We wait a long time for our order, but the employees are nice.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to KFC. The staff was unfriendly and seemed overwhelmed. The order took far too long even though there was hardly anything going on. My chicken was lukewarm and completely dry, and the fries were soggy and oversalted. Additionally, the table I was sitting at was dirty and the trash can was overflowing. For the prices I expect significantly better quality and service. I won't be back any time soon.

I don't recommend this branch. Me and my daughter eat last week and still need we have stomach infection and pain. I also wrote a email to KFC but no reply.

It takes far too long, something is always missing, unfriendly staff 2025 - nothing has changed. Now you can order yourself and pay. They don't get it. Sauces not there, products not there, not enough packed. Nothing has changed. KFC has lost me forever. Never again!!!!

I ordered via Lieferando and it was also confirmed that the food would arrive in 40 minutes. After 50 minutes the order would be canceled and it would not be delivered. Simply outrageous!

went there 2 times spontaneously and ordered 2 burgers both times. it took the dear lady at the counter more than 10 mins to handle me paying and giving me my stuff,instead she rather complained about no breaks etc to her coworkers( both times btw ) if u dont wanna work the Job or find it unappealing do smth else,but to handle customers like that when the place is empty is pretty disgraceful

Ordering took forever even though it was empty on Sunday. The burgers we ordered looked miserable and were barely warm. The service works in slow motion and could hardly speak any German. Toilets full of shit, dirty and the cubicles can no longer be closed. Thank you, luckily we'll never come back

Ordered 24 pieces of hot wings on 5oct at 7.23 pm, order number 577 for take away. I did not open the box in front of all to count the pieces trusting the staff. Came home and counted there were only 22. This is unbelievable.

It was a terrible such slow staff, I did not see anywhere in the countries. It was not dirty, the tables were not cleaned. The staff serves as if we are at home. The cashier was standing and smacking her chewing gum as if everyone around her were her friends! No one warned that there were no drinks our drinks now. When ordering Pepsi Zero Lemon, you will receive regular Pepsi. At the same time, I would like to receive my order, and not someone else's, as was the case with the people before us! My experience at KFC Darmstadt was anything but enjoyable: We just wanted to order a small fry for our child and queued up at the checkout. The woman rudely told us off and rudely told us that we should order on the screen. Just because of a small fry?! We wanted it to be quick because we had kids with us and the end result: "Order on the screen." Never again KFC Darmstadt!

I've been there three times so far and every time it's been a disaster. The employees work very slowly, hygiene is not taken into account and the employees appear unkempt. The food was tasteless and the fries were unsalted. The tables were dirty and unusable. I've pre-ordered twice online, but the food was never ready when I arrived. Sometimes I even had to wait longer than customers who ordered after me, even though my order was only for a single person. Normally I rarely comment on such experiences, but after contacting KFC directly and describing the situation, I have not received any response to date. I will definitely avoid this KFC in the future.

My family loves KFC and this one is perfectly located at a big shopping centre and public transport hub. The food is always freshly cooked and good value. The staff is friendly even under stress during the busy periods which is probably most of the time, this place is really popular. I take my hat off to the staff and I recommend this KFC

I agree with the bad comments here, I got a portion of large French fries with ketchup to take away for 4.50? received, they certainly haven't been intended for sale for 2 hours. I wouldn't have thought that a shop like that couldn't handle a portion of fries.

We waited a long time for our order! The chicken was so dry it was just terrible. The staff is not friendly. The toilet password is incorrect on the receipt. Disaster, worst kfc I've eaten in, the chicken pieces are hard and not tender. There is also an employee (blond) with long hair who is very unhygienic. The hair is long and could get into the food which is disgusting. So tying your hair up or making it shorter is part of every hygiene!!!!

