Burger King in Düsseldorf

I went to Burger King, the food was okay. But some guy asked me to use the restroom, even though I was eating there. It was a disgrace! Totally unprofessional. I'm considering going there again.

I can't recommend this branch. It was quiet in the afternoon. The employees were obviously bored. There was trash everywhere, the tables were dirty. The employees weren't very customer-oriented. The food was okay, but the portion was small for the price.

The worst experience in the toilet, I have spend 18 €, I clean my tray and I decide I need to go to the toilet as I am 5 months pregnant I was refuse to. I don't cash on my I have paid my meal with card and the really rude lady at the toilet scream at me. Why don't you tell yours clients to keep the recipe, seriously ridiculously. Never again . Rude rude lady.

To our surprise, the food was still warm when we got it, but that was the only good thing about this visit. After we had already ordered our food on the screen, a very incompetent-looking employee put the chairs up. The staff was obviously unwilling to work overtime even though the place was still packed, as there was a concert taking place nearby that evening. So, our food was packed to go, and the staff didn't forget the ketchup for the fries either! Unfortunately, there were no fries...

You're denied access to the restroom because you don't have cash to give the attendant—even though you're eating there and paid with a card. It's absurd when a paying guest is then denied access to the restroom.

If you go here to eat, you expect to be allowed to use the restroom without paying an extra 50 cents, especially if you don't have cash, which is normal these days. Simply rude and the atmosphere is bad. Better go to MC's.

If I could, I would give the service 0 stars. I don't mean the staff behind the cash register. I mean the staff in the restroom. I bought some food and ate it there and wanted to use the restroom afterward, and the cleaning lady wouldn't let me use it unless I paid 50 cents. Yes, it's only 50 cents, but I bought food here and am therefore a customer, so I have the right to go to the restroom without paying, right? If I hadn't bought food here and just needed to go to the restroom, I can understand having to pay, but not if I'm a customer. Plus, I spent my last money here and only had a little money left on my card, so I didn't have any cash on me...

As a paying customer, I was supposed to pay 0.50 cents to use the restroom. According to a Burger King employee, the restroom was operated by another company. This is completely unacceptable.

The fat lady at the register was throwing the leftover drinks into the holder under the drink dispenser. It's dirty to think that drinks are poured from there. The worst store. All the employees are unmotivated.

I incompetently ordered a cheeseburger with an extra patty... and only got a regular cheeseburger. I didn't notice the surprise until I got home... where can I get my money back? Today I ordered long chicken with cheese... I got ling chicken with chili cheese sauce (which is absolutely disgusting). Disgusting, my entire throat is burning.

I was discriminated against as a customer. On June 20, 2025, I was denied access to the restroom at this branch despite having purchased a meal because I couldn't immediately show my receipt. The employee addressed me in an aggressive tone, saying something like, "Only people of my background behave like that." A disrespectful and shameful incident. I have filed a formal complaint.

Everything was very quick, the bathrooms were super clean, as was the rest of the place. The staff was very pleasant, the kind who make you want to come back soon. They have a toy closet to choose from... Wonderful.

Update 2025: Still one of the worst ones, when it comes to order completeness. Multiple times they swapped vegetarian burger for meat ones

Today was by far the most disgusting experience I've ever had. An employee was preparing the ice cream, and while trying to sprinkle the topping on it with a spoon, he shoved the spoon, complete with topping, into his mouth and ate it. He then went back into the container with the same spoon and sprinkled the topping on the ice cream. Since he was doing this right in front, where all the customers were waiting, I thought it was a joke. Then he scratched his head and, with the same hand, took the wooden spoon and skewered it into the ice cream. I immediately contacted the manager on site and reported it, asking him to make me a new ice cream. The manager and the employee I had previously told about it had nothing better to do than laugh about it with this employee. Is this the new level of Burger King? Hiring everyone and everyone and driving customers away with it? Disgusting what happened today.

We wanted to eat there and it stank of urine and the tables were very unhygienic and we left them again.

Burger and food is fresh, however the environment is bit different due to crowds in and out, also several other factors like lot of beggars come in and keep disturbing inside the restaurant, its total nuisance and no one stops them! the toilet is paid underground!

