This is a complete disaster... it always takes forever, they are unfriendly and don't even see you as a customer!

I just ordered and picked up via the app (order number DV63). One MC Chicken and one fries were missing. The store isn't reachable by phone. Since it wasn't a very large order, I don't understand why. I'd rather give it 0 stars. I want my money back!

We came here with my brother. First, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Second, the employees issue order numbers too early. This is my first and last time here.

The order wasn't delivered as stated on the order. It was also very lacking and had been made incorrectly. The employee became very rude and simply hung up. Then I called back and asked for the manager, and they simply hung up again. The order was placed last Sunday evening.

Three years later...still the same chaos...dirty restaurant area and abysmal wait times despite the app...drive-thru wait time over 10 minutes for the second time, unfriendly service because understandably overwhelmed...staff savings here come at the expense of the customer...

I've been standing in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and it's like this every time. Also, everyone working there seems completely overwhelmed, except for two who mostly work nights. And often, items from the order are missing or not prepared properly (I got cold fries).

It's McDonald's, so the food is as expected. That's okay. But The wait is endless. Their own ordering system is tampered with (orders are marked as ready and picked up, even though they're not ready), and then the customer is left standing for 30 minutes without any information. As a result, parts of the order are only lukewarm, as the bags, partially filled, sit open for 20+ minutes. Employees don't wear hairnets or anything similar, even in the kitchen, and questions are completely ignored. It's better to drive to the McDonald's on the other side of town while you wait; you'll get your food faster.

It was terrible, we weren't served, and no one felt responsible. There were just a few people frantically running around preparing food for the three or four people. Never again at McDonald's...

Unfortunately, I've had repeated negative experiences with this McDonald's. The service is often slow, the friendliness of the employees leaves much to be desired, and the hamburgers are often poorly tossed and cold. I wish they could improve this situation, whether through training for the team or other measures.

The good thing about this McDonald’s is that they usually serve what you order.

The wait time is simply unacceptable. By the time I'm waiting to even get to my place (drive-thru), I've already driven to the nearest kebab shop and then home. 10-15 for ONE cheeseburger? A year ago, I used to go here every now and then because it was the better McDonald's (in my opinion) in Darmstadt. That's no longer the case! The entire staff is completely overwhelmed. I can probably understand this when it's busy, but every time I've been there, there have been hardly any customers. Waiting times are 30 minutes or more, and the food is cold and inedible. The restrooms are a disgrace! Simply disgusting and absolutely nerve-wracking. Even with these wait times, it has nothing to do with "fast" food.

I was a DJ at this venue and unfortunately my laptop was stolen before I could pack up. This was a huge loss for me. What disappointed me the most was that the parking camera was not working and there was no help available. I would like to warn other guests and organizers to be very careful with their belongings. It is truly unfortunate that something like this happened at this venue.

It was an absolute disaster today at 6 p.m.: I waited almost 40 minutes for my food. The staff was completely uncoordinated and unfriendly. After 20 minutes, all orders suddenly showed as ready on the display, even though they weren't ready yet. Apparently to delete them from the system. Then another 20 minutes of waiting. My burger and nuggets sat on the tray for almost 10 minutes because they were still missing fries. As a result, the food was only lukewarm. Then the order was also incorrect: first the wrong sauce and then the wrong burger. The complaint then took another 10 minutes. An absolute no-go was when another customer complained about her burger. The employee took it, touched it, looked at it, and put the complained burger back in the display instead of throwing it away. I can't say whether it was ever served again. Trays weren't cleared away, so they piled up on the adjacent tables and on the floor. There was trash everywhere, and the restrooms were dirty. Avoid this store if possible. The only positive aspect is that they recently added an EWE Go charging station in the parking lot.

Sanitary conditions are abysmal! Beginning of August 2025: One of the women's restrooms was filthy from top to bottom with feces, the liquid was pouring out, the other had no door. Please? No door? When I complained to the staff and restaurant management, they just rolled their eyes in annoyance, saying a door had been ordered. We didn't eat there. Unacceptable!!! I recommend a visit to the health department. I'll refrain from taking any photos at this point.

Was a horrible experience. I waited 1 hour for a big mac. There was just few workers and they were all very slow. I dont know what they are doing but only a order was coming in a half hour. They were working very slow and bad. Just some workers fed up with everything and some angry, regretful customers.

Disastrous service! Waited over an hour for food, toilets were full of piss—no soap, no toilet paper, and broken toilet seats. The place itself was overflowing with used containers and trays, plus dirty tables. The gentleman who mopped the floor was asked by the staff to help in the kitchen and didn't even wash his hands. A disaster! Basically, it took too long to process the order, and it wasn't the first time. It will definitely be my last. I absolutely do not recommend it. :/

Four of us were on our way home and wanted a quick bite to eat at 1:30 a.m. We opened the app, pre-ordered food, and went to the drive-thru. We stood there for 30 minutes. I waited for over 35 minutes and when I had almost arrived there were two cars in front of me and someone in the first car got out and told me that we couldn't order anymore. I thought he was joking, so I went to the manager myself and the employee lied to me and said the manager wasn't there and there were only two employees there and then the manager came herself and said you couldn't order anymore because we were closed and we couldn't do any more, even though I was there at 1:25 a.m. and they closed at 2:00 a.m. Very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Update 6/29/2025: I'm standing here like a dog in the drive-thru again because the store closes at 1:00 AM and orders are only taken every 10 minutes 😂 I'm here every leap year and always disappointed.

