Die Möglichkeit, spontan und schnell mal eben im Vorbeigehen einen Cheeseburger zu bekommen, ist auf Grund der Bestellreihenfolge nicht mehr möglich. So musste ich geduldig warten, bis sämtliche Vorgängertabletts gefüllt waren.

Der Service war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Das Personal war unfreundlich und hat die Gäste sogar angeschrien. Wir mussten rund 20 Minuten warten, bevor wir überhaupt bestellen konnten. Das Essen war geschmacklich ebenfalls enttäuschend. So ein Service ist wirklich nicht akzeptabel.

keine Hunde im Innenraum erlaubt, essen dauerte 20 min und wurde am Ende vergessen. erst die Nachbestellung kam dann auch noch falsch zum Tisch.

Besuche ja öfters Burgerking und co aber hier hatte ich wirklich spass, nette bedienung, gutes ambiente, sauber und nicht so lange wartezeiten. Positive Vibes gibts hier und ein Chilli Cheese Buger dazu :D.

War Samstagsnachmittag dort. Personal sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es keinen Freestyle Automaten mehr. Die Kombinationen waren wirklich erfrischend. Jetzt gibt es hier wieder nur Cola, Fanta, Sprite etc. schade.

30 min für 3 Burger kein Lieferdienst braucht so lange

Lange Wartezeit und überforderte Mitarbeiter. Dive inn funktioniert nicht da kommt einfach keiner und wenn man verfährt wird man abgewiesen. Essen ist gut

Essen hat konstante Qualität, Fehler sind bei sehr vielen Bestellungen bislang noch nie passiert. Zuverlässige Bedienung im Drive-through ist gut, freundlich und zuverlässig. Essensausgabe ist fast immer schnell.

Mitarbeiter waren jedes Mal wenn ich da war ganz nett (was man bei FastFood-Ketten gefühlt selten sieht), die Filiale war jedes Mal soweit sauber und beim Essen gab's auch nie etwas zu bemängeln. PLUSPUNKT: jedes Mal, wenn ich dort war und mir ein Eis gewünscht habe, wurde ich nicht mit einem deprimierenden "Eismaschine ist außer Betrieb" abgefrühstückt - Nein, ich habe tatsächlich ein Eis bekommen, was sich positiv auf mein Bild von dieser Filiale auswirkt.

Carmen war sehr freundlich bester Service jemals bei einer Fastfoodkette. Burger sah aus wie in der Werbung

Ich gehe schon seit längerer Zeit regelmäßig zu Burger King Bensheim essen und war bisher eigentlich immer zufrieden. Das Essen war bisher immer frisch, die Wartezeiten meistens okay und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Besonders praktisch ist auch die gute Lage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Was mir allerdings auffällt: Das Personal scheint dort ständig zu wechseln, was etwas seltsam wirkt. Trotzdem hatte ich bisher keine schlechten Erfahrungen und komme weiterhin gerne vorbei.

🍟 Die Pommes sind knusprig, haben wenig Fett, wenn man sie auf einer Serviette ausschütten. Perfekt !! Der Whopper ist saftig, schön Zwiebeln, genau so wie er sein soll. Der Außenbeleuchtung ist sauber und ansprechend. TIPPITOPPI, DANK DAFÜR 🥰🤗😍

Unter ein Stern geht leider nicht aber ich warte auf meinen Bürger lenger als 2 Stunden kann ich nicht empfehlen außer du machst dir den Bürger selber oder gehst da schlafen

Haben 50 min gewartet und mussten dann zum Bus. Hatten einen Burger bestellt und die waren zu langsam den zu machen

Wir waren heute im Drive-in und der Servicemitarbeiter hat sowohl mich als auch meinen Sohn „abgeholt“. Super freundlich, wir haben alles verstanden und ja - ich weiß, dass Batmen ich dazu passt :)

Der Darmstadt Standort ist super Sauber und wird ständig gepflegt. Darüber hinaus ist das Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich 😊

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal! Sauber ist es sowieso und das Ambiente ist recht gemütlich, wie in einer Systemgastronomie üblich recht funktional.

You could go there once a month.

Half the order was missing, and the fries were small instead of medium... a common occurrence at that place. Checking the order wasn't possible until I got home because everything, including the fries, was mixed up. It's already a disgrace to eat at Burger King, but when the overpriced slop isn't even complete, I could puke.

