In my opinion the quality has decreased significantly. I had to wait an extremely long time for my food and the chicken was just dry.

Some things were missing. Dishes were not clearly labeled as vegetarian. The ordering terminals did not work properly. Toilet was a disaster

Very last shop. I've seen a lot, but this is the last straw. Ordered for 3 people - paid just under €50. When the order was ready, some parts were missing. When asked, the waitress couldn't speak German. Another lady was able to help. When everything was there, the food was cold and the order was still not complete. The food itself is very tasty. Toilets were really disgusting. The entire floor was covered in piss and it smelled awful. We won't come here anymore

It's dirty everywhere, the floor is sticky, tables are dirty. The food was slapped together and some ingredients were missing from the burger. Do everyone a favor and close the store.

We were there on a Saturday evening. As expected, it was very crowded. Only a little more than half of the order displays work. Nevertheless, we found one that took our order. At the end of the order and payment process, surprisingly, we did not receive a receipt. Well, yes. A little surprised, I was fortunately able to remember the order number, even though it was only visible for 3 seconds. The same soon appeared on the display at the counter. But this didn't work properly: As I said, the store was understandably full. Therefore, around 20 orders were in progress. Only very rarely did one of them end up on the pickup counter - maybe every 3 to 5 minutes - and the list of orders in progress didn't get any shorter at all. While things didn't go any further inside, the drivethrough switch continued to be operated. After waiting 30 minutes, I politely asked about our food. The friendly boss was also able to assure us that (even though we didn't have a receipt) he could help us. This finally worked after further inquiries 10 minutes later. Another 5 minutes later we received our food. Total waiting time 45 minutes. It wasn't entirely surprising that the ice cube dispenser only provided water. Conclusion: Since the technology didn't work at peak sales time, the understaffed, friendly team had no chance. To the operator: Get your technology up to date and pay your staff €1/hour more - then you'll be more likely to find additional staff. I'm happy to pay a little more for my menu.

Long waits and this crispy cheese is a joke

We waited at the counter for our food for 50 minutes. We saw an employee drop a piece of chicken from the warming cabinet onto the floor. This was picked up again and put in the cupboard. Food that had been left on the counter to be picked up for over 20 minutes was then put back into the heat treatment. The food was cold and disgusting. The Health Office should take a closer look here.

Mashed potatoes really tasty. And the rest, burger and chicken parts as well as the fries were great.

Lovely and hard working young team that are positive, helpful and quick. I noticed a few people complain and those were exactly the people didnt pick up thr order after being called out a few times and was on the screen for 30 min. Respect to the team for keeping it cool and thank you all.

Been there several times during the day. Overall I can't complain. The only thing that bothers me personally is that you're standing with the truck on a nearby street at a very late hour and you want to take a break and eat something warm...they're closed there. Seriously? Autohof, detergent manufacturer with 24 hour delivery and then to? KFC just improve the burger joint with the crown.

Waited 40 minutes for the order, no apology, no nothing. Crispies were out and had to be remade. Branch management has completely failed and has no control over the store.

Just a Kentucky. The display for the finished orders was broken and it took a good 25 minutes from the order at the kiosk to the food being served. Fast food is different. Nonetheless, it was tasty, even if there was an obvious lack of staff.

It was actually supposed to be some chicken parts, unfortunately after entering the premises I was hit by a truly indescribable, bad smell that almost made me vomit. I left the store immediately.

The service was friendly, chicken was cooked to perfection but the fries could've been better. Soap was gone so we ended up using the hand sanitizer. The tables and floors were not clean. It could've been worse, I know, but I had to clean it myself. Thank goodness I had an alcohol spray and tissues with me.

35 minutes of waiting for food, chaos and the staff don't know what to do

Half of the order was missing and we also waited almost an hour for our food. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore, it's simply embarrassing.

I literally came 10 min after closing time and the friendly staff ( Sofia ) did let me fast order for takeaway. Really pleased with the service and have to come back at normal time... Thank you for the service!!!

