Portions are now ridiculously small. Fries are soggy. Price/performance 4- And the toilet smells awful. No soap or disinfectant.

When after 40 minutes of waiting the food still wasn't ready, I asked for a refund. When this was rejected, I had to leave the “fast” food restaurant on an empty stomach. This store is a complete disaster.

The food is delicious, but you have to wait 15-40 minutes EVERY time. Orders are forgotten or ignored. Very bad. Avoid this place and go to Burger King next door

The service was friendly, chicken was cooked to perfection but the fries were undercooked. It wasn't fried twice for that crispness. Soap was gone so we ended up using the hand sanitizer. The tables and floors were not clean. It could've been worse, I know, but I had to clean it myself. Thank goodness I had an alcohol spray and tissues with me.

I absolutely love KFC! Every time I eat there, it's a delight. The quality of the food is unbeatable – the chicken is always fresh, juicy, and wonderfully crispy on the outside. I especially love the Original Recipe Chicken with its unique blend of seasonings that is simply unmistakable. The fries are also top-notch: golden brown, crispy, and perfectly salted. The burgers and wraps are another highlight. The Zinger Burger has just the right amount of spice, and the Twister Wraps are super tasty and filling. The sides are also impressive – from creamy coleslaw to buttermilk biscuits, everything tastes great. The service at KFC is friendly and fast, whether you eat in or at the drive-thru. Even during peak hours, you'll receive prompt service, and the staff is always polite. The restaurants are clean, comfortable, and perfect for a quick snack or a relaxed meal with friends. There are also often great specials and value menus, which offer some really good deals. KFC delivers consistently high quality and taste—in my opinion, the best fast food chain ever! I'm always happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Disaster. Slow staff and I have to wait 30 minutes for my food.

Unfortunately, one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. I waited an hour and a half for my food, and the entire kitchen system seemed to have fallen apart. The employees were overwhelmed and helpless. Very disappointing.

We were there twice in the last week, after years. The first time, operations were completely paralyzed due to a server/computer failure. Despite waiting for a while, the employee couldn't get the devices to work. We were there again a day later. The food was then very disappointing. You actually only eat breading and you don't really get full. The food tastes good. But for the money we'd rather get two half chickens with fries and coleslaw.

The toilets are totally unhygienic and unacceptable for a woman or child. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my food because the employees would rather argue than work. Half of the order was forgotten. We come here more often, but from now on we will avoid it as the conditions get worse with every visit

Incredibly bad service! I waited 47 minutes for two Singer Burger menus. The employees work extremely slowly and are also unfriendly when you ask about the waiting time. No apology, no information – just ignorance. They also have super modern high-tech screens, but they don't even show how long you have to wait. Then what's the point?! I will never enter this store again. Next time I'd rather eat a kebab or a pizza than do something like that to myself again! Not recommended!

I‘m right now in this branch. I have been waiting for more than 45min. for my order.The staff are working like they are doing in slow motion. The sliding door of the second saloon does not work and the clerk just said you should go around the street to get an other entrance. It seems, here is on its own on weekends and customers are neglected. A real catastrophe. Is there a manager who cares at all?!!

We waited over 50 minutes for our order, which arrived incomplete. We had to correct the employee several times. Items were missing. The ordered strawberry milkshake wasn't there, nor were the curls. Some of the sauces were missing. Both burgers were extremely oversalted, and almost all of the burgers in the burger were bare, with the breading almost completely coming off them. And all this for just under 50 euros for four people!

The waiting time has become negative. It was the last time I ate here.

Absolutely horrible service, preferably 0 stars. Tasteless and absolutely dry for the bin and not suitable for tasting. Delivery service absolute disaster (not the driver but KFC) The drivers are ignored or not served at all. You order 2 hours in advance and still you get it 2 hours late, absolute rubbish. And maybe the manager should train his staff better and process the orders the way they were ordered. And fuck you up at 6 things 4. So not recommended!

Never experienced such slow and poorly organized staff. No one speaks proper German... and you almost fall asleep at work! Waited 40 minutes for two burgers... record! Received still water, even though I ordered sparkling water! Only after a minute-long argument with hand and foot, did the nice lady deign to get more water from the back... of course, everyone rolled their eyes at me. Probably the dingiest, most disorganized restaurant. Chicken pieces dripping with oil. Cold fries. The toilets stank to high heaven. Not like that.

Unusually bad service, no matter when we go there there is always something missing. We recently only got 3 tablets for 80 euros, which I asked the lady about and had to go back and forth twice so that I could get all of my food (there was still a menu missing at the end) but that also happens when the people who work there aren't even 18 and there isn't even a decent chef. The food is now borderline and completely overpriced. Over the years the quality has declined massively and the food tastes bland. If you give feedback via QR code, you are promised two free hot wings, but if you talk to the staff about it, they react rudely. All in all: never again!

