Teenagers smoke in a restaurant and no one cares.

This was a different kind of experience. We arrived here around 2 a.m. It was surprisingly busy. There were also plenty of staff on site. The upper part of the restaurant was closed. Unfortunately, the "normal" restrooms are also located there. We had to use the disabled restroom downstairs. It was in terrible condition. There was no soap. When ordering at the terminal, you couldn't select table service because there were no numbers to choose from. It took an unreasonably long time for the staff to prepare the food and allocate it. As a result, some of the food had cooled down and become soggy. The burger patties seemed to have been reheated several times. This made the burgers taste bad. The clearing cart overflowed. Luckily, we're not from around here, so we won't have to go back to this McDonald's.

The wrap wasn't good at all. The ice tea was strangely flaky... I'll return it... the fries were okay. So my backup... I haven't had a meal at McDonald's as bad as last night in a long time.

This McDonald's is the worst of all! Spent €30 and the order wasn't ready after €45!

It's simply abysmal that you have to wait over half an hour for two MC Flurrys and two apple turnovers. I've never waited so long before. If you then ask how long it will take, you're coldly ignored, even though other orders for MC Flurrys have already been placed. Simply outrageous and abysmal.

Overall not bad, but overall awful. The TV with numbers doesn't work. We placed an order, came home, and found out that they didn't put the cheeseburger we paid for, and it was on the check. This is a nightmare! And they didn't put napkins! I'm furious! The juice in the happy meal seemed to have gone sour! Not service, but horror! The mashed potatoes are also crap, tear down your place! That's it for me.

Ordering takes an extremely long time.

The latte macchiato at breakfast was very tasty and had salad in it. The bacon McWrap had barely any salad filling and was generally very empty. The French roll was served on a napkin. The restrooms aren't very nice (according to a friend of mine).

A short wait and a coffee at McCafé. Overall, it was pleasantly clean. There's a fast charging station for electric cars in the parking lot.

I bought some food to take with me, took the bag, and left. When I got home, there was no box of nuggets.

So you wait 45 minutes for your order to even go through, and then get a message from the employee on the phone saying, "Yes, it will take 45 minutes to arrive." On top of that, they, and many of them, don't understand the point of fast food at all. Fast food means pre-production so that everyone gets their food quickly and without errors. Totally disrespectful.

The sauce on the Chicken Big Mac was sour. It definitely had a bite to it! When I pointed out that they should check their sauce, all I got was "that's the chicken, because it's sweet and beef isn't..." and a woman clapping her makeup and saying, "It's not our problem." The service at the front counter was abysmal! That was the last time I ever went to that location!

Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru, even though there was hardly anything going on. Unbelievable.

It's a shame that things have gone so badly here. The food is cold, the ice cream is less than half full, and the ordered items aren't all there. Very unfriendly staff, especially when you speak to them about it. Unfortunately, it wasn't just us who were like that, but the other guests as well.

The staff is slow, disorganized, and unfriendly. This morning, I waited 37 minutes for a small order. It wasn't even full... but then it was, and the two of them couldn't keep up. My daughter's pancakes only had 5 in them... The employee was really unpleasant, completely unsympathetic, and completely unsympathetic to my annoyance at the over 30-minute wait. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had this experience.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my order (3 McFlurrys, 2 coffees, and 2 chicken burgers with extra requests). The coffee was already cold (they had to remake it) and the burgers were also wrong... It's been nice for the last two years, things have only gone downhill at this branch... it's just getting worse and worse here...

My order wasn't complete, so I had to get my sauce, apple turnover, and glass of Coca-Cola separately. The fries were like pretzels again, but the McDonald's Classic was great. Sometimes I really wonder which complete idiots can't even manage to take their trays of trash away. The entire staff was overwhelmed with preparing all the orders, and almost every table was covered in trays of trash. It's impossible.

It was a very warm day. I ordered food and asked if they had any water for my dog. The answer was: I can buy a bottle of water. They don't have anything else. Never experienced that at a McDonald's before. It's usually not a problem to get a small bowl of tap water. Most McDonald's also have dog bowls, so if you don't like dogs, this is a good place to go. (I had water and a bowl in my car for rest stops, but I didn't bring them inside because they're not usually necessary.)

The third time in a row that the order is incomplete (during the night shift), so that cash money is "ripped off" again and you can observe the hygiene in the waiting area by the standing chairs with tons of food, grease and dirt lying on the floor. What was ordered was a BigTasty Bacon. I also got one... but with the McRib Honey Woodsmoke sauce. Great station wagon, you can introduce it, but it's further proof that the employees can't even read it.

We often buy happy meals for our children and it is almost always the same toy/book for both children. As the picture shows as an example. For some things this might make sense, such as a cuddly toy or a figure. To avoid envy and arguments. But with books or small board games like that it makes absolutely no sense. Unfortunately, what happens to us again and again is that something is missing. Sometimes it's a side dish, sometimes it's a burger. You are definitely too expensive for that!

Long waiting times since the self-service conversion. It took 14 minutes from ordering until the food was at the table. In my opinion, this is no longer fast food. In the past, when everyone simply ordered from the employees and they put the food together directly, things were much quicker. Unfortunately, the food is only served lukewarm because it sits on the counter until it is brought to the table. Just change your ordering system again, prefer McDonald's. It may be less stressful for employees, but significantly worse for customers.

