The layout has been adapted to the customers' needs. The ambiance is very nice after the renovation, the number of tables is slightly reduced, and the staff is currently having some difficulties due to the high volume of customers, apparently trying to ensure that the waiting time on-site does not exceed a certain time frame.

Waited over 40 minutes at the McDrive for my order.

Probedible driest Big Mac ever, and I waited almost thirty minutes for my order! Oh well…

We ordered delivery! We waited forever, and the food was cold. The chicken nuggets were hard and chewy, as if they had been double-fried.

I ordered from you today and opened my BIC Mac... It looks like someone's already taken a bite out of it. I've never experienced anything like this. That was the last time for us. One less customer family. Absolutely outrageous!

It takes too long, and some alcoholic bums just sit down at your table even though the place has plenty of free seats!!

I just picked something up. That burger is a disgrace...first, it's the wrong one, and second, it's supposed to be a chili burger...I took a picture...I wanted a double chicken burger, and then I got something like this...disgraceful.

An absolute disaster on Sundays. A 30-40 minute wait for a meal. It's no surprise that it's packed on weekends. They definitely need more staff. No words. It was the last time I was here. This has nothing to do with fast food...because there's nothing fast about it!

Since the renovation, there have been enormous wait times. The two-lane drive-thru was a complete disaster. You wait a full 30-40 minutes for your food in the restaurant, just like in the drive-thru. In my opinion, this is far from fast food; more like a slow-food restaurant.

It seems to be one of the few MCDs in the area that's open all day. But I've rarely seen such a bad branch. Sure, working at night sucks. But instead of blaring loud music, the employees should be doing their jobs. After a long wait, the order disappears from the monitor, and you wait even longer. When asked, all I got was: "Yeah, yeah, the monitor's broken." Maybe it was also due to the difficulty in communication, because apparently hardly any of the employees understand German or could answer adequately. The fact that the burger was cold and the wrong sauce was served with the nuggets is almost a minor issue. Really, really bad!

I'm still asking, is everything included???? No ketchup, no fries, no sweet and sour sauce. It's not the first time, but definitely the last!

It's mind-boggling how much can go wrong in one bag. Just check your order. I really have absolutely no understanding for this kind of thing. It's sad that you can't even get that sorted.

I was there with my partner on a Friday evening around 8:30 p.m., just wanting a quick bite to eat, but what we experienced there was unlike anything we've ever experienced at any MCD restaurant. There were no soft drinks available except for iced tea and apple spritzer. Three of our 12 items were forgotten, so I had to reorder them at the counter. Then the wrap was in the box the wrong way round, so the topping was in the box and not in the wrap mixture. On top of that, the chocolate hazelnut milkshake wasn't mixed properly; there was just a lump in the cup. The staff generally seemed overwhelmed, including the restaurant management. Unfortunately, it only deserves 1 out of 5 stars, what a shame!

After the renovation, it definitely looks cleaner than before, but they could have also changed the staff. How can anyone be so slow? First, we waited over half an hour for the food, and then more than half of the completely overpriced food was cold. Couldn't get a Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, or Sprite, and that was on a Friday night. The only reason the place is so crowded is because all the teenagers come in the evenings.

Easy ordering—I wanted the new Big Tasty Chili Cheese—got the regular one. Plus, there were six nuggets and a drink, so everything was perfect—the coupon came with chips, but they didn't come with any. Thanks ☺️

Something is constantly forgotten in the order, sometimes even the entire order. The order appears on the screen as complete, even though it isn't.

It just never works out that the order is complete...

Today I had to wait a full 15 minutes at the drive-thru – just for a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger. That's truly unacceptable. This shouldn't happen in a fast-food restaurant. I hope you take my complaint seriously and improve your service.

Please do not visit if you are passing through. It will take at least 30-40 minutes.

Every time something is missing in the order

40-minute wait, the burgers didn't look appetizing. Ordering extra ice cream with double the amount of caramel and getting just a little for that price is just a rip-off. The staff doesn't speak German. Not recommended.

