“I am sorry that I had a very bad experience with McDonald's in Düsseldorf Central Station on Sunday, August 18th, 2024 at 11:29 a.m. We were three adults and a three year old child and wanted to order three meals. Unfortunately all tables were occupied. The only table that was suitable for us was dirty. I asked a McDonald’s cleaner if she could help us. She looked at us and rudely said we should find another place. Because of this unfriendly behavior, my family has decided never to eat at McDonald’s in Düsseldorf Central Station again.”

The employees work like sleepy flies. The potatoes are always either undercooked or overcooked, and there is also a suspicion that the oil is not changed at all. The burgers are made haphazardly. When you ask employees to work a little faster, they start to be rude.

I don't eat anything from Mac Donald. I had to For someone shopping there. There is a lot there too expensive.

My order number was deleted from the screen directly after the order. I asked, the female staff said “it is not finished“ impatiently. Later I think I heard she call my number (it was quiet and not even complete), I walked towards counter, she gave it to anther costumer, so I thought I heard wrong(I didn’t). After waiting for another 10 Minutes, the other costumer came back because of the wrong order. The female staff BLAMED ME TWICE for not paying attention to the number calling. I argued, she stopped talking , the manager beside heard it all, looked scared of his staff and said nothing. They didn’t apologise for giving my food to other people. Plus, egg shell in burger.

Unfortunately, the store is completely overwhelmed at peak times. Food is just a McDonald's franchise. You had one job: serve warm. But unfortunately no 😂 Unfortunately, the branch manager was also completely lost. 🤣 ouch ouch

Since not a single ice cream dish was available during my visit to this exquisite location, I don't feel completely respected as a customer.

Everything was extremely dirty at 6.30 am. Toilet practically unusable, ordering was not possible because the computers were supposedly updated. Customers stood in the drive-in for 30 minutes and drove without breakfast. It really couldn't get any worse.

Bad service, bad operation, bad app where payment doesn't work at all. Packaging and drinks cups very poor quality. The cup doesn't last 30 minutes until it gets home. All in all very bad everything. Never again.

Terrible terrible people, my train was delayed by an hour and I was dozing off and they would check the tables every 15 minutes to see if I had reordered. The janitor told those folks that I had ordered something a while ago and they were asking me to leave

The breakfast cannot be beaten in terms of poor quality and inedibility. The melted plastic cheese was completely in the paper and not on the toast. I actually tried it a second time and threw everything in the trash. The employees are constantly in a bad mood and unhelpful. Drinks are not full. The whole place is a nuisance.

The food is lukewarm/cold, the screens are mostly broken. You wait forever for your food and it's dirty. Unfortunately, after ice cream/coffee you get extreme stomach pain. I will never enter this store again.

The branch has two entrances, one small and one large. The seat cushions on the benches and seats are partially broken. My order was boxed up because there don't appear to be any trays. Other customers simply leave their trash on the table when they're finished

Waited 10+ minutes, had to stand in line again for the glasses (to the menu) and then got the wrong order (significantly less, so I went back) only to be yelled at by the employee. The food came quickly. It's a good place to quickly satisfy your hunger after your train ride. But we were asked for change or food three times within 20 minutes while we were eating, which made the stay very unpleasant. The service at this store refreshed my perception of poor service in restaurants. I was eating breakfast in a store when a thorn in a muffin pierced my throat. The food is OK but you can hardly protect yourself there (as in other places in Düsseldorf HBF) from very aggressive begging. Even at the Berlin main station you are better protected from this. The beggars line up in front of you in the queue and constantly say HELLO HELLO HELLO, then they come to the table and ask again in such a rude, aggressive way that you just want to run away. The people of Fifty Fifty ask very discreetly and remain friendly. I've never been insulted when I said "Sorry, it doesn't work." But I have experienced everything from being spit on to very hurtful verbal violence at the Düsseldorf main station.

The only plus point is that the food arrived quickly. However, the child did not receive a toy when ordering, even though it was supposed to be included in the Happy Meal. And I found myself in an unprecedented attraction of generosity: they put exactly one slice of cucumber on my hamburger.

