A bit bumpy with the staff but very friendly.

Absolutely disappointing! When I walked in there wasn't a single employee in sight at the front. After waiting for several minutes, I heard someone in the back room - apparently the only employee was sleeping! When he finally came, he seemed annoyed and listless. Of course, the ice cream machine didn't work either. If this is the service you can expect here then this will definitely be my last visit! Slippery

Every order got wrong suger today I ordered 3 menus and got 2. Time to close 🤮

I had to wait over an hour for my food then the Fanta was suddenly empty. Very very incompetent staff. I can absolutely not recommend it

There were many trays from customers who had left on many tables. Staff was understaffed. The toilets were unusable and there was a very bad smell.

There were not many people, one machine did not work properly, but it was not written about it, because of the broken machine, the order process took a very long time. The toilet is dirty and very smelly. Service wants better. While I went to the toilet, the plate with the number disappeared from the table, and I had to wait standing at the checkout. Probably the worst restaurant of this chain that I have ever been to.

I am very disappointed with this branch and its employees. I placed an order but only received half of the products I ordered. When I contacted the branch, the employee did not speak to us in a friendly manner at all. 0 professionalism, 0 attitude. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Overall, I wasn't happy with my visit today. This McDonald's is always understaffed and the wait for food takes a long time. In addition, there are often a lot of people there, which makes it take even longer. The toilets are very dirty. The only thing that was good was the food, which was very tasty.

The term insane asylum has never been more fitting. Absolutely dirty branch, extremely long waiting times, the workers are unfriendly and have no idea what they are doing. Most of them don't work, but rather look around lethargically, stroll leisurely behind the counter and push receipts up and down without lifting a finger. I ordered a piece of cake and watched for 20 minutes as no one took care of the order. In the meantime, angry guests arrived every minute because something was served incorrectly, not at all, or cold. The only employee who made any effort was a young man who could have been a trainee. After 20 minutes I asked him to please pack the cake so that he could finally leave and check off the order, which he promptly did. Absolutely horrible experience that I won't repeat!

Juice store. I ordered a latte macchiato in Grande for €4.89 and got a small, trendy coffee mug with a bit of milk foam. I think you should explain to the employees the difference between a macchiato and a cappuccino. The store is definitely not worth one star either.

Truly the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Has nothing to do with fast food.

I wasn't served at the drive-thru. The floor in the restaurant was sticky. The burgers were soggy and sloppily prepared, and the service was unfriendly. This can be done much better, as other branches (including this one a few years ago) show.

It's been more than a year since we, along with my wife, throw our money into this McDonald's every time I ask for fresh or at least hot food. I don't ask for that much after paying enough. And every time I get cold food that has been cooking and reheated for a few hours! That's not how it works! I'm going to file a big complaint!

That was definitely my worst visit to McDonald's today!!! Waited 45 minutes for the food, the staff was slow, the noise was almost unbearable, the burgers were cold and to my complete surprise, not!!! No soap or toilet paper in the ladies' room. In addition, the parking lot is difficult to access due to construction barriers and in order not to have to wait hours to be able to drive out - you have to queue behind the waiting cars from the drive in - I drove out via the driveway, from front to back it was just bad!!!

Like a WiFi, simple McDonald's but clean and friendly is worth a lot.

Drive in is a construction site, you can't get out once you drive in there. The staff is extremely overwhelmed and the ordering terminals and pick-up display have been broken for months. You can get your burger faster if you drive 7 minutes further to Pfungstadt to the competition. All customers in store annoyed and unhappy.

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. The tables were littered and sticky. The staff was completely overwhelmed and we had to wait forever for the order. We eventually left because it was unbearably warm in the store. The standees for the table numbers were completely missing, probably because the staff couldn't handle table service anyway.

Ordered food for family (children). Waited 30 minutes until you could pay and then another 50 minutes until you had your food. To top it all off, 2 burgers were missing, so I gave the children my food and made myself some bread. If you work there you should also know that your 2 for 1 vouchers also give you 2 burgers and not just one This way you can also drive away your customers. No one from family or relatives goes there that quickly anymore.

Loading is average. Everything actually fits.

One of the worst MC's I've been to recently. Of 4 order terminals, 2 are defective. Display for pickup number broken, signs for table service not available. Classic Royal TS not available, wrong drink served. Staff not particularly friendly and not trying hard. Toilet men very dirty and disgusting. Sorry, but overall there is a lot of room for improvement here.

Something is always sold out or broken

We just wanted a cookie, which is what we got, but it was rock hard. The knock on the counter spoke for itself. We then complained about it. It was not possible to get a new cookie because all the cookies were so hard. Okay, then we'll take the €2 back! That didn't work either because the branch manager who was responsible for it didn't know how to make a cancellation to give us the €2 back.🙈 Ok, what's wrong here 🤣. He offered to bake us a new one. We accepted that! However, after 30 minutes we left. The employees forgot about it because of all the chatter and the others were outside smoking. Well, what can I say. MC Donald also seems to be lacking skilled workers. We donated the €2 to MC Donald. Never again!!

There's always an ambulance out here. This is not good. Plus they don't deliver anymore.

