One of the worst MC's I've been to recently. Of 4 order terminals, 2 are defective. Display for pickup number broken, signs for table service not available. Classic Royal TS not available, wrong drink served. Staff not particularly friendly and not trying hard. Toilet men very dirty and disgusting. Sorry, but overall there is a lot of room for improvement here.

Something is always sold out or broken

We just wanted a cookie, which is what we got, but it was rock hard. The knock on the counter spoke for itself. We then complained about it. It was not possible to get a new cookie because all the cookies were so hard. Okay, then we'll take the €2 back! That didn't work either because the branch manager who was responsible for it didn't know how to make a cancellation to give us the €2 back.🙈 Ok, what's wrong here 🤣. He offered to bake us a new one. We accepted that! However, after 30 minutes we left. The employees forgot about it because of all the chatter and the others were outside smoking. Well, what can I say. MC Donald also seems to be lacking skilled workers. We donated the €2 to MC Donald. Never again!!

There's always an ambulance out here. This is not good. Plus they don't deliver anymore.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to, there is no table service, I had to wait standing for the order for half an hour, in the end half of the order was not delivered, I had to run. the atmosphere is unpleasant, the air conditioners don't work, the toilets are dirty and stink. I'll probably refrain from going to this place again.

Completely understaffed and run down. I had to wait 25 minutes for my food so I could have gone to a restaurant 💀

Today I ate at McDonalds for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately, when I bit into something solid in my burger, I realized that it was a round piece of plastic waste/plastic packaging about 3cm in diameter. I think it's normal to feel slightly sick afterwards. I don't need this experience again. Such a large piece of trash shouldn't be able to accidentally land on a burger without you noticing. I told the woman at the counter and showed her the piece of trash in question from my burger. She apologized for this. That's the only reason for the 2nd star. A pity. Without trash in the burger it would definitely have been a more pleasant visit.

Toilets dirty and no paper, staff unfriendly especially the older Indian-looking man. I was in the toilet for a minute and my food was cleared from the table, dirty shop

I waited 7 minutes at the counter, even though there was nothing going on. The gentleman, dark-haired and dark-skinned, was unsympathetic and wouldn't recommend eating with it

Average McDonald's branch. It has been modernized and, among other things, has the new order terminals. Generally short waiting times and enough free tables so far.

Very responsive and polite staff. The staff is 5*, but I don’t recommend eating there, as in other similar establishments. 😉 Cook at home and stay healthy

Toilet flooded or always broken. Doors don't close. The food wasn't very good like other McDonald's branches. I would rather give it 0/5 stars.

It is and remains simply the best service at this McDonalds. Every second order there is either something wrong or something is missing... Can't you even put things in a bag that are written on a piece of paper/screen?!?! APPARENTLY NOT Mistakes are human and happen ---- WITH THIS MCDONALDS, YOU CAN ASSUME IT HAPPENS ON INTENTION. Today, for the first time in a long time, I didn't check it because I thought: "Come on, it'll be fine." ON THE AR***!!!! Forgot the 20 nuggets AND the Hamburger Royal cheese... With that in mind, THANK YOU FOR NOTHING... And then you call them, stay really polite and the other person says: "You have to check it yourself, it's not my problem" and hangs up. On the 4th stage of my journey from Konstanz to Frankfurt with the ebike, I wanted to charge the battery of my ebike during lunch, as I always do. That's why I asked the waitress behind the cash register if I could charge my battery during lunch. He said yes. When I took the battery out of my bike, the man came and said it wouldn't work, the battery was using too much power. Deer battery charges with 185W. This results in 0.185KWh x € 0.4 = € 0.074 for charging during one hour. I would have paid something for it, but then I moved on without lunch. The other 3 times before this was possible without any problems. The day before, by the way, at BurgerKing. So I couldn't eat, and of course the service was bad.

After many years of abstinence, picked something up again. At home we discovered that the Bigmac was missing something crucial, namely the meat. Thank you, that was finally the last time.

