Very bad service at Mc Drive today 4.40pm

this is the best so far of the McDonald's in the area. pretty clean, tables cleared, and despite the order readiness screen not working, everything was fast and error-free. all terminals worked, and there were no unpleasant smells in the toilet. for the first time in the last couple of years I was pleasantly surprised. will definitely come again.

Food is quite okay. Aaaaaand the cleanliness of the toilet is beneath all dignity!! PLEASE change this, urgently!! The store itself seems clean so far

Best McDonald's in Düsseldorf! The burgers are properly and properly topped and warm even at the drive-thru. The fries are always crispy and not too salty. Nothing will ever be forgotten. The staff is friendly and you can sit outside. Only the toilets could be bigger and cleaner.

The atmosphere is very nice. There are a few vases with flowers on the tables, which I found very nice. The food came very quickly and was freshly prepared. One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to.

I would like to share an unfortunate experience I had at this branch on November 1st around 9pm. My visit, which was supposed to be pleasant, was severely affected by the behavior of one of your employees. I ordered a McFlurry and discovered that there was very little sauce in it - barely visible and not particularly satisfying. So I politely turned to an employee (she had a rose tattoo on her neck) and asked for a little more sauce. She explained to me that there was only one serving of sauce, and when I pointed out that there was actually hardly any sauce, she literally threw the McFlurry on the counter and made me a whole new one as if I was a nuisance. The meaning behind it must also be questioned. The way she handed me the new McFlurry was very disrespectful. It felt like she was taking her frustration out on me even though I was just asking for a small touch-up. I then politely asked her to treat me with respect. When I asked her her name, she replied that she wasn't allowed to reveal it. At this point another employee came along and apparently tried to mediate. Although she seemed nice, I had the feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and the disrespectful treatment was not addressed. I find it very disappointing that this kind of treatment occurs in a restaurant where hospitality and respect should be fundamental. Every guest has the right to be treated with kindness and respect, and I expect your employees to implement this in their daily work. No one is forced to work in the restaurant industry if they don't enjoy what they do. I hope you take this complaint seriously and investigate the situation. It would be unfortunate if other guests had to have similar experiences.

When 'Fast' food is no longer fast. This is how i can describe almost every Mcdonalds restaurant in Germany. I won't dig into reasons or speculate why is it like this. But all restaurants are always short-staffed or workers are trying to replicate sloths with their work speed. And not just that, i know i can wait for my precious burger and fries... but when i receive the wrong order and staff looks at me like i'm the one who did their burger wrong...

McDonald's. The food was delicious as usual. Really good for children, but as an adult you'll just be hungry again after an hour. I waited 25 minutes for my food to go and half of it was missing. The milk shake and iced coffee were ready straight away, but then melted. I went straight to the pickup counter to complain. Nobody asked what I wanted. I first had to draw attention to myself. After a mere 30 minutes I finally got everything together. 👎🏻

The employees were pretty overwhelmed and 20 nuggets would be forgotten. The call system doesn't work at all. You are called and 10-15 minutes later the order was ready and was not complete…

The food was okay, McDonald's standard. But the burger was just kind of careless and stacked crookedly, so I couldn't eat it without losing all the contents. Maybe you could put a little more effort into that. The employees were so friendly and put the order together in a reasonable time and correctly. Unfortunately, the tables in the restaurant were all mostly dirty, so you had to wipe the crumbs from the previous customer off the table. The toilets were dirty and untidy. So the food and service were okay by McDonald's standards, but the cleanliness in the customer areas definitely needs improvement.

McDonald’s in Germany is the best in the world! Better than UAE!! And it’s hard to beat quality and consistency of offerings in the UAE! The customisation allowed is amazing and the offers on the McDonald’s app make it amazing value for money!! In dubai you can get a fish fillet for 14 AED approx 3.5 euro, in the U.K. it’s £4.19 (5.1 euro), using the app you can get 2 for 5.50 euro!!!

I ordered from their branch (Königsbergerstrasse 23/40231 Düsseldorf) through the drive through. My order was not complete because the employee did not take my order correctly. I was told at the second window that my missing product would be brought to me and that I should wait at the side. After 5 minutes an employee came and gave me the receipt and told me to get in line again. When I explained to her that my 5 food orders would get cold, she told me that wasn't her problem. She refused to tell me her name. She said she was the manager and I should leave. She was German, blonde with a pigtail and worked at 3 p.m. I have never experienced such rude service! When I got home, more products were missing. It's not a bad thing to make a mistake or forget something, but it shows incredible audacity to treat customers like that!

Wie schon mehrfach hier beschrieben, fehlt immer etwas bei der Bestellung in dieser Filiale. Diesmal waren es die großen Pommes .

So viele Mitarbeiter aber niemand weiß was er tun soll wir haben da 1h gewartet die Mitarbeiterin war respektlos und wollte unsere Bestellung nicht stunieren und unser geld nicht gegeben sie wollte nicht mal den chep rufen !! Also geht nicht dahin!!

Vergessen immer wieder Sachen am McDrive. Das ist aber nicht mein Problem sondern das zufällig um 1:45 Uhr das System nicht funktioniert und meine Bestellung nicht annehmen kann (obwohl online alles schon gemacht wurde ) und genau um 2 Uhr beim Ladenschluss, haben die mich nach Hause geschickt.
