Kentucky Fried Chicken in Darmstadt

Essen schmeckt nicht mehr zu fettig und geschmacklos Chemie pur. Der Maiskolben wurde zu lange warm gehalten und schmeckte nach gar nichts fad und leblos. Nie wieder. Sehr sehr enttäuschend und viel zu teuer!

Sehr unfreundlicher MANAGER In einem schwarz weißem Oberteil. Essen kam teils nach 15 min Zubereitung kalt an.

Fleisch auf den Burgern ist extrem dünn und geschrumpft. Die Butter für den Maiskolben muss man mittlerweile extra bezahlen. Der Krautsalat schmeckt auch nicht mehr wie früher. Die Preise sind sehr hoch, für diese Qualität. Sehr schade!!! Fazit : Hier kommen wir nicht wieder her

Also ich finde es richtig billig, dass ich in Kranichstein wohne und ihr nicht mal nach Kranichstein liefert und ich mich jetzt komplett un orientieren muss, obwohl ich richtig Bock auf Kentucky Fried Chicken hatte!! Wozu gibt es diese Scheiß Lieferdienste wenn ihr dann eh nur die Hälfte von Darmstadt beliefert und nur irgendwelche speziellen Standorte beliefert? Also, ich find’s richtig billig, es sind 40° & ich wollte nur was zu essen bestellen und jetzt kann ich da Ewigkeiten rum suchen, weil ihr nicht mal nach Kranichstein liefert.😂 Das war’s auf jeden Fall mit Kentucky Fried Chicken für mich :)

Wucher Preise - abnormal teuer für wenig Produkt. Wir haben zum nach Hause liefern bestellt - die Burger waren sehr lächerlich - ein Mini Hähnchenbrustfilet im Verhältnis zum Burger war der Fleischanteil gerade mal 20%. Ich und meine ganze Familie werden NIE WIEDER bei KFC bestellen - sorry für nichts bezahle ich nicht mein halbes hart erarbeitetes Geld!

Dabei gibt es kein Richtig oder Falsch; ich gehe einfach oft zur falschen Zeit in den Laden, um die Aktionszeiträume zu vermeiden.

Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team! Mein Sohn hat sein Handy im Restaurant verloren, und dank der Ehrlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter wurde es gefunden und sicher aufbewahrt, bis wir es abholen konnten. So viel Freundlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Wir sind sehr dankbar und können dieses Restaurant nicht nur wegen des guten Essens, sondern auch wegen des großartigen Service und der ehrlichen Mitarbeiter wärmstens empfehlen.

Seit längerem mal wieder in den KFC/PizzaHut gegangen. Das es hier auch Pizza gibt ist erstmal nicht klar. Weil die Pizza nur exclusiv am Schalter bestellt werden kann. Dazu kommt noch der Hinweis "Bitte am Terminal bestellen". Ich hab also Hähnchen bestellt... Leider war das eben recht kühl. Es dürfte gerne heißer serviert werden. Die Pommes sind mit dem Gewürz nicht unbedingt jedermanns Fall. Trotzdem das es recht leer war hat das bereitstellen recht lange gedauert. Der Service ist langsam und achtet nicht im Gastraum auf Sauberkeit. Ich denke das ich dort für längere Zeit nicht mehr hin gehe...

Die Angebotspalette von KFC ist umfangreich. Jeder könnte hier "essenstechnisch" glücklich werden. Leider auch hier - viel teurer geworden -

Wie immer der Zinger zwar nicht preiswert aber saulecker. Nur eines gibt es anzumerken, 1. früher war wenigstens einer im Laden der deutschen Sprache mächtig, schon bezahlen zu wollen unmöglich 2. Warum ist die Bestellung im Laden über die APP 7 EUR günstiger als über das Terminal einen Meter weiter!!!

Normaler KFC. Danach bereut man immer etwas das man da war aber im Moment genießt man es. Bei diesem spezifischen Restaurant sind die Tische oft nicht besonders sauber. Dafür ist der Laden sonst recht modern.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe zusammen mit Freunden bestellt und war der Erste von uns an der Kasse. Trotzdem musste ich etwa 25 Minuten auf mein Essen warten, während ungefähr 20 andere Kunden, die nach mir bestellt haben, vor mir ihre Bestellung bekommen haben. Als ich mein Essen endlich bekommen habe, war die Bestellung auch noch falsch. Der Bucket, den ich bestellt habe, wurde mir nicht im Bucket gegeben und außerdem hat eine komplette Pommes gefehlt. Die musste ich mir dann im Nachhinein noch extra geben lassen. Insgesamt sehr chaotische Organisation und lange Wartezeit. So macht Fast Food leider keinen Spaß.

