Burger King in Düsseldorf

Sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen war wirklich ekelhaft. Die Patties waren nicht richtig durch und das Essen insgesamt nicht ordnungsgemäß zubereitet. So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren. Ich erwarte, dass die Qualität und Zubereitung der Speisen besser kontrolliert werden. Für mich war das eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung

Das Restaurant war angenehm sauber – sowohl im Gastbereich als auch bei den Tischen und der Selbstbedienung hat man gemerkt, dass hier auf Ordnung geachtet wird. Die Bestellung konnte ich ganz bequem am Terminal aufgeben, was schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert hat. Auch meine Extrawünsche wurden problemlos übernommen. Das Essen kam dann zügig und war komplett korrekt Ein Stern Abzug wegen der Lage an einer Tankstelle.

Ein neues Restaurant mit freundlichem Personal sowie Hightech-Getränkeautomaten als Highlight (siehe Bild) mit mehr als 20 diversen Getränken. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden (ich glaubr 17). Eine nette Filiale.

Burger King Düsseldorf Definitiv besser als die Konkurenz, sonst hätte ich dies nichtmal kommentiert. Aber hier schmeckt man einfach was man isst. Im gegensatz zu anderen fast food Ketten, wo die Pommes und der Burger seltsamer weise gleich schmecken...

Bin nicht so der fast food Esser. Möchte satt werden und nicht nach 30 Minuten Hunger haben. Dazu noch vielmgeld für nichts bezahlt.

Schönes Ambiente, aber enttäuschender Service vor Ladenschluss ​Das Ambiente in dieser Filiale gefällt mir wirklich sehr gut. Leider ist der Service am Abend enttäuschend. Obwohl noch regulär geöffnet ist, merkt man dem Personal schon eine halbe Stunde vor Feierabend an, dass sie Feierabend machen wollen. Besonders störend ist, dass man oft schon 20-30 Minuten vor Schließung aufgefordert wird, das Restaurant zu verlassen. Kundenservice bis zum Ende der Öffnungszeit sieht leider anders aus.

Was soll ich dazu sagen? Sie sind alle wie aus dem Gesicht geschnitten. Die Burger sind gar nicht schlecht, obwohl sie große Fans davon sind.

Wir haben einen Crispy Chicken- King menü ohne tomaten und ein Whopper-king menü betsellt zu den beiden pommes haben wir ketchup bestellt. Wir haben einen Crispy Chicken mit Tomaten und einen Long chicken statt des whoppers bekommen. Zu den pommes haben wir antatt ketchup, mayo bekommen

Aktualisierte Bewertung : Heute erneut bei BK bestellt. Leider sehr schlecht. Das Restaurant war nicht sehr voll und ich habe für ca. 33 € drei Menü's bestellt. Absolut unorganisiert im Verkaufsbereich. Nach 30 Minuten warten, fragte ich einen Mitarbeiter wie lange es noch dauert. Kurz danach war die Bestellung fertig. Zuhause angekommen fehlten natürlich 2 Burger. Telefonisch ist dort niemand zu erreichen. Nächstes mal dann doch lieber wieder zur Konkurrenz 😞

Praktischer Drive-in Burger King an der Ausfahrt 25 der A44 westlich von Düsseldorf. Nie wirklich überfüllt, aber etwas langsam.

Kein Hallo, kein Danke und kein Tschüss. Wie Zombies. War schon mehrmals dort und bis jetzt wurde immer was "vergessen".

Die normale King Qualität. Die Verbrauchersaal ist sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Personal war bei meiner Besuch sehr freundlich. Was ich euch anraten kann sind die Baby Burger.

Heute haben wir spontan um 11:00 Uhr vormittags beim Burger King in der Oerschbachstraße 140 beim Drive In mehrere Burger nebst Pommes und Getränken bestellt. Ich hatte einen Whopper mit Cheese und das war der beste Burger, den ich seit langem gegessen habe!!!!! Luft nach oben ist bei der Beratung am Bestell Counter des Drive in. Wenn man die Speisekarte von Burger King nicht auswendig kennt, ist man etwas überfordert mit diesem Angebot. Andere Kunden wissen sicherlich sofort, was sie essen wollen, ich wollte mir aber gerne Zeit nehmen und in Ruhe überlegen…. Wir wollten unser Essen aus persönlichen Gründen im Auto zu uns nehmen. Da sämtliche Produkte nur noch in Papier gewickelt sind, gibt es im Auto keine Chance die Pommes Saucen irgendwo auszudrücken. Sonst alles prima. Danke. Ich bin Vater von drei Jungs, und bin deswegen regelmäßig irgendwo zum Burger Essen.

