There was a very helpful lady at the cash register. While there is a Turkish language option at Burger King kiosks, unfortunately there is not one here.

Professional and well-organized even when it's busy. Food as always.

It's always extremely dirty, and the manager, with his black hair, high forehead, and large head, is very disrespectful to guests. When I complained about my burger, whose patty was cold, he poked it with his finger, said it was fresh, and then denied having poked it and refused to give me a new burger or my money back. Such conditions are intolerable. Aside from that: you always have to wait a long time, don't get your entire order, and have to argue. Don't expect fresh food, and you're guaranteed a bad mood after your visit. By far the worst McDonald's "restaurant" I know, not just in Düsseldorf.

Dear friends of good taste, it was that time again... After my friends and I attended the "Rock Against the Right" festival, we were overcome by the desire to visit a branch of our favorite restaurant. We decided on McDonald's in Düsseldorf's old town. Many other guests were already waiting for us outside the restaurant. Lively conversations and romantic licking among the trash of previously consumed food—where could it be better? The real party, however, awaited us inside; it was quite busy. So we ordered our beloved ribbed fries and could hardly wait to finally eat. Even the announcement of the order number was an event, as a security guard stood at the counter with a microphone and handed out the numbers. Great, we've never experienced anything like it before, as entertaining as bingo in a retirement home, without the elderly... without a bingo... After receiving our food, we sat down. Although we had indicated on the spot that we wanted food, we were given our food in bags and handed to us without a tray. Between conversations about relationship crises and worries about how to gain access to a dance club as a minor (spoiler alert: 15-year-olds with skirts so short their underwear shows through should first watch YouTube tutorials on styling), we were asked for help in making a young man's parental consent form look serious. Do you appreciate being addressed formally by kids after 30, or does it make you feel old? Well, on the other side, a group of young men sat down and talked about bread and whether you can consume alcohol and food at the same time. To illustrate this, one of the men pulled two sourdough loaves out of his bag, although unfortunately they hadn't been home-baked. Since we were in chic Düsseldorf, we weren't sure whether the cardboard boxes serving as trash cans were a makeshift solution or a misunderstood art installation. All in all, a very entertaining location, unfortunately not suitable for a candlelit dinner. Stay tuned, because the Riffel is real!

VERY STINGY STORE!! No cutlery, not even a straw! I ordered an iced macchiato and asked for one. I was told they don't have straws for iced macchiatos—only for shakes! But service should be the same for everyone! If someone prefers a cold drink with a straw for certain reasons, especially if there are large pieces of ice in it, the service should act accordingly! And even worse: The cup I received even has room for a straw! The explanation was: "It's the weekend, and I need the straws for the shakes." What stinginess and disregard for paying customers!

A good option for a quick meal when you're short on time. The girl brought our food to the table and then came to pick it up while we were eating ice cream. The downside was that there were two people in the restroom who charged you 50 cents. Before entering.

What I ordered was wrong , and even telling them before i pick up the product they refused to get the right order. Not a good McDonalds service standard as I used to know I don’t recommend here

The environment and service are outstanding

Fast and efficient service, friendly and welcoming staff. The meals were well prepared and served hot. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, perfect for a gourmet break in the heart of Düsseldorf.

I've visited this McDonald's branch many times and always given it another chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in most cases. Several times, I received incomplete or improperly prepared orders – for example, a burnt burger or only one piece of meat in the double chicken burger. The wait times are also not in keeping with a fast-food restaurant: I once had to wait over 11 minutes for my Smart Meal despite the branch being empty. Furthermore, the staff often seem unfriendly or unattentive. On the positive side, there's plenty of seating and the branch doesn't seem particularly dirty. However, the kitchen is the most important part of a restaurant – and this is where the greatest need for improvement lies. In case of emergency, you could perhaps visit the branch again, but unfortunately, problems simply occur here too frequently.

The rudest and most unfriendly McDonald's we've ever visited! First, the cashier was extremely rude. We had ordered at the terminal and were about to pick up our food when she asked us for the receipt in a very rude manner – with an unfriendly tone and expression, as if we were taking food that wasn't ours! She even rolled her eyes! It wasn't even full, and no one else was waiting at the checkout. We don't understand why this person was so disrespectful! Then I went to the restroom with my baby, where a cashier at the door yelled at us and demanded money. I explained that we had eaten there and had already paid, but she retorted, 'How am I supposed to know you were eating here? This isn't a public restroom! Pay or show me the receipt!'... In short: We've never had such an unpleasant experience at any other McDonald's!

Amazing, it was quick on a Wednesday evening

A restroom attendant was ordering food when I went to use the restroom. Upon entering, he told me to leave 50 cents, which I did. As I left, he verbally assaulted me, insulted me, and demanded more money. I paid a second time just to avoid further humiliation. Disgusting behavior 🤯 I will never enter this place again and strongly advise everyone else to avoid it!

