I couldn't finish the chesseburger!!! The bun tasted dry and old, the patties were so thin and tasted disgusting!! Absolutely no recommendation!!

Typical city centre outlet, the order was quick but was wrong!

Standard Burger King at the main train station, no unrealistic expectations, standard food quality. The staff is rude, abusive and very unprofessional, but the food is ready quickly.

It was very loud the whole time, there was no bacon at the whopper bacon and the cleaning staff at the toilet insisted that we pay extra because of some "corona" regulation even though corona has been over for over a year. We'll never go there again! !!

There is nothing wrong with the food and service staff. Quite the opposite of the cleaning lady. Had demanded that I pay 0.50 euros. After I shouted a clear no to her several times, this woman became hysterical and abusive. She didn't want to and couldn't understand my explanation that there was no "obligation to pay" in Germany. Screaming, she ran after me almost to the sales area. Maybe Burgerking should avoid such people, or at least explain German law to these people. Conclusion of the incident: Cleaning lady rude and insulting. No insight into their intrusive misconduct!

They demand money to go to the bathroom even if you bought food from them, the burger was cold, dirty tables, not recommended.

Food is good, freshly prepared, probably quicker too. Almost everyone was friendly. However, when I wanted to go to the toilet, I was asked for 50 cents. After being told that as a customer I had to have free access, she started screaming and went with me to the toilet, saying that I wasn't allowed to use the toilet and that I had to show the receipt must.

Food was ready quickly, I think that's the standard in a fast food place. Food was paid for and no longer visible on the display after 8 minutes. When I briefly asked the person who called out the order numbers more or less enthusiastically, he was answered with the words "It's been here for ages...". They could have also told me if Zero was gone or something like that. My friend was missing the dip and a pack of nuggets. Employees also play on the dirty cell phone display and then prepare the fries. BK you used to be better, what's wrong?! I would be interested to know who the boss is here and why the conditions have been so miserable for some time and apparently remain so.

Since we were now sitting and it was raining outside, we ordered a second round of food. I didn't like the fact that you HAD to pay 50 cents to use the toilets. I thought that as a paying customer in a restaurant you were allowed to use it for free. If we just wanted to use the toilets without ordering anything, I could understand it. I had asked the toilet attendant that I was a paying customer and she then pointed to a white sheet stuck to the wall which said that special disinfection measures were being used in addition to normal cleaning due to the Corona pandemic and that the 50th Cents are for maintaining these measures or something. But I don't see why I have to pay for it as a customer. The other restaurants can do it. I won't go to this Burger King again. Too few seats, use of toilet not included. Prices have gone up everywhere but in another restaurant I'm pretty sure I won't have to pay 50 cents extra. I just eat healthier. PS: I read the other reviews. Apparently an outside company was hired to do the cleaning, and they probably don't do the job well, but they vehemently demand payment. And reading about how disgusting the employees are when they don't wash their hands between the checkout/accepting money and touching burgers with their bare hands and picking their noses, I now feel sick. That's the last time I'll go to any Burger King. overpriced for what you get and this branch in particular is terrible because of the 50 cents for toilet use. Never again.

I had to order at the checkout because I couldn't order the burger without mayo at the machine (this is possible in other BKs. The cashier took my order completely and said "yes" to everything, then looked at me and said to me " Okay, tell me again." So I start dictating it again. During my visit to Burger King today, I wanted to order plant-based chicken nuggets and even entered this into the kiosk. 4 cheeseburgers, 2 drinks, 2 fries. Waiting time over 20 minutes. If you then want your money back, you are turned away with “just come earlier”. But the main thing is that 30 seconds later everything is suddenly there.

The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and friendly, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being full and busy, I was pleasantly surprised that my food arrived promptly. The efficiency of the staff ensured that I didn't have to wait long at all. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience!

Very unprofessional staff! My son has wheat allergy among other food allergies. I order only a patty, they gave me a patty inside the bread. I said very kindly, please, I ordered only a patty. They looked at me very rude, took the meat out of the bread and gave it back to me!!! OMG! My son could die if he eats wheat! Proven by two anaphylaxis reactions he has had in the past for eating weat. People working in restaurants should have at least basic knowledge about food allergies! The vibe was weird, my order was wrong and incomplete, and they were unhappy when I asked.

Als Gast muss man für die Toilette zahlen. Auf Nachfrage wird man vom Burger King Personal beleidigt! Der Schichtleiter meinte es wäre eine externe Firma die für die Toiletten zuständig wäre und er keinen Einfluss drauf hätte. Nie wieder dieser Laden!

Absolut bodenloser Schmutz-Laden. Tablett vom Essen, Tische, Stühle und Boden voller Essensreste anderer. Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich lieber als ihren Job auszuführen und wenn sie dann mal essen für einen zubereiten, dann mit dreckigen Händen ohne Handschuhe. 40€ für ein Essen bezahlt, das hätte nicht mal 4€ kosten dürfen… nur noch Mecces

Erstmal ist der Laden absolut schmuddelig und die Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich lieber untereinander anstatt zu arbeiten. Die Krönung ist aber, dass der Klo-Mann mir gegenüber handgreiflich wurde und an mir herum gezerrt hat, als ich ihm nicht sofort Geld auf seinen Teller legte, wozu ich als Gast auch nicht verpflichtet bin, wenn ich dort gespeist habe. Anzeige ans Ordnungsamt ist raus.

