A McDonald's like there are 1,000 of them in Germany. Nothing special...

Basically like any McDonald's. Tables were only cleaned upon request. Even if it is much more crowded here, (located near the motorway) the employees try to bring the food to the table quickly. Very loud through Playland (play area) and children

I visited your branch last night and it was lacking in cleanliness. There are cobwebs everywhere and the staff are unfortunately not sufficiently trained when it comes to friendliness. I don't think it's desirable to listen to music loudly in the kitchen in the local language, so that you are disturbed while eating!

Food and local was just fine for a fast food restaurant. What shocked and angered me the most was how rude you could be and how you were looked at in a condescending manner....just ignored and moved on.

4 euros for water, are you actually completely disabled?

I was at MC Drive with my partner today. There were problems with redeeming the coupons. However, it was due to the incompetence of the employee on site. An Asian-looking woman who hysterically rejected everything. Only one order was placed even though we had two cell phones. The employee absolutely refused to come to us. If we had 4 children in the car, we would have probably only had to order one menu. The remaining employees all only speak broken German. I know from others that things are constantly left out when ordering. The employees probably just don't feel like it. You can also notice this on site. It's not a feel-good place. Overall we were treated unkindly and annoyed with arrogance and incompetence.

Beautiful, tasty, clean toilet!

It was 20% occupied. The parking lot is full of butts and trash… floor, benches and tables are dirty! The toilet stinks! There were plenty of staff, standing at the counter and barely moving. Storage shelves for tablets are full! I asked for salt and pepper and an extra napkin and I was thrown on the table, probably 10 of each?????? Pure disaster! Never again!

We were there around 12:20 a.m., ordered for TABLE SERVICE, we had to wait until around 1:00 a.m. for our food, which was still cold... my friend got his food about 10-15 minutes before me. I placed an order and set the option to be served at the table and I entered the number but my order took almost half an hour because the employee didn't want to bring it to the table until I got up after 30 minutes to pick them up He and the clerk. Unfriendly, bad German speaking staff

Today at 10:10 a.m. I was the only customer at McDonald's on Ringstrasse in Löhne. Despite this fact, I waited 20 minutes after placing my order without success. The staff seemed to be more self-absorbed, preferring to serve people of Arab origin who arrived in large cars. When I finally asked for my order I was treated like an enemy and left without breakfast. The general image of the restaurant was pure chaos. I've never had such a bad experience at McDonald's. Absolutely not recommended!

Nobody seems to care about the cleanliness of the outside area. The tables were not cleared everywhere and the paving stones were littered with leftover food and paper cups. Once inside we had to ask the waitress to wipe our table. My burger was mushy and seemingly made without love.

We were there on May 1st, around 8:15 p.m. When we were standing in the drive, we were told that there was a cash register problem and that we should please wait a moment. We did that for about 25 minutes. When the gentleman wanted to take the order, we were asked to go to the first window to scan the coupons. The gentleman scanned the first coupon and with the second he told me "not from a cell phone". When I asked in surprise what he meant and that I had both of these coupons from my app, he said "No, I won't take it, pay individually, €3.50 ". I said ok then a Mc Flurry and the other coupon after that. He then said "NO NO ICE CREAM" At that moment I was so shocked by this gentleman's behavior that I said "OK, forget it" and drove away. I find it really, really sad that employees work there who clearly don't want to be around customers. And you can't dismiss that with the fact that he was probably stressed. I am very positively surprised that McDonald's contacted me personally immediately after my review and apologized for the incident via email.

The smell in the toilets is unbearable.

I've often given the branch a new chance, but it's getting worse and worse here... Utopian waiting times in the drive, even when there's not much going on, there's hardly any staff who understand the language, because of this barrier something is always ordered incorrectly or more as often forgotten simply forgotten. If I add up the price of everything that is forgotten in the drive, there are already some free menus...The delivery service, on the other hand, is great!

No matter what you do, people never order online!!!!! Apparently people are too stupid to pack up and they don't answer the phone even after an hour. People work on your drive!!! It's been unbearable for a few weeks now!!! Orders seem to only be processed individually. Times of over 30 minutes are not uncommon! Take an example from the branch in Bünde!!!

We went to McDonald's in Löhne one afternoon and were very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. The tables and floor were clean, and the tablet shelf wasn't crowded. The wait was short and our order came to the table quickly. The food was still hot and tasted good. The staff was friendly and attentive. There is a large seating area outside which is ideal when the weather is nice. The toilets were clean. There are enough free parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant. We felt very comfortable at McDonald's Löhne and would love to come back! We can recommend the McDonald's in Löhne!

