Kentucky Fried Chicken in Garbsen

First, you wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru, even though the place is empty, and then you forget a burger and get cold, soggy fries. And you spend money on that. Was there last time.

The perfect KFC What I like best about it is the way the chickens are kept. They have a hotel with a swimming pool and live a perfect life there. They also taste very good and are happy. One of the best restaurants I've ever visited

Haven't had any problems so far. Burgers and chicken wings have always been top-notch!

The food is pretty great, but the ambiance is a bit of a disaster. In the men's restroom, at least one toilet is almost always broken.

I was absolutely positively surprised by my visit to this KFC branch! The food was freshly prepared, served hot and tasted exactly as you would expect from KFC - crispy, juicy and spicy. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and fast service: the staff was attentive, in a good mood and really made an effort to ensure that everything was right. The branch itself was clean, well organized and pleasant to sit in. Even at peak times, work was carried out quickly without any loss in quality. I'll definitely be back - that's how fast food should be!

A super fast and beautifully decorated KFC here in Garbsen! Food arrived warm and delicious after about 2-3 minutes! The tables were clean and everything tasted great. Can only be recommended.

I always take the drive and the waiting time isn't that long. The food is good. Unfortunately, the chilli cheese fries are not always available (one of the main reasons why I'm there). The staff is relaxed and friendly.

A beautiful store with the best employees

Incredibly bad service – never again! I came into the store at 10:30 p.m. - half an hour before closing time - and was treated extremely rudely by the employees. Instead of normal customer interaction, I was rudely told that there was “nothing left” and that they were “closing soon”. Absolutely unacceptable! If a store is open until 11 p.m., then I expect to be treated as a customer until then. Such behavior is not only disrespectful, but I doubt that it is even allowed. Customer service is definitely different! If you treat paying customers like this, you shouldn't be surprised if people go somewhere else. I will avoid this store in the future and can only advise everyone to consider the same.

Extremely bad. Don't stick to them Opening times - I prefer to go to Loco Chicken. PS.: The chef insulted me, as did the help (both southern) husband & wife.

I wanted to test the vegetarian versions and was pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the chicken substitute. However, everything else wasn't so great. Soft roll, hardly any salad and it's no longer very fresh, listless toppings and the fries are rather third-rate. Classic fast food chain atmosphere and correspondingly dirty tables and a lot of packaging. Waiting time about 15 minutes. Next time I'd rather go somewhere else.