Why are there no quality management checks here? Would like to know what the board would say about Mr. F after a visit! It's embarrassing, sorry.

This is the worst McDonald's I know. Absolutely unfriendly and disorganized staff. Redeeming coupons at the Mc Drive is almost impossible because the gentleman who takes the Mc Drive order hardly understands a word and doesn't feel like it. I've already placed larger orders at the Mc Drive checkout at some point and then left without ordering because it just didn't make sense. This is really the very last store!!!!

Disorganized workforce, completely chaotic and mindless. Orders are mixed up - during my 35 minute (!) wait, 5 customers came with complaints about forgotten ingredients, mixed up desserts, incorrectly prepared food, etc. There were 3 errors in my 5 piece order. The display screen was broken, a deep fryer was broken, several dishes and side dishes were out of stock/out of stock, everyone was constantly standing together at a loss and without a plan and couldn't get any further. Something urgently needs to change here - as a customer you feel neither taken seriously nor well looked after.

The food was of the usual McDonald's quality and the staff tried hard, there is nothing to complain about here. However, it was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant and the floor was sometimes sticky. But the worst thing is the toilets in the basement, very dirty and disgusting like a train station toilet.

Staff not friendly. Food doesn't taste standard like Mac Donalds. Fries don't work at all. Burgers don't taste fresh and like old salad and 3 of 7 were cold. Sorry. Absolutely not possible 😕There were three of us and everyone had the same opinion.

We were there on April 9, 24 at 11 p.m. approx. Ordered two menus (6er chicken nugget menu and RoyalTs menu small). We drive home for a while and realize when we get home: both fries are missing! We drive back (without having eaten anything from the two menus) and ask that the two menus be remade for us because they are now cold due to the “travel” and we can't help it if the fries were missing . The colleague says: it wouldn't work. We would now only get the fries. We continued to discuss until the shift manager came, who then said the same thing and: “why would we only notice that something was missing when we got home?” We would have liked to answer: “What can we do to prevent him from doing his job properly?” (but we didn’t) We then drove home with two new fries. Except for the fresh new fries, the entire meal was of course cold. That really doesn't work at all. You pay almost €30 for these two menus and then go there and tell them what's going on and be treated that way. The assessment had to be Deshlab. And this will also have other consequences, as this is not the first time something like this has happened to us there.

Full, hmm, good. What you expect from McDonalds happens here. Haven't had any bad experiences. Pretty employee.

Be prepared for long waiting times. The drive-in is very busy and today the pump was apparently broken. It easily took 15 minutes until it was our turn. With a rumbling stomach not so horny. Avoid this Maces for now.

Be careful, you won't get what you ordered. A burger is missing and no one is reachable, or you are pushed away. The next time you visit you have to have all the parts shown to you and then put them in the bag. Normally there should be at least the order of €33.25 in the bag. But you can also increase your profits this way. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time either. (03/16/2022) Too bad, but not to change. The last time I was missing I was even supposed to come by again and pick up the burger🤣 what a joke, everyone is eating and I get the missing burger. 02/04/23 tried again at this McDonalds, unfortunately disappointed again. Only 3 coupons are valid, this is what the employee says after the 1st coupon🤣 Then he takes the next one and we have to wait again. Even after that it doesn't work, so there's BurgerKing👍🏻 On March 8th, 2024 we were back at MCDONALDS for a long time and lo and behold, nice staff and delicious burgers. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are underground and dirty. This urgently needs to be remedied.

The men's toilet is a disaster, the smell is reminiscent of an old train station toilet, defective ceilings where there are power cables, tiles behind the sink are missing, door torn from its anchorage. Simply good. It's just good at McDonald's.

Very chaotic. The toilets resemble a Lostplace train station in Frankfurt. It stinks and is dirty. Communication is very difficult and the motivation to satisfy the customer is “0”.

