I don't recommend this McDonald's. The staff are unfriendly and irritable. I wanted to get a coffee with my points, but they deducted two. Overall, the atmosphere isn't pleasant (I know, it's a train station). I definitely won't be buying anything here again.

On September 28th, I was at this restaurant around 1:00 a.m., shortly before my train journey. I had ordered a meal there for approximately €14 (order number 201) and wanted to enjoy my drink and charge my phone in peace after dinner. Suddenly, the security guard came over, claimed I hadn't ordered anything, refused to look at my receipt, and loudly ordered me to leave the store immediately. This behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. In addition, the restaurant was very dirty—there was trash everywhere—and the food tasted disappointing. I cannot recommend this restaurant!

Unfortunately, the McDonald's in Düsseldorf Central Station is currently losing its credit. The kiosk system is constantly malfunctioning, so you still have to pay at the checkout even if you order via the app. But today was the best. My chicken burger was missing the "chicken." I will avoid this branch in the future. Update 09/26/25: Today the debit machine at one of the ordering terminals is broken. Of course, no one in this dump even stuck a note on it saying you have to go to the checkout because they only print out a cash receipt. If you click on card payment, you're sent to Nirvana. That's another way to scare away your customers. Where is McDonald's quality management? Please take action and make this place better!

We ordered food in reusable containers. The McSundae and coffee were delicious, but it was difficult to return the deposit. The employees were polite and gave their all; the store was very busy. Management probably had a fixed idea to greenwash themselves a bit and hopefully earn a little extra money from the deposit. Criticism goes to management. Do what Ikea does: a Recup return system.

Cause i ordered something that it showed in the screen of orders that was available and when i went to receive my order they put something else and i told them that was not right and they laughed at me. Please change crew there or just close this restaurant. It is a shame for all of McDonald's.

I was there on a Saturday after 11 p.m. The entire station was packed with football fans, and the rest of the restaurants in the station were already closed. Nevertheless, the table service was friendly and very efficient.

The Big Morning was good even after falling on the floor, but the patty could have been better and we didn't get any ranen. Order the Big Chicken Morning instead.

One of the worst McDonald's branches in Germany. The entire restaurant is overcrowded, and employees stand around without even passing the food over the counter. Management is clearly failing completely here. Processes are extremely inefficient.

Waited over 10 minutes for a cheeseburger while they kept handing out tablets with huge orders of ice cream, drinks, etc. You order the absolute standard so it's quick, and then you keep getting something like this. Unfortunately, it's become a permanent occurrence. It's pretty outrageous.

I have to provide precise details in this review because I want to express my sincere appreciation. We were at Gamescom on August 22, 2025, around 9:30-9:50 p.m., and the Mecces was incredibly busy. But the two employees at the pickup station processed the orders like well-oiled machines! That was truly impressive! Thanks to the entire team that evening for the great service and the food!

My experience at McDonald's today was extremely disappointing. I specifically went to try a new menu item and paid for it at the register. The cashier didn't mention that it was sold out. I waited for a very long time, only to see my order number marked as "completed" without being called over. When I went to the counter to ask about it I was informed that the item was no longer available. To make things worse, they had already taken it upon themselves to substitute my order with a cheaper item without asking me first. This lack of communication and respect for the customer is really frustrating.

The experience was terrible just terrible the place was dirty They were slow with the orders and it wasn't even that busy all my food were smushed up, the bacon smelled funny and they forgot the powder for The MCshaker fries but since the lady at the counter snatched away my ticket I couldn't go back and ask for it.

I ordered via mobile, only to get an error message when I got there, saying that mobile ordering wasn't currently available. The money had already been debited, and I'm now hoping to get a refund. I wanted to try the shaker fries, but the bag for them was included in the large bag, but not the actual powder, so I just got regular fries. I searched the bag beforehand, but I couldn't find the powder because of all the napkins and other products. I trusted that they had included it, but to no avail.

