Hello! Today I had a long chicken at the restaurant. It was really delicious; the chicken was fresh and well-seasoned. The place was clean and pleasant, and I could eat in peace. The staff was friendly and respectful. There's also free parking, which is very convenient.

The service is excellent, the food is hot and fresh, and the manager, Fahd, is very friendly.

It's Burger King, after all. Expectations aren't too high. The vegan options are great. Unfortunately, I've experienced far too often that the reusable cups aren't used, and I have to point it out when picking up my order. The point, of course, isn't to just empty the cup and throw it away. Luckily, getting a refund was possible last time. Ordering via terminal is usually perfectly acceptable. Everyone has always been friendly so far. Good location.

I went to Burger King today and had a really great time! The employee Yasin was incredibly friendly and helpful, thanks again! As a little Christmas surprise, I even received five gifts for the Christmas tree, which I thought was really thoughtful and kind. I usually like going to this Burger King branch, but it's happened repeatedly now that items have been missing from my order. Furthermore, this restaurant often doesn't participate in coupon promotions. It's especially annoying when you don't use the drive-thru but get out of the car specifically to redeem and scan the coupon inside the restaurant, only to find at the terminal during the final step of the ordering process that this restaurant doesn't offer the coupon. Next time, I'll check the entire contents of the bag and unpack it at the counter. 15% of the items I paid for were missing. I find that completely unacceptable. It wasn't busy, so I expect the order to be complete as well as the quality! Take a few extra seconds to double-check. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars.

I stopped in for lunch for the first time in a while and ordered a King des Monats. I thought the packaging was exemplary, and without really thinking about it, it suddenly tasted better than usual. But thinking that it was probably just because I was hungry, I checked the cross section and saw that the ingredients were neatly and carefully sandwiched inside. And it was delicious, as expected. I later regretted not taking a picture of it while it was wrapped. I suddenly remembered that for a while in Japan, there was a lot of talk about "the most delicious McDonald's in Japan." Apparently, the reason this restaurant is so delicious is something very simple: "They make it according to regulations, exactly as specified." With all due respect, I never thought I would have that experience in Germany. I understand that it's difficult to maintain quality when they're busy, but if there's a chance that I can occasionally experience this kind of quality, I might start going here more often than the one next door. Thank you for a delicious time.

The cheese wasn't melted, and the chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce weren't tasty. Nevertheless, it must be said that it was very quick.

Very clean, music not too loud. The only drawback was that the fries weren't hot enough and a bit too soft (not crispy enough). But otherwise, I was satisfied.

Sometimes it's friendly and everything's clean. Sometimes the exact opposite. It's become very expensive. I think it's about doubled in two years. Special offers aren't exactly cheap either. Even mayo/ketchup costs extra. Standard fries are very small. Large fries aren't particularly large. The filling quantity often varies. But apparently, enough customers still have a lot of money. And they do the work themselves. Order them themselves. Pay before even seeing the product. Pick them up themselves. Take them to the collector themselves. The only thing missing is that they clean the table themselves.

Everything as it should be, would gladly come again.

Personally, I don't think much of this, in my opinion, overpriced industrial food, although it's at least better than McDonald's (but who doesn't eat that?)

Burger King ist better than MCs, but location not good accessible, service was solid.

Staff are unfocused, preferring to talk among themselves, and as a result, they make mistakes. They mix up orders.

Always check your order. One order was missing. Instead of a large fries, you got a small one. You're cheating.

Hello, Yesterday, after the wonderful Fire Department Fair, I visited Burger King in Düsseldorf Heerdt with my girlfriend. The atmosphere inside was very pleasant and air-conditioned. I accidentally ordered the wrong burger, but they immediately replaced it for me, even though the error was my fault. The burger tasted great. PS: The new chicken burger is simply amazing. Definitely 5/5 stars.

Was here again today after the renovation. The staff is nice but inexperienced. The order is completed starting with the hot drink and finally the burger. Result: cold coffee. I can't get used to ordering at the terminal. Too many clicks to order a simple menu. Good parking options. Nice outdoor area.

I was just there. It was quiet, but as a customer, you still felt like you were disturbing the staff. The food wasn't warm. The worst thing is the restrooms. All the fixtures are dirty, and the toilets are full of urine, even though it's still early in the day. It hasn't been cleaned in ages.

Well, I have to admit, I haven't been there in a while! The hamburgers have shrunk considerably in that time, and the prices have gone up. I'll show a picture of the Burger King—as it was offered to me and as I received it. Neither of us liked the long chicken whopper—dry and with barely any sauce. I'm afraid two stars is still too many. Oh, and if you offer an app, it should be quick to use.