Ich war seit über 2 Jahren nicht mehr da gewesen bei KFC. Bei mir in der Nähe gibt es leider nicht. Doch haben Sie sich nichts verändert und sind ihren Konzept treu geblieben. Das Essen eindeutig 10/10 und der Preis echt günstig dafür. Das Ambiente ist sauber, sowie die Toiletten. Haben einen Getränke Automaten zum nachfüllen ohne Aufpreis. Genug Parkplätze und zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sahen jetzt nicht so motiviert aus , aber trotzdem sehr freundlich

Der Service war wirklich schlecht. Meine Bestellung war verwechselt, und die Mayonnaise, für die ich extra bezahlt hatte, fehlte. Es gab so viel, was mit meiner und der Bestellung meiner Freundin nicht stimmte. Die Bedienung war total überfordert, ich schätze, sie ist neu. Mir hat es dort jedenfalls nicht gefallen, und ich werde wohl nicht wiederkommen. Hoffentlich bessert sich der Service für andere Kunden.

Ich habe über drei Stunden auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Auf meine Nachfrage, warum es so lange dauert, wurde mir zunächst gesagt, dass die Strecke zu weit sei und der Lieferant deshalb länger brauche. Diese Erklärung ergibt für mich allerdings keinen Sinn. Beim dritten Anruf - nach bereits zwei Stunden Wartezeit - wurde mir nämlich gesagt, dass meine Bestellung jetzt erst bearbeitet wird. Es wirkt daher ziemlich frech, die lange Wartezeit auf die angeblich weite Strecke zu schieben, obwohl die Fahrt laut Navigation nur etwa eine Viertelstunde dauert und die Bestellung zu diesem Zeitpunkt offensichtlich noch gar nicht bearbeitet war. So eine lange Wartezeit ohne vernünftige Erklärung ist wirklich ärgerlich. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren auch nicht freundlich. Würde hier nie wieder bestellen.

Leider nicht gut. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Bedauerlicherweise tragen die 50 kaltweißen Lampen eher zur Atmosphäre eines Bahnhofs bei. Das Essen war sehr enttäuschend. Meine Crispys waren nicht richtig knusprig und sehr sehr hell. Die Burger waren einfach nur ein mini Streifen Fleisch mit einem sehr weichen Brötchen. Der Zinger dunked war einfach nur scharf und hat nach Chilipulver geschmeckt. Service war nicht sehr aufmerksam oder freundlich und hat sehr lange gebraucht. Für den Preis leider enttäuschend.

Wir haben 3 Classic Burger ( nicht scharf ) bestellt und bekamen 3 Zinger Burger ( scharf ) , die uns ursprünglich von einer Mitarbeiterin rückerstattet werden sollten bis der „Chef“ kam und sagte wir könnten die Burger nicht rückerstattet bekommen da die Bestellung schon „40 min“ her ist, bis er auf den Beleg schaute und dort die Bestellung erst vor 15 min aufgegeben wurde, + die Wartezeit hatten wir die Bestellung erst vor 5 min bekommen. Er bestand weiterhin darauf dass die Burger nicht rückerstattet werden können indem er mit gelegentlich in den Satz fiel. ( Ich habe 1 mal gefragt bevor wir die Burger gegessen haben ob das Zinger Burger sind da sie als Zinger markiert wurden auf der Verpackung). Im Endeffekt war das Essen dann kalt und scharf.

Kfc typisch, ist das Essen ok. Ich hab aber in meinem Leben noch kein so langsames Personal gesehen. Ganze 10 Minuten haben 4 Mitarbeiter es nicht geschafft ein einziges tablet zu füllen. Aktuell warten 15 Leute auf ihr Essen, man kann alles beobachten, kein Essen schafft es auf ein tablet.