I came here for coffee drink with an apple pie the preperarion really fast thanks for it But they have option for dine in but they closed all tables and when i sit some table they say we arw cleaning here go those tavle when i go those tables they say no all tables closed so just pick up. so if all tables closed just blocked dine in option at first place. dont act like im the problem.

There is only one working socket. My phone is dead and I have to wait another hour for the train. It's terrible. But the food is always delicious, everything is freshly prepared, the staff is always polite and ready to help with a smile.

I ordered the Samurai Burger from the menu and spent over €10, but instead I got a chicken burger, a cheeseburger, and soggy fries.

Today I had the worst espresso macchiato I've ever had. I went to McDonald's specifically because the espresso is usually good there. But I realized too late that there's no McCafé in Düsseldorf. The espresso I was served bore no resemblance to the picture on the menu (neither taste-wise nor visually). A waste of money, and I'll head to the competition next.

Very disappointed. At 12 midnight they close most of the tables for cleaning. And they pretend that they clean for more than three hours. I used to order food there in order to charge my phone. Now all the tables with sockets are closed at night.

The staff was very friendly, even though it was 3 a.m. They prepared my order within six minutes, so I was even able to catch my train. Respect for that!

The last straw was when they got my order wrong. Somehow 2 double cheeseburgers turned into some sad chicken thing and a chili cheeseburger that looked pretty old. I was already far enough away that I couldn’t come back and demand it be made again. This is straight up dangerous! What if I had an allergy or religious dietary constraint? When I went looking for a way to complain and get a refund, I was sent into a black pit of AI chatbot. Nothing ever came of it. To make matters worse, the milkshake machine is often offline. The restaurant is always full of beggars and street people. No toilet. I don’t know how that’s even legal.

Not only was the guy smiling at me while he ate, “attempting” customer service in the most disgusting way possible. The server, who was more attentive to his colleague dropped my meal on the ground. Laughing, (as I needed to get a train) told me in the most patronising way, “sorry maybe I can make you another”. Seriously. 4:05am, 23-07. Review it please. This is MacDonalds in Germany? Awesome.

A very disappointing experience – absolutely unprofessional! On July 15, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., I simply wanted to pay, not even order anything, and was loudly yelled at by an Asian cashier. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a customer – friendliness and respect should be a given, especially in a fast-food restaurant, where the process should be quick and uncomplicated. Instead, I was treated loudly, disrespectfully, and unfriendly. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the other guests at that moment. It is absolutely incomprehensible how someone with such insensitivity is used in customer service. I cannot recommend this restaurant in any way – anyone who values respectful treatment and friendly service is clearly in the wrong place.

We waited for the food for a very long time and not during rush hour, also no one brought the order even though we took the number. The packaging was terrible, the sauce was all over the burger, there was gristle in the meat and in general the meat was kind of flaccid. In general, it is better to go to another Mac or establishment

Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to sit in the free seats. They simply blocked them off. We ordered food, and there were no more free seats. Cold food and unfriendly staff. We had to wait 45 minutes for a burger... Unfortunately, it was really disappointing, after everything had been going really well for the last few months.

Very frustrating experience, slow and disorganized service. We ordered two meals to go and waited for more than 15 minutes, while all other orders were being made we did not receive anything. We had to catch a train so we could not wait any longer, we talked to the one of the employees that was handing orders (she looked like a manager) but she was unable to react and help us. We asked her to please cancel and refund us but she more confused than us so we just left. We spent more than 24 euros and we got nothing.

Almost half of my large order was missing – including a chicken box and five wings. And this happened even though the store wasn't even full. After I politely pointed this out, they gave me everything, but then an employee seriously suspected me of secretly taking the items out myself. How disrespectful is that? For what? So I could get some free chicken wings?! Such an absurd accusation – simply outrageous and embarrassing. Luckily, I checked right away, otherwise I would have lost over €15. Never again.