Absolute disgrace, 1 hour before closing time, 75% of the entire offer is no longer available. Because I don't blame the employees, they were very accommodating. But if I can't order almost anything at 10 p.m. even though the store doesn't close until 11 p.m., then that's a total failure. It's understandable that not everything is available at 10:45 p.m. But an hour before??? Sorry no. Inexcusable

Actually I can't rate the food because I didn't order anything. I wanted to order and found myself standing in front of two employees who were staring intently into space. Obviously two mentally deficient people. They just stood there, behind the counter, completely paralyzed. Maybe almans are not served there in principle. I did not know. Then I left. A third person only reacted when he saw me leaving. I do not care. I went to North Sea and was served friendly.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my food. They saw my order but don't act and blame me. I go to KFC because I'm extremely busy to save time. I actually waste time and get reprimanded for it. Very bad.

Came to 1. OG to start convo w my friend while searching through my KFC App. Manager came and told us that we must eat and leave, not chilling there. Told him we were abt to buy something and he told us he doesnt care, so we leave.

I haven't been to KFC in a while and wanted to try it again. Only order from the machine, prices are almost outrageous, but the portions are even smaller... Fries tasted like old grease and were inedible. The chicken pieces became extremely small and didn't taste any better. Never again KFC...

The slowest KFC within 100km. Here you wait longer for your food than in a restaurant, regardless of the size of the order.

I love kfc, and this is the closest one to my home, sadly everytime that im there when the manager is in place it has a bad atmosphere, he talks to costumers like they were the workers there, like very direct an kind of "order" them to sit for wait an not asking/offer for it, it makes my experience very poorly.

Habe Hot Wings bestellt und leider extrem fettig, in anderen KFCs sind die deutlich weniger mit Öl durchzogen. Die Toiletten waren in schwierigem Zustand, würde mich nicht wundern wenn die Türklinke auch mal was abbekommen hat.

Wenn man sein Essen bezahlen möchte, wird man direkt vor den Augen des Personals bis zu 10 Minuten an der Kasse stehen gelassen und ignoriert. Zudem werden die Tische nicht gesäubert, auch auf dem Boden liegt haufenweise Dreck, für den sich niemand interessiert. Da will ich nicht wissen, wie es hinter der Theke aussieht....

Schlechteste Lebensmittelqualität, die ich je erlebt habe. Ich liebe Gourmet-Essen der Spitzenklasse, aber ich liebe auch chunky Fast food. Und das was man dort bekommt ist unappetitlich und wirkt als wäre sei das was als „Fleisch“ verkauft wird der Rest vom Tier, der sonst entsorgt würde. Es war für mich einfach nur ein widerwärtiges Erlebnis. Und die Preise sind völlig überteuert. Das beste ist noch der Krautsalat sowie die Maiskolben.

Dreckig, unfreundlich. Man bestellt chilli chesse Pommes für einen hörenden Preis, bekommt eine halbe kleine Pommes plus einen käse Schale extra plus Löffel. Auf die Frage was das sein soll, und ob das deren ernst sei. Wird man noch angemacht, Geld wird ebenfalls nicht zurück erstattet. Der Laden ist eine Frechheit und hat nicht den 1 Stern verdient. Niemals wieder.

Ich verstehe nicht , dass man bei einem völlig überlaufenden Laden mit nur 2 Bestellterminals, wo bei beiden die Kunden seit 10 Minuten durch die Menüs klicken , nicht an der Theke bestellen kann, wenn man weiss , was man will.

Diese dreckigen Leute haben einen Code für die Toilette eingeführt unmenscglich

Habe per Lieferando liefern lassen. Burger Box mit Pommes, Chicken Wings, Cole Slaw und Cola. Pommes waren weniger als lauwarm, Burger sah aus, als wäre jemand drüber gelaufen und statt Cola kam Mirinda. Wings und Cola Slaw waren ok. Aber was soll schon beim Cole Slaw schieflaufen, der ist portionsweise verpackt. Mirinda hab ich reklamiert, die wird dann vielleicht irgendeann heute umgetauscht. Gegessen habe ich bereits und ein Leitungswasser dazu getrunken. Ich habe fast 25 Euro ausgegeben weil ich echt Bock drauf hatte. Never again!

