Ich hatte heute das Vergnügen, dieses Restaurant zum ersten Mal zu besuchen. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich,(lecker)der Service äußerst zügig und freundlich, und die Innenräume waren makellos sauber.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Diese Bewertung gilt ausschließlich Max. Auch wenn der Laden insgesamt aus meiner Sicht noch Luft nach oben hat, sticht Max absolut positiv hervor. Er ist immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, respektvoll und nimmt sich Zeit für die Kunden. Man merkt, dass er seinen Job mit Engagement und guter Laune macht. Solche Mitarbeiter sind heutzutage leider nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und deine positive Art. Ich hoffe, dein Einsatz wird entsprechend wertgeschätzt. Mach genauso weiter, Max!

Ich kann mich all den Kommentaren hier nur anschließen: Die Wartezeiten sind für ein "Fast" food Restaurant inakzeptabel. War mehrmals hier und wartete immer mindestens 15 Minuten (wenn wenig los war) oder bis zu 40 Minuten ( wenn viel los war). Ich weiß nicht ob es an zu wenig Personal oder schlechter Orga liegt, das nächste Mal gehe ich zu McDonald's

Wir waren heute dort, nach 25 Minuten war das Essen noch nicht fertig und wir haben unsere Bestellung storniert. Außerdem ist es nicht sauber und der Toilettengeruch zieht in den Essbereich.

Bodenlose Wartezeit! Hab noch so unorganisierte, unkoordiniet und überforderte Mitarbeiter gesehen! Für ein Fast Food Restaurant sind 45 Minuten Wartezeit echt zu viel ! Es gab nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder weiteres für die lange Wartezeit ! Es gab noch andere Leute, die noch länger gewartet haben

Der schlechteste Lieferservice aller Zeiten! Nach anderthalb Stunden Wartezeit wurde mein Essen von uber Eat geliefert, war aber aufgrund der Nachlässigkeit des Personals unvollständig das ist komisch ganz ehrlich

Es hat super lecker geschmeckt, aber die Zubereitung dauert ewig und der Fahrer wartet ewig auf die Bestellung.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Katastrophaler Zustand – Bloß nicht! Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von diesem KFC. Hier hat leider überhaupt nichts gestimmt: Mangelnde Hygiene: Die Tische waren alle schmutzig und klebrig. Man hat sich kaum getraut, sich überhaupt irgendwo hinzusetzen. Kaltes Essen: Das Hähnchen war bestenfalls noch lauwarm. Die Pommes haben dem Ganzen aber die Krone aufgesetzt – die waren komplett eiskalt. Fehlerhafte Bestellung (Abzocke): Bestellt und bezahlt wurde eine große Portion Pommes, erhalten haben wir letztendlich aber nur eine winzige, kleine Tüte. Fazit: Schlechter Service, falsche Bestellung und ungenießbares Essen. Macht am besten einen ganz großen Bogen um diesen Laden!

Essen war nicht schlecht aber auch nicht der Hammer, Durchschnitt eben. Leider etwas lange gewartet knapp 15 min. War aber auch voll der laden.

Leider fehlt regelmäßig ein Produkt in der Bestellung, obwohl ich beim drive in Schalter immer frage: ist alles drin. Heute fehlte eine Beilage: Coleslaw und die Hähnchenteile waren wieder sehr trocken und kleiner als sonst. Schade auch, dass gespart wird: kein Salz, Pfeffer oder feuchten Tücher mehr zu bekommen. Letztes Mal fehlte sogar wieder beim Original bucket 1 Hähnchenteil. Zu oft passiert das, obwohl wenig los ist ab 21.30H.

Es bessert sich. Diesmal war nur ein Teil der Bestellung falsch. Also immerhin 66% Trefferquote. Das war schonmal schlechter... Edit Juni2026: wieder ein Stück besser geworden.

Leider echt das Letzte, was die Zuverlässigkeit bei dem bestellten Essen angeht. Zwei mal innerhalb weniger Tage hat man bei meiner Box die Hotwings vergessen, beim zweiten Mal sogar das Getränk. Hier muss wirklich JEDE Bestellung genauestens kontrolliert werden - denn hier wird fast immer etwas vergessen, natürlich nur zum Nachteil des Kunden!

Die Filiale Oerschbachstrasse 148 ist sauber und das Personal ist super freundlich.

Kann leider nicht viel zum Essen sagen. Hatte bei Lieferando bestellt und da man dort nichts mehr schreiben kann eben hier. Hatte wie gesagt bestellt und hab in der live Verfolgung gesehen das der Fahrer fast bei mir ist. Dann wurde die Bestellung einfach storniert.... Hatte ja erst 1 Stunde gewartet.

