By far the best McDonald’s I know. The only minus star is that the display board doesn't work properly and always shows that the food can be picked up, which is never the case.

It's by far one of the best mc's in the city. We come here twice a week

Only 1 cash register open even though there are 4. It's not recommended to wait here to get something quickly

Quiet and clean place... pleasant meal

I waited 25 minutes for my food to go and half of it was missing. The milk shake and iced coffee were ready straight away, but then melted. I went straight to the pickup counter to complain. Nobody asked what I wanted. I first had to draw attention to myself. After a mere 30 minutes I finally got everything together. 👎🏻

The employees were pretty overwhelmed and 20 nuggets would be forgotten. The call system doesn't work at all. You are called and 10-15 minutes later the order was ready and was not complete…

The food was okay, McDonald's standard. But the burger was just kind of careless and stacked crookedly, so I couldn't eat it without losing all the contents. Maybe you could put a little more effort into that. The employees were so friendly and put the order together in a reasonable time and correctly. Unfortunately, the tables in the restaurant were all mostly dirty, so you had to wipe the crumbs from the previous customer off the table. The toilets were dirty and untidy. So the food and service were okay by McDonald's standards, but the cleanliness in the customer areas definitely needs improvement.

Although I had to wait a long time for the food, the food was cold. I know it's not always very hot. But this time it was very cold and not because of the salad but the meat and rolls. When I wanted to complain about it, they didn't listen to me. Then I left angry, 7 EU for nothing. I won't go there anymore.

When I entered the branch, I had to think twice about whether I wanted to eat there. The tables and floors were not clean. When we asked if someone could clean the tables, an employee came and only cleaned two tables. He simply overlooked the dirt and grime on the other tables. The leftover food from the other guests was still there. Clearing and hygiene poor. I cannot recommend eating there. Toilets are an imposition. The only positive thing about the branch was that all the employees were super friendly. The cleaning company and staff urgently need training. Branch not recommended.

Food inedible. Unfortunately, there was so much hectic in the kitchen that my burgers split into several pieces while I was eating them. A manager who seems very overwhelmed and doesn't know what to pack where. Quality of the food leaves something to be desired.. Fries raw and over salted.. BigMac inedible.. everything was reflected in stomach problems. Thanks for the diarrhea👍🏻 Never this branch again!

Never seen such an unhygienic McDonald's, the toilets, the floor, the tables and the smell in the toilet were a complete disaster. My tray arrived completely wet, so after I went to the toilet I was just disgusted and just wanted to get out. When I told an employee about the smell and the dirty toilet, he went in and confirmed this, but he wiped the floor again with the same mop, which was black and stitching... Saturday. After a visit to the hardware store, order a Big Mac and a McFlurry and two finger cleaning wipes at the drive-thru. Ordering in advance is not possible for some items. Why? Pay at the next counter. Come to the pickup counter, there are no towels in there. I ask again. The young man refuses my request. I insist on the cleaning wipes. I say that there were no problems with this when ordering and that I couldn't eat with dirty fingers. I hate these discussions. I'm spoiled for food. I'm getting more and more annoyed with Mäckes. Usually no milkshake available (why is it offered?) McFlurry and Mc Sunday not everywhere either. Staff sometimes rude, long waiting times. Internet ordering not possible due to poor reception. It's slowly enough. At Burger King, the employees bring food to my table without asking. They politely declined tips. There the food is hot, it comes with refreshing towels and a smile. Why doesn't this work at McDo? Are the working conditions there that bad? I don't like their long faces, lack of helpfulness for people with mobility problems, toilets on the second floor, long queues and mass processing.

McDonald’s in Germany is the best in the world! Better than UAE!! And it’s hard to beat quality and consistency of offerings in the UAE! The customisation allowed is amazing and the offers on the McDonald’s app make it amazing value for money!! In dubai you can get a fish fillet for 14 AED approx 3.5 euro, in the U.K. it’s £4.19 (5.1 euro), using the app you can get 2 for 5.50 euro!!!

