The food was really okay for me as a vegan, the vegan burgers are good to eat and they taste really great even cold. The only problem I had was the dirty toilets and the broken seating in the lower area.

Chaotic restaurant. Dirty. Loud. Zero service. Warm ‘cold drinks’ and soggy burgers. Never again

A pure disaster. Everything is very old and broken. Drinks machine defective. Cash register defective (card payment only). Inventory broken. Everything dirty. Staff very unfriendly & very very slow. The shop is more like slow food.

You go to Burger King for a quick bite, but you have to wait 40 minutes for it. It's just not fun, eating there was not recommended, dirty tables and chairs everywhere, ew, what mess makers there are everywhere. Just gross... no more Burger King. Blehhhh and Pffffffttttt.😬😬😬

Burger King was not very clean. We wanted to sit outside with our 2 year old, because there is play equipment available. This was not possible because there were several people with very large dogs. The tables inside are very low, making it difficult to sit. I didn't find it a very pleasant experience here. There are many Tesla charging stations in front of the door. And a large shopping center, you better get something to eat there.

Bottomless. Doesn't even deserve a star. Picked up food half an hour ago for €27. Hotwings and a few small burgers + fries. The hotwings had to be freshly finished with a 10 minute wait (not an issue), but obviously the rest of the food had already been packed into the bag. At home fries are cold and sticky and so are burgers. Not possible!!!!, and then paid €27. Especially since the lady obviously didn't feel like working on the late shift. Absolutely not recommended!

I had to wait 20 minutes for a burger. Unfortunately, this location is mercilessly overwhelmed and some of the employees are very unfriendly.

Instead of plant based, I sometimes got normal nuggets. The plant based nuggets were apparently very old and had a leathery consistency. A strong, migrant woman shouted and laughed in an unintelligible language throughout the store instead of taking care of the customers. Besides, it was extremely dirty there. Anything but beautiful. This needs to be cleaned up and replaced.

The entire floor is full of spilled drinks so that the shoes stick. By far the most disgusting BK I've ever been to

Citizens menu was good. The disadvantage is that Coca-Cola often tastes stale without carbonation 🤮. Restaurant clean and tidy. I also found it particularly good when another guest couldn't order from the machine that he was allowed to place his order at the counter even though it was full👍!

Staff was working hard but to wait over 1/2 hour for the FAST food? Too little staff. That’s unacceptable. Stop taking orders if you can’t make it.

The slide is not reasonable at all. Totally dirty, rotten food leftovers found in the slide.

I was just in this branch with our 3 year old son. He really wanted to eat a kids menu and then slide afterwards. Even when ordering at the counter, the employees seemed demotivated and in a bad mood. It was not possible to pay with card at the counter and coupons supposedly could not be read there either. Even though it wasn't busy, we got a cheeseburger with meat for a completely vegetarian order. Instead of apologizing, the employees argued - while waiting for the missing cheeseburger the rest of the order would go cold - not a word of apology from the employees. Outside, the fenced-in seating area with a slide was totally dirty and the gate to the busy parking lot was wide open and couldn't be closed. That was probably the reason why various teenagers sat hooting in the tube slide with drinks and cigarettes, who of course were not guests of the branch... It's a shame, this will definitely be our only visit to this branch.

Drove past here after gas station and enjoyed the convenience of the fast food joint on the expressway 😋 The service is top, just like in the other Burger Kings👌 From the upper floor there is a great view of the parking lot with a large shopping center 🏬 I am very satisfied with the fast restaurant 🙌☺️

It has always been the case here that you should definitely check whether the orders are complete. Today the cheeseburgers were missing cheese, so that's really a new level.

Incompetent staff that is also understaffed. Can't even begin to organize themselves efficiently, which is a shame.

The drinks are non-carbonated. The machine seems broken, but the operator doesn't care one bit. It just doesn't work. Unlucky. So I will never stop here again.

I have never waited so long for my food at a Burger King fast food restaurant. It took over 30 minutes to pay in cash. I definitely won't come back!

Admittedly, it was full, it was a flea market at Werrepark. The employees were apparently overwhelmed and poorly organized. Our order was pushed back countless times and some of the food was cold. Last visit from me. A cappuccino, a salad and 2x mayonnaise were also missing.

It was well attended, so the wait was a little longer than usual. The only thing that annoyed me is the new pricing policy. The Crispy Chicken €5.99 has become smaller and is just as expensive as a Wopper €6.29. And yes to all the currants, it's 30 cents cheaper. Nevertheless, the overall price-performance ratio no longer fits. Sad and unfortunate.

I would say there are too few employees. Totally overwhelmed with the number of customers. You can also taste it when you eat it, the double Whopper was very dry. Ambiance looks very worn out!!! Worth improving. But the owner should know that given the many bad reviews.

It takes forever and two years to make a few burgers every time. Even if you're the only one standing there. The employees prefer to chat instead of taking care of the customers. If you want friendly service, you should go to another restaurant.

Unfortunately, that wasn't all that exciting. After I was able to place my order at the drive-in quite quickly, I found myself in a traffic jam when I rounded the bend and the misery began. I don't know what we were waiting for. Occasionally you would see the head of an employee in the delivery window, but apparently only to order the next drive. After 10 minutes, the first car in line was allowed to pay and get their drinks. Another 5 minutes passed and he received the bag with his order. So we moved up a position. The car in front of me paid and was sent to the alternate lane to wait (why didn't that work with the first car?) I also paid, received my drink and was told to go to the waiting lane. Since this was occupied by the other person waiting, I involuntarily had to block the passage. When the food finally came after 15 more minutes, it was, of course, only lukewarm. I then parked and made it clear to the employee in the restaurant that after waiting for over 30 minutes, I would not be driving home with a lukewarm meal. After a second explanation as to why I wouldn't take the food with me, that worked and saved me from a worse rating. After the Wallraff report and the forced closure, I thought I'd give it another chance, but for me it's a waste, I'm sorry.

We waited 30 minutes for the order to be okay, it was big but when we got it it was cold. Several things like salad, fries and mayo weren't there at all. The employee was very unfriendly. I ordered Cola Zero but it was still normal Cola. I'm really angry 😠 But argue with employees who don't understand what they need, I find it strange. But still people cook better at home than the restaurant 🤦‍♂️

There were napkins only at the checkout, there weren’t any on the second floor, and they weren’t included in the kit.

Hm... ja.... Als wichtigstes vorweg, es kam alles so wie bestellt, warm und frisch aufs tablet. Nix aus der auslage. Beim bestellen hatten wir dann probleme mit den QR-codes und dem internet(dieses evtl bautechnisch oder anbieter). Trotz das zu dem zeitpunkt gerade gewischt wurde, klebte ich bei jedem schritt irgendwie auf dem fußboden. Der platz (tisch und bänke) waren sauber. Die sitzbezüge haben es jedoch mehr als hintersich. Die örtlichkeiten waren auch nicht ganz so der hit.

Essen kam viel zu spät und war kalt, Mitarbeiter unfreundlich bei Kritik am kalten Essen.

Burger waren nicht richtig heiß und die Pommes auch nicht so dolle. Den burger king in porta kann man empfehlen.

Premiere. Mein erster BK der alles verkackt hat. Cola wässrig und ohne Kohlensäure. Pommes fest und trocken und als Highlight gabs kalte Burger.

Schade das die Getränke Automaten seid 3-4 Jahren defekt sind :(
