I rate it very highly, it was delicious and the entire KFC team was very helpful. Yesterday I lost my wallet, the day before my departure, after 4 hours, the wallet was found with all its contents. I don't know where it was, but it's there. What's more, they called me on the phone, although I don't know how. Thank you very much for your professional work and commitment. The store manager was very unpleasant, refused to redeem my voucher code, and rudely turned me away.

Today, Sunday, September 14, 2025, at around 2:40 PM, I ordered a medium-sized pan pizza with magerita, ham, salami, and mushrooms. Uber Eats was the delivery driver. Uber announced delivery for 3:05 PM, which worked perfectly. The pizza arrived very hot and was correctly topped with the ordered ingredients. The driver was very nice. The pizza tasted great; all in all, a very positive experience. I'll be happy to order with delivery again in the future. From my own experience, the atmosphere on site was functional; OK.

Waited 1.5 hours for the order and received the wrong one. After three phone calls during which the employee simply hung up, the order arrived another 1.5 hours later. The delivery person was very friendly and apologized. The staff in the store are far too overwhelmed and can't seem to get anything done. We will never order from KFC again.

The fries were cold and soggy. And they were at the drive-thru. Service wasn't nice.

Very rude! The staff (Afghan employees) didn't know how to speak respectfully to customers. We were standing at the counter, wanting to order ketchup and mayo. At first, he gave it to us, then suddenly said we had to order again from the machine. I said the food was getting cold and my children were already waiting, but he insisted we only order via the screen and then pick it up with a code. Even when we paid and showed the receipt, he said we wouldn't get it until the number was called. My children cried during that time. Also, the wings were undercooked and had an unpleasant odor. I will never come here again and tell everyone to go to other restaurants – they have much better service and better food!

Warning: Very old food (hot wings) – massive hygiene deficiencies! (Indian hygiene system – just like in India) The temperatures in the kitchen are unbearable – significantly above normal. Many kitchen assistants work without gloves, and hygiene regulations are blatantly ignored. Less meat, but more blood – we've never experienced anything like this at KFC! It's very expensive for what you get. The Indian and Pakistani staff show no visible hand hygiene. Absolutely unacceptable! There's no control at all here. This restaurant is endangering the health of its guests – comprehensive hygiene measures are urgently needed. Not recommended!

We ordered a pizza via the PizzaHut website for pickup at the location in question. We paid for the pizza online in advance. Upon pickup, we were informed that the order hadn't arrived (despite proof of the confirmation email). The location was unwilling to accommodate us. Therefore, we paid for nothing and didn't receive our order. This borders on rip-off—so be careful!

Never experienced anything like this before. You order drinks and fill them yourself. They charge a deposit and don't know why. Employees should speak German and be properly trained.

We've been there twice in two years. On the first visit: the food was cold, I waited half an hour, and then I got the wrong thing. On the second visit: I had diarrhea and stomach pains, and the milkshake tasted like defrosted ice cream!

Food was cold and obviously old. Service was disastrous. We had to go back to the counter several times because something was missing or wrong. Other customers did too. Tables were dirty, floors were sticky. A general sign that KFC is no longer what it used to be.

Ordering via app isn't possible without entering personal information. Ordering from a human at KFC isn't possible. Ordering is only possible on stupid, dirty screens, but you then have to pay the staff. Not a requirement, despite the high price. Tables aren't cleaned after each visit. Questionable value for money.

We wanted to take advantage of the heavily advertised offer of buying two pizzas for one. When we arrived, the offer was even displayed on a screen next to the cash register. When we tried to redeem the offer, we were told it wasn't possible because the manager didn't want it. So, they're advertising it with a fake offer. The excuse is also that the manager doesn't want it. It's strange because it's a franchise business and the chain has standardized offers. You can't really talk to anyone because none of the employees speak a lick of German. Truly poor service and very incompetent employees. I will definitely not be coming back to this unprofessional, poorly managed store.

A fast food concept they're not familiar with, which is ridiculous for a restaurant like this. The staff was uninterested and incompetent. I tried the Squid Game burger, which was a shame because I had way too much sauce and the overall taste wasn't pleasant. It was too salty because of the sauce, and the burger was placed upside down in its box and poorly assembled!!!

Unfriendly, dirty, not recommended!

I was there with my wife and children and it's always the same problem. We order something and they give us something else. The employees are rude and untrained. They didn't want to exchange the food so we had to throw it away.

