McDonald's in Düsseldorf

The employees are very friendly and committed. My food came quickly and everything was still fresh and warm. I would eat there even if I wasn't flying somewhere on vacation 10/10.

Very nice staff. They just helped me straight away with my concerns.

Even though it wasn't that busy, many tables were sticky/dirty. However, all order terminals worked and the orders were processed fairly quickly.

Terrible service. The people who work there are very rude. The lady who helped me today 01/06/2025 at 8:20 p.m. She has been rude and rude. We ate there on Saturday night and on Sunday we ate everything in the bathroom. The food was cold, the conditions were unfriendly and the food was on the floor. It was the dirtiest McDonald's

I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a while. Now I know why again! Completely dry patty's and a bun that doesn't deserve its name. Actually a case for the trash can. Maybe you just shouldn't pre-produce so much. The company's own specifications exist, but are obviously not being adhered to!

I recently had the opportunity to visit McDonald's at Düsseldorf Airport and unfortunately my experience was not as positive as I would have liked. First of all, the restaurant's location at the airport is extremely convenient, especially for travelers who want a quick bite to eat. The selection on the menu is, as usual, varied, and the atmosphere is typical McDonald's - fast-paced and rather impersonal. However, my main concern was the service, especially in the evening. I was looking forward to a refreshing milkshake to sweeten my trip. Unfortunately, I discovered that the employees no longer wanted to sell milkshakes or ice cream. When I inquired, I was told that the machines were apparently not available, which is very disappointing in a restaurant of this size and in such a busy place as an airport. The tone of the staff was friendly, but I had the feeling that there was a certain lack of motivation. It seemed like the decision not to offer certain products was more out of convenience than actual technical issues. At an airport where customers are often in transit, it would be desirable if all of the products on offer were actually available. Overall, my visit to McDonald's at Düsseldorf Airport was rather frustrating. The location and the usual offerings are positive, but the service and availability of the products left a lot to be desired. I hope that in the future there will be more emphasis on customer satisfaction so that travelers don't have to miss out on their favorite treats.

Over 20 minutes for nuggets and fries. Unacceptable. Recommendation: Never pay in advance here until you actually get the meal.

It's my first time here, the McCafee looks inviting, but unfortunately it's not occupied. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked if it was open. I was told McCafee was closed and that would also be stated at the checkout. I'll be back after ordering, see video. In fact, in very small letters at the bottom of the checkout monitor it said “cash register closed”. I was told I just had to read😉. In retrospect, it's difficult for me to recommend the store.

Wow - the food was simply disgusting 🤢 The meat and tomatoes tastet like they past their shelf life in spring 😮‍💨 that was probably the most disgusting burger I ever had.

Food doesn't fill you up. Of the desserts, all ice cream flavors and milkshakes are not available, which is a real energy booster for my small children after a long flight. Everything is dirty from the tables to the sticky floor. Waiting times for food always vary from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.

The worst fast food place I was “allowed” to get to know. Admittedly, it's difficult at night and at the main train station, but the fact that you can't have any peace and quiet on early Tuesday and early Friday is bad. I was just begged three times in two minutes, a third of the shop was cordoned off, and about a quarter of the remaining tables were occupied by "non-customers". At least the man who loudly entertained the entire Macces for about 30 minutes on Tuesday wasn't screaming today. On Tuesday there was also a person with his pants hanging down low who sat at the first table near the distribution counter for about 30 minutes. Really crazy, apparently no thought is given to “normal” guests. There used to be sporadic security at the door in the evenings and at night, but this may have fallen victim to budget cuts.

McDonald at Flughafen Dusseldorf open 24 hours continuously. The restaurant was not so clean as there were many customers. However, as the time approached well after midnight, less customers could be seen but some would sleep on the chairs waiting for the early morning flight out of Dusseldorf

The food was of good McDonalds quality and the decor is also very chic. Which is annoying. Too few and too outdated ordering terminals. The terminals react too slowly or not at all and have therefore adapted to the speed of the ground staff at the DUS.

