As always in this KFC, the staff is haphazard and overwhelmed. 30 minutes waiting time in a fast food restaurant - ridiculous! Even in the afternoon when there's hardly anything going on, it takes forever...

Waited for an order for over half an hour in a really disorganized way... so if you can't find anything else, fine, but otherwise I would definitely avoid it...

Staff very friendly, fries dry and without salt, crispies delicious but some of the breading had fallen off, the crispie cheese didn't work at all. Otherwise clean and nice in the winter garden.

Some device is always broken, even if it's the toilet. By the way, the toilet paper is often empty there. The floor is sticky or slippery. There are always leftover packaging lying around somewhere. The employees seem stressed. But the food is hot and delicious.

I strongly advise against eating anything here!!!! We were there on Saturday evening and I got food poisoning. I almost went to the hospital at night because I was feeling so bad physically! This store is a health hazard!

Waiting time: sporty 45 minutes – for chicken and fries. Meanwhile, Lieferando orders happily rush past you. Anyone who eats in a restaurant seems to be just an annoying addition. As a reward for waiting: a dirty table with the charm of the train station toilet. For the price you'll at least get a smile somewhere else.

A very average KFC! We were in Düsseldorf over the Easter weekend and were still hungry late in the evening - KFC is the perfect choice. Since we didn't want to go to the branch in the city center late at night and the other one closed early, we were left with this one, which is open until midnight. First of all, we were there after 10 p.m. and they actually finish work after 11 p.m., tidy everything up and then don't do anything else. So for anyone who wants to come after 11pm, just forget it. As customers, we were one of the last to receive our orders after 10 p.m. This brings us to the next major point of criticism, which is also confirmed in other reviews. I have never experienced such slow staff. There were only four normal orders in front of us, the restaurant was otherwise empty. It took 10 minutes before we could even order because the terminals were broken!? Then it took so long again until we even got the food. This isn't fast food. The food was at least hot and OK. However, the staff barely understands German and wants to get off work quickly. We were at least lucky to be able to eat on site, we suspected that they were deliberately trying to pack us to take away, but we insisted on eating on site like other customers. We left shortly after 11 p.m. and were happy with the food, but not with the service. Please close immediately and change the opening times or work motivated until the end and make sure there is enough staff to process at least a few orders quickly. That was really a tragedy!

We placed an order at 8:40 p.m., waited almost 30 minutes and only received food after a complaint. It wasn't crowded and we were almost alone there.

App order doesn't work, supposedly closed, no credit card inside, staff helpless. Bad 2023, hungry to the neighbor. New opportunity today. The products were so fresh that they justified the processing, and there were only two other orders at the same time. The drinks are too warm and not very carbonated, and there is no more ice. Cheap cola tastes better. With the waterless urinals you at least know for sure that the stains on the floor are not water and the smell is explained. Soap was empty. At least there was disinfection. A typical KFC experience.

Worst experience ever! My visit to this KFC branch was a disaster. The food was tasteless, cold and seemed old. The hygiene was terrible - the tables were dirty and the staff seemed completely uninterested. Even worse: I got food poisoning after eating it and had to go to the hospital! On top of that, the staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful to the customers. This branch should either be closed or strictly controlled. I really can't recommend anyone to eat there - disgusting and dangerous to their health.

When after 40 minutes of waiting the food still wasn't ready, I asked for a refund. When this was rejected, I had to leave the “fast” food restaurant on an empty stomach. This store is a complete disaster.

The service was friendly, chicken was cooked to perfection but the fries were undercooked. It wasn't fried twice for that crispness. Soap was gone so we ended up using the hand sanitizer. The tables and floors were not clean. It could've been worse, I know, but I had to clean it myself. Thank goodness I had an alcohol spray and tissues with me.

I absolutely love KFC! Every time I eat there, it's a delight. The quality of the food is unbeatable – the chicken is always fresh, juicy, and wonderfully crispy on the outside. Unfortunately, one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. I waited an hour and a half for my food, and the entire kitchen system seemed to have fallen apart. The employees were overwhelmed and helpless. Very disappointing.

The food was as usual, the wait was over 45 minutes, which was a disaster! The atmosphere was very dirty. All the tables were covered in leftover food, so we cleaned it ourselves.

We were there twice in the last week, after years. The first time, operations were completely paralyzed due to a server/computer failure. Despite waiting for a while, the employee couldn't get the devices to work. We were there again a day later. The food was then very disappointing. You actually only eat breading and you don't really get full. The food tastes good. But for the money we'd rather get two half chickens with fries and coleslaw.

