The food is good, but unfortunately, even though you're eating there, you have to pay 50 cents for the toilet. Absolutely no-go; I think the toilet shouldn't be free for paying guests. Here, however, the man at the toilet won't listen to reason; he only says "50 cents" in English.

Boumazzoughe is one of the best waiters I've ever seen at Burger King. Keep it up. Burger King is getting better than McDonald's.

Sorry, but the worst Burger King ever. The first one that doesn't allow dogs. We turned around and left immediately. The ordering terminal was missing, the inventory was missing, etc. It felt like something from the 80s. You'll never see me there again. If you're traveling with a dog, turn around.

I was absolutely thrilled with the Burger King on Heinrich Heine Allee. The food was incredibly delicious, incredibly fresh, and exactly what you'd expect. We went to your Burger King in Düsseldorf's old town this Saturday early in the evening. We ordered a Sunday for 2.29 euros as a refreshing dessert and were very disappointed despite complaints on site! The consistency was absolutely not right, even though I saw that they had tapped it, the ice cream looked like it had been sitting there for 10 minutes. The cup only seemed half full. I was told that it was completely normal given my complaint! At McDonald's I get more and stronger ice cream for the same money.

I went to Burger King today and ordered two large meals. Unfortunately, instead of the large fries, I only got small ones. When I reported this to a member of staff, I was treated rudely and told that they were large fries - although that obviously wasn't the case. Such behavior is disappointing and absolutely not customer-friendly. I expect better service and will think carefully about eating here again in the future.

The food is served fresh and hot. On my two visits, I enjoyed consistently excellent burgers and fries, surpassing those of McDonald's in quality, featuring real meat. While the preparation time is somewhat longer than at other establishments, it is justifiable given the superior quality. The restaurant was rather busy during the evening hours.

We were on a city trip in Düsseldorf coming from Belgium so we don’t really speak German. When visiting the Burger King we directly saw that the panels to order food from were closed so we had to order at the counter (not really user friendly especially with a language barrier). Me and my friends were looking at the menu when a staff member (bald guy) started shouting at us that we needed to order. We were still looking at the fast changing TVs with the options. He became more aggressive when we told him we were still looking what to get. I eventually ordered with another staff member that was very friendly. The other guy really needs to calm down or find another job. So rude! The food was ok, just like another Burger King. Going to the toilet was also a bit stupid, 50 cents to go to the toilet? Really? In 2024 we still doing this to customers that eat in your establishment? You can do way better Burger King

We came together with some friends to eat here, we were completely shocked when we saw one of the employees behave disastrously towards an Uber worker, we as customers are not allowed to see something like that!

If they hadn't lied, I would have picked up my order! Now I've paid and I haven't received an order either! The employee was really rude, cheeky and gave me wrong information!!!
