Too few employees, too many guests. There isn't even a self-service kiosk. This means you can also stand for a nice 30 minutes. This food has nothing to do with almost!

Unfortunately you can only order there via the terminal. This is not good for older people. But unfriendly and inappropriate. If the nice man hadn't helped me, I would probably have left again like I did last time. FYI The lady couldn't speak German Very sad.

Unbelievable, we waited about an hour. Only one cash register open. Cola on the floor in front of the cash register. Fries cold. Half of what was supposed to go into the salad was forgotten. Seats all full of food, onion rings just cold and rock hard, probably been in the deep fryer twice. Only 3 employees in the entire restaurant. Just bad, the restaurant should close.

Do not go to this location or order anything! Be careful, they are extremely slow. In the restaurant it took about 40 minutes just to order. Although there were enough staff, they seemed disorganized and most of the staff were just standing around. I've been there twice and both times only one ticket office was open, resulting in a long queue. After I finally ordered it took another 20 minutes for the food to arrive which was disappointing in quality. If you order delivery, prepare to be disappointed and possibly scammed. I have ordered at least three times and each time the food took over an hour to arrive, often in poor condition. Last time it took two and a half hours and the order was incomplete. The delivery person didn't speak a language I could understand well, but I eventually understood that half of the items I ordered were out of stock and I should call the restaurant for a refund. The food was cold, incomplete and did not correspond to the order. I tried calling the restaurant several times over a week but no one ever picked up. There is no real customer service so I wrote to the contact I found and received an apology but no refund. Despite repeated attempts to contact the restaurant, I received nothing. Burger King essentially stole about €10 from me and the entire order was inedible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately this BK location has consistently contradicted the "fast" part in fast food, sampled multiple times over several months not to generalize from a one time incident. Drive through can take 5 good minutes just to greet you and take the order, followed by 5-10 minutes of waiting for the food or just a drink. I don't know if they are understaffed or just very slow, or both, but there's definitely something wrong when I keep the window open for many long minutes to place the order, and all I get is ignored and rain in the car. Sorry, but the slow service prevents me from coming here again. If I want to wait 15 minutes for a burger, there are plenty other places that make better burgers at similar prices.

We first had to wait 20 minutes at an empty checkout with only one other customer standing at it. Then we were served by a cashier who didn't understand German properly, had to hear everything 5 times and didn't know the terms of the common menus. Ordered and went to the table. Greasy, partially dirty and the food was piling up on these return carts, which attracted a flock of pigeons that spread everything across the floor. After another wait that wasn't short, the food came - it's Burger King. It doesn't taste any better or worse than anywhere else. During the entire time I was there there were a maximum of 3-5 customers, all of whom had to wait forever because the entire team only consisted of 3 people. The cashier cleaned, operated the drive-in, prepared food and collected the cash at the same time. But it was still friendly. The service was a real nil, the atmosphere wasn't nice (pigeons) and the food was just standard. Yes for takeaway but not eating there again.

Simply too few staff. Way too long waiting time. Poor communication between staff at the front and staff in the kitchen. Wrong drink or too many drinks as observed by the customer in front of me. Received the wrong food because the loudspeaker system was incomprehensible and the cashier couldn't speak German/English. Instead of ordering a breakfast menu, we got a single fish burger. Strawberry milkshake is vanilla milkshake with strawberry sauce on top.

This is the third and final time we have tried to order here. The cancellation came twice after 2 hours of waiting. Once the food arrived after 2 hours and only one was displayed. Absolute impudence. On site, the staff is constantly busy doing something other than working.

I've been here several times in the past and it was often catastrophic (waiting time etc) Now I can say the opposite, the store was suddenly full and the shift manager (Yamen) still handled the whole thing confidently and quickly.

Long waiting times (no it wasn't full), staff can't say hello, thank you, please and if you get all the burgers in plantbase even though you didn't order them, that's of course the point... what was the point?! On the whole it's just as much of a dump as all the other fast food giants but we go there anyway.. Conclusion it is just as bad as in Frankfurt or Gelsenkirchen, at least you can rely on that✌️🙏👌

Just got a hot brownie via drive by and the service wasn't friendly and didn't even want to give me napkins. It's May 20, 2024 and it's 11:35 p.m. The lady was a bit dark-skinned, which doesn't mean that I want to describe anything racist here, but it felt like the lady had to do everything as a counter service and even ran into the kitchen from time to time. The staff isn't getting any better I don't know what happened.

