Very unfriendly treatment of children! My son needed a new straw for his shake because the first one, made of cardboard, had gone soggy. Instead, he was told that a straw would cost extra. The children were even spoken to loudly, which frightened them. Absolutely not recommended for families.

I've been here several times and had a good experience so far. Food tastes good, waiting times aren't that long, just a normal McDonald's. What's a bit annoying is that the order terminals often break.

Bought 3 donuts at the drive-thru today, then realized at home that these donuts were rock hard and must have been on display for a few days! In the restaurant the tables are always dirty as is the floor. Hygiene and food control are not important here! Outrageously dry donuts for sale!

Something goes wrong in 90% of orders. Products are constantly missing, and the employees seem to be overwhelmed with putting them together, especially with larger orders. To be on the safe side, I now check the order directly on site. This leads to anger among some employees because I would supposedly block the counter, which is not true at all because, in contrast to the tables, there is still space there for paying customers. Ordering on one of the three terminals (the fourth has probably been broken for a year) is always a lottery because the entries are processed very poorly and slowly. If the staff has not unplugged the screen again, the waiting numbers are quickly marked as finished, even though they are not yet finished. When the screen is running, an extra number of orders are now marked as finished, as the new orders that are marked as finished are no longer visible. I assume that time measurements are carried out here... Anyone who knows the branch knows that no order is prepared quickly here. Ordering on the drive is often quicker, but you always have to wait in line... even for a simple order. Update from February 25: The ordering terminal is still broken, a takeaway order was not complete, unfortunately we did not check it beforehand. In addition, the BigMac was equipped with the wrong roll and the Royal cheese was also very badly fried (already had black spots) and also very carelessly topped. McDonald's should urgently carry out regular quality controls here.

Chaotic McD! It's never tidy and the tables are never wiped. I've also had an employee give me a rag. Rarely do all of the 4 order terminals work. If something is wrong with the orders, the employees are happy to answer rudely. The only reason why I still go here is my children, but I don't eat anything myself.

For me, McDonald's has always been a quick and easy place to grab a burger. In terms of taste, everything is actually fine - the classics like the Big Mac or cheeseburger taste as good as ever. But what really bothers me are the current prices. The burgers still look the same as before - no larger portion, no better quality, nothing new - but now cost significantly more. In my opinion, it's just too expensive for what you get. I understand that everything is becoming more expensive, but for me the price-performance ratio is simply no longer right here.

German language skills 0. The man couldn't even say "park in front". He chatted 3 times and then explained what he wanted with his hands and feet. Something is almost always missing. Now there were some big fries on the menu again. Very annoying, especially if you have children and are at home. Ordered via UberEats. It's just strange that this always happens in this restaurant. At work we order in Kaarst, so that doesn't happen there.

I really wonder what the manager would say about this, 2 employees who mostly have nothing to do other than to the left of the entrance when you come in with a few people chilling and the place looks like shit and the rest of the employees have to do the work. Also provocatively a Burger King bag and food on the people's table there which every customer could see. For something like that and the mess that wasn't cleaned up, these employees would receive termination or a warning and in the end the food would have to wait 15 minutes. The incident happened on December 1st at 1:36 a.m. and the employees definitely saw it because the young man sometimes went to the cash register, McDrive counter or kitchen and kept passing it. I will definitely never visit this store again if I'm ever near it again.

It was a windy November evening. I entered the restaurant with a smile that I had to completely lose before leaving the building. My plan was to order a Big Rösti, two Big Rösti Raclette, a Big Rösti Chilli, a Hamburger Royal TS and two apple turnovers for my mother, my brother and me, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. After several times literally hammering on the tablet, which barely responded and had a slow response, I was finally able to complete my order. When I went to the counter, I noticed that even after waiting for a long time, my order number was not showing on the displays. I noticed, unsettled, that my order was being put together loudly, with the help of the (I assumed because of her behavior towards the other employees) manager, who was commanding her employees to complete the order in a timely manner. A few statements she made that particularly stood out to me were "If you burn any fries again, one of you will die!" Or “Where is the second damn Big Rösti Raclette?!” When I was finally allowed to take my order after a long wait, the corners of my mouth were at the bottom of my face. With a sad look, I went back to my car, where I checked the order to make sure it was complete and was pleasantly surprised, but I was horrified to discover at home that the "second damn Big Rösti Raclette" turned out to be a second Big Rösti Chilli. All in all, they've done more wrong things with smaller orders, so props for that.

Came here for chicken nuggets. Ordered via app and pick up at drive through. No problems and all quite fast. Can recommend.

It is what it is, overcrowded return carts and ordering via the touch things often doesn't work. Not responding or taking a long time to move to the next page.

McDrive couldn't accept any app orders and once again something was missing from the order at the end.

I had pre-ordered 2 big Mac “net potato” and nuggets. I was served fries from the day before instead of fishnet potatoes. When ordering in advance, the customer expects their food to be ready to be picked up. When I gave my order number on site, I was told to pull over, wait about 15 minutes until the nice employee finished her cigarette and then she brought me my food. Not recommended this restaurant.

On September 8, 2024 at 3:50 p.m., a very cheeky and arrogant blonde employee at the Mc Drive counter explained that you couldn't redeem coupons because the checkout would then crash. I would prefer to give no star at all. The blonde employee at McDrive with a funny accent is sooo unfriendly. There was a technical malfunction, which meant that codes could not be given. You can only order what she tells us. When she kindly pointed out that it was best to sign it, we were so insulted by her. The money was simply thrown at the customer in front, so he had to get out of the car. Why are such people employed there at all who take out their frustration on customers?

We wanted to eat ice cream with the family and the children should slide a bit on the slide. 7 people behind the counter, maybe 2 of them were working. The rest were joking (which is fine if you can do your work at the same time). Ordering via the screen takes forever, the line went all the way outside. One screen out of three broken. For example, you could have proactively asked customers to check out. I ordered 3 ice creams and a milkshake. The ice machine needed to be refilled. 3 ice creams are tapped and left to stand. Then filled up. At that time the ice began to melt. I made the staff aware that this doesn't work. Why not fill it up first and then get the order ready? Got new ice cream on it, but much smaller. Overall, not a nice visit.

Employees were completely overwhelmed and could hardly speak German. They didn't speak English at all, but they spoke perfect Russian among themselves. A full menu sat on the counter the entire time and no one knew who it belonged to. Dirt, garbage and contamination everywhere you looked. Order machines partially broken or without printer paper. A guest was neither served nor received an answer; he was not even noticed. The food was once again really disgusting, it felt like there wasn't an adult employee there. The tables were all smeared. It would be appropriate to talk to the public order office, this branch is an imposition.

I've never experienced anything so cheeky at a McDonald's. The fries (large) 4x were so hard and not even lukewarm, you couldn't eat them. I was just there and ordered a box of 20 chicken nuggets for 7.99 and the Mc Smart menu was 5.99. In the menu there should be two citizens, one fries, one drink. Been there yesterday and that was the last time. At first it didn't work to use coupons from the app. Then I received my order and, as always, checked to make sure everything was in there correctly. When I got home I opened my Hamburger royal TS and saw that it was unusually thin. Then I opened it and saw that they hadn't put any meat on it.
