I was there on Monday, December 9th, 2024, and I'll say it up front, I was super disappointed. Never had such a bad meal at KFC. Well, I'm not there often, but yesterday was just terrible. Normal chicken pieces where the breading (let's call it) was actually hanging limply is not what you expect at KFC. Things got worse with the Hotwings, which looked very good and tasted good, but as soon as I was eating there was suddenly a strange smell (old, musty, ...) that I couldn't identify, but it turned out to be that after the fact came from the bones of the Wings. Check your goods, there is something fishy here in the truest sense of the word. The only positive thing was that coleslaw and fries were good. Honestly, that's it for you for the time being, it's a shame.

It's clean and the food was hot and tasty, unfortunately the self-service terminals make a visit to KFC terribly impersonal, but that's a general problem in the fast food sector.

Delivery was on time for exactly that 5 🌟. The burger 🍔 wasn't topped enough for the price, and the taste wasn't great either. The fries 🍟 were dry and you can't eat them without drinking, and the coleslaw was better too. The hot wings were good but I don't need them anymore.

Wie immer der Zinger zwar nicht preiswert aber saulecker. Nur eines gibt es anzumerken, 1. früher war wenigstens einer im Laden der deutschen Sprache mächtig, schon bezahlen zu wollen unmöglich 2. Warum ist die Bestellung im Laden über die APP 7 EUR günstiger als über das Terminal einen Meter weiter!!!

It doesn't taste like it used to, everything tastes like nothing and fat. The hot wings used to have flavor, and the salad was always delicious, sweet and the mashed potatoes were very spicy.

We ordered for just under €50 (in the store). Unfortunately, the food was quite cold, despite there being little going on. The burger buns taste really weird and the sauce on the burgers didn't taste good either. The mashed potatoes have also deteriorated extremely. We ordered three small cheese slices for €3, which were of course also cold. Pretty outrageous for such a price. There is also a dip for nothing. In addition, there are only nocv Zero drinks. All in all a huge disappointment! We won't be coming here anymore and will soon prefer to go to other fast food chains where the food at least arrives warm! It's a shame, we could have thrown the €50 on the highway

Unfortunately the food wasn't really warm anymore, but what was worse was that the restaurant was very dirty. Now there is no service anymore. Order at the service counter except the pizza, which you can't order at the counter, only at the front. So ordered once here and once there. A bit complicated

The service is simply great. I think his name was Marsel. Super friendly, food delivered quickly and an incredibly good mood. Definitely again and more people like this in service!

I was there today for the first time since the renovation. It was super clean and the staff was very nice. I ordered two pizzas inside. Then I should drive to the exit so I don't have to wait so long inside. An employee even brought the pizza to my car. The pizza came quickly and was very tasty! Will come again :)

Zingerburger 3 times with the wrong bread completely different taste. Complaints were not taken seriously...laughed at.

I've never experienced anything like that... THE UBER driver was probably hungry, shared all 9 bites, about 5 cm small, thought he was getting cat food. Called KFC but they laughed and dismissed it...we'll never order there again...leave it, it's disgusting

Actually, there was a relatively longer waiting time (20 minutes) for a fast food chain, then our food was given to another customer because the employee couldn't distinguish between the numbers "45" and "50", but that's not so bad. Unfortunately, he then yelled at us for the mistake, which we found relatively incomprehensible. Unfortunately we also had the wrong sauces with us. Overall it was still quite good and definitely very warm, even when we got home about 15 minutes later.

There's less mashed potatoes now, which sucks and ordering everything at the kiosk isn't good. Where is the humanity? My chicken pieces were rubbish everywhere so greasy

The fries and burgers were fresh. But I couldn't believe that there were only zero drinks. If you voluntarily eat fast food, why pay attention to calories when drinking. If I had known that beforehand, I wouldn't have gone. Service was okay but so slow even though there was only one order in front of us. As described elsewhere, the completed orders were not pushed to ready on the screen. Effort looks different in the workplace. The surcharges for extra side dishes are also extremely expensive, but that has always been the case at KFC. Paid 38 euros for 2 menus.

The toilets smell so bad that you forget you're hungry! Mess! And the prices...that's not possible. Far too expensive for a pampy roll with two small chunks of meat on it. But as I said, it has become a stupid society.

Eating on site is ok, could be cleaner. But charging so much money for dips that should actually be free is just not possible! And the delivery service is really bad and forgets what was ordered.

Food was OK. Unfortunately, the staff on site did not understand the system with the monitors that show the order numbers and their processing status. You think you're just going to KFC quickly. What could be special about that? Marsel makes the difference. Super friendly and absolutely accommodating because of the short waiting time for the corn on the cob. You'll be happy to go there again. Food as always good.

I used to always pick up takeout chicken wings here. Considering that this is a fast-food restaurant with no service, it is now outrageously expensive in terms of price-performance ratio. I don't shop here anymore.

Impudence!! I live 8 minutes away from the KFC, how can the order still not have arrived after 2.5 hours?? I've already called 3 times and was told it would be there in 5 minutes. That was the last time I ordered food there!

Every now and then it has to be simple: spicy chicken with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Then I mentally turn the clock back 35 years and see American soldiers leaving the store with unbelievable quantities, the conversion rates on the wall... the good thing about it: it was ALWAYS fresh and hot! Same this time. Our man in service is called Marcel and he brought the fresh goods directly to our table! The store was full, but he still had a few words for us on a Friday evening! Class. The table was visually clean - but it stuck a little everywhere - but that didn't matter, we had tablets with paper pads. Thanks to Marcel - come back when we feel the longing for the golden, spicy “poison” again… gladly again