I ordered from McDonald's and things were often forgotten. I called and was simply told I'd get a voucher, which wasn't much use to me at the time. No agreement was reached, and the shift manager didn't take my requests into account. I can't recommend McDonald's at all. It's better to go to a different location where you can get everything you need and nothing will be forgotten!!!!!!!!!

Food was as expected but we had to wait half an hour for our food

We visited the Garbsen branch, and if you're looking for a prime example of how to drive customers away, this is the place to be. The staff stood around idly for minutes while customers waited hungry. Our to-go order didn't arrive for over 25 minutes, and only because we asked. There was no apology; instead, we were greeted with a rude gesture. The burgers were lukewarm, the packaging was completely greased, and the quality was nonsensical. And as if that weren't enough, I ordered garlic pepper chicken nuggets and got regular nuggets. It's like ordering vegan nuggets and getting chicken nuggets instead. In short: If you value bad service, incorrect orders, and half-hearted food, you'll be well served here.

Terminals broken. The technology isn't working properly and keeps crashing. Today, they said there's no table service :(. Food takes forever, despite hardly any customers. Bad branch.

Marked as open 24/7, but closed for renovations. Neglected management? A managed Google listing should be a given.

Why can't you just tell Google Maps that you're closed? It's so easy. Take an extra long detour and then close. And yes, you can do it yourself via your business login. We're at KFC now.

Since McDonald's dictates everything to a T, it's hard to make bad food. This team consistently succeeds: cold, wrong AND missing items, no napkins—it seems to enjoy ripping off customers. Lousy service, dirty tables, not enough parking. They're just making money here, nothing else matters. We urgently need more competition!

The selection is a joke, the preparation mediocre at best. I've never been able to get reusables. Last time I used Pickup, I paid in advance, and the store closed. As compensation, I'm being offered a gift card to take home. Thank you very much, never again.

On-site: very loud, long wait, mostly flawless food and very rarely missing anything, kids are allowed to do whatever they want. McDrive: very inexperienced staff and long wait times. Delivery... about a 70-minute wait, and something is almost ALWAYS missing.

Never again! You order online and get ripped off coldly. Your money is gone, there's no delivery, and they don't answer the phone. It's a shame I have to give them at least one star for a review.

It's hard to tell whether you can only order at the terminal or from the staff. As a result, I've been in the wrong line several times. At the café, I wasn't served at all because no staff were there, even though it was daytime. The good thing: Even though it was really, really busy, the orders were prepared quickly.

I wouldn't go here during the renovations. Only half the capacity remains, the upper area, including the restrooms, is completely closed, and there's no outdoor area for photos. The staff are completely overwhelmed.

The branch boasts a modern and appealing design that makes it a pleasure to spend time in. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and service is quick and uncomplicated. Overall, a very pleasant visit.

0 stars!!! Ordered via delivery service, had to wait an extremely long time. When we called, they said our food was already ready and they were just waiting for the driver. An hour later, we still hadn't received the delivery. When I called again to cancel the order (since my children had fallen asleep by then), the employee on the phone became very rude, saying it wasn't his fault that my children were asleep, and simply hung up the call... WE WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN!!!!!

As always, everything was perfect. Nothing was forgotten and everything was well prepared.

In all the McDonald's stores I've been to in America, all employees, whether long or short, are required to wear headgear. Here, most of the employees are women, all with long hair, and no one wears a headgear. One even wears so much makeup that her hair hangs all over her face while she's serving or preparing food. It's disgusting. The store is undergoing renovations and is still serving. The dust from the construction site is all over the place, contaminating the air and the food. It always takes a long time to deliver orders. The slogan "service" isn't valid here.

I've been there before. First, they treat you absolutely badly, and then I get home and they don't add a single sauce. The fries were absolutely greasy. That was the last time! Honestly, it's such garbage, and I spent money on that.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all! Service takes a long time, and this is actually the first McDonald's I've been to that doesn't serve sweet and sour sauce. There are also no vegan options for any dairy products. No Coke Zero or chicken burgers. The service stations are completely empty, no napkins, spoons, or anything else. You have to stir your coffee with your finger. The taste is classic McDonald's; I expected little, but I'm still disappointed! Parking spaces are very limited and not suitable for SUVs. Far too narrow in places. I don't know what the logistics/store manager was thinking, but this is truly outrageous. I don't know if it's because of the construction work in front of the restaurant, but I still don't recommend it!

