Very unfriendly treatment of children! My son needed a new straw for his shake because the first one, made of cardboard, had gone soggy. Instead, he was told that a straw would cost extra. The children were even spoken to loudly, which frightened them. Absolutely not recommended for families.

We ordered food in reusable containers. The McSundae and coffee were delicious, but it was difficult to return the deposit. The employees were polite and gave their all; the store was very busy. There was a very helpful lady at the cash register. While there is a Turkish language option at Burger King kiosks, unfortunately there is not one here.
