Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber es besteht eine 50-prozentige Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass man das Falsche bekommt. Wenn man darauf hinweist, heißt es meist nur: „Oh, tut uns leid, wir haben das, was Sie bestellt haben, nicht da“ – ohne Rabatt oder sonstige Entschädigung. Wenn man also nicht wählerisch ist, was das Essen angeht, umso besser. Der Kundenservice könnte allerdings besser sein.

Der Innenraum ist sehr schmutzig und vernachlässigt

Bedauerlich, dass man überhaupt einen Stern geben muss. Wir haben heute Mittag dort etwas gegessen. Heute Abend geht es uns total schlecht. Wir haben uns beide mehrfach übergeben. Eben erkundigte ich mich beim Verbraucherfenster Fenster Hessen und stelle dabei fest, dass dieser Laden in der Liste mit erheblichen Mängeln aufgeführt ist. Dann handelt es sich hierbei wohl um keinen Zufall…….

Würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben. Waren heute Mittag dort und haben fast 20 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet, obwohl kam jemand da war. Heute Abend mussten wir uns beide schon mehrmals übergeben. Nachdem ich hier jetzt gelesen habe, dass es schon mehreren Leuten so ergangen ist, frage ich mich warum so ein Laden nicht mal vom Gesundheitsamt dicht gemacht wird.

Habe heute eine Bestellung getätigt im Restaurant eine Artikel hatte gefehlt darauf hin habe ich angerufen der angebliche Chef war sehr respektlos und meinte nur er komme Nix machen da ich meine Bestellung nicht kontrolliert hatte es geht mir nicht um den einen Artikel es geht mir um den respektlosen Umgang mit seinen Kunden und das als angeblicher Chef sehr sehr traurig dieser Laden kann man nicht weiter empfehlen

Den besten Service haben die nicht, aber dafür ist es auch ein fast doof Restaurant. Dafür ist das Essen sehr lecker und super schnell zubereitet. Der Preis ist schon bisschen teuer, aber dafür freut man sich immer wenn man hingeht. Deswegen geht man nicht so oft hin . Das Ambiente ist übrigens überall gleich eingerichtet, aber ist okay

Service war sehr schlecht weil wir haben ungefähr 15 Minuten gewartet bis unsere essen kommt und hat falsche essen gekommen und Toilette war nicht sauber ich würde sagen dass ihr nicht kommt lieber zu dönerladen gehen

Ganz ordentliches KFC am Luisenplatz. Wir waren dort, um den „Dunked Zinger Burger“ und die „Dunked Chicken Wings“ von der Aktionskarte zu probieren. Der Zinger Burger war sehr scharf (eher in Sriracha-Sauce getaucht). Die Wings waren etwas würziger. Da Wochenende war, mussten wir etwa 20 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warten. Insgesamt ein gutes Fast-Food-Restaurant.

Guten Abend, am Mittwoch zwischen 18 und 19 Uhr kam es in Ihrem Restaurant zu einer sehr unangenehmen Situation. Nachdem wir fast 30 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet hatten, stellten wir fest, dass das Essen kalt war. Meiner Beobachtung nach stand das Essen bereits etwa 10–12 Minuten bereit, bevor es ausgegeben wurde. Auf meine Nachfrage, warum das Essen kalt sei, antwortete ein Manager (sein Name ist mir leider nicht bekannt, er trug eine Brille), dass ich auf Englisch sprechen solle, da er Deutsch nicht verstehe. Daraufhin stellte ich meine Frage auf Englisch. Seine Antwort war lediglich „no problem“, begleitet von einem Lächeln und der Bemerkung, dass so etwas passieren könne. Ich möchte mit dieser Nachricht niemanden persönlich angreifen. Dennoch halte ich dieses Verhalten für nicht akzeptabel. Daher sehe ich mich gezwungen, entsprechende Schritte einzuleiten und die zuständigen Stellen über diesen Vorfall zu informieren.

Ein Stern ist viel zu viel für diesen Laden. Das Essen war kalt und schmeckte scheußlich, aber das war noch nicht mal das Schlimmste. Sie haben meine Bestellung komplett vermasselt. Zuhause angekommen, merkte ich, dass fast alles fehlte, also musste ich zurückfahren. Als ich zurückkam, entschuldigte sich nicht einmal jemand. Stattdessen lachten die Angestellten und der Manager und machten Witze über die Situation, als wäre es etwas Lustiges. Sie hatten nur billige Ausreden für ihren Fehler parat. Dieses Maß an Respektlosigkeit und Unprofessionalität ist inakzeptabel. Ich werde nie wiederkommen und rate dringend davon ab, diesen Laden zu besuchen.