Tables were not cleaned and sticky. But this time a service person immediately agreed to clean the table.

On the way to Hanover we wanted to quickly eat two burgers and two drinks. But we had to wait an hour for the food, and the food was correspondingly bad. The fries were totally dried out and inedible. Guests who ordered after us received their food faster. There was also no compensation, let alone apology, for this unusually long waiting time.

The restaurant is beautifully designed and offers fast service. Unfortunately, the toilet is unhygienic and not cleanly maintained.

You can't expect anything from the food, it's just McDonald's. But at this location: - You're happy to wait 30 minutes or more for a Happy Meal. - Things are regularly forgotten in your order, or you get a tomato wrap instead of a chicken burger, which is great if you have allergies. - Nobody takes responsibility. - Burgers are 50/50 cold. - Cheese on a cheeseburger comes fresh from the fridge and stays cold. So, even for a McDonald's, this location is a real weak point.

I’ve ordered from McDonald’s multiple times, and almost every time, the delivery experience has been disappointing. The app constantly says “nearly there” even when the food takes another hour to arrive. Today, my order arrived after two hours, which is unacceptable. Instead of misleading updates, I’d appreciate accurate delivery times so I know exactly when to expect my food.

Mecces stop. The only real 24/7 store in Garbsen outside of gas stations. Drive Thru can sometimes be so full that it backs up onto the B6.

Be sure to check the food at McDrive. In 9 out of 10 cases something is missing. You have to complain almost every time. A burger for €7 is often missing.

Typical MC. The staff is friendly and always tries hard :) Vienna control at the drive is still mandatory 😉

Staff is not the fastest. Long waiting times at McDrive even if there isn't much going on inside (you can see it from the outside). Not freshly prepared, always lukewarm. There are definitely better MC restaurants out there.

Sincere apologies and appreciation for the team I would like to share my experience at the McDonald's branch in Garbsen, which taught me an important lesson about patience and understanding. During my visit I had a discrepancy with my order and was initially upset because I thought I had been charged for incorrect burgers. However, the employee kindly explained to me that the chili cheeseburgers I wanted were not available, only the double chili cheese version. Unfortunately, in my anger, I reacted unkindly. However, the store manager remained calm and professional and immediately offered a solution. I decided to cancel the burgers and was given a voucher instead. When I got home, I was surprised to find that the team had not only given me a single chili cheeseburger, but also an additional burger as a gesture. That got me thinking. I realized that the employees are under a lot of work pressure and still remain professional. That's why I went back to apologize in person. The team graciously accepted my apology, which impressed me even more. At this point I would like to apologize again for my behavior and at the same time express my respect and appreciation for the employees. You're doing a great job - thank you for your patience and friendly service!

20 minutes waiting time. Completely overwhelmed staff. Dirty toilets.

You wait a relatively long time - I don't know of any other McDonald's to this extent - and it doesn't matter whether you go in or use the McDrive. Everything inside seems completely disorganized and you end up either missing something or getting something wrong.

Now you wait at least 20 minutes for every order, no matter what time of day and no matter how busy it is. Today was 20 minutes just for a McSunday. Paid directly. Still waited. This shop has completely lost its commitment to service, unfortunately.

Pre-ordered via app and you still have to wait 8 minutes for your food. When asked whether to "eat here or take away", I said "take away". The food was then placed loosely on the tablet... So... I waited again until it was packed. We actually only go to MCD when there are no alternatives left, but now the service and price/performance ratio are no longer acceptable. My opinion!

Has been renovated inside and out. Seating is available on 2 floors. There are now screens at the entrance where you can order yourself. Waiting time & dealing with customers, impossible!

Drive in is simply a disaster. Half an hour to get 5 vehicles ready is simply a no go. But no one seems to be interested in how things work or look here.

The food is becoming more and more expensive, the service is becoming more and more chaotic, there is no or no table service anymore. McDonald's Garbsen used to be better.

On the first visit something was missing for the children On the second visit the order was forgotten, so we waited about 20 minutes in a restaurant that wasn't overly full. Burgers weren't what you expected either. Very weak, because something like that certainly doesn't happen in company restaurants. I remember things were better there in recent years.

Ice machine broken. Order was placed and since no shakes could be dispensed, I wanted to get my money back and the change was incorrect. The saleswoman didn't know the store prices and gave everything back in very small coins.

I have always received friendly service here without exception. You have to like the food. Drive-thru hours are very long at certain times every day of the week.

Longest wait I've ever had at a McDonald's. But no wonder when there are only two people in the kitchen and one person in the front. With such a busy branch on a permanent basis, in my opinion it's clearly the management's fault.

The first thing that stands out is. It's hard to get into the restaurant because the ordering terminals are right next to the door and everyone is standing in the doorway to order. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed. Toilets weren't the cleanest, tables were dirty, floors and stairs upstairs were dirty. The burgers were a hit, buns on the left and meat on the right in the packaging as if they had no desire for each other. For all buggers. Burgers were swapped but it didn't get any better. Waiting time was catastrophic 35 minutes.

Unfortunately, we had to wait 50 minutes for our food when it was not busy. When we asked how long it would take, we only got the answer. New customers arrived and left before us. Again, unfortunately, very poor service. I find it shocking how long you have to wait for such a simple meal; in any high-quality restaurant you would have gotten your food long ago.
