Was there on Saturday night – an experience for all the senses! 🎉 Happy Meal: 10/10, culinary masterpiece. Music: Hotter than in the club, DJ Ronald goes crazy. 🎶 Pokémon cards: Absolute highlight, almost more valuable than my semester fees. Fragrance: An exquisite blend of eau de vomit and kebab aftershave. Clientele: From Gucci to Gossenpoet – the crème de la crème of the night scene meets here. Conclusion: A gourmet temple with festival vibes. I'll be back! 🍔🔥

MC with one in Düsseldorf city center, clean and attentive staff, had 2 menu, MC Rösti, unfortunately they were only lukewarm, but still borderline, fries 🍟, Cola......everything okay......

A Terrible Experience – Save Yourself the Trouble I recently tried this maccies, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything about it was frustrating, disappointing, and downright infuriating. Here’s why I would never recommend it to anyone: Poor Customer Service The customer service was absolutely abysmal. I reached out multiple times with questions and concerns, but every interaction felt like pulling teeth. The representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issues. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. Misleading Promises The company made a lot of big promises, but none of them were delivered. The features they advertised either didn’t work as described or were missing altogether. It felt like I was sold a completely different product than what I actually received. The lack of transparency and honesty was incredibly frustrating. Waste of Time and Money At the end of the day, this service was a complete waste of both time and money. I didn’t get anything of value out of it, and I regret ever giving it a try. The entire experience left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. Final Thoughs I can’t stress enough how much I disliked this service. It was poorly designed, poorly executed, and left me with nothing but frustration. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere—there are far better options out there.

Food was delicious, but strange large woman stormed at us getting aggressive and kept banging her table when we wanted to use the toilets, with her demanding money off us. There were also four homeless people holding picket signs walking around the shop. Very weird experience.

As you can see it is clean on the surface, but under the table it gets disgusting.... Overall impression: I wanted a Happy Meal and was already looked at askance, I wasn't allowed to choose a gift, I bought a Happy Meal specifically for a specific gift 🎁. Staff very unfriendly and the toilet lady immediately wanted 0.50 cents from me, otherwise I couldn't go to the toilet. Music was way too loud, you couldn't have a conversation. Went to MC Donalds again today January 6th, 2025 If you ask me, this visit was the worst: 1. I first went to the toilet and then wanted to eat something. The toilet man blocked my way at the entrance to the toilet door, he wanted to see a receipt or cash!!!!!!!!!!! Outrageous! Who is he then?! 2. I get a Sweet chilli MC Plant! Although I ordered a REGULAR MC PLANT. I have hives and can't eat spicy food, that can be really dangerous! The boss there was very nice, but it is not recommended!

For Turists; There is a toilet inside, but it is said that you have to pay 50 cents. There is a German text on the wall. When I translate this text, it says that customers can show their receipts and enter for free. Since this text is only written in German, we paid a toilet fee twice even though we were customers. Beware of a tourist trap!

I got old hard chicken nuggets, when I asked for new ones the manager checked ( the hard old crust fell off!!!) and didn’t want to give me Frech baked chicken nuggets. Very very poor service👎👎👎👎

Not nice employees. They're not respectful. I ordered something online twice in the same order. I wanted to explain that. I ordered it twice but they said no, we only have one order. To be sure, the middle class leader didn't even look at the orders. So stupid, why does he work there if he doesn't know how to behave towards customers?

Had a great experience here, ordered a cheeseburger, in less than 2 minutes it was ready, fresh, and good, the lady handing out the burgers told me guten appetit, which made me feel good 👍🏼😊, everything was organised give these guys a raise yo.

Tried the Breakfast Menu here. Surprisingly found it a bit more expensive with fewer options than the ones in Belgium and Netherlands.

DONT GO TO TOILET THERE. The cleaning guy in the bathroom looks at you underneath the door.

Food is below Mc Donalds Standard. Selected dine in but meals were packed for take out. Sign with order numbers were U/S so they called out the numbers via a karaoke machine in german only. No runners to clean the restaurant and it showed because it was a pigstine. Plenty of staff behind the counters twiddling their thumbs and looking busy. They forgot part of the order and took the full receipt at pick up. Smell of weed inside the restaurant. Security at the door was eating or smoking the whole time.

Never been to such a good MC. Everything was clean and you wouldn't believe it. We didn't sit down for 25 seconds before the order came 😅 and we had 4 menus with extra requests but everything was super fresh and as ordered! Respect to the team!

We got a bone-dry chocolate cake for 4 euros a piece. And the cheesecake also tastes like the day before yesterday.

I wish McDonald's in England were like this, very clean, every table cleared of rubbish and the food actually looks like the picture.

McDonald's is actually the same everywhere. One would think. Here in Düsseldorf in the old town everything was perfect. The shop itself gets 1 star deduction for the ambience. It looked like a canteen. Unfortunately.

Sufficient terminals to order. Lots of space, nice atmosphere and air conditioning. Toilets clean. Food reasonable. Happy meal was ok, slat could have been fresher. I'll be back.

Essen Top..Toiletten Herren naja..Darauf hingewiesen das Seifenspender leer ist und voll uriniert ist das Klo trotz keine Behebung dessen..Nach 40 Minuten sollten man wischen können und Seife auffüllen.Vor allem wenn im Laden nur 3 Gäste sind ..Aber die Angestellten hatten alle Spaß .Ansonsten alles gut ..

