The burgers were lukewarm. The service was rather unmotivated.

The workforce is mostly more like “I don’t get enough than I care.” Received cooled/cold burgers several times.

Nuggets from the nugget burger taste like they are several days old, but it was actually a really good burger with the curry sauce and mayo. Bacon King was not tasty at all. Only the fries and the crispy chicken were good. Added to this is the overwhelmed team on site. Where did the delicious Oreo milkshake go?🤷🏻‍♂️

Food arrived half an hour later. Calls were not responded to. At least the food arrived warm.

Very long waiting time to order. 15 minutes! Only to find out that there is no soft ice cream at all, which is exactly what I was there for.

I've been here several times in the past and the food tasted quite good. I've been here for a while now and was negatively surprised. Fast food is no longer a cheap meal, and I wanted to indulge in some soul food after a busy day. The plant based burger (which I have already eaten in good) today unfortunately tasted like an okay seasoned, lukewarm sponge, everything slathered with sauce, hardly any lettuce. The nuggets were in the deep fryer for easily 3 minutes too long. I would have been better off getting something somewhere else, I can't go there anymore. I had to wait a long time at the drive-in, but the service was super nice and it was busy, which is unfortunately the case on days like this.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. No app possible, no self-service terminals and extremely overwhelmed staff, so each order takes almost 30 minutes. Unfortunately, absolutely negative experience.

Very disappointing – Poor service and rude staff! I stood in the drive-thru for 45 minutes today without being able to place a single order. The employees are extremely rude and just leave you standing in the car without anyone taking care of you. When things finally moved forward, I stood at the counter for another 20 minutes without being served. Frustrated, I got out of the line and parked in the parking lot. When I finally went into the store to order at the counter, there was an employee wearing a leather jacket at the checkout who was ignoring everyone. The shift manager, who had an Indian appearance, was arrogant and rude. She and the other employees completely ignored us customers and acted as if it was completely normal to wait 60 minutes in the drive-thru. I wasted my 70 minutes of life in this store that no one can give me back. The entire service was unprofessional, unfriendly and just plain disrespectful. I left the store without ordering and will definitely not be coming back and can only advise anyone not to buy anything here.

This branch has everything you would expect. A parking lot and a drive-in. The store is clean and on one floor. But I wasn't that impressed with the food. My burgers were quite dry and with little sauce Therefore no recommendation

So bad!! I've ordered there twice now and I have to say it's a disaster! The first time I ordered at 9 p.m. and waited until midnight! Then I called them and was told that the driver was already at home. Incredible . The second time it was exactly the same and I live 10 minutes away. Absolutely underground restaurant. You pay for extras, but you don't get them. This was the 5th time that extra items were charged but weren't on the burgers. On top of that, diarrhea every time after this visit! The health department should come check!

Just a Burger King franchisee. So there are no special offers here, but not that bad. You pay a lot for what you get, just fast food. But hygiene is the real problem here, toilets smell like urine and clogged urinals. The most disgusting thing, however, was that the brother in the kitchen and his colleagues don't wear gloves and packing my nuggets into the bag by hand is not possible. Only the hot brownie with ice cream and the fries were good.

I have never had such a bad experience as I did with this service. I had to wait over 2 hours for my food. I read in the app that the food was delivered even though I didn't get it, then I tried to take my payment back via Paypal, which didn't work straight away. I canceled the meal and suddenly the driver came and apologized but I explained the error to him in the app. I accepted the food and paid in cash and gave him a 3 euro tip because I felt sorry for him, but the food was cold and inedible and the cheeseburger without cheese was never again!

Bad..sorry.. The toilet stuck to the floor.. No one needs soap..well..French fries luke warm.. The outside door to the parking lot slams so loudly..thank you, don't do that anymore..

Anyone who orders here has to wait a long time - the store is severely understaffed. The store should employ new employees and if no one wants to work there it's probably because of the crappy pay, even though they're earning a lot of money.

insanely slow service. staff moves in slow motion. food somehow comes out cold. no terminals to order. you have to go to the register. this burger king location takes out the fast from Fastfood. tables are dirty most of the time. sticky patches everywhere. this location is not worth the money.