I think it's one of the better stores in the chain, lots of space and chairs outside. The vouchers didn't work at the machine, but they did work at the checkout and the service was very nice. Food was good as expected. It's just a matter of taste.

The poor quality of the poultry served became apparent from the first bite: tough, sinew-riddled meat with unappetizing pieces of gristle that made the chewing experience a torture. But the true extent of the disaster only became apparent hours later. A merciless wave of nausea overwhelmed me, accompanied by massive attacks of dizziness and stomach cramps, which erupted in an unprecedented digestive catastrophe. The ensuing diarrhea was not only a physical test, but also a moral one - evidence of the unscrupulous ignorance of any standards of food hygiene. My experience reached a particularly questionable climax with the disturbing discovery of a strange hair in the batter of my chicken - a suspicion that I initially tried to put aside in disbelief, until the unmistakable structure led me to the shocking realization: a pubic hair. It remains a mystery to me how an internationally operating company can be responsible for such culinary atrocities. This experience was not only an annoyance to my stomach, but a fundamental insult to my trust in gastronomic civilization. Waited 1 hour for the order. I have never experienced slower staff. If you have a lot of time then this is a great shop, otherwise never again.

I've never seen anything so horrific. Ordering machines don't work properly, so if you order something 15 minutes in advance you are no longer allowed to eat inside. And lots of employees with whom you have to communicate with your hands and feet.

So far only used drive-thru. If you wait, you will receive a warm (fresh) meal as compensation.

What a shop... really unbelievable you wait 20 minutes until you can pay, even though there was nothing going on. Then it takes forever for the food to arrive and tables are unusable and chairs are cold when you sit down. Then loud customers so-called assistants and staff who don't speak German. Toilets were dirty and smelled funny and there was no soap! But the food was okay, which is why 2 out of 5 stars 🌟

We were at KFC today (Saturday) around 7:45 p.m. and ordered at the terminal. We waited over 25 minutes for the food and then half of it was missing or was put together incorrectly: we received 2x fries without ketchup, Chrispy bites came without dip, the side dish was completely forgotten in a children's menu, the mashed potatoes came without gravy even though they were ordered, we only got the drink cups when we asked and the two crispy cheese burgers were a disaster in terms of appearance and taste! I didn't eat mine because it tasted so unpleasant. Our child vomited the other one again after 30 minutes. At first glance, the store appeared clean and tidy. We didn't get the food and we certainly won't repeat this experience.

Now it's just questionable to eat there 2 citizens menus 2 milkshakes 35€?! Burgers were cold, when asked they got 2 new ones after about 20 minutes then a service person came "should have picked them up" burger cold again... So that was my last visit to this chain

Not a really good branch, it has the “modern” equipment, but vending machines are of no use to me if they are switched off. The display that shows the number of the finished order when not in use is of no use to me either. Instead, you have to keep your ears open in a loud restaurant. Not really great. The quality of the food can be described as okay, but it could be much better by KFC standards.

Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken, but the waiting times are sometimes really long. I ordered in drive and two cars in front of me, me and the car behind me had errors in their orders. Either something was missing or it was packed incorrectly. Mine was missing mayo and the mashed potatoes were served with sauce instead of without. The food itself was standard KFC. Filling and delicious.

Some device is always broken, even if it's the toilet. By the way, the toilet paper is often empty there. The floor is sticky or slippery. There are always leftover packaging lying around somewhere. The employees seem stressed. But the food is hot and delicious.

There's just always something missing! You really pay a lot of money and you get really lousy service, it's just annoying!

KFC simply serves delicious chicken. Compared to other fast food chains, this one offers real chicken, i.e. whole chicken, leg, wings, fillet, etc. It's all juicy, fried until crispy and well seasoned. The sauces in all variations can be used for dipping. The chicken comes in large portions, is a bit more expensive for a fast food chain, but the quality of the chicken is 100 times more worth it than classic chicken nuggets elsewhere. There are also delicious chicken burgers. The sides like fries, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and corn on the cob are all delicious and go well with the chicken. Salads, wraps and other specials are all good. Likewise the desserts, even if they have a classic fast food character. Even the veggie meat substitute tasted good and spicy. The store offers a lot of seating, including outside on a kind of terrace. What's a shame and could be better at this branch: out of 10 visits there are probably 7 where the ordering machine doesn't issue an invoice or order number and you then have to have them printed out separately at the checkout. In addition, some machines accept credit cards, some do not and nothing happens, you then have to go to the cash register again and pay there or have the invoice printed first. Many tables, chairs and benches regularly have a lot of crumbs. At frequent times some visitors behave very loudly. The staff sometimes seems demotivated, with 5 out of 10 orders missing sauces or small things. The toilets often take some getting used to and it's best not to touch them. The store is actually good, especially because of the food, but you could be more motivated to pay attention to these little things and the customer doesn't have so many unnecessary problems that can be solved quickly, but will definitely bother some people. But some employees are friendly and helpful.
