We got a bone-dry chocolate cake for 4 euros a piece. And the cheesecake also tastes like the day before yesterday.

I wish McDonald's in England were like this, very clean, every table cleared of rubbish and the food actually looks like the picture.

In my opinion the best Mac in Düsseldorf.

McDonald's is actually the same everywhere. One would think. Here in Düsseldorf in the old town everything was perfect. The shop itself gets 1 star deduction for the ambience. It looked like a canteen. Unfortunately.

Sufficient terminals to order. Lots of space, nice atmosphere and air conditioning. Toilets clean. Food reasonable. Happy meal was ok, slat could have been fresher. I'll be back.

Essen Top..Toiletten Herren naja..Darauf hingewiesen das Seifenspender leer ist und voll uriniert ist das Klo trotz keine Behebung dessen..Nach 40 Minuten sollten man wischen können und Seife auffüllen.Vor allem wenn im Laden nur 3 Gäste sind ..Aber die Angestellten hatten alle Spaß .Ansonsten alles gut ..

If you're hungry quickly, McDonald's is always an option. Even if it is a bit more expensive.

Don’t bother using table service late at night, as even though it’ll show as available, it won’t be - so, you’ll sit there wondering where your food…when you query it, it’ll be sitting there going cold!!

I don't recommend this place at all. The staff is not friendly at all, they refuse to speak English. First I asked one employee why it was taking so long and how long I should wait, he simply turned away and left. Then I asked another employee who was giving out orders, he told me that only German language, and refused to talk to me, then my order was placed next to him, but he simply pretended that it was not there, and continued to give out orders that had just been placed. When he finally deigned to give me my order, he behaved without any polite manners. Very unpleasant.

Food was prepared quickly, no problems with the ice machine and clean tables.

Till today I was happy with the taste of the food here. But today she particularly disappointed me. The fries were terribly dry, as was the burger, there was virtually no sauce and the patties were terribly hard. Also, they forgot to add 2 sauces for me, which I only found out when I got home. In general, it's better to choose another McDonald's than this one :(

They put a cucumber in the cheeseburger, although they indicated that there was no need to put a cucumber, the potatoes were not salted at all, the tables were very dirty everywhere, all covered in grease.

Recently I visited McDonald's and was extremely disappointed. To use the toilet you have to pay 0.50 cents. The person in front of the toilet extorted this money and demanded the money even when he showed the receipt. When I tried to explain the situation he was rude to me. A very unpleasant experience, I won't go there again and won't recommend it to anyone!

The new restaurant is out of the dirty corner of Bolker Stern! There are now displays where you can pre-order and pay, which means there are no longer any queues at the checkout/distribution. The store was clean and the staff was friendly - no wonder given the boss! 😉

I don't understand why their display monitors are always off/broken, frontline employees are there to serve customers and not shout out the numbers all day. I think it's very stressful for the employees and I'm sure McDonald's didn't think so. These are not good working conditions and ignored by management??

A certain employee with black hair. She is very cheeky and rude. I asked her politely if she could wipe the table for me, and she asked me a counter question in Russian asking if it was okay for me to eat on the dirty table. I have never experienced such impudence in my life. Firstly, you answer with a language that not every person speaks, without my friend I would hardly understand what this “waitress/runner” wants. Secondly, how can you even talk to customers like that?

Today I was served by a very unfriendly waitress. She had dark hair that was braided into a braid. She was rude and didn't want to do her job. There were a lot of people in the restaurant and the tables were dirty. When we asked to wipe the table she very rudely said that she won't do that and we could eat like that. The mood was spoiled. I hope the problem with this employee is resolved.

The service at the counter is excellent. Unfortunately, as a guest you are forced to pay immediately if you want to use the toilet. Incredibly homophobic. In a tone that is not human. It's sad for a company like this. It's not that I don't leave money for good service. And I do that everywhere. But I think demanding it is a blatant act. Sad that it is like that.

Definitely one of the better branches by McDonald's standards. Friendly staff, the food is delicious and special requests have always been taken into account.

The food was absolutely okay, like McDonald's almost everywhere in Germany. Very bright, very clean and a manager who is second to none. Unfortunately, it is rare to find such committed employees.

Yesterday I went to a McDonald's restaurant in Düsseldorf. I tried a lot of dishes served there and my favourite is the Big Mac. Definitely recommended.

The following happened: we ordered from this store on April 12, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Order arrived, burger eaten, everything was great! But I found a very clear lipstick mark on my fries, which I found really annoying. Someone must have had fun because of hatred towards customers or something similar (described 1:1 like this) When I called the store, I was not taken seriously at all, despite a not-intentionally-intentioned question asking whether someone could check to see if someone was wearing the lipstick in question... Result: I was labeled as a prank call, I was told in the most unfriendly manner that I should complain to the health department (follows) etc. It's a shame but this branch is now being avoided, may God protect you and have a nice day🙏🏻

Unfriendly service, you get complained about because you weren't allowed to choose the toy of your choice with the Happy Meal.

