I love Burger King and their meals, they are the best fast food here, I haven’t seen something like this in other fast food restaurants! Tasty food, fast ordering, the meal the sandwich is organised even the chicken is well done! And what was the thing that I like my sandwich organised and I found this thing only here in BURGER KING! I wanna also talk about the great taste and I can call this a meal to take if you are hungry! The prices are fair also. The restaurant is clean! BURGER KING YOU ARE MY FAVOURITE ❤️

The cheeseburgers would have been showered in ketchup... Much sweeter. I think I ate dessert.🥴 In addition, the bread was dry. Unfortunately, not so much good promise. Five cheeseburgers were purchased, three of which were given to hungry colleagues. but the ambience, big and clean. And lots of new, confused employees 🤣 I've never had so much fun waiting.

If you know one, you know them all.. The drive-in counter looks like it needs a bit of renovation.. But it doesn't matter whether you eat a burger in Hamburg or in Munich. There isn't much difference in taste.

Food cold, owner is incompetent, unapologetic and stingy. Employees don't speak German. A big disappointment. There are much better restaurants than this.

Orders are often made incorrectly. Sometimes burgers are missing, you count and think everything is ok this time, you come home and see the wrong burgers

At the Düsseldorf Handweiser location, it is definitely far superior to the nearby McDonalds. My personal impression is that all components of the burgers are fresher and the time in which you receive your food is much shorter (apart from a few exceptions). And since the end of 2023 there is now also acceptable chip sauce. Top recommendation: King Fusion Lion caramel (take with you and stir at home and freeze in the freezer for 2-3 hours)

We spontaneously had something to eat here. The staff is friendly and the food tastes very good. The tables were dirty.

After the change of staff recently, extremely bad services. They always forget a few things in the order. Just pathetic if you cannot fulfil a simple meal order. Plus takes more than 20 mins for a plant based order every freakin time. Just avoid this place like a plague.

Food doesn't taste good at all, orders take a long time. You can't go to the toilet. Do you have to go to the service, right? When it's so full and nothing works. Totally loud in the kitchen. Yelling and calling each other names. (despite customers). Very uncomfortable.

BK is the best burger fast food joint. The only point of criticism: prices have risen considerably.

Burger King... Service overwhelmed and forgetful, even with few customers, but largely friendly. I had bad vomiting after my last visit with chicken wings, which was a while ago now. I'd rather go to the supermarket and get the ingredients for a much cheaper price and make a burger that looks and tastes much better.

There's Burger King and this Burger King. We are always disappointed with this. Especially now, since the employees love chatting with each other and the food is left on the counter until it gets cold and you are then notified when it has been there for 5-10 minutes. None of these employees take any action after the confrontation. This location is really not recommended.

Clean restaurant and nice service. Burgers were always fresh. There are good parking options and the seating is very comfortable.

UPDATE 3/6/24 Today it was very good there, the 2 employees were polite, helpful and hard-working, even cleaning the table upon request. I was there at 2:57 p.m. The food was juicy and tasted great because it was freshly prepared, even the onions were crunchy. The burgers are all too small for the price. The photos simply don't show reality. The large milkshake at €4.60 is also too expensive, especially since it is very light, heavily foamed and doesn't even reach the 500ml mark! A pity. The Bacon King menu - also a burger that was too small - only came with a very small fries, which only half filled the small paper bag. The fries were cold and not salted. We left hungry and disappointed. I'm uploading the receipt because I often find that companies call in their lawyers when they receive criticism. He then claims that I wasn't there at all and that I just made it up.

I was there yesterday and ordered and instead of 2 crispy chicken I got two chicken nugget burgers. How incompetent can you be and mix up the burgers

The food was lovingly prepared and therefore took a little longer than in other branches, but it was definitely worth it because the burgers and fries were above average. The furnishings and ambience in the branch are very nice and modern.

Writing about Burger King is rather unnecessary. Everyone knows the brand and the offer - of course also the prices. This branch was very clean at lunchtime. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The food and service were actually really good. Everything was freshly cooked and piping hot. The low score comes from the fact that as my son and I were sat in the car park eating, we noticed the older member of staff come out of a door near the drive-thru entrance, where he proceeded to pick his nose twice before wiping it on a nearby rock and then he walked back in the store. Not nice viewing and a bit of a dampener to what was actually a decent visit to begin with….

It's getting better again, but you don't know how fresh the food and preparation is....

Burger King like it is everywhere, I think everyone knows the main competitor to McDonalds. The branch in Heerdt has a drive-in counter, several parking spaces and a large interior with plenty of seating. It is also located at "Am Handweiser", a transport hub that connects Neuss, Düsseldorf and Meerbusch and is easily accessible.

Sauber und gut geführt. Es kann Mehrweg geordert werden. Ist allerdings umständlich. Einige vegetarische Gerichte.

Ab und an mal, muss auch Burger King sein. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und die Burger wie gewohnt ✌️

Erster Eindruck, sehr ordentlich, freundlich. Essen war auch lecker. Würde irgendwann mal wieder vorbei schauen 😋

So sind alle Burger Kings, mit einer Besonderheit. Hier wird man nicht erst von einer Frechen dunkelhäutigen Frau angegiftet wie am Hbf das 50 Cent zu zahlen sind. Bitte bleibt so 👍👍👍👍👍

Burger beide kalt ! Käse nicht geschmolzen! Reaktion auf die reklamierten Burger war auch dementsprechend! Essen wurde danach in der microwelle erwärmt, so schmeckte es zumindest NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT

Schön dass es eine Firma verstanden hat wie man ganz einfach vegane Produkte anbieten kann. Toll, weiter so.