Der Service war katastrophal, musste 30 Minuten auf mein Essen nach zweimal nachfragen warten. Einfach nur respektlos. Zudem haben sie auch noch Käse auf mein Burger vergessen wofür ich extra bezahlt habe. Nächstes mal bitte schneller!!!!

Eine Mitarbeiterin war gar nicht nett! Sie hatte eine schreckliche Einstellung, und gab die Serviette nur der Person neben mir, nicht mir. So ein absichliches Veranstalten war richtig schlimm.

Obwohl das Restaurant völlig leer war, dauerte die Zubereitung der Bestellung 15 Minuten. Das ist inakzeptabel!

Haben die nur von 10 bis 24 Uhr geöffnet? Zwei Stunden?

Essen was man erwartet, nicht super, aber auch nicht schlecht. Dass was das Essen allerdings ungenießbar machte, war anzusehen dass in manch Ecken der Filiale Mäuse ihr Unwesen treiben. Absolut unakzeptabel!

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, leider nur ziemlich langsam. Wir mussten fast eine halbe Stunde warten.

Despite full payment, one item was missing. When I complained, the employee was disrespectful, mocked my language, crumpled the receipt, and ultimately handed over the item in an inappropriate manner. Absolutely not recommended!

Slow, small, sad. Waited 10 mins for this. We feel bad enough for tolerating the cruelty perpetuated against chickendom for the Colonels wonderful recipe but this only makes the the whole act a real sin. Do Better! . Half breasts instead of a whole sold as whole. It was never like this. Been eating this brand all over the world since the 70s and this filiale is needs to step it up.

I will never go to that KFC again. We bought the night special offer of 18 hot wings at a special price, but they told us there weren't enough hot wings. Instead, they gave us other items at the regular price. The quality was terrible – the chicken was dry and without breading. Instead of 18 hot wings, we only got 10 different items. Very poor service.

The chicken pieces are now as big as chicken nuggets 🤬 And I don't even want to get started on the "large" fries. For those prices, they're ridiculous. What's going on, Kentucky?

I ordered through Uber Eats, but half of my order was missing, so I immediately called KFC. The employee kept interrupting me as I tried to explain my problem. Eventually, he took my name and said he'd check on my order and call back. So I waited. After 10 minutes, I called again, but the line said it was busy. I tried calling every few minutes from then on, but the call never went through. After half an hour, I gave up. I used to work in the restaurant industry, and it's normal for mistakes to happen, but the way they handle it is awful, and I'm stuck with it. This can't be right.

It's just plain cheeky that in a super deal box for €5.99, you get more bread than the burger is worth. There's a small piece of meat on it, so it's just dry. The fries were barely seasoned, so we had to ask for salt. It would be better if they offered it as a self-serve option like at MC or BK, since the sales staff weren't thrilled when we asked for salt.

The worst KFC branch in my entire life. They are introducing new concept of FAST FOOD with the horrible service. I can’t imagine how disappointed I become every time I come here. It’s just because I am obsessed with KFC and the location is convenient.

The 12-euro menu offers nothing to eat. The portions are incredibly small, and the food doesn't match the picture when you order it. The potatoes are half-peeled, rotten, and undercooked. A waste of money and a ruined mood.

Very yummy taste and best place

I went to KFC and ordered a SuperDealBox XL to takeaway. This box includes a burger (where I chose a Crispy Chili Cheese burger), 2 Crispy, Pommes and a drink. Additionally I ordered hot wings. This costed 10.28 €. The guy who packed was so careless that he did not add the burger to my bag. This is the 2nd time something like this is happening. Never going back.

I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone. The oil was definitely old and had been sitting there for a while. The next morning, I felt nauseous and vomited.

Whenever you're happy, things always go wrong. Of course, you only notice it at home and then you get annoyed. It's not worth going back; you'll be done eating by then. So check everything.

An experience you won't soon forget – unfortunately, in a negative sense. The restroom area was completely out of service – and this in a remote location where there's no alternative for miles around. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my order, while standing there without any opportunity to wash my hands or freshen up. And then this: Not a single wet wipe, not a napkin, nothing – as if they had completely forgotten that customers are human. I had to leave the restaurant with dirty hands. In all the many places I've visited so far – even in small villages – I've never experienced anything like this. Simply disappointing.

Disorganized environment, not to mention the delay in serving fast food

I was truly disappointed with my visit to KFC. The restaurant was anything but clean – several tables were dirty. When I politely pointed out to an employee that a table wasn't clean, he silently handed me some tissues and told me to clean it myself. This kind of behavior is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. The fries were also barely cooked – almost raw – and for €5, the portion was truly tiny. For these prices and the KFC name, you expect more: cleanliness, friendliness, and at least edible food. Unfortunately, none of that was provided.