Was ist das für eine Orga? Beim Drive In werden die Tüten nicht mit Bestellnummer beschriftet! Stattdessen kommt einer raus und fragt jeden was er bestellt hat um dann auch noch (bei uns) die falsche Tüte auszuhändigen. Echt jetzt. Warum kann man das nicht besser organisieren? Letzte Mal dort bestellt.

Essen eigentlich immer gut. Dauert für fast food nur sehr lange. Heute am Drive in 20 Minuten warten müssen.

Mehrere Cheese Crunch Burger dort geholt. Brötchen hart, wurde mehrmals aufgewärmt oder sehr lange warm gehalten. Eine Frechheit soetwas anzubieten.

Leider haben wir jedes Mal, wenn wir hierher kommen, eine unangenehme Erfahrung, weil die Mitarbeiter hinten stehen, sich unterhalten und lachen, während vorne niemand ist. Und wenn man bestellt, dauert es jedes Mal eine halbe Stunde, bis die Bestellung kommt, obwohl nur zwei Bestellungen auf der Tafel stehen.

Ich wollte in diesem Restaurant Chicken Wings und Milchshakes essen. Auf dem Bildschirm stand, dass meine Bestellung zubereitet wird. Zehn Minuten später löschte der Restaurantmitarbeiter meine Bestellnummer. Ich fragte ihn, wann ich meine Bestellung erhalten würde. Er gab mir Milchshakes und bat mich zu warten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren nur fünf oder sechs Gäste im Restaurant. Ich wartete weitere zwanzig Minuten. Dann beschwerte ich mich. Zehn Minuten später brachten sie mir Chicken Wings in Papiertüten. Wie sollte ich den Müll denn bitte auf den Tablettständer mit Geschirr stellen??? Ich wartete fast 40 Minuten in einem fast leeren Schnellrestaurant auf meine Bestellung!

Der Drive-in-Service ist sehr langsam, gehen Sie stattdessen lieber zum nahegelegenen Burger King.

Laden hat grade auf gemacht und die Sitze sind sehr schmutzig. Beim Essen wurden die Saucen vergessen und die pommes waren innen noch Roh . Zudem wird man genötigt eine gute Bewertung zu hinterlassen durch eine asiatische Mitarbeiterin, die auf Nachfrage sogar das Handy sehen möchte oh man auch eine Bewertung geschrieben hat . Leider sehr enttäuscht.

Die Dame die meint sie wäre Chefin nötigt einen bewertungen zu schreiben, indem sie während der warte zeit mindestens 3 mal sagt Bewertung schreiben jetzt und das handy zu zeigen. Fehlt nur noch das man sein essen ansonsten nicht bekommt. Der andere Kollege wirkt so als hätte er überhaupt keine lust auf seinen job. Pommes waren nicht ganz durch, der bezahlte Ketchup wurde vergessen. Wir waren nach laden Öffnung da, der Boden klebte noch stellenweise, sitze waren noch voll mit Krümmel und die Tische waren auch nicht richtig sauber.

A very disappointing experience at this KFC branch. The floors and toilets were noticeably dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the orders were delivered extremely slowly, which was truly frustrating. I will definitely not be visiting this place again.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak German very well; the order was completely misunderstood 😔

KFC is now also going vegan, so you have to be careful not to get that stuff; I'm now avoiding the store as a precaution.

Food was freshly made, lady behind the register was super sweet.

ATTENTION... Ordering via the terminal at the restaurant incurs fees. Unbelievable! If this were clearly displayed above the terminal, hardly anyone would order through it anymore. Paying cash at the counter avoids these fees.

Please clean the coffee machine. I got coffee to go but it tasted terrible.

What's the deal with KFC? This place is just a German KFC, so I'm satisfied.

The food took over half an hour to arrive. The service was very slow. And the burger looked so big in the photo, but in reality it was tiny and more than half empty. A minuscule bite, practically lost in the bun.

I almost suspected as much, because the packing wasn't exactly organized. Yet again, someone managed to forget to pack everything. How are you supposed to check everything on site when it's all packed in dozens of bags?

Overall everything was ok. The only thing is I wouldn't make people wait to put in an order well you do things that doesn't matter at the moment.

The burger was unfortunately cold and dry. The price was also premium compared to other fast food options. The drinks machine was broken, so they only had a watery shake. The restroom was chaotic and the faucet was broken. Of course, the soap dispenser was empty. Considering it's a finger food restaurant, that's really bad. But it's typical of other branches in the chain. I couldn't even leave feedback because the receipt printer wasn't printing properly. Very disappointing.

Insane abysmal and horrendous service, avoid it at all cost. 16 people have been waiting on their food, including us. There was a woman who was waiting 30 minutes. We couldn’t believe it, and ended up waiting 30 minutes as well. Beyond horrible.

It was very loud. Despite the food being prepared on-site, the fries were soggy and bland.

