't brought to the table (there were no table signs at the counters). Apparently, there aren't enough people working in the service department.

An online order worth over €60, picked up in person. Items were missing, and our warnings were met with a rude response, claiming everything was included. After this experience, that was it for us with this restaurant.

I was there with my father after a stressful day. There's great seating outside, and the atmosphere was a bit like a holiday.

How can you confuse a Mc Royal with a Mc Double? The worst Mc Royal I've ever been to. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered an original McFlurry and only got that. I paid 6 euros for something like that. I went to a colleague and said I wanted a new ice cream, and he asked me why. I said I ordered 2 McFlurrys and not a McSunday. He told me, "Yes, but that's too much for what I paid." I didn't want to cause any more stress, so I walked away. But you shouldn't pay for something like that. The colleague was really arrogant; he was really lucky that I was in a good mood. As far as I'm concerned, this McDonald's can close because they're fed up with their customers these days; they have no respect for them anymore. I won't go there anymore!! No more paying 6 euros for 6 euros!!!! Never again I wouldn't advise anyone!!!!! My opinion could be different!!!

We were at Mac Drive with the grandchildren on Wednesday August 20th 2025 and clearly ordered two Happy Meals with nuggets and a cheeseburger. The nice man couldn't understand us very well, so there were cheeseburgers in the bags and they were inedible. I've never had such garbage at Maces in America and it was so expensive too. The store has to close down, then the throwing garbage out of the car will stop too.

The staff is generally a bit strange...they react badly to mixed-up food (plant-based and meat). I'm not sure if they understand German or if they just don't care if there are problems (in the evening/at night). Some ordering points are very difficult to use because they don't respond.

Always check the bags when taking out! Often, items are missing from your order or swapped for something else. Plus, sometimes you have to wait forever, even if you only ordered a small fries and it's not really busy. But you can eat there if it's the only one around.

The food was okay, but unfortunately, the outside area was dirty and untidy. The tables were littered and dirty.

You don't expect college students and high school graduates to work there, but you rarely experience such utter incompetence. You have to check orders at the drive-thru; every other time something is missing or incorrect. You can really forget about the drive-thru. All the male employees at the drive-thru are unbelievably unfriendly. You immediately feel unwelcome when you order. No hello or anything. Just "Yes, your order." Sometimes you experience the female employee arguing loudly with her colleagues while your order is handed to you. Sometimes you are asked again what you ordered, but then you still get the wrong thing, and so on. There is no point in using the delivery service anymore. It takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours or doesn't come at all. There is usually something missing here too. Nobody can be reached on the phone either. Maybe pay €2 more an hour and hire decent people.

Barely anything going on and EVERY table was filthy as hell. EVERYONE.

We had a big moth in our drink cup. That's unacceptable. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it until we got home. This was definitely our last time here! This place seems to have a serious hygiene problem.

We were there last night after partying 😊 and it was amazing. The staff was super nice and friendly. I got the squishy from the display because they were out of stock 😍 Respect to the staff and thanks again to you all. Keep it up! Never seen such a lovely team! Really respect!

For the umpteenth time, something was missing from my order. It can't be true that you have to rummage through the bag every time to check if everything is in there! I only noticed it when I got home 🙁 This happens far too often here! Unfortunately, you can't reach anyone by phone.

Nothing beats a McDonald's breakfast

Once again, after ordering takeaway, I discovered at home that something was missing...

In principle, it's not a bad place, but they often mix up the order, put the wrong flavor or something else, sometimes they don't refill it, of course they change everything and refill it when I asked, but still, it takes time. It lacks better cleanliness, it's often dirty and in the men's restroom there is often urine on the floor and a broken faucet that flows onto the floor...

Sometimes it takes forever for the food to arrive. Sometimes it's full, sometimes it's empty, I have no idea what criteria play a role...

Very dirty, toilets were broken. It was disappointing...

Got a caramel macchiato without caramel... Instead of a drink, I also got an extra fries...

Unbelievably bad service. We waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru yesterday. Absolutely terrible service. The employees were extremely rude. We were visiting here from Cologne and absolutely cannot recommend this store. NEVER AGAIN

We were sitting outside with friends. When our order arrived, it was clearly visible that our table was dirty. Since the employee didn't notice, I politely asked her to wipe it. There was no response, just a cheeky "you can do it yourself" after I turned around. 🤯 What unfriendly behavior, even though it's only natural to wipe dirty tables!

Simply terrible. Anyone who still eats there has mental health issues. I was there recently just once for a friend, and it was a complete disaster. The floor was covered in moldy fries, everywhere, and there were leftover sauce packets, so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in five months. Absolutely terrible. They're swimming with mice. Paaaah, never go there again. Whoever goes there won't come home without a stomach ache.

The service here is definitely a solid 6. It felt like there were 10 cars in the drive-thru, the entire store was packed, and the people at the counter were just chatting. The food was also quite cold. A disaster. If I did my job like that, I'd probably be out of a job pretty soon. 👎🏻

It's stressful at the drive-thru even though there's no one behind you. I also have to think about what my girlfriend wants now that the vouchers are all different...

The store seems very clean, there are no long waiting times, but the staff aren't exactly the friendliest. If you need help, they won't help you; it's unacceptable how they behave.

Unfortunately, my last visit to McDonald’s in Löhne was anything but pleasant. One particular employee stands out very negatively: he is extremely pushy, barely speaks German and constantly makes inappropriate, completely unfunny jokes. At first you might think it's an isolated case - but no: it does this to everyone and all the time. You can really hear from everyone that this employee is just annoying with his constant sayings. Instead of ordering or eating in peace, you are constantly disturbed. The food was okay as usual, but this employee made the visit very unpleasant. Something should be done urgently.

Never again. A burger and the yellow glass for the current promotion were missing from the order. When I asked in the restaurant, all I got was a bad-tempered “we don’t have anything like that here”. Everyone can understand that it can be stressful, but paying customers are treated so poorly in terms of service (missing goods, service) is really shameful.

Incredibly cheeky employees at the Drive Inn. Very, very difficult to understand and that wasn't due to the technology!!! It's a shame, but sometimes it's better to digitize everything! So much concentrated incompetence cannot be put into words. That’s it Never ever again Mc Donald Gohfeld! You won't win customers with this behavior!!
