Ordered at 11:30 PM via Lieferando, accepted, but never shipped. If the timing isn't right, at least cancel it. To whoever's in charge, this is why you'll never get a better job and will stay in such a lousy position forever, because taking responsibility is a foreign concept to you.

I simply have to give it one star. There are NO terminals at this bank. Ordering is incredibly complicated. Sometimes the system crashes, and you can't order at all. I can't redeem crowns. What am I even collecting them for? Worst bank I've ever been to.

They charged me twice online and cash when I ordered a delivery! And they don’t cooperate!

The burgers had so much sauce I thought they were swimming in meat, and the worst part is, there's no menu or electronic ordering anywhere. 😌

At the drive-thru, I had the impression I was talking to someone who had just arrived in Germany. I'm a foreigner myself, but I've learned a good level of German. If you're going to cut down on staff, I would at least consider hiring someone with a certified B2 level of German.

The ice cream machine is repeatedly "broken".

I was at your place earlier and I ordered 3 nugget burgers with extra cheese and an extra small coke. The bill came to €13.77. I wasn't given a receipt, which I find extremely strange. The young man forgot my coke and argued with me that I hadn't ordered a coke. I was seriously thinking, since when do you pay almost €14 for 3 nugget burgers? The coke was shoved into my hand without a straw in the bag. Of course there was no receipt in it. With every nugget burger with cheese, either the cheese was over one nugget burger or the other nuggets were underneath, and with the third one there was no cheese at all. Sometimes I ask myself why you work if you're not happy with your job. I thought to myself, everyone has a bad day sometimes, but that's what happens to the young man who is in charge of the drive-thru counter. I'll just use a straw to hide his knowledge.

Both men at the cash register spoke very little or no German. Can you also hire staff who can speak German?

Although the store appeared superficially clean and the service point had been freshly tidied, it was very unpleasant to notice that the entire floor was sticky. I ordered a chicken teriyaki burger, which unfortunately wasn't tasty at all. On the plus side, the fries were fresh and hot. It was also good that they asked if I wanted the Coke with ice. The burger's breaded chicken was covered in a dark, slightly smoky ketchup. I couldn't figure out what was supposed to be teriyaki about it. Unfortunately, the meat was only lukewarm and the breading was already completely soggy. The iceberg lettuce leaves were quite limp. Apparently as part of a special promotion, they gave us a packet of cheddar sauce, the idea being to dip the burger bun in it. At least, that's how it was portrayed in the commercials. Given the burger dripping with ketchup and the typically crumbly bun, this was a downright grotesque idea, especially since the container was much too small in diameter. The sauce tasted like an orange-tinged, melted wedge of ordinary processed cheese. I found the price of €12.49 completely unreasonable for this meal.

Understaffed or understaffed. One person is responsible for the drive-through and also for the interior, including cash registers, cleaning the tables, and the frying station. There's only one person for the prep area. No matter when you go there, you always have to wait 20+ minutes for your order. There are no ordering kiosks; due to the design, you only have signal at the entrances/exits, and you can only access the vouchers in the app. This delays the order at the checkout. The person in the front area was dedicated, it has to be said, but one person can't serve everything. At some point, she desperately called back, and suddenly a visibly annoyed employee number 3 appeared and poured drinks. You could tell there was absolutely no harmony between the two, but I couldn't understand her because no German was spoken. If I were the manager, I would replace the man who was hiding in the back room the whole time while the front office was buzzing. Nobody needs people like that, but I guess that was the manager. I really don't like going here and only go when there are no alternatives. As for the food itself, all I can say is that it's the usual BK food. I can't say whether the burgers sit around for long, but it tasted like I've come to expect from BK. There's plenty of parking.

The quality of the food was an absolute disaster. Everything was stale, tasteless, and seemed like they'd just served us leftovers from the day before. Charging this much for something like that is outrageous. I really can't recommend this place to anyone.

The wait was a bit longer because there were no vending machines for ordering or drinks, but everything was fresh and very warm.

