20 minutes waiting time. Completely overwhelmed staff. Dirty toilets.

You wait a relatively long time - I don't know of any other McDonald's to this extent - and it doesn't matter whether you go in or use the McDrive. Everything inside seems completely disorganized and you end up either missing something or getting something wrong.

Now you wait at least 20 minutes for every order, no matter what time of day and no matter how busy it is. Today was 20 minutes just for a McSunday. Paid directly. Still waited. This shop has completely lost its commitment to service, unfortunately.

Pre-ordered via app and you still have to wait 8 minutes for your food. When asked whether to "eat here or take away", I said "take away". The food was then placed loosely on the tablet... So... I waited again until it was packed. We actually only go to MCD when there are no alternatives left, but now the service and price/performance ratio are no longer acceptable. My opinion!

Cleanliness below every level. Avoid toilets!!! Tables unclean.

Has been renovated inside and out. Seating is available on 2 floors. There are now screens at the entrance where you can order yourself. Vouchers are always in the checkout area and on the tables so you can save. Food is always prepared quickly. Staff is very quick and friendly. Cheesecake with cream, expensive, small and tastes nothing. Cream is a watery joke. Mc Drive simply takes FOREVER to get served and in 80% of cases you have to pull over, park and wait. Yesterday, after paying, 4 cars stood with me waiting several minutes for food. You ALWAYS have to check whether they have packed everything. This is the fourth time that something was missing or, for example, the wrong type of muffin was packed. Of course, no one wants to drive back from home to complain. It doesn't happen every day, but it still happens. But it's also over since we'll never go to a branch of this operator or probably even McDonald's again.

Waiting time & dealing with customers, impossible!

Drive in is simply a disaster. Half an hour to get 5 vehicles ready is simply a no go. But no one seems to be interested in how things work or look here.

The food is becoming more and more expensive, the service is becoming more and more chaotic, there is no or no table service anymore. McDonald's Garbsen used to be better.

Unfriendly staff. Tables and seats not clean. When we're passing through, we always take a break because we drive six hours. Things are getting worse at this McDonald's. The toilets below all Sow. No soap and the toilets are so dirty you can't walk on them. I said it twice while we were taking a break and nothing was done. Same thing on the way back. Disgusting.

The store is unhygienic. Not cleaned at all. All tables littered. The staff doesn't care at all about the upstairs area and prefers to stand outside the door smoking. Great impression for a company like Mcdonds

I'm sorry but worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Long waiting times, haphazard, unfocused employees. On the first visit something was missing for the children On the second visit the order was forgotten, so we waited about 20 minutes in a restaurant that wasn't overly full. Burgers weren't what you expected either. Very weak, because something like that certainly doesn't happen in company restaurants. I remember things were better there in recent years.

Ice machine broken. Order was placed and since no shakes could be dispensed, I wanted to get my money back and the change was incorrect. The saleswoman didn't know the store prices and gave everything back in very small coins.

Definitely dirty McDonald!! We've been there dozens of times and it's almost always dirty in the store, especially on the upper floor. Toilets were also dirty. You also wait longer than usual for food.

Longest wait I've ever had at a McDonald's. But no wonder when there are only two people in the kitchen and one person in the front. With such a busy branch on a permanent basis, in my opinion it's clearly the management's fault.

I have always received friendly service here without exception. You have to like the food. Drive-thru hours are very long at certain times every day of the week.

Unfortunately, we had to wait 50 minutes for our food when it was not busy. When we asked how long it would take, we only got the answer. New customers arrived and left before us. Again, unfortunately, very poor service. I find it shocking how long you have to wait for such a simple meal; in any high-quality restaurant you would have gotten your food long ago.

The first thing that stands out is. It's hard to get into the restaurant because the ordering terminals are right next to the door and everyone is standing in the doorway to order. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed. Toilets weren't the cleanest, tables were dirty, floors and stairs upstairs were dirty. The burgers were a hit, buns on the left and meat on the right in the packaging as if they had no desire for each other. For all buggers. Burgers were swapped but it didn't get any better. Waiting time was catastrophic 35 minutes.