The food was okay, at least what was actually ready to be picked up. Ordered 4 x fries from the menu, got 7 x fries, but chicken pieces were missing from every dish! Ordered 4 parts in the menu, got 3 parts, ordered chicken parts for the kids menu, nothing was included with the order, complained about the fries at the checkout, then got new things, we were allowed to keep the fries. Attention... we then got hot wings for a 6 year old. When we asked if there was anything alternative, the hot wings were thrown onto the counter and we were told there was nothing else. Then we had 2 x water Ordered in the bottle and only received it once, the deposit was charged twice. When something was missing, we were no longer even noticed and ignored. I would like to point out that we never behaved in an intrusive or conspicuous manner It was appropriate for 4 people = parents + child and grandpa. The service between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. was an absolute disaster. I have always avoided the store Father wanted chicken, I didn't want to deny him... That was a mistake. Never again KFC Reisholz P.S. The toilet was the crowning glory in the end. + There are no more drinks that are not Zero... So, everything without sugar, since I have an allergy to artificial sugar, all I had left was water. Maybe rethink the concept of sugar-free drinks. Or, offer an alternative to water.

Wait too long dirt Tables not clean

Food is ok. But unfortunately the service was bad. A bit messy and sometimes it takes quite a long time. Apparently the staff forgot to prepare or whatever. There are 10 people walking around in the restaurant. This should be better organized.

On friday night(16.02.2024), the oil used for fries and kfc original was rancid, old, the food stinked. The burgers chicken was in good condition, but fries were stinky.

So very dirty loading. The guests are given a cloth and have to clean their tables themselves. Waiting time 35 minutes Staff totally incompetent and that for the prices. We have canceled our order. Just disgusting there

45 minutes waiting time for 2 menus, dingy, terrace closed. No apology or anything like that.

Actually there is nothing to complain about but the toilet, or rather what it is cleaned with, feels like it burns my lungs. I've never experienced anything so unpleasant. The normal smell in the toilet, on the other hand, is like the smell of roses. I have no idea whether the toilet was previously extremely dirty and therefore a radical method was resorted to or whether it is a permanent condition.

Unfortunately I was there at driveinn's peak hour. It took a good half hour to issue. The ladies behind the counter seemed a bit overwhelmed and some orders had to be corrected. Mine was also missing something, which was then added without any problems.

I don't recommend this KFC restaurant at all. It does not meet European standards at all. There is no hygiene in this restaurant! Gloves are not worn, service is poor, salespeople are very boring! The waiting time for an order takes extremely long. Wasted time for nothing. In addition, the cleanliness of the restaurant is not there. The juice dispenser is full of sticky sugar. The taste of the food is not who knows what wow. I ate at this place and felt sick afterward! I don't recommend it!

The fries were cold, the ordered sauce was 1 instead of 2.. the chicken wings were not fresh either... I do not recommend.. instead of 7up, only soda came.

Years ago it used to be good here. Really poorly positioned at the moment. No air conditioning so the food on site is unbearable as others have already mentioned. In order to wash your hands before and after eating, you have to use the toilets. Unfortunately, these stinks are so bad that some people would prefer a Dixi toilet...!

Fast service, here fast food is still fast food. Never received an incorrect order and it was always fresh and hot.

There is a long wait, the ordering machine is often not correct or does not print the receipt with the order number. The screen where the orders are placed does not update the status. Even when it is not very crowded, the wait is often more than 15 minutes.

What an absolute TRASH STORE. It's late afternoon, 4 p.m., the store is almost empty, only a few orders. I order 4 original chicken pieces, after waiting 15 minutes they call my number and ask me if they can give me hot wings instead as the chicken pieces will take another 20 minutes. Are you somehow mentally challenged? I don't want hot wings, otherwise I would have ordered them myself, and I also don't want to wait 35 minutes for my food at a fast food chain. What is unclear about FAST in FASTfood? How have these people survived to this day? And why is this branch still allowed to exist? Does the franchisor not care that his brand is being smeared with dirt?

ATTENTION THIS STORE IS UNCOOL!!! In the store there was a huge puddle in front of the drinks machine that no one there was interested in...was there again 2 days ago...in the store it was as warm as a sauna, no ventilation or anything like that...Crispys tasted old somehow.

This is a good place to eat fried chicken with a crispy crust. Sometimes I come here after a day of work and at lunchtime. Three individual pieces of chicken with cooked corn on the cob will leave you feeling full. The strawberry milkshake afterwards is very good. Overall, you could have given 5 stars for the quality. Reviews, however, some points are disappointing: 1. Often closed spacious veranda with tables. 2. Slow service due to lack of staff. 3. sometimes orders are packed in take-away bags for consumption in the café. 3. Due to the heavy workload, the staff mixes up orders Apart from that everything is alright. Therefore I give it a rating of "4 stars".

I do not recommend! The food is too spicy and the juice is too hot. Tomorrow I'm going over to Burger King. AND THERE WAS A WARMNESS IN THE LOCATION.......

