Went to the KFC Garbsen Drive In today. The lady who worked there today (8/25/24) should seriously question herself as to whether she shouldn't be doing something different, because: We ordered a menu with a Veggi Twister Wrap and Veggi Crispies, plus a sauce. We also ordered a single Zinger Burger. I once took a photo of the Zinger Burger. THAT is an ABSOLUTE impudence for €6.19 (see photo)!!! But it got even worse because the wrap and the crispies were NOT veggie, but chicken. Something like that shouldn't happen!!! Of course the sauce was also forgotten... There isn't much going on in the store, so it's really admirable that the lady gets so much wrong. I have ZERO understanding for such “workers”!!!

Top team. I was there with a friend a week ago. He ordered and paid for a burger and then I wanted to order fries and a drink. The nice man who served us pointed out that our orders would be much cheaper as a menu and canceled my friend's order and then charged us for a menu. Very obliging. The food was okay too. It was a bit warm in the building, but that's OK in summer.

This KFC is extremely unclean and the staff is quite demotivated. If you want burgers from here, it's better to go to the drive in. Then you can immediately take a look at the unappealing kitchen.

There wasn't much going on on Sunday afternoon. But I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. Otherwise the prices are not really cheap but ok. Eating something quickly can take time

The chicken was extremely salty to the point I couldn’t eat. Visited During lunch time so it wasn’t crowded at all.

Ambience - a disaster. The air conditioning was off, even though it was over 30°C outside. Decor partly damaged.

Went there yesterday and was surprised as soon as I entered that the store was very empty. There were already about 5 fries and mashed potatoes in the warming rack (I have no idea how long). The food was ready quickly and was okay, but could be a little better for the price. The fries were already very soggy. The service was simply a complete disgrace. The waitress didn't say a word to us, not even when we asked if we could take the cups off the tablet to fill them. All we got was an Hmm. Unfortunately we ordered through the terminal, otherwise we wouldn't have paid and would have eaten somewhere else.

During this visit I was reminded why I rarely go to KFC: partially non-logical app with a lack of options and an ambiguous description; The staff understands the list with commas as “either or” instead of “and” and very little solution-oriented action on the part of shift supervisors/managers. The price-performance ratio is also - in my opinion - underground. Conclusion: as long as there are alternatives - no KFC for me.

My order via the app didn't work, suddenly something else happened on site. My family can confirm it. ServiceKraft took my cell phone and then my order was gone. Service said I had made the mistake and didn't see it because we stood there as if we were too stupid. The service didn't speak the language and couldn't handle the complaint. No compromise and to satisfy the customer. Then it was very stuffy in the dinner even though the doors were open, air conditioning??? And there was no umbrella outside in the strong sunshine. The ground sleeve was there, the umbrella wasn't. The quality of the meager portion for €20 was, sorry, really bad - there wasn't even a little sauce. It got stuck in the throat, good thing we had drinks that weren't complete either. I have been a restaurateur for 38 years (chef, managing director and owner of a steak restaurant) and have never experienced anything like this. Please train your staff so as not to lose more customers because that is the blood of our business. WITHOUT the customers you can close. If you need help, contact me.

This was my second time at KFC in Garbsen. I had pre-ordered via the app and wanted to pick it up in the drive. Unfortunately it didn't work because there was a problem with the checkout in the drive so I had to come to the store, which of course isn't a bad thing and can happen. But when it comes to food, I don't see any fun. To be honest, I was really looking forward to the food. Unfortunately, I was reminded again why I hadn't been to KFC for so long. I had a bucket with 2 drinks. Apart from the fact that there was no ice in the drinks, which I find difficult in the middle of summer, the drinks were very good. But the fried chicken was really not very seasoned and the hot wings were just spicy with no taste. I really have to say that the flame wings from Burger King taste a thousand times better to me! Too bad! but at a price of €16.99 I actually expect better food.

Floor was sticky. Drinks were only available without sugar and I can't tolerate sweeteners. I won't visit again.

I recently ate at KFC and absolutely loved my visit. The quality of the food and the service were outstanding. First I would like to praise the friendly and attentive staff. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was warmly greeted and served quickly. The staff were very helpful and gave me good recommendations when choosing my menu. The food itself was fantastic! The famous KFC chicken bucket exceeded all my expectations. The chicken was juicy, tender and seasoned perfectly. The crispy breading was simply irresistible. The side dishes, such as the creamy coleslaw and the crispy fries, were also fresh and delicious. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also particularly noteworthy. The tables and floors were spotless and hygiene standards were clearly taken very seriously. The price-performance ratio is also very good. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. I left the restaurant full and satisfied. Overall, my visit to KFC was a real highlight. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious chicken in a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely come again!

I go here very often. It's a bit difficult to get there by public transport on the side of the road. They don't have that many employees and the toilets aren't always clean, but the quality of the food is still pretty great. Plus you can refill the drink as often as you want

It looks very neglected from the outside and inside. The men's toilet was a disaster. And the best thing is the Cicken Burgers for the kids or on the menu There is a small piece of chicken in the middle of the burger bun. And nothing left or right, it's really poor.