Unfortunately, ordering online disappointed my expectations due to the extremely long delivery time. Since no one can be reached by phone, you have no choice but to wait. Other reviews also show that customer feedback is apparently not taken seriously. Unless a reliable delivery option can be offered, it is better to avoid this altogether. 👎👎

We ordered via the website, after an hour I called and they said the driver has just come and is taking the food away and will be there in 20 minutes, after an hour and a half I call again and they say it's so busy and what if I want to be able to pick up the food myself - that means I was blatantly lied to on the first phone call. We drive to the BK to pick up the food - it's just completely empty. Then the entire order was with meat and not plant-based like we ordered.

The money was collected, a confirmation of delivery was sent and then nothing came. After 2 hours the order was shown as delivered. But we didn't receive anything. How outrageous it actually is. Why was a children's menu ordered? Our guests then went somewhere else with the hungry children. Thanks for that

The branch is ok, clean and not overcrowded. However, how are you supposed to use an app if there is no reception in the restaurant?! I had to go outside to use my app! The colleagues are very fond of children, because there were no bruises the kids got 🍨 😊

Do not go to this location or order anything! Be careful, they are extremely slow. In the restaurant it took about 40 minutes just to order. Although there were enough staff, they seemed disorganized and most of the staff were just standing around. I've been there twice and both times only one ticket office was open, resulting in a long queue. After I finally ordered it took another 20 minutes for the food to arrive which was disappointing in quality. If you order delivery, prepare to be disappointed and possibly scammed. I have ordered at least three times and each time the food took over an hour to arrive, often in poor condition. Last time it took two and a half hours and the order was incomplete. The delivery person didn't speak a language I could understand well, but I eventually understood that half of the items I ordered were out of stock and I should call the restaurant for a refund. The food was cold, incomplete and did not correspond to the order. I tried calling the restaurant several times over a week but no one ever picked up. There is no real customer service so I wrote to the contact I found and received an apology but no refund. Despite repeated attempts to contact the restaurant, I received nothing. Burger King essentially stole about €10 from me and the entire order was inedible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately this BK location has consistently contradicted the "fast" part in fast food, sampled multiple times over several months not to generalize from a one time incident. Drive through can take 5 good minutes just to greet you and take the order, followed by 5-10 minutes of waiting for the food or just a drink. I don't know if they are understaffed or just very slow, or both, but there's definitely something wrong when I keep the window open for many long minutes to place the order, and all I get is ignored and rain in the car. Sorry, but the slow service prevents me from coming here again. If I want to wait 15 minutes for a burger, there are plenty other places that make better burgers at similar prices.

We first had to wait 20 minutes at an empty checkout with only one other customer standing at it. Then we were served by a cashier who didn't understand German properly, had to hear everything 5 times and didn't know the terms of the common menus. Ordered and went to the table. The service was a real nil, the atmosphere wasn't nice (pigeons) and the food was just standard. Yes for takeaway but not eating there again.

Received the wrong food because the loudspeaker system was incomprehensible and the cashier couldn't speak German/English. Instead of ordering a breakfast menu, we got a single fish burger. Strawberry milkshake is vanilla milkshake with strawberry sauce on top.

This is the third and final time we have tried to order here. The cancellation came twice after 2 hours of waiting. Once the food arrived after 2 hours and only one was displayed. Absolute impudence. On site, the staff is constantly busy doing something other than working.

I've been here several times in the past and it was often catastrophic (waiting time etc) Now I can say the opposite, the store was suddenly full and the shift manager (Yamen) still handled the whole thing confidently and quickly.

Just got a hot brownie via drive by and the service wasn't friendly and didn't even want to give me napkins. It's May 20, 2024 and it's 11:35 p.m. The lady was a bit dark-skinned, which doesn't mean that I want to describe anything racist here, but it felt like the lady had to do everything as a counter service and even ran into the kitchen from time to time. The staff isn't getting any better I don't know what happened.
