Unfreundlicher und rassistischer Mitarbeiter auf der Toilette. Die Pommes waren noch roh und der Milchshake nicht mal gemischt. Mit Abstand der schlechteste McDonald’s, in dem ich je war.

Ich war insbesondere im März und April 2026 an mehreren Tagen täglich dort essen (wegen der Galaxy Münzen). Der Chef ist super freundlich, die Angestellten ebenso. Super Service. Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr enttäuschend. Ich habe einen anderen Shake bestellt, aber stattdessen einen ganz normalen Vanille-Shake bekommen. Als ich gesagt habe, dass das nicht mein Getränk ist, wurde mir einfach nochmal dasselbe gegeben. Das ist einfach nur schrecklich – ich fühle mich betrogen und um mein Geld gebracht. Kein guter Service und keine Hilfe vom Personal!

Tolles McDonald's, die Sicherheitsleute sind echt fies, man muss nicht für die Toilette bezahlen, aber wenn man nicht bezahlt, schreit einen die Dame an.

Mit einem Kassenbon kann man die Toilette kostenlos benutzen. Unten kam jemand und belästigte mich, indem er trotzdem einen Euro verlangte. Ich habe sie einfach in ihre Schranken gewiesen.

Die Schlange war lang, und die Bildschirme funktionierten nicht, sodass man nicht sehen konnte, wie lange man auf die Bestellung warten musste. Der Big Mac war kalt und wurde auf den Hamburger gelegt, der sich in einen matschigen Klumpen verwandelte.

Sehr freundlich und sehr nett! Wir durften sogar neue Burger probieren, die ab morgen auf der Speisekarte stehen – kostenlos. Vielen Dank! 🙏

Ein großes und sauberes McDonald's-Restaurant. Entspannte Atmosphäre. Viele Sitzplätze im Innenbereich. Das Essen wird sorgfältig zubereitet und sehr schnell serviert.

Typischer McDonald's. Schnell, sauber und gut erreichbar. Für einen kurzen Snack völlig in Ordnung.

Yusef einfach nur top Mitarbeiter. Top Service und kann auch noch russisch. Am besten ihn promoten und Gehalt erhöhen. 🔥🔥🔥

Mir hat dieser McDonald's gefallen, aber ich gebe ihm aus mehreren Gründen nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Erstens gibt es eine kostenpflichtige Toilette – und die ist ziemlich unangenehm. Ich habe zum Beispiel eine Blasenschwäche und kann nicht lange einhalten; manchmal muss ich sehr oft auf die Toilette, und dafür Geld auszugeben, ist einfach unmöglich. Zweitens wird das Essen nur in einer Tüte serviert, selbst wenn man „Im Restaurant essen“ auswählt. Das mag zwar die Atmosphäre verbessern, ist aber trotzdem unangenehm. Ansonsten hat mir alles gefallen: Das Personal ist freundlich, die Pommes sind lecker und die Burger sind auch gut (für McDonald's-Verhältnisse natürlich). Danke, aber ich gebe diese Bewertung in der Hoffnung ab, dass sich dadurch etwas ändert.

Für einen schnellen Imbiss ist es okay. Könnte etwas schneller gehen. Heute war es sehr gut, ich war vor dem großen Ansturm der Teenager da.

Es liegt in der Altstadt. Das Essen ist wie überall, aber da ist ein geschäftstüchtiger Kerl in der Toilette, der 50 Cent Eintritt verlangt. Wenn man ihm den Kassenbon zeigt, ruft er einem etwas Empörtes hinterher.

Die Hygiene ist hier gleich null!!! Überall Insekten, sogar auf dem Essen!!! Ich frage mich, wer für diesen Laden verantwortlich ist, wo die Hygiene überhaupt nicht kontrolliert wird!!!!

Tischservice obwohl freigeschaltet nicht gewollt von Mitarbeitern, Pommes total lapprig, viele Obdachlose. Bestellung von mir wurde vertauscht. Keine Tablets - In ToGo-Tüten vor Ort verzehrt. Mehr muss ich nicht sagen.

Haben über die App mit Tischservice bestellt. Nach einigen Minuten kam ein Mitarbeiter mit dem Hinweis, dass der Tischservice hier nicht verfügbar ist. Dann sollte es eben nicht freigeschaltet sein. Als wir dann unser Essen abgeholt haben, wurde es nicht auf Tabletts gemacht, sondern zum mitnehmen. Menüs waren auch in den Tüten vertauscht. Viele Obdachlose. Bettler kamen auch rein, um nach Geld zu fragen.

Auf der Fußgängerzone Bolkerstraße neben Restaurants, wo ständig Leute ein- und ausgehen.

Regelmäßig Chaos, weil die Nummern an der Anzeigetafel weggedrückt werden, bevor das Essen tatsächlich da ist. Im leeren Restaurant 20 Minuten auf einen Cappuccino gewartet.. (Nummer nach 1 Minute weggedrückt)..

Sollten für die Toilette bezahlen obwohl wir da gegessen haben weiß nicht ob der Mann das nicht richtig verstanden hatte.

