The store is by far the best I've ever seen! The staff is super nice and friendly at any time of the day. I never had anything to complain about, really great!

Long waiting times since the self-service conversion. It took 14 minutes from ordering until the food was at the table. In my opinion, this is no longer fast food. In the past, when everyone simply ordered from the employees and they put the food together directly, things were much quicker. Unfortunately, the food is only served lukewarm because it sits on the counter until it is brought to the table. Just change your ordering system again, prefer McDonald's. It may be less stressful for employees, but significantly worse for customers.
