Massacre. The toilets smell so bad that I'm afraid to wash my hands. Leftovers everywhere in the room. I will never come back here again.

Unfortunately the food arrived ice cold. If you leave all the small bags open in the big one, it doesn't surprise me. Furthermore, half of the order was missing. You pay so much money and people just don't get it. I would like to get what I ordered.

Wallah used to be much better there because there was more mashed potatoes. Now only asylum seekers work because they don't speak German

It was a complete disaster. We ordered take away there, apart from the wait of 45 minutes. And you didn't pay attention to certain things. They have forgotten or skillfully ignored so many things. Apparently everyone is overwhelmed. I will never eat there again!!

Now it's just questionable to eat there 2 citizens menus 2 milkshakes 35€?! Burgers were cold, when asked they got 2 new ones after about 20 minutes then a service person came "should have picked them up" burger cold again... So that was my last visit to this chain

Not a really good branch, it has the “modern” equipment, but vending machines are of no use to me if they are switched off. The display that shows the number of the finished order when not in use is of no use to me either. Instead, you have to keep your ears open in a loud restaurant. Not really great. The quality of the food can be described as okay, but it could be much better by KFC standards.

Very bad service, totally dirty and no longer tastes the same as before. A lot has changed here. Plus they take forever to get orders ready. No more damp cloths, no more flat drinks. I also find it very annoying.

I ordered at the drive-thru counter today and was very disappointed. When I got home, I realized that the mayonnaise and sauces were completely missing. Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken, but the waiting times are sometimes really long. I ordered in drive and two cars in front of me, me and the car behind me had errors in their orders. Either something was missing or it was packed incorrectly. Mine was missing mayo and the mashed potatoes were served with sauce instead of without. The food itself was standard KFC. Filling and delicious.

Some device is always broken, even if it's the toilet. By the way, the toilet paper is often empty there. The floor is sticky or slippery. There are always leftover packaging lying around somewhere. The employees seem stressed. But the food is hot and delicious.

The food is always delicious, but the drive-in is an absolute disaster because something is always missing. I'm not talking about a sauce or anything like that, sometimes a complete fries are missing, sometimes drinks for the children or like today a whole children's menu, the cheese was missing from the burgers... There's just always something missing! You really pay a lot of money and you get really lousy service, it's just annoying!

KFC simply serves delicious chicken. Compared to other fast food chains, this one offers real chicken, i.e. whole chicken, leg, wings, fillet, etc. It's all juicy, fried until crispy and well seasoned. The sauces in all variations can be used for dipping. The chicken comes in large portions, is a bit more expensive for a fast food chain, but the quality of the chicken is 100 times more worth it than classic chicken nuggets elsewhere. There are also delicious chicken burgers. The sides like fries, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and corn on the cob are all delicious and go well with the chicken. Salads, wraps and other specials are all good. Likewise the desserts, even if they have a classic fast food character. Even the veggie meat substitute tasted good and spicy. The store offers a lot of seating, including outside on a kind of terrace. What's a shame and could be better at this branch: out of 10 visits there are probably 7 where the ordering machine doesn't issue an invoice or order number and you then have to have them printed out separately at the checkout. In addition, some machines accept credit cards, some do not and nothing happens, you then have to go to the cash register again and pay there or have the invoice printed first. Many tables, chairs and benches regularly have a lot of crumbs. At frequent times some visitors behave very loudly. The staff sometimes seems demotivated, with 5 out of 10 orders missing sauces or small things. The toilets often take some getting used to and it's best not to touch them. The store is actually good, especially because of the food, but you could be more motivated to pay attention to these little things and the customer doesn't have so many unnecessary problems that can be solved quickly, but will definitely bother some people. But some employees are friendly and helpful.

Be careful at the drive-in: it takes far too long and the order was incorrect. Ordered products worth at least €10 were missing, unfortunately only noticed at home. So check your order again on site!

Sadly, original chicken has almost only bones and hardly any meat. That can be expensive and without meat? It's not worth it at all!

Very last shop. I've seen a lot, but this is the last straw. Ordered for 3 people - paid just under €50. When the order was ready, some parts were missing. When asked, the waitress couldn't speak German. Another lady was able to help. When everything was there, the food was cold and the order was still not complete. The food itself is very tasty. Toilets were really disgusting. The entire floor was covered in piss and it smelled awful. We won't come here anymore

It's dirty everywhere, the floor is sticky, tables are dirty. The food was slapped together and some ingredients were missing from the burger. Do everyone a favor and close the store.

Long waits and this crispy cheese is a joke

We were there on a Saturday evening. As expected, it was very crowded. Only a little more than half of the order displays work. Nevertheless, we found one that took our order. At the end of the order and payment process, surprisingly, we did not receive a receipt. Well, yes. A little surprised, I was fortunately able to remember the order number, even though it was only visible for 3 seconds. The same soon appeared on the display at the counter. But this didn't work properly: As I said, the store was understandably full. Therefore, around 20 orders were in progress. Only very rarely did one of them end up on the pickup counter - maybe every 3 to 5 minutes - and the list of orders in progress didn't get any shorter at all. While things didn't go any further inside, the drivethrough switch continued to be operated. After waiting 30 minutes, I politely asked about our food. The friendly boss was also able to assure us that (even though we didn't have a receipt) he could help us. This finally worked after further inquiries 10 minutes later. Another 5 minutes later we received our food. Total waiting time 45 minutes. It wasn't entirely surprising that the ice cube dispenser only provided water. Conclusion: Since the technology didn't work at peak sales time, the understaffed, friendly team had no chance. To the operator: Get your technology up to date and pay your staff €1/hour more - then you'll be more likely to find additional staff. I'm happy to pay a little more for my menu.