Waited at the counter for 20 minutes. The dam was said to be closed. Great…… The lady didn’t even want to give her name. Unusual. Don't go there at a later time...

A pity ! So you stop at the “Golden M” late at night, and what happens? First the machine doesn't issue a receipt after the card payment, then the order is wrong, the gentleman at the counter speaks very "unclearly" and claims it was our mistake. Statement: Statement! The sound makes the music ! In addition, some of the food was only lukewarm and the "large" pack of fries was not full. Unfortunately the tables were found dirty! The bottom line is that this is not how you treat customers. If you don't feel like working late, keep your eyes open when choosing a career!!

Breakfast ends at 10:30. At 10:28 the lady has to ask if it would still be possible to order. At 10:30 sharp she comes and says after she scans the coupon, the cashier says no. You are obliged to accept orders until 10:30 sharp without asking. “Fast” good only takes 2-3 minutes anyway, you won’t do anything complicated

The food was, well, not really warm at first and some ingredients were missing. Service wasn't quick, certainly there's a reason why it wasn't warm. The ambience is destroyed because the cleanliness is not that good.

Absolutely impossible there, the employees there repeatedly lied to their faces and all the burgers were drier than a desert. No wonder this company's reputation is plummeting.

Food was just like typical McDonald's ones!The kids play area is there. Busy on Saturday evening so getting a park could be challenging.

Although it was open 24 hours a day, even the drive-in was closed at 2 a.m., even though it was ordered via the app. The restaurant manager tried to explain to me that I couldn't get all the products at 1:53 a.m.... only when I said it had already been ordered and paid for via the app my products are freshly prepared, so the quality is good, the service and ambience are subpar!

We ordered 20 plant nuggets, and we also seemed to have included chicken nuggets made from chicken meat, which was at least a mix of both and very annoying. Not recommended as a vegetarian/vegan :(

You rarely experience such unfriendly staff. At this McDonald's the opening hours don't count, we stood in line at the drive-in for about 20 minutes when it came to our turn, about 15 minutes before closing time we were just rudely told that there are no more burgers, we're closing and they can continue driving. Sry, that doesn't work at all. When we spoke to an employee outside again, we were shown a note on the door saying it closes at 2, but it wasn't until just before 2 and we still needed a while to get out of the drive-in, there were people in front of us too still cars... If I treated customers like that at my job, I could report to the employment office very quickly

Ordered a cappuccino with extra espresso...and got a normal one

I ordered from their branch (Königsbergerstrasse 23/40231 Düsseldorf) through the drive through. My order was not complete because the employee did not take my order correctly. I was told at the second window that my missing product would be brought to me and that I should wait at the side. After 5 minutes an employee came and gave me the receipt and told me to get in line again. When I explained to her that my 5 food orders would get cold, she told me that wasn't her problem. She refused to tell me her name. She said she was the manager and I should leave. She was German, blonde with a pigtail and worked at 3 p.m. I have never experienced such rude service! When I got home, more products were missing. It's not a bad thing to make a mistake or forget something, but it shows incredible audacity to treat customers like that!

Wie schon mehrfach hier beschrieben, fehlt immer etwas bei der Bestellung in dieser Filiale. Diesmal waren es die großen Pommes .

So viele Mitarbeiter aber niemand weiß was er tun soll wir haben da 1h gewartet die Mitarbeiterin war respektlos und wollte unsere Bestellung nicht stunieren und unser geld nicht gegeben sie wollte nicht mal den chep rufen !! Also geht nicht dahin!!

Vergessen immer wieder Sachen am McDrive. Das ist aber nicht mein Problem sondern das zufällig um 1:45 Uhr das System nicht funktioniert und meine Bestellung nicht annehmen kann (obwohl online alles schon gemacht wurde ) und genau um 2 Uhr beim Ladenschluss, haben die mich nach Hause geschickt.

