Burger King in Bad Oeynhausen

I visit this place every time we are in this city. The food is standard Burger King, a small coffee is €3, the service is a bit slow, the benches by the window are comfortable but need replacing, and there is often no soap in the toilets. Very good location, close to the street and next to two gas stations. Free parking.

Management act, rarely seen a worse sleazy place. Very bad! Uncomfortable, dirty, you're at a loss for words

Food quality and ordering process according to Burgerking standards. However, the interior design is really good. It's time for a renovation.

You can completely forget about the store. You can order via the app and still get no points because no one understands you. Just sad.

I would recommend this Burger King to do nothing. My expectations were that it would be quick like a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately I had to wait longer than in any 5 star restaurant. In total I waited 30 minutes for my burgerking menu worth €3.80. I consider this to be an inadequate achievement. When I got my food I realized that the burger was cold and soggy. Really no fun to eat. The toilets resemble a Russian Gulak and were terrible. In general my experience here was very negative and this fast food restaurant was not recommended.

To the owner: Stop pocketing all the money and invest more in your shop, new furniture, toilets (electronics) And what are the soft drink machines standing in the rum corner for? Take care of your shop!!

The woman at the service reacted very unfriendly when I asked her nicely for a large fork, as it is not possible to eat the chili French fries with the small wooden pick. She then told me dryly no and said the forks were only for the salads. To which I then said I couldn't do it and she was of the opinion to decide for me that I could do it.

Typical Burger King. Clean, the food is on time and usually warm, what more could you want from fast food.

Unfortunately, this Burger King branch is not a visual highlight, quite the opposite. The furniture is worn out and the toilets are dirty.

Disappointing staff, when ordering I simply entered Cola, when I asked to change it to Diet Coke I got a message: you have to say this beforehand. I've been stuck in the driveway for 20 minutes trying to place my order and I can't get out. How long will I wait for the order 🤷🏽‍♀️ I used to work at BK myself and we had the right timelines and that is absolutely no longer the case here. Impossible really! I really regret driving in here and now I can't get out.

Waiting 16 minutes for the order is definitely too long. There is a lack of staff. Cola was non-carbonated and not chilled.

Horrible condition, the drinks were not carbonated despite being freshly tapped, the burgers were almost cold, the tables were not cleaned, no napkins were filled and they were looking for straws! Not enough limited seating options! Toilet only for disabled people because you are not allowed to go upstairs!

Ordered burgers. At home I discovered that my Bacon King Burger had no cheese. There were only the two patties, a bit of bacon, mayo and ketchup. The cheese was absolutely wrong. Since she wasn't paying attention, she dropped it on the floor instead of putting it on the counter. Long freeze...calls the boss...who also tries to repair...it doesn't work. A wired cash machine is placed on the counter: dusty, dirty and non-functional. The cables are being fiddled with. “Don’t you have any cash?!?” the boss asks me. "No. Don't you have a working EC Cash device?!?" I ask back in the same tone. I look at the clock...7:27 p.m. "No problem...then let's leave it...!" "I'm sorry!" says the young woman. It was a miracle that I was even able to get to the store! The parking lot wasn't cleared at all. Good thing you couldn't drive faster than 20kmh! So it didn't matter when I hit an icy pile of snow while reversing. We headed home pissed and hungry. over 1 year old review: A single catastrophe.

Unfortunately, this Burgerking branch is no longer what it once was. In the drive you stand in line for far too long and it seems like there is a lack of good employees. But the positive thing is the food, which always tastes great.

Disappointing experience at Burger King in Bad Oeynhausen Unfortunately my visit to the Burger King in Bad Oeynhausen was very disappointing. The restaurant appears to be getting old, many of the seats are broken or badly worn. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm, which greatly affected the enjoyment. Particularly disappointing: It was Friday, 2 p.m., and several drinks were no longer available. I had the Macaroni & Cheese Lover Beef Burger for 7.99 euros - not a bargain in terms of price, but unfortunately the burger wasn't fresh either and was only lukewarm. The “King of the Month” Memphis BBQ King was also inedible. There were also no extra napkins as none were available. Overall it was a disappointing experience. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. Shame about the money.

Unfortunately we were NOT served because there was only 1 person there and had more to do with the self-service counter.... Never again, I praise the MCD...

