Nice experience at the drive-in counter The young man at the food counter wanted to give me a large Coke, which another customer apparently didn't want. When I said that unfortunately I wasn't allowed to drink it as a diabetic, he filled me a small Coke Zero and gave it to me as a gift. I thought that was really heartwarming and nice!

Food is cold and when you complain about it your eyes roll. Sorry, but for just under 80 euros I expect warm or hot food. Service only via terminal. Ambiance totally dirty and the tables dirty like anything else. Not enough staff and one of them was sweeping the sidewalk of road salt instead of wiping the tables. There was nothing going on at the time but the caves were still bad

The workers are very friendly, fast service. Food was nice and warm as expected and the place is also nice and cozy would definitely recommend

Very clean, extremely fresh and delicious food! Nice and helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible entrance. 2 disabled parking spaces. Easily accessible from federal highway 6. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

Today 8:00 p.m. at KFC in Garbsen. While the customers are eating, objects are being pushed back and forth in the kitchen area at a level that is impossible... Louder than in a factory hall. The staff are very loud in the kitchen area. Then a whistle. I've been at KFC in Garbsen every Monday for a month. If I had to compare with MacDonald, MacDonald has more discipline and respect for customers. Too bad...

After a very long time, I spontaneously went to KFC today. The employee was very friendly and accommodating! The food was warm, freshly prepared and tasted very good. Definitely worth visiting more often!

Beard hair in food is gross. Accepting money and then folding the salad in the kitchen is also disgusting.

The food was OK. The (very small) lady who called out the numbers needs to work on her German again. I had problems understanding that. The dining room was clearly too cold for us. We put our jackets back on.

Fast food is just fast food. But if you're really hungry for delicious chicken wings, you've come to the right place. Also: super-friendly service.

Fundamentally solid - fast food.

First of all, the service was nice. Anything else is absolutely unacceptable. Fries old, unsalted, sticky and cold. Crispy burger was anything but crispy and the breading smelled like it had gotten freezer burn, like the fridge. Every single food item was really shit. The buns were dry and had little trace of lettuce. Even the ratio of syrup and water in the cola was miserable.

I don't think KFC is interested in this, but maybe the customers are. I don't want to blame the entire staff. I went there to eat regularly. There were always small problems. But today it was enough. Staff extremely rude and rude. Store dirty. At my request I was made to feel stupid. I left without eating and will never come back. 10/6/24 4:40 p.m

The worst KFC I've ever been to, the staff was absolutely unfriendly, the fries tasted like cardboard, they were certainly not fresh and unsalted. If you say this, you will at least get some fresh food carelessly thrown at you, and additional salt will be thrown at you. The towers for ordering don't work particularly well either. Apart from that, the selection of drinks is also very limited, only zero drinks, water or apple spritzer. Never eat here again.

Food wasn't good. There were no tomatoes, you could only pay in cash and the meat parts weren't crispy. We expected more for the price.

Went to the KFC Garbsen Drive In today. The lady who worked there today (8/25/24) should seriously question herself as to whether she shouldn't be doing something different, because: We ordered a menu with a Veggi Twister Wrap and Veggi Crispies, plus a sauce. We also ordered a single Zinger Burger. I once took a photo of the Zinger Burger. THAT is an ABSOLUTE impudence for €6.19 (see photo)!!! But it got even worse because the wrap and the crispies were NOT veggie, but chicken. Something like that shouldn't happen!!! Of course the sauce was also forgotten... There isn't much going on in the store, so it's really admirable that the lady gets so much wrong. I have ZERO understanding for such “workers”!!!

Top team. I was there with a friend a week ago. He ordered and paid for a burger and then I wanted to order fries and a drink. The nice man who served us pointed out that our orders would be much cheaper as a menu and canceled my friend's order and then charged us for a menu. Very obliging. The food was okay too. It was a bit warm in the building, but that's OK in summer.

This KFC is extremely unclean and the staff is quite demotivated. If you want burgers from here, it's better to go to the drive in. Then you can immediately take a look at the unappealing kitchen.

There wasn't much going on on Sunday afternoon. But I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. Otherwise the prices are not really cheap but ok. Eating something quickly can take time

The chicken was extremely salty to the point I couldn’t eat. Visited During lunch time so it wasn’t crowded at all.

Ambience - a disaster. The air conditioning was off, even though it was over 30°C outside. Decor partly damaged.

Went there yesterday and was surprised as soon as I entered that the store was very empty. There were already about 5 fries and mashed potatoes in the warming rack (I have no idea how long). The food was ready quickly and was okay, but could be a little better for the price. The fries were already very soggy. The service was simply a complete disgrace. The waitress didn't say a word to us, not even when we asked if we could take the cups off the tablet to fill them. All we got was an Hmm. Unfortunately we ordered through the terminal, otherwise we wouldn't have paid and would have eaten somewhere else.

During this visit I was reminded why I rarely go to KFC: partially non-logical app with a lack of options and an ambiguous description; The staff understands the list with commas as “either or” instead of “and” and very little solution-oriented action on the part of shift supervisors/managers. The price-performance ratio is also - in my opinion - underground. Conclusion: as long as there are alternatives - no KFC for me.

My order via the app didn't work, suddenly something else happened on site. My family can confirm it. ServiceKraft took my cell phone and then my order was gone. Service said I had made the mistake and didn't see it because we stood there as if we were too stupid. The service didn't speak the language and couldn't handle the complaint. No compromise and to satisfy the customer. Then it was very stuffy in the dinner even though the doors were open, air conditioning??? And there was no umbrella outside in the strong sunshine. The ground sleeve was there, the umbrella wasn't. The quality of the meager portion for €20 was, sorry, really bad - there wasn't even a little sauce. It got stuck in the throat, good thing we had drinks that weren't complete either. I have been a restaurateur for 38 years (chef, managing director and owner of a steak restaurant) and have never experienced anything like this. Please train your staff so as not to lose more customers because that is the blood of our business. WITHOUT the customers you can close. If you need help, contact me.

This was my second time at KFC in Garbsen. I had pre-ordered via the app and wanted to pick it up in the drive. Unfortunately it didn't work because there was a problem with the checkout in the drive so I had to come to the store, which of course isn't a bad thing and can happen. But when it comes to food, I don't see any fun. To be honest, I was really looking forward to the food. Unfortunately, I was reminded again why I hadn't been to KFC for so long. I had a bucket with 2 drinks. Apart from the fact that there was no ice in the drinks, which I find difficult in the middle of summer, the drinks were very good. But the fried chicken was really not very seasoned and the hot wings were just spicy with no taste. I really have to say that the flame wings from Burger King taste a thousand times better to me! Too bad! but at a price of €16.99 I actually expect better food.

As soon as I entered the restaurant I was warmly greeted and served quickly. The staff were very helpful and gave me good recommendations when choosing my menu. The food itself was fantastic! The famous KFC chicken bucket exceeded all my expectations. The chicken was juicy, tender and seasoned perfectly. The crispy breading was simply irresistible. The side dishes, such as the creamy coleslaw and the crispy fries, were also fresh and delicious. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also particularly noteworthy. The tables and floors were spotless and hygiene standards were clearly taken very seriously. The price-performance ratio is also very good. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. I left the restaurant full and satisfied. Overall, my visit to KFC was a real highlight. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious chicken in a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely come again!

It looks very neglected from the outside and inside. The men's toilet was a disaster. And the best thing is the Cicken Burgers for the kids or on the menu There is a small piece of chicken in the middle of the burger bun. And nothing left or right, it's really poor.