Last night at 9:30 p.m. I wanted to grab a quick meal from the drive-in on the way home. 2 cars in front of me... After ordering, I waited in line for almost 30 minutes because there was no way ahead of me. When I finally arrived at the counter, it took another 15 minutes until my menu (no extra sausages) was handed out. This is not acceptable. When asked briefly about the waiting time, the lady reacted irritably and left the window counter. The burgers and fries as well as the drink are impeccable and fresh.

Super nice workers normally, today unfortunately Sabera Alam was super unpleasant. I once said a menu wrong while ordering and she got very angry just because she had to cancel it. Always friendly, helpful staff compared to many other fast food restaurants. The food is always freshly prepared and the fries are hot and crispy and the burgers are appetizing. The absolute blast that will put a smile on your face even in the rain and cold is the chocolate brownie with ice cream. Mmmm! Yummy! Here I don't have to spend half an hour fighting with a terminal, but I can talk to a person. The staff are all very accommodating. The tables are always tidy and clean, and the behavior of the guests here somehow stands out from the otherwise often ruthless average. The outdoor area and the clearing station are also regularly cleaned up and emptied and the toilets are also clean. This branch stands out from other branches. If the food has really gotten cold here because you were having a lively conversation, there is even a microwave here. Thanks to the entire team!

The cheekiest drive-thru employee I've ever encountered. When I asked if I could pay by card, he said if I was too stupid to read because there was a big sign hanging out front. Then he deliberately put a plant based chicken in my bag instead of a normal long chicken. Of course you can't reach anyone by phone.

Unfortunately the cola was quite warm and there were no ice cubes. There was a strong smell of urine in the toilet. I still give it 4 stars. Burgerking reports bad reviews on Google as a violation of the guidelines. The alternative solution would be much better... simply activate the cooling of the drinks again and wipe the toilets every now and then.

Der Service ist einfach unterirdisch. Ich kenne keine Filiale in der so langsam gearbeitet wird wie hier. Zudem waren die Pommes nur lauwarm. Beschweren hat auch nich geholfen, da ich nach ca. 10 Minuten zwar Neue bekamm, die aber auch nicht besser waren.

Um Mitternacht zu zweit hier gewesen. Waren beim Bestellvorgang (und auch danach) die einzigen Kunden. Haben drei verschiedene Burger bestellt. Lange Wartezeit, dafür waren beide "Big King" nicht mal mehr lauwarm und waren daher auch nur noch mäßig lecker. Die anderen Burger waren zum Glück etwas wärmer.

Bester Burger King den ich kenne! Das Essen wird hier immer frisch zubereitet und ist deutlich über dem normalen BK Standard. Hier wird scheinbar vorbildlich gearbeitet und die Burger schmecken so, wie sie eigentlich überall sein sollten! Das Personal ist immer superfreundlich und motiviert bei der Sache. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen hier wirklich gerne zu arbeiten - Top! Ein absoluter vorzeige BK!! Danke für Euren Einsatz!

Long Chicken ohne Fleisch bekommen. Dies ist nicht das erste Mal, dass so etwas passiert. Nachdem ich mehrmals angerufen habe, geht niemand mehr ans Telefon. Dieser Laden lässt Burger King wie einen Betrug aussehen.

Kann man sich gut rein ziehen nach dem Gym wenn man bisschen Hunger hat.

Habe im Drive in ein King Menü bestellt. Es gab keine Softdrinks, deswegen habe ich gefragt, ob ich dann eine Pommes anstatt dessen bekommen kann. In der Tüte waren dann zwei kleine Pommes. Ebenfalls wurde der Burger nicht richtig verpackt und lag dann das Brötchen und die Tomate auch in der Tüte anstatt auf dem Burger in der Box. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden.
