Impossible to give a customer burnt burgers!!!

An absolute disaster. My wife ordered a plant-based burger and received a beef cheeseburger wrapped in green plant-based paper. The employee apologized several times and then made the correct order, but it was a deliberate deception and not an oversight because the employee was no longer motivated before the end of his shift. A second order of ours was mixed up. The employee first handed a customer their order with the wrong contents, who opened the food and packed it into the bag. Then, after I complained, the employee handed me the food. I also packed it into the bag and complained about the incorrect order before it was handed to the third customer. A complete hygiene disaster.

Big order screen is weird, the computer is messed up, the sauce I ordered was missing from the bag about.

I'm from France and it's the average BK experience but the staff there is friendly. The tortillas were tiny but nicely stuffed, the whopper is good enough and the restaurant is clean. Prices are the same compared to France and Belgium.

The staff was treated with great respect and the quality of the food was excellent.👍

Incomplete Delivery, Lies & Hung Up About a week ago, I ordered the 2 for 1 bundle: 2 crispy chicken, 2 curly fries – only 1 burger was delivered. When I placed my order today, I was hoping that the missing burger would be included by calling, since I had paid for it. On the call, the employee brazenly claimed that only 1 burger had been ordered and that the 2 for 1 meal didn't include 2 burgers – despite a clear receipt proving otherwise. On the second call, he acted clueless, continued to lie, and simply hung up. That's not service, that's fraud. And then not even having the guts to admit his mistake? Unacceptable. I demand: 1. A full refund 2. Termination of this employee – anyone who works like that has no business dealing with customers. Order number: FTWKKQ

The food is good but really expensive. The Long Chicken used to cost €4 (now around €6-7). The fries are crispy and taste like fries, and the burgers also have a large, varied selection with special flavors but almost everything is vegetarian. The ice cream is far too expensive and has no sauce, but the drink was a positive surprise. You could refill the drink as often as you wanted, but unfortunately that's no longer possible. Generally very EXPENSIVE Unfortunately too few employees so longer waiting times even for small orders. I wouldn't recommend the toilets but they are ok. There are comfortable seating options, unfortunately there is no view

The last visit was a disaster: I chose a burger at the kiosk that didn't even remotely match the photo. At first I thought I got a kids menu. The marketing seems to be completely wrong. The drinks machines are now both broken and the only thing available is Cola...no other drink can be mixed anymore.

Positively surprised. It was tidy and clean. All tables were clean and the floor was cleaned regularly.

We rarely go to a fast food chain and it's always a disappointment! We placed an order at the drive-thru and it was a complete disaster! We ordered normal Big King burgers. When we were told the price at the checkout, we were surprised and asked to check and repeated our order again and were told that everything was correct. Unfortunately, we trusted too much and we were on the move. When we arrived we had huge XXL burgers with bacon in them, so we couldn't eat any of them, a complete waste of food!!! I reported this immediately, I would first be asked to drive again and get a free menu, which we don't like at all!!! and the answer is customer service: « If something goes wrong in our restaurants and a product is complained about, we make improvements and prepare a new product. If take-away orders are not checked on site and are only complained about afterwards, we try to find an accommodating solution and usually make improvements by preparing a new product. We ask that you acknowledge that we do not issue cash refunds. » The answer is completely wrong and not responsible!

Stop a Burger King. Neither better nor worse than other Burger Kings

Ladies and Gentlemen I am contacting you because today, January 18, 2025, I visited your Burger King branch on Oerschbachstrasse in Düsseldorf together with my partner. Unfortunately, our experience at your branch was anything but satisfactory. Already at the drinks machine we noticed that of the eight drinks originally offered, only two were available: Coca Cola and water. When I politely asked about Coke Zero, I was told it was sold out. Such a restriction is not only disappointing, but also raises the question of whether adequate stockpiling is taking place. Afterwards we wanted to wash our hands before eating. We were confronted with further serious deficiencies: The toilets had a strong smell of urine, which was unpleasant but still acceptable. However, the overall condition of the toilets was unacceptable: According to the cleaning overview, cleaning was last carried out at 12:30 p.m. - even though we visited the branch at 3:30 p.m. What was particularly serious was that there was no soap in the dispensers in either toilet. When I politely reported this to your staff, I was initially told to be patient. However, after five minutes the soap was still not refilled so I contacted the staff again. The station manager's response was shockingly rude: He told me that if I didn't like the conditions, I should go to another restaurant because the branch was understaffed and there was no time for such things. I am shocked by this response and the way they treat customers. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential, especially in the catering industry, as is respectful treatment of guests. My food came 2 hours later, it's so bad

I was here today on December 14th, 2024. This stupid ordering system gave me and another visitor the same number. Conclusion: more than 20 minutes of waiting time and my Whopper was cold! How does it work? My seat was really dirty. ..it's a shame I like to go to Burger King...

This Burger King is very well connected and can be reached from the highway in about 2 minutes. You will be served quickly both in the drive-in and at the checkout. The employees are friendly and so far there have been no reasons for complaints with orders. The only thing that still needs to be worked on is the cleanliness of the tables and benches and the drinks station. So far the seat has been dirty every time I've visited. Mind you, the visits mostly took place in the afternoon when there wasn't much activity. Either there were leftovers from the previous guests on the table, the place clearly hadn't been cleaned yet or the station for filling the drink cups was dirty and sticky. Individual drinks are often not available.

Incredible. I'm really annoyed again about the constant incompetence of the employees there! We usually get food there once a week for the family (2 adults, 1 child). Although everything is entered by me on the screen and should be clear, every second order is incorrect and incomplete. So be sure to check every order on site!! We were just missing paid food again for just under €7. There were things in there that we didn't order and that none of us eat (chilli). Unfortunately, I was gullible and didn't check on site, but only at home. But it's happened so many times now that I lose my desire to go to BurgerKing as soon as I see your sign.

It used to be a branch where I enjoyed eating. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. The shop is absolutely run down. Not tasty, not fresh, the service was terrible. Three weeks ago I tried again after a long time and found that things had gotten much worse. I ordered several citizens at the drive-in. Two citizens simply didn't have a meat patty in them, the rest were definitely not fresh and not tasty. Avoid at all costs, make a lot of ground.

Ein typischer Burger King. Nur der Getränkeautomat, mit den großen Auswahl an Softdrinks zum Selstbedienen, ist ein Highlight (wenn er komplett funktioniert, was selten ist).

Das Essen an sich ist lecker. Nur leider haben wir keine Tüte bekommen einfach den Burger in die Hand gedrückt bekommen. Sonst gut sie lieben Burger King!