Waited 20 minutes for three McVitie's muffins, and one was so stuck to the wrapper that I couldn't unwrap it. I'd rather go to the bakery on Sundays, not here.

Unfortunately, our experience here wasn't the best once again. The restrooms are dirty, and there are no paper towels. There are no napkins with the meals; at least the Happy Meal came with one. The tables and floors aren't cleaned frequently enough. This is probably due to the high number of visitors on weekends; however, service needs to be adjusted to meet demand. It's a shame, as the location is so wonderfully convenient. The wait for the food was quite long, and the burgers were already a bit cold. The staff, however, are very friendly, and the table service is good. In the future, we would probably only use the drive-thru rather than eat in the restaurant.

Hikki is by far one of the best employees I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. Polite, attentive, and always with a genuine smile—you can immediately tell he's truly passionate about his job. My order was quick, accurate, and perfectly prepared. I was particularly impressed by his calm and professional manner, even when things got hectic in the store. Hikki not only exceeded my expectations but also made the entire visit a pleasant experience. Employees like him are rare—a huge compliment!

I was there alone last night and had my best McDonald's visit ever. I ordered my food as usual, paid for it, and got my freshly cooked food very quickly (it was delicious 10/10). I noticed a very friendly server who came straight away and brought me a meal to the table. He looked at me so kindly as he went about his work. After a short while, he introduced himself and we became friends. He called himself Hikki (or that's how you spell it). I have no contact with him, but I want to see him again. He was the most caring and the best dark-skinned man I have ever met. I will definitely be back! 🤩

Waited 20 minutes for a fries and two coffees. Trash is littered, employees are running around the store in a disorganized manner, and no one seems to have a plan. The order terminal is out of paper, and even after repeatedly pointing out that this means no more numbered receipts, nothing was done. That's another way to kill time. (There was no oat milk either.)

Slow staff, food delivery takes 20-30 minutes regardless of the number of guests. Mostly very unfriendly staff.

Dear Sir or Madam, At the drive-thru, my girlfriend was treated very rudely by one of your employees – apparently only because her voice suggested she was ill because, in his opinion, we were trying to "puke" him. A respectful tone should be a given, even in such cases.

Milkshakes are delicious and quick to prepare. However, the amount of ice cream is simply unacceptable.

Unfortunately it is difficult to get the points when you pre-order in the app because you need 2 codes on 2 pages and it is confusing but at the drive-in friendly employees

Unfortunately, I ordered an extra ingredient once again and received no cheese instead of extra. And that happened with both burgers. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home, and the trip back would have been too expensive. It feels like this is a scam by the restaurant, as it's happened frequently. Always check every little detail!

Teenagers smoke in a restaurant and no one cares.

This was a different kind of experience. We arrived here around 2 a.m. It was surprisingly busy. There were also plenty of staff on site. The upper part of the restaurant was closed. Unfortunately, the "normal" restrooms are also located there. We had to use the disabled restroom downstairs. It was in terrible condition. There was no soap. When ordering at the terminal, you couldn't select table service because there were no numbers to choose from. It took an unreasonably long time for the staff to prepare the food and allocate it. As a result, some of the food had cooled down and become soggy. The burger patties seemed to have been reheated several times. This made the burgers taste bad. The clearing cart overflowed. Luckily, we're not from around here, so we won't have to go back to this McDonald's.

The wrap wasn't good at all. The ice tea was strangely flaky... I'll return it... the fries were okay. So my backup... I haven't had a meal at McDonald's as bad as last night in a long time.

It's simply abysmal that you have to wait over half an hour for two MC Flurrys and two apple turnovers. I've never waited so long before. If you then ask how long it will take, you're coldly ignored, even though other orders for MC Flurrys have already been placed. Simply outrageous and abysmal.

Ordering takes an extremely long time.

