German language skills 0. The man couldn't even say "park in front". He chatted 3 times and then explained what he wanted with his hands and feet. Fast food is no longer available either, we waited over 20 minutes and then we got a bag with food thrown in, fries everywhere! Absolute disaster. It was still cold, yes, 4 people got their things before us despite pre-ordering. There's no arguing about that. I bet they also got their citizens smeared on the inside wall of the door. Endless waste of money

There was a big piece of paper in my mc muffin! I've never experienced anything so disgusting! I'm also pretty sure I've bitten on eggshells several times! It's outrageous and brazen to serve people something like that! You don't expect much at McDonald's anyway but this took it to a whole new level!

Something goes wrong in 90% of orders. Products are constantly missing, and the employees seem to be overwhelmed with putting them together, especially with larger orders. To be on the safe side, I now check the order directly on site. This leads to anger among some employees because I would supposedly block the counter, which is not true at all because, in contrast to the tables, there is still space there for paying customers. Ordering on one of the three terminals (the fourth has probably been broken for a year) is always a lottery because the entries are processed very poorly and slowly. If the staff has not unplugged the screen again, the waiting numbers are quickly marked as finished, even though they are not yet finished. When the screen is running, an extra number of orders are now marked as finished, as the new orders that are marked as finished are no longer visible. I assume that time measurements are carried out here... Anyone who knows the branch knows that no order is prepared quickly here. Ordering on the drive is often quicker, but you always have to wait in line... even for a simple order.

Something is almost always missing. Now there were some big fries on the menu again. Very annoying, especially if you have children and are at home. Ordered via UberEats. It's just strange that this always happens in this restaurant. At work we order in Kaarst, so that doesn't happen there.

I really wonder what the manager would say about this, 2 employees who mostly have nothing to do other than to the left of the entrance when you come in with a few people chilling and the place looks like shit and the rest of the employees have to do the work. Also provocatively a Burger King bag and food on the people's table there which every customer could see. For something like that and the mess that wasn't cleaned up, these employees would receive termination or a warning and in the end the food would have to wait 15 minutes. The incident happened on December 1st at 1:36 a.m. and the employees definitely saw it because the young man sometimes went to the cash register, McDrive counter or kitchen and kept passing it. I will definitely never visit this store again if I'm ever near it again.

It was a windy November evening. I entered the restaurant with a smile that I had to completely lose before leaving the building. My plan was to order a Big Rösti, two Big Rösti Raclette, a Big Rösti Chilli, a Hamburger Royal TS and two apple turnovers for my mother, my brother and me, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. After several times literally hammering on the tablet, which barely responded and had a slow response, I was finally able to complete my order. When I went to the counter, I noticed that even after waiting for a long time, my order number was not showing on the displays. I noticed, unsettled, that my order was being put together loudly, with the help of the (I assumed because of her behavior towards the other employees) manager, who was commanding her employees to complete the order in a timely manner. A few statements she made that particularly stood out to me were "If you burn any fries again, one of you will die!" Or “Where is the second damn Big Rösti Raclette?!” When I was finally allowed to take my order after a long wait, the corners of my mouth were at the bottom of my face. With a sad look, I went back to my car, where I checked the order to make sure it was complete and was pleasantly surprised, but I was horrified to discover at home that the "second damn Big Rösti Raclette" turned out to be a second Big Rösti Chilli. All in all, they've done more wrong things with smaller orders, so props for that.

Came here for chicken nuggets. Ordered via app and pick up at drive through. No problems and all quite fast. Can recommend.

It is what it is, overcrowded return carts and ordering via the touch things often doesn't work. Not responding or taking a long time to move to the next page.

McDrive couldn't accept any app orders and once again something was missing from the order at the end.

I had pre-ordered 2 big Mac “net potato” and nuggets. I was served fries from the day before instead of fishnet potatoes. When ordering in advance, the customer expects their food to be ready to be picked up. When I gave my order number on site, I was told to pull over, wait about 15 minutes until the nice employee finished her cigarette and then she brought me my food. Not recommended this restaurant.

On September 8, 2024 at 3:50 p.m., a very cheeky and arrogant blonde employee at the Mc Drive counter explained that you couldn't redeem coupons because the checkout would then crash. I would prefer to give no star at all. The blonde employee at McDrive with a funny accent is sooo unfriendly. There was a technical malfunction, which meant that codes could not be given. You can only order what she tells us. When she kindly pointed out that it was best to sign it, we were so insulted by her. We wanted to eat ice cream with the family and the children should slide a bit on the slide. 7 people behind the counter, maybe 2 of them were working. The rest were joking (which is fine if you can do your work at the same time). Ordering via the screen takes forever, the line went all the way outside. One screen out of three broken. For example, you could have proactively asked customers to check out. I ordered 3 ice creams and a milkshake. The ice machine needed to be refilled. 3 ice creams are tapped and left to stand. Then filled up. At that time the ice began to melt. I made the staff aware that this doesn't work. Why not fill it up first and then get the order ready? Got new ice cream on it, but much smaller. Overall, not a nice visit.