The burgers weren't even lukewarm, the cheese wasn't melted at all, and the staff were unfriendly.

I was there around 11 am today, the food arrived quickly and the burgers were delicious. I even had a brief chat with the head chef :) I was very satisfied with everything.

Next time, it would be faster if I drove straight to the Odenwald forest, hunted a chicken, and made my own chicken nuggets, rather than waiting here for this disorganized, system-less Burger King. You could really make so much money here, being the only Burger King in Darmstadt. But when it takes so incredibly long and they don't even give you receipts to check the order... well, you could make a lot more profit with very little effort.

The surroundings are really great – modern and very pleasant. The staff is also friendly and helpful. But if you're in a hurry, I'd recommend ordering first, then quickly popping over to the supermarket and grabbing a sandwich – because the wait is really long. Even when it's not busy, you can easily wait 20 minutes.

Today was my first time there. The employee with glasses and an Indian accent was rude and disrespectful. Instead of giving me the change, she threw it on the counter without me noticing. Only my companion saw it and took the money. Never again! Disrespectful and arrogant.

Drive-thru, employee who barely speaks German. I managed to place my order with great difficulty. "Drive up." I drove up and saw another employee behind the drive-thru window unwrapping lettuce, repeatedly dipping his hands into the fresh leaves at least three or four times, putting them in his mouth, and then sipping them again with obvious relish. Like he was at home in front of the TV. Had he even washed his hands properly? I pointed this out to the first employee, but now his language skills were completely lacking, and he just stared at me... claiming he didn't understand a thing. This is unacceptable!

The food is like any other Burger King in the world, but the service is incredibly slow. Is this still fast food? I don't think so. While the staff are friendly, they're completely overwhelmed during peak hours and apparently poorly trained. But even when it's quiet, the service takes an unreasonably long time, and then they don't even credit your points. Ridiculous.

I came from Belgium and I went here because I was hungry and I talked to someone who supposedly spoke French but no matter how much I explained myself they did not help me and because I do not know German they said racism and that they will not give you food and the CHIEF or MANAGER of that place treated us very badly and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If your time means anything to you, you shouldn't go in. Cold food and very unfriendly staff

I'm very disappointed with my visit. We waited over an hour for our food. Guests who arrived after us received their burgers before us. When we asked about it, we were simply told that the burgers "just take a long time." This shouldn't happen in a fast-food restaurant. Unfortunately, the organization and service were disastrous.

A generally decent Burger King with a drive-through, but there are a few irritating points. For a long time, there were vending machines where you could refill your drinks as often as you wanted. These have now been removed, which is a shame! Another issue is that there are no ordering machines. The lines are often very long, which is also very annoying.

There are no vending machines for ordering, nor a menu board showing what's available at what price. Various (special) menu suggestions flash rapidly across the screens, and only a small selection is presented at the door. If you keep secret what you're offering for which price, you shouldn't be surprised if customers leave without eating. In any case, I didn't order anything there and got my fill elsewhere.

Update from July 13, 2025, 5:45 p.m. A Talahon girl wearing a head covering and nose tape was preventing the boys from working, which significantly delayed the ordering process. She told them, quote, "Chill your balls." I didn't know this Burger King had become a Kranichstein youth center. The restaurant is not clean; fries and burger leftovers were lying on the floor, and it remained that way during my approximately 30-minute stay. Things were somewhat better until 4-5 months ago, but for the last 2 months have been very bad again. At this point, new management should be considered.

I was here for the first time today. There were only 10 customers at 12:00 on a Thursday, but four of them still had to wait 20 minutes before they could even order (only after the first six orders were ready). There were no self-ordering machines, and mobile ordering wasn't possible either. I didn't find that all that exciting.

Ordered two bacon kings... My wife and I were starving. We got two tiny burgers without bacon instead.

1/4 of 21st century has already passed and they still don’t have an automat. The students working in minimum salaries and has to work as cashier and Pommes Spender at the same time. Waiting time for King’s Selection menu is four times longer than the cheaper standard burgers and the standard burgers take more than 5 mins to be ready. And they decided to move the drink dispenser inside their counter to prevent the customer getting refuel, further increasing their employees work load! Thanks to the poor and stupid managing, the lines here is always to the front door if it’s dinner time. And the staff still encourage you to order your sweets after the meal? Absolutely No Service here. The manager should be changed.