Paying to use the bathroom isn't great, but paying 50 cents only to find a completely filthy toilet is a disgrace.

The food is okay, and the place is generally clean. The service was also friendly and courteous. But unfortunately, there's always a big problem: the restroom situation. Yesterday, I even got into an argument with the restroom attendant. Although I was allowed to use the restroom for free as a paying customer (with my receipt), he repeatedly insisted on paying 50 cents in broken German – and he did so very assertively. I emphasized several times that I was a customer, but I was still directed to the paid restroom. In the end, I was allowed to use the restroom, which unfortunately wasn't particularly clean either. The employee initially even refused to give me back my receipt, after which the argument continued. I find it a disgrace to ask customers to pay despite having placed an order. This is completely unacceptable and should be urgently reconsidered.

The food is okay; it's usually cold or lukewarm. The tables are often not clean either. What really bothers me is the loud, depressing music. A fast-food restaurant isn't a nightclub. One positive I think is that you can use free WiFi for three hours.

The food was absolutely disgusting. It tasted really bad for the price. The atmosphere was quite good. Nice and spacious. Plenty of room. Not recommended; it didn't taste good.

A nice branch near the old town in Düsseldorf. The prices are quite reasonable. The menus offer a wide variety of options, including vegetarian options. You can enjoy the menus for around 10 euros per person. It's centrally located and on the busiest street. You can request table service. Orders are served to your table by staff. You can order in person or online.

The restroom is a complete horror. The lady who checks your receipt so you can use the bathroom just looks at her phone; there's no sign of cleaning. The floor in one of the restrooms was completely covered in pee, simply disgusting! The food was typical McDonald's, but extremely dry. The service was okay.

MC, that's it. The boss decides whether you eat. White shirt, short hair, Albanian face. No thanks, from Bavaria. Food okay. Atmosphere miserable on a Thursday.

Modern McDonalds, burgers were fresh and tasty

Clean and tidy. Classic fast food, simply. Waiting times may vary depending on the time of day, but usually around 10 minutes.

The cashier at the McCafe section was racist towards me. She was very polite and smiling while serving the white and blonde people waiting in line. When it was my turn, she said something loud and angry in German. I just wanted to give her my coffee order receipt.

Food is okay for fast food, overcrowded on weekends with teenagers, tables etc. Very sticky and dirty, staff are sometimes tense.

This McDonald's branch is located right on Bolker Straße, Düsseldorf's party district. Orders can be placed via service kiosks, and there's a delivery service available. When I visited the branch, it wasn't busy. The nuggets were fresh and arrived quickly. Definitely good for a McDonald's.

ZERO stars!!! Ordered 2 chicken burgers and a raspberry turnover. They only brought me the burgers. Had to ask 3 different employees for my raspberry bag (it was on the bill) - each of them wanted to give me the empty bag (bag) so I could pack my food. The fourth employee finally understood it after explaining it three more times. The whole thing took 10 minutes, so my burgers were cold. Thank you - never again. Then go to Burger King opposite!!!

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly when I visited. We had to wait 50 minutes for our 8 cheeseburgers, and still. Only got 3 cheeseburgers and 3 chicken burgers. There was also medium-length hair on two chicken burgers, which we simply cut down. We have already eaten at a few McDonald's, which, like this one, were relatively centrally located, but we have never received such rude and derogatory service as at the McDonald's on Heinrich Heine Allee in Düsseldorf. Very unfortunate. I'm still waiting for a replacement for my missing order. But what do you want to do as a simple man?

Very disappointing, I went to McDonald's with my children because of the Pokémon Happy Meal promotion, all the missing products were sold out, but we were only told that the card was no longer there when we handed it over after paying. I had the worst experience ever. Yesterday was my first time in Düsseldorf, and I wanted to try McDonald's to see what the German McDonald's had to offer. I ordered some food, ate it, and then wanted to use the restroom. I went downstairs and encountered a rude, impolite woman. She said I had to pay to use the restroom, and I told her I was a customer and had already eaten. She insisted that I still had to pay, so I thought everyone had to pay, even customers, so I paid. I saw several people enter the restroom without paying. I approached an employee and asked if customers still had to pay, and he said they didn't. So, I went back downstairs with my receipt, and she refused to refund me even though she had a tray of change right in front of her. That woman argued with me and said that since I had already paid, I was making a fuss over the money. It's not about the money; it's about the fact that she lied to me. I clearly asked if customers had to pay, and she lied that I still had to pay. Then she cursed at me, using the F-word. That woman really needs to be fired. Looking through the reviews, I'm not the only one who has had problems with her.

