Fast food hamburgers taste good, but coffee tastes great

It was a bad experience, the tables and couch were dirty, in the kitchen they prepared the food but also some workers did the service to the air conditioning system.

Losing orders, being slow, messing up, insisting on delivery to the table, often missing an item or accidentally giving the order to someone else. Surprisingly, there was no improvement for months. Food is typical McD quality, but I don't know of any other McD branch with similar service problems

Employees unfriendly. We waited 30 minutes for our order, which only included 2 fries, 2 mcsundaeys (half melted) and a coke. The fries are cold. When we asked how long it would take, we were just insulted. While waiting, the employees didn't do anything except insult each other. Better go to KFC opposite.

you have to wait a long time for food. When I wanted to ask for food, no one came to me, a small boy with dark hair ignored me. My friend came by twice and asked when we would get food. We ordered food on demand so they could deliver it. Not only did we have to wait a long time, but after eating I also had to walk alone with a bad leg. I honestly can't recommend it because of the staff. Bathroom not maintained. A toilet is clogged, dirt everywhere.

Just a McDonald's but clean and good and friendly

This fast food restaurant can't seem to implement the concept of a delivery service. We recently tried to order here twice via Lieferando. On the first attempt, the order was canceled half an hour later and then we couldn't order anything else to eat anywhere else. On the second attempt, the status only changed once to "in preparation" and then didn't change again for 2 hours and no delivery arrived. Of course no one could be reached by phone. We then had to get the money back via Lieferando support. We will never order here again.

After waiting for over 2 hours, there was still no food. Most of the time something is missing from the order.

Fast food remains fast food. The service at the table is quite nice! Unfortunately, the service of clean tables and floors is not quite as good (... it wasn't overcrowded but pretty empty at MCDONALD'S). Unfortunately it's like this in almost all branches and I don't really think that will change in the foreseeable future!!!

Unfortunately, by far the worst experience I've had in a McDonald's restaurant. First you are told that there will be no table service after 9 p.m. (1. how should I know this - if the app offers me this, I also assume that this is possible // 2. it is even activated by a sign at the ordering terminals asked to use this service). And finally I was laughed at because my burger, which apparently sat at the table for the entire 15 minutes from ordering to receiving, was cold and I asked for a warm burger. I have rarely experienced such disrespectful behavior. These two employees are definitely not suitable for customer service!

For a fast food restaurant it's perfectly fine. The taste is good and exactly what you would expect from McDonald’s.

It says on the internet that McDonald's is open all day, ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!!! I waited half an hour until it opened at 7am. Then I was told inside that I have to wait another 10-15 minutes. So what's that supposed to mean??

This McDonald's is modern, new and clean, has sockets everywhere and a USB port if you don't have a power supply. I order my food with coupons (double pack of Mc Menu and Mcflury with Oreo and caramel sauce) I only got a Bigmac and with the Mcflury they didn't put Oreo on it... wanted to rate Mcdonals so I could get a free soft drink. Code not available… No lid and straw for my coke and no serving… Better concentration at work would be appropriate

Compared to a few years ago, the branch has improved a lot and can only be recommended.

It was terrible. The wait took 20 minutes, the toilets are clogged, there was ONLY ONE person working and all the tables were greasy and uncleaned. DON'T GO THERE!!

Worst Mc Donald in Darmstadt accidentally ordered nuggets and can't even exchange them for normal ones even though it's the same price.

Mac doesn't appear to be open 24/7. It closes exactly between 6:00 and 7:00, which was a great time for me to enjoy a delicious morning burger to start the day fresh. Thinking the establishment was open, I walked to the digital counter to see what German snacks this Darmstadt Mac offered, but I was shown the door because I was too early, they were supposed to open at 7am. Once we walked in at exactly 7:00 am, the news came that it could take another 20 minutes. I didn't drive all the way from Italy for this. Go, now on to Burger King!

Waited a long time for the menu, and was also cold and kept under a lamp for too long. Even though there was nothing going on at that time.

Its not open 24/7 went there for a quick breakfast before work, wasnt open at all. Even tho there was light inside.

The employees left us standing for 10 minutes to return the deposit, even when we politely asked for it twice, they pushed the task back and forth and didn't want to do it. One of them urgently had to wipe the tables (no other guests there) instead of giving us the deposit. Food had been ready for a while and wasn't delivered fresh

You should go to a real restaurant

Some of the sanitary rooms are UNUSEABLE. What's going on there?? Food moderately ok (not entirely fresh!?), Empty receipt roll at the terminal, Friendliness ok.

