Very expensive, hot wings very small, it's unbelievable how we're being ripped off. I was a KFC fan, that's it.

The dirtiest KFC I've ever seen. Wait times are so long it's nothing like fast food. Dirty dishes, dirty tables, dirty floor. The staff are unfriendly, really. If you want to pay at the cash register, you stand in line for at least five minutes, even though the staff have seen you, but no one feels responsible for taking your money.

We've been waiting for our food for 35 minutes with two small children, ages 4 and 5. Despite asking, we haven't received a reasonable answer. Incredibly sad!

I waited 30 minutes for my order – and that was in a line of only nine customers! I don't have time for that during my lunch break. Never again on workdays.

This place doesn't offer fast food, no. The average wait time is 33 minutes, 15 seconds, and it's rising. For the time, the mediocre quality, and the high price, it's simply not worth it.

In my opinion, this shop should have its license revoked. This shop has nothing to do with fast food. I gave this shop two chances today. We ordered via Lieferando, waited an hour and a half for the delivery and nothing arrived. When we asked where our order was, we were told to contact Lieferando ourselves and ask. 3 hours later, I went to the drive-thru and placed my order there. The young man at the drive-thru counter told me that it would take about 6 minutes. After 20 minutes, my order still hadn't arrived. After 30 minutes, I asked for my money back and finally drove away. This shop has nothing to do with fast food. The people in the kitchen are completely overwhelmed.

We always have to wait a long time when we order food and have to pay for it even after we have spoken to the staff but otherwise I find the food very tasty and better than the KFC in town

A 30-minute wait on a Thursday at 4 p.m. for a burger, three bites, and a fries is unacceptable. The fries ended up being cold and soggy. The bites also tasted rather poor.

Basically a perfectly normal KFC. Parking is available in front of the door, and you can eat inside and outside. Placed our order at the display, which perhaps needs cleaning. Our order to eat in was packaged for takeout. Unfortunately, they were missing sauces, which we received without a word upon request. The staff seemed annoyed and stressed, but they worked very casually. Extra gravy? They don't offer it. We wanted to use the restrooms, but decided not to. That says it all, right? The food was okay, the rest, the surroundings, were rather lousy.

I'll be honest: In my opinion, this was the worst restaurant of a major chain like McDonald's, KFC, or Burger King that I've ever visited. The restroom was absolutely awful; the smell was so strong that you immediately lost your appetite just to wash your hands. The wait times were also unacceptable. We waited more than 10 minutes for a simple order, even though it was barely busy. Therefore, we decided never to go there again.

Unfortunately not completely clean, but acceptable.

Food good staff very bad and very slow

The food is always great—expensive, but good! The staff's organization is unfortunately abysmal... We're ALWAYS waiting, which is very difficult with children. The orders are rarely correct; someone should re-examine their processes! Sorry!

Simply awful. 1 star is already too many. Completely disorganized. Many employees don't even speak German. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The portions are ridiculous for the price. The restrooms are dirty.... Any McDonald's is better, and you'll be full.

It was my first time eating there!!! Never again!!! It was dirty everywhere, the chairs were sticky, the tables weren't clean!!! The cart where the tablet is supposed to go was so full that nothing else could fit!!! The fries were cold and many of them were spotty, inedible!!! The burger was delicious, but I wouldn't go there again for that; I'd rather go to McDonald's. What a shame

Unfortunately, it was quite dirty and unkempt, despite visiting hours on weekdays around 6 p.m. The restrooms stank of urine. Food scraps were everywhere, on and under the tables.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative review. They can't even offer the Squid Game offer! (Sold out) -.-. Before that, you couldn't even change a €50 note, and that was at KFC, so that's never happened at McDonald's before!

The food was good. The restrooms just need to be cleaned more, and the tray carts need to be emptied more often.

Waited about 25 mins for a non-customised order, and then it came with the wrong stuff anyway. Hadn't been in over a year because the last experience was bad and thought we would stop off on the way home. Should have just gone home, not faster at all. They did accidentally give us 2 more drinks or maybe for the 25 minute wait, not sure.. don't care, the drinks are still in our fridge, didn't even drink them.

Attached is a photo of the €2.99 Chilly Burger. Nothing more needs to be said. McDonald's is much better. The one star is for the very good mashed potatoes (5*).

Went to Squid Game to eat pink burgers... they were OK... the place serves its purpose... everything is modern and digital... but kept clean... the only thing that bothers me (but they're everywhere) are those touchscreens for ordering... they absolutely disgust me... disgusting, a no-go... all those styluses on them... UNHEADIBLE without gloves OR CLEANING YOUR HANDS DIRECTLY...

Yesterday 06.07.25 I ordered at a Kiosk, the printer there had no paper, I did not receive the order receipt, my order was active on the display that said it was being prepared, then it disappeared and I did not receive anything because the employees could not find it. I am left with money given and no food Thank you Kfc

Very poor service and a very long wait of about two hours. We were thrown out for disrespectful behavior and didn't even get our food. A complete waste of time. Not recommended.

I received the completely wrong order; instead of chicken tenders, I was given chicken wings. Sauce was also completely forgotten, despite a detailed online order. This has happened twice now. The cashiers need German language training, and urgently!