Wie immer enttäuschend. Ich bin jetzt schon bestimmt 20 mal da gewesen und kein einziges Mal hat was geklappt. Dieses Mal haben keine Coupons funktioniert, die Dame im Drive in bat mir als Alternative das Menü für deutlich mehr Geld an. Nachdem ich mein Essen erhalten habe, hat die Ausgabe Dame unfreundlich gebeten das ich weg fahre damit die anderen Kunden ihr Essen bekommen können, allerdings fehlten noch die Getränke. Nachdem ich das ansprach und zuhause ankam, habe ich einen halben Becher nur erhalten(siehe Bild) + wieder fehlender Pommes + das fehlen meines ganzen Menüs. Die letzten Male wurde immer was vergessen. Meine Kinder saßen schon 4 mal ohne Spielzeug im Menü und waren total enttäuscht. Beim letzten Mal dachte ich mir einfach mal rein zu gehen. Überall waren die Tische Sau dreckig. Der Mitarbeiter kam um die zu säubern, die Flecken waren immer noch da und der Mitarbeiter stank so unangenehm dass einem das Essen entgangen ist. Ich habe heute wieder einmal über 40€ da gelassen und nicht einmal was zu essen. Ich werde nicht mehr kommen und bin zu tiefst enttäuscht.

Leider lasse ich mich immer wieder darauf ein, dieser Filiale "noch eine Chance" zu geben. Unzählige Male schon hier bestellt, aber keine einzige Bestellung vollständig erhalten. Und nachdem ich die Bewertungen hier so gelesen habe, scheint das ja kein Einzelfall zu sein. Von falschen Burgern bis hin zu McFlurry's ohne jegliche Toppings/Saucen (also nur Vanille Eiscreme) war echt alles dabei bisher. Zuletzt ein Menü bestellt mit Burger, Pommes, Dip und Getränk. Kam auch alles an, nur die Pommes nicht. Aber wenigstens hab' ich den Dip... Wie passiert sowas immer und immer wieder? Und warum? Lieferzeiten sind unfassbar lang, also ruhig mal auf 1,5 - 2 Stunden einstellen, wenn ihr hier bestellen wollt. Essen kommt dann im Normalfall auch eher lauwarm, wenn nicht sogar schon kalt an. Wann diese Filiale liefert scheint außerdem auch komplett zufällig zu sein, da wird sich an keine Öffnungszeiten gehalten. War für mich dann diesmal wohl wirklich das letzte Mal. Kann diese Filiale für Lieferung definitiv nicht empfehlen. P.S.: Die Preise schießen zwar aktuell überall durch die Decke, aber ~7€ für einen 0,4l Milchshake? Wirklich?

Freundliches Personal, sehr Sauber

So viele Menschen die hier arbeiten , aber niemand weiss was er zu tun hat . So hat man den Eindruck als Kunde wir schauten uns geschlagene 12 min das gewusel an bis mein Mann nach vorne ging und fragte wo unsere Bestellung bleibt . Nach einer patzigen Antwort wir müssen halt warten es wären noch andere Vor uns ( laut Screentafel ) niemand und nach umsehen 2 Menschen warteten wir geduldig auf unser nächstes Jahr ich möchte mal sagen nicht wirklich warmen essen . Diese Filiale werden wir nicht mehr besuchen .

Also ich bin kein McDonalds-Freund. Aber hier muss ich sagen, das es top ist. Es ist echt sauber und die Burger sind ordentlich belegt. Ich komme also wieder

Wir haben am Bestellterminal gebucht. Das finde ich sehr praktisch. Das Problem war, dass super schnell am Display angezeigt wurde, dass das Essen abholbereit ist. Allerdings mussten wir dann noch fast 5 Minuten warten bevor das Essen fertig war. Als Antwort auf mein Feedback, dass es besser ist erst auf "Abholbereit" zu drücken, wenn das Essen wirklich fertig ist, wurde gesagt, dass sie das wegen den Zeiten machen. Mein Fazit: der Manager des McDonalds hat seine Angestellten anscheinend instruiert, dass sie so schnell wie möglich auf "abholbereit" drücken, damit deren KPIs/Kennzahlen besser sind. Es ist sehr enttäuschend zu sehen, dass die KPIs wichtiger sind als die Kundenzufriedenheit.