Service lässt zu wünschen übrig ... in der Küche wird gescherzt, aber kein Service

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I urgently needed to use the restroom and didn't have my bag with me. I politely explained to the employee that I would bring him the 50 cents right away. Despite this, he wouldn't let me in. He was very rude, even raised his voice and insulted me. In such a situation, I would have expected more understanding and consideration. Truly disappointing. Especially since I had bought and eaten something there.

I paid almost €30 for 3 burgers and received 20 chicken nuggets. Arguing with the staff got me nowhere, and I was asked to leave. Never again will I eat at this McDonald's! At least they let me sit in the dirty atmosphere.

The food was really good. The service was rude.

Outrageous! Multiple incorrect orders, lost money, and unnecessary stress. After my email complaint, I was promised a meal as compensation, but of course, I received nothing – simply because I didn't have time to go back and asked for a voucher instead. Empty promises and zero respect for customers. Not recommended!

The man downstairs by the toilets is VERY unfriendly and doesn't even do his job!

Absolutely awful. I bought something there at 3:31 PM and wanted to use the restroom around 4:20 PM. This woman was standing rudely on the stairs, blocking my way and demanding 50 cents. I didn't have a single cent of cash on me that day, as I use a card. I explained this to her and showed her my receipt, which clearly proves I'm a customer and therefore entitled to use the restroom for free. The sign is right behind her. Then she started yelling at me, telling me to leave and check what time I'd placed my order. I explained that I'd been sitting there eating the whole time. She then replied that she hadn't seen me and that I should leave if I didn't have any money. Absolutely outrageous.

You made these 20 nuggets plant-based instead of regular. Absolutely disgusting… Be glad I can't write anything worse.

It was very unclean and full I didn’t feel comfortable at all

Very unfriendly employee. A dark-skinned woman yelled at us, almost threw our food on the floor, and wouldn't even look at the receipt.

Very unfriendly, half the order was missing, and the woman just threw the orders at you when you pointed it out and said that was correct, without even looking at the receipt.

Disgusting! The guy with the most dark complexion who's supposed to be cleaning the toilets chases you around trying to collect the 50 cents he claims aren't owed! I've never actually seen him clean the toilets, but collecting money is always easy! They don't even speak German; they just keep saying "Hello, hello, hello, 50 cents!"

I've been a big McDonald's fan for years, but tonight's visit was truly disappointing. I redeemed 1250 points for 20 Chicken McNuggets and also got a Red Bull, Coke, and fries from the Christmas scratch-off promotion. However, the manager on duty (in a gray top) was extremely rude. He aggressively asked me how I had ordered and even took my phone from my hand. Only when I showed him how to redeem points in the app did he understand. Honestly, I don't expect that kind of behavior from a manager. Rude, disrespectful, and apparently not even familiar with the app's features. A very bad experience—a real shame.

I come to your café almost every day, have my coffee there, and sometimes even breakfast. Despite this, some of your staff are very unfriendly. No matter what, I always say "thank you," but I still receive poor, disrespectful treatment. In the end, I pay my money, so I expect to be treated normally and politely. If you don't care about customers, you should probably stay home. I keep coming back because I work nearby. I even clean my own table, but some of your staff still put me in a bad mood. I really hope you'll show more respect to your customers.

The vegetarian offerings are very limited – even the only vegetarian burger has been discontinued. Burger King does it better!

The gentleman working at the mc was extremely rude. They messed up my order and wouldn't even let me speak. He kept telling me, "I read that right, you ordered this," even though I knew perfectly well I'd ordered a white chocolate latte, not a matcha latte. He just humiliated me in front of all the customers, even asking security to move me because I was disruptive. I also work in the deli and am always respectful of everyone, but that gentleman simply treated me badly because of his own mistake.

Dear management, please tell your employees that you can scan your loyalty card along with your coupon. During my last visit, they refused to do this, saying it could only be scanned at the self-service terminal. Which, of course, is not true. At other branches, they always did this for me at the cash register.

I bought a milkshake for 2 euros, and the waiter said I gave 1.5 euros and asked me to pay 0.5 euros. His attitude was very bad.

It's always extremely dirty, and the manager, with his black hair, high forehead, and large head, is very disrespectful to guests. I couldn't see when my order was ready for pickup because the monitor was broken

Dear friends of good taste, it was that time again... After my friends and I attended the "Rock Against the Right" festival, we were overcome by the desire to visit a branch of our favorite restaurant. We decided on McDonald's in Düsseldorf's old town. Many other guests were already waiting for us outside the restaurant. Lively conversations and romantic licking among the trash of previously consumed food—where could it be better? The real party, however, awaited us inside; it was quite busy. So we ordered our beloved ribbed fries and could hardly wait to finally eat. Even the announcement of the order number was an event, as a security guard stood at the counter with a microphone and handed out the numbers. Great, we've never experienced anything like it before, as entertaining as bingo in a retirement home, without the elderly... without a bingo... After receiving our food, we sat down. Although we had indicated on the spot that we wanted food, we were given our food in bags and handed to us without a tray. Between conversations about relationship crises and worries about how to gain access to a dance club as a minor (spoiler alert: 15-year-olds with skirts so short their underwear shows through should first watch YouTube tutorials on styling), we were asked for help in making a young man's parental consent form look serious. Do you appreciate being addressed formally by kids after 30, or does it make you feel old? Well, on the other side, a group of young men sat down and talked about bread and whether you can consume alcohol and food at the same time. To illustrate this, one of the men pulled two sourdough loaves out of his bag, although unfortunately they hadn't been home-baked. Since we were in chic Düsseldorf, we weren't sure whether the cardboard boxes serving as trash cans were a makeshift solution or a misunderstood art installation. All in all, a very entertaining location, unfortunately not suitable for a candlelit dinner. Stay tuned, because the Riffel is real!

