Kentucky Fried Chicken in Düsseldorf

A very disappointing experience at this KFC branch. The floors and toilets were noticeably dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the orders were delivered extremely slowly, which was truly frustrating. I will definitely not be visiting this place again.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak German very well; the order was completely misunderstood 😔

KFC is now also going vegan, so you have to be careful not to get that stuff; I'm now avoiding the store as a precaution.

Food was freshly made, lady behind the register was super sweet.

ATTENTION... Ordering via the terminal at the restaurant incurs fees. Unbelievable! If this were clearly displayed above the terminal, hardly anyone would order through it anymore. Paying cash at the counter avoids these fees.

Please clean the coffee machine. I got coffee to go but it tasted terrible.

What's the deal with KFC? This place is just a German KFC, so I'm satisfied.

The food took over half an hour to arrive. The service was very slow. And the burger looked so big in the photo, but in reality it was tiny and more than half empty. A minuscule bite, practically lost in the bun.

I almost suspected as much, because the packing wasn't exactly organized. Yet again, someone managed to forget to pack everything. How are you supposed to check everything on site when it's all packed in dozens of bags?

Overall everything was ok. The only thing is I wouldn't make people wait to put in an order well you do things that doesn't matter at the moment.

The burger was unfortunately cold and dry. The price was also premium compared to other fast food options. The drinks machine was broken, so they only had a watery shake. The restroom was chaotic and the faucet was broken. Of course, the soap dispenser was empty. Considering it's a finger food restaurant, that's really bad. But it's typical of other branches in the chain. I couldn't even leave feedback because the receipt printer wasn't printing properly. Very disappointing.

Insane abysmal and horrendous service, avoid it at all cost. 16 people have been waiting on their food, including us. There was a woman who was waiting 30 minutes. We couldn’t believe it, and ended up waiting 30 minutes as well. Beyond horrible.

It was very loud. Despite the food being prepared on-site, the fries were soggy and bland.

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2 out of 5 stars) Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The food was cold, and several items I ordered were forgotten. I used to be satisfied, but this time the quality dropped significantly from 5 to 2 stars. I hope it will be better next time.

The food is like any other KFC. But the service is abysmal. The staff don't coordinate properly, which leads to poor order processing. Several people had to wait longer than 20 minutes, some even 25 minutes, for their food. The atmosphere was correspondingly tense. Please improve urgently. Thank you!

Disaster! I had to wait 33 minutes and then they forgot a quarter of my order. That was my last visit there.

I was very surprised by the floor; it was clean, but even after drying, it was still slippery. The restaurant is clean, but the preparation and serving of orders takes forever. I had to wait 25 minutes for a burger and a drink, even though there were about six orders on the list. The quality of the food also leaves much to be desired; the supposedly crispy pieces weren't crispy at all, but rather soggy. The burger was only half full. I hope the people who work here receive the same level of service they provide.

A complete disaster!!!! This place used to be so much better. The service is nonexistent. Many tables are covered in trash, even though the place isn't full. Drinks, sauces, and children's toys are forgotten, and when you ask where the toys are, they mumble something and then get them from the back. It's a shame; the other KFCs nearby are much better.

The smell of old frying oil was already noticeable at the entrance. Oh well, I ordered anyway. When I went to get a high chair, I had a rather unusual encounter! Cockroaches! 🪳 For the price I'd already paid, I bit my tongue and ate… and now, a little later, I have a stomachache! What a surprise 🤦‍♂️.

You know beforehand that it won't look like the product photos, but this is outrageous! The cheese sauce costs €3.49 on its own and it's barely 1 cm thick in that tiny pot. Are you serious?

I was just there. It was complete chaos. We had to wait half an hour for two Cheese Deep Plus Buckets, and the mashed potatoes were missing. Unfortunately, I threw away the receipt. It was all just a big misunderstanding. This isn't what a fast-food restaurant should be like.

The waiting times are unbelievable. Every time it's more than 30 minutes. This has relatively little to do with fast food.

I went to KFC today and unfortunately wasn't satisfied. I ordered an Original Bucket and a Chicken Meal, but had to wait a full 30 minutes, even though I waited in my car. That's simply too long for a fast-food restaurant. I also found the prices very expensive for what you get. The food itself was okay, but the long wait and high prices made the visit disappointing. I hope the service will be faster and the value for money better in the future.

Waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru, couldn't move forward...went back. It's getting more and more expensive and taking longer and longer.