We waited at the counter for our food for 50 minutes. We saw an employee drop a piece of chicken from the warming cabinet onto the floor. This was picked up again and put in the cupboard. Food that had been left on the counter to be picked up for over 20 minutes was then put back into the heat treatment. The food was cold and disgusting. The Health Office should take a closer look here.

Lovely and hard working young team that are positive, helpful and quick. I noticed a few people complain and those were exactly the people didnt pick up thr order after being called out a few times and was on the screen for 30 min. Respect to the team for keeping it cool and thank you all.

Been there several times during the day. Overall I can't complain. The only thing that bothers me personally is that you're standing with the truck on a nearby street at a very late hour and you want to take a break and eat something warm...they're closed there. Seriously? Autohof, detergent manufacturer with 24 hour delivery and then to? KFC just improve the burger joint with the crown.

Waited 40 minutes for the order, no apology, no nothing. Crispies were out and had to be remade. Branch management has completely failed and has no control over the store.

Just a Kentucky. The display for the finished orders was broken and it took a good 25 minutes from the order at the kiosk to the food being served. Fast food is different. Nonetheless, it was tasty, even if there was an obvious lack of staff.

It was actually supposed to be some chicken parts, unfortunately after entering the premises I was hit by a truly indescribable, bad smell that almost made me vomit. I left the store immediately.

The service was friendly, chicken was cooked to perfection but the fries could've been better. Soap was gone so we ended up using the hand sanitizer. The tables and floors were not clean. It could've been worse, I know, but I had to clean it myself. Thank goodness I had an alcohol spray and tissues with me.

The food was okay, at least what was actually ready to be picked up. Ordered 4 x fries from the menu, got 7 x fries, but chicken pieces were missing from every dish! Ordered 4 parts in the menu, got 3 parts, ordered chicken parts for the kids menu, nothing was included with the order, complained about the fries at the checkout, then got new things, we were allowed to keep the fries. Attention... we then got hot wings for a 6 year old. When we asked if there was anything alternative, the hot wings were thrown onto the counter and we were told there was nothing else. Then we had 2 x water Ordered in the bottle and only received it once, the deposit was charged twice. When something was missing, we were no longer even noticed and ignored. I would like to point out that we never behaved in an intrusive or conspicuous manner It was appropriate for 4 people = parents + child and grandpa. The service between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. was an absolute disaster. I have always avoided the store Father wanted chicken, I didn't want to deny him... That was a mistake. Never again KFC Reisholz P.S. The toilet was the crowning glory in the end. + There are no more drinks that are not Zero... So, everything without sugar, since I have an allergy to artificial sugar, all I had left was water. On friday night(16.02.2024), the oil used for fries and kfc original was rancid, old, the food stinked. The burgers chicken was in good condition, but fries were stinky.

Actually there is nothing to complain about but the toilet, or rather what it is cleaned with, feels like it burns my lungs. I've never experienced anything so unpleasant. The normal smell in the toilet, on the other hand, is like the smell of roses. I have no idea whether the toilet was previously extremely dirty and therefore a radical method was resorted to or whether it is a permanent condition.

Unfortunately I was there at driveinn's peak hour. It took a good half hour to issue. The ladies behind the counter seemed a bit overwhelmed and some orders had to be corrected. Mine was also missing something, which was then added without any problems.

I don't recommend this KFC restaurant at all. It does not meet European standards at all. There is no hygiene in this restaurant! Gloves are not worn, service is poor, salespeople are very boring! The waiting time for an order takes extremely long. Wasted time for nothing. In addition, the cleanliness of the restaurant is not there. The juice dispenser is full of sticky sugar. The taste of the food is not who knows what wow. I ate at this place and felt sick afterward! I don't recommend it!

Years ago it used to be good here. Really poorly positioned at the moment. No air conditioning so the food on site is unbearable as others have already mentioned. In order to wash your hands before and after eating, you have to use the toilets. Unfortunately, these stinks are so bad that some people would prefer a Dixi toilet...!

Fast service, here fast food is still fast food. Never received an incorrect order and it was always fresh and hot.

There is a long wait, the ordering machine is often not correct or does not print the receipt with the order number. The screen where the orders are placed does not update the status. Even when it is not very crowded, the wait is often more than 15 minutes.

What an absolute TRASH STORE. It's late afternoon, 4 p.m., the store is almost empty, only a few orders. I order 4 original chicken pieces, after waiting 15 minutes they call my number and ask me if they can give me hot wings instead as the chicken pieces will take another 20 minutes. Are you somehow mentally challenged? I don't want hot wings, otherwise I would have ordered them myself, and I also don't want to wait 35 minutes for my food at a fast food chain. What is unclear about FAST in FASTfood? How have these people survived to this day? And why is this branch still allowed to exist? Does the franchisor not care that his brand is being smeared with dirt?