VERY STINGY STORE!! No cutlery, not even a straw! I ordered an iced macchiato and asked for one. I was told they don't have straws for iced macchiatos—only for shakes! But service should be the same for everyone! If someone prefers a cold drink with a straw for certain reasons, especially if there are large pieces of ice in it, the service should act accordingly! And even worse: The cup I received even has room for a straw! The explanation was: "It's the weekend, and I need the straws for the shakes." What stinginess and disregard for paying customers!

The environment and service are outstanding

Fast and efficient service, friendly and welcoming staff. The meals were well prepared and served hot. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, perfect for a gourmet break in the heart of Düsseldorf.

I've visited this McDonald's branch many times and always given it another chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in most cases. Several times, I received incomplete or improperly prepared orders – for example, a burnt burger or only one piece of meat in the double chicken burger. The wait times are also not in keeping with a fast-food restaurant: I once had to wait over 11 minutes for my Smart Meal despite the branch being empty. Furthermore, the staff often seem unfriendly or unattentive. On the positive side, there's plenty of seating and the branch doesn't seem particularly dirty. However, the kitchen is the most important part of a restaurant – and this is where the greatest need for improvement lies. In case of emergency, you could perhaps visit the branch again, but unfortunately, problems simply occur here too frequently.

The rudest and most unfriendly McDonald's we've ever visited! First, the cashier was extremely rude. We had ordered at the terminal and were about to pick up our food when she asked us for the receipt in a very rude manner – with an unfriendly tone and expression, as if we were taking food that wasn't ours! She even rolled her eyes! It wasn't even full, and no one else was waiting at the checkout. We don't understand why this person was so disrespectful! Then I went to the restroom with my baby, where a cashier at the door yelled at us and demanded money. I explained that we had eaten there and had already paid, but she retorted, 'How am I supposed to know you were eating here? This isn't a public restroom! Pay or show me the receipt!'... In short: We've never had such an unpleasant experience at any other McDonald's!

Amazing, it was quick on a Wednesday evening

A restroom attendant was ordering food when I went to use the restroom. Upon entering, he told me to leave 50 cents, which I did. As I left, he verbally assaulted me, insulted me, and demanded more money. I paid a second time just to avoid further humiliation. The food is okay; it's usually cold or lukewarm. The tables are often not clean either. What really bothers me is the loud, depressing music. A fast-food restaurant isn't a nightclub. One positive I think is that you can use free WiFi for three hours.

A nice branch near the old town in Düsseldorf. The prices are quite reasonable. The menus offer a wide variety of options, including vegetarian options. You can enjoy the menus for around 10 euros per person. It's centrally located and on the busiest street. You can request table service. Orders are served to your table by staff. You can order in person or online.

The restroom is a complete horror. The lady who checks your receipt so you can use the bathroom just looks at her phone; there's no sign of cleaning. The floor in one of the restrooms was completely covered in pee, simply disgusting! The food was typical McDonald's, but extremely dry. The service was okay.

MC, that's it. The boss decides whether you eat. White shirt, short hair, Albanian face. No thanks, from Bavaria. Food okay. Atmosphere miserable on a Thursday.

Modern McDonalds, burgers were fresh and tasty

Clean and tidy. Classic fast food, simply. Waiting times may vary depending on the time of day, but usually around 10 minutes.

The cashier at the McCafe section was racist towards me. She was very polite and smiling while serving the white and blonde people waiting in line. When it was my turn, she said something loud and angry in German. I just wanted to give her my coffee order receipt.

Food is okay for fast food, overcrowded on weekends with teenagers, tables etc. Very sticky and dirty, staff are sometimes tense.

You are told that customers can use the toilet for free, but the cleaning lady won't let you leave without paying, regardless of whether you are a customer or not.

This McDonald's branch is located right on Bolker Straße, Düsseldorf's party district. Orders can be placed via service kiosks, and there's a delivery service available. When I visited the branch, it wasn't busy. The nuggets were fresh and arrived quickly. Definitely good for a McDonald's.

ZERO stars!!! Ordered 2 chicken burgers and a raspberry turnover. They only brought me the burgers. Had to ask 3 different employees for my raspberry bag (it was on the bill) - each of them wanted to give me the empty bag (bag) so I could pack my food. The fourth employee finally understood it after explaining it three more times. The whole thing took 10 minutes, so my burgers were cold. Thank you - never again. Then go to Burger King opposite!!!