Very dark inside and the upper floor is closed, when you go to the toilet you feel like a disabled person because you have to poop in the disabled toilet

On September 8th, after 45 minutes, I went to the counter and asked why my number was kept being pushed back. Observers had told me that the law firm was preferred by the reflection department. After I spoke to the MA, I got another stupid answer that could be me Yes, complain to the boss... that's all over for me now... The fries were simply dumped into the big bag... That's a no-go, I've never experienced anything like that

Well, where should I start... the 45 minute waiting times after the food has already been paid for at the terminal. The fact that our order wasn't completely on the tablet or the fact that the room to the right of the entrance absolutely smelled of feces. This room had an “Employees Only” sign. As we were waiting for our food, a member of staff entered this room and left the door open. A smell came out that definitely didn't whet your appetite. I'll never enter this place again

I waited exactly 36 minutes for 2 burgers, that alone is outrageous enough and that wasn't all, the cleanliness is very, very poor, spiders/webs everywhere, parts of napkins from advertisements are on the floor and the windows are very dirty . I don't want to know what's going on in the kitchen area. Above all, how can leftover beef patty get on the crispy chicken? My guess would be the chef used the same tongs?! Employees don't feel like working, it's probably because of the money, which I can understand. Nevertheless, that's not possible, people leave their money to finance you. A Burger King that the health department should pay a visit to!

First slow-food restaurant in Germany. Waited forever for my order while watching a young man have to go to the checkout 3 times to get his correct order. Employees are pretty unfriendly. First you get complained that you should pick up your number. The number isn't even listed on the board as finished. When I asked three times which products belonged to my order (they were randomly placed on the counter). Came an annoyed tone (it's obvious) back. Never again!!

Welcome to the land of the dwarves. More on why this title later. Unfortunately the shop is really dirty and the staff is forced to do the job. A coupon didn't work, the employee then looked at each other again and the support came from I don't know. And he went away. Ordering felt like it took 30 minutes even though there were only 4 guests in the store. Burger hot, drink lukewarm. Why you are here in the land of the dwarves. There probably used to be armchairs here that were broken so you just put chairs on the same table. But they don't fit in height. And therefore nice food is not possible. You can hardly get under the table with your legs. So if you're hungry you should avoid it here. Unfortunately, this Burger King is not recommended at all.

I don't expect anything from a fast food restaurant. But the friendliness is written all over their faces, absolutely disgusting! Work motivation was also forgotten at home. Waiting 30 minutes for a small burger and fries is a shame! While the staff behind it comfortably processes everything. Burger Ring should be closed. Nothing left in terms of taste and the rest falls by the wayside!

Burger King was not very clean. We wanted to sit outside with our 2 year old, because there is play equipment available. This was not possible because there were several people with very large dogs. The tables inside are very low, making it difficult to sit. I didn't find it a very pleasant experience here. There are many Tesla charging stations in front of the door. And a large shopping center, you better get something to eat there.

Bottomless. Doesn't even deserve a star. Picked up food half an hour ago for €27. Hotwings and a few small burgers + fries. The hotwings had to be freshly finished with a 10 minute wait (not an issue), but obviously the rest of the food had already been packed into the bag. At home fries are cold and sticky and so are burgers. Not possible!!!!, and then paid €27. Especially since the lady obviously didn't feel like working on the late shift. Absolutely not recommended!

Instead of plant based, I sometimes got normal nuggets. The plant based nuggets were apparently very old and had a leathery consistency. A strong, migrant woman shouted and laughed in an unintelligible language throughout the store instead of taking care of the customers. Besides, it was extremely dirty there. Anything but beautiful. This needs to be cleaned up and replaced.

Citizens menu was good. The disadvantage is that Coca-Cola often tastes stale without carbonation 🤮. Restaurant clean and tidy. I also found it particularly good when another guest couldn't order from the machine that he was allowed to place his order at the counter even though it was full👍!

Drove past here after gas station and enjoyed the convenience of the fast food joint on the expressway 😋 The service is top, just like in the other Burger Kings👌 From the upper floor there is a great view of the parking lot with a large shopping center 🏬 I am very satisfied with the fast restaurant 🙌☺️

I was just in this branch with our 3 year old son. He really wanted to eat a kids menu and then slide afterwards. Even when ordering at the counter, the employees seemed demotivated and in a bad mood. It was not possible to pay with card at the counter and coupons supposedly could not be read there either. Even though it wasn't busy, we got a cheeseburger with meat for a completely vegetarian order. Instead of apologizing, the employees argued - while waiting for the missing cheeseburger the rest of the order would go cold - not a word of apology from the employees. Outside, the fenced-in seating area with a slide was totally dirty and the gate to the busy parking lot was wide open and couldn't be closed. That was probably the reason why various teenagers sat hooting in the tube slide with drinks and cigarettes, who of course were not guests of the branch... It's a shame, this will definitely be our only visit to this branch.

McDonald's not your thing? Then quickly head to Burger King! Not just because it tastes better And creates a bit of a diner feeling. There's no BigMac nonsense here: All whopper, or what? And what you probably only know as a man: When Jalapeño Burns Twice! And the moral of the story': Don't always look at the weight! You're welcome to rush over to dinner, To Burger King in Bad Oeynhausen!

It has always been the case here that you should definitely check whether the orders are complete. Today the cheeseburgers were missing cheese, so that's really a new level.

Incompetent staff that is also understaffed. Can't even begin to organize themselves efficiently, which is a shame.
