McDonald's in Düsseldorf

Disrespectful staff. We ordered via the app and then wanted to pick it up at the drive-thru. We had a problem with the payment method and wanted to solve the problem... but the good lady at the second window went straight on the attack and became quite disrespectful. The young lady at the second window, young black hair, striped sweater. On October 25th, 2024 at 9:28 p.m.… I don't recommend it, if you have a problem keep it to yourself... We then went to Burger King because the staff didn't show any insight.

The staff is quick, but somehow everyone always looks darkly at the customers, unless they know each other, then it's a different story. A smile wouldn't be a bad thing sometimes. Fries were cold, the burgers were lukewarm. It was also cleaner there. It was terrible on the weekend evening recently and it was more of a break from the habit.

Opening times are incorrect. It is usually closed on Sundays from 1:00 a.m. (for indoor use)

Very poorly trained employees. I wanted to have an ICED COFFE SHAKE CHOC with caramel. Then she says to me, no, we can't. I can, but I won't do it because we're not allowed to. Then I'll ask, it's here. No, we can't. Just stupid

The staff member did not provide some of the items we ordered and we pointed it out, but there was no word of apology from her.

Unfortunately, I've fallen into this several times. By this I specifically mean the drive-in counter; visits to the restaurant have always been inconspicuous. If you have deadline pressure, avoid this restaurant, it is not uncommon for orders to be mixed up and you are not able to correct this within a reasonable time frame (this has happened to me several times in the last 2 years). On my last visit it took a whopping 20 minutes to get my order and it still wasn't complete. I then set off in frustration and gratefully passed on the missing Bic Mäc.

Rumor has it that there is a secret room in the basement of McDonald's where children are locked. These kids are supposedly part of a "secret program" that ensures every Happy Meal toy hits the latest trend and always puts the biggest smiles on little customers' faces. They are also said to be the first to test the latest toys and make sure they pass all safety and fun tests. Of course, this is all just a fun myth

The staff there are very bad, no idea, no friendliness, never again

The entrance to the McDonald's is simply scary and everything is much too narrow. I have always found the staff to be nice and accommodating. And the food is McDonald's! It tastes the same everywhere and is easy to get.

Unfortunately there are too few employees and they are unfortunately overwhelmed

Unfortunately there are almost no German-speaking employees. As of 8:30 p.m. the Mc Cafee was already closed. I politely asked if I could get a cappuccino, only to be told off by a rude employee for closing the cafe.

Doesn't stick to the opening times, miserable, can only advise everyone against the "restaurant". There is sometimes no table delivery available during opening hours (if you're lucky), and there are no displays at the terminals. Stay away from this branch.

It's a McDonald's. Neat and as it should be.

Fast service, there is a washbasin and toilet

MacDonald's is always great at any time of the day. For breakfast you can have a quick breakfast, or just a big cup of freshly brewed coffee with a chocolate chip muffin, for lunch a fresh salad, and for dinner a chicken Burger or a cheeseburger 🍔 But I know a lot of people that eat breakfast for dinner...or dinner for breakfast 😆

It could work better: it would be even better if one of the employees could speak German properly. This statement has nothing to do with xenophobia, it's just difficult to have to talk with your hands and feet since many of the employees only know a few words of German. Unfortunately. 😎😮👍

McDonald's as usual. One of the larger ones with lots of parking spaces. Centrally located but not too crowded. I don't have to say anything about the food other than it's delivered quickly and the things are very fresh. McCafé is also there and a small outdoor area with a children's playground rounds off the offer. One more climate is a blessing, especially in the summer months.

How do you manage to serve an entire menu (burgers and fries) cold? No wonder everyone in front of me only ordered ice cream...

Just McDonald's. Proven. Easy to get to at the southern end of the Rheinufertunnel.

The nuggets weren't good. Breading too dry and a complete disaster in terms of taste Atmosphere was pleasant and employees were very relaxed.

In recent years everything has worked smoothly at McDrive or in the restaurant. Whether it's fast food or a café - the employees are motivated and in a good mood. I was particularly pleased that an old friend of mine was back after illness. The prices have risen sharply - probably due to the increase in VAT. The price increase can be tolerated for once a month and with app coupons.

It was good, but only had fries, which were ok

Slightly larger McD in a central location. Clean, friendly and fast service. What more do you want? The food is of course typical McD, you can like it, but you don't have to. Oh yes, delicious cake to take away if all the other bakers are already available on Sunday afternoon.

My vanilla milkshake lacked significant flavor. All we bought were milkshakes so I can't vouch for anything else.

Wasn't served at the drive-thru. Then drove up to the window. There I met an unmotivated employee who spoke German very poorly and who probably didn't want to provide anyone with food at 4:45 a.m. Get cold cherry pocket. I really don't need to go there anymore. Terrible service and cold food. Swap the staff. That's as high as ten at McDonald's in Düsseldorf.

Everything was great for 8 people, 10 minutes waiting time 👌. There is a slide for children outside. We would love to come again when we are in Düsseldorf.

I was there on the 2nd day of the glass promotion and wanted to get 2 menus where one glass was a glow in the dark glass, but the wrong one was put in my bag and when I asked it was said that there were no more, even though you could select them on the monitor and you could see behind the weave and see that some were still there. I think that's an absurdity, I traveled from far away just because of the glass and then it won't be given despite the availability. I don't understand the reason and I'll think twice about going there in the future

I don't know why, but at night they only operate drive-thru. Of course it's wonderful when you're on foot and then you're allowed to stand in the street with the cars like an idiot and breathe in all the exhaust fumes. Well, I won't be coming over from now on. And just as a tip, employees who could speak at least 1 or 2 broken words of German would also be great. Maybe you don't notice it at the moment, but your customers won't put up with it in the long run given the prices.

