An excellent burger king as always.

Staff very unfriendly except for the cleaning lady. Ordered burger without sauce, but still with some sauce on it that you can't cancel.

The quality is very fair and the somewhat haughty treatment of the sellers

We were guests in Düsseldorf and at this Burger King. Food as always good. Cleanliness was okay. But it's a shame that I, as a guest, should have to pay for the toilet. Acceptable for people who don't eat there, but no go as a dining guest 🤔

You might think that if you know one Burger King then you know them all. No, the big difference here compared to many others is the friendliness of the staff. This is really great! Many, many other branches can cut off a huge amount of money!

It was okay, but the burger was very dry

The food is good, Burger King as you know it. But two things are not okay. Firstly, the employees are always unfriendly. It's unpleasant, I don't expect you to wear a fake smile at all, but just being generally unpleasant spoils the customer's appetite. In addition, the digital order monitors are always locked, turned off or covered with a trash bag. You will not be allowed to submit your BK app code at the checkout. It's a shame, the app that's supposed to keep people coming back is banned by the store itself. Please improve, a loyal BK fan :)

Burgers were great, didn't have to wait very long.

Even though you ate there, you wanted €0.50 to use the toilet. Absolute impudence. The staff is very unfriendly and says that different rules apply. I would understand that with passers-by, but not with guests.

The food was ok. This Burger King branch is pretty dirty and I had to pay to use the toilet even though I was a guest who ordered shortly beforehand.

I have never experienced such an unfriendly branch manager. We couldn't return the reusable cups, even though we had ordered them and received them. At first he stressed that he wouldn't accept them, and we still had a few from another Burger King that he consistently refused, even though they can be handed in at every branch. He then accepted the 3 that we had ordered after we showed the receipt and said I wouldn't accept the others because he said so. So such behavior is not tolerable and is not acceptable. I'm really horrified, eating here with unfriendly staff is no joy at all. At the same time, clarification is available directly from Burger King.

The food is really good and prepared very fast. It can sound a bit loud, but has a lot of space. A good place for a quick bite

We were waiting at the line for order machines, they closed the machines and sent us to the cashiers. They were so rude and agressive. Throwing our trays and food, looking and speaking with us like we cursed their mothers. Being welcoming is not just saying "Hello" when we walked inside. First of all, while we were waiting in line at the machines where we ordered, the employees turned off the machine without caring about us, and they did this when it was our turn, and then when I passed to order, your employee in a black t-shirt treated me inhumanly, his speaking behavior was after I spoke English, he threw the plate in front of me with a rude attitude. I had a stomach ache and vomiting from the planted based burger!!!If I could I would give 0 stars. In addition, the staff is so unfriendly! I've never experienced anything like that in any other BK. If the employees hate their jobs so much, they're free to look for something else! Will NEVER go there again! Go there even though I live around the corner.

Today (03/12/24) I was in the restaurant. The fries I ordered tasted like rotten, musty food. After I complained and asked for my money, the employee and the branch manager immediately became unfriendly and didn't respond at all claimed that what I was saying wasn't true and that I wouldn't get my money back and that I should keep my mouth shut about the other customers otherwise he would have to close the store. I've never seen such a disgusting Burger King and I've never been served such disgusting food. I hope the health department takes a look at it!!!

Absolute extortion and certainly not normal Burger King prices. The cheapest menu (on February 10th, 2024) was available for €9.99 and that was actually a cheeseburger with fries and a drink. King Deals from the app were basically all rejected - I asked the branch manager about this because I had never heard of that before. He confirmed that no coupons from the app were accepted!! - pure rip-off and I have received meat instead of veggies several times in the past. I can only advise you to avoid this branch!

the ordering desks are slow or freeze, like in all other Kings where I've been, the drink is unlimited, but here you only have the choice of a small or a large dose of drink, it wasn't crowded, but there was a long wait for the order, which ended up being lukewarm.

Better than Mac but never again

There's a man standing in front of the toilets and saying that the toilet is private and you have to pay 50 cents. Was the man at least friendly? No. Could he explain why you have to pay for the toilet? Neither. I understand it with passers-by, but not with guests.

Unfreundliches Personal, sehr dreckig,

It was very good it’s BETTER than mac ! You can taste the meat flavor and when you’re done eating u feel good and your stomach doesn’t hurt . I used to eat in mac a lot and every-time we finish eating our stomach hurts aloooot like idk what mcs putting on the food but hell nah!!

Personal mangelt es an Kompetenz, wenn man schon eine Anzeigetafel hat um die Bestellungen nach einander aufzurufen, sollte man diese auch nutzen. So würde es das Chaos an der Kasse sparen :)

Wir waren heute da , Essen und Service waren in Ordnung, wir müssten aber für die Toilette Eingang Geld bezahlen , und wir fanden es eigentlich Komisch , obwohl es dort keine Zahlungsautomat gab . Ein Mann stand einfach vor der Tür und hat einfach Geld kassiert !

Vom Geschmack her durchschnittlich, bestell-Automaten sind alle defekt, nicht wirklich sauber und die Toiletten kosten auch für dort Essene Gäste.

