It tasted quite good, but in terms of value for money, it's rather expensive: At €45 for three people, we could have easily gotten something to eat at a restaurant with service.

Hello, Yesterday, after the wonderful Fire Department Fair, I visited Burger King in Düsseldorf Heerdt with my girlfriend. The atmosphere inside was very pleasant and air-conditioned. I accidentally ordered the wrong burger, but they immediately replaced it for me, even though the error was my fault. The burger tasted great. PS: The new chicken burger is simply amazing. Definitely 5/5 stars.

Was here again today after the renovation. The staff is nice but inexperienced. The order is completed starting with the hot drink and finally the burger. Result: cold coffee. I can't get used to ordering at the terminal. Too many clicks to order a simple menu. Good parking options. Nice outdoor area.

I was just there. It was quiet, but as a customer, you still felt like you were disturbing the staff. The food wasn't warm. The worst thing is the restrooms. All the fixtures are dirty, and the toilets are full of urine, even though it's still early in the day. It hasn't been cleaned in ages.

Well, I have to admit, I haven't been there in a while! The hamburgers have shrunk considerably in that time, and the prices have gone up. I'll show a picture of the Burger King—as it was offered to me and as I received it. Neither of us liked the long chicken whopper—dry and with barely any sauce. I'm afraid two stars is still too many. Oh, and if you offer an app, it should be quick to use.

First of all, Salam mohaleikum to the gentlemen. As the saying goes, first impressions count. But when I entered Germany, I was very disappointed. Food and drink turned into shit and a stench. My hungry wife always looks forward to a delicious burger from you, but unfortunately, the nice gentlemen on the intercom always mix up the numbers: I pay for 1 large fries and get 3 small ones instead. Imagine if my wife were pregnant? I'd be mad. That gentleman with greasy hair like the fries at a Greek restaurant and teeth like my coffee shop is a bit aggressive. I hope the staff will be more efficient in the future. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. Still, 3 stars from me. Asta la pasta

We ordered via the drive though today. And received it instantly. Suspicious right. Stale burger. Bread was stale. Chicken was hard as a rock. Bacon was stale and soggy. Disgusting. Be careful guys.
