There's less mashed potatoes now, which sucks and ordering everything at the kiosk isn't good. Where is the humanity? My chicken pieces were rubbish everywhere so greasy

The fries and burgers were fresh. But I couldn't believe that there were only zero drinks. If you voluntarily eat fast food, why pay attention to calories when drinking. If I had known that beforehand, I wouldn't have gone. Service was okay but so slow even though there was only one order in front of us. As described elsewhere, the completed orders were not pushed to ready on the screen. Effort looks different in the workplace. The surcharges for extra side dishes are also extremely expensive, but that has always been the case at KFC. Paid 38 euros for 2 menus.

The toilets smell so bad that you forget you're hungry! Mess! And the prices...that's not possible. Far too expensive for a pampy roll with two small chunks of meat on it. But as I said, it has become a stupid society.

You think you're just going to KFC quickly. What could be special about that? Marsel makes the difference. Super friendly and absolutely accommodating because of the short waiting time for the corn on the cob. You'll be happy to go there again. Food as always good.

Eating on site is ok, could be cleaner. But charging so much money for dips that should actually be free is just not possible! And the delivery service is really bad and forgets what was ordered.

Food was OK. Unfortunately, the staff on site did not understand the system with the monitors that show the order numbers and their processing status. I ordered something, kept checking from my seat to see if my number was ready, but it always said it was being processed. At one point an employee at our table asked if we had the order number that I had. Then complained that he had called the number several times and gave me the order. On other occasions it looked like they didn't understand the system. The branch was also shown as closed on Google maps around 9 p.m., so we wanted to go to the big M on the other side and then saw that they were open

I used to always pick up takeout chicken wings here. Considering that this is a fast-food restaurant with no service, it is now outrageously expensive in terms of price-performance ratio. I don't shop here anymore.

Impudence!! I live 8 minutes away from the KFC, how can the order still not have arrived after 2.5 hours?? I've already called 3 times and was told it would be there in 5 minutes. That was the last time I ordered food there!

Very happy with my visit to KFC :) We were welcomed even 5 minutes before closing time. Although understandably not everything was there, the extremely friendly employee Marsel spared no effort to make us happy. We'd love to come back! And thank you Marsel for the nice service.

Every now and then it has to be simple: spicy chicken with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Then I mentally turn the clock back 35 years and see American soldiers leaving the store with unbelievable quantities, the conversion rates on the wall... the good thing about it: it was ALWAYS fresh and hot! Same this time. Our man in service is called Marcel and he brought the fresh goods directly to our table! The store was full, but he still had a few words for us on a Friday evening! Class. The table was visually clean - but it stuck a little everywhere - but that didn't matter, we had tablets with paper pads. Thanks to Marcel - come back when we feel the longing for the golden, spicy “poison” again… gladly again

Fraud with intent? Incomplete when picked up for the third time, preferring expensive parts e.g. a twister wrap. So people check what's in the bag before leaving the store. Otherwise it was adequate for a fast food "restaurant".

The chicken is not cooked through, the tables are all dirty, the tray with dirty dishes is overcrowded, and this is not rush hour, there is a maximum of 15 people in the restaurant.

You've been waiting for 20 minutes for the food mc drive is of course done quickly in the restaurant area but there are no employees shouting around here, the work doesn't seem to be quick, unfortunately the shop is quite ok, not very busy despite everything, we'll definitely be there for another 20/30 minutes wait :) (there are two people and have only ordered 2 menus) (burger fries in the menu with a drink, so that's it, not that special)

Staff speaks German very poorly. Card terminal didn't work properly. Employees didn't know what was going on and accounts didn't fix the problem either

We ordered something from the vouchers and the food we got was very bad. Instead of a 0.4 Cola, I got a 0.3 Cola, and for reasons I couldn't explain, there was cheese in my burger. The fries were given to us without salt and without ketchup. When we asked why they did it like that, "With such a low price you have to make compromises, if you want ketchup it costs 30 cents extra and if you want salt with your fries you have to "Order a new one" I didn't get the cola that was advertised as 0.4 on the vouchers either, and the rude cashier said "Unfortunately we don't have any other containers" Although everyone after me got a 0.4 cup. Think twice about whether you want to eat there. It was really a shame it happened on September 28th, 2018 (if anything changes I will report)

I'm not an easily irritated person per se, However, this wasn't the first time I ordered from Lieferando here and half of my order was missing. I find it unbearable that with today's inflation prices you have to pay so much for your food and then only get half of it. I don't know how it can be so difficult to read an order from a piece of paper and put it in a paper bag. Even though I firmly believed that such a simple job shouldn't require training, I still find it appalling how poorly the employees at KFC seem to be able to read. Therefore, in order to improve the service conditions, I would suggest that every employee should take a test to see whether they are illiterate or not. I don't actually know that from a KFC station, ordering food and paying for it straight away. I have to go to a quiet place for a moment, come back and the order doesn't come. Suddenly other employees are there. When I asked, they said I hadn't paid. Unfortunately, I didn't put the receipt in right away. After a short discussion we received our food. I wish that was better.

Always very nice staff, delicious food and delicious pizzas, sometimes children get gifts from the staff here. Best KFC in the Darmstadt/Weiterstadt area