Was there twice at night, they didn't have a few "dishes" on site, I waited a very long time at the drive in, when I pulled up in the second window I paid and had to drive 10 meters further, an employee then came out and brought me food, why? No idea.

Actually gets worse every week. Waiting times are forever. At least the employees are quite nice.

I ordered my food from the machine and wanted to pay for it at the cash register and waited 45 minutes to pay for it. I gave up. The service is terribly bad and the employees couldn't speak German. Waited over half an hour for two iced coffee shakes. It was only prepared upon request and then just pure frozen milk without coffee. Just disorganized

A pretty good McDonald's in terms of quality and service It's been a long time since I've had the chili cheese nuggets, which are just breading with a little cheese, so in my eyes it's a joke and not tasty.

It's just a McDonald's so the food is as you would expect. The waiting time at the drive in was horrible that day. We waited probably 40 minutes until we ordered and then drove away. Well, we only got 2 double cheeseburgers instead of the 3 we ordered But it's more of an emergency solution and it doesn't really have to be done again

You order without cucumbers, but you still get them... Today I waited 15 minutes for the cashier, but it was too long for me, sorry... that's not possible

Never experienced such incompetent staff - 3 out of 3 times. The first time the cappuccino was basically thrown into my car and I was then accused of not holding it properly (of course it wasn't because the lid wasn't on properly), the second time there was no caramel in it, and now I'm just waiting I've been waiting for coffee for almost 10 minutes, I'm not able to use the PC, I asked 3 times what I want now, they want to sell me that the Merhweg cup is only available with a coupon 🙈

Toilets are very dirty during the day. Mc Flurry isn't even half full, when asked they said that wasn't true and that they would always do it that way. wraps are cold and not even rolled up properly. For these prices I expect a lot more!!

I'm a teenage girl, I just wanted to order food at 5:30 a.m. it says on the internet that they deliver, I called them and then a young man said "hey, sweetie, I finally have your number" in my opinion, that's not possible, of course I have it I called again and was really annoyed, but I still spoke in a friendly manner and wanted to know why they were like that and then supposedly picked it up. The bosses made fun of themselves and laughed at me. They also insulted me and told me to keep my mouth shut. They talked to each other in a different language. They hung up on each other so often without saying anything. I found that unfriendly. Then they said that I should order somewhere else. The people were so unfriendly to me, dear people If you're reading this, think about whether you really want to order there. Best regards.

The ordering process is complicated. The service staff are hard-working, but hopelessly understaffed, the toilets are unclean and partially dysfunctional. The food was lukewarm and clearly too expensive. All in all, I'm considering going to McDonald's again. Two stars only because of the friendliness of the staff!!

It was the worst cheeseburger, chicken burger and fries I've ever eaten at MacDonald's, I actually wanted EggMc Bacon but since I was there later than 10 a.m. I decided. The best part was just the Vio water!

There were no croissants or hot chocolate. The donut that was chosen as an alternative was dry and hard. The floor has stuck. The restaurant was cold. All in all a poor breakfast service.

Danger! Moldy burgers, the boss didn't care much. Scraped off the mold and threw it in the bin, nothing more came out of it. Just disgusting 🤮 never again!

The MC Donalds visit was really good. Clean, nothing dirty, order taking at the checkout by a friendly MCD employee was quick and without any problems. We each ordered 1 Mc-Smart menu (1x2Cheesburger, fries and Cola as well as 1x2Chickenburger, fries and Cola) for €5.99 each, so a total of €11.98. The burgers were well prepared and the chicken also had good sauce on it. Not found in every MCD! All in all, we really liked this MCD and will be listening to it again soon when we get the chance (and are hungry).

Was there on February 16th, 2024 at around 9:30 p.m.! Total disaster 😡😡😡😡 After about 10 minutes I asked at the counter if anyone was there. Then I heard an unfriendly voice (jungermann) saying “Wait!” after about 2 minutes. He wanted to know what I wanted but with a tone and manner that you can't imagine. I ordered my food (3 menus and individual burgers 🍔. After I asked him about how to deal with a customer, he turned around and walked away. I assume he didn't understand me. I paid and drove a little ahead in the car. After another 5-8 minutes, my food was brought into the car without a please or thank you. I drove home pissed off. It was stupid that I didn't check the bag beforehand. Of the 3 menus, 1 menu, fries, and 2 of the citizens were missing. I immediately called the branch but no one answered the phone. Almost 20 minutes long. No chance. I put all the food in the bins because the food was also cold. Conclusion: never again in this branch!!😡😡😡😡 I haven't seen anything as unfriendly as this young man in a long time. If people don't feel like working, they shouldn't.