Endless wait times The display for orders ready for pickup isn't being used (presumably something's broken). Instead, the number has to be called out into the noisy dining room, which unfortunately not everyone hears. Quality is okay (but expensive!), service isn't great.

Far too overpriced these days, service good to very bad, depending on who's there. The atmosphere could be cleaner.

We ordered from KFC the day before yesterday. Regardless of the fact that something was missing again, I have had bad flatulence and mild diarrhea since Sunday. My girlfriend ate the coleslaw and gravy puree from Saturday last night and was throwing up all morning today and has had severe diarrhea all day. Conclusion: KFC is generally rubbish. The shop here has no right to exist. It's unhygienic, dirty outside and the employees are unreasonable. The 5 star reviews are 90% bought and not truthful. I cannot recommend the dirt shop in any way. Avoid him if you value your health. Or close it and do something sensible.

I bought kfc bites salad from KFC today but they didn't put bites in the salad I was really disappointed and felt cheated And I couldn't go back because KFC was far away from us. I definitely can't recommend it. The same salad is available at Rewe for 3 euros.😏

Food is prepared quickly. Unfortunately, a star deducted from the general rating because the prices are pretty hefty. Also deduction when eating. It's not always warm. Otherwise it's quite good.

I've been ordering online here for ages. Today there were problems because the service employee Maria didn't like the fact that I went straight to the window to pay. I've always done it that way and never had any complaints. She also said that she doesn't like ordering online anyway. Reason: she has too much work with it. So please, dear KFC bosses, train your staff a little on customer friendliness. Every time I leave 100€ in your store, which I don't think is exactly a small amount, and you get hit on so stupidly. Apparently customer is no longer king for you either.

I went to eat a sandwich, it was dry and the meat was almost toasted. I ended up complaining at the counter, but the people there are completely unprepared. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat it until the end. It had a horrible taste, it seemed like the meat was from the previous day. I even asked if it was cooked properly that way. The service, i.e. the staff, is often very overwhelmed and I think only one of them can really speak German. The food is ok, neither too greasy nor too dry. The order came quickly and you can pour the drinks yourself. So pay once, and then all you can drink ;) And otherwise the ambience is fine

Ordered on March 29th, 2025 at 6:35 p.m., a delivery time of 35 minutes was confirmed, which would have been at 7:10 p.m. It was delivered an hour later, at 8:10 p.m.: the food was cold, the fries were mushy. Never again KFC...

Today I apparently had my jackpot day. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to ask politely. A friendly employee explained that it would be ready soon. 12 minutes later I received at least part of the order upon request. 6 minutes later the rest. A little tip: just pay attention to those waiting and maybe talk. That helps😉 By the way: there was hardly anything going on...

Food arrived 10 minutes after I ordered, 45 minutes before the desired delivery time!!!! In addition, half of my order was missing, when I called they just tried to brush me off!!! Now I'm out of money for cold food and food that didn't reach me at all!!!!

We are now finished with this store. The women's toilet was not usable. In one cabin the toilet seat was half hanging to the side and in the other cabin someone had exhausted themselves so much that it was impossible to enter. It was difficult to find a clean table (the "restaurant" was almost empty) and matched the impression left by the toilet. The food was cold. My husband bit into his burger: cold. He brought it back. I bit into a piece of chicken: cold. That also went back to the counter. We got the things brought back to the table. Now the chicken pieces were at least lukewarm... They warmed up my husband's half-eaten burger... Then he went back again... All in all it wasn't a nice experience

Four of us were there on a Sunday. Got the last parking space. It was totally crowded on pizza day. The corn on the cob we ordered was no longer available. Sold out. In return we got the salad and, with a lot of persuasion, a sachet of ketchup. Of the two drink dispensers, the left one was broken and completely messed up my son. The one on the right was out of Coke. They should urgently work to ensure that you get the things you order. The staff were friendly despite the crowd, but they didn't really understand me. Overall disappointing, but had good experiences on other days. Therefore still 3 stars.

I've been back for a long time. Unfortunately this time there were problems with the chicken pieces. After about 40 minutes of waiting and the unsuccessful attempt to exchange the missing chicken part for chicken wings or something similar, we gave up the missing chicken part. Terrible service, delivery person incredibly rude. Food has arrived incomplete and incorrect twice. When I contacted you and asked about it, I was just told that there was nothing you could do and that I should contact the supplier, even though there wasn't even a number and the employee didn't give me a number. It's not the supplier's fault but the employees' fault, because as far as I know the food is prepared and packaged by the employees and not the supplier! Really outrageous. Wasn't even offered to deliver it later even though I had an order number and the invoice that said everything but not everything arrived.