This MC Donald's is the stupidest and slowest MC Donald's I have ever visited. 6 employees in the counter kitchen area and it took them 20 minutes to place my order. There was only one pickup number in front of me. No MC Drive operation, the milkshake was made first and then stood on the ceiling for 15 minutes. Then the rest of the food came and the milkshake was already water. (Complaints) Every employee added something to my order. Such a bad MC Donald's sorry change or motivate the staff there.

The food in this branch is actually quite good, there's nothing to say. Personally, I think that as the owner of a restaurant you should make sure that the employees are always polite to the customers and that you also have to pay attention to cleanliness. This branch definitely has the potential to get 5 out of 5 stars. However, some things would have to be changed. The location is perfect and the branch is always very busy, but you might still want to replace furniture that is no longer so nice or seat cushions that are torn. I think this branch will generate enough money to invest maybe €10 or €20,000. If I were the boss of a branch like this, I would always make sure that everything was spotless. I would make regular checks and send friends or acquaintances to place an order in the store and check how friendly the employees are. If an employee is unfriendly, I would have a one-to-one conversation straight away. Otherwise you can recommend this branch

30 min wait at 11pm in McDrive. Ordered 2 burgers, both wrong.

McDonald's food tastes very good here. The staff is friendly, but the waiting times are sometimes really long.

Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant incident with an employee at the drive in. We ordered two medium lattes. The employee initially joked on the intercom. That was acceptable. At the window he clearly crossed a line. He named the amount of money, accepted my note and said goodbye to us with an ironic “Ok, bye!” He repeated this joke twice. He then handed me an empty coffee cup and asked several times what we had ordered. My girlfriend asked him to just do his job. Luckily I saw the shift manager at the window. We complained to him because we felt very harassed. The nice gentleman was very understanding and accommodating. After the employee got wind of the complaint, he asked for another euro. He probably had two coffees beforehand instead of two L.M. Entered and offended, he now demanded the full amount. The shift manager then kindly served us and apologized profusely for this incident. We found this situation to be pure harassment and hope that the employee faces appropriate consequences from the company in order to protect other customers!

Very slow always wait 20 minutes

Order completion according to receipt 11:13:12 I only ordered a big tasty menu with table service. The store was hardly visited but it took almost 16 minutes for the order to be ready. There was no table service and I had to come to the front even though my table (28) and the sign were clearly visible. None of that would have been a bad thing, but the others all got table service. Furthermore, my Coke was a normal one instead of the Diet Coke, and the fries were almost completely cold. The burger was just barely warm. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the store has been so bad. For me it's a good thing because the McDonald's chapter is now over and done with. Quality and prices are simply no longer right!

Today, March 12th, 2024, I got food around 8:30 p.m. on the drive, the employee first has to learn how to close the lid of the Coke correctly. The lid was loose and the Coke was completely poured out into my car. Then I told DRM employees that they meant it The employee said that the drckels used to be better. He gave me napkins, but what's the point? If the inside of the car has cola spilled on it As a manager, please teach your employees to do everything sensibly I run a snack bar myself but if I don't package the drinks or food correctly then the guests stop coming And there were enough employees there and the store wasn't packed and I still waited more than 5 minutes I think I'll just drive to Porta at the autohof and to Burgerking

We did it and, against all common sense, went to the local McD again. The result: “underground”! Despite a manageable number of customers (parking lot half full, including their own delivery vehicles, few cars in the drive), they wait for the order to be taken only to then realize that even with only 2 - in words "two" - PRODUCTS something was forgotten, the result: I'm kidding myself Alone, that was definitely it, the worst McD ever. Old post: McDonald's is/should offer the same service/"quality" everywhere, but unfortunately this branch ranks last in its own ranking. Burgers put together, miserably slow, unmotivated service, if it absolutely HAS to be McDonald's, not here, especially not in terms of price/performance ratio.

How to understand all this? I order one thing, another comes I don’t argue that it’s tasty and fast, but.... I don’t know, and almost every time something is wrong 😔

Super happy with our branch in Gohfeld. The food is 99.9% fresh and the staff is also fine. I think the delivery service is great. Good parking options. Deserved 5 stars!

Ich habe noch nie einen so schmutzigen Mac Donalds betreten wie unseren in Bad Oeynhausen! Die Tablettwagen waren völlig überfüllt und um einen freien Tisch zu nutzen musste ich Ihn selber abwischen. Der Boden in den Fensternieschen ist mit Schmutz gleichmäßig bedeckt. Der Zustand hat sich in den letzten Jahren immer mehr verschlechtert.