It always takes forever. Fast food isn't called fast food for nothing. I'm always annoyed when I eat here.

The purest catastrophe. An absolutely overwhelmed staff. Orders are shown as ready for pickup and disappear from the board within half a minute. The special thing is that the food wasn't even prepared yet and you keep waiting. We waited another 10 minutes, came back to the table and discovered that the boxes of fries and chicken nuggets were missing and had to go back to the counter and wait until the missing items were prepared. It can happen sometimes, but unfortunately I was able to observe it all the time. Unfortunately there was no apology from the staff either.

I had an appointment in Darmstadt and just wanted to get something quick to eat. To make things quick, I only ordered two cheeseburgers, which I then waited 15 minutes (!) for. I was late for my appointment. People: work on your organization.

Es ist heute eigendlich ohne Worte gewesen, sehr dreckig keiner fühlt sich dafür verantwortlich. Der Boden klebte an einem Tisch, trotz Hinweis an das Personal wurde nix gemacht. Unseren Tisch hat mein Mann selber sauber gemacht. Das Putzmittel sowie der Lappen legen nach 45 Minuten immer noch am Tresen, neben drann stand immer wieder das Essen neues Gäste. Pommes kalt, Burger mit Bestellung nur Ketchup und Fleisch kam mit Zwiebeln. Es war heute echt sehr schokierend das es anscheinend keinen interessiert. Verlängerte Gesichter beim Personal. Ich bin für heute bedient und das Geld ist für den Müll

Eckelhaft und dreckig. Personal komplett überfordert. Der ganze Fußboden klebt. Tisch habe ich selbst geputzt. Interessiert hier niemanden. Sauberkeit Unterste Schublade. Da sollte das Gesundheitsamt mal vorstellig werden. Einmal und nie wieder

Am Drive-In versteht man nicht, dass ich eine Onlinebestellung mit Code abholen will. Bin dann ins Restaurant gegangen und dort haben sich 2 angestellte Damen gestritten und keine wusste wie sie in der Kasse meinen Bestellcode eingeben. Es wurden auch mehrfach falsche Buchstaben eingegeben. Das war alles zum Fremdschämen!

Essen ist okay aber nichts besonderes, Wartezeiten von 10-25 Minuten sind aber normal. Bedienungen sind mal so mal so drauf, manchmal wird auch geschrieben und ein Streit der Mitarbeiter für alle hörbar ausgetragen. Sauber haben wir es hier leider noch nie erlebt! Fußboden klebt und die Toiletten sind eine Zumutung

Ich bestelle heute Abend im Drive-In Menü-Gutschein 318 und ergänze um einen Hambuger Royal. Als ich die Tüte erhalte, merke ich noch noch an: "Die ist aber klein" umd bekomme zur Antwort (sinngemäß): "Sie kaufen ja nicht den ganzen McDonald". Zuhause bei meinen Eltern stelle ich fest, dass die Chicken McNuggents fehlen. Die süß saure Sauce war dabei. Danke, lieber McDonald, eine Person blieb beim Abendessen hungrig!

Haben da vor kurzem gegessen. Es war schmutzig, die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und das Essen kalt (obwohl wir sogar länger warten mussten). Als ich dann nur die Pommes umtauschen wollte, musste ich mir einen dummen Kommentar anhören..

Leider ist es eine sehr schlechte Branche und die Mitarbeiter respektieren den Kunden nicht. Leider ist diese MC-Marke, die wir seit ihrer Gründung lieben, so schlecht geworden.

Wir sind zum mit dem Auto zum Schalter gefahren und wurden erstmal königlich ignoriert es wurde einfach nix gesagt ok vielleicht hatten sie viel zu tun waren 3 Autos vor uns . Unsere Bestellung war recht übersichtlich ein Coupon ein happy meal 3 Cheeseburger und 6 er Nuggets die ohne ein Hallo oder herzlich willkommen auf genommen wurde wir also unsere Bestellung runter gebetet wie gesagt vielleicht war viel zu tun wir also vor gefahren und dann ging es zum bezahlen hatten nicht genug Bargeld bei auf der Tafel stand 24,89 € die wir in bar gehabt hätten ich also erst das Geld hin gegeben wo uns auf sehr unhöflicher Weise und total Respekt los gesagt wurde da muss noch mehr ist zu wenig es kostet 33,45 € oder so ich dan nur so kein Problem dann zahlen wir mit Karte ich meine ec karte raus geholt und in das gerät gesteckt der Verkäufer war so ungeduldig das er am Gerät zog und der Vorgang abgebrochen wurde was ich im dan sagte und er total genervt mir das gerät nochmal hin hielt ich mein pin eingegeben und hat dan geklappt wir fuhren los und mussten dann noch feststellen das der mann einfach vergessen hatte unsere Soßen mit rein zu packen wir haben uns dazu entschlossen nicht zurück zu fahren um uns nicht noch mal so unhöflich und Respekt los behandeln zu lassen 3 mal Ketchup und 6 Soßen für die Nuggets die gefehlt haben meine Meinung ist einfach egal wie stressig es ist ein gewisser Standard an Höflichkeit sollte man schon bei behalten und das hat hier leider sehr gefehlt