Simply old burgers – I've been here several times, and each time the burger was old. Each time, I've gotten burgers that had been sitting in the warming rack for at least 30 minutes (sometimes it felt like several hours) – all the components are equally lukewarm, soggy, and the texture is indistinguishable in your mouth. Anyone who's ever been lucky enough to get a fresh BK Whopper at another location understands how ridiculously bad the burgers here are.

Please don't order there. Delivery takes far too long (up to 2.5 hours), if it's even delivered or canceled by phone, and you still have to deal with all the hassle with Lieferando.

Ordered via Uber Eats - never again. The burgers were cold and squashed as if you'd just sat on them. The burgers were missing lettuce, the wrong side dishes were delivered, and there was tons of ketchup instead of the requested sauce. Absolute rip-off.

Unfortunately, I didn't get what I ordered again. But now I know why. Hardly any of them speak German. How are they supposed to read the orders correctly? It's impossible.

Although service is good and has a good atmosphere, the food quality has gone down radically since last years.

Extremely disgusting and unhygienic!!!! Very bad service and unfriendly employees. There were maggot-like animals in the food. Catastrophic!!!! The food is comparable to Indian street food in terms of hygiene, if you know that from social media. We then drove to the nearest Burger King, where you can really say the opposite in terms of both the food and the service. So it's not worth going there, you'd better go to the nearest Burger King.

Nuggets from the nugget burger taste like they are several days old, but it was actually a really good burger with the curry sauce and mayo. Bacon King was not tasty at all. I've been here several times in the past and the food tasted quite good. I've been here for a while now and was negatively surprised. Fast food is no longer a cheap meal, and I wanted to indulge in some soul food after a busy day. The plant based burger (which I have already eaten in good) today unfortunately tasted like an okay seasoned, lukewarm sponge, everything slathered with sauce, hardly any lettuce. The nuggets were in the deep fryer for easily 3 minutes too long. I would have been better off getting something somewhere else, I can't go there anymore. I had to wait a long time at the drive-in, but the service was super nice and it was busy, which is unfortunately the case on days like this.

Very disappointing – Poor service and rude staff! I stood in the drive-thru for 45 minutes today without being able to place a single order. The employees are extremely rude and just leave you standing in the car without anyone taking care of you. When things finally moved forward, I stood at the counter for another 20 minutes without being served. Frustrated, I got out of the line and parked in the parking lot. When I finally went into the store to order at the counter, there was an employee wearing a leather jacket at the checkout who was ignoring everyone. The shift manager, who had an Indian appearance, was arrogant and rude. She and the other employees completely ignored us customers and acted as if it was completely normal to wait 60 minutes in the drive-thru. I wasted my 70 minutes of life in this store that no one can give me back. The entire service was unprofessional, unfriendly and just plain disrespectful. I left the store without ordering and will definitely not be coming back and can only advise anyone not to buy anything here.

This branch has everything you would expect. A parking lot and a drive-in. The store is clean and on one floor. But I wasn't that impressed with the food. My burgers were quite dry and with little sauce Therefore no recommendation

So bad!! I've ordered there twice now and I have to say it's a disaster! The first time I ordered at 9 p.m. and waited until midnight! Then I called them and was told that the driver was already at home. Incredible . The second time it was exactly the same and I live 10 minutes away. I haven't been as excited as I was at this fast food restaurant in a long time. If you can't get it together, you should leave it alone!

Absolutely underground restaurant. You pay for extras, but you don't get them. This was the 5th time that extra items were charged but weren't on the burgers. On top of that, diarrhea every time after this visit! The health department should come check!

The staff were rude and listless, my child's nuggets were forgotten and when I called I was told there was nothing you could do and hung up on me. Man about 50 years old. Persian accent, very rude gentleman. And I will complain to management.

Just a Burger King franchisee. So there are no special offers here, but not that bad. You pay a lot for what you get, just fast food. But hygiene is the real problem here, toilets smell like urine and clogged urinals. The most disgusting thing, however, was that the brother in the kitchen and his colleagues don't wear gloves and packing my nuggets into the bag by hand is not possible. Only the hot brownie with ice cream and the fries were good.