The place is clean and the staff is nice, but that doesn't change the fact that the citizens are dry and nothing is freshly prepared. Fries were only lukewarm and not salted. For me it's clear once and not again. It was a big disappointment. I should have turned right back when I came in and it was empty. It's never a good sign when the store is empty at 6:30 p.m.

The burger was great and spicy like I like to eat it.

First time in a KFC and it just didn't blow me away. Food was ok, but way too expensive and for my taste, there were no dips. There were also no wet wipes for hands to clean. You should actually have it after your finger food. I don't necessarily have to go back now.

Cold fries, forgotten mashed potatoes, chicken lukewarm. 44€ for something like that. Lukewarm fries okay, but cold and sticky, if I had been there I would have insisted on new products!! A little more standard. But it was the last time, at least in the drive-in. I'm angry!

Nice people but little staff! Ordering went quickly. But the food wasn't good. Nothing was freshly prepared. The food came from a warm box, so everything was quite cold and not crispy. I should have invested the 30 euros differently. I won't eat at KFC again. It's just not worth it for me and my demands!!!

I was really looking forward to kfc, we had previously seen a documentary about it and I wanted to eat some great chicken. We were both extremely disappointed. I had the smallest bucket, my friend Chicken Bites. After I tried 3 pieces I left the rest, the meat wasn't really cooked through, some of it was glassy white, unfortunately only 2 of the bites were edible. Nothing reminded me of the previous taste or the delicious things from the documentary. It's a shame, we'll go to another kfc to try again.

You can't go wrong with chicken from KFC. Hot wings and the offerings are recommended.

Service wasn't that good, you had to order via the touch board because there was only one person behind the cash register and only one person in the kitchen, the food was as good as always, but the selection of desserts wasn't the best, there were only cockies, I was looking forward to a milkshake which didn't exist=_= I wouldn't go to this KFC again, I've been to others that were better 😇

Essen war wie gewohnt bei KFC. Die warte Zeiten heute war aber sehr lang obwohl nicht stark besucht dafür aber frisch. Die Tische waren nicht sehr sauber evtl 1-2 mal mehr über den Tisch gehen. Sonst aber ok

Der Ort ist halt wie jeder Kentucky Fried Chicken aber was mich erschrocken hat ist wie klein die Teile geworden sind bzw wie groß die Preise geworden sind. Da überlegt man sich doch zweimal was man bestellt.

Haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern zu Abend gegessen. Essen war sehr schnell fertig für die große Bestellung. Es gibt "free refills", man kann also soviel trinken, wie man will. Sehr sauber und hygienisch. Auch die Toiletten.

Gesten mussten wir 10 min auf 4 simple Burger warten die teilweise auch noch kalt waren. Unterirdisch einmal und nicht wieder

Ich war das erste Mal dort. Ist halt Systemgastronomie. Tische waren leicht verschmutzt und in der Box waren zwei Teile, die gut ein halber Hahn sein könnten, ansonsten war alles zufrieden stellend.

Haben Mal eben für die Kinder mal bei KFC gestoppt, die Kinder waren zufrieden. Also ich denke es wird wohl ein Wiedersehen geben.

Manchmal dauert es mit der Zuberreitung vom Essen. Die pommes sind bei mir meist etwas lapbrig( Schreibeweise keine Ahnung). Beim Drive Truh Dauer es auch manchmal etwas lange. Das mit dem Vorbestellen un der App klappt super

Essen wirklich lecker wie immer. Problem war, dass längere Zeit ein großer Ansturm kam, die Mitarbeiter jedoch vollkommen unterlegen, weil einfach zu wenige. Das tat einem schon richtig leid. Sie haben dennoch ihr bestes gegeben. Sie können stolz sein als Inhaber. Ihr Perosnal ist mit unseren Reklamationen, die natürlich aufgrund der Situation vollkommen verständlich waren, super umgegangen. Danke dafür.

Heute mal wieder richtig schlecht gegessen. Die Portionen sind seit dem letzten Mal geschrumpft, die Pommes waren nie richtig lecker und der halbe Maiskolben für 3,99 ist völlig überteuert. Sorry, aber wir werden uns länger nicht mehr sehen.

Naja waren um 12:30Uhr dort zum Essen. Bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde & wir es erhielten, dauerte es ca 15min. Schnell ist etwas anderes…

Habe mir am 22.09.23 / 11 hot wings gekauft für 9,99€ stolzer Preis, sehr fettig, Milde Schärf war es, aber dafür Fleisch ausgetrocknet, Aber für 9,99 kaufe lieber was anders als bei euch.

Ein typisches KFC, nicht mehr ganz neu von der Bausubstanz her. Wie bei vielen Fastfood-Anbietern hat auch KFC diese meiner Meinung nach fürchterlichen Kioske (=Touchscreen zum bestellen) aufgestellt, in der Hoffnung, dass man da bestellt. So soll vermutlich Personal gespart werden. Die KFC-App, sollte es eine geben, nutze ich nicht, da ich so selten die Gelegenheit habe, bei KFC zu essen. Das Essen war auch KFC-gewohnt gut, das Personal-nachdem ich dann jemanden gefunden hatte, der mir was verkauft- auch freundlich, das Essen war auch schnell da. Hier kann man schon hin gehen, ist ne Empfehlung.