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2 out of 5 stars) Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The food was cold, and several items I ordered were forgotten. I used to be satisfied, but this time the quality dropped significantly from 5 to 2 stars. I hope it will be better next time.

The food is like any other KFC. But the service is abysmal. The staff don't coordinate properly, which leads to poor order processing. Several people had to wait longer than 20 minutes, some even 25 minutes, for their food. The atmosphere was correspondingly tense. Please improve urgently. Thank you!

Disaster! I had to wait 33 minutes and then they forgot a quarter of my order. That was my last visit there.

I was very surprised by the floor; it was clean, but even after drying, it was still slippery. The restaurant is clean, but the preparation and serving of orders takes forever. I had to wait 25 minutes for a burger and a drink, even though there were about six orders on the list. The quality of the food also leaves much to be desired; the supposedly crispy pieces weren't crispy at all, but rather soggy. The burger was only half full. I hope the people who work here receive the same level of service they provide.

A complete disaster!!!! This place used to be so much better. The service is nonexistent. Many tables are covered in trash, even though the place isn't full. Drinks, sauces, and children's toys are forgotten, and when you ask where the toys are, they mumble something and then get them from the back. It's a shame; the other KFCs nearby are much better.

The smell of old frying oil was already noticeable at the entrance. Oh well, I ordered anyway. When I went to get a high chair, I had a rather unusual encounter! Cockroaches! 🪳 For the price I'd already paid, I bit my tongue and ate… and now, a little later, I have a stomachache! What a surprise 🤦‍♂️.

You know beforehand that it won't look like the product photos, but this is outrageous! The cheese sauce costs €3.49 on its own and it's barely 1 cm thick in that tiny pot. Are you serious?

I was just there. It was complete chaos. We had to wait half an hour for two Cheese Deep Plus Buckets, and the mashed potatoes were missing. Unfortunately, I threw away the receipt. It was all just a big misunderstanding. This isn't what a fast-food restaurant should be like.

The waiting times are unbelievable. Every time it's more than 30 minutes. This has relatively little to do with fast food.

I went to KFC today and unfortunately wasn't satisfied. I ordered an Original Bucket and a Chicken Meal, but had to wait a full 30 minutes, even though I waited in my car. That's simply too long for a fast-food restaurant. I also found the prices very expensive for what you get. The food itself was okay, but the long wait and high prices made the visit disappointing. I hope the service will be faster and the value for money better in the future.

Waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru, couldn't move forward...went back. It's getting more and more expensive and taking longer and longer.

Paid pre-order (10 minutes before arrival) only received 20 minutes later. No anti-fat wipes. (Poor delivery management) One item from the order was missing and there was no compensation. One order before Ordered a large milkshake for 5.99 and received a small one. The excuse was that they didn't have large cups. Yeah, great, how about a refund and the small one for free? Nope. Just ripped off, y'all. For being the most expensive fast food chain (actually the best), it's simply poorly presented, and then I personally don't wonder why I only drive by every six months once the frustration from the last time is forgotten, even though I love the chicken. All in all, always a disappointment. With these prices and profit margins, you could really achieve more customer satisfaction and create satisfaction with small compensation and attention. P.S.: Be prepared for loooong wait times. Both inside and at the drive-thru. Fast food is different. Management should have watched the documentary about the origins of McDonald's as a basic requirement. When I go to a restaurant, I have the same wait times... Simply a huge embarrassment for this franchise.

Are the good reviews written by the employees themselves?!🤣 Speed? 30 minutes. Cleanliness? All the tables are covered in food scraps. No cleaning staff to occasionally walk around. The old tablets were just wiped down with a yellow cloth. Apparently, my order was forgotten, overlooked, or something similar because subsequent customers were served first! Only after a single, quick-witted Asian woman asked me if I was still waiting for my order, since I apparently gave the impression of lingering there, did I manage to exert some pressure. No! I won't do that to myself again. The kitchen is just chaotic!

I've been to many KFCs. But here everything was terrible. The food was bland. The manager was incredibly unfriendly, and the wait time was 30 minutes. On top of that, the restroom was shabby and smelled disgusting. A truly strange place. If only KFC Germany knew...

KFC is above average! I was initially put off by the reviews, but the ambiance is relatively modern and chic, everything was tidy (no trays left unattended, tables were cleaned), and I only waited a minute for my food, which was perfect. Yes, the toilet smells like pee, but otherwise it was fine. I don't understand the criticism; it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant where everything is spotless, but it's absolutely fine and, compared to other KFC restaurants, definitely better than average!

Highly recommended for dieters. I had to use the restroom before ordering. A horrific stench filled my nostrils. I gagged, so I decided not to order. People at any motorway restroom are more pleasant than at KFC. That place is off-limits for me. Simply disgusting...
