Good Burger King, unfortunately the staff is a bit overwhelmed when more people are queuing and ordering.

We've had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Poppe twice in the last few days. It's a late shift, after 9 p.m., and he's in such an incredibly good mood. We were really happy to have him there the second time. He's got his cash register and everything under control :) The nicest fast-food chain employee I've ever met.

Everything was great, but the ordering terminals are missing, and the vending machines are no longer there. It's a real shame. The vending machine was iconic and, for me, the main reason for my visit.

Had to wait far too long. Fries were too salty.

I know good branches, unfortunately this is one of the worst because the employees are unmotivated and close the store early before closing time

Food is at standard Burger King level. The service, on the other hand, is relatively bad, the young lady at the checkout doesn't ask which drink I want, doesn't ask if I'm eating here or to-go, generally very uncommunicative, which is difficult for a service person. It was pretty poor, but at least the manager was there quickly and kept an eye on it. Overall, an acceptable Burger King branch, it's a shame they don't deliver via Uber eats/similar 6.5/10 would visit again

Unfortunately, there are no longer any drinks machines or ordering terminals, which sometimes results in very long waiting times. Otherwise a very good quality Burger King.

Work was done in peace and I stood in front of the checkout for 10 minutes, during which time at least 5 drive in orders came in. Totally understaffed at such a rush hour (Saturday lunchtime 1:30 p.m.)

Stand in a so long queue for at least 15min, but they obviously only take orders from cars, slowest fast food restaurant

Far too full, too few staff and the people are all overwhelmed, just like big corporations. I can't recommend it more!

Hello, we came from 50km away to eat this avoidable tasty meal. After you had to order at the counter like in the 90s, a slightly unmotivated employee greeted us to take the order. After the typical fast food waiting time of 15 minutes and the insight into the slightly overwhelmed kitchen and its crew, we then accepted the tasty, delicious meal. To my surprise, it was warm and delicious. Unfortunately, the atmosphere doesn't invite you to linger for a long time and the audience on site was a little different but friendly. The toilets sounded pleasantly like the sound of a mountain spring and the soap and the hot air dryer were functional. Afterwards we went back home.

We had a good experience in this branch. Thanks to Tobiasz and employees for the fast and good service at the drive-in.

There's no reason to go without the brilliant drinks machine. From the customer's perspective, it was a blatantly wrong decision to dismantle it.

I was eating there at around 10 p.m. and had two crispy chicken with chili chess fries. It was ok, but after half an hour I had such a bad stomach ache and a pulling sensation in my stomach

I got severe food poisoning after eating at Burger King. Just a few hours after the visit, I developed severe abdominal pain that lasted for three days. It got so bad that I had to go to the hospital. Food poisoning was diagnosed there. Something like this simply shouldn't happen! I will definitely never eat there again and unfortunately I cannot recommend this location at all.

Star award follows fast food level! If you want a quick burger and also like veggies, BK is the right place for you. Plus the Baklava Vanilla Shake currently included in the range - a must have :-) But what sets this branch apart from others is the cleanliness and, above all, the very friendly, German-speaking and attentive staff. Other franchisees can learn a lesson from this. The only small note: the entrance is unfortunately very easy to miss and if you miss it (and don't go against the traffic regulations) you have to take a 7-minute detour...

Experience report: Burger King Darmstadt Unfortunately, my visit to Burger King in Darmstadt was anything but satisfactory. As soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed the unfriendly atmosphere. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated - an impression that was confirmed as my visit progressed. Although there were only a few customers present and I was standing directly at the checkout, it took around four minutes before I was even spoken to. Such slow and indifferent service is difficult to understand - especially at low volumes. I am aware that working conditions are not always easy. Nevertheless, I expect a minimum level of friendliness and professionalism in customer contact. My mother worked in cleaning for years - often under harsher conditions - and yet was always friendly. So it works. Regarding the quality of the food: Everything seems careless, freshness is a non-existent thing here. Combined with the poor service, I question why I should bother with this at all. Conclusion: Burger King in Darmstadt disappoints across the board - both in terms of service and quality. Not a recommendation for me personally. I'd rather avoid it altogether.

Unfortunately, the staff here are not friendly and especially don't have the brightest candles on the chandelier.

With more than 45 minutes between the time I arrived and the time I got my order, this branch of Burger King has really taken Fast Food literally. The food was good at least. But maybe having those ordering screens like in Mcdo would help.

One of the worst BKs I've been to so far. Service is damn slow and doesn't deserve the term dast food. And have we ended up back in the 90s when you still had to pay for each drink individually?

The experience was excellent only because of this one employee. She took time to explain everything we needed plus adviced us on what specialties they offer that day. My family and myself appriciated the service very much and wish this type of personal for every company. Najet was her name. I wish her all the best in every endeavour.