The only positive is the location. The staff are incredibly unfriendly, and the food itself was dirty/unhygienic. There was even something on the burger's packaging. Hygiene is crucial, and this was very disappointing.

Very poor service. The Vietnamese-looking waitress was so rude and unfriendly. I might have made the wrong choice and needed a paper bag to go, and she threw it at me, complaining loudly and shouting at me why I'd chosen the wrong one. I've never met such bad service as her.

I ordered food on June 20, 2025, at 9:43 p.m. After waiting 15 minutes, and after my order and the orders had been picked up, I asked when my order would be ready. Instead of admitting the mistake and being friendly, I was completely unfriendly and apologized. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone can admit it. I find it sad that the service at Maconald's has gotten worse. Incidentally, a few people in front of me had to wait 20 minutes for two cappuccinos. Today it was very busy. Apparently they have a new employee who isn't getting anything done. Very sad. I ordered my food at the terminal. A junior bag of Big Mac chicken with fries and a Coke and a 2-for-1 chicken nuggets. It was our turn. My bag was there. I took it and walked to the train with my daughter's. When we got on, we wanted to eat. The junior bag was there, but my Coke wasn't there, and I paid 19 euros. Rip-off.

Even if you order food there, there are no restrooms. The cappuccino was lukewarm. Never again.

The cleaning employee that was working today in the evening was very rude and raise his voice to me. I only wanted to ask about a problem that I had with the machine and he started yelling “I need to clean”. Got it. But since he was with the Mcdonald’s uniform I thought he could help me. Then I answered to him I had problem with self ordering machine and he kept saying “ I need to clean” and then he told me that he was only cleaning staff. He could have told that from the very beginning and without raising his voice to me. Very rude.

My friend and I were a few times there and tried to get something to eat quickly. The service is horrible: - Two last times we have visited it while events as "Minecraft movie" and "20th Anniversary" were ongoing, so we have tried to get some presents, which we in fact didn't get. - We tried to order with a self-service machine using a card, but the system gave us an error, so we had to go and pay directly at the counter. - We also selected the "eat-in" option, but our food was packed as if we had ordered it "to go." - After searching for a spot, we sat down at one of the least dirty tables — which was still quite dirty, but cleaner than the others. - Next to us, a group of people who had ordered takeout received their meals on trays. When they complained about it, the woman delivering the food rudely responded: “Should I bring this food to your home?” The food is also horrible: - Sprite was just water with very little of sprite syrup. - My friend's burger was either uncooked or there was something inside because it was a bit too hard (we were scared to look inside). - We added a salad to our order, but it was just a pile of roughly chopped vegetables: cucumbers and tomatoes thrown together in large pieces. - The Chicken Roll came with almost no filling inside — one half was completely empty. In conclusion, I simply cannot recommend this particular McDonald's. We've never had such issues at other McDonald's restaurants — the service and food were always fine, and we always received toys or gifts during promotions without needing to ask or complain.

I was there today because my child wanted the Minecraft toys. I ordered two menus with toys but didn't receive one. I ordered via the McDonalds app to have my food brought to my table. Actually great service, especially because the tables there fill up quickly. After a few minutes, however, a security guard asked me to pick up my food myself. While I was doing this, my seat was taken away. Luckily, another one quickly became available. The cocoa was great, the McMuffin Chicken was also delicious. However, the pancakes were disappointingly dry and without powdered sugar. I would have liked to complain about it, but didn't want to get up again so as not to lose my seat because I didn't have anything else with me. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. Overall, it's a shame that the table service offered is not maintained. If you offer a service like this, it should work. Maybe more staff would be a solution.

First Time they didn't put the right morning burger inside the menu, this time they argued about the size of the cafe, even though it says grande on the order. I was in this branch today and ordered the vegan nuggets. Unfortunately, I also received chicken nuggets instead. The difference was immediately noticeable in the color and structure.
