One of the worst Mcs in NRW. Everything is loveless. “I am sorry that I had a very bad experience with McDonald's in Düsseldorf Central Station on Sunday, August 18th, 2024 at 11:29 a.m. We were three adults and a three year old child and wanted to order three meals. Unfortunately all tables were occupied. The only table that was suitable for us was dirty. I asked a McDonald’s cleaner if she could help us. My order number was deleted from the screen directly after the order. I asked, the female staff said “it is not finished“ impatiently. Later I think I heard she call my number (it was quiet and not even complete), I walked towards counter, she gave it to anther costumer, so I thought I heard wrong(I didn’t). After waiting for another 10 Minutes, the other costumer came back because of the wrong order. The female staff BLAMED ME TWICE for not paying attention to the number calling. I argued, she stopped talking , the manager beside heard it all, looked scared of his staff and said nothing. They didn’t apologise for giving my food to other people. Plus, egg shell in burger.

The service at this store refreshed my perception of poor service in restaurants. I was eating breakfast in a store when a thorn in a muffin pierced my throat. I was then met with very rude communication and questioning. Fortunately, it only scratched my throat. I can’t imagine what would happen if I swallowed this 1.5cm thorn. What. I left my contact information, but more than seven hours have passed and I haven’t received any response or apology from the person involved. I went to have breakfast at ten o'clock in the morning. I ate something unknown in the muffin and my eyes burst into tears. It took more than a minute to slowly get the thorn in the picture out of my throat. The store clerks here, especially the female clerk with black clothes and curly hair, were very unfriendly from beginning to end. She even said to her colleagues in front of me: She went to check another Muffin and there was nothing wrong with the sample. When I asked to take the thorn away to see a doctor, the clerk shouted at me to stop. The pain and grievance made my eyes very red. At this time, another clerk who had just arrived saw my first sentence which was extremely unfriendly: Warum weinen Sie?! In addition, I was pushed away from the counter twice by the staff who were sweeping the floor. So that he could clean the floor under my feet that didn't look dirty. I asked to talk to the manager, but the response was that I had to wait until after 2 p.m. I'm not targeting all the staff at the time. There were also some sympathetic store clerks who saw that I was in severe pain and told me that drinking a little Coke could help relieve the pain. The food is OK but you can hardly protect yourself there (as in other places in Düsseldorf HBF) from very aggressive begging. Even at the Berlin main station you are better protected from this. The beggars line up in front of you in the queue and constantly say HELLO HELLO HELLO, then they come to the table and ask again in such a rude, aggressive way that you just want to run away. The people of Fifty Fifty ask very discreetly and remain friendly. I've never been insulted when I said "Sorry, it doesn't work." But I have experienced everything from being spit on to very hurtful verbal violence at the Düsseldorf main station.

The exterior and interior are clean, neat and tidy. The ambience is usual for McDonalds. Now here we go: Employees should definitely be trained in sales language and customer orientation and friendliness should be explained. A “two-word” snack language culture is particularly evident here. Examples: "Hi", nothing follows at this point, it is assumed that the customer (actually a guest, but this has nothing to do with gastronomy!) should guess what the question is. “What else?” really impressed me because I hardly expected “sales-promoting sales language.” Only the price is mentioned, without a “please” or a “thank you” when you pay the amount. This is modern sales culture! Here it seems to be asking too much to speak in complete sentences. Not to mention a smile. How would it have been right? Maintain eye contact and speak complete sentences Welcome formula adapted to the respective time Ask what you want, individually or as a menu (sales-promoting) Ask for another wish State the full amount with the currency, be it a shekel or a euro, and add one: That makes 12.99 euros, please. and so forth. Everyone should only spend their hard-earned money where they feel well served. That was completely missing here. The icing on the cake, however, was that the order didn't arrive correctly. Horrible. Worst McDonald’s so have ever visited.The security guard was incredibly unfriendly and unreasonable. I had luggage, left them by a table to be able to wait in line for 5-10min as all the ordering units were out of order, and when I return he is in the process of removing my luggage from the space claiming it’s been there for hours which is obviously not true. The items I received were in the wrong container which led to me returning to the window to state they must have gotten my order wrong but they said it’s correct. Not an apology in sight. I do not recommend this place, and I will never return. I hope the security guard receives this feedback and does better in the future. My visit occurred 3rd March around 4.30 AM.