Clean shop and friendly employees

I'm still not a big fan of. MC Donald, but even though I've complained about the chain's stores, I want to praise this one. It's nice that there are branches like this. There are even flowers on the table.

Unfortunately, I was served a very cold and hard citizen (2). When I asked if I could please have a new one because the cheese was also really hard, several people touched this burger and simply folded the cheese over and gave me the burger back. When I asked why they did that they said yes, it's new, relax , she had immediately disposed of the bitten one. April 21st 12:30 Völklinger Straße, a lady with long black hair and blue eyes gave instructions to simply repackage it! There were evil looks from the kitchen! The young gentleman with black hair at the checkout ignored the situation, I think he was ashamed of his colleagues! I find it very frightening, on the one hand, that everyone touches it with their hands even though one lady used it to clean tables and everyone else made money! Nobody wore gloves! Furthermore, the cola was left at the front for a long time because of an incorrect order, I got it without carbonation! I think you should think carefully about your choice of personnel! Except for the polite young gentleman at the checkout, they were all very disrespectful!

The ambience in the branch is good, like all modernized McDonald's, and I know a few. What bothers me is the ever smaller portions, specifically the egg wrap in the breakfast menu. The size is a joke to say the least. Instead, scrambled eggs, which I always enjoyed, were completely abolished, which I think is a shame. The poffertjes with chocolate sauce are highly recommended.

I didn't have the problem of many McDonald's houses that the menus are only served lukewarm. A good experience.

Amazing place, good atmosphere and very good views, affordable prices

There are abundant parking spaces, a great place for children to play, and a large outdoor space to sit outside. McDrive is great and very fast!

Burgers and fries luke warm to cold and soggy. After the complaint at the checkout, the lady was noticeably annoyed, but quickly reassembled the order without any further discussion. Then everything is fresh and delicious. I think the thing was due to the fact that the restaurant was very full and there was a lot of traffic jam.

This Mc's has fulfilled all my dreams! Ordered 6 nuggets, received 7 pieces. Now I can fall asleep in peace. By the way, coffee is always 10/10!

Cutlery (knives, forks) would be desirable as a cultural contribution. And finally think of something to do about the mountains of garbage that are left over from every meal. Unfortunately there was far too much ice in the soft drinks.

If you're hungry and there's no alternative, it's OK. When it comes to parking, Mäckes is unbeatable.

We were on the drive on February 17, 2024 at 7:45 p.m. and were treated extremely disrespectfully. First it said there are no toys in a Happy Meal and then in the Mc Menu small it said there are no Fishmac. When we didn't let ourselves be taken for a ride, the store manager (she didn't want to give her name) said she had heard everything and the lady at the counter told me I needed a coupon code. We didn't put up with this cheap lie and they canceled our meal and sent us away without further ado. Normally (if the manager was professional) something like this would have been done in no time. I will definitely file a complaint via email.

They are always unfriendly and not always having available things in menu. I don’t understand how they can not have fries of cheese burger in menu. If you want eat a variety of Mc Donald’s then don’t go there. Very rude staff and always missing the essential from menu…

This McDonald's has been around for many years. Good food, clean and just good.

Never experienced such a nice employee at the DriveIn! And the order was fantastically freshly prepared!

We were hiding from the rain and popped in for some tea! The atmosphere is wonderful! The tea is delicious, I also liked the muffins, they were homemade!!

Das erste Mal seit Jahren heißes Essen bei McDonalds gehabt. Das Essen war schnell am Tisch und wirklich alles war super heiß und lecker! Absolutes Lob an das Team.

Normaler McDonald, sauber und gepflegt(nicht bei jedem Standard, zumindest hat man manchmal das gefühl, hier aber schon). Publikum gerade am Wochenende, dass typische McDonalds Kliente.

Halt ein McDonald's, wie viele andere auch. Der Laden ist optisch sauber, die Bedienung ist flink......bis jetzt gibts nix zu meckern.

Essen war sehr warm und frisch. Burger ohne Fleisch wurden berücksichtigt, Getränke waren mit Eiswürfel 👍

Macht auf mich einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Aber was wichtig war ist das Essen und das war sehr frisch und lecker. Ich war zufrieden und meine Freunde auch. Kommen gerne wieder vorbei.

Wie in jedem mc Donalds Fastfood im seiner übelsten Form mit dem entsprechenden Klientel.

Bereits beim Betreten des Restaurants fiel das Lächeln der Bedienung auf. Kompliment! Wir fühlten uns wohl. Der Crispy Chicken schien mir eine Sparversion zu sein. Irgendwie sah die Verpackung klein aus und das Werk selbst machte auch den Eindruck als spare MCD an der Menge. So blieb dann ein kleines Hüngerchen und der Käsekuchen zum Abschluss war gut.

Immer gute Parkplatzlage und innen sehr groß und aufgeräumt.

Just your average American franchise which has made its way to Europe in 1971 with its first location in Netherlands and later that year its first location in Germany. McDonald's is known for its quick processed food. Of questionable quality which I personally may not like but it gets the job done. And so do a lot of other people seem to think as well
