The food was incredibly delicious and it was ready very quickly.

Unfortunately their service is so bad. We ordered online and waited for 2 hours before our order arrived. It is just so disappointing because my toddler waited 2 hours long for his Meal.

I ordered something via Lieferando at 12:40 PM and contacted the restaurant at 1:14 PM. The employee (who spoke very disrespectfully) said he hadn't received anything and that he didn't care, even though I received confirmation that the restaurant had received the order! I hope they find this employee because after 18 calls from different cell phones, he answered and hung up immediately. The voicemail picks up right away, saying that the phone number is being changed. That's all from me! Another complaint will be filed.

Berkan's customer service was absolutely top-notch! He was incredibly accommodating, even on a long Saturday just before closing time. Everything went smoothly from ordering to receiving our food, even though we weren't the only customers in the restaurant.

Hello. I ate 2 whoppers at Burger King today. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The store is very clean and there is always an employee in the customer area.

The food is good, but unfortunately, even though you're eating there, you have to pay 50 cents for the toilet. Absolutely no-go; I think the toilet shouldn't be free for paying guests. Here, however, the man at the toilet won't listen to reason; he only says "50 cents" in English.

Boumazzoughe is one of the best waiters I've ever seen at Burger King. Keep it up. Burger King is getting better than McDonald's.

Sorry, but the worst Burger King ever. The first one that doesn't allow dogs. We turned around and left immediately. The ordering terminal was missing, the inventory was missing, etc. It felt like something from the 80s. You'll never see me there again. If you're traveling with a dog, turn around.

The woman who served us food (Rkia) was very friendly, gave us our food, and wished us bon appetit. Her service was excellent and friendly, as were the other employees. We received our food very quickly, and it was hot, too.

We had a fantastic visit – everything was simply fantastic! The food was delicious and piping hot, just as you'd expect. You can tell the freshness of the work is taken care of. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we immediately felt at home. It's great to see a store doing so well and still maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I went to the store with my family today for a delicious meal. The staff were friendly and took and prepared my order quickly. The atmosphere was quiet and very clean. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back next time.

Discovered on a bike tour. Lovely atmosphere, super friendly service, and a good selection of drinks. We only had drinks, so I can't comment on the food. It's also ideal for larger groups. We had a great stopover and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I went to Burger King today and was served by a nice girl – absolutely top-notch! Friendly, quick, and attentive. Despite the busyness, she worked calmly and professionally and even took the time to politely accommodate my special request. What a filthy place here! Dirty tables everywhere, trash on the floor, etc. Unfriendly staff; they look at you to order but don't say anything and just leave you standing there. We'll never go back.

They simply threw in two sauces out of four on the check, and threw me two identical ones from the remaining ones. So they stole one and a half euros. The staff just stands in a crowd at the cash register with their backs to the hall, laughing very loudly, the order was prepared slowly.

In contrast to its competitor next door, the Bürger King in Düsseldorf's Old Town is very good. Everything is fresh, and the staff is very friendly. A+

I was absolutely thrilled with the Burger King on Heinrich Heine Allee. The food was incredibly delicious, incredibly fresh, and exactly what you'd expect. And the best part: I didn't even have to wait five minutes and the food was ready. Perfect when you're in a hurry but still don't want to miss out on great food. I'll be back.
