I don't recommend this McDonald's at all! We waited at least an hour for four drinks, so service was very poor, and the staff even worse!

Table service works very well and is fast.

August 31, 2025 I ordered an ice cream, which I didn't get for 20 minutes. When I asked about it, she said it was busy. Why didn't she tell me that right away? When she made me a new ice cream—at my request—she simply kept my receipt. I asked for the manager, who, after an eternity, gave me a new receipt and a new ice cream. No apology or compensation. They shouldn't even call themselves a fast-food restaurant. And customs should take a closer look, because giving receipts to customers is mandatory. Besides, they didn't understand German. It stinks disgustingly of cigarette ash outside on the terrace!

Since the restructuring, it's been a complete disaster. The atmosphere is no longer pleasant for sitting. When picking up your food, you're constantly standing in your own way due to the limited space or sitting halfway on the lap of the people eating there. The food is often cold or barely edible. Something is always missing or you get the wrong thing. And of course, it's always the case when you quickly grab something to go. At least so far, you've always gotten a replacement, but it's not acceptable to have to check every single bag and every burger box every time to make sure you really got what you paid for.

Came here early in the morning when it was quiet. Staff seemed disinterested and non existent who were supposed to be serving. I ordered at one of the machines and waited 10 minutes for a staff member to appear. Still nothing. Then I saw one and it took 5 more minutes to get there attention as I saw they were out the back talking and even when I got their attention they asked what I needed and said I made an order 15 minutes ago. Even after finally making my coffee they continued talking. Never seen something like it at McDonald’s, such poor service.

Almost every order, whether at the drive-thru, in the restaurant, or via delivery service, is missing some items. It seems as if this has become a scam. So always check and avoid ordering via delivery service. The sauces are also increasingly being used to cut costs. One of the worst McDonald's branches in Düsseldorf.

Unfortunately, the toy was also forgotten in the Happy Meal.

More of a lounge feel, nice music, fresh flowers. It feels very good at first. The food preparation is moderately good. Otherwise, the restaurant has a great feel, and it's a great place to grab a coffee. Well-located central McDonald's Busy at lunchtime, but service is still reasonably good. The food is of the usual quality, and the restaurant impresses with its standard amenities.

Fast food redefined: Ordered at 10:13 a.m. > received at 10:31 a.m., 18 minutes later. Then, on top of that, they received the wrong products. Ordered: McMuff Bacon McToast Bacon both came without bacon. Complaint....

The barrier-free toilet is locked. Only the shift manager has the key and they apparently have better things to do than unlock the toilet.

Apart from the fact that it is absolutely unnecessary to lock the toilet (the other toilets are not locked either), the shift manager apparently is not even able to give one of his employees a key. Really totally failing here. To all people with disabilities: never come here!

Dear restaurant: Please tear down the second drive-in lane and work on your processes. If only one employee takes orders in both lanes, the second queue is completely useless. For now, I'll avoid your store.

After the renovation I am amazed at how unsafe it is for children now. Outdoor area, the children can just run out, there is no gate on the fence it is just open. The children are immediately without a barrier where the cars enter. Inside the entrance doors, children can simply run out as they open automatically. In general, there should be a railing as a safety barrier; after all, it should be family-friendly. There should be a step in the toilets so that children can wash their hands. Disinfectant dispensers in the toilets would also be nice. It's great to have 2 drive-in counters, which shortens the waiting time. But it is not well thought out for families with children.

These are the best restaurants and they also renovated it and it is fantastic, one of my favorite restaurants and the manager is very nice.