The doors close at 1:25 a.m., and you have to walk between the cars to order via MCDrive. Just not interested anymore.

This place really can't get anything done. On our first visit, we ordered plant-based nuggets at the drive-thru and got regular ones. We only noticed after we'd already left... As vegetarians, that's great, of course, when you can't even rely on one of the already VERY limited meat-free options. 2nd visit - Ordered an Iced Coffee Shake Caramel and basically got a milkshake with no coffee at all and chocolate sauce. When I pointed out to the employees that the shake contained neither coffee nor caramel, they made me a new one. Again, no coffee... surprisingly, at least the caramel sauce was good. 🫡🤡

Top-class dining experience! Contrary to most of the disappointing reviews, the food arrived quite quickly. We had just witnessed a dramatic improvisational theater performance between a lively employee and a family with a toddler, and our order was almost ready. Instead of boring standard versions, the burgers delighted with creatively scrunched, individual shapes, and some of the toppings had been given a minimalist reinterpretation. This presented a good opportunity for a round of guessing "Which burger should that have been?" The highlight of the entertainment program came, true to style, at the end: in the form of a half-filled McFlurry, in which they had managed to incorporate even larger cavities despite its reduced dimensions. If the work hadn't been so temperature-sensitive, it could easily have been classified and exhibited as a piece of minimalist art.

At McDonald’s today – what a celebration, We arrived late, but things went really well. As soon as I ordered it, it was already there, fresh and hot – simply wonderful. The crew? A dream served with a smile, You immediately notice that it's not just parrying here. A quick glance, a casual saying, no stress, no waiting, no empty stomach. The kitchen? In flow, a well-rehearsed team, the processes are smooth, almost like in the movies. You feel: here you have really understood, how service and timing merge. The McFlurry – creamy, perfectly tempered, a small dessert that inspires the heart. Vanilla and topping, a sweet moment, which burns even the darkest thoughts. And the night outside, but so bright inside, The visit was spontaneous – and yet special. With a full stomach and a good mood, Then we went home – we’re coming back!

I was in this McDonald's branch today (04/13/25) and unfortunately I have to say that I am very disappointed. Every time I order here something is missing from my bag. This time I ordered 1 fries and 6 spicy nuggets for €10, but the Fillet-O-Fish burger wasn't included. This is simply unacceptable and seems very unprofessional to me. Additionally, I was there yesterday (04/12/25) and the entire parking lot smelled like sewer, which made the experience even more unpleasant. For me, this was definitely the last time I would come here. I cannot recommend this branch.

I loved going there as a child, but now this branch is going downhill. It's just a matter of processing orders. The staff is constantly under stress and can hardly take the time for customers. You have to wait forever to get an order (once I waited almost 40 minutes) and the food, at least for the citizens, only tastes like mud. I don't know if it's different at other stores, but if this continues, McDoanlds will soon have a problem. In addition, the place is often so littered that you lose your appetite. In the meantime, an employee runs at a snail's pace to the trash can to take away trash (it takes 10 minutes to walk 10 meters because he is playing house with his cell phone in the trash) We then ordered at home via uber somewhere else. A check should be carried out here, as this all happens systematically. Because the cars are told to stop at the counter otherwise it will be noticeable that the operation takes far too long. The franchise checks whether the entrepreneurs are taking too long to process the orders. If you don't feel like a "fast food" franchise, why do you do it?

Absolutely disgusting experience at McDonald's! As soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed the lack of hygiene. Tables were sticky and everywhere seemed dirty. The toilet was an absolute disaster - dirty and disgusting. That alone would have been enough to spoil my appetite. When my burger finally came, the disappointment was complete. The food was cold, the burger was prepared completely carelessly and unappetizingly. The ingredients seemed to be slapped on randomly and it just looked disgusting. When I then contacted the branch manager to raise my complaint, I was dealt with in an incredibly arrogant and rude manner. She showed no understanding or accommodation and simply dismissed my criticism. A quick look into the kitchen confirmed my impression: dirty and it smelled disgusting. This visit was an absolute disgrace and had a lasting negative impact on my impression of McDonald's. I will definitely avoid this branch and can only advise everyone not to eat here! What a disgrace!

I can't recommend it. Brother, how can it be that you have to wait almost an hour for 2 shitty cokes that cost almost 10€ while 3 menus only take 10 minutes? What that brother? I swear even Deutsche Bahn is faster than them.