Overall not bad, but overall awful. The TV with numbers doesn't work. We placed an order, came home, and found out that they didn't put the cheeseburger we paid for, and it was on the check. This is a nightmare! And they didn't put napkins! I'm furious! The juice in the happy meal seemed to have gone sour! Not service, but horror! The mashed potatoes are also crap, tear down your place! That's it for me.

The latte macchiato at breakfast was very tasty and had salad in it. The bacon McWrap had barely any salad filling and was generally very empty. The French roll was served on a napkin. The restrooms aren't very nice (according to a friend of mine).

A short wait and a coffee at McCafé. Overall, it was pleasantly clean. There's a fast charging station for electric cars in the parking lot.

So you wait 45 minutes for your order to even go through, and then get a message from the employee on the phone saying, "Yes, it will take 45 minutes to arrive." On top of that, they, and many of them, don't understand the point of fast food at all. Fast food means pre-production so that everyone gets their food quickly and without errors. Totally disrespectful.

I bought some food to take with me, took the bag, and left. When I got home, there was no box of nuggets.

The sauce on the Chicken Big Mac was sour. It definitely had a bite to it! When I pointed out that they should check their sauce, all I got was "that's the chicken, because it's sweet and beef isn't..." and a woman clapping her makeup and saying, "It's not our problem." The service at the front counter was abysmal! That was the last time I ever went to that location!

It's a shame that things have gone so badly here. The food is cold, the ice cream is less than half full, and the ordered items aren't all there. Very unfriendly staff, especially when you speak to them about it. Unfortunately, it wasn't just us who were like that, but the other guests as well.

The staff is slow, disorganized, and unfriendly. This morning, I waited 37 minutes for a small order. It wasn't even full... but then it was, and the two of them couldn't keep up. My daughter's pancakes only had 5 in them... The employee was really unpleasant, completely unsympathetic, and completely unsympathetic to my annoyance at the over 30-minute wait. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order (3 McFlurrys, 2 coffees, and 2 chicken burgers with extra requests). The coffee was already cold (they had to remake it) and the burgers were also wrong... It's been nice for the last two years, things have only gone downhill at this branch... it's just getting worse and worse here...

We waited a long time at McDrive. We know it's quicker.

It was a very warm day. I ordered food and asked if they had any water for my dog. The answer was: I can buy a bottle of water. They don't have anything else. Never experienced that at a McDonald's before. It's usually not a problem to get a small bowl of tap water. Most McDonald's also have dog bowls, so if you don't like dogs, this is a good place to go. (I had water and a bowl in my car for rest stops, but I didn't bring them inside because they're not usually necessary.)

My order wasn't complete, so I had to get my sauce, apple turnover, and glass of Coca-Cola separately. The fries were like pretzels again, but the McDonald's Classic was great. Sometimes I really wonder which complete idiots can't even manage to take their trays of trash away. The entire staff was overwhelmed with preparing all the orders, and almost every table was covered in trays of trash. It's impossible.

The third time in a row that the order is incomplete (during the night shift), so that cash money is "ripped off" again and you can observe the hygiene in the waiting area by the standing chairs with tons of food, grease and dirt lying on the floor. What was ordered was a BigTasty Bacon. I also got one... but with the McRib Honey Woodsmoke sauce. Great station wagon, you can introduce it, but it's further proof that the employees can't even read it.

Long waiting times since the self-service conversion. It took 14 minutes from ordering until the food was at the table. In my opinion, this is no longer fast food. In the past, when everyone simply ordered from the employees and they put the food together directly, things were much quicker. Unfortunately, the food is only served lukewarm because it sits on the counter until it is brought to the table. Just change your ordering system again, prefer McDonald's. It may be less stressful for employees, but significantly worse for customers.

On the way to Hanover we wanted to quickly eat two burgers and two drinks. But we had to wait an hour for the food, and the food was correspondingly bad. The fries were totally dried out and inedible. Guests who ordered after us received their food faster. There was also no compensation, let alone apology, for this unusually long waiting time.

The restaurant is beautifully designed and offers fast service. Unfortunately, the toilet is unhygienic and not cleanly maintained.
