Forgotten order. Fries were cold. Chicken pieces were cold and not as good as they were. Never again.

The last store!! I asked if they could check to see if my daughter had lost her stuffed animal there. They said, "NO, do it yourself." I live an hour away. I'm not spending another cent there!!!

Very tasty and very nice service

We occasionally pick up something and eat it at home. Hot whey, cherry tomatoes, and coleslaw are our favorites. We find them a bit pricey.

Ordering was easy and service was fast. I ordered a salad, but it wasn't the freshest; I had to pull out the leaves and there was sand in them. It was crowded and noisy. The music played intermittently. The drinks were delicious. The restroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper.

Absolutely terrible. I had to wait two hours for my order, and the food was absolutely disgusting. I puked afterward. The store needs to be evacuated; that's assault.

An absolute disaster! Dirty tables, filthy floors, unhygienic restrooms—simply disgusting. The tray carts were overflowing, the staff were overwhelmed and unfriendly. Even the food was poorly prepared and tasted bad. What was particularly bad was that there were cigarette butts everywhere on the terrace where children were playing—that's unacceptable! This place is a disgrace, and I won't set foot in here again. It's actually worth zero stars—unfortunately, you have to give it at least one.

I stumbled upon this place by chance, but I can say the food was delicious, the fries were hot and tasty. The chicken was delicious, and our order arrived promptly.

Terrible! The fries were soggy. The burger was completely oversalted and tasted like it had been reheated. The chicken pieces from the bucket were completely sticky. Additionally, the entire bottom was sticky.

We ordered and paid for home delivery at 8:45 PM. No one answered the phone. We've been waiting for our food for two hours. And now we get a notification that you've canceled our order. Awesome!

Very dirty, chewed gum next to the drink dispenser. Restrooms were completely filthy. Tray return racks were so full that trays with leftovers were already lying on the floor in front of the rack. Parts of the order were forgotten. Nausea and stomach pains after eating. Never again!!!

The drive-thru was great! I didn't have to wait long. The employee gave me great advice. I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely be back :)

First, you wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru, even though the place is empty, and then you forget a burger and get cold, soggy fries. And you spend money on that. Was there last time.

The perfect KFC What I like best about it is the way the chickens are kept. They have a hotel with a swimming pool and live a perfect life there. They also taste very good and are happy. One of the best restaurants I've ever visited

I was absolutely positively surprised by my visit to this KFC branch! The food was freshly prepared, served hot and tasted exactly as you would expect from KFC - crispy, juicy and spicy. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and fast service: the staff was attentive, in a good mood and really made an effort to ensure that everything was right. The branch itself was clean, well organized and pleasant to sit in. Even at peak times, work was carried out quickly without any loss in quality. I'll definitely be back - that's how fast food should be!

A super fast and beautifully decorated KFC here in Garbsen! Food arrived warm and delicious after about 2-3 minutes! The tables were clean and everything tasted great. Can only be recommended.