Staff nice and helpful. (The young attendants preparing) the others doesn't even smile. Never expected that KFC could taste so good! Ordered the 6pcs hot wings, and what arrived was the wing cut into 2pcs, so imagine how small the order was! Additional turn off that one needs to pay for gravy and catsup ! Lastly, the place also needs some tidying up.

Totale Katastrophe. Lange Wartezeit um dann einen Wrap zu bekommen, der vermutlich schon Stunden in der Ablage gelegen hat. Eiskalt, kein Salat und genau eine Tomatenscheibe. Im Grunde genommen ein Stück Hähnchen mit Mayo in einem Tortilla eingewickelt. Das dann für 7 Euro. Mitarbeiter völlig überfordert. Nie wieder...

Ein wirklich nicht sehr schönes KFC, das Restaurant ziemlich dreckig, Tische, Boden, Wände. Das Personal kam zwischendurch mal fegen, aber nur kurz und an wenigen Bereichen. Die Tische wurden gar nicht sauber gemacht. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Der Zustand des Ladens vielleicht auch der Lage geschuldet.

Leckeres Essen, aber für Fast Food viel zu teuer.

Habe hier jetzt mehrmals weniger Essen als bestellt und bezahlt bekommen. Für den Preis absolut nicht akzeptabel. Das ist einfach unprofessionell und ich empfehle niemanden hier zu essen.

Unaugeräumte und dreckige Tische .WC ist für Jedermann von der Straße zugänglich und sehr stark besucht. Jugendliche belagern die Tische um ihre Handys zu laden. Türen mit Kennzeichnung Privat sind nicht verschlossen. Nicht zu empfehlen .Essen viel zu teuer.

Das Hänschen ist nicht essbar. Stinkt und schmeckt/riecht ranzig. Trotzdem ist es Ihnen ganz egal.

Essen ist für den Preis sehr in ordnung. Burger könnte etwas größer sein und ich würde mir Dips zu den einzelnen Hähnchen Sütcken wünschen. Sonst aber allea in Ordnung.

Їжа на смак смачна, але на мій погляд як для фастфуду задорого. На кухні безлад. Я вважаю, якщо кухня відкрита, то там має бути ідеально чисто. І ще. Замало десертів і взагалі їди для дітей. Я не змогла нічого замовити для дитини 5 років із солодкого, на видів було тільки печиво 🍪 за 2 євро.

Leider kommen wir so schnell nicht wieder. Es war nichts los und trotzdem hat unsere Bestellung dafür echt lange gedauert, Spielzeug ist seit Wochen aus, Soßen heute auch. Irgend ein Gerät piepst minutenlang, stört die Mitarbeiter aber auch nicht. Freundlichkeit wird hier auch nicht groß geschrieben. Wir brauchen erstmal eine Pause!

Da meine ursprüngliche Bewertung aufgrund Verstöße der Google Richtlinien nicht mehr veröffentlicht ist, formuliere ich diese gerne um: versehentlich hat eine Mitarbeiterin mir gegenüber eine nicht den Tatsachen entsprechende Aussage getroffen. Ich wollte einen Milchshake bestellen und bekam als kurze und eher unfreundliche Antwort, dass sie keinen haben, weil die Maschine kaputt ist. Die Antwort bekam ich jedoch schon vor 1 Jahr, bevor KFC geschlossen und dann renoviert hat.. Ob die Maschine immer noch "kaputt" ist, kann ich nicht sagen, da ich dort nicht mehr hingehe.

Was soll ich sagen, ich war jetzt zum 2ten mal eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss da und durfte mir anhören "es gibt nur noch filetbites und hotwings, alles andere ist aus" Dann bekommt eure Liefermengen in den Griff und kümmert euch in der Küche rechtzeitig um Nachschub.

Essen ist ok. Die Burger werden sorgfältig belegt und sind lecker. Der Service ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit beim Bestellen. Location ist sauber und gepflegt.
