One star is still too generous for our visit on Monday evening at 9:30 pm... The tables were absolutely sticky and filthy, and the garbage trucks were overflowing. And all this at those exorbitant prices...

The lady at the drive-thru is a lovely person, always friendly, kind, and in a good mood. You can tell she's been doing her job with love for many years. I always enjoy coming back to her!

I went to Burger King today and I'm really impressed! The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The burger, in particular, was juicy and had a fantastic flavor. Kudos to the chef – you can tell he really knows his craft! The staff was also very friendly and attentive. They served me with a smile and made me feel welcome. The service was quick and professional. Overall, a truly great experience – I'll definitely be back!

Overwhelmed and stressed employees. The food is prepared very slowly. With four customers, the wait time is about 25 minutes. Employees yell at each other. Service seems to be a foreign concept here.

Burger King, are you kidding us? We waited 40 minutes for the food, and our order was incomplete. The tables weren't wiped down once. Paid €35 ​​for two adults and a child. A burger meal for over €13 with a tiny burger? Really? Bottom line: Went home hungry. Never again Burger King! Boycott this chain until the burgers are reasonable sizes again!

I can't really say what went wrong, but having to wait 20 minutes for your standard meal (I don't mean extras or options) in a nearly empty Burger King isn't exactly great. The two employees responsible for packing preferred to stand around and talk and pack one burger at a time.

Caution, there is a risk to life! The staff provided false information about allergens and preparation. A simple question, "Are ONLY the fries made in the French fryer?", was answered with a yes. What may seem unimportant to the uninformed is vital to me. I have celiac disease, which is why I cannot eat gluten under any circumstances. I never usually write bad reviews but this time I've had enough! I was at the drive-thru today and wanted to order something using the app. I was supposed to drive up. Then I waited in line for 15 minutes without having ordered any food! When I showed the employee the app with the QR code, which all the employees before me had always scanned, he told me my order was wrong and that I would then have to pay. I said that he would have to scan the QR code so he could see my order. It's that simple. He didn't say anything, turned around and didn't come back to the window for 10 minutes. The whole time he was talking to the other employees or standing around. I can understand that you're pressed for time but there were hardly any customers in the store! So I waited 30 minutes for no reason and then drove away because the employee didn't come back to the window. All of them were incompetent. What a shame! Although I like the vegetarian dishes.

Not really. You wait forever for your food (it's a fast-food restaurant!), then get lukewarm fries, which you eat at a dirty table. The service is rather disinterested. There's no need to talk about the cleanliness of the restrooms, the availability of soap, etc. The staff probably thinks so too. After the renovation, things have improved considerably at Burger King Bad Oeynhausen. Even the Coca-Cola tasted good again. The burger menu was tidy and good. The dining area has been redesigned to be bright and friendly. The restrooms are clean and tidy. I particularly liked the way the burgers and Coke were printed so that you knew what you were getting. This also ensures guest satisfaction.

I ordered an iced coffee and only got ice cubes. And the wait time was 45 minutes for an iced coffee, never again.

The food tastes bad, it just gives you a stomach ache! The people working at the McDrive can't even open their mouths to speak properly. You can't even understand half of what they're saying, and you have to spell every word out so they can understand it. And as if that wasn't enough, I just paid €70 and half the food was missing... definitely the first and last time we eat there!!!

We like using the drive-thru here and always receive very friendly service, especially from Ms. Gruber. The order is accurate and the food is good, especially since they also offer some vegetarian options. We highly recommend it.

For years, I've been served by the same great employee at Burger King (G.), and I'm always happy when I see her. She's incredibly personable, friendly, and always has a smile on her face. What sets her apart is her commitment. She always puts in a lot of effort, working quickly yet with great care. I would also like to commend the entire team; everyone is friendly, attentive, and helpful. No matter how busy it is, you're always treated with respect and a smile. Even in stressful moments, she remains calm, polite, and helpful. You rarely see so much heart and dedication in the restaurant industry these days! So far, the service at BK has been truly underwhelming. But I wanted to give the location another chance today (June 16, 2025), as part of the much-heralded reopening. At 3:30 p.m., you're greeted in front of the building by an unfriendly employee without a greeting and with the words: "We're not open yet." When asked if they had misread the posters, all they said was: "Tonight is June 16th, too." Thanks. Never again.

The little tortilla beef thing costs up to €9 individually without a menu. that's an impudence. So-called tortilla bread tastes like cheap dürum or just a wrap. €13 menus (+surcharge if you want a large one), no more (double/single) steakhouses. Better to go to a Bürgerrestaurant (not at Glückspilz, they'll rip you off too) and get a decent menu with the best meat and really large portions for €16.

We waited far too long for small orders even though there was enough staff. There was also hardly anything going on. The work was far too slow for a FAST food restaurant. Some of the food was already cold again.

The three of us were there on a Friday afternoon. The store was almost completely empty at the time we arrived and our 3 orders were next according to the board. The first order, a simple veggie burger with fries, took over 5 minutes. The other two were allowed to wait even longer and watch the numbers turn red because the order took so long. Even the employees already say that it has been over 10 minutes... For simple orders with burgers and nuggets. The kitchen had been ready for my burger for so long that they had to check again which of the many burgers put out was mine. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't even warm anymore. The employees were also all very unfriendly and demotivated. If it had been full or had few staff I would have understood, but it was empty and there were enough staff. The tables were all dirty too.

Last time 2 fries were missing. Sometimes it can happen. But this time was definitely the last time. We had 1 fuze tea & a Fanta in the menu and both look and taste pretty disgusting and look like expired, non-carbonated broth. We also had 2 hot brownies with ice cream. The ice cream machine is broken so we couldn't get the ice cream without warning and that's only half the portion. And given the prices these days, that's unfortunately a disgrace. But the employee also looked like he had better things to do. To the employee come tomorrow cinema parking lot 1:1!!! But without kicking ;)

I was hungry for BBQ again today after a long wait. We were here around 4 p.m. It was barely busy, but the burgers were just slapped together. The fries tasted of old grease and were quite flaky. The only things that were somewhat edible were the Coke and the cheese sauce. The restrooms were really dirty. Of the four urinals, three were flooded, and the fourth was dirty, and there were also several hairs. I'm really glad I'm just passing through; I won't be seeing this place again.

Out of 5 people, not one spoke German fluently. The fact that my food was cold is logical considering the time you spend in the drive-thru. The store is the last thing, treats customers like dirt and doesn't understand what you want. To me, it looks like a vacation for the employees where they can play system astronomer. They don't know anything and don't even understand you.

The food is standard Burger King, a small coffee is €3, the service is a bit slow, the benches by the window are comfortable but need replacing, and there is often no soap in the toilets. I would recommend this Burger King to do nothing. My expectations were that it would be quick like a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately I had to wait longer than in any 5 star restaurant. In total I waited 30 minutes for my burgerking menu worth €3.80. I consider this to be an inadequate achievement. When I got my food I realized that the burger was cold and soggy. Really no fun to eat. The toilets resemble a Russian Gulak and were terrible. In general my experience here was very negative and this fast food restaurant was not recommended.

The woman at the service reacted very unfriendly when I asked her nicely for a large fork, as it is not possible to eat the chili French fries with the small wooden pick. She then told me dryly no and said the forks were only for the salads. To which I then said I couldn't do it and she was of the opinion to decide for me that I could do it.

Typical Burger King. Clean, the food is on time and usually warm, what more could you want from fast food.