Was there on Saturday night – an experience for all the senses! 🎉 Happy Meal: 10/10, culinary masterpiece. Music: Hotter than in the club, DJ Ronald goes crazy. 🎶 Pokémon cards: Absolute highlight, almost more valuable than my semester fees. Fragrance: An exquisite blend of eau de vomit and kebab aftershave. Clientele: From Gucci to Gossenpoet – the crème de la crème of the night scene meets here. Conclusion: A gourmet temple with festival vibes. I'll be back! 🍔🔥

A Terrible Experience – Save Yourself the Trouble I recently tried this maccies, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything about it was frustrating, disappointing, and downright infuriating. Here’s why I would never recommend it to anyone: Poor Customer Service The customer service was absolutely abysmal. I reached out multiple times with questions and concerns, but every interaction felt like pulling teeth. The representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issues. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. Misleading Promises The company made a lot of big promises, but none of them were delivered. The features they advertised either didn’t work as described or were missing altogether. It felt like I was sold a completely different product than what I actually received. The lack of transparency and honesty was incredibly frustrating. Waste of Time and Money At the end of the day, this service was a complete waste of both time and money. I didn’t get anything of value out of it, and I regret ever giving it a try. The entire experience left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. Final Thoughs I can’t stress enough how much I disliked this service. It was poorly designed, poorly executed, and left me with nothing but frustration. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere—there are far better options out there.

Food was delicious, but strange large woman stormed at us getting aggressive and kept banging her table when we wanted to use the toilets, with her demanding money off us. There were also four homeless people holding picket signs walking around the shop. Very weird experience.

As you can see it is clean on the surface, but under the table it gets disgusting.... Overall impression: I wanted a Happy Meal and was already looked at askance, I wasn't allowed to choose a gift, I bought a Happy Meal specifically for a specific gift 🎁. Staff very unfriendly and the toilet lady immediately wanted 0.50 cents from me, otherwise I couldn't go to the toilet. Music was way too loud, you couldn't have a conversation. Went to MC Donalds again today January 6th, 2025 If you ask me, this visit was the worst: 1. I first went to the toilet and then wanted to eat something. For Turists; There is a toilet inside, but it is said that you have to pay 50 cents. There is a German text on the wall. When I translate this text, it says that customers can show their receipts and enter for free. Since this text is only written in German, we paid a toilet fee twice even though we were customers. To be sure, the middle class leader didn't even look at the orders. So stupid, why does he work there if he doesn't know how to behave towards customers?

Had a great experience here, ordered a cheeseburger, in less than 2 minutes it was ready, fresh, and good, the lady handing out the burgers told me guten appetit, which made me feel good 👍🏼😊, everything was organised give these guys a raise yo.

Food is below Mc Donalds Standard. Selected dine in but meals were packed for take out. Sign with order numbers were U/S so they called out the numbers via a karaoke machine in german only. No runners to clean the restaurant and it showed because it was a pigstine. Plenty of staff behind the counters twiddling their thumbs and looking busy. They forgot part of the order and took the full receipt at pick up. Smell of weed inside the restaurant. Security at the door was eating or smoking the whole time.

Never been to such a good MC. Everything was clean and you wouldn't believe it. We didn't sit down for 25 seconds before the order came 😅 and we had 4 menus with extra requests but everything was super fresh and as ordered! Respect to the team!

McDonald's is actually the same everywhere. One would think. Here in Düsseldorf in the old town everything was perfect. The shop itself gets 1 star deduction for the ambience. It looked like a canteen. Unfortunately.

Sufficient terminals to order. Lots of space, nice atmosphere and air conditioning. Toilets clean. Food reasonable. Happy meal was ok, slat could have been fresher. I'll be back.

Essen Top..Toiletten Herren naja..Darauf hingewiesen das Seifenspender leer ist und voll uriniert ist das Klo trotz keine Behebung dessen..Nach 40 Minuten sollten man wischen können und Seife auffüllen.Vor allem wenn im Laden nur 3 Gäste sind ..Aber die Angestellten hatten alle Spaß .Ansonsten alles gut ..

Don’t bother using table service late at night, as even though it’ll show as available, it won’t be - so, you’ll sit there wondering where your food…when you query it, it’ll be sitting there going cold!!

I don't recommend this place at all. The staff is not friendly at all, they refuse to speak English. First I asked one employee why it was taking so long and how long I should wait, he simply turned away and left. Then I asked another employee who was giving out orders, he told me that only German language, and refused to talk to me, then my order was placed next to him, but he simply pretended that it was not there, and continued to give out orders that had just been placed. When he finally deigned to give me my order, he behaved without any polite manners. Very unpleasant.
