1 Star – Terrible atmosphere due to drunk person** My visit to this McDonald's was an absolute nightmare! A clearly drunk woman vomited in the restaurant, and the staff seemed to be unresponsive. The atmosphere was disgusting, and I felt uncomfortable. This shouldn't happen in a family-friendly restaurant. Better control and swift action were necessary. Very disappointing!

The price-performance ratio isn't right. Two burgers and a medium Coke cost almost €19.00. And it didn't taste good either. The service wasn't exactly great either!

Half of the takeaway food was liked.

Fast food redefined: Ordered at 10:13 a.m. > received at 10:31 a.m., 18 minutes later. Then, on top of that, they received the wrong products. Ordered: McMuff Bacon McToast Bacon both came without bacon. Complaint....

Now with an update from May 2025☀️☀️☀️☀️ The restaurant was one of the first in Düsseldorf to be completely renovated and has been given a new dining concept. More of a lounge feel, nice music, fresh flowers. It feels very good at first. The food preparation is moderately good. Otherwise, the restaurant has a great feel, and it's a great place to grab a coffee. Well-located central McDonald's Busy at lunchtime, but service is still reasonably good. The food is of the usual quality, and the restaurant impresses with its standard amenities.

That McDonald's is super quiet, clean, pleasant, friendly people.

Definitely not recommended anymore! On the day of the reopening (May 22, 2025), there was zero structure, all employees worked twice as slowly, the checkout and pickup areas are now separate and *not* even labeled, ordering via app no ​​longer works, and no one has a clue. You can't just pop in and buy something to eat there anymore; I'd rather go somewhere else next time! (My order wasn't even taken after 45 minutes, after which I left.)

What a disgrace. I placed a very large order, just over €100, and we ordered a lot of glasses. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, which I can understand. So I wanted a signature from the manager stating that I could pick up the glasses at another time, but he refused. Then I asked politely if he could at least give us anniversary glasses in exchange, since we had a large order. But there was no response. I know there were still some left, as the box was almost full. It's a shame they've lost so many customers.

After renovation, a really attractive fast food restaurant again.

The new decoration and traffic flow have been changed, and it is more convenient now! And the staff are all very friendly! I highly recommend dining here!

Been there twice since it reopened. Something was missing from both orders. Unfortunately I didn't check it out the first time. Ordered and paid for a Big Mac and didn't receive it. Which is really annoying. The second time, we looked straight away and got the missing item.

Unfortunately, since the store reopened, the service has been completely disorganized. We waited over 20 minutes for our order, while orders placed much later than ours were issued much earlier. Unfortunately absolutely unsatisfactory for a fast food restaurant.

Accessibility is not provided. The disabled toilet is locked and the shift manager is too stressed to unlock it and has been for 30 minutes. Apart from the fact that it is absolutely unnecessary to lock the toilet (the other toilets are not locked either), the shift manager apparently is not even able to give one of his employees a key. Really totally failing here. To all people with disabilities: never come here!

So far I've been really happy with this branch. Unfortunately, since the renovation it has really been a disaster. Ordered there twice so far. Once in the reserved parking spaces with delivery to the car door, it took 15 minutes for the food to arrive. Today at the drive-in. Order code given, "thank you, please drive forward." It was already paid for, so we went straight to the second window. It then said I hadn't ordered yet and what I wanted. I gave my order code again and was told that an apple turnover would take a few minutes and whether a raspberry turnover would also be OK. Yes, okay, happened. Unfortunately, I didn't look again in the bag that was finally handed to me. The raspberry bag was the only item that didn't surprise me. I ordered an apple turnover, a Big Tasty and a McWrap. I received a raspberry bag, a cheeseburger, a chicken burger and a small fries. So ordered food for €13.12, got food for €8.10. Great. Dear restaurant: Please tear down the second drive-in lane and work on your processes. If only one employee takes orders in both lanes, the second queue is completely useless. For now, I'll avoid your store.

Relatively new, clean, not crowded

After the renovation I am amazed at how unsafe it is for children now. Outdoor area, the children can just run out, there is no gate on the fence it is just open. The children are immediately without a barrier where the cars enter. Inside the entrance doors, children can simply run out as they open automatically. In general, there should be a railing as a safety barrier; after all, it should be family-friendly. There should be a step in the toilets so that children can wash their hands. Disinfectant dispensers in the toilets would also be nice. It's great to have 2 drive-in counters, which shortens the waiting time. But it is not well thought out for families with children.

These are the best restaurants and they also renovated it and it is fantastic, one of my favorite restaurants and the manager is very nice.

We then went to Burger King because the staff didn't show any insight.

If you have deadline pressure, avoid this restaurant, it is not uncommon for orders to be mixed up and you are not able to correct this within a reasonable time frame (this has happened to me several times in the last 2 years). McDonald's as usual. One of the larger ones with lots of parking spaces. Centrally located but not too crowded. I don't have to say anything about the food other than it's delivered quickly and the things are very fresh. McCafé is also there and a small outdoor area with a children's playground rounds off the offer. One more climate is a blessing, especially in the summer months.