Deal 322 mit 2 x Dubble Chrispy Chicken Burger, Pommes und Getränk bestellt. Die Pommes waren lauwarm. Bei den Burgern war der Patty kalt und das Fleisch auch nur lauwarm. Ich hatte Hunger und habe einen gegessen. Den 2. habe ich reklamiert. Die Serviekraft fragte nur "kalt?" und verschwand mit dem Burger in den Küchenbereich. Nach 2 Minuten wurde mir ein verpackter, warmer platter Burger in die Hand gedrückt. Am Tisch merkte ich dann das der Burger zum aufwärmen in einen Sandwichbräter gepresst wurde. Patty warm, Salat / Sauce.... matschig und das Fleisch immer noch lau. Vorher auf der Damentoilette gewesen. Mittlere Toilette ließ sich nicht richtig abschließen, Wandhaken für Tasche oder Jacke abgerissen. Am Waschbecken keine Seife und der Gebläsehandtrockner ging auch nicht. Diesen KFC werde ich sicher nicht mehr besuchen.

Das Essen ist immer frisch zubereitet, auch für ein Fastfood- Restaurant bemerkenswert lecker (nicht abwertend gemeint).

Das Menü die 317 ohne getränk hat meine Frau besser vertragen als ähnliche Anbieter, nur die sauce dazu war uns etwas zu scharf!!Sonst einfach nur 😋 🤤 😋 🤤 😋

Der Geschmack war in Ordnung. Für manche Kunden vielleicht etwas zu salzig.

Hmmm,lecker spicy chicken wings......das war mit das ekelhafteste, was ich jemals auf dem Teller hatte. Panierter Abfall, fast kein Hühnerflügel ohne gebrochene Knochen darin, da möchte man nicht wissen wo das herkommt......und geschmacklich auch eine Katastrophe. Niiieeee wieder Kentucky.....

Mostly I don’t think so much about KFC but we tried it out today and it really was awesome. When we arrived there it had lots of parking spots so we could easily find one. There are only displays you can order from but I guess that’s ok.As we waited for our order we looked for seats and I can say it was very clean. The only issue was that it took 30 min until our order arrived but it was totally worth the wait. The food was still hot and super crispy like as you noted in that Hot Wing the juice would dripp out of it.Perfect.The only bad thing is that they’re toilets aren’t that clean so if a cleaner would be organized then this place was a top 10/10.

I was scammed! The KFC on Gräfenhäusener Straße couldn't load and process my already paid online order. I had to reorder in person and pay directly at the register. Of course, €46 was still debited from my account. The staff there claim to know nothing about it and say they can't help! I can only advise everyone to pay directly at the register for online orders!

Several times I've received dry chicken pieces in the three-piece box, more like crispbread than crispy, juicy chicken. The pieces are now about half the size they were five years ago – apparently, they're now raising their chickens to bonsai size. Taste is a matter of luck; none of them were juicy. It's a shame they haven't offered spicy chicken pieces for a while now – apparently, even the seasoning has fallen victim to cost-cutting. For the past few months, a visit has felt more like a culinary shrinking course.

This KFC experience has made me doubt I'll ever eat at one again. The fries weren't cooked through, which in turn made the meat taste even worse. The staff were all incredibly grumpy and didn't look even remotely suitable for the job. If so many people complain about the food in such a short time, then maybe it's time to fire the staff and get some decent workers. There was only one employee with long curly hair who didn't ruin my meal with her bad mood. I'm definitely grateful for that. The one at the register was the worst of them all. It felt like she was giving me the middle finger with her stares; she can, or rather should, be fired immediately. Thanks for ruining my appetite for KFC; I'll never put myself through that again.

It used to be worth the money, but now it's a run-down place with exorbitant prices and poor quality! I ordered a whole pallet, but the process at the terminal was rather confusing; it could be better. The staff was completely overwhelmed and totally clueless. The "food" reflected that – unappetizing, lukewarm, and of the lowest quality. I'm definitely not going back. The atmosphere hasn't changed in what feels like 20 years.

It's so sad that the service here is catastrophic (Saiful), and another woman taking the drive-thru order was very rude, the tables were dirty, and the food wasn't fresh either... and I saw two mice 🐁👀 omggg never again never again

Unfortunately, the pace has slowed considerably. The wait time between ordering and receiving the food is now about twice as long as it was before electronic ordering was introduced at the kiosks. The quality is still excellent, but the prices are also high. Update 11/2025 Unfortunately, it must be said that changes have been made to the dishes. The fries are now thick and soggy with a strange seasoning. The chili cheese fries, which were perfect for me, have been removed from the menu, and if my wife hadn't complained, we would have missed having crispy bits in the bucket. I also have to say that for a restaurant where people eat with their hands, the restrooms shouldn't look and smell like a free highway rest stop toilet... simply disgusting. RIP KFC

Today I had to wait 45 minutes. It's not usually like this.