The toilets are totally unhygienic and unacceptable for a woman or child. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my food because the employees would rather argue than work. Half of the order was forgotten. We come here more often, but from now on we will avoid it as the conditions get worse with every visit

Incredibly bad service! I waited 47 minutes for two Singer Burger menus. The employees work extremely slowly and are also unfriendly when you ask about the waiting time. No apology, no information – just ignorance. They also have super modern high-tech screens, but they don't even show how long you have to wait. Then what's the point?! I will never enter this store again. Next time I'd rather eat a kebab or a pizza than do something like that to myself again! Not recommended!

I‘m right now in this branch. I have been waiting for more than 45min. for my order.The staff are working like they are doing in slow motion. The sliding door of the second saloon does not work and the clerk just said you should go around the street to get an other entrance. It seems, here is on its own on weekends and customers are neglected. A real catastrophe. Is there a manager who cares at all?!!

We waited over 50 minutes for our order, which arrived incomplete. We had to correct the employee several times. Items were missing. The ordered strawberry milkshake wasn't there, nor were the curls. Some of the sauces were missing. Both burgers were extremely oversalted, and almost all of the burgers in the burger were bare, with the breading almost completely coming off them. And all this for just under 50 euros for four people!

Never experienced such slow and poorly organized staff. No one speaks proper German... and you almost fall asleep at work! Waited 40 minutes for two burgers... record! Received still water, even though I ordered sparkling water! Only after a minute-long argument with hand and foot, did the nice lady deign to get more water from the back... of course, everyone rolled their eyes at me. It's a real shame that everyone is allowed to work anywhere these days...

Unusually bad service, no matter when we go there there is always something missing. We recently only got 3 tablets for 80 euros, which I asked the lady about and had to go back and forth twice so that I could get all of my food (there was still a menu missing at the end) but that also happens when the people who work there aren't even 18 and there isn't even a decent chef. Never go there again

The food is now borderline and completely overpriced. Over the years the quality has declined massively and the food tastes bland. If you give feedback via QR code, you are promised two free hot wings, but if you talk to the staff about it, they react rudely. All in all: never again!

I think it's one of the better stores in the chain, lots of space and chairs outside. The vouchers didn't work at the machine, but they did work at the checkout and the service was very nice. Food was good as expected. It's just a matter of taste.

My experience reached a particularly questionable climax with the disturbing discovery of a strange hair in the batter of my chicken - a suspicion that I initially tried to put aside in disbelief, until the unmistakable structure led me to the shocking realization: a pubic hair. It remains a mystery to me how an internationally operating company can be responsible for such culinary atrocities. This experience was not only an annoyance to my stomach, but a fundamental insult to my trust in gastronomic civilization. Waited 1 hour for the order. I have never experienced slower staff. If you have a lot of time then this is a great shop, otherwise never again.

I've never seen anything so horrific. Ordering machines don't work properly, so if you order something 15 minutes in advance you are no longer allowed to eat inside. And lots of employees with whom you have to communicate with your hands and feet.

What a shop... really unbelievable you wait 20 minutes until you can pay, even though there was nothing going on. Then it takes forever for the food to arrive and tables are unusable and chairs are cold when you sit down. Then loud customers so-called assistants and staff who don't speak German. Toilets were dirty and smelled funny and there was no soap! But the food was okay, which is why 2 out of 5 stars 🌟

We were at KFC today (Saturday) around 7:45 p.m. and ordered at the terminal. We waited over 25 minutes for the food and then half of it was missing or was put together incorrectly: we received 2x fries without ketchup, Chrispy bites came without dip, the side dish was completely forgotten in a children's menu, the mashed potatoes came without gravy even though they were ordered, we only got the drink cups when we asked and the two crispy cheese burgers were a disaster in terms of appearance and taste! I didn't eat mine because it tasted so unpleasant. Our child vomited the other one again after 30 minutes. At first glance, the store appeared clean and tidy. We didn't get the food and we certainly won't repeat this experience.

It was a complete disaster. We ordered take away there, apart from the wait of 45 minutes. And you didn't pay attention to certain things. They have forgotten or skillfully ignored so many things. Apparently everyone is overwhelmed. I will never eat there again!!

Now it's just questionable to eat there 2 citizens menus 2 milkshakes 35€?! Burgers were cold, when asked they got 2 new ones after about 20 minutes then a service person came "should have picked them up" burger cold again... So that was my last visit to this chain

Not a really good branch, it has the “modern” equipment, but vending machines are of no use to me if they are switched off. The display that shows the number of the finished order when not in use is of no use to me either. Instead, you have to keep your ears open in a loud restaurant. Not really great. The quality of the food can be described as okay, but it could be much better by KFC standards.

I ordered at the drive-thru counter today and was very disappointed. When I got home, I realized that the mayonnaise and sauces were completely missing. In Kentucky Bkt were just hot wings and crispies. As I said, no dips. When ordering, we specifically asked and noted that there should be more chicken parts in the bucket.