Worse than most KFC. The fries are not crunchy all the time, the crispys are nice but the wings are usually dripping with oil and very unhealthy. The most annoying part are the tissues that they provide with each order. I don't understand why they put just one or two pieces of tissues on an order of over 30 euros, how do you expect us to clean our hands and mouth? With our shirts and pants? You cannot ask for a spare cup because you want to drink water or some other drink than what they provide. Because if you do then the owner will tell you to put a separate order for drinks and then you will get a cup. Yes the owner is very bad, usually Bangladeshi people are not so bad like him. And don't get me started on the toilets, never go there unless it's a real emergency because you might get locked inside. It has happened to me once. The locking mechanism is broken which I didn't notice, so I went inside and closed one of the toilet doors only to realize that I cannot open the door because the locking knob is not there at all. I was thinking that maybe somehow I have to climb out but luckily someone came in and I asked his assistance to unlock the door from the outside. What a disaster. I guess I don't need to mention the smelling urinals and lack of toilet paper. And yes the toilet code given on the receipt does not work anymore they have changed it to something else and you have to ask them to find out. As some people also mentioned, yes they actually make mistakes on the amount of food they are supposed to provide so make sure you check and verify before starting to eat and don't hand over your receipt to them to throw away. Knowing what I know about the owner I guess this is his business policy to intentionally make such mistakes. Lots of kids hang out here so there's always noise and chaos, don't expect peace and quiet.

Absolute rip-off, the chicken pieces are just half of a chicken nugget from MC, excessive waiting time and then the main part of my meal is forgotten, the citizen, never again KFC for me, they don't get my money anymore.

The order through Uber Eats was simply canceled, even though the driver's name had already been announced in the app. So, I ordered again. For an hour, the status showed that a driver was being sought. The arrival time kept changing. It took an hour to cancel the order using Uber Eats' help.

You have to wait an incredibly long time for your order, even when no one is there. This clearly needs to be better organized!

Based on my experience, this branch of "Kentucky Fried Chicken" is unfortunately very below average. Its location in the city center of Darmstadt gives it a good base, but also attracts many customers with questionable intentions. Furthermore, this restaurant is sometimes so busy that not even one of the dirty seats is available, and private conversations are impossible due to the noise. I question the qualifications of the employees, as on my last visit, I had to wait a whopping 30 minutes for a €5 discount meal, even when the branch was fairly empty, as they were busy with other things, such as the interests of the branch manager. I find the food itself better than at competing fast-food chains, but the quality and quantity have declined significantly in recent years, coupled with rising prices. Apart from that, KFC's chicken nuggets are very well seasoned, and the fries are almost always freshly cooked and very tasty. However, rats have been spotted here recently, which requires a thorough inspection of my order. I would like to add one more point of criticism: the mystery of the restroom. I tried to access the restroom at this branch on several visits, but couldn't get in using the code provided on my receipt, and after communicating with the employees, I received no help. I request a prompt solution, otherwise I will have to limit my restaurant visits to other restaurants in the future. Conclusion: As a big KFC fan, this branch is disappointing due to poor and unavailable hygiene and the incompetence of the employees. Went there for around a year every 1-2 months. Was an average KFC with exceptionally long wait time. My last two visits got even worse. Ordered 10 Crispy's. At home found out that instead got 2 Crispy's and 6 Wings. Won't ever go there again. Do not recommend.

They are very slow in placing orders

The food is as you would expect from KFC – quite tasty and mostly fresh. Anyone who likes fast food will generally find what they are looking for here. However, the branch is often very busy, which affects both the waiting times and the mood of the staff. I was very disappointed with my last visit to KFC. The staff was unfriendly and seemed overwhelmed. The order took far too long even though there was hardly anything going on. My chicken was lukewarm and completely dry, and the fries were soggy and oversalted. Additionally, the table I was sitting at was dirty and the trash can was overflowing. For the prices I expect significantly better quality and service. I won't be back any time soon.

went there 2 times spontaneously and ordered 2 burgers both times. it took the dear lady at the counter more than 10 mins to handle me paying and giving me my stuff,instead she rather complained about no breaks etc to her coworkers( both times btw ) if u dont wanna work the Job or find it unappealing do smth else,but to handle customers like that when the place is empty is pretty disgraceful

Ordering took forever even though it was empty on Sunday. The burgers we ordered looked miserable and were barely warm. The service works in slow motion and could hardly speak any German. Toilets full of shit, dirty and the cubicles can no longer be closed. Thank you, luckily we'll never come back