We were served today by a very nice employee who went through everything carefully with us and so the order was absolutely correct and complete!! Thank you :)

Unfortunately, 1 hour before work, I was only offered take-away food. Statement "We're closing soon.". OK.

Just bad, no more drinks machines

Waiting times were too long, the checkout area was unoccupied for several minutes. No explanation why it takes so long. Food lukewarm, drinks warmed from waiting. Nuggets without sauce. Regretted going in.

It's just a fast food restaurant. The menu was good, the fries were crispy and top. Everything in the restaurant was very clean and tidy. The only thing is that the order took a little long.

Unfortunately, after ordering, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food and then the onion rings were NOT packed... but I paid for them... because I overlooked them despite a quick check in the bag... it was also overflowing with napkins... the prices are also very "juicy" now, which makes the decision not to go there easier. Everything tasted ok.

Why should a burger not be healthy. It is just meat and Brot. Or?

Unfortunately the slowest fast restaurant ever. Been waiting for 20 minutes and there were still four customers in front of me. That doesn't work at all!!!!

I ordered something from the drive. Didn't wait too long. But when I got my order I said there was no cola. I was then told that I had charged the menu. Ummm...when I ordered I said a Coke and a water. Was even asked in the bottle I then no cup. When I paid I was told the water was broken. Ummm..Ok why wasn't I told this when I ordered? So if you put someone there to take orders, they should do the right thing and not tell me a story. I felt like I was being ripped off and then 3.99€ plus 0.25 deposit for water! This is absolutely an outrage. If I wasn't so tired I would have gone back and said I wanted my money back because of the water. Don't know what's going on there but the service and employees were better. Has slowed down a lot.

It's fast food, what can you say. It's as good as it should be

I find the selection to be wide-ranging and most of what I received in front of me still tasted great. I can only recommend this restaurant! The inn is super easy to reach! The convenient transport connections make a joyride there possible. Prompt and friendly service. I think that the entire restaurant staff did a good job.

I placed an order for the car. I asked several times during the payment process and while the food was being served whether the bill was included. It was confirmed to me again and again, but in the end, of course, she wasn't in the bag. I was charged way too much, unfortunately I can't even look it up on the bill. Instead of large fries, only medium fries were put in. A joke for the money.

Really nice team here. I got a different burger than I expected. Maybe it was my mistake too? But the nice waitress immediately offered to remake the burger. Delicious and fresh. That was nicer than expected. I would love to come back here.

It was really busy when we arrived but our order got taken quickly. We decided to sit down in a booth because we saw that a lot of other people orders before us and we could see the counter from our table. But one of the nice employees that also took our order, remembered us and brought the food to our table, which was very nice. As I saw that one burger was missing he apologized and that it would take a little bit longer (Maybe because it was a plant based one). Nonetheless after a while he even brought that burger to our table. So very nice and thoughtful customer service! Thank you!

Apparently the staff is changed too quickly. Which unfortunately results in a smooth and quick process. And of course, as with the Yellow M, one or two things are often forgotten in the order. And now the illuminated one is Burgerking Sign at the entrance broken. As a result, someone who does NOT know the entrance sometimes drives past at night. Loss of sales. What can be described as “normal” is that the majority of Burgerking signs are faded. No matter which branch.

The combination of missing ordering terminals and incompetent, listless employees is catastrophic. I stood in the restaurant for over 20 minutes just to order a menu. Then the burger took another almost 15 minutes to complete. No structure, no train behind it... Does the person in charge notice this?

The only thing that is brilliant is the variety of different drinks on the two machines. which is very sad, almost all the tables were dirty and sticky, just like the floor, the service staff was friendly

Being rudely shown to the door at 11:30 p.m. on the grounds that it was closed, but according to the sign on the door it is open until 2 a.m. What can you say about that.........

The rating should of course be viewed in comparison to other fast food restaurants. Dwr service is poor as waiting times are quite long. 2 cash registers and they obviously have to have completely served a customer first, i.e. put all the food on the tray, before taking the next customer's order. Unfortunately, there are no terminals to place your order, as I know from other branches. There is a need for improvement.

Very bad service. Waited more than 20 minutes for the order. I had an order for €50, an employee prepared the tray for us and another employee took the burger as well as the fries from our tray a few times and gave it to another guest who had ordered it for me. Even the employee wondered what that was all about and pointed out that we had been waiting for a while. Not a good team. At least one employee took care of it after I pointed it out to her and spoke to the kitchen so that I got my citizens etc. directly before the other employee could take them out of my prepared tray.

I've been standing here for 10 minutes waiting for food with 10 other people. If I don't have any people, I can just open the drive. Fast food works differently.

No card payment, no coupon? Order only in the restaurant. I've never experienced anything like that at Burger King.