Don’t bother using table service late at night, as even though it’ll show as available, it won’t be - so, you’ll sit there wondering where your food…when you query it, it’ll be sitting there going cold!!

I don't recommend this place at all. The staff is not friendly at all, they refuse to speak English. First I asked one employee why it was taking so long and how long I should wait, he simply turned away and left. Then I asked another employee who was giving out orders, he told me that only German language, and refused to talk to me, then my order was placed next to him, but he simply pretended that it was not there, and continued to give out orders that had just been placed. When he finally deigned to give me my order, he behaved without any polite manners. Very unpleasant.

Food is different from America but chicken is tasteless. Order burgers and they are great.

Till today I was happy with the taste of the food here. But today she particularly disappointed me. The fries were terribly dry, as was the burger, there was virtually no sauce and the patties were terribly hard. Also, they forgot to add 2 sauces for me, which I only found out when I got home. In general, it's better to choose another McDonald's than this one :(

The security guards (if you can call them that) simply assault people based on their gender. My male friend went downstairs to the bathroom and was refused, I think on the basis that he was a male

They put a cucumber in the cheeseburger, although they indicated that there was no need to put a cucumber, the potatoes were not salted at all, the tables were very dirty everywhere, all covered in grease.

Recently I visited McDonald's and was extremely disappointed. To use the toilet you have to pay 0.50 cents. The person in front of the toilet extorted this money and demanded the money even when he showed the receipt. When I tried to explain the situation he was rude to me. A very unpleasant experience, I won't go there again and won't recommend it to anyone!

The new restaurant is out of the dirty corner of Bolker Stern! There are now displays where you can pre-order and pay, which means there are no longer any queues at the checkout/distribution. The store was clean and the staff was friendly - no wonder given the boss! 😉

I don't understand why their display monitors are always off/broken, frontline employees are there to serve customers and not shout out the numbers all day. I think it's very stressful for the employees and I'm sure McDonald's didn't think so. These are not good working conditions and ignored by management??

A certain employee with black hair. She is very cheeky and rude. I asked her politely if she could wipe the table for me, and she asked me a counter question in Russian asking if it was okay for me to eat on the dirty table. I have never experienced such impudence in my life. Firstly, you answer with a language that not every person speaks, without my friend I would hardly understand what this “waitress/runner” wants. Secondly, how can you even talk to customers like that?

Today I was served by a very unfriendly waitress. She had dark hair that was braided into a braid. She was rude and didn't want to do her job. There were a lot of people in the restaurant and the tables were dirty. When we asked to wipe the table she very rudely said that she won't do that and we could eat like that. The mood was spoiled. I hope the problem with this employee is resolved.

The service at the counter is excellent. Unfortunately, as a guest you are forced to pay immediately if you want to use the toilet. Incredibly homophobic. In a tone that is not human. It's sad for a company like this. It's not that I don't leave money for good service. And I do that everywhere. But I think demanding it is a blatant act. Sad that it is like that.

The food was absolutely okay, like McDonald's almost everywhere in Germany. Very bright, very clean and a manager who is second to none. Unfortunately, it is rare to find such committed employees.

Yesterday I went to a McDonald's restaurant in Düsseldorf. I tried a lot of dishes served there and my favourite is the Big Mac. Definitely recommended.

The following happened: we ordered from this store on April 12, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Order arrived, burger eaten, everything was great! But I found a very clear lipstick mark on my fries, which I found really annoying. Someone must have had fun because of hatred towards customers or something similar (described 1:1 like this) When I called the store, I was not taken seriously at all, despite a not-intentionally-intentioned question asking whether someone could check to see if someone was wearing the lipstick in question... Result: I was labeled as a prank call, I was told in the most unfriendly manner that I should complain to the health department (follows) etc. It's a shame but this branch is now being avoided, may God protect you and have a nice day🙏🏻

Unfriendly service, you get complained about because you weren't allowed to choose the toy of your choice with the Happy Meal.

We ate there as a family. After leaving almost €60 there, my 3-year-old daughter and I just wanted to go to the toilet. The lady in front of the toilet only wanted to let us use the toilet if we paid. Aside from the fact that we as customers didn't have to pay, I even showed her that I only had copper money in my wallet. Then she seriously wanted all my copper money, but then only let my daughter use the toilet. I told her that her behavior wasn't acceptable at all and when I went upstairs with my daughter, she shouted "hello" at me several times in a really aggressive manner and I should stop and follow her. I complained to an employee and he assured me that as a customer we didn't have to pay and could leave quietly. He didn't even try to talk to the cleaner after such inappropriate behavior. Of course we didn't use the toilets anymore and went somewhere else. Bottom drawer! There are only three stars because of the food and the really lovely service staff who took our order.

The store is clean but the shift manager gave us 5 minutes to sit and think about what we wanted to eat even though it was empty and there were several tables available. Very unfriendly, won't come here anymore!!!

Very nice new McDonalds. Nicely decorated, food very tasty and fresh. Staff very nice, right in the old town of Düsseldorf. Enough seats, fairly quick service. The only drawback was that the sockets at the table were very dirty and if you looked at them you lost your appetite. But otherwise everything was great!!!!