Alles ist gut immer wenn ich da hin gehe sind die service ist so nett und gut ich liebes da hinzugehen und das Essen ist richtig lecker

Die Hamburger sind kleiner geworden. Hamburger Royal TS gekauft und konnte kaum glauben. Viel kleiner als damals. Da gehe ich nicht mehr essen.

McDonalds is McDonalds. It was open at 1 am after a concert, so all were happy. A bit hard to find at first, but it WAS 1 am.

da sollte mal einer kontrollieren.. sehr freckig, klebrig und eckelhaft... einer der schlechtesten und dreckigsten mccs die ich je gesehen habe.. bei bestellungen fehlt die hälfte.. man wird falsch oder gar nicht von den Mitarbeitern verstanden... man bekommt das kotzen wenn man da essen geht.. wor sind im jahr 4 mal ca da wegen den kinder, die möchten es aber ich lasse die nicht da essen weil ich von den dreckigen Tischen und eckelgeruch das kotzen bekomme.. echt schade! gesubdheitsamt wo seid ihr??!!! wieos hat heute mein salat nichts ausgeschrieben????!! von wann bis wann?? .... na toll

Ein sehr sehr gutes Erlebnis! Noch nie habe ich einen so fischen und heißen Burger bekommen. Nuggets waren einfach perfekt!

Typische Filiale wie man sie kennt. Das Essen ist bekannt und ist für Fastfood Liebhaber bestimmt auch gut. Früher war ich öfter hier, da ich in der Nähe gearbeitet habe. Die Filiale ist sauber und das Personal nett. Kann ich empfehlen, wenn man sich auf der Automeile ein Auto anschauen möchte. Natürlich auch ohne Automeile.

Das Team faked seine eigenen Arbeitsstatistiken in dem die Bestellung direkt auf ‘Abholbereit’ geslottet werden sobald sie über das Terminal eingehen. Macht das Anzeige System ziemlich obsolet und erzeugt ein rumbrüllen ..

Fast bei jeder Drive-in Bestellung fehlt etwas, sehr ärgerlich. Zuletzt hatten wir nur 2 Mc Flurry mit Oreo und Schokosoße bestellt und diese dann bei knapp 30 Grad halbgeschmolzen, da 2 Autos vor uns standen, OHNE Oreo gekriegt 🙃 auch der Big Tasty Bacon wurde von uns mehrfach frisch zubereitet + ohne Bacon bestellt und dann aber mit Bacon rausgegeben - nicht jeder darf Schweinefleisch essen, sowas ist aus diesem Grund ein absolutes No Go!

Außenbereich dient zum Spielen für die Kinder und gleichzeitig als Raucherplatz für Kunden und Mitarbeiter. Sehr kontraproduktiv und im Rahmen des Jugendschutzes absolut falsch. Aber selber schuld, wer mit seinen Kindern in so einen Laden geht.

Essen wie immer lecker. Laden wie immer voll. Service: super. Bin W. 64 und auf Rollator angewiesen.

Sehr schöne Terrasse und ansonsten wie ein ganz normaler McDonalds halt. Empfehle es aber trotzdem jedem da es sehr ruhig da ist.

Eine der besten Filialen im Umkreis! Mag vor allem das ruhige Obergeschoss. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich bestelle, hoffe ich, dass es richtig kommt. Rat mal. Es ist nie passiert. Ich bestelle seit 7 Jahren hier, und sie haben noch nie eine Bestellung richtig geliefert. Es fehlt immer etwas. Wenn wir anrufen, um ihnen zu sagen, dass wir nicht essen können, weil etwas fehlt, sagen die uns IMMER, dass sie es nicht liefern können und Ihnen Ihr Geld zurückerstatten werden. Ist so schlimm weil ich keine Geld will nach 2 Stunden . Ich will essen . Ist so schlecht für den ganze Familie zu bestellen und kommt für die Hälfte

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, meine Frau ist leider am Rollstuhl gebunden und dort kann man sehr gut klarkommen. Weiter so. 😀
