This Burger King is one of the best I know. The food is fresh and crispy. So are the drinks. They also have the Recup reusable cup system. Great idea! The atmosphere is very good. The food is typical of a franchise. It's unbelievable that they charge for the toilets, even though you're a customer and have already paid. Besides, the toilets are absolutely terrible – wherever the money goes, it's certainly not towards cleanliness or the overall experience. Two stars for the food, but the rest is completely unacceptable. I'd rather pay 50 cents more to go to Sanifair, without ordering from Burger King. At least there you get a voucher, and it's actually cleaner than the Burger King toilets.

As a paying guest, I purchased a meal plan and was therefore naturally entitled to use the restroom facilities free of charge. Nevertheless, I was charged an additional fee of 50 cents. When I refused to pay this fee and pointed out that I was already a customer, the cleaning staff reacted loudly and inappropriately. I even showed my receipt as proof, which further escalated the situation. This practice is strongly reminiscent of the situation at CentrO Oberhausen around twenty years ago. There, too, a restroom fee was charged to customers even though they had already consumed something. After numerous complaints and corresponding media coverage, this practice was discontinued because it was legally questionable and morally unacceptable. I have the impression that a similar situation is repeating itself here: The people present don't seem to be engaged in cleaning, but are simply sitting in front of the restrooms and collecting money. This gives the impression that this is not a service, but rather an unauthorized source of additional income. I therefore request your comment on whether this practice is authorized by you, and I expect that paying customers will be exempt from such a fee in the future.

Today was by far the most disgusting experience I've ever had. An employee was preparing the ice cream, and while trying to sprinkle the topping on it with a spoon, he shoved the spoon, complete with topping, into his mouth and ate it. He then went back into the container with the same spoon and sprinkled the topping on the ice cream. Since he was doing this right in front, where all the customers were waiting, I thought it was a joke. I immediately contacted the manager on site and reported it, asking him to make me a new ice cream. The manager and the employee I had previously told about it had nothing better to do than laugh about it with this employee. Is this the new level of Burger King? Burger and food is fresh, however the environment is bit different due to crowds in and out, also several other factors like lot of beggars come in and keep disturbing inside the restaurant, its total nuisance and no one stops them! the toilet is paid underground!

Kassen Mitarbeiter kratzen sich mit den Fingern in den Haaren, am Rücken und am Hintern, und scheinen einen Haut Ausschlag zu haben. Trotzdem arbeiten diese im Küchenbereich.