Gutes, frisches Essen, ich kann es empfehlen, besser als bei McDonald's.

Es ist nicht sehr groß und hat nur wenige Parkplätze, aber bisher waren dies die besten Burger, die ich in Deutschland bei Burger King gegessen habe.

Ein typisches gutes Fastfood Restaurant, es hat uns gut geschmeckt eben halt Fastfood aber gut. Von der Bewertung der Ruhe kann ich nur sagen das nicht so viele Gäste da waren und es auch deshalb relativ ruhig war.

Total korrekter Dude am Drive In, hat mir im Nachhinein die Bestellung noch auf Wunsch angepasst und bodenlos viel Chilli Cheese Sauce auf die Fries gemacht (geil).

Heute war die Truppe langsamen Fußes, der bacon nur aufgewärmt und die Zwiebelringe labbrig und Tiefend. Irgendwie bin ich anderes gewohnt gewesen.

Unfortunately, two items were missing from our order. We only noticed this when we got home. But who checks the whole bag when ordering €50? Very annoying. Who's going to drive 10 minutes to the restaurant (and back) for a complaint like this?

An absolute disaster. My wife ordered a plant-based burger and received a beef cheeseburger wrapped in green plant-based paper. The employee apologized several times and then made the correct order, but it was a deliberate deception and not an oversight because the employee was no longer motivated before the end of his shift. A second order of ours was mixed up. The employee first handed a customer their order with the wrong contents, who opened the food and packed it into the bag. Then, after I complained, the employee handed me the food. I also packed it into the bag and complained about the incorrect order before it was handed to the third customer. A complete hygiene disaster.

Big order screen is weird, the computer is messed up, the sauce I ordered was missing from the bag about.

I'm from France and it's the average BK experience but the staff there is friendly. The tortillas were tiny but nicely stuffed, the whopper is good enough and the restaurant is clean. Prices are the same compared to France and Belgium.

Incomplete Delivery, Lies & Hung Up About a week ago, I ordered the 2 for 1 bundle: 2 crispy chicken, 2 curly fries – only 1 burger was delivered. When I placed my order today, I was hoping that the missing burger would be included by calling, since I had paid for it. On the call, the employee brazenly claimed that only 1 burger had been ordered and that the 2 for 1 meal didn't include 2 burgers – despite a clear receipt proving otherwise. On the second call, he acted clueless, continued to lie, and simply hung up. That's not service, that's fraud. And then not even having the guts to admit his mistake? Unacceptable. I demand: 1. A full refund 2. Termination of this employee – anyone who works like that has no business dealing with customers. Order number: FTWKKQ

The food is good but really expensive. The Long Chicken used to cost €4 (now around €6-7). The fries are crispy and taste like fries, and the burgers also have a large, varied selection with special flavors but almost everything is vegetarian. The ice cream is far too expensive and has no sauce, but the drink was a positive surprise. You could refill the drink as often as you wanted, but unfortunately that's no longer possible. Generally very EXPENSIVE Unfortunately too few employees so longer waiting times even for small orders. I wouldn't recommend the toilets but they are ok. There are comfortable seating options, unfortunately there is no view

The last visit was a disaster: I chose a burger at the kiosk that didn't even remotely match the photo. At first I thought I got a kids menu. The marketing seems to be completely wrong. The drinks machines are now both broken and the only thing available is Cola...no other drink can be mixed anymore.

Positively surprised. It was tidy and clean. All tables were clean and the floor was cleaned regularly.

We rarely go to a fast food chain and it's always a disappointment! We placed an order at the drive-thru and it was a complete disaster! We ordered normal Big King burgers. When we were told the price at the checkout, we were surprised and asked to check and repeated our order again and were told that everything was correct. Unfortunately, we trusted too much and we were on the move. When we arrived we had huge XXL burgers with bacon in them, so we couldn't eat any of them, a complete waste of food!!! I reported this immediately, I would first be asked to drive again and get a free menu, which we don't like at all!!! and the answer is customer service: « If something goes wrong in our restaurants and a product is complained about, we make improvements and prepare a new product. If take-away orders are not checked on site and are only complained about afterwards, we try to find an accommodating solution and usually make improvements by preparing a new product. We ask that you acknowledge that we do not issue cash refunds. » The answer is completely wrong and not responsible!