I would give zero, it's the second time I had to wait over 20 minutes on the second visit outside of eating times and during the rushed visit I got 2 big kings that were colder than the outside temperatures and you can forget the time for a break here anyway from the time of arrival Waited 45 minutes for delivery and was allowed to eat almost everything cold except fries, which were still warm

Terrible. Bacon wasn't grilled, argument: "If we get it delivered like that, you'll have to complain to Burger King headquarters." After 15 minutes of waiting: "Normal fries will work too? Lattice fries just take a while" (sorry, we've been standing here for 15 minutes!!!???) Buddy got the wrong burger.

The two of us had dinner. Went to the store at 7 p.m. and waited in line for over 20 minutes. We waited 20 minutes for our food. The employees are completely overwhelmed, no routines, no one knows what to do. Take 5 orders without the first order being given to the customer. Was the last time I ate here. The checkout always feels understaffed and there are always long queues at the checkout. I have often left the store without ordering anything. We won't come here again either. This isn't Burger King, it's Queue King.

I had to wait 15 minutes after ordering until the food was ready. In addition, not all products are available. And participation in Payback has been stopped.

I stood at the checkout for 15 minutes at a seriously understaffed Burger King. 1 cash register was occupied. The waitress felt like she was working in slow motion, which wasn't enough, she served all the customers and then closed the cash register in front of me and my girlfriend. She told us to get back in line at checkout 2, which had just opened, but there were already about 7 customers queuing up for the next Slow Motion employee. We then left the extremely run-down and poorly cleaned store. There was rubbish everywhere on the floor, the dustpan with rubbish was in the corner and food was also on the floor. If I could give minus stars, I would do so. I advise against a visit if your health and lifespan is important to you.

Unfortunately, the wait at the drive-in can be extremely long. First in line, then at the exit. Very unfortunate.

Burger King tastes good. Fast food actually, the waiting times in the restaurant were sometimes unbearable. The restaurant usually looks as if no one was there to clean up the leftovers. Everything sticks. The other day a group of young men had been waiting in line for half an hour. Shortly before it was their turn, the employee was sent on break by the foreman. I was glad that I was in the other line. Seems extremely overwhelmed with organizing high-frequency times. There has to be a better way.

I paid almost 22 euros for a bacon burger, a long chili, supposedly large fries (which are mini) and a really shitty tasting coke!!! The bacon burger was okay, the chili cheese was sticky and barely edible. It's probably been lying around for far too long. Never again Burger King!!

Bought 8 hamburgers and unfortunately got one without a meatball

So really the slowest and most incompetent BK I've ever seen. The waitresses don't even make an effort to speed things up. You always get the feeling it's your first day working here. Well, eating is ok if you get it after ages.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Waiting in line for ages at a checkout, where it was suddenly decided that it was closed. So we had to wait another few hours at the other checkout. The mere fact of having so few staff on a Sunday and thus causing enormously long waiting times for customers is unbearable. This has absolutely nothing to do with fast food.

Often they brew forever and get something ready

A delicious burger that takes 50 minutes to get, a disorganized store, unmotivated staff, and a over 10 car waiting line. I've never seen a Burger King without a kiosk.

Overall a good Burger King. The interior design is successful and the staff is friendly. There are also Cola Freestyle machines :). Unfortunately, it often takes a long time to get your food.

It's in a very good location, especially if you're traveling by car and coming from a different city because it also has a drive in. There is enough space for a big crowd on the inside. Service is decent, could be sometimes slow if they get too many customers at once but that's understandable. Food is as you'd find on any other burger king place, it's classic. Good place for a quick snack.

Extremely long waiting time to order and until the food was ready. Took at least 45 minutes total just to order and get the first half of the food.

Waiting in line for 25 minutes just to order. Only one cash register open on a Saturday. Without words. Nice and patient service, but that doesn't help either

Disgusting and rusty like motor oil

This restaurant is absolutely not recommended. Products are often forgotten or packed incorrectly (plant based and meat are regularly mixed up). But what bothers me most about this branch is the long waiting times. If there is a lot going on, you can go straight to the competition and finish even quicker despite the detour. And when there's little going on, time is still wasted unnecessarily because the kitchen can't keep up with the orders. Absolutely not recommended!

I gave a order and they accept my order. I paid for my order and after few minutes their manager comes to me with bad attitude and says we don’t have a thing that I ordered!!!! What’s a bad customer service?!!!! Strongly not recommended to go over there ! Never gone a go back…

A bit dirty, the drinks machines seem a bit grubby and the toilets are disgusting, the changing table is also dirty.

Today (09/22/24) I was served at around 1:30 p.m. by a very friendly and courteous employee. According to his name tag, his name was Tomasz. He gave me very good advice on the selection of products and was extremely polite.

Hot and delicious burgers, 😋😋😋 crispy fries and good service. I recommend it.