We ate there as a family. After leaving almost €60 there, my 3-year-old daughter and I just wanted to go to the toilet. The lady in front of the toilet only wanted to let us use the toilet if we paid. Aside from the fact that we as customers didn't have to pay, I even showed her that I only had copper money in my wallet. Then she seriously wanted all my copper money, but then only let my daughter use the toilet. I told her that her behavior wasn't acceptable at all and when I went upstairs with my daughter, she shouted "hello" at me several times in a really aggressive manner and I should stop and follow her. I complained to an employee and he assured me that as a customer we didn't have to pay and could leave quietly. He didn't even try to talk to the cleaner after such inappropriate behavior. Of course we didn't use the toilets anymore and went somewhere else. Bottom drawer! There are only three stars because of the food and the really lovely service staff who took our order.

Very nice new McDonalds. Nicely decorated, food very tasty and fresh. Staff very nice, right in the old town of Düsseldorf. Enough seats, fairly quick service. The only drawback was that the sockets at the table were very dirty and if you looked at them you lost your appetite. But otherwise everything was great!!!!

Tasty and great service except for the extremely aggressive toilet staff. I placed an order as normal and sat down. Then I went to the toilet and the toilet employee held me and pressed me against the chest (!) so that I couldn't get out until I paid?? Disappointing. Otherwise very nice security staff and a safe atmosphere! I recommend saying goodbye to the toilet staff that evening as they were extremely aggressive and intrusive.

I got a chilli cheese burger! MOLD WAS at the bottom of the burger and I showed it to them! They said several times that it was just flour but I said and you could clearly see that there was mold on it! That was bold. That was last time.

Chickenburger je okej, meni lično nije bio baš nešto slatko-ljuti sos koji je bio unutra. Pecivo mekano, meso ukusno. Pomfrit ukusan, slan, uz majonezu super ide. Sok je bio prepun leda, pa ko ne voli hladno, bolje da naglasi "bez leda". Poslije slanog sam jela krofnu, okej, čokoladni preliv, standardna krofna.

Also bin nicht der Mäces Fan. Aber war sehr überrascht, was für ein schöner Laden echt toll. Sauber, hell wirklich zuvorkommendes Personal und freundlich. Habe zwar nur Kaffee ☕️ getrunken...würde jederzeit wieder hin gehen😃

Wel een andere ervaring dan in België. Hier hebben ze speciale koffies en donuts en ander gebak. Geen vuilbakken maar rekken waar je de legen dienbladen met vuil kan zetten.

Typischer McDonald’s. Für die Hohe Kundenfrequenz sogar recht sauber.

Ich hatte gestern eine sehr nette Unterhaltung mit der Dame die die Toilette reinigt. Der Mensch war sehr höflich. Ich hatte zwar kaltes und nicht so leckeres Essen aber an die Frau werd ich mich noch erinnern. Keine Ahnung wie der Mensch angestellt ist aber ich hatte selten so eine coole Unterhaltung und der Mensch verdient mehr Anerkennung :)

Hatte heute eine sehr nette Begegnung auf der Toilette ich hatte leider nicht wirklich Geld dabei um angemessen zu zahlen. Sie hat mich jedoch trotzdem drauf gelassen. Ich verstehe echt nicht wie sich Leute aus anderen Kommentaren über eine kleine Reinigungsgebühr aufregen. Wahrscheinlich die gleichen Personen die sich dann aufregen das die Autobahn Raststetten Toilette nicht gereinigt wird. Ich gehe lieber auf saubere Toiletten für die ich dann auch gerne zahle. Für manche ist eine schlechte Bewertung zu schreiben wohl ein Hobby. Kommt mal klar und reinigt eurer Klo erstmal richtig. Diese Menschen tuen mir echt leid.

First of all I'll never give a fast food restaurant five stars just because its fast food. However this McDonald's was full and yet it was clean especially on a rainy day. We ordered at a kiosk and hurriedly played musical chairs with people to get a table. This has to be the first time at any McDonald's the food was hot the fries were fresh and no mistakes were made, and again this place was extremely busy. Maybe this was a lucky day for us but we will take it.

Wie man McDonald's halt kennt. Man freut sich über leckere überteuerte Burger, die einen ins Grab bringen können und nimmt dafür laute, "wuselige" Filialen in Kauf, in denen man oft noch unfreundlich behandelt wird und hat trotzdem immer wieder Bock dort zu essen. Ich mag es einfach und will gar nicht wissen warum ;)

Wie ein MC Donalds halt so ist. Man weiß was man bekommt und zahlt den Preis. In der Altstadt stark frequentiert. Das Personal meistert diese Herausforderung.

Das Personal raucht direkt vor der Tür, wo die Gäste ihr Essen an der frischen Luft genießen wollen.

Sehr sauber, nettes Personal aber es war am späten Vormittag. Und es uns geschmeckt.

Kann man mal machen, muss man aber nicht unbedingt. 🤮🤮

Groß und modern. Kurze Wartezeiten und freundliches Personal. Ansonsten ein Fast Food Restaurant.
