The drive-thru was deliberately blocked with a car, the cashier was incredibly rude, and everything took forever! By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to.

Ordered cold without tomato, but it came with tomato on it and then they were difficult when I complained.

I was in the restroom just two or three hours ago – and it's simply shameful. No toilet paper, inadequate supplies, and a state that clearly shows: either it's hardly ever cleaned, or only at night. If they would at least refill the soap and disinfectant, there aren't even tampon dispensers – the CEOs at Burger King are too good for that. With the constant flow of customers, it's obvious that it would be more than worthwhile to clean the restrooms regularly and properly. This isn't an isolated incident; it's a persistent problem. After all, it happens here all the time. If they can't sort it out internally, then they should hire a restroom attendant – even if it's paid, as is already standard practice at the Burger King at the main train station. It's better to pay than to put up with this. But this situation is simply outrageous and almost provocative – especially considering how well-staffed these stations are supposedly managed. One expects significantly more responsibility from the market and station management. What are these people being paid for? This cannot and should not be allowed to continue.

I've never had such bad burgers and nuggets at Burger King; they tasted like they were from yesterday. The service was also very unfriendly, and items were missing. Yes, plural…

The server was completely overwhelmed by the large order from the guest in front of me and had to start over several times, resulting in long waiting times. Then, neither the advent calendar offer nor the advertised chicken kebab fries were available; aside from a "sorry," no suitable alternative was offered. This is how you drive away customers!

I suspect Burger King doesn't even know this branch exists. 😂 There's no digital order system, which has been standard in all branches for years. The three employees are like billiard balls, just rolling back and forth. Totally disorganized.

After 20 minutes (I was asked to wait on the right) at the drive-thru, the rest of my order was cold, and despite mentioning it several times, they only renewed my (original) order. I never got the burger I'd waited 20 minutes for. So, a wasted wait. Unfortunately, there's always something wrong. Unprofessional and untrained staff! Strangely enough, if there's a woman at the drive-thru in the morning, everything runs smoothly. Nevertheless, this branch is by far the worst in all of Düsseldorf! It's a nightmare every time!

I simply have to give it one star. There are NO terminals at this bank. Ordering is incredibly complicated. Sometimes the system crashes, and you can't order at all. I can't redeem crowns. What am I even collecting them for? Worst bank I've ever been to.

At the drive-thru, I had the impression I was talking to someone who had just arrived in Germany. I'm a foreigner myself, but I've learned a good level of German. If you're going to cut down on staff, I would at least consider hiring someone with a certified B2 level of German.

I was at your place earlier and I ordered 3 nugget burgers with extra cheese and an extra small coke. The bill came to €13.77. I wasn't given a receipt, which I find extremely strange. The young man forgot my coke and argued with me that I hadn't ordered a coke. I was seriously thinking, since when do you pay almost €14 for 3 nugget burgers? The coke was shoved into my hand without a straw in the bag. Of course there was no receipt in it. With every nugget burger with cheese, either the cheese was over one nugget burger or the other nuggets were underneath, and with the third one there was no cheese at all. Sometimes I ask myself why you work if you're not happy with your job. I thought to myself, everyone has a bad day sometimes, but that's what happens to the young man who is in charge of the drive-thru counter. I'll just use a straw to hide his knowledge.

Both men at the cash register spoke very little or no German. Can you also hire staff who can speak German?

Although the store appeared superficially clean and the service point had been freshly tidied, it was very unpleasant to notice that the entire floor was sticky. I ordered a chicken teriyaki burger, which unfortunately wasn't tasty at all. On the plus side, the fries were fresh and hot. It was also good that they asked if I wanted the Coke with ice. The burger's breaded chicken was covered in a dark, slightly smoky ketchup. I couldn't figure out what was supposed to be teriyaki about it. Unfortunately, the meat was only lukewarm and the breading was already completely soggy. The iceberg lettuce leaves were quite limp. Apparently as part of a special promotion, they gave us a packet of cheddar sauce, the idea being to dip the burger bun in it. At least, that's how it was portrayed in the commercials. Given the burger dripping with ketchup and the typically crumbly bun, this was a downright grotesque idea, especially since the container was much too small in diameter. The sauce tasted like an orange-tinged, melted wedge of ordinary processed cheese. I found the price of €12.49 completely unreasonable for this meal.