Paid pre-order (10 minutes before arrival) only received 20 minutes later. No anti-fat wipes. (Poor delivery management) One item from the order was missing and there was no compensation. One order before Ordered a large milkshake for 5.99 and received a small one. The excuse was that they didn't have large cups. Yeah, great, how about a refund and the small one for free? Nope. Just ripped off, y'all. For being the most expensive fast food chain (actually the best), it's simply poorly presented, and then I personally don't wonder why I only drive by every six months once the frustration from the last time is forgotten, even though I love the chicken. All in all, always a disappointment. With these prices and profit margins, you could really achieve more customer satisfaction and create satisfaction with small compensation and attention. P.S.: Be prepared for loooong wait times. Both inside and at the drive-thru. Fast food is different. Management should have watched the documentary about the origins of McDonald's as a basic requirement. When I go to a restaurant, I have the same wait times... Simply a huge embarrassment for this franchise.

The table wasn't cleaned, so I had to clean it myself. They didn't even provide napkins. The food was okay, except for the fries.

Are the good reviews written by the employees themselves?!🤣 Speed? 30 minutes. Cleanliness? All the tables are covered in food scraps. No cleaning staff to occasionally walk around. The old tablets were just wiped down with a yellow cloth. Apparently, my order was forgotten, overlooked, or something similar because subsequent customers were served first! Only after a single, quick-witted Asian woman asked me if I was still waiting for my order, since I apparently gave the impression of lingering there, did I manage to exert some pressure. No! I won't do that to myself again. The kitchen is just chaotic!

In this KFC has good fried chicken with its signature taste, but sometimes the consistency can vary depending on the branch. Service was okay, though it could have been faster. Overall, a decent place when you’re craving fried chicken, but there’s room for improvement.

KFC is above average! I was initially put off by the reviews, but the ambiance is relatively modern and chic, everything was tidy (no trays left unattended, tables were cleaned), and I only waited a minute for my food, which was perfect. Yes, the toilet smells like pee, but otherwise it was fine. I don't understand the criticism; it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant where everything is spotless, but it's absolutely fine and, compared to other KFC restaurants, definitely better than average!

Highly recommended for dieters. I had to use the restroom before ordering. A horrific stench filled my nostrils. I gagged, so I decided not to order. People at any motorway restroom are more pleasant than at KFC. That place is off-limits for me. Simply disgusting...

The dirtiest KFC I've ever seen. Wait times are so long it's nothing like fast food. Dirty dishes, dirty tables, dirty floor. The staff are unfriendly, really. If you want to pay at the cash register, you stand in line for at least five minutes, even though the staff have seen you, but no one feels responsible for taking your money.

This place doesn't offer fast food, no. The average wait time is 33 minutes, 15 seconds, and it's rising. For the time, the mediocre quality, and the high price, it's simply not worth it.

In my opinion, this shop should have its license revoked. This shop has nothing to do with fast food. I gave this shop two chances today. We ordered via Lieferando, waited an hour and a half for the delivery and nothing arrived. When we asked where our order was, we were told to contact Lieferando ourselves and ask. 3 hours later, I went to the drive-thru and placed my order there. The young man at the drive-thru counter told me that it would take about 6 minutes. After 20 minutes, my order still hadn't arrived. After 30 minutes, I asked for my money back and finally drove away. This shop has nothing to do with fast food. The people in the kitchen are completely overwhelmed.

A 30-minute wait on a Thursday at 4 p.m. for a burger, three bites, and a fries is unacceptable. The fries ended up being cold and soggy. The bites also tasted rather poor.

Basically a perfectly normal KFC. Parking is available in front of the door, and you can eat inside and outside. Placed our order at the display, which perhaps needs cleaning. Our order to eat in was packaged for takeout. Unfortunately, they were missing sauces, which we received without a word upon request. The staff seemed annoyed and stressed, but they worked very casually. Extra gravy? They don't offer it. We wanted to use the restrooms, but decided not to. That says it all, right? The food was okay, the rest, the surroundings, were rather lousy.

I'll be honest: In my opinion, this was the worst restaurant of a major chain like McDonald's, KFC, or Burger King that I've ever visited. The restroom was absolutely awful; the smell was so strong that you immediately lost your appetite just to wash your hands. The wait times were also unacceptable. We waited more than 10 minutes for a simple order, even though it was barely busy. Therefore, we decided never to go there again.

Simply awful. 1 star is already too many. Completely disorganized. Many employees don't even speak German. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The portions are ridiculous for the price. The restrooms are dirty.... Any McDonald's is better, and you'll be full.

The burger was delicious, but I wouldn't go there again for that; I'd rather go to McDonald's. What a shame

Unfortunately, it was quite dirty and unkempt, despite visiting hours on weekdays around 6 p.m. The restrooms stank of urine. Food scraps were everywhere, on and under the tables.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative review. They can't even offer the Squid Game offer! (Sold out) -.-. Before that, you couldn't even change a €50 note, and that was at KFC, so that's never happened at McDonald's before!