Die Wartezeit fürs Essen ist viel zu lang, das Essen schmeckt dennoch abgestanden und isr teilweise sehr kalt. Meine freundin wollte auf Toilette und der Mann vor der Toilette hat sie schief angemacht, darauf bestanden, dass sie bezahlen soll obwohl dies nirgendwo per Schild ausgeschrieben stand und auch keine Pflicht ist. Er war sehr respektlos, antwortete patzig und frech. Es war unangenehm mit ihm zu reden, da er anfing englisch zu sprechen um uns zu “verwirren” bzw. dazu zu bringen nicht weiter mit ihm zu diskutieren. Als ich ihm dann aber auf englisch versuchte zu erklearen, dass das Zahlen von jeglicher Summe keine Pflicht wäre, hat er abgeblockt und mich und meine freundin weg geschickt. Auf klo gehen ist ein Menschenrecht.

Wir sind gerne hier, weil das Personal sehr freundlich ist. Ansonsten ein normaler Burger King. Nach längerer Zeit gab es mal wieder eine Renovierung.

War heute im Burger King am Hauptbahnhof essen war Standard nix wurde vergessen, und mit der Toilette war ich sehr positiv überrascht. Trotz Hauptbahnhof nähe war diese sehr sauber und das Personal vor der Toilette war sehr nett. Daumen hoch an Reinigungspersonal. Tische und Ambiente auch branchentypisch.

Self servis sistemi çok iyi çalışıyor. Mekan temiz masalar düzenli olarak yerleştirilmiş. Hamburgerler çok lezzetliydi yalnız peperon biberli patates kızartmasında tavsiye etmiyorum bana çok ağır geldi. Dana burger sevenler için king Royal menü tavsiye ederim çok iyi hazırlanmıştı.

Am Samstag den 4.11.2023 war ich in dieser Finiale. Hier muss unbedingt mal erwähnt werden, dass sich die Reinigungskraft unmöglich aufführt. Ich wurde von der Frau angeschrien, angerempelt und beleidigt. Das geht gar nicht. Wenn man nicht vernunpftig auf Toilette gehen kann, wird sich jemand mit einer schwachen Blase von diesem Burgerking in Zukunft fern halten. So wie ich zum Beispiel. Der Inhaber sollte sich unbedingt von dieser unverschämten Person trennen.

Der Laden an sich ist vollkommen in Ordnung, man muss nur erstmal lebend reinkommen, und das ist am Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof alles andere als selbstverständlich.

Ich glaub ich hab eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Für 4€ sollte ich ein King Fusion Smarties mit Erdbeersauce bekommen, aber stattdessen habe ich Erdbeersauce mit ein paar Smarties gebunkert am Boden des Bechers bekommen. Das ist nicht das erste Mal! Mein Hals brennt jetzt. Alles außer ein Eis war es.

Qualität oft unterirdisch und an anderen Tagen wieder gut. Sehr wechselhaft. Die Mitarbeiter hingegen sind wenig Service Orientiert, wirken stets unmotiviert, oft unhöflich gegenüber Kunden und zeigen wenig Interesse im Gesamten. Man kriegt sogar bei dieser Filiale das Gefühl, dass sie einem jederzeit in den Burger spucken würden..

More than 4 dollars for a pop, I was willing to pay because I thought Burger King provides ice. Nope. only 2/3rds full, no ice, and it was sold as the largest size, though it is quite small. Unverschämt!! Sogar fürs Händewaschen oder Toilettenbesuch muss man als Burger King Kunde nochmals 0,50 Eurocents bezahlen!! Und bei Beschwerden ivm. Hygiëne +kosten, wird die Toilettenfrau sehr ausfallend. Ein dickes MINUS!!!

Es schmeckt inzwischen einfach schlecht, egal was man bei Burger King isst. Und es liegt schwer und unangenehm im Magen. Und dann noch das Thema mit dem Toilettengeld, wo jedem Nutzer der WC nach Benutzung Geld abverlangt wird von einer nicht autorisierten Person.

Uff- Also Fast Food Restaurants gehörten ja nie unbedingt zu Orten, die ich für ein geordnetes Umfeld befunden hätte, aber dieser Laden toppt wirklich alle meine Erfahrungen... (Alle auf dem Bild gekennzeichneten Bestellungen wurden vergessen oder falsch gepackt...) Eigentlich bringe ich in meine Rezensionen gern ein paar auflockernde Worte oder ein bisschen positive Kritik ein, aber hier fehlen mir echt die Worte. Einer der Mitarbeiter wurde auf unsere 'Markieraktion' aufmerksam, verstand aber leider bescheiden bis kaum Deutsch. Auch Englisch wurde leider durch die Sprachbarriere verhindert... Der Mann war leider auch nicht sonderlich zuvorkommend. Die Toiletten durften wir leider auch nicht benutzen, da wir den Kassenbon dem Mitarbeiter zum Nachbringen unserer Sachen migegeben hatten. Trotz des Fotos glaubte man uns leider nicht, dass wir Kunden waren... Alles in allem wirklich eine schwache Leistung. :(

Ich bin heute in meiner Pause hin gegangen und habe 15 Minuten gewartet aber keiner kam um zu bedienen Hab die Toilette benutzt die auch sauber war aber der jenige der dort sitzt war so dreist und hat auf seine 1 euro bestanden Nur zu Info fals Bürger King das liest Freundlichkeit wäre nett

Essen war ganz ok. Allerdings befindet sich unten bei den Toiletten eine schwarze Frau, die meint den Eingang trotz Belegs blockieren zu müssen. Die Frau war frei von jeglichen Deutschkenntnissen und komplett inkompetent. Mehr als „kein Eintritt ohne fifty Cent“ kam nicht aus ihrem nach Mundi stinkendem Gaul.