Employees were completely overwhelmed and could hardly speak German. They didn't speak English at all, but they spoke perfect Russian among themselves. A full menu sat on the counter the entire time and no one knew who it belonged to. Dirt, garbage and contamination everywhere you looked. Order machines partially broken or without printer paper. A guest was neither served nor received an answer; he was not even noticed. The food was once again really disgusting, it felt like there wasn't an adult employee there. The tables were all smeared. It would be appropriate to talk to the public order office, this branch is an imposition.

I've never experienced anything so cheeky at a McDonald's. The fries (large) 4x were so hard and not even lukewarm, you couldn't eat them. Since I come from the catering industry myself, I know that these fries have been there for a long time and have been kept warm. The request for ice cubes was skillfully ignored. Been there yesterday and that was the last time. At first it didn't work to use coupons from the app. Then I received my order and, as always, checked to make sure everything was in there correctly. When I got home I opened my Hamburger royal TS and saw that it was unusually thin. Then I opened it and saw that they hadn't put any meat on it. Was at MC Donalds here at Burgunderstraße 51-53, 40549 Düsseldorf today at 12:35 a.m. Had to pick up a friend from work. I had a sore throat and wanted to get something to drink. I ordered 1 medium iced tea at mc drive for 3.45 euros. The lady gave it to me without a straw. I asked her for a straw, only she told me she wasn't allowed to. I told her I can't drink it but I should try it anyway. I tried it and wanted a straw because I could drink it better in the car that way. She refused it. I told her to give my money back and I would leave the drink there. Their opinion, they drank from it. Out of anger, I simply let the cup fall out of the car window. The lady called me a cunt. Then she also lied and said I wanted to shoot her with it, which wasn't true. Her colleague came over and said she had heard it. Hello, overheard but didn't see it and make me out to be a liar. I told her there are cameras and she said you can't see it. This branch doesn't deserve a single star. Rude and totally disgusting towards customers. Oh yes, she told me I wasn't a customer, but a guest. I should dry up my sore throat. That's her way to the guest. I will definitely never spend a cent here again. Shame on you.

車で寄り易い位置にあるマックです。常にそんなに混雑することなく、非常に利用しやすいです。お店の前にUターンできる信号があり、右車線左車線関係なしにアクセスしやすい位置にあります。店内も綺麗に清掃されています。

Wie kann das sein das fast bei jedem McDrive besuch immer etwas fehlt bei der Bestellung mal ist es die Sauce , mal wird ein Burger vertauscht , mal bekommt man eine ganz andere Bestellung die man nicht bestellt hat. Ich habs echt satt jedes mal dann zahlt man noch extra für die Saucen die man am Ende nicht bekommt. Zum kotzen .

Ambiente: Etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Der Boden war fettig und dadurch sehr rutschig. Das wenig bis garnicht motivierte Personal sah sich außer Stande die Rückgabewagen mal zu leeren und dadurch vermüllte der Restaurantbereich zusehenst! Die Bestellung kam nicht vollständig an den Tisch, alles zu schwierig! Seit froh, dass keine Fotos dabei sind. An dem Abend ist da was völlig aus dem Ruder gelaufen...

Also,heute waren wir sehr unzufrieden!! Die Big Rösti waren echte Drögelburger! Es war so gut wie keine Sauce drauf.Sie wirkten alt und waren einfach ekelhaft! Die beiden Menüs waren im Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis unterirdisch. Die Pommes waren zu einem Teil hell und wabbelig und zum anderen Teil alt! Tja,manchmal echt nicht zu empfehlen!! Also,erst mal nicht mehr!!

Die Auswahl an Snacks und Menüs ist hier vielfältig. Hier findet jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack.

Alles, wie man es erwartet. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz, Fahrtrichtung von Neuss nach Meerbusch. Einzig beim McMenü fiel die Pommes etwas klein aus.

Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist wie immer bei McDonalds.

30 Min auf ein Happy meal und Sparmenü gewartet, dabei war das Restaurant so gut wie leer, Drive,3 Autos...Dann darf man sich noch anpampen lassen wenn man nett fragt. Und dann ist das Essen auch noch eiskalt. Respekt