Absolut unfreundlich, warte seit 20 Minuten auf mein Essen. Weil die Kasse nicht geht. Erst weggeschickt weil 6:55 Uhr, und dann warten. 😡

War früher mal gut mittlerweile schmeckt es gar nicht mehr. Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich, verstehen kein deutsch, man bekommt nicht die Dinge die man bestellt hat.

Schön eingerichtet. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Essen war in Ordnung, Wartezeiten waren zwar etwas lang, aber alles in allem ein guter Besuch. Komme gern ab und zu wieder!

Früher einer meiner Lieblings MC Donalds. Nach meinem letzten Besuch habe ich mir vorgenommen, dass ich da nie wieder hingehe! Das war der bisher schmutzigste MC Donalds den ich je gesehen habe. Essensreste unter den Tischen und Stühlen. Tische die nicht gereinigt waren. Eigentlich ein Fall für Günter Wallraff. schade, denn es war wirklich mal ein gutes Restaurant!

Ich war kürzlich bei McDonald's und war enttäuscht von ihrem Service. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Die Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen und es dauerte eine Ewigkeit, bis das Essen serviert wurde. Als ich versuchte, das Problem anzusprechen, wurde ich nicht ernst genommen. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung frustrierend und ich bin enttäuscht von diesem McDonald's

Haben im Auto gegessen! Weil wir aber nicht geparkt haben (den Verkehr NICHT behindert ) wie es der Angestellte gerne gehabt hätte, Ist er mit seinem Auto gefühlte 6mal in einem Tempo um das ( McDrive) Gebäude gefahren . Zum Glück keine Kinder da , war schon spät! Voll lächerlich, aber wir hatten unseren Spaß. Sollte sich ein Ferrari zulegen!

Essen war wir immer bei MC, Sauberkeit der Gaststätten lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, Toiletten schmutzige, kein Papier. Im Gastraum laufen die Rückgabewagen über und keiner kümmert sich drum. Und es gibt keine glutenfreien Bürger Brötchen zur Wahl. Sehr schlecht, denn bei den umliegenden europäischen Nachbarn ist es Standard... Deutschland wieder mal.... 🤨

So eine MC habe in mein seit 35 Lebensjahre in DE noch nie gesehen so dreckige WC ekelhaft ich hatte Hunger musste essen Wo danach mir ziemlich schlecht ging schade das ich nicht in der nähe wohne sonst hätte ich direkt bei Gesundheitsamt gemeldet schade das ich kein bilder gemacht hatte ekelhaft traurig sowas in DE zu sehen

Update 28.10.23. Ganz miese Tour. Seit Wochen bekommt man gesagt, dass die Drive- In Kasse keine Coupons annimmt. Dann halt nicht....dann lieber zu einem anderen MC. Update 11.9.22: Bestellt habe ich ein Burgermenue inkl. 6er Chicken mit Barbecue Sauce, Spezi ohne Eis und Curly Fries mit sauer Creme. Dazu noch ein 20er Chicken mit süß-sauer Sauce. Bekommen habe ich: Spezi mit Eis, keine einzige Sauce für insgesamt 26 Chicken und Pommes ohne irgendwas >> WIE SCHWER IST DAS NE KLEINE TÜTE RICHTIG ZU PACKEN???? Durch neues System lange Wartezeiten. Jetzt ist Kasse und Ausgabe getrennt. Aber die Ausgabe funktioniert nicht wirklich gut. Das dauert zu lange und das Lokal sitzt voller Leute die auf ihren Burger warten.

Sauberer McDonald's Filiale. Die Burger und Pommes waren gut warm und frisch zubereitet. Das Getränk ohne Eis und schön kühl wie gewünscht. Alles so wie es sein soll , prima.