Ich war dort essen und mein mcFlurry war leer hat sich nicht gelohnt da zu essen ich war sehr traurig.Mcs in Hamburg ist deutlich besser und mein mcflurry war Rand voll. Der mcs in Löhne kann sich ein Beispiel von mcs in Hamburg nehmen !!!!!

Wie bei den meisten McDonalds, Gut, günstig und freundlich....

Qualität OK, ein typischer MC Donalds halt, man weiss wie es schmeckt. Parkplatzsituation vor Ort ist eine Katastrophe, baulich aber dort auch nicht anders möglich. Für die Kundenfrequenz ist der Laden eigentlich viel zu klein.

Guter Mc Donalds. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter die einem ein Eis schenken wenn man noch um 3Uhr nachts bei ihnen sitzt. Bürger und Getränke hätten sie uns auch noch mehrere mitgegeben.

Heute zu zweit dort gewesen.und nur 4 kleine Basic Burger bestellt. Darauf mussten wir ca 15 Minuten warten. Erst auf Nachfrage kam das Essen dann 5 Minuten später. Es war nicht voll und genug Personal vorhanden. So erging es auch anderen Kunden die sehr lange auf ihr essen warten mussten,sei es zum Mitnehmen oder vor Ort Essen. Sowas ist für mich kein schnell Restaurant. Ein,zwei Mitarbeiter schienen mir mit ihrer Situation überfordert zu sein. Diesen Standort von Restaurant würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

1A Mc Donalds. Frische und warme Speisen, kurze Watezeit. So kennt man Mc Donalds. Ich war sehr zufrieden, auch mit der Sauberkeit der Filiale.

Abgesehen davon, dass eine der Angestellten recht unfreundlich zu Kunden war (sie hatte den Tablettwagen abgeholt, nachdem er schon übervoll war und die Kunden hatten darauf gewartet), war es ein zufriedenstellender Besuch.

Das beste MC Donalds in dem ich bis jetzt war, klasse eingerichtet, essen war so heiß das man sich die Finger verbrannt hat, von Bestellung bis zum Service am Tisch hat es 3 Minuten gedauert. Echt klasse

Ich kann diesen McDonald's guten Gewissens weiterempfelen. Das Essen wurde trotz Sonderwunsch schnell zubereitet und die Pommes waren schön heiß und knusprig. Das Personal ist stets nett und freundlich, wobei ich bei diesem Punkt besonders Frau Zvetanov hervorheben möchte, die stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht hat, mag es auch noch so voll sein und einem auch bei Fragen geduldig zur Seite steht.

Der Laden wirkt sehr sauber, keine lange Wartezeiten aber das Personal ist nicht gerade das freundlichste.

Normaler McD . Bestellung ging schnell und wurde trotz Sonderwunsch auch schnell zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Der neue big Mac hat mir zu viel Soße

Wir haben eine einfache Bestellung im mcDrive aufgegeben: ein happy meal und ein Kaffee. Leider fehlten die Saucen, das Spielzeug im happy meal war falsch und Kaffee wurde vergessen raus zu geben... . Essen war warm, die Qualität, wie es bei Fastfood von Mcdonals zu erwarten ist.

Insgesamt weder sauber noch freundlich. Es war wenig los, trotzdem lange Wartezeit und eine schmutzige Lobby. Die Herrentoilette unter aller Sau. Penetranter Gestank nach Urin und ein total versiffter Boden der so rutschig war das man fast nicht laufen oder vor dem Urinal stehen konnte. Die Erklärung könnte beim Personal zu finden sein. Die Dame war wortkarg und machte einen genervten Eindruck. Keine gute Erfahrung in dieser Filiale.

Update 8/23: Mc Drive gemacht: alles i.O. Nur der Bestell Monitor war defekt. ; Burger und Pommes Lauwarm, 9er Nuggets waren nur 8, wird auch gern mal etwas komplett vergessen. Imbiss halt....

Toll. Eismaschine war nicht kaputt - toll. Ansonsten ein ganz normale Fast Food Kette.. Was soll man noch groß sagen, es gibt mittelsaubere Toiletten, es geht mit kleineren Ausnahmen immer recht zügig sodass man nicht lange auf sein Essen warten muss. Alles ganz normal wie man es von der Fast Food Kette halt kennt.

Für den Kleinen Hunger zwischen durch ganz gut. Leider hält es nicht lange an,und man hat Appetit auf was deftiges.

Superschneller Service, warm zubereitet, freundliche Mitarbeiter... also wirklich 5 Sterne wert Was bisschen zu bemängeln ist sind die wenigen Parkplätze (am Wochenende)