Today I ate at McDonalds for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately, when I bit into something solid in my burger, I realized that it was a round piece of plastic waste/plastic packaging about 3cm in diameter. I think it's normal to feel slightly sick afterwards. I don't need this experience again. Such a large piece of trash shouldn't be able to accidentally land on a burger without you noticing. I told the woman at the counter and showed her the piece of trash in question from my burger. She apologized for this. That's the only reason for the 2nd star. A pity. Without trash in the burger it would definitely have been a more pleasant visit.

Toilet flooded or always broken. Doors don't close. The food wasn't very good like other McDonald's branches. I would rather give it 0/5 stars.

It is and remains simply the best service at this McDonalds. Every second order there is either something wrong or something is missing... Can't you even put things in a bag that are written on a piece of paper/screen?!?! APPARENTLY NOT Mistakes are human and happen ---- WITH THIS MCDONALDS, YOU CAN ASSUME IT HAPPENS ON INTENTION. Today, for the first time in a long time, I didn't check it because I thought: "Come on, it'll be fine." ON THE AR***!!!! Forgot the 20 nuggets AND the Hamburger Royal cheese... With that in mind, THANK YOU FOR NOTHING... And then you call them, stay really polite and the other person says: "You have to check it yourself, it's not my problem" and hangs up. On the 4th stage of my journey from Konstanz to Frankfurt with the ebike, I wanted to charge the battery of my ebike during lunch, as I always do. That's why I asked the waitress behind the cash register if I could charge my battery during lunch. He said yes. When I took the battery out of my bike, the man came and said it wouldn't work, the battery was using too much power. Deer battery charges with 185W. This results in 0.185KWh x € 0.4 = € 0.074 for charging during one hour. I would have paid something for it, but then I moved on without lunch. The other 3 times before this was possible without any problems. The day before, by the way, at BurgerKing. So I couldn't eat, and of course the service was bad.

After many years of abstinence, picked something up again. At home we discovered that the Bigmac was missing something crucial, namely the meat. Thank you, that was finally the last time.

Why are there no quality management checks here? Would like to know what the board would say about Mr. F after a visit! It's embarrassing, sorry.

This is the worst McDonald's I know. Absolutely unfriendly and disorganized staff. Redeeming coupons at the Mc Drive is almost impossible because the gentleman who takes the Mc Drive order hardly understands a word and doesn't feel like it. I've already placed larger orders at the Mc Drive checkout at some point and then left without ordering because it just didn't make sense. This is really the very last store!!!!

Disorganized workforce, completely chaotic and mindless. Orders are mixed up - during my 35 minute (!) wait, 5 customers came with complaints about forgotten ingredients, mixed up desserts, incorrectly prepared food, etc. There were 3 errors in my 5 piece order. The display screen was broken, a deep fryer was broken, several dishes and side dishes were out of stock/out of stock, everyone was constantly standing together at a loss and without a plan and couldn't get any further. Something urgently needs to change here - as a customer you feel neither taken seriously nor well looked after.

The food was of the usual McDonald's quality and the staff tried hard, there is nothing to complain about here. We were there on April 9, 24 at 11 p.m. approx. Ordered two menus (6er chicken nugget menu and RoyalTs menu small). We drive home for a while and realize when we get home: both fries are missing! We drive back (without having eaten anything from the two menus) and ask that the two menus be remade for us because they are now cold due to the “travel” and we can't help it if the fries were missing . The colleague says: it wouldn't work. We would now only get the fries. We continued to discuss until the shift manager came, who then said the same thing and: “why would we only notice that something was missing when we got home?” We would have liked to answer: “What can we do to prevent him from doing his job properly?” (but we didn’t) We then drove home with two new fries. Except for the fresh new fries, the entire meal was of course cold. That really doesn't work at all. You pay almost €30 for these two menus and then go there and tell them what's going on and be treated that way. The assessment had to be Deshlab. And this will also have other consequences, as this is not the first time something like this has happened to us there.

Be prepared for long waiting times. The drive-in is very busy and today the pump was apparently broken. It easily took 15 minutes until it was our turn. With a rumbling stomach not so horny. Avoid this Maces for now.

Be careful, you won't get what you ordered. A burger is missing and no one is reachable, or you are pushed away. The next time you visit you have to have all the parts shown to you and then put them in the bag. Normally there should be at least the order of €33.25 in the bag. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are underground and dirty. This urgently needs to be remedied.

Very chaotic. The toilets resemble a Lostplace train station in Frankfurt. It stinks and is dirty. Communication is very difficult and the motivation to satisfy the customer is “0”.

Unfriendly manager should be fired doesn't take orders, calls me an "asshole" and is obviously 0 stars, that's not why there's only one

Man kommt herein und die Tische sind zum Teil mit Tabletts von vorherigen Gästen belegt und dreckig. Musste selber an die Theke um Servietten zu besorgen um meinen Tisch sauber zu bekommen. Nachdem ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben habe, wurde mein Essen teils abgestanden vorbeigebracht. Werde dort nicht mehr hinfahren.