Not worth going. Someone I know got pickpocketed here. They will sit next to you, pretend to have dropped some coins on the sofa, and distract you by pointing at it and getting your attention. I have suspicions that the staff is collaborating with them as the thieves will not have known about the purse if not for the staff who served us food AND looked into the handbag as they placed the tray on the table, which has bulky luggage between the table and others who walk past us. The staff also claimed that the cctv in the restaurant is not working. We were tourists in the area and could not report to the police as we were on a tight schedule to catch the next train. Ruined our whole trip. If there are similar experiences by others in this shop, I hope you would also raise awareness by leaving a comment like mine so these thieves will not have a successful next time.

Basically a completely normal McDonald's, with completely normal quality. However, you shouldn't be in this branch at night during the week. Already at the ordering boards you are approached by several homeless people/beggars. When you sit down, people come by every 2 minutes. If you try to ignore them, they keep saying “Hello” until you respond. The people working there do nothing. Maybe there aren't the necessary staff on site. If necessary, you should invest in a bouncer or something similar. After work I just wanted to pass the time until my train arrived and I felt really harassed. I find being disturbed while eating unpleasant.

Im Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf war das Essen besser als ich erwartet hatte. War der beste Burger, den ich seit langer Zeit bei irgendeinem MÄCKES gegessen habe.

This place definitely needs some help.. poorly made burgers, badly packaged and terrible service.. I am standing in front of the service lady and showing her the number and ignores repeatedly for 5min, then finally realises her mistake and there’s no apology! Giving a third class service impression.. one of the terrible McDonald’s one ever visited among many countries!

Ein praktisch gelegener, einfach zugänglicher, praktische und echte guter McDonald's Laden - mit Steckdosen am Tisch! Könnte aber größer sein und nicht ausgerechnet 2-4 Uhr nachts zu haben, wenn man strandet, und auf die erste S Bahn warten muss.

I would like to share an unfortunate experience I had at this branch on November 1st around 9pm. My visit, which was supposed to be pleasant, was severely affected by the behavior of one of your employees. I ordered a McFlurry and discovered that there was very little sauce in it - barely visible and not particularly satisfying. So I politely turned to an employee (she had a rose tattoo on her neck) and asked for a little more sauce. She explained to me that there was only one serving of sauce, and when I pointed out that there was actually hardly any sauce, she literally threw the McFlurry on the counter and made me a whole new one as if I was a nuisance. The meaning behind it must also be questioned. The way she handed me the new McFlurry was very disrespectful. It felt like she was taking her frustration out on me even though I was just asking for a small touch-up. I then politely asked her to treat me with respect. When I asked her her name, she replied that she wasn't allowed to reveal it. At this point another employee came along and apparently tried to mediate. Although she seemed nice, I had the feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and the disrespectful treatment was not addressed. I find it very disappointing that this kind of treatment occurs in a restaurant where hospitality and respect should be fundamental. Every guest has the right to be treated with kindness and respect, and I expect your employees to implement this in their daily work. No one is forced to work in the restaurant industry if they don't enjoy what they do. I hope you take this complaint seriously and investigate the situation. It would be unfortunate if other guests had to have similar experiences.

If you could give negative stars I would immediately start. Our experience today was beneath all dignity. We ordered through Lieferando, so I've only now seen the other reviews. The money was collected, a confirmation of delivery was sent and then nothing came. After 2 hours the order was shown as delivered. But we didn't receive anything. How outrageous it actually is. Why was a children's menu ordered? Our guests then went somewhere else with the hungry children. Thanks for that
