Friendly staff at the McDrive, but the two Big Macs were so badly packed that you couldn't eat them without showering afterward. Hence only 3 stars.

Parking is difficult on Sundays, and the store is quite busy in the afternoon. Another customer who tried to push ahead became verbally aggressive. The staff is small, and they seem exhausted and stressed. The burger I ordered was only lukewarm, but the rest of the food was okay. Overall, the store was very noisy. If you're looking for a quiet atmosphere, this is the wrong place. There are only two women's restrooms, which aren't clean and don't have paper towels. There's also a changing table in the women's restroom. The lobby and the toilet stalls are very narrow. Otherwise, the store is wheelchair accessible.

ALWAYS forget something. Don't even order a Happy Meal; you won't get the toy anyway, and half your order will be missing.

This is by far the worst MCD! The service is horrible, unfriendly, and unable to express themselves verbally. Instead of telling you how much to pay, they simply hold out their hand and look away. Respect for someone like that. They force food into your hand without a word of greeting. And... to top it all off... only to find out afterwards that everything was completely cold! So I politely turned to an employee (she had a rose tattoo on her neck) and asked for a little more sauce. She explained to me that there was only one serving of sauce, and when I pointed out that there was actually hardly any sauce, she literally threw the McFlurry on the counter and made me a whole new one as if I was a nuisance. The meaning behind it must also be questioned. The way she handed me the new McFlurry was very disrespectful. It felt like she was taking her frustration out on me even though I was just asking for a small touch-up. I then politely asked her to treat me with respect. When I asked her her name, she replied that she wasn't allowed to reveal it. At this point another employee came along and apparently tried to mediate. Although she seemed nice, I had the feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and the disrespectful treatment was not addressed. I find it very disappointing that this kind of treatment occurs in a restaurant where hospitality and respect should be fundamental. Every guest has the right to be treated with kindness and respect, and I expect your employees to implement this in their daily work. When 'Fast' food is no longer fast. This is how i can describe almost every Mcdonalds restaurant in Germany. I won't dig into reasons or speculate why is it like this. But all restaurants are always short-staffed or workers are trying to replicate sloths with their work speed. And not just that, i know i can wait for my precious burger and fries... but when i receive the wrong order and staff looks at me like i'm the one who did their burger wrong...