I have never had such a bad experience as I did with this service. I had to wait over 2 hours for my food. I read in the app that the food was delivered even though I didn't get it, then I tried to take my payment back via Paypal, which didn't work straight away. I canceled the meal and suddenly the driver came and apologized but I explained the error to him in the app. I accepted the food and paid in cash and gave him a 3 euro tip because I felt sorry for him, but the food was cold and inedible and the cheeseburger without cheese was never again!

Bad..sorry.. The toilet stuck to the floor.. No one needs soap..well..French fries luke warm.. The outside door to the parking lot slams so loudly..thank you, don't do that anymore..

Anyone who orders here has to wait a long time - the store is severely understaffed. The store should employ new employees and if no one wants to work there it's probably because of the crappy pay, even though they're earning a lot of money.

insanely slow service. staff moves in slow motion. food somehow comes out cold. no terminals to order. you have to go to the register. this burger king location takes out the fast from Fastfood. tables are dirty most of the time. sticky patches everywhere. this location is not worth the money.

Unfortunately, ordering online disappointed my expectations due to the extremely long delivery time. Since no one can be reached by phone, you have no choice but to wait. Other reviews also show that customer feedback is apparently not taken seriously. Unless a reliable delivery option can be offered, it is better to avoid this altogether. 👎👎

We ordered via the website, after an hour I called and they said the driver has just come and is taking the food away and will be there in 20 minutes, after an hour and a half I call again and they say it's so busy and what if I want to be able to pick up the food myself - that means I was blatantly lied to on the first phone call. We drive to the BK to pick up the food - it's just completely empty. Then the entire order was with meat and not plant-based like we ordered.

If you could give negative stars I would immediately start. Our experience today was beneath all dignity. We ordered through Lieferando, so I've only now seen the other reviews. The money was collected, a confirmation of delivery was sent and then nothing came. After 2 hours the order was shown as delivered. But we didn't receive anything. How outrageous it actually is. Why was a children's menu ordered? Our guests then went somewhere else with the hungry children. Thanks for that

The branch is ok, clean and not overcrowded. However, how are you supposed to use an app if there is no reception in the restaurant?! I had to go outside to use my app! The colleagues are very fond of children, because there were no bruises the kids got 🍨 😊

Super slow service. Was at the front of the line with people chatting during a non busy point for over 10 minutes and then just left.

Drive to the drive counter, place your order. Repeat your order, only strangely everything other than what you ordered! Then you can't change/cancel it, so I'm forced to pay for what I didn't even want!

Unbelievable, we waited about an hour. Only one cash register open. Cola on the floor in front of the cash register. Fries cold. Half of what was supposed to go into the salad was forgotten. Seats all full of food, onion rings just cold and rock hard, probably been in the deep fryer twice. Only 3 employees in the entire restaurant. Just bad, the restaurant should close.

Do not go to this location or order anything! Be careful, they are extremely slow. In the restaurant it took about 40 minutes just to order. Although there were enough staff, they seemed disorganized and most of the staff were just standing around. I've been there twice and both times only one ticket office was open, resulting in a long queue. After I finally ordered it took another 20 minutes for the food to arrive which was disappointing in quality. If you order delivery, prepare to be disappointed and possibly scammed. I have ordered at least three times and each time the food took over an hour to arrive, often in poor condition. Last time it took two and a half hours and the order was incomplete. The delivery person didn't speak a language I could understand well, but I eventually understood that half of the items I ordered were out of stock and I should call the restaurant for a refund. The food was cold, incomplete and did not correspond to the order. I tried calling the restaurant several times over a week but no one ever picked up. There is no real customer service so I wrote to the contact I found and received an apology but no refund. Despite repeated attempts to contact the restaurant, I received nothing. Burger King essentially stole about €10 from me and the entire order was inedible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately this BK location has consistently contradicted the "fast" part in fast food, sampled multiple times over several months not to generalize from a one time incident. Drive through can take 5 good minutes just to greet you and take the order, followed by 5-10 minutes of waiting for the food or just a drink. I don't know if they are understaffed or just very slow, or both, but there's definitely something wrong when I keep the window open for many long minutes to place the order, and all I get is ignored and rain in the car. Sorry, but the slow service prevents me from coming here again. If I want to wait 15 minutes for a burger, there are plenty other places that make better burgers at similar prices.