This branch has always been sloppy, but today it topped everything. Customer-centricity is different. And you should have plenty of nerves. From ordering to receiving, I waited a whopping 34 minutes. I ordered to go, and a tray was placed in front of me. When I pointed out that I had ordered takeout, they shoved a paper bag into my hand 🤣 Shaking my head, I packed my things and left. Will I ever buy anything here again? I don't think so...

Cannot manage to place complete orders

Long waiting times (20 minutes) despite low visitor numbers, but the food is what you would expect from KFC: recognizable pieces of meat with tasty sauces and no pressed meat.

In recent years, service has continued to deteriorate. Now, you sometimes have to wait up to 20 minutes for your food, even though there are hardly any customers. You can see the steadily declining motivation of the employees. I probably won't be going back anytime soon.

Waiting 40 minutes doesn't get you here

The wait times here are unusual. People who ordered later are getting their food before us. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. The staff are overwhelmed and can't keep up with all the orders.

The food is good as always, and with a voucher, it's also reasonably priced. The frequently changing staff seem stressed and sometimes overwhelmed.

The food is nothing to complain about, but deliveries apparently aren't checked for completeness. Everything from incorrect side dishes to missing dips to completely missing items worth €7 to €8 was present.

Here, you truly immerse yourself in a parallel world. One customer is more antisocial than the next. Dirty tables, loud cell phone music, and teenagers spitting on the tiles in front of the counter. A sad sight. On top of that, the food was a flop. The burgers were cold and prices were like those of fine dining restaurants. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit; the good times at KFC are long gone.

There's no service, replaced by vending machines. The ambiance, dirty tables, and a typical fast-food smell in the restaurant, so bad that all my clothes stink of it. The food was poor, partly because what I ordered looked completely different from the picture (see comparison pictures). On the other hand, the burgers were barely lukewarm, and the Chrispy Chicken had nothing to do with Chrispy; they'd probably been sitting in the counter for a long time.

I ordered food from KFC today and am absolutely disappointed. For almost €59 I discovered the following defects: • The burgers were dry, without sauce and had hardly any flavor - the meat was rubbery. • The fries were cold and completely tasteless. • No salad in the order – even though it was on the menu. • Everything arrived unloving and unappetizing. For this price I expect significantly better quality and at least fresh, warm food. This was definitely my last visit to this location. No recommendation!

Staff very friendly, fries dry and without salt, crispies delicious but some of the breading had fallen off, the crispie cheese didn't work at all. Otherwise clean and nice in the winter garden.

Some device is always broken, even if it's the toilet. By the way, the toilet paper is often empty there. The floor is sticky or slippery. There are always leftover packaging lying around somewhere. The employees seem stressed. But the food is hot and delicious.

Waiting time: sporty 45 minutes – for chicken and fries. Meanwhile, Lieferando orders happily rush past you. Anyone who eats in a restaurant seems to be just an annoying addition. As a reward for waiting: a dirty table with the charm of the train station toilet. For the price you'll at least get a smile somewhere else.

A very average KFC! We were in Düsseldorf over the Easter weekend and were still hungry late in the evening - KFC is the perfect choice. Since we didn't want to go to the branch in the city center late at night and the other one closed early, we were left with this one, which is open until midnight. First of all, we were there after 10 p.m. and they actually finish work after 11 p.m., tidy everything up and then don't do anything else. So for anyone who wants to come after 11pm, just forget it. As customers, we were one of the last to receive our orders after 10 p.m. This brings us to the next major point of criticism, which is also confirmed in other reviews. I have never experienced such slow staff. There were only four normal orders in front of us, the restaurant was otherwise empty. It took 10 minutes before we could even order because the terminals were broken!? Then it took so long again until we even got the food. This isn't fast food. The food was at least hot and OK. However, the staff barely understands German and wants to get off work quickly. We were at least lucky to be able to eat on site, we suspected that they were deliberately trying to pack us to take away, but we insisted on eating on site like other customers. We left shortly after 11 p.m. and were happy with the food, but not with the service. Please close immediately and change the opening times or work motivated until the end and make sure there is enough staff to process at least a few orders quickly. That was really a tragedy!

We placed an order at 8:40 p.m., waited almost 30 minutes and only received food after a complaint. It wasn't crowded and we were almost alone there.

App order doesn't work, supposedly closed, no credit card inside, staff helpless. Bad 2023, hungry to the neighbor. New opportunity today. It is clearly the app and therefore the franchisor's fault, never something as unprofessionally programmed as the KFC app. Restaurant experience and ordering on site was catastrophic overall and the bad experience remained The order took too long, I worked in a catering establishment myself. The products were so fresh that they justified the processing, and there were only two other orders at the same time. The drinks are too warm and not very carbonated, and there is no more ice. Cheap cola tastes better. With the waterless urinals you at least know for sure that the stains on the floor are not water and the smell is explained. Soap was empty. At least there was disinfection. A typical KFC experience.

Worst experience ever! My visit to this KFC branch was a disaster. The food was tasteless, cold and seemed old. The hygiene was terrible - the tables were dirty and the staff seemed completely uninterested. Even worse: I got food poisoning after eating it and had to go to the hospital! On top of that, the staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful to the customers. This branch should either be closed or strictly controlled. I really can't recommend anyone to eat there - disgusting and dangerous to their health.