Im Restaurant waren wir immer zufrieden. Zudem ist die Atmosphäre dort toll. Beim Lieferdienst jedoch wurde uns komplett falsches Essen geliefert. Was wir nicht verstehen ist: warum müssen manche Kunden elend lange an der Kasse warten, obwohl andere Kunden ihr Essen an den Tisch serviert bekommen? Irgendwie unfair

Diese Filiale bekommt es leider nicht hin, die verkürzten Öffnungszeiten zu Silvester zu aktualisieren und stellt sich stattdessen fälschlicherweise als geöffnet dar.

Durschnitlich schnelle Zubereitung

Man war mehr damit beschäftigt über andere Kollegen zu tratschen als sich um die Kunden zu kümmern. Kein Guten Tag, kein fahren sie bitte vor, kein Danke oder auf Wiedersehen...

So kann man sich McDonalds abgewöhnen. Mitarbeiter die einen Minutenlang am drive in warten lassen. Nach Resignierung im Foyer die Bestellung am PC eingibt unter Benennung von der Tisch Nummer und es dann doch nicht klappt. Lautschreiend werden dann die Bestell Nummern angesagt. Eine erwartungshaltung das man hier das essen gebracht bekommt ist zwecklos. Erstreckt dann wenn zudem kaum Betrieb wahrnehmbar ist. Ja, definitiv diese Mitarbeiter haben keine Lust!

20 Minuten am Drive in gewartet obwohl nichts los war. Unfassbar schlechter Service

Häufig dauert es sehr lange, bis eine Bestellung fertig ist. Im Restaurant ist es nicht immer sauber, auch bei wenig Betrieb. Beim Service kommt es sehr auf die Schichtleitung an, die gerade Dienst hat. Der Kinderbereich ist seit einem Jahr gesperrt.

Hier war es richtig dreckig! Die Tische voller Müll, das Personal hat sich überhaupt nicht darum gekümmert. Auch auf dem Boden lagen überall Verpackungen. Eine saubere Ecke für mich und meinen Kaffee zu finden war schwierig. Dort kann man sich höchstens etwas abholen. Auch die Preise waren höher als in anderen "Restaurants" dieser Kette

Soll wohl 24 Stunden geöffnet sein Bin umsonst gekommen.... Nirgends eine Info zu finden wieso zu ist... Enttäuschend.

2,89 für einen Cheeseburger sind 90 cent mehr als woanders. Mit welcher Begründung? Weil die hier so besonders gut sind? Weil es so schnell geht?

Wenn ich dieses Lokal besuche, hatte ich meist gemischte Gefühle, man musste lange auf die Bestellung warten, mit einer kleinen Anzahl von Gästen war es schmutzig, aber manchmal befinde ich mich in der Schicht des Teams, das heute gearbeitet hat. Eine sehr positive Kellnerin, ich habe mich einfach hingesetzt und das Essen war in 2 Minuten auf meinem Tisch und das leckerste von allen meinen Besuchen. Das ganze Zimmer war gut gereinigt

Sehr freundliches Personal👍🏼, jedoch ist von Sauberkeit bei den Toiletten nicht zu sprechen und trotz riesigen Werbeplakaten für ihr Softeis ,,McFlurry‘‘ leider kein Eis vorhanden☹️.

Ich war heute, am 8. Oktober 2023, um 20:57 Uhr im McDonald's an der Heidelberger Straße in Darmstadt. Mein Besuch am Mac Drive war äußerst enttäuschend. Als ich meine Bestellung aufgeben wollte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich warten müsse, bis die vorherige Bestellung fertig sei. Das führte dazu, dass ich und andere Kunden unnötig lange warten mussten, bis wir bestellen konnten. Noch frustrierender war die Tatsache, dass der Mitarbeiter am Schalter behauptete, dass dies die übliche Praxis sei, bei der einer bestellt, dann abholt, und erst dann darf der nächste bestellen. Das ist in meinen Augen eine äußerst ineffiziente Vorgehensweise und widerspricht dem Sinn eines Drive-Thru-Service. Ich bin enttäuscht von dieser Erfahrung und fühle mich als Kunde nicht wertgeschätzt. Die langsame und unkooperative Art und Weise, wie Bestellungen bearbeitet wurden, hat meinen Besuch bei McDonald's negativ beeinflusst. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft Verbesserungen in der Servicequalität vorgenommen werden.

Extrem dreckiges Restaurant, Essen kalt und steinhart, Personal überfordert.

Das war der schlechteste McDonald Besuch jemals. Beim Hamburger TS, fehlten komplett Tomate und Salat, die Nuggets waren nicht mal lauwarm und labberig, und die Apfeltasche fehlte. Aber hey, die Pommes waren heiß 🤪 Wir haben zum mitnehmen bestellt, daher haben wir nicht reklamiert

Für Fast Food gut,am drive in muss man lange warten, aber sonst gut.

Haben über mc’s App bestellt jedoch haben wir nicht alles bekommen was wir bestellt haben finde ich sehr unzuverlässig weil wir ja Geld dafür ausgeben und dann die Hälfte nicht bekommen das Ambiente sah jetzt auch nicht so einladend aus. Das Essen jedoch hat geschmeckt nur das halt die Hälfte gefehlt hat