Noisy babies without a father who were crying and the toilets were dirty and the kitchen didn't look clean either

I have never seen a worse fast restaurant. The customers walked over the table and chairs and the employees didn't care. 7 employees inside, one of them acted like he was working. Under all guns, went straight back out.

It was dirty almost everywhere, it was difficult to find a clean place to sit, the employee in charge of cleaning passed by smiling but didn't clean, everything was terribly funny, we ordered a bucket of chicken but there was no bucket, the Drinks are the worst. And it was the worst quality, I've never been to such a bad branch

I always enjoyed going to KFC but it was the last time. Everything is closed and very warm in the restaurant (despite 19°C outside). The prices are absolutely exorbitant. My standard order now costs €70 instead of €45 earlier. Yes, yes greed inflation... And there are really only zero drinks. How can you force your customers to drink this garbage instead of real natural sugar? Let everyone make their own choice about what they want to drink. You can no longer get a receipt at the terminal because you apparently have to save money on receipt paper. Over €10 for a burger with fries and a drink that you don't even want. But just fries and burgers already cost more than the menu. Bad service, far too expensive and yet they save on the smallest things. A pity.

Vouchers only available in the app opaque offer (menu or bucket - what's the difference?) Apparently you have to be a KFC pro to understand that... I thought about what I was going to eat and then went somewhere else...

Really terrible. We eat KFC every now and then but we've NEVER had problems like this. The kitchen works really poorly. Some of our chicken wasn't fried. These problems crop up all the time at this branch. We've been here several times and it was still possible never say that the chicken tastes good because it is far too mushy.

I can't say anything bad about the service. Yesterday we bought Hotwings after a long journey. I knew that they would burn twice. But this time I was so sick that I vomited and later sat on the pot four times whistling. Could this have something to do with hygiene in the store?

Today I was in the branch at 10:35 p.m., the deep fryer was broken again and the ladies and gentlemen couldn't sell me anything. But last week I was in the same branch at the same time and the deep fryer was broken again. People just close the store at 10:30 pm and don't take customers for fools. Selling the leftovers with a free Coke is really cheap. Or swap your staff. But I will visit this branch more. Out of spite, I rate everything negatively, even though the food tastes good.

The place is simply terrible, not a single air conditioner works inside, it feels like you are in hell. An order inside is processed in 20 minutes, while an order from a car is processed immediately.

Apparently niceness is overrated

Completely overwhelmed service at the counter - although not very busy - closed on the outside, unbearably hot on the inside, drinks extremely diluted, tables partly not cleaned, chicken wings okay, although every JA-TK pack is better. Never again!

The drinks all had aspartame, which is given to animals to make them gain weight quickly. Tables were dirty, full, some tables were not accessible. Oh well...

I was there on a slightly busier day and ordered a bucket to go. Unfortunately the chicken pieces weren't ready so I had to wait. However, the service staff bought me a drink and I was later asked if I would like to choose a side dish as an apology. Everyone was very friendly and tried hard.

This used to be a very good branch. Today it is by far the worst KFC branch I know. Today was my last visit there. The printer paper was once again missing from my order at the terminal. So the burger was taken off the tray again and brought back to the kitchen. The fries were then placed under the salamander again. Waiting again. The food was ok then. However, we were able to observe that during the time I was eating it, five or six orders were issued incorrectly or there were complaints or even complaints. We shot to drive. However, our exit was blocked by a very angry customer. Which completely blocked the exit. The lane from the Drive Inn counter was also blocked by waiting customers. It didn't go forward or back. The mood was very aggressive. There were also several cars in the parking lots of the adjacent properties where groups of people were discussing their orders. The employee came out of the branch with several bags, but was obviously unable to match the contents of the bags with the waiting cars in question and seemed visibly overwhelmed by the situation. After reading the last reviews here, it is clear to me that today was probably not an isolated case. A pity. We will definitely not visit this branch again. The KFC issue is probably completely over for us. I expressly do not recommend this restaurant for the reasons described!

The worst fast food fries I've ever eaten. Bland, floury, old taste. According to friends, KFC usually tastes good. So it seems to be just the store.

I used to come here with my family after church. It used to taste much better and the store was also better hygienically. But nowadays everything has changed for the worse. I got some fries and somehow I see that there were lipstick marks in the bowl. The citizen, on the other hand, was good. The employees were friendly, even though they were overwhelmed.

My preferable choice when it comes to fast food. Fried chicken fillets and wings are tasty. Prices are slightly higher than the other fast food restaurants but it's worth it. Service at drive through is also very good.