Unglaublich freundliches Team! Super Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Meine Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Es wurde sehr sorgfältig gearbeitet. Jederzeit wieder!

Chrissy chick bestellt aber leider das war nicht wie immer

Es war nicht viel los, Bedienung hinter der Bedientheke 3 Personen standen rum. In einer Ecke lagen Essensreste und Papier auf den Boden. Nicht gerade ansehnlich und einladend. Eine Toilette defekt. Ein WC Deckel Lose, so dass man Angst bekommt ins WC zu fallen. Keine Abfalleimer auf WC, wo man mal was reinwerfen kann z.b. Taschentücher. Wurden dann halt von den Kunden auf das Waschbecken gelegt. Verbreiten der Viren lässt Grüssen.

Also der Laden ist super schön geworden nach dem Umbau , aber der Service war sehr dürftig un d der Salat auf den Burgern wahr sehr alt 😔 ich denke das auch so ein Geschäft wie es Burger King ist einen bessern Anspruch an sein Personal stellen sollte und die Frische der Ware besser im Auge haben sollte ….

Super neuer und sauberer Store. Die Bedingungen war schnell, aber nicht ganz so freundlich. Trotz der individuellen Anpassung von Burgern war alles richtig. Die Toiletten waren auch sauber.

Schlechte Bedienung, zu viel Personal das nicht wußte wohin, ohne Worte. Leute, arbeitet bitte daran. Burger King ist ein guter Laden.

War heute nach dem Umbau mal wieder hier. Das Personal ist nett aber unerfahren. So wird die Bestellung beginnend mit dem Heißgetränk und zuletzt dem Burger fertiggestellt. Ergebnis: kalter Kaffe. Mit dem Bestellen am Terminal kann ich mich nicht anfreunden. Zu viele Klicks um ein einfaches Menu zu bestellen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Schöner Aussenbereich.

Sauber ja. Nettes Personal ja. Aber das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Pommes waren alt und kalt. Der Burger war auch nicht mehr richtig warm. Eher das erste und letzte mal da gewesen. Da gibt es andere Filialen.

Pommes schmeckten irgendwie komisch. Tische waren wie immer dreckig und bestellte Saucen gab es auch erst auf Nachfrage.

Mitarbeiter Qualität leider fehlgeschlagen

Unglaublich,was die aus dem Laden gemacht haben. Die sind nicht mal in der Lage,eine persönliche Bestellung aufzunehmen - ich wurde mit meiner Frau an son dämliches Terminal verwiesen. Kommt man sich vor,wie beim Bürgerbüro. Was machen die ,wenn da meine Eltern mit 70+ essen wollen??? Gibt‘s dann n EDV-Kurs gratis? Jede normale Imbiss-Bude kann es besser. Absolute Frechheit!

Burger waren KALT. Schmeckten wie vom Vortag. Bestellung hat mega lange gedauert ob wohl nix los war. Nur die Pommes waren gut. Der Rest komplett kalt.

Der Whopper war richtig schlecht, nicht frisch Soße nicht lecker Fleisch war geschmacklos Brötchen alt nicht das was es mal war. Überteuert 24 Euro für 2 menus.

Zweimal Cola Light statt einmal normal ausgegeben. Keine Gabel zu Pommes mit Chilli-Chees Soße bekommen. Burger eiskalt! Nicht lau warm. Eiskalt! Nie wieder diese Filiale!

Früher war der Laden wesentlich besser.... Ich reklamierte einen kalten Burger und bekam nach etwas diskutieren einen neuen, dieser war allerdings auch kalt. Das Publikum besteht ausschließlich aus Ärzten und Ingenieuren, genau so wie die Mitarbeiter. Furchtbar!

This venue has convenient hours and is quite large so service is fast even during busiest times.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich für die Filiale Düsseldorf Heerdter null Punkte geben. Komplette Essen kalt, nach Reklamation bekommt man im Tausch wieder einen kalten Burger.... Diese Filiale ist einfach das letzte.

Bestelle am Counter nicht möglich.... nur am Automat.... Kein Service, kein Umsatz von uns. Dann halt um die Ecke zu MD......

Mit 32grad draußen und ohne Klimaanlage im Burger King schmeckt alles viel "Saftiger" Es gibt nichts besseres als einen vollgeschwizten Mitarbeiter der gerade mein Essen vorbereitet... Best experience!

Nichts für ungut, aber der schmutzigste Burger King bei dem ich je etwas gegessen habe! Die Toiletten waren zudem eine absolute Katastrophe. Essen war auch nur lauwarm.

Wir wollten 4 Milchshakes haben, und diese waren eher nur wie Milch, nix gefrorenes.

Das Licht im neu gestalteten Laden blendend ziemlich. Ansonsten ganz schöner BK mittlerweile.

Sehr nettes Personal 👍 Qualität ist stark reduziert.

Personal nicht immer freundlich

Ich kenne diese Filiale seit ihrem Bau. Die aktuelle Innenenrichtung ist modern gestaltet und eigentlich leicht sauberzuhalten. In den 30 Minuten unseres Besuches war nicht ein einziger MA in der Lobby unterwegs. Sogar interne Streitereien des Personals war im Gastraum verfolgbar. Das Essen jedoch war einwandfrei und die Bedienung (dank Auslagerung auf Kiosk-Terminals) einfach und klar. Diese Filiale hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag, daher doch noch eine Empfehlung zum Besuch. Ich gebe denen gerne noch eine Chance.