Unfriendly manager should be fired doesn't take orders, calls me an "asshole" and is obviously 0 stars, that's not why there's only one

Very friendly staff, they immediately put you in a good mood! Food is just typical McDonalds has to be there sometimes.

Man kommt herein und die Tische sind zum Teil mit Tabletts von vorherigen Gästen belegt und dreckig. Musste selber an die Theke um Servietten zu besorgen um meinen Tisch sauber zu bekommen. Nachdem ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben habe, wurde mein Essen teils abgestanden vorbeigebracht. Werde dort nicht mehr hinfahren.

Der Service sollte verbessert werden

I was there two days in a row and they told me that maschine for milkshake didn’t work. The employees are very rude and disrespectful, they also forgot to gave me Coca Cola. Overall very bad experience i do not recommend.

Im Restaurant waren wir immer zufrieden. Zudem ist die Atmosphäre dort toll. Beim Lieferdienst jedoch wurde uns komplett falsches Essen geliefert. Was wir nicht verstehen ist: warum müssen manche Kunden elend lange an der Kasse warten, obwohl andere Kunden ihr Essen an den Tisch serviert bekommen? Irgendwie unfair

Diese Filiale bekommt es leider nicht hin, die verkürzten Öffnungszeiten zu Silvester zu aktualisieren und stellt sich stattdessen fälschlicherweise als geöffnet dar.

Durschnitlich schnelle Zubereitung

Man war mehr damit beschäftigt über andere Kollegen zu tratschen als sich um die Kunden zu kümmern. Kein Guten Tag, kein fahren sie bitte vor, kein Danke oder auf Wiedersehen...

20 Minuten am Drive in gewartet obwohl nichts los war. Unfassbar schlechter Service

So kann man sich McDonalds abgewöhnen. Mitarbeiter die einen Minutenlang am drive in warten lassen. Nach Resignierung im Foyer die Bestellung am PC eingibt unter Benennung von der Tisch Nummer und es dann doch nicht klappt. Lautschreiend werden dann die Bestell Nummern angesagt. Eine erwartungshaltung das man hier das essen gebracht bekommt ist zwecklos. Erstreckt dann wenn zudem kaum Betrieb wahrnehmbar ist. Ja, definitiv diese Mitarbeiter haben keine Lust!

Häufig dauert es sehr lange, bis eine Bestellung fertig ist. Im Restaurant ist es nicht immer sauber, auch bei wenig Betrieb. Beim Service kommt es sehr auf die Schichtleitung an, die gerade Dienst hat. Der Kinderbereich ist seit einem Jahr gesperrt.

Hier war es richtig dreckig! Die Tische voller Müll, das Personal hat sich überhaupt nicht darum gekümmert. Auch auf dem Boden lagen überall Verpackungen. Eine saubere Ecke für mich und meinen Kaffee zu finden war schwierig. Dort kann man sich höchstens etwas abholen. Auch die Preise waren höher als in anderen "Restaurants" dieser Kette

Soll wohl 24 Stunden geöffnet sein Bin umsonst gekommen.... Nirgends eine Info zu finden wieso zu ist... Enttäuschend.

Menschen an der Kasse werden wegignoriert. Jeder Tisch dreckig. Stellt mehr Leute ein.

2,89 für einen Cheeseburger sind 90 cent mehr als woanders. Mit welcher Begründung? Weil die hier so besonders gut sind? Weil es so schnell geht?

They gave me at drive in worst fries ever. They taste like they fired again some forgoten fries from 2 days ago. Good that rest of the food was made at that moment (i hope so)

Wenn ich dieses Lokal besuche, hatte ich meist gemischte Gefühle, man musste lange auf die Bestellung warten, mit einer kleinen Anzahl von Gästen war es schmutzig, aber manchmal befinde ich mich in der Schicht des Teams, das heute gearbeitet hat. Eine sehr positive Kellnerin, ich habe mich einfach hingesetzt und das Essen war in 2 Minuten auf meinem Tisch und das leckerste von allen meinen Besuchen. Das ganze Zimmer war gut gereinigt

Sehr freundliches Personal👍🏼, jedoch ist von Sauberkeit bei den Toiletten nicht zu sprechen und trotz riesigen Werbeplakaten für ihr Softeis ,,McFlurry‘‘ leider kein Eis vorhanden☹️.