McDreck, the floor sticks, there are chips and garbage everywhere. Rarely have I seen such a dirty branch.

1 star is still too much. I am usually surprised at the good service at MC. But this branch is the big exception. I have never been treated so rudely. And after a long flight with 3 hungry children, I left without being able to place my order. The employee was so aggressive and was very irritated and found it too much effort to change the order (from cheeseburger to hamburger). Unfortunately, the manager did not make the situation any better. The only good thing was a friendly employee of the MC cafe. To which the first employee was also aggressive and forbade her to bring in the manager.

Above all, the service is really top! The employees are very nice and committed!

First of all, McDonalds should be able to program and set up a functioning app and terminals worldwide!!!! If I'm going to do the work of 14 employees jumping around and it doesn't work, then at least one of the 14 people should be a trained specialist. Unfortunately I couldn't order anything because I was supposed to wait 5 minutes for my app to update due to an error from McDonalds. No thanks. Put 6! By the way, I wasn't the only one. It doesn't help if the shift manager recites something from memory as if on tape.

Very bad , manager of this place select orders as complted without serving food to " meet the targets " due to this my order was lost and had to wait 15min . I think 🤔 some review of practice in this place is needed

You can have a really chilled meal at McDonald’s

Ate there after arriving from our vacation. The staff seems completely overwhelmed and hardly speaks any German. Four things were forgotten when we ordered, the cheeseburgers were ice cold and not edible. When I asked, the response was very unfriendly and rude. It was only after I insisted that I got new burgers, but they were slammed on the counter. Since there is an open kitchen here, you can watch the preparation. After that, everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to eat what is prepared here. The employees don't seem to take hygiene that seriously, and the seats and tables are also very dirty. The staff should rather look for a job in the airport area that corresponds to their level of education. The branch is absolute garbage and should be thoroughly inspected by McDonald's or the health department.

It was very bad, the sandwiches fall apart before you touch them. The meat and the potatoes were not properly fried, in fact the potatoes were almost raw.

One of the cooks kept touching his nose all the time (he even blew it at one point), all the while he kept working and NOT A SINGLE TIME he bothered to wash his hands. And he was not wearing gloves. I saw this with my own eyes, as the kitchen is open and can be seen from the waiting area. I afterwards complained to the manager, and she said she would speak to the worker in question but nothing seemed to happen afterwards with him.

Very clean McDonald's, fast and friendly employees. However, a no go when ordering a double cheeseburger without pickles, both had pickles, which is particularly good for allergy sufferers.

Absolute rip off! I ordered my breakfast, paid for it and then discovered that the food I had ordered was not available. Shortages in the system always happen, but it's an absolute disgrace that I was left empty-handed and my money wasn't refunded!

It was completely empty early in the morning and I wanted to ask what the new big morning farmer was made of. There were only 2 employees in the kitchen and one said that someone would come soon. After 10 minutes of waiting there was just shouting at the back and someone said "why do I have to do all this?" After that, someone finally came and ignored me and gave (only the 2 orders) to the customers who were there before. After a long wait, I didn't feel like it anymore and just placed my order and received it after a few minutes, but it was the big morning farmer very unappetizing and bread tasted like it had been defrosted 20 minutes ago without baking it. I think I'll have to think twice about where I'm going to eat next time

Consistently the slowest Maccas on earth, expect 20+ minute waits. Avoid in a rush.

Overall rating comes from the fact that I think absolutely nothing of the breakfast here, but there is nothing else to order during “breakfast times”! I would have given it zero stars too.

Large McDonald's branch on the arrivals level of Düsseldorf Airport. You don't have to say a word about the food. McDonald's. You either love it or you hate it. The service here is top. Staff mostly very attentive. Since it is usually quite full, I recommend ordering a table via the app. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for food. But that's understandable when there's a lot going on.

Food only came after a long wait; some fiddling with the charging sockets was necessary.

Actually good McDonald's. But if the ordering computer offers table service, I use that too. If they don't offer it at the moment, you have to take it out of the order terminal; I can't see clearly! Mc Jobber!