Here, if the store is open until 1:00 a.m. on the weekend, customers are ignored without a word at 12:25 a.m. I would have understood the lead times until closing if I had given them a quick hint, but the arrogance and ignorance of the staff is subterranean.

Had a small track for children. And today I still go there and it's now KFC. The shop is very nice. And carries memories.

Unfortunately today I went to KFC Darmstadt again and my order number was 396. The staff's behavior towards me was very rude. The woman working with the hijab is extremely rude. I always order takeout. All orders are made at the terminal and it is requested that this be done. The product selection is large and the food always tastes very fresh and delicious. Orders are processed quickly. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The selection of drinks used to be larger. Too bad.

Honestly the best place to serve crispy chicken, a nice place recently renovated, the service is very friendly, a family friendly place, free parking, and if you buy a meal with a soft drink you can renew it for free . I highly recommend it.

It was super full and had to wait briefly at the ordering terminals. Even though it was so busy, it looked clean. The order came very quickly, our number was displayed and called. Staff friendly, our order was also reviewed with us. The food was delicious and was still warm when we got home.

KFC has become too expensive. 29€ is too much for 2 people at a fast food restaurant. And now on top of that the quality of the food has gone down too. 2x 9 wings box w/mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. Lumpy gravy, Cole slaw was not great and the chicken really could have been cooked a bit longer. This location is not recommended.

I was there on Monday, December 9th, 2024, and I'll say it up front, I was super disappointed. Never had such a bad meal at KFC. Well, I'm not there often, but yesterday was just terrible. Normal chicken pieces where the breading (let's call it) was actually hanging limply is not what you expect at KFC. Things got worse with the Hotwings, which looked very good visually and tasted the same, but as soon as I was eating there was suddenly a strange smell (old, musty, ...) that I couldn't identify, but which turned out to be the case afterwards came from the bones of the Wings. Check your goods, there is something fishy here in the truest sense of the word. The only positive thing was that coleslaw and fries were good. Honestly, that's it for you for the time being, it's a shame.

It's clean and the food was hot and tasty, unfortunately the self-service terminals make a visit to KFC terribly impersonal, but that's a general problem in the fast food sector.

Delivery was on time for exactly that 5 🌟. The burger 🍔 wasn't topped enough for the price, and the taste wasn't great either. The fries 🍟 were dry and you can't eat them without drinking, and the coleslaw was better too. The hot wings were good but I don't need them anymore.

Wie immer der Zinger zwar nicht preiswert aber saulecker. Nur eines gibt es anzumerken, 1. früher war wenigstens einer im Laden der deutschen Sprache mächtig, schon bezahlen zu wollen unmöglich 2. Warum ist die Bestellung im Laden über die APP 7 EUR günstiger als über das Terminal einen Meter weiter!!!

It doesn't taste like it used to, everything tastes like nothing and fat. The hot wings used to have flavor, and the salad was always delicious, sweet and the mashed potatoes were very spicy.

We ordered for just under €50 (in the store). Unfortunately, the food was quite cold, despite there being little going on. The burger buns taste really weird and the sauce on the burgers didn't taste good either. The mashed potatoes have also deteriorated extremely. We ordered three small cheese slices for €3, which were of course also cold. Pretty outrageous for such a price. There is also a dip for nothing. In addition, there are only nocv Zero drinks. All in all a huge disappointment! We won't be coming here anymore and will soon prefer to go to other fast food chains where the food at least arrives warm! It's a shame, we could have thrown the €50 on the highway

Unfortunately the food wasn't really warm anymore, but what was worse was that the restaurant was very dirty. Now there is no service anymore. Order at the service counter except the pizza, which you can't order at the counter, only at the front. So ordered once here and once there. A bit complicated

I was there today for the first time since the renovation. It was super clean and the staff was very nice. I ordered two pizzas inside. Then I should drive to the exit so I don't have to wait so long inside. An employee even brought the pizza to my car. The pizza came quickly and was very tasty! Will come again :)

Zingerburger 3 times with the wrong bread completely different taste. Complaints were not taken seriously...laughed at.

Actually, there was a relatively longer waiting time (20 minutes) for a fast food chain, then our food was given to another customer because the employee couldn't distinguish between the numbers "45" and "50", but that's not so bad. Unfortunately, he then yelled at us for the mistake, which we found relatively incomprehensible. Unfortunately we also had the wrong sauces with us.