Understaffed or understaffed. One person is responsible for the drive-through and also for the interior, including cash registers, cleaning the tables, and the frying station. There's only one person for the prep area. No matter when you go there, you always have to wait 20+ minutes for your order. There are no ordering kiosks; due to the design, you only have signal at the entrances/exits, and you can only access the vouchers in the app. This delays the order at the checkout. The person in the front area was dedicated, it has to be said, but one person can't serve everything. At some point, she desperately called back, and suddenly a visibly annoyed employee number 3 appeared and poured drinks. You could tell there was absolutely no harmony between the two, but I couldn't understand her because no German was spoken. If I were the manager, I would replace the man who was hiding in the back room the whole time while the front office was buzzing. Nobody needs people like that, but I guess that was the manager. I really don't like going here and only go when there are no alternatives. As for the food itself, all I can say is that it's the usual BK food. I can't say whether the burgers sit around for long, but it tasted like I've come to expect from BK. There's plenty of parking.

The quality of the food was an absolute disaster. Everything was stale, tasteless, and seemed like they'd just served us leftovers from the day before. Charging this much for something like that is outrageous. I really can't recommend this place to anyone.

Simply old burgers – I've been here several times, and each time the burger was old. Each time, I've gotten burgers that had been sitting in the warming rack for at least 30 minutes (sometimes it felt like several hours) – all the components are equally lukewarm, soggy, and the texture is indistinguishable in your mouth. Anyone who's ever been lucky enough to get a fresh BK Whopper at another location understands how ridiculously bad the burgers here are.

Please don't order there. Delivery takes far too long (up to 2.5 hours), if it's even delivered or canceled by phone, and you still have to deal with all the hassle with Lieferando.

Ordered via Uber Eats - never again. The burgers were cold and squashed as if you'd just sat on them. The burgers were missing lettuce, the wrong side dishes were delivered, and there was tons of ketchup instead of the requested sauce. Absolute rip-off.

Unfortunately, I didn't get what I ordered again. But now I know why. Hardly any of them speak German. How are they supposed to read the orders correctly? It's impossible.

I've been here several times in the past and the food tasted quite good. I've been here for a while now and was negatively surprised. Fast food is no longer a cheap meal, and I wanted to indulge in some soul food after a busy day. The plant based burger (which I have already eaten in good) today unfortunately tasted like an okay seasoned, lukewarm sponge, everything slathered with sauce, hardly any lettuce. The nuggets were in the deep fryer for easily 3 minutes too long. I would have been better off getting something somewhere else, I can't go there anymore. I had to wait a long time at the drive-in, but the service was super nice and it was busy, which is unfortunately the case on days like this.

Very disappointing – Poor service and rude staff! I stood in the drive-thru for 45 minutes today without being able to place a single order. The employees are extremely rude and just leave you standing in the car without anyone taking care of you. When things finally moved forward, I stood at the counter for another 20 minutes without being served. Frustrated, I got out of the line and parked in the parking lot. When I finally went into the store to order at the counter, there was an employee wearing a leather jacket at the checkout who was ignoring everyone. The shift manager, who had an Indian appearance, was arrogant and rude. She and the other employees completely ignored us customers and acted as if it was completely normal to wait 60 minutes in the drive-thru. I wasted my 70 minutes of life in this store that no one can give me back. The entire service was unprofessional, unfriendly and just plain disrespectful. I left the store without ordering and will definitely not be coming back and can only advise anyone not to buy anything here.

This branch has everything you would expect. A parking lot and a drive-in. The store is clean and on one floor. But I wasn't that impressed with the food. My burgers were quite dry and with little sauce Therefore no recommendation

Then I called them and was told that the driver was already at home. Incredible . The second time it was exactly the same and I live 10 minutes away. Absolutely underground restaurant. You pay for extras, but you don't get them. This was the 5th time that extra items were charged but weren't on the burgers. On top of that, diarrhea every time after this visit! The health department should come check!

Just a Burger King franchisee. So there are no special offers here, but not that bad. You pay a lot for what you get, just fast food. But hygiene is the real problem here, toilets smell like urine and clogged urinals. The most disgusting thing, however, was that the brother in the kitchen and his colleagues don't wear gloves and packing my nuggets into the bag by hand is not possible. Only the hot brownie with ice cream and the fries were good.

I have never had such a bad experience as I did with this service. I had to wait over 2 hours for my food. I read in the app that the food was delivered even though I didn't get it, then I tried to take my payment back via Paypal, which didn't work straight away. I canceled the meal and suddenly the driver came and apologized but I explained the error to him in the app. I accepted the food and paid in cash and gave him a 3 euro tip because I felt sorry for him, but the food was cold and inedible and the cheeseburger without cheese was never again!

Bad..sorry.. The toilet stuck to the floor.. No one needs soap..well..French fries luke warm.. The outside door to the parking lot slams so loudly..thank you, don't do that anymore..

Anyone who orders here has to wait a long time - the store is severely understaffed. The store should employ new employees and if no one wants to work there it's probably because of the crappy pay, even though they're earning a lot of money.