Ich war heute, am 8. Oktober 2023, um 20:57 Uhr im McDonald's an der Heidelberger Straße in Darmstadt. Mein Besuch am Mac Drive war äußerst enttäuschend. Als ich meine Bestellung aufgeben wollte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich warten müsse, bis die vorherige Bestellung fertig sei. Das führte dazu, dass ich und andere Kunden unnötig lange warten mussten, bis wir bestellen konnten. Noch frustrierender war die Tatsache, dass der Mitarbeiter am Schalter behauptete, dass dies die übliche Praxis sei, bei der einer bestellt, dann abholt, und erst dann darf der nächste bestellen. Das ist in meinen Augen eine äußerst ineffiziente Vorgehensweise und widerspricht dem Sinn eines Drive-Thru-Service. Ich bin enttäuscht von dieser Erfahrung und fühle mich als Kunde nicht wertgeschätzt. Die langsame und unkooperative Art und Weise, wie Bestellungen bearbeitet wurden, hat meinen Besuch bei McDonald's negativ beeinflusst. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft Verbesserungen in der Servicequalität vorgenommen werden.

Das war der schlechteste McDonald Besuch jemals. Beim Hamburger TS, fehlten komplett Tomate und Salat, die Nuggets waren nicht mal lauwarm und labberig, und die Apfeltasche fehlte. Aber hey, die Pommes waren heiß 🤪 Wir haben zum mitnehmen bestellt, daher haben wir nicht reklamiert

Extrem dreckiges Restaurant, Essen kalt und steinhart, Personal überfordert.

Haben über mc’s App bestellt jedoch haben wir nicht alles bekommen was wir bestellt haben finde ich sehr unzuverlässig weil wir ja Geld dafür ausgeben und dann die Hälfte nicht bekommen das Ambiente sah jetzt auch nicht so einladend aus. Das Essen jedoch hat geschmeckt nur das halt die Hälfte gefehlt hat

jede bahnhofstoilette ist hygienischer, das war schon richtig bodenlos. einige produkte waren nicht bestellbar, ewig gewartet, restaurant dreckig und klimaanlage kaputt

Bester mcdonalds in town🤠. Mein rowdy Kumpel und ich kommen jeden Freitag hier her und alle ist perfekt. Heute haben wir uns ein eis gegönnt und der nette mann hat uns zwei gratis dazu geben. Rocknroll leute wie mega war das denn. 🤠🤟😯😉

Die Zubereitung ging verhältnismäßig schnell... Die neuen Brötchen feier ich nicht ganz so sehr, aber kann man sich trotzdem schonmal reinziehen. Ambiente war eher durchwachsen, da irgendwelche 13 Jährigen sich die ganze Zeit Schellen gegeben und rumgeschrien haben. Hab das Essen mit nach Hause genommen und gemütlich auf der Couch gegönnt... War gut so 👍

Totale Katastrophe, Mitarbeiter unkompetent und überlastet, Gutscheine auf dem Terminal eingegeben und eingelöst, da aber die Papierrolle leer war ist die Bestellnummer nicht raus und damit auch keine Bestellung möglich. Mitarbeiter haben nur mit dem Schultern gezuckt. Also Bestellung nur für Volles Preis möglich. Hunger gezwungen habe nur ein Cheeseburger bestellt und nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit, auf den Cheeseburger und Geld verzichtet, da noch 4 Bestellungen vor mir waren. Vom McDonalds bin ich jetzt für lange geheilt.