I recently visited the KFC on Gräfenhäuser Straße and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was unfriendly and seemed unhelpful. Furthermore, the food wasn't fresh – both the taste and quality were completely unconvincing. For the price, I expected significantly more. I hope that this location will place more emphasis on freshness and good customer service in the future.

There's not much to say about the food, it's just fast food. But the fact that you can only order from those soulless machines and no longer at the counter is absolutely unacceptable. Since I was hungry, I ate something anyway, but that was my last time here.

The toilet smells so bad... I almost threw up... a huge minus. This shouldn't be happening in a restaurant. Someone has to do something about it!

A good KFC, the food was fresh and hot, and the service staff was great... I ordered an iced tea at the terminal and noticed at the tap that they didn't have any iced tea, which was a pretty unpleasant experience.

Unfortunately, it was inedible. Extremely friendly staff.

On October 5, 2025, at 10:32 a.m., the ordering terminal at the KFC on Gräfenhäuser Straße was broken. I wanted to redeem my QR code from the app at the checkout, but the employee didn't know how to do it and simply asked, "What's that?" – he obviously didn't know how the system works. Overall, it was a very embarrassing and unprofessional situation. For a major brand like KFC, the staff should be better trained to handle such standard situations.

In my opinion, one of the best KFCs in the Rhine-Main area. The staff is very friendly. Two stars deducted because of the dirty restrooms.

I rate it very highly, it was delicious and the entire KFC team was very helpful. Yesterday I lost my wallet, the day before my departure, after 4 hours, the wallet was found with all its contents. I don't know where it was, but it's there. What's more, they called me on the phone, although I don't know how. Thank you very much for your professional work and commitment. The store manager was very unpleasant, refused to redeem my voucher code, and rudely turned me away.

Today, Sunday, September 14, 2025, at around 2:40 PM, I ordered a medium-sized pan pizza with magerita, ham, salami, and mushrooms. Uber Eats was the delivery driver. Uber announced delivery for 3:05 PM, which worked perfectly. The pizza arrived very hot and was correctly topped with the ordered ingredients. The driver was very nice. The pizza tasted great; all in all, a very positive experience. I'll be happy to order with delivery again in the future. From my own experience, the atmosphere on site was functional; OK.

Waited 1.5 hours for the order and received the wrong one. After three phone calls during which the employee simply hung up, the order arrived another 1.5 hours later. The delivery person was very friendly and apologized. The staff in the store are far too overwhelmed and can't seem to get anything done. We will never order from KFC again.

Warning: Very old food (hot wings) – massive hygiene deficiencies! (Indian hygiene system – just like in India) The temperatures in the kitchen are unbearable – significantly above normal. Many kitchen assistants work without gloves, and hygiene regulations are blatantly ignored. Less meat, but more blood – we've never experienced anything like this at KFC! It's very expensive for what you get. The Indian and Pakistani staff show no visible hand hygiene. Absolutely unacceptable! There's no control at all here. This restaurant is endangering the health of its guests – comprehensive hygiene measures are urgently needed. Not recommended!

Very rude! The staff (Afghan employees) didn't know how to speak respectfully to customers. We were standing at the counter, wanting to order ketchup and mayo. At first, he gave it to us, then suddenly said we had to order again from the machine. I said the food was getting cold and my children were already waiting, but he insisted we only order via the screen and then pick it up with a code. Even when we paid and showed the receipt, he said we wouldn't get it until the number was called. My children cried during that time. Also, the wings were undercooked and had an unpleasant odor. I will never come here again and tell everyone to go to other restaurants – they have much better service and better food!

We ordered a pizza via the PizzaHut website for pickup at the location in question. We paid for the pizza online in advance. Upon pickup, we were informed that the order hadn't arrived (despite proof of the confirmation email). The location was unwilling to accommodate us. Therefore, we paid for nothing and didn't receive our order. This borders on rip-off—so be careful!

Never experienced anything like this before. You order drinks and fill them yourself. They charge a deposit and don't know why. Employees should speak German and be properly trained.

We've been there twice in two years. On the first visit: the food was cold, I waited half an hour, and then I got the wrong thing. On the second visit: I had diarrhea and stomach pains, and the milkshake tasted like defrosted ice cream!