May 10, 2024: Big improvement Hence 5 stars 4 years ago: Unfortunately we have to deduct 2 stars 🌟 🌟 because the menus were only luke warm. This does not meet the standard quality of McDonalds. The Big Mac, fries 🍟 and Big Tasty Bacon 🥓 were not warm/hot 🥵. A pity

I am often at the airport in Düsseldorf. There is a McCafè in McDonalds - the coffee and latte taste really good there! The problem is that I don't think there is any employee there. Then, after waiting forever, you are told to order on the screen - and not in the McCafè. However, the coffee there simply doesn't taste good because it's simply a different product. If there is already a McCafè, there should be an employee there too. I had to go to a different store almost every time.

Fast food restaurants have one mission: to provide fast food. Unfortunately, that's asking too much at this McDonald's. I won't come back :)

Got the wrong menu and the machine didn't give a receipt

So unfriendly!!! After a 7 hour flight (plus travel to the airport etc.) I asked an employee to warm up the milk for my daughter (1 year old) and I was actually told that that wasn't possible 😂😂 Ridiculous... I received a very warm welcome at the Asian shop opposite and my little one was finally able to drink her warm milk THANK YOU @asiagourmet

We only drank coffee there. For a McDonald's branch in the airport, it was quite clean on this Thursday morning. The coffee was ok, the waiting time was zero. There is of course a drawback. The ordering terminals are very insensitive. You have to tap on the touchscreen several times to fill the shopping cart and place the order to complete.

It's right next to Exit 5, which is very convenient. You can have a quick bite to eat and drink after getting off the plane. There are many locations, a lot of space, and it's relatively quiet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Since our flight left at 6 a.m., we were happy to be able to stay here. Highly Recommended.

You may do it for the taste of the food, but the cost to benefit ratio feels to me to be disproportional disadvantageous if you purchase a cheeseburger and a - very - small coke. People must be rich if they can afford to eat and drink at a McD.

Personal unfreundlich, Essen deutlich schlechter als in anderen McDonald's-Filialen. Ambiente wie üblich, immerhin war alles sauber. Der Mitarbeiter, der sich um die Sauberkeit kümmerte, war auch der einzig freundliche dort.

Ich habe diesen Ort nicht besucht und werde es auch nie. Ein Unternehmen, welches Genozid unterstützt werde ich keinen Cent geben. Gesund ist es schon gar nicht.

Das Essen wurde zügig zubereitet und für uns bereit gestellt. Die Angestellten waren freundlich. Das Lokal war sauber und ordentlich.

Nicht sehr sauberer McDonald's. Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil unpraktisch. Die Bänke so tief gebaut, dass man die Tischoberkante vor der Brust hat. Für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, da es nicht genügend Platz gibt. Weder zum Wenden noch kommen die anderen Gäste gut vorbei. Bestellungen müssen gut kontrolliert werden. Teilweise unvollständig, teilweise andere Produkte.

Nach eine Bestellung beschwerte ich mich über den Inhalt, der nicht in Ordnung war. Die Produkte, die ich erhalten hatte, waren leider sehr kalt und wurden auch nicht gut eingepackt und garniert. Die Hamburger waren alle platt gedrückt und die Sauce waren alle schon auf dem Brot, sodass die Hände schon klebrig waren beim Auspacken. Die Pommes waren kalt und nicht frisch. Als ich diese Beschwerde dann weitergegeben habe, sagte mir die Schichtführerin, dass dies normal wäre, wenn die Bürger platt gedrückt sind. Aus Kulanz würde sie mir eine neue Pommes geben. Was ich abgelehnt habe, da ich dies bei McDonald’s in allen anderen Filialen nicht so kenne. In allen anderen Filialen ist es kein Problem, wenn man eine Reklamation hat, man bekommt sofort frische NEUE Bestellung ohne zu diskutieren. Schlechtes Personal und sehr unfreundliche Schichtführerin.

Nach einem langen Intercontinental Flug einen leckeren Burger mit Pommes und einen schönen Cappuccino danach, was will man mehr?