Last night I was at McDonald's with three friends and wanted to order food. I paid with my credit card and also had table service at table number ten. After half an hour I went to the checkout. The exterior and interior are clean, neat and tidy. The ambience is usual for McDonalds. Now here we go: Employees should definitely be trained in sales language and customer orientation and friendliness should be explained. A “two-word” snack language culture is particularly evident here. Examples: "Hi", nothing follows at this point, it is assumed that the customer (actually a guest, but this has nothing to do with gastronomy!) should guess what the question is. “What else?” really impressed me because I hardly expected “sales-promoting sales language.” Only the price is mentioned, without a “please” or a “thank you” when you pay the amount. This is modern sales culture! Here it seems to be asking too much to speak in complete sentences. Not to mention a smile. How would it have been right? Maintain eye contact and speak complete sentences Welcome formula adapted to the respective time Ask what you want, individually or as a menu (sales-promoting) Ask for another wish State the full amount with the currency, be it a shekel or a euro, and add one: That makes 12.99 euros, please. and so forth. Everyone should only spend their hard-earned money where they feel well served. That was completely missing here. The icing on the cake, however, was that the order didn't arrive correctly. Terrible service. Today all automatic ordering and payment machines were not working and there was no information about it. We lost time and could be late for a train. Staff knew about it and did nothing. When I asked them for help they didn’t help me. I’ve lost 400 points that I could have not use because the payment machines were out of service. Very unprofessional. I’ve bought nothing, left hungry and lost my points.

Bought expensive coffee and unfortunately didn't see that the seating area was still closed at 6:20 a.m. There is no longer any alternative for me to spend time until departure. Other guests with food in their hands felt the same way.

Royal BBQ Bacon, it's really not worth the money, it looks like a normal hamburger like it used to be. In my opinion, charging over 6 euros for this is not okay at all.

Horrible. Worst McDonald’s so have ever visited.The security guard was incredibly unfriendly and unreasonable. I had luggage, left them by a table to be able to wait in line for 5-10min as all the ordering units were out of order, and when I return he is in the process of removing my luggage from the space claiming it’s been there for hours which is obviously not true. The items I received were in the wrong container which led to me returning to the window to state they must have gotten my order wrong but they said it’s correct. Not an apology in sight. I do not recommend this place, and I will never return. I hope the security guard receives this feedback and does better in the future. My visit occurred 3rd March around 4.30 AM.

McDonalds at the train station, dirty, no space, noisy.

I ordered dark chocolate and McCafe to dine in. Bad smell was coming inside the Cafe, so we went to house. When I tried to drink McCafe, there was nothing no cream, no sugar. While ordering 1 sugar and 2 creamer was selected.

Not worth going. Someone I know got pickpocketed here. They will sit next to you, pretend to have dropped some coins on the sofa, and distract you by pointing at it and getting your attention. I have suspicions that the staff is collaborating with them as the thieves will not have known about the purse if not for the staff who served us food AND looked into the handbag as they placed the tray on the table, which has bulky luggage between the table and others who walk past us. The staff also claimed that the cctv in the restaurant is not working. We were tourists in the area and could not report to the police as we were on a tight schedule to catch the next train. Ruined our whole trip. If there are similar experiences by others in this shop, I hope you would also raise awareness by leaving a comment like mine so these thieves will not have a successful next time.

Basically a completely normal McDonald's, with completely normal quality. However, you shouldn't be in this branch at night during the week. Already at the ordering boards you are approached by several homeless people/beggars. When you sit down, people come by every 2 minutes. If you try to ignore them, they keep saying “Hello” until you respond. The people working there do nothing. Maybe there aren't the necessary staff on site. If necessary, you should invest in a bouncer or something similar. After work I just wanted to pass the time until my train arrived and I felt really harassed. I find being disturbed while eating unpleasant.

Im Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf war das Essen besser als ich erwartet hatte. War der beste Burger, den ich seit langer Zeit bei irgendeinem MÄCKES gegessen habe.