Overcrowded and well, what can I say? The staff don't really react when other guests give you a hard time. Especially when guests think they can talk to the staff and the staff doesn't intervene (too late) before it escalates. Just because you, as a normal guest, say that you can step aside and continue talking to the staff member, you get insulted and treated really badly, and very close (people staring at you, two of you, at one person). So I won't be eating there again.

Worst experience of my bk life. The toilet lady followed me to the toilet and into the room and screamed at me to show the bill. She was in the male toilet room as a woman. She continued screaming at me, I felt very unsafe and her entering my safe space on the male toilet. She was very aggressive. I was not able to do what I came for so I had to abort. Intent back up and told them about this but they just smiled and said she has to control the bill. This is outrageous, ordering an employee to go after customers into the WC. I was shocked and went to the WC in the station, which cost me. What is your response and how will you make it up to make me a customer again?

Unfortunately, the Klomafia is on site. It's outrageous that you are coerced as a customer.

Typical BK near a train station, but the toilets are a disgrace, you get shouted at if you go to the toilet quickly because it's urgent. The toilet attendant, who speaks bad German, then shouts the whole 50 cents. Absolutely anti-social and Burger King should maybe throw the toilet attendant out the door. If I had the opportunity to give 0 stars, I would do so. Ordered via Lieferando and still received nothing after 2 hours. I really don't know what to say except that it wasn't the first time. If you are not able to deliver on time as a FAST FOOD restaurant, then you should not offer delivery.

Exceptionally good food worthy of a king

Unfortunately I can only give Burger King 1* because they knowingly support illegal employment! 50ct for a trip to the toilet, no problem but without a receipt. I asked for a receipt and this was denied. I then pointed out the receipt obligation to him. The only (uneducated) reaction was that he aggressively grabbed me by the collar (while I was peeing) and threatened me with the police. I tried to tell him the situation in a friendly manner, but he somehow didn't quite understand it with his poor knowledge of German. In the end we went up to the employees and was told that it was an external company. THIS should be replaced immediately and replaced with a clean company. If this happens I will write a better review, if not I will inform customs for better or worse and then the review will remain. TIP TO EVERYONE 50 Ct FOR A TOILET USE IS ONLY LEGAL WITH A RECEIPT!!!!

Serious call atention to the manager: i ordered there mi food and i paid with card. After eat i wanted go to thr toilet but the woman there sited in front of the door ordered me, screaming at my that i had to pay 1 euro or i could not use the toilet. I've eaten here many times and am usually very impressed. This time I ordered a Ruffy menu with the new Ruffy Burger and T-shirt. Plus a crispy chicken with cheese. The burgers and fries were freshly prepared. They were hot and very tasty 😋 The staff was friendly. However, I was charged 60 cents for the mayonnaise, even though I noted that it should be included in the menu... I don't think 50 cents for the toilet is ok either. This is probably due to the location near the main station. As long as the food is fresh and tasty, I am very satisfied. I'm happy to take a 30 minute drive. Highly recommended compared to other branches!

Mitarbeiter machen Pausen, zum Rauchen, draußen vor dem Geschäft, um anschließend, ohne sich die Hände zu waschen, wieder, sich in den Küchenbereich zu begeben und weiter zu arbeiten, mit Lebensmitteln. Kassen Mitarbeiter kratzen sich mit den Fingern in den Haaren, am Rücken und am Hintern, und scheinen einen Haut Ausschlag zu haben. Trotzdem arbeiten diese im Küchenbereich.

Standard Burger King at the main train station, no unrealistic expectations, standard food quality. The staff is rude, abusive and very unprofessional, but the food is ready quickly.

It was very loud the whole time, there was no bacon at the whopper bacon and the cleaning staff at the toilet insisted that we pay extra because of some "corona" regulation even though corona has been over for over a year. We'll never go there again! !!

Screaming, she ran after me almost to the sales area. Maybe Burgerking should avoid such people, or at least explain German law to these people. Conclusion of the incident: Cleaning lady rude and insulting. No insight into their intrusive misconduct!