The food was okay... At least it was fresh, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired...

Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 Afternoon: I ordered a cola. I also received a coffee cardboard lid. I politely asked for a straw. The employee denied this. I asked him why. He said, "My boss says they're only for milk shakes." Unfortunately, drinks like cola and the like don't taste good if they taste like cardboard. Unfortunately, he was also very unfriendly to customers, including his colleague.

Was there on October 2nd and 9:25pm, waited 25 minutes for my food, won't be back here again.

A relatively new branch (first impression) that is being run down straight away. Some terminals don't work. The terminals are at the entrance. The entrance is blocked by customers. There is only one cash register, which is only occupied occasionally. Orders take forever. Hardly any of the workers actually speak German. There was no soap or towels in the toilets! No, there wasn't even an empty dispenser there. Food was semi. It felt like the nuggets and fries were thrown into the deep fryer again. Just tasted like fat. My worst experience at a branch so far.

As was already read in the reviews......Food wrong and cold, was brought back and thrown in the bin by the staff! Without comment we got a new burger...excuse me? None! Tables and waste bins full and dirty! The staff seemed to get along well with each other...! They took photos of each other! Conclusion.....the worst McDonalds ever

You should update your opening hours. We wanted to get something from Friday morning at 4 a.m. but it was a mess

Was in the drive in time at around 10:20 am. I had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my turn and then heard that I could no longer get the fresh chicken and cappuccino that I had ordered in the app because of problems with the cash register. 1. You can add or enter information manually. 2. You can create fresh chicken with the ingredients that are also used for the lunch menu. You just have to get a muffin, which was probably still in the kitchen. 3. Wouldn't even offer any alternative. I got an apology but that was it. Like I want to eat a BigMac for breakfast.

Food was freshly prepared. But that's the only positive thing. Half the tables were full of trays and trash. The burgers were ready relatively quickly but then just sat around for 5 minutes before an employee took a seat and put them in the bag. All in all, a disgrace for a fast food shop.

It's been a while since we've picked something up here and ordered from the machine in the store. There was a vanilla shake instead of a chocolate shake. The Caesars salad had chopped chicken burger patties. And a Big Tasty Bacon with just a small strip of bacon is really weak. The store is getting worse and worse!

I ordered 2 menus from the drive-in and wanted them packed separately because my mom wanted to eat at home!! They literally had a heart attack and said it wasn't possible! and started screaming, came to the checkout and the saleswoman came with me: my face... on!!! Tried to contact the manager who was even worse than saleswomen!! So I'll never buy anything here again. Very rude

That was better before and has now happened to me for the second time in a short time in the restaurant. Food was okay, as always far from what the pictures show, but the taste was the usual quality. But 25 minutes waiting time for 2 small burgers and a soft ice cream is quite long. There were only 2 other pickups in front of me. Food was also ready quickly. Only the employee responsible for packing and handing out was overwhelmed despite our 3 pickups. He seemed new and none of his colleagues seemed to want to help him. Instead there would be happy snacking. It wasn't until the shift manager came out of his office that I got my food because he helped the new employee. Team spirit and customer satisfaction no longer seem to be at the top of the company.

A very uncoordinated branch. I was there during the lunch rush hour and was prepared for a longer wait, but people who had already asked where their order was had their orders brought forward. I waited 29 minutes for a cheeseburger and cappuccino and my order was only brought forward after I asked.