This Burger King is spotlessly clean, staff nice ,service quick ,we ordered a burger ,fries with soft drink option,we luckily managed to get a table as this Burger King outlet is popular and we munched through our burger meals. You know what you're getting with a Burger King, a tasty, unpretentious burger meal ,filling and great value for money,we really enjoyed our burger meals in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time, its easy to locate along Hunsrueckenstraße. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Hallo.ich habe heute bei Burger King 2 whopper gessen die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend der Laden ist sehr sauber es ist immer ein Mitarbeiter zu finden im Kunden Bereich

Habe 3 verschiedene Burger bestellt aber 3 Double Chili Cheese Burger in verschiedenen Papieren erhalten.

Nachdem das falsche Essen gebracht wurde und ich dies erst nach einem Bissen gemerkt habe, wurde der Umtausch verweigert. Die (allesamt ausländischen und der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtigen) Mitarbeiter und der Manager lachten mich aus und machten sich in ihrer Sprache über mich lustig! Daraufhin hab ich dem Manager das falsche Essen vor die Füße geworfen, denn sowas freches muss ich mir nicht gefallen lassen, zumal ich im Recht war.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Nicht mal ein einzigen Stern… Wir haben ganze 30 min auf unser Essen gewartet. Danach wurde unsere Bestellung auch noch falsch gemacht. Der Service ist komplett unsympathisch und wollte die Fehler nicht einsehen. Einfach nur unmenschlich dieser Laden. Die Fehler wurden nicht behoben, der Servicemitarbeiter wurde sehr unfreundlich.

Énorme déception dans ce Burger King, déjà il faut payer 50 centimes pour aller aux toilettes ! Une honte ! D’autant plus que la personne qui le gère m’a même demandé de payer une deuxième fois en sortant ! Bien sûr j’ai juste dit que j’avais déjà payé et je suis sorti ! Clairement une arnaque ! Hallucinant ! En revanche, au comptoir, jeune femme très sympathique. Concernant le repas, grosse déception également, clairement mon plus mauvais repas chez Burger King. Enfin, le restaurant est bondé, il faut limite attendre que des clients partent pour avoir une place.

음식은 맛이 있으나 안타깝게도 돈을 많이 지불해서 햄버거를 먹어도 깨끗하지도 않은 화장실을 사용하기 위해서 무조건 50센트를 지불해야한다. 화장실을 들어가는 입구에서부터 돈을 내지 않으면 화장실을 사용할수 없다고 하는 무례하고 막무가내인 청소부는 이 매정의 최악의 직원인것 같다. 절대로 가지 마세요!!!

Waren heute dort, ich ein chilli chees burger, Kollege chilli chees fritten. Leider hat es uns beiden den Magen Verdorben obwohl es eigentlich sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Restaurant sah sauber aus.

Irrtümlich Deal des Monats statt King Deal bestellt. Reaktion der unverschämten Mitarbeiterin, ich müsse besser sagen was ich will.. das bescheuerte dabei, sie sprach selber so ein gebrochenes deutsch, dass ich kaum verstand was sie sagte.Dann tippte sie wie ne Irre auf dem Bildschirm rum und zum krönenden Abschluss, gab es von ihr Ketchup statt Mayo. Als ich dies reklamierte, wurde mir die Mayo frech hingeworfen. Ich sag nur Service geht anders. Wie wär's mit Bestellterminals??? Dann muss man sich nicht über so unfähige Servicemitarbeiter ärgern. Ich gehe zukünftig Safe wieder zur Konkurrenz. Ach und der king deal kam mir gerade wieder hoch👍🏽 Danke BK Team Bolkerstr !

Also ich geb mal allem 5 Sterne weil entspricht halt allen Ansprüchen die man an BK hat zu 100%. Ist halt immer gleich was soll man sagen Extra Punkte gibts für die zwei Eingänge zu verschiedenen Seiten. Tolles Feature, weiter so!

Das Essen war jeweils bereits kalt. Immerhin wurden die Pommes (Chili Cheese Fries) zurückgenommen und neu zubereitet. Der Herr war auch sehr freundlich.

Die Angestellten sind absolut inkompetent und unfreundlich! Es dauerte ganze 20 Minuten, um einen verdammten Burger zu zubereiten, und sie scheinen nicht einmal in der Lage zu sein, eine Kasse zu bedienen! Als ob das nicht genug wäre, gibt es nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, an einem Automaten zu bestellen, weil diese antiquierte Bruchbude so rückständig ist. Hygiene? Fehlanzeige! Eine Freundin von mir hat nach dem Essen sogar Bauchschmerzen bekommen! Es ist eine absolute Zumutung!

Keinen Besuch wert dann lieber um die Ecke zu MC Donalds . Der Service hier vom angeblichen Manager ist die reinste Katastrophe . Unfreundlich unverschämt und sowas von nicht Kunden orientiert ! Man wird hier weder begrüßt noch freundlich bedient .. man sollte den Laden erst gegen Abend öffnen wenn die Service Mitarbeiter ausgeschlafen sind ! Leider die reinste Blamage für die Kette Bürger King ! -1 Stern

Как-то здесь грустно и уныло. В бургерах жёсткий лук, который трудно жевать. Котлета вкусная. Картошка без вкуса. Атмосфера скуки. Ещё и холодно. Туалет дополнительно 0.5 евро.