This place definitely needs some help.. poorly made burgers, badly packaged and terrible service.. I am standing in front of the service lady and showing her the number and ignores repeatedly for 5min, then finally realises her mistake and there’s no apology! Giving a third class service impression.. one of the terrible McDonald’s one ever visited among many countries!

Ein praktisch gelegener, einfach zugänglicher, praktische und echte guter McDonald's Laden - mit Steckdosen am Tisch! Könnte aber größer sein und nicht ausgerechnet 2-4 Uhr nachts zu haben, wenn man strandet, und auf die erste S Bahn warten muss.

Publikum ein Katastrophe. Alles ist dreckig, Service unfreundlich, Pommes nicht frisch.

Die Tische sind ziemlich dreckig, von den Obdachlosen die fast minütlich die Tische entlang gehen, betteln und dann noch das Essen >ANFASSEN< mal ganz abgesehen. (In 10 Minuten sind 3 Bettelnde an meinem Tisch gewesen wovon eine Frau einen zum Glück eingepackten Hamburger angefasst hat.) Als ich das Personal informiert habe wurde nur gesagt, dass man da nix gegen machen kann. Auf meinen Vorschlag Sicherheitspersonal einzustellen wurde ich gefragt, wer das bezahlen soll…. Also ich denke, dass McDonald’s genug Einnahmen hat um einen Menschen einzustellen der solche Geier des Ladens verweist. McDonald’s in Aachen am Elisenbrunnen lässt sich das nicht sagen. In Aachen gibt es mehrere McDonald’s Mitarbeiter, die verwahrlost aussehende Leute garnicht erst ins Restaurant lassen außerdem werden in Aachen minütlich Rundgänge des Personals gemacht so dass dort keine dreckigen Tische zu erwarten sind. Den Drecksladen in Düsseldorf werde ich auch nicht nochmal betreten.

Obwohl es dort extrem voll war, habe ich mein Essen relativ schnell bekommen!

Na ja, für Kerzenschein Diner (Stichwort Atmosphere) ist es nicht so cool. Gesund ist es vielleicht auch nicht, aber mir schmeckts und der Preis ist im Grunde schon zu billig aber darüber kann man sich nur schwerlich beschweren, oder?

Ein bahnbrechendes Highlight im Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof. Ein rechtsrheinisches Juwel! Hier wird man selbst zu absoluten Stoßzeiten immer absolut fix bedient - meine Bestellungen waren bis jetzt auch immer knackeheiß und ultra-frisch. Am Bahnhof erwartet man sowas eigentlich nicht, aber das hier ist wirklich ein fantastischer McDonald‘s. Aufgrund seiner Lage ist der Laden natürlich immer gut besucht, der Kampf um einen Sitzplatz ist vorprogrammiert - aber dafür kann ja der Betreiber nichts. Ein außergewöhnlich guter McDonald‘s! Geht doch!

So wie jedes McDonalds, essen und trinken schmeckt alles gleich. Service überlastet und tlw unfreundlich. Bestellen, zahlen, warten, Tüte nehmen und gehen. Mehr sollte man hier nicht machen.

Zu lange Wartezeiten für ein McDonalds im Bahnhof. Wer nicht minimum 20 Minuten Zeit hat, sollte hier nichts bestellen. Ich musste selber bereits zwei Mal Bestellungen "verschenken", weil es offenbar zu schwer ist, einen Kaffee oder ein Big Mac Menü in 10 Minuten rauszugeben (keine Extra-Wünsche, Standardbestellungen). Das System mit Bestellsäulen spart Personal, klar. Dann aber nicht genug Personal vorzuhalten, um die Bestellungen an einem Bahnhof zeitnah abzuarbeiten, ist schade.

Man wird alle 2 Minuten von obdachlosen angesprochen wegen Geld oder sie schlafen neben ein oder hinter einem und riechen sehr stark so das einen der Appetit vergeht nicht zu empfehlen da zu essen

Es ist ein McD im Hauptbahnhof - und dafür sehr gut.

Pappige Burger, Ist wie Schokolade, muss man gerade Lust drauf haben.