Als wir nämlich am 24.8.24.gerade aus Hamburg kamen und gegen 21 - 21.30 dort Abendessen wollten , fuhr der Lieferdienst Kack frech auf den Behindertenparkplatz, mit der Bemerkung " Ich bin sowieso gleich weg. Als Lieferdienst hat er nichts auf dem Behindertenparkplatz zu suchen . So holte meine Tochter nur 2 Becher Kaffee raus und wir fuhren weiter anstatt zu Abend zu essen . 0815 McDonald’s, service is subpar like almost everywhere, unfortunately here too. Paid at the machine, no one could pick it up, no one could/wanted to help…

It was incredibly dirty/dirty when we visited. We first went to the upper area and, despite the many empty tables, we didn't find any that were even remotely clean. We went to the 'outside area' and well, it wasn't any better there either. All unoccupied tables were dirty. I politely asked an employee if he could wipe our table or bring us a cloth. He directed us to another table, which, as we had already seen as we walked past, was just as dirty. You could also see the dirt from the table we were sitting at (about 4m away). The employee didn't come back. My wife then went to the toilet to get something to wipe and came back disgusted. Luckily we had a few glasses cleaning cloths with us and were able to clean the surface. Not only were the trash cans overflowing, there was already a lot lying around, and no one cared about leftover food and trash on the floor in the dining area. We're not snobs. But a minimum level of hygiene should not be too much to ask for. If you don't, or really don't, value hygiene, you can eat here what you can eat at McDonald's. There were no differences in taste compared to other branches. It is impossible to draw conclusions about the hygiene of the dining area and the kitchen without seeing the kitchen. One can only speculate.

Then the fries were missing and the passive aggressive employees weren't exactly helpful either. I'm writing this review with one of the unkindest fingers on my hand. Hunger plagued our stomachs. The yellow sign smiled at us from the distance. Rescue seemed near. The sticky, filthy screen seemed to be a hurdle that we were willing to overcome given our plight. The end of the story: Later orders were brought forward, lukewarm nuggets, dirty coffee cups and a forgotten order where the note “somehow” ended up in the trash. We went there three times to ask how the order was going. Nobody knew about the order in question. On the third attempt, after 50 minutes, the tray was passive aggressively banged onto the counter, other orders were then pushed to the side, and ours was prepared without saying a word. The slowest "fast food restaurant" I've ever experienced. Pizza taxi would have been faster. Actually not much going on. Employees don't understand anything, don't know the systems and the branch manager stands next to them with their hands in their pockets. Once. Never again

good in itself. But don't put so much chocolate sauce on the Mc Flurry that you end up with just the sauce and the Oreos. You can actually only taste the Oreos and the sauce. Not so cool. Well, thanks anyway. That, my dears, is a Mc Flurry with vanilla ice cream Oreo and chocolate sauce ahja.

The food was good. Service quick, food was hot. The rest was just disgusting. Toilets were massively dirty, both men and women. You felt disgusted as soon as you entered the toilets. Remains of the previous toilets on the porcelain and on the walls. Thanks to this, my son can pee standing up, but he should have gone outside instead of using the toilet. There were no towels there either. Tables hadn't been cleaned for a long time. There were even a lot of leftovers lying around on the floor. We were there around two in the morning.

We were there with a child - but we had imagined a fast food restaurant to be different. 30 minutes after ordering, we asked the apparently overwhelmed staff. A very nice employee took care of the situation and processed our order - but he was apparently the only one there with an overview. After the cold burgers were swapped for hot ones, we were able to eat in peace. It's a shame, we actually know it differently from other branches.

Order and food were great as always! I couldn't take the tray to the collection station after eating because there was no trolley to pick up the trays. The parking lot outside was a disaster!!!! Much too narrow and if, like me, you drive a slightly larger vehicle you can get out, but then park with your right wheels on the white line. It's also not easy to get out of a parking space because you have to drive back and forward again two or three times until you're out of the space. There's definitely a better way to invest in something like that. Therefore only three stars for the ambience.

I tried to order something from MC Drive again and unfortunately it was a disaster. The employee tried very hard but hardly understood a word. After what felt like 100 attempts, she received competent support. From there, the service was good and everything went quickly.