Food was cold and obviously old. Service was disastrous. We had to go back to the counter several times because something was missing or wrong. Other customers did too. Tables were dirty, floors were sticky. A general sign that KFC is no longer what it used to be.

Ordering via app isn't possible without entering personal information. Ordering from a human at KFC isn't possible. Ordering is only possible on stupid, dirty screens, but you then have to pay the staff. Not a requirement, despite the high price. Tables aren't cleaned after each visit. Questionable value for money.

An animal that appears to consist only of thighs. Even after repeated requests (and confirmation), something like this still comes to the table.

We wanted to take advantage of the heavily advertised offer of buying two pizzas for one. When we arrived, the offer was even displayed on a screen next to the cash register. When we tried to redeem the offer, we were told it wasn't possible because the manager didn't want it. So, they're advertising it with a fake offer. The excuse is also that the manager doesn't want it. It's strange because it's a franchise business and the chain has standardized offers. You can't really talk to anyone because none of the employees speak a lick of German. Truly poor service and very incompetent employees. I will definitely not be coming back to this unprofessional, poorly managed store.

A fast food concept they're not familiar with, which is ridiculous for a restaurant like this. The staff was uninterested and incompetent. I tried the Squid Game burger, which was a shame because I had way too much sauce and the overall taste wasn't pleasant. It was too salty because of the sauce, and the burger was placed upside down in its box and poorly assembled!!!

Unfriendly, dirty, not recommended!

I was there with my wife and children and it's always the same problem. We order something and they give us something else. The employees are rude and untrained. They didn't want to exchange the food so we had to throw it away.

Endless wait times The display for orders ready for pickup isn't being used (presumably something's broken). Instead, the number has to be called out into the noisy dining room, which unfortunately not everyone hears. Quality is okay (but expensive!), service isn't great.

Far too overpriced these days, service good to very bad, depending on who's there. The atmosphere could be cleaner.

We ordered from KFC the day before yesterday. Regardless of the fact that something was missing again, I have had bad flatulence and mild diarrhea since Sunday. My girlfriend ate the coleslaw and gravy puree from Saturday last night and was throwing up all morning today and has had severe diarrhea all day. Conclusion: KFC is generally rubbish. The shop here has no right to exist. It's unhygienic, dirty outside and the employees are unreasonable. The 5 star reviews are 90% bought and not truthful. I cannot recommend the dirt shop in any way. Avoid him if you value your health. Or close it and do something sensible.

I bought kfc bites salad from KFC today but they didn't put bites in the salad I was really disappointed and felt cheated And I couldn't go back because KFC was far away from us. I definitely can't recommend it. The same salad is available at Rewe for 3 euros.😏

Food is prepared quickly. Unfortunately, a star deducted from the general rating because the prices are pretty hefty. Also deduction when eating. It's not always warm. Otherwise it's quite good.

I've been ordering online here for ages. Today there were problems because the service employee Maria didn't like the fact that I went straight to the window to pay. I've always done it that way and never had any complaints. She also said that she doesn't like ordering online anyway. Reason: she has too much work with it. So please, dear KFC bosses, train your staff a little on customer friendliness. Every time I leave 100€ in your store, which I don't think is exactly a small amount, and you get hit on so stupidly. Apparently customer is no longer king for you either.

I went to eat a sandwich, it was dry and the meat was almost toasted. I ended up complaining at the counter, but the people there are completely unprepared. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat it until the end. It had a horrible taste, it seemed like the meat was from the previous day. I even asked if it was cooked properly that way. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything, they just argued loudly!

The service, i.e. the staff, is often very overwhelmed and I think only one of them can really speak German. The food is ok, neither too greasy nor too dry. The order came quickly and you can pour the drinks yourself. So pay once, and then all you can drink ;) And otherwise the ambience is fine

Ordered on March 29th, 2025 at 6:35 p.m., a delivery time of 35 minutes was confirmed, which would have been at 7:10 p.m. It was delivered an hour later, at 8:10 p.m.: the food was cold, the fries were mushy. Never again KFC...

Very tasty coleslaw! Unfortunately, this KFC is a little “unattractive”, but the coleslaw still tastes good. Delicious coleslaw! The coleslaw tastes really good here ;( And the coleslaw here is really delicious, wow the coleslaw is really good!

Unfortunately no chilli fries! But otherwise great!