So eine erbärmliche App, braucht ein Passwort mit Sonderzeichen, Großbuchstaben und Nummern. Will auf den Standort zugreifen, UND DANN FUNKTIONIERT ES NICHT MAL

Eigentlich kann man mit der Straßenbahn von Zentrum erreichen, eine gute Alternative zum Mc.Donald Fan, dann in Zentrum ist kein MC

Consistently good food every time I visit.

Hab mir 4 Mc Fish bzw Fish O Filet gekauft und bei 2 war kein Käse drauf und bei einem weniger als eine Scheibe, denke dass ich so schnell nicht mehr beim Mc Donalds essen werde... schade!

Lady at the counter was a definition of a diva who's gone broke. She was acting all posh and being too whimsy as we looked at the menu before ordering. Like it's your job lady, if there's only one person in the whole restaurant, you better have some patience (coz we were the only ones in there). I wonder how she'd be when the place would be busy. Perhaps she was wondering why we didn't order using the self order screens. Anyways, who cares, it's not like I'll ever go back there. Burgers were fresh and the coffee was hot, unfortunately it was the service that was stale and cold. Toilets were not in order either, but that maybe due to the fact that it was morning time and the cleaners hadn't arrived yet. Overall 3/5 as food was decent and the fact that it is close to the Autobahn, so not much of a detour if you're traveling south on the A5.

Diese blonde Frau beim Drive in Bestellen Sie scheint sich überhaupt nicht um ihren Job zu kümmern. Dies ist das dritte Mal, dass sie mir beide Male die falsche Bestellung gegeben hat. Sie hat mir nie eine Quittung gegeben. Auch als ich das erste Auto war, musste ich mindestens warten 5 Minuten, bis sie die Bestellung aufgenommen hat.

Nicht hingehen nichts essen ich habe böse Magen Krämpfe und stundenlang durchfall gehabt ich möchte nicht wissen wie und wer das Essen dort zubereitet einfach nur Ekelhaft das Essen war einfach Geschmacklos und zusammen geklatscht! Richtige Salmonellen Station!!! Das Gesundheitsamt sollte sich mal denn Laden genauer anschauen!!!!!

Es gab keinen Sanitizer und keine Seife in der Klo. Dem Personal war das nicht interessant.

Nicht mal die Toilette auf dem Frankfurter Bahnhof sind so schlimm 🤢 und das zur Mittagszeit… Service trotz Tischservice nach 15min hintern meinem Essen nachgefragt…

Außer von 1-2 leuten vom Personal ist der Service von den restlichen Angestellten unterirdisch. Einfach nur Katastrophe. Das Restaurant kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen. Wegen ein zwei Leuten kann ich beim Service nicht weniger geben, auch wenn ich gerne würde. F**** euch.

Ich bin kein Fan von dieser Filiale. Das essen ist ok aber das Ambiente ist immer irgendwie schmuddelig. Das Restaurant an sich wirkt relativ sauber und modern aber die Treppe zum Klo klebt, auf der WC stinkt es nach Urin und die Seife war auch leer.

Es gibt definitiv besser geführte Mc Donald Restaurants. Das Essen ist Qualitativ sehr schlecht im Vergleich zu anderen Mc Donalds.

Was ist bei euch Los :D nicht nur das ein einfacher Cheeseburger statt früher 1€ jetzt 2,69€ kostet, auch der Service ist unterirdisch. Es war 1 person vor mir und es hat trotzdem 25 min gebraucht bis ich mein Essen hatte, weil einfach nur 2 Mitarbeiter den kompletten Laden schmeißen... Ich hatte dadurch genug Zeit mir die Toiletten anzuschauen und dadurch hat sich meine Bestellung doch etwas verkleinert. Das sind die dreckigsten WCs die ivh seit langem gesehen habe. Der Boden klebt vor Pisse und es stinkt brutal. Dafür wenigstens Personal abbauen und alles teurer machen :D Ihr wart mal cool aber jetzt könnt ich nur kotzen...
